The serviceman is prompt and on time. He goes over the service plan and what he is looking for and the chemicals he will be using.

We had to call Terminix back to take care of some spiders. They came right out and responded in good time. The technician was a really nice guy and helpful. He went a little bit beyond the call because he's like, "Now is there anything else?" He's also very attentive and did an excellent job in trying to take care of the spiders. But I don't know if it's the spray that they're using or what because we still have white spiders. And I've been bugging my husband because I want Terminix to come back and get these spiders. It's annoying when they get up in the corner of the ceiling and the walls and I find two to six a day that I have to vacuum down. So that part I'm not happy with. But their customer service is excellent, so I would recommend them. However, you have to follow-up and if you still have a problem, you need to contact them.

Recently, we had the termite service from Terminix, and my husband was present that day. It was fine, and everybody’s very, very thoughtful. In the summertime, especially last year, we had a lot of wasps, and Matt from Terminix who takes care of the pests is very conscientious about seeing that particular pest is taken care of, so I’m very pleased with him. My husband is also pleased with the other fellow that comes for the termites too. They always call before they come, so I know how to expect them, and they’re always punctual. I’m very pleased with the company, and I’d recommend them.

We have a great relationship with our technician Ralph and are confident that he is taking good care of our home. We continue to use Terminix largely due to Ralph's professional attitude. He is always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Upon arrival, Ralph always asks if there are any problems that need additional attention inside the home or outside. He removes his shoes automatically when entering the home and always has a smile!

Terminix would call me to schedule appointments. The guy who conducts the inspection was good. He stopped by and then I asked him to do the interior of the house and then the outside. There hasn't been any pest in my place.

The Company calling told me when they would be there and they were on time. They completed task within the amount of time allotted. They were friendly and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.

My experience with Terminix is great. The lady who comes here is so nice, polite and friendly. She seems to do a good job spraying and taking care of everything.

Terminix came two days ago for our regular schedule. We had him do flea medicine for our dogs in the yard and the spiders around the house. They also sprayed extra towards my neighbor who raises ants. The pests are gone since the call.

Terminix comes out often and spray for me. The technicians are all good. Everything's been okay with regards to pest activity. For that, I would recommend them.

Terminix has always been great to me and everything that they did was excellent. They've done anything that I've ever asked them to do. An inspector was supposed to come out for a free inspection we were supposed to get, but they called, canceled, and didn't come for some reason. But the guy who comes and sprays was wonderful. We had one tech for a long time. They changed to another tech, and this one did exactly the same thing that the other one did, so it's fine.

Our service provider is polite and attentive! He takes the time to explain things to us and is always willing to service us when we're available. We have been very happy with his services and will continue to have him service our home to keep those pests at bay.

Terminix came to our house, first thing the guy says is, "You may have subterranean termites". After spending maybe 3 min under our house, guess what, we have sub termites. He barely walks the rest of the house, spends another 3 min in the attic, which is huge. Does not even go into garage. Orkin comes a week later & says he finds no sub termites, thinks the Terminix guy is just making crap up. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE TERMINIX!

I’d recommend Terminix. They come, do their job and leave the receipt. It has been good since the service.

We are scheduled with Terminix every three months and it works fine. Everything went smooth and we have not had any complaints over how they do and what they do. We've also been well pleased with their nice representatives - both the lady and the gentleman. The lady does a good job whenever I'm here and the gentleman asks questions on what we think we need or not. Since their most recent visit, we've found tiny black bugs and we still haven't got them under control. But we've been well satisfied and we like how much they treat us.

My home was burglarized after being tented for fumigation. The suspects entered my home by making numerous cuts throughout the tent, which made the fumigation less effective. Since the fumigation, I have seen the silverfish insect and fresh termite droppings. We assume the inadequate fumigation was due to the numerous cuts in the tents that were present for long periods of time.

People from Terminix seem to be always on time and do the job right. Overall, our experience with them was good.

I thought the person was very courteous and though with his inspection of both inside and outside the house.

The young man was very courteous and understanding when I explained to him that I was unable to be home (unexpected situation) to let my dogs outside so he could inspect the inside. He did inspect the outside and left me a note. I have always had a great rapport with Terminix.

Terminix does regular services and we've had low pest activity ever since. It was a fine experience.

