I've always had good experiences with Super Home for clients so I used them for myself. I have two policies with them. One for the house I live in and one for an investment property, and I've had them come out for both. The techs were all great. They came out on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. There weren't any surprises, so I was very happy.

But the few times I had to call in to follow up, which is fine, but I get disconnected all the time after being on hold for a long time, and they never call back. I always get to call and end up with a new person and have to explain the whole thing over again. And when you’ve been on hold for 40 minutes, it's frustrating to have to start over. So now when I call, the first thing I say to them is, “Please write down my phone number. If we get disconnected.” Then they call back. Other than that, I've had good service.

When I first bought my house, I was with a different home warranty company. I became a realtor and Super was one of the home warranty companies that was on the list of different home warranty companies that we would send to our clients. My broker vouched for them too. My clients were always asking me for different options for home warranties and I would send them about four or five of them. About 80% of the time, they would select Super because they like the price and the package. When I went to renew my home warranty, I decided to go with them.

I don't like Super at all anymore. They sent somebody out for my dishwasher and my garbage disposal. One guy came out, looked at my dishwasher and said, “Okay. That's all this is right here.” I asked, “Are you not the same person that's going to look at my garbage disposal?" He asked the model number for my garbage disposal and said, “I got it. I'll take care of this. When I order the part for the dishwasher, I'll order the part for the garbage disposal as well. Call Super. Let them know that I basically took care of both of them and I'm going to submit the request for both.”

I ended up doing that and this guy ended up getting sick. They ended up having to reschedule somebody coming out to fix my dishwasher, which I was fine with. But when the guy came out, I was thinking he was coming back with the part because somebody had already come out and identified what was wrong with my dishwasher. But the guy didn't even know what was going on with my dishwasher/garbage disposal. He looked at my dishwasher and said, "This is what's wrong with it.” I said, “I know what’s wrong with it. I thought you were coming back with the part that's wrong with my dishwasher.” He said, “No. They just gave me the work order to come out here to see.” I ended up calling Super and expressed it to them. They apologized for the confusion but no one has ever come back to fix my dishwasher. I ended up calling a handyman that I know. He came out and ended up fixing my dishwasher and my garbage disposal.

My HVAC went out and they sent out an HVAC guy. The HVAC guy came out and said, “This is what’s wrong with your AC.” They were gonna order the part, but it was over the weekend. They said it probably wouldn’t happen until earlier the next week. It was in the middle of the summer so I spent a whole week at a hotel. Finally, they called me and said, “We have the part. We can be there on this day.” I was super excited. He came with the part and installed it. Before he left, he was outside for 30 minutes doing paperwork. I went and caught him. I said, “I don't feel anything.” He said, “It should take a few hours for it to cool up.” I said, “Okay. But I don’t feel anything coming from the vents. I usually feel something almost immediately.” He said it would cool. 2, 3, 4 o’clock in the morning, it was not cooling.

The next day, I called them. I told them nothing was changing on my temperature. The guy that answered the phone asked me to check something. I went outside, and apparently, the guy that went out there forgot to turn something back on on the outside unit. I sent him a picture of what he wanted me to send him. He asked me to turn that on so I did and it started. A week later, something else happened. My secondary line was dripping really bad outside. I called them and it was a few days before they were going to be able to come out. I had that same handyguy go and move the secondary line a little bit away from my door because every time you walked out, it was dripping right on you.

The AC guy finally came. It was the same freaking guy that did my AC that I had the issue with the previous time. He went up there and started to look at some stuff. He said, "This is what’s wrong with it. We don’t cover this so it’s gonna be this much extra to fix it.” At that point, I didn’t care. I didn’t want it leaking and I needed it done so I told him I'd pay that extra which was between 200 and 300 dollars. He said they had to order the part and all I got was a notification saying Super does not cover it. I had to get it on my own. I ended up calling another HVAC company. They came out within 15 minutes. Whatever it was, they didn’t need an additional part. One of the little PVC pipes had a crack on it. The guy glued it and it was fixed within 15 minutes.