I have been in Shreveport since 2009 and have been using Terminix since I moved here. We had an infestation of spiders in the house and now I just call if I see anymore between regular visits. There is usually the same person who comes to the house. Once there was a different man, but both are polite and do a good job. This is on top of the termite protection that is done.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. Since our last service with them a month ago, I found only one bug. Their tech was very nice, helpful and always asked if I have any other problems or tells me not to hesitate to call if there are any problems. The only objection I have with them is when they call and have this recording to talk about the last service and asks questions that aren't applicable, it doesn't give me a chance to say anything.

We had a very bad mosquito situation here and Terminix took care of it. I've had real good experience with them for years. They do two things for me. They come out and spray around the house for bugs and they also do termites where they set up the stations and check them each month to make sure that they’re not getting any. The man that takes care of it, David, does a marvelous job. I have dogs so I have locked gates. I usually open one for him and bring my dogs in but he's always careful to lock it again when he leaves. He's a nice guy and I enjoy having him come.

Since Terminix' most recent visit, we don't see any pests around the house, which is what we're after. They came and sprayed the house when no one was home. They come once a month and they call the day before which we had requested so we'd know they're coming. The technician is always very polite and friendly, and does his job.

The people from Terminix come and do their job. I like the guy that comes here because he's nice and I've never had any problems. Being with Terminix has been good.

Ever since we've started this program with Terminix, pests have been getting less and less. However, the mainland office sucks because they schedule me in the afternoon even though I’ve asked many times to be made an appointment in the morning. I have dogs which cannot be pushed in and out of the house all the time and I have to bring them inside the house during the spray. But the local people are very considerate about that. When they get the work order from the mainland office, they'll call me. The one they send is awesome and always on time. I'm very happy with his work.

Everything's fine with Terminix. They've done a good job getting rid of my ants. Recommended.

We've had a very good experience with Terminix. The serviceman who came was very knowledgeable and considerate. We have them call and leave the message for an appointment every three or four months. But, one problem we have with Terminix is that they didn't show up for the past couple of service appointments so we've had to call and find out what was going on and to reschedule.

My experience with Terminix was okay. They did what I hired them to do. I'd recommend them.

The service people from Terminix who have come by have done what we've asked them to do, so we're satisfied with that. But the only thing is, they may have sent out a new person or a different person who doesn't know the places that we want sprayed when they arrive. For example, last time a very nice gentleman did a great job. But it was his first time here and he wasn't aware of all the places I have shown other folks to spray. I'm not blaming Terminix for this and that's not a reflection on them, but there might be a way for this to be better conveyed within the organization.

My overall experience with Terminix was fine. Jethro, their staff, has been the same guy who comes to our home every third Monday of the month for years. He's very professional and awesome.

I would have to say that my experience with Terminix has not been a pleasant one? I had a problem with red wasp making nests in the eaves of my home. Only one time did they even spray in my attic? They always sprayed in my bushes and around my yard. I had more success spraying with wasp spray I got at Home Depot. They also charged me for a year contract that I did not sign up for when I cancelled their service. I would not recommend their service.

The Terminix Tech was very informative, knowledgeable, as well as professional during the check. He worked timely and proficiently. Terminix should be sure to keep these type of techs on board!

The technician who came to spray for insects and bugs was very nice. Terminix is very good and effective. I would recommend them.

Terminix came out three months ago and sprayed for pests outside around the house. We've had their service for a long time and we've had the same person coming so he knows us and he knows our dog. He comes and takes care of stuff and everything is done. Billing is all automated too. Overall, Terminix provides a very easy and reliable service. It's always there and requires not a whole lot from me to participate in so that's pretty good.

I have been very pleased with my service from Terminix. I have noticed a significant drop in insects in my home. They remind me when they are coming and are very prompt with their appointments.

My shop is in the middle of a very rural area and people plant cotton, corn and stuff around us so we see pests. Every few months, the guy from Terminix comes in and sprays. I like doing business with them.

Terminix has been good. The last time they came out was for a routine service. But when I called in for a claim, I called Andrew, our technician, directly. He had given me his cell phone number before so that if I have any additional problems, I could call him. He addresses the problem, is very thorough, and does a good job.

Last September was the most recent time when Terminix came and sprayed outside. Their service guy comes quarterly in the house and addresses whatever problems we've got and it's excellent as always. Our service guy is a jewel, very conscientious and has no problem doing anything I ask him to do. Moreover, Terminix has been very consistent. They first call early, a few days ahead, and give us a recorded message of our schedule and then our service guy will call usually the night before to ask if he can come. He goes in and out, nice and quick and does his job with no complaints. Of note is the service guy's attention to detail - spraying inside the bathroom cabinet for spiders. I'm very happy with him and everything he does is good.

I love Terminix. They recently sent a technician to our home for a routine service, and he was awesome. He talked to keep us informed, was very polite and did a good job. There is no pest activity since the service. They take care of the business.

We have a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and they have always been on-time and responsive. Out technician, Kevin, is amazing. I put a call into him one time and he didn't answer right away but when he finally answered, he was on vacation in Mexico and he made sure that everything was going to be alright until he got back. And, I haven't seen any pest activity here since the last time he's been out.

They've done a great job! The bugs are practically non-existent. I have a quarterly service with a spray for bugs and they don't miss any service. The technician does a very thorough job. He lets me know when he has arrived, sprays the outside of the house and tells me when he's done.

Terminix was very friendly and answered any questions. The technicians are real nice. I tell them what's going on and they get right to it. It was a very good experience.

Your service tech was perfect. Called ahead notifying of the estimated arrival time. Greeted with a smile and asked all the right questions about my pest issues. Treated, advised to make observations that may be of concern and promptly moved to the next customer.

A couple of months ago, Terminix came out. The guy was super nice and did a good job. Since the last time he's been out, our ladybugs made a new house again. They’ve treated them for the last couple of years and nothing’s changed. The spiders decrease but we still got the ladybugs. I guess they haven’t figured out a remedy to kill them. Other than that, the service is great, but I cancelled service for next year as I had to start cutting back and I can’t afford it.

I had Terminix in my home and they found a little crawly things. The technician said they're like water pest. But they are still around and they weren't able to take care of it.

I've always had good experience with Terminix. I'm regularly scheduled and the last time they were was three months ago. The contractors have always been nice. If I have a question, they know what to do. Since my last service, pest activity has been very controlled and I didn't have any problems. I would recommend them.

The technician from Terminix is doing a great job. It's the little things that count, and I think he's done more than the other guys did. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I see any bugs here. There are big roaches coming from the neighbors and from outside, but once they hit the inside, they're gone. Nobody really wants to shell out money to pay pest control, but in my case, I needed it and Terminix came through for me.

Over the years, we've had problems with the carpenter ants. So we had a routine service and Terminix comes every month to get rid of it. The technician seems very pleasant. They also treated the house twice for termites and it was satisfactory. I'm very satisfied - I don't find anything wrong with them.

All interactions I've had with the technician from Terminix have gone very well. Any problem I've had, he's come out. I had a problem with something dead in my fireplace and he found out what it was. He stayed there until he retrieved the dead animal in the chimney, and I'm just very pleased with his work. He also services my place of employment, and we're very pleased with him there as well. Every pest activity around my home has been very manageable since I started with them.

We started seeing the bugs again and just as my Technician said give us a call and we will come back. Terminix sent my Technician back and he did a great job again.

We've been using Terminix for quite a few years. We always have the same person coming over to help us. When Jim visits, he's always very thorough and friendly. He does a good job so we're happy with him.

Terminix came for a routine pest spray. I get along fabulously with the technician. I call her and we coordinate a schedule so that she can get the inside and outside at the same time with one visit. Ever since I started my service with Terminix, the pest activity in and around my house has been very well.

Wayne from Terminix always comes and I let him in the backyard. He does his thing and is always timely, pleasant and respectful of property. He closes my gate so my dogs don't get out. It's been a good experience.

Do not think it is potent enough to last THREE MONTHS! I have bugs, SPIDERS and ants within 10 days after service.

Terminix has been always wonderful. Anything I need to be done the technician just does it. I can say, "Look I found spiders in my pool house" and off he goes. I love it. The scheduling is easy. They just send me when they're going to be here and I'm here or I'll leave a note and everything gets taken care of. And it's 100% better than it was. We live out in the country, so we had major animal activity. The tech couldn't keep every mouse out of my house, but he did a good job at keeping most of them out.