I don’t plan on renewing with Super and I will not recommend them ever again. Other stuff has happened but I’ve never called Super again. It’s disappointing. Had it only been the HVAC people, I would have understood it. But then, whoever that guy was that came to do my dishwasher never inputted the information into the Super portal so Super could know what part I needed. Whenever they do bring a company on, I don't know if there's any homework being done on these companies to make them part of the network.

My realtor uses Super Home. I have a rental house and she manages it. She said, "Let's do this. It saves us a lot of time and effort." I price checked around and the money wasn't different but what was different was Super Home's service was better. What they cover is better than what the other company does. I called up at one point during the application process for something I didn't understand. I talked to some girl and she absolutely knew the deal. She was able to satisfy me right then. I've only been using them for three months and so far, I've been happy. If somebody asks me about it, I'd say, "I'd buy it again and I'd recommend you buying it." We're on a repair right now for the washing machine that's a callback so we'll see how happy I am on that one.

I liked the app of Super Home and I liked the maintenance part of it ‘cause they have the options for maintenance stuff. The application process was fine also. I did one claim this summer for my AC unit. I was underwhelmed by the service I was provided. But it was also the peak of summer in Arizona. It took longer and the guy had to come back out a few different times. Then, it was hard for me to get ahold of anybody at Super. Their tech was telling him it was finished, but it wasn't. Then, he would say he was on his way, but he wasn't. It was a few different communication errors.

But with Super also, the service wasn't great. I'm a little bummed because when I signed up for it, I was planning on using some of the maintenance type stuff. But with COVID, they're not allowing for those. I feel like I've wasted almost more than half of my time that I've had my policy and not able to actually utilize those services. But, nobody could have foreseen everything that's happening. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. So, all things considered, it's not the end of the world.

Super Home had maintenance items, like the yard weed control, which I was interested in. So, I thought that would be better for us. I did the application process through the website, but I did it wrong. When I went to the website, it ended up charging me for the full year. I had wanted to do the monthly payment, so I had to contact them to try to correct it. They were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful.

I've used the warranty twice. Once, it was for lawn treatment and they were unable to find somebody quickly that was in my area. So, they offered to pay for it so I could find my own and that was easy. Then, I used it for outside landscape lighting. They sent somebody over right away and I was very happy with the whole process. I've had a good experience and I would recommend them.

I've had some issues with Super Home. Recently, getting ahold of the customer service has been challenging at times. I'll be on hold for 20 minutes, and then I talk to someone and then I get disconnected. I've had that happen to me several times, which is very frustrating. Regarding submitting a claim, it's fine if it's just one item. But if it's multiple items, then it's challenging. They need to figure out a way to improve it so that we can do multiple claims online.

I also had one incident where I had a claim and the electrician sent over a proposal. Super Home warranty took a little bit of time. I kept following up. They reached out to the electrician, but they were no longer contracted with the electrician. So I had to start the whole process over again. But all in all, the experience with Super Home has been positive. They've been good.

Everything is going pretty well now. We just finished a long sequence of visits that got our heating coil working. It took about four visits over several months to kind of isolate and deal with the issue. We had a coolant leak on our heat pump so we had someone come out first in the spring. They decided that the most expedient thing was to top it off which was fine. In the fall, we started having issues again. We had someone come out and they said, “You don't have a leak and everything is fine.” We had our own contractor come and take a look and they said, “You’re light by two pounds and you definitely have a leak. They put that in then it worked for a bit.

We reengaged with Super Homes to get someone to look for the leak. They sent one contractor who was like an apprentice. He didn't really know what he was doing. He said, “I should get someone else to come back.” We asked them to send someone else out and after a bunch of back and forth, we got a different contractor to come out. He looked and did find the leak. He coordinated with Super Homes to get a new replacement coil ordered. They sent him back with the part except they had sent him the wrong-sized coil. He had to come back and then do it again. After all that, it does finally work. Their service has been beneficial but it’s a lot of work to take advantage of it.

Every time I call I get a different story. It's like you're starting all over again when you're trying to follow up on a claim. I never got any calls. I was always the one reaching out because they wouldn't provide me any updates. They could have better customer service and follow-up instead of waiting for the user to call back in, and not following up on the actions that they said they were going to complete. Overall, they have a great concept but poor execution.

The application process was very simple and straightforward. The one problem I had in the beginning was that the maintenance part of it was not being offered and there wasn't any discount for not having that. Because of COVID, they stopped some of their maintenance plans but they didn't discount it. I've put a lot of clients on it, and I've also used it myself. I'm happy in general. The only thing is that when I've used the maintenance, I didn't get any written report at all, and that's the only thing that I've needed on my rental that I have. I looked online and I couldn't find a written report. I got a verbal on one and the other one, I didn't even get a verbal report. I asked the tenants if they came and what they said. So, I got the information, but there wasn't very good reporting done.

I started out purchasing Super Home for clients, whether it be for a listing or a buyer gift. Then I decided to buy one for my own home over the summer. The application process was really easy because I already had an account set up. So I just went into my account and set it all up online. I got the most comprehensive and the best fit for my particular home. I live in a condo, so I didn't need all of the extra upgraded stuff that they had. My experience with the actual vendors that come and do the work has been great. I did have a couple of hiccups with one claim with the customer service department, through Super.

My wine fridge wasn't getting cold anymore, so we called in a claim for it. The tech came out and they said I needed a new wine fridge. The rep sent me one but it wasn't dual zoned. My wine fridge was dual zoned. So I asked her to send me a new one. They found a new one and we went back and forth about it. She said she ordered it through Home Depot, and sent me the receipt.

I got the receipt, but it was not the wine fridge that we had discussed and I approved. Also, she sent it to an address that she got out of my email signature, and didn't cross reference it with my account. They had it delivered to my office, instead of my home. She said it auto populated from my email. I told her that my policy isn't at that address and it’s not the same zip code. So that was a little bit frustrating. It was also frustrating that they had unknowingly ordered the wrong wine fridge. Super Home could be more responsive to their customer service emails. I'd email them and it would take them four days to respond to me, which was ridiculous. Especially when they were making mistakes.

My property manager was familiar with working with Super Home. So, I picked them and talked to an associate first. Then, I looked at the policies and filled out what policy would match my needs best and I went with the most common one. There weren't many options. There were just options based off of the size of the home, then you tailor it to your needs. As a first time home warranty buyer, it was a little confusing but that might just be my lack of getting one before.

So far, I've had three claims. When I have the techs come out, they schedule it however long until they can get someone out there. The company they hire doesn't call me with the results of the fix and my tenants don't understand what the fix was. So, I have to call Super and ask about that as well as the cost. I have that for my record-keeping but having a written report would be more helpful. After the contractor comes to fix something, they could report what the issue was, what was fixed, and how. They could also report on the cost if the home warranty wasn't paying.

I had trouble getting a hold of someone at Super Home Inc. right around when one of their offices was closing. It's very confusing to find someone available after hours. I almost canceled my plan right then. I don't think they have enough coverage there for the right people in the office to make a decision and I do not care for that. Also, when we needed them for an actual service, someone wanted to come to our house not wearing a mask which was terrible.