The termite tenting crew started their work on a Friday and we were able to return to our home on Monday. As a result, we went out of town and turned off our water as usual (once your house has flooded, it becomes a safety measure anytime you leave for extended periods). Upon returning, one of the workers had taken a ** in our toilet. The house stunk! In addition, our heat was left in 90 degrees and was not returned to air conditioning. It took hours to cool the house and it made sleeping difficult. Finally, the crew broke a sprinkler head and the closing mechanism on our pool screen door. The crew did not have the correct sprayer head to fix the issue. We had to pay a sprinkler company to fix it. We also had to pay to have a new closer placed in our door. Overall, the crew did not seem to have respect for our property.

Terminix was out here recently spraying for ants. I told them where they were and they took care of it as we were not around when they came. Scheduling with them was very good. We have called them several times about the ants that seem to move from place to place. They are always nice to come and check on those. We also have had someone coming out checking on some moles that we had in the backyard and he was very nice. He was able to find one mole and we felt that possibly that should not be considered a $300 experience, but they might come and check for extra mole as my husband feels we still have some. That one little mole, however, was mighty expensive and that's the only problem we had. Nevertheless, I would recommend them.

Whatever Terminix has done, they've done well. Highly recommend!

Everything about Terminix was good although at the last service, I did have some rats in my kitchen. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was satisfied with my experience with them but I'm not going to renew anymore because it's a little more expensive than what I want to pay.

We had Terminix for a long time and I'm pleased with them. They have always been very nice. Also, they call me to let me know in advance when they're coming so I'll leave the gate open. They're always right on time and very pleasant.

I've had Terminix coming for several years and am totally pleased with it. The only time I ever had a discussion with them was when I heard they wanted to change the man that came to my house monthly. They were real good about that and Greg has been coming every month, except on winter months. When Greg comes in, it is just like having a friend come over to visit. I haven't had any pest activity since their service and if I see any signs of critters, I would call to have them start back earlier than their monthly schedule. I'm very very pleased with them.

Terminix does a great job. I have no complaints. I got the pest and termite control. Scheduling the service was great. Their technician who comes out, Joel, was mannerly and nice. He's good about letting me know if he's going to be late. So far, I haven't noticed any spiders or anything getting in the house since the service. I did have that much trouble with stuff and I have a rent house that was next to me so I thought I better go ahead and get the service just in case because some of the people that lived near want to. I didn't want to get cockroaches or something when they move out.

Terminix came and sprayed the inside and outside of my house and I was very pleased with what they did. I'm set up on a regular time that they come and I always have Richard who is a very nice young man and he does a good job. We have few spiders in the basement, but Terminix left that sticky stuff and spiders get in those. I don't have any spiders upstairs and it's great. I recommended Terminix to a friend of mine and she's getting them now.

Terminix is doing a great job although I have a problem with them calling me to tell me that I'm scheduled for an appointment when I'm out driving a car along the highway and I can not get back and respond. But the man calls me before he comes to our house for service. He shows up on time, sprays inside and outside the house, then gave me the bill. Also, he's gone out of his way to see that I get taken cared of early because I wanted an early morning schedule. He knows that I get the first one in the morning.

Terminix is always good. They call me and set up an appointment and they are friendly. They tell me about the appointment and I could change it if there is another convenient time. On the other hand, their technicians are very pleasant and seem to know their job. They don't come inside unless I have a problem. Moreover, the last service from Terminix went good. I don't follow them around during the service. They go around the house and do whatever they do and report back when they're finished.

There has never been a problem. The work is done on time and I have not had to call the technician back.

The services provided so far has been excellent but the problem still exists. It is not so bad as it was when the services was started. Looking forward to eliminate the problem. Hopefully I can expect better result in future.

Early on we had problems with spiders and ants. Initially the technician provided insect repellent inside and out to control infestation. Now with quarterly external applications only we have now been insect free for many years. All the technicians have been professional, informative and efficient in providing this service. I've had good people from Terminix come to our home when I need them. I've always loved their representative, but I'm missing having the regular person that I know because our usual representative had left the company so we now have a person that I had not met before. I'm very satisfied with Terminix. We have their service once every two months. I had Isaac for my most recent experience and he's always very nice and he always wipes off the porch for me with the brush. I had a little problem in the bathroom with some silverfish and he came in and gave that a shot. Since then, I haven't seen any bugs. Moreover, Terminix has been very good to me on the bill. Their rates have gone up, but they've kept me where I can still afford to keep the service so I find that to be really special.