Contacting them is a pain but their website is very simple and their plans are straightforward. Once I finally get a hold of someone, they make sure that they help resolve the issue. I like what they offer for preventive services like rekeying and vent cleaning. It’s a lot of stuff that’s not covered and if it is covered by other warranty companies, it’s not easily identifiable on their sites. But it's very easy on what Super Home covered and didn't. I'm very satisfied with the preventative and how easy it is. Super Home just charges me every month if I don't wanna pay fully ahead of time, so that was all good. I just had a bad experience with them and I don't feel that they really cared to make things right. I literally had to jump through hoops and spend over eight hours trying to figure things out. I'm very underwhelmed and disappointed with Super. The challenges that I've had with them have really been around. First, getting in touch with anybody is sometimes a really long wait. I've had to submit my number and didn't get a callback for two or three hours. I've also had issues with the vendors that they use. Not always the most professional. With the most recent claim, I was very clear that I needed my HVAC unit cleaned when I submitted my online request. When the HVAC technician showed up, he said the request that his company received indicated that it was just some general type of maintenance that didn't include cleaning. He didn't even have the tools that he would need to complete the task and that he would have to come back. Thankfully, he let me know that the HVAC didn't really need cleaning. The only reason that I had asked for the request was that I was selling my house, and it was what the buyer asked for.

The system tricks you into thinking that you've actually selected an appointment time or an appointment range. Typically, when I was going through the system, it might say 8:00am to 12:00pm, and then the technician wouldn't show up until after that, or the only time that it was available on there, 8:00am to 5:00pm. I wish that this system actually lets me select a realistic window time when scheduling. I also wish I hadn't signed up for Super. It's an annual subscription. I no longer own the home, so I'm not sure that I can stop paying it.

I haven't had good experiences with warranty companies so I posted on Facebook asking if anybody knows of a good one, and someone suggested Super. The application process was easy. The salespeople should have plenty of time to reach out to get back to people or answer the phone call, and that's where the money comes in from. That's not what my full experience was. It takes some time to answer the call or get back to you. The door of communication was open but they're not always the friendliest. I'm in sales. I wouldn't have signed up based on their salespeople.

The plan options were good. They are expensive but I thought that I would get more better service and that they’ll be easier to work with. I expected them to be better to work with as far as getting claims approved, but I still have to fight with them to get things approved that should be covered. Then they tell me things aren't covered when it says my plan clearly covered them. I don't appreciate me having to wait. On one claim, I'm still waiting two weeks on it. They can't tell me anything about what they're gonna do two weeks after they'd come here. Not two weeks since I made the claim. In another one, they came and they're giving me reasons of why they won't fix the issue.

There was one claim where they kept denying me even to come to my house. I had to struggle with them just for them to approve them coming here because they said it wasn't covered, but it was covered. Then they came here and then after that, they would deny. It's covered. It's in black and white here. The same thing is happening with another claim right now.

The project is still not done and I am a little bit surprised with certain things. My understanding when I was buying the home warranty was that more things are covered or the service is faster. But it seems like these days, everything is blamed on COVID. I'm a broker and I don't believe it. I work with contractors every day. Recently, we had to hire a different company for a yearly clean on the furnace. We already paid for the service of the furnace and air conditioning in the spring. It also seemed like we had some issue with the furnace. It stopped working and the terminal started with a bad connection. I told Super Home we would like to schedule a cleaning but the rep said due to the COVID, they don't provide that service anymore.

The people who came in did a good job. We had a problem with the faucet and that guy was beyond amazing. The last person I talked to was a guy who was extremely nice. I thanked him 10 times because I appreciated his politeness. The person I talked to before was a woman and she was really mad. I'm in customer service too. Even if I have a bad day, you shut up and you just do whatever to make client happy. It seems like the person was working from the house and it was not very helpful or polite. But I will recommend Super Home. I always like to give companies or people second chance ‘cause most were good experiences. 92% I'm happy, 8% it’s kinda of like a cloudy vibe.

It's my first year with Super Home. One experience was perfectly fine. The plumbing issue that I had was taken care of super-fast, super-easy, and without any issues. The other two were not what I was anticipating. They were kind of weird. There was a switch that stopped working. I had them come out for my doorbell. The electrician said he was gonna call Super Home and put in something to replace the doorbell. But he had them close out the file and that was it. I don't know why he did that. I put that request in too, but I didn't get any callbacks or any sort of response from Super Home. He got paid and that was it, which I didn't appreciate.

I had made a call a few weeks ago which they charged me for but they didn't come out at all. It was for one of the sprinkler heads outside for the irrigation system. It’s shifted but I had them winterize everything on the outside so I'm just gonna have to wait until the spring. But I have to go back and call them to see if they can make sure everything was refunded. I don't think anything was ever taken care of nor did anybody call to get it taken care of.

We've had a few claims with the air conditioner, and in general, it has been pretty good. I submitted all of them online through Super Home's dashboard, and then they gave me a time frame and then the actual contractor called an hour or two before they show up. Super Home satisfactorily addressed the AC once last summer. It needed more Freon. And then this summer, there was something with the wires and they fixed that. The issue with some of these warranty companies is that they push it to the cheapest option or try to make it such that they will fix the unit again and again rather than replace it when it needs to be replaced. That could be a problem. But so far, it has been great.

It's easy to use online whenever I need to make an appointment. They usually get back to me pretty quickly. The only complaint I had had to do with COVID-19 this year. We just got into a brand-new house and there was a lot of the smaller services that I could use with the service that I've purchased. That was discontinued for the year because of COVID. Other than that, the contractors have been very informative, have done exactly what they needed to do, and the quality of their work has been good.

Super Home had to replace the contractor for the AC because he never responded. He just topped off Freon instead of actually fixing the underlying issue. The first one wasn't good, but the second one was. They got someone else out immediately. So far, so good. The warranty has been reasonable in terms of what I pay out of pocket.

Our refrigerator in the kitchen - which an LG, bottom freezer stainless steel refrigerator started to make loud noises first and then the compressor died. I opened a claim with Super Home immediately on July 5th. They scheduled a technician to come to our house 3 days later. He came and confirmed the compressor was dead and needed to talk to Super and LG to order the replacement part and be back to fix it. I checked with Super the next day, they had no information regarding the tech's visit. When I researched the tech/company they assigned to fix the refrigerator, I found out that it was not a very small shop with 1 technician only. I raised this as an issue to Super, they said, they will check it out. I have not received any updates from Super next 3 weeks -- yes 3 weeks with no working refrigerator in July.

One of the customer service reps at Super kept texting me and asked to call the tech which I did. The tech never answered the phone and his voice mail box was full. This was the company Super selected to work with!!! Customer service at Super was absolutely horrible, no follow up, no updates no nothing. After 3 weeks and escalating through my realtor who recommended Super, a manager at a different department called me to let me that they don't even know if they can get the part from LG or not. Bottom line, nothing was done in 3 weeks. After hours of phone calls, emails, I told them that I will take care of it. They decided to send me $500 which was even less than 1st tech trip value according to their app (it was $700). The check was sent 3 weeks later. Meantime, I start to shop for a new refrigerator and ended up purchasing a similar refrigerator for $2500 which was delivered 2.5 weeks later on August 18th.

As a summary, I was without a refrigerator in July and August, between July 6th and August 18th, hottest time of the year for almost 6 weeks. This was my worst experience with any home warranty company even though their fee was the highest annual fee I paid. I am planning to terminate my contract when it's time to renew. I am not recommending them at all. They do not have a management team who cares about their customers and clearly that reflects on rest of the their employees.

I'll probably have them do service on the HVAC units in the fall. Our recent claim turned out not to be something covered under the policy, so we had to do it separately. But the service that was given was fine. They were responsive. That was the first time that we've had to pay for Super ourselves. It was previously covered by the seller of the house. So, we'll see if we renew it at the end of it next year.