I love my Terminix technician. He shows up on time, is clean and presentable. He is very friendly and will take a few minutes to chat and he always asks if we need extra pest control service. I'm very satisfied with my years of service from Terminix. My technician, John, takes very good care of my house. He knows that I don't like insects of any kind, and he makes sure that I don't see any live ones. Those I see are dead. Thanks for keeping my rates down!!!

Terminix is excellent in doing their job. When I see roaches they are either dead or dying so I know they are doing their job. I've used them for years and will continue to use them and do recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Terminix was probably the best I ever had. I told the main guy in Durant where our base is that she did awesome. I live in one of my parents' houses and they are the ones who pay for it. They do the service four times a year.

Terminix has been good so far - no negatives. People that have come out have done a very good and thorough job. Whenever I've had a problem, Terminix responded to it. Interactions with the technician has been positive. We had a problem with some ants and he was very knowledgeable in terms of how to treat it. He treated it accordingly and the problem went away.

We have a new service man and I was very impressed with him. Years ago, when we started with Terminix, I had a problem and called. It was straightened out right away because they offered to change the service person. I felt sorry for the guy because he was an older and retired man that was doing another job, but he was a grump so I let him know that I didn't like that. When he came back, he was a different person and everything has been fine since. He became much more friendly and was very nice about everything after that. So, I was glad I hadn't switched. Each time I called Terminix about something, it's been taken care of right away so I've been very pleased.

Terminix comes out every three months and recently on Oct 1 they sprayed for us. The technician was very polite and did a good job. We don't have any bugs in the house since we had their services.

Be very careful with this company. Read the fine print in the contract. Make sure that what they say they are going to do it's clearly stated in the contract and save all the documents. If I hadn't saved my documents I would be owing more than a $1000. I changed my rating to "3" because the last person I talked to was professional and resolved the issue

Terminix did a head-to-toe inspection of the house, checked insulation and checked for moles. Then they left us with some information about some things they suggest we might do in the future. We've been with them for several years and they're good about keeping their appointments and if it's going to change, they will let me know. Also, if I have to change my plans, they're quick to change and meet my schedule, too.

Terminix comes out every quarter and he's great every time. He comes when we're not home but he always calls me. He’s very pleasant and I don’t have any issues at all. I don't have any problems since we've started the service.

I have a great person that takes care of my house. I like that I have had Scott for quite awhile. I do not like when the person changes each visit.

Whoever schedules the technicians for my pest control and termite treatment needs to know where the technician is going to be and how long it takes to go from place to place. There were many occasions where the scheduler would schedule a time and the technician could not make it because of distance or appointments were scheduled too close together. Or they schedule the appointment late in the afternoon and the technician is in the area in the morning and can do it earlier.

We called Terminix about a rat problem. They came out, worked on it, and the next time they came for a regular call, everything was in good shape. The techs are knowledgeable, get their job done and goes off. They don't come out and bother around. It's been a good experience with them.

The Terminix team comes out and sprays for the bugs once a month. I have no bugs, every bug I've seen is feet up and dead.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Terminix. They come when they say they are coming and they do what is needed courteously and professionally. When we ask them questions they are very knowledgeable about what we asked them. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Our service provider Ben ** is why we continue to use Terminix. Ben is always thorough, observing problems we did not realize we had, and treating the problem. He is prompt and efficient and we always look forward to his visits.

The guys from Terminix shows up, he's clean, on-time, well dressed and wear their little booties if they're coming in. They are knowledgeable, explain everything before they leave, and do a great job! I have not seen a roach in the last five years since Terminix took over.

The service man who came to my home was very respectful and informative. This was his second visit for ants who refuse to leave. He located the areas they are coming in and treated it along with the rooms inside our house we see the ants.

I have a scheduled service with Terminix every two months. They come to the house and spray around the perimeter and leave a bill. They do good work but the $70 charge for the 12 to 15 minutes that they're here is way too high. I'm thinking about doing away with Terminix. Overall, I'm dissatisfied.

I am new to LA and want my grandkids to be able to play outside. I purchased the mosquito spraying, however, even with an additional application in Nov, we are getting eaten alive. I am not sure this service is going to work for me, however, I will not cancel at this time. I will see what happens in the spring.