The first year I had my home warranty through Super I was satisfied. I renewed and ended up paying about $600 more for similar coverage, which I wasn’t too thrilled about. But the real issue I have is with the customer service, and Super not taking care of things and I have to follow up MANY times whether it’s before someone coming out because they don’t schedule an appointment, or after someone comes out and the claim is never approved. i.e. I have an active claim on our oven that I had to follow up with Super 4+ times after the repair company came out two weeks ago, and it was finally approved a week later, and all 4 customer service representatives told me different things. The repair company word-for-word told me they have issues with Super everyday because the representatives don’t complete claims, save notes, or follow up with clients. This was one of many issues I’ve had, and it gets more infuriating every time.

I filed this claim with Super a month ago and my oven is still broken, in pieces and it’s one of the only ways we can make food because we aren’t going to restaurants with our baby and the pandemic. I’m a realtor and have put Super on all of my clients' contracts for the last few years, as well as my mom's contracts, and we’re in the hunt for another company because I would never want my clients to experience what I do. We’ve had several unhappy clients with Super too and it’s quite embarrassing for us! I highly recommend assigning each claim to a skilled and responsible representative that will follow through with every action item until the claim has been completed and the client is satisfied.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, there was a block and we could not schedule any services. There was no communication about when services would be restored or if we has a significant need everything was ignored. I'm very dissatisfied that when we actually needed to use the warranty we weren't able. I understand there had to be shifts, but there should have been more communication or even an extension to our warranty since we literally couldn't use it FOR MONTHS. I'm happy to speak with anyone, but if we are unable to get an extension on our warranty until late 2021 then we will not be renewing.

The bigger stuff that typically warrants the majority of your calls, that's not included, stuff like refrigerators. Those are extra things like that, which was not made very clear. Also, the account manager tries to help. But when it comes down to it, they sent a lot of their people home so it's hard to get ahold of them. One time, I waited hours on the phone before I gave up. When I tried to use the app a few times, I couldn't get a work order submitted. And they told me that they're going to set some upgrades. I know COVID probably made things difficult, but there were months when I couldn't reach the company through online or phone. I had to cancel the credit card that I had the service attached to and I had to file the claim so that the most recent months weren't charged.

Super Home was not fulfilling the function of a warranty company, which is to be responsive when customers have claims and they're paying fees. And since then, the CEO sent out an email apologizing for the lack of coverage that they have for a few months, but by then, I canceled my coverage. Even when I had claims, you end up paying a deductible for somebody to come out, and then they cover some of it, but a lot of it you have to pay out of pocket. It's not something I would recommend to somebody, especially given their response for months on end.

We are not fix-it types. We don't have the know-how or patience so in buying a house, we had to have a home warranty. Super Home was the best at taking care of the problem and not like nickel-and-diming you to death when I did a lot of research on home warranties. People didn't have to fight to get things taken care of with them. There were a lot of people I knew who had horror stories with other home warranties where they paid and didn't get anything out of it. And they fought their warranty company every time they needed something fixed. Also, My realtor had suggested Super Home.

I filled out the form online and then somebody called me. This was about two years ago. The rep walked me through and I was able to really easily add on things because I wanted to make sure that my pool pump and things like that were covered. That was an extra charge but that made sense to me since not everybody would have a pool and pools would be expensive. It was also nice that I could get my water softener covered at an extra charge 'cause that'd be another thing that not every household would have. I didn't know anything about water softeners, so I'd be in trouble if it were to break.

The house that we moved into was previously a VRBO. This is our first house. We moved from an apartment so we weren't coming into it with a bunch of appliances. So we really needed a place that already had everything. The house had an old-fashioned stackable washer and dryer in there. It was never my plan to keep that stackable. It was not big enough for us. But I thought it'd get us through the first couple of months until I could get something better.

A week after we moved in, I realized that the stackable was broken. The transmission had gone out in it and it was getting transmission fluid all over our clothes. On the night I put in the claim with Super Home, they sent somebody out. The claim guy said it was not fixable. It would cost more to fix the transmission in that thing than it would to just replace it. Then the next day, Super gave me $1,500 and to buy whatever I wanted with it. Then it happened to be just enough money that I was able to buy a full-size washer and dryer with that money. So my first experience with them was quite pleasant because I was expecting to have to replace that thing on my own.

Super Home doesn't seem to be a company that's just out to get your money and not give you anything back in return. It's well worth it. Since we've been in the house, I had two toilets where they were constantly running. If it were just an old-fashioned flapper, I could change that. But they were the complicated Kohler ones, and so I had to have somebody come out twice and fix each one of my toilets. I also had a shower where the water wouldn't stop running because the cartridge broke in the faucet and the guy that came out fixed it and replaced the whole faucet for me. He could've just hooked my old faucet back on, but he fixed it all for me. All the people that Super Home has sent out have been really super nice. I've never had a problem with the contractor and with their billing. I would totally use them again and I recommended them to a lot of people.

The contractors have all been good and quick and they get the job done. Putting in a request is easy as well. I have an app. There's also a phone number. When I was told about Super Home though, I thought it was going to be more beneficial to have them. The initial idea was to save a little money on things that might need repair or done around the house and I don't know if that is due to Covid this year, but it seems like a lot of the services aren't available. When I wanted certain things done this year, I haven't been able to get them, so that's been super frustrating.

Earlier this year, I needed my trees trimmed and they said that it was not an essential service. Why not? It's a hazard and my homeowners' association is telling me I need them done. I had to pay out of pocket for that when I'm already paying $700 for the service a year. I also called when my AC system needed something and that was frustrating as well. I know what the AC was doing, but I didn't know if it needed maintenance or repair. I'm not an expert and I needed someone to tell me what it needed. That's why I have them. They said they don't do maintenance, and I told them that it would be helpful if they could send somebody out, so I could figure out what I needed.

All in all, I like the scheduling system. It's very easy and effective. It asks for two appointment options and they usually show up when you need them to. They are very quick at responding as well. Realistically though, it's not gonna be perfect all the time. We’d get some issues, but the most important thing is the way they handle it. That's what I like about Super Home. The last time was very to the point and efficient in solving problems. I only did one call and the guy figured it out and took care of it. I've had experiences where we had to go back and forth with other companies.

This is my second year and I'm happy with Super Home, especially with the last warranty call that I had where I got my call fee reversed. I called for a plumber and I wasn't informed the last one that I called him, it was something that had to be fixed because it's not covered by the warranty. Without knowing it, I called it and explained to the rep from Super, and he was able to reverse the fee. He told me that, “I processed it. I can't give you an answer right now because I have to bring it up to management. But if you don't hear from me, you'll definitely get an email if you got the refund or not.” A couple of days later, I got the email that it was refunded. They got to the bottom of it and got the issue fixed.

I was really impressed at how the plumber handled the situation about the plumbing system too. He went the extra mile. He looked at the history and he found out about the pre-existing condition. Had he not done that, we'd be going around in circles trying to figure out what happened. It saved us a lot of costs going back and forth. It was deemed as an unwarrantable item, so I couldn't fix it myself without having to call Super Home again and get charged with the $75. It's also good that Super Home took good notes on each claim, so at least they had a history to show and to at least give any feedback if there were any cases or issues to arise in the future.

Super Home's service has been amazing. I'm a single parent and I'm on duty at work full time. My life is stressful as it is. The first time I had to call them, my refrigerator compressor went out, my dryer went out, and my solar panels went out within like 10 hours span. One by one by one. It was a nightmare. My son and I went grocery shopping, put the food in the fridge and went to sleep. I woke up and lost all the food I just bought and the food that was already in the fridge. It was about $500 worth of food. It was bad. Super Home was able to send someone out almost immediately to fix that. The only unfortunate part is the person that they sent out within 48 hours couldn't do anything because it was under an LG manufacturer warranty. But it was still nice.

The following week, my AC went out and Super Home had submitted it as emergency. Unfortunately it was also on a holiday weekend but everything was understandable. I never felt like they weren't taking care of me. The most recent time was my water heater went out. It's Arizona so it's not too bad to have lukewarm water. It's probably hot when you first turn it on but it was nice that they still sent someone out immediately.

I love Super Home. I'm trying to move to Washington and I was gonna sell my house and buy a new house but I wanna keep them. I have also recommended them to people who are buying houses. I have airmen that rent and it would be nice if they have some sort of coverage. But if multiple things happened on one call when you're calling for a claim, it's just one fee. It's not $75 per thing which is awesome. I pay $52 because that was what the price was when I got it. But now, it's $45. It's not bad and it covers so much like electrical, piping, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, range, microwave, washer and dryer and AC. That's just their small price and that's common because most people don't need more things. The next price up, it covers more like the roofing. It's nice that Super Home is something so affordable. It's been so helpful a total of three times and I've had my house for two years. All the people that they've sent are friendly.

They've got different windows. Once you submit that, I don't know if Super Home has got kind of a service level agreement as to how quickly they get somebody, but usually within a couple of days, they assign a tech to it.

The biggest issue is the people that Super Home has sent out. The technicians that they've chosen haven't been ideal. Some of them were like on the bottom of their list because I guess we're further out than their usual client base. They get people from different areas of Houston that the technicians have called me and they're way off somewhere else.

We had some issues with the pool, of all things. Initially, Super Home had a company that half the time wasn't coming out like they said they would and I had to call back. There was so much follow-up on my part. Eventually, they went with a different company ‘cause it was another pool issue that we had later on and they sent someone else out. Communication's probably an issue between the technician and Super Home 'cause the messages didn't always get relayed. Once the technician diagnoses the problem, they tell me, "Okay, I need to let Super Home know if it's something approved or not, then you'll hear back from me when we'll schedule a fixed date." A week would go by and I wouldn't hear from either one of them so I would call Super Home since they're the ones who are covering. Their rep would say, "It's in our system now so let me push that through approvals."

We bought a rent house and I went ahead and went with them anyway to give them another chance. In terms of warranty type companies, they're right along with the rest of them. The advantage was the coverage for the pool but the level of service that you get right now has not been above the others. It hasn't stood out.

I've been a real estate broker for 20 years and I own a number of rental properties. When we sell homes to our clients, we always advise that they get a home warranty just in the event that something goes wrong. Being I've got stable rental properties that I personally own, having a warranty is a way to cover my back with tenants' needs, like when the air conditioning goes out or there are plumbing stoppages. I've always had a home warranty on my properties as well. Super Home has a better price and better coverage than other companies. Submitting a claim has been very easy. Online, I can just click from wherever I'm at on my phone, and I could submit a claim and a request.

The contractors have been very responsive and very professional, much better than the contractors dispatched by other companies, as far as getting work done efficiently, getting it scheduled efficiently, getting it completed efficiently and solving the problem. However, getting any response when you've got a problem or there's a follow-up and they need to order parts, I don't get return phone calls, nobody ever gets back to me. It took us three weeks to get a claim finalized because the contractor needed the authorization to get parts. They couldn't get anybody at Super to get on that.

My parents were aware of Super Home and told us. We tested them out while we were receiving the service covered by the buyer, and then we really liked it. So we decided to renew with them. The application process was super easy. Initially, to set the account up, our lender took care of all of that on behalf of us. So I didn't have to go through that process. When submitting work tickets, it's been pretty simple. It's all done on the app. Our experience with them has been relatively pleasant and easy.

We renewed with Super Home ‘cause we appreciated it. I like their business concept and how they were providing quality service and making repairs. The biggest, most recent benefit was our dryer went out. It was a large capacity dryer. We have a large family, so it was very helpful that they were able to replace it with a similar model.

There was a little bit of a struggle on scheduling and organization of the actual event on my part and their part, some miscommunication. I called in that time and then that was where we had some of the breakdown at first. I thought the rep was putting the service through, but she was telling me to go enter it in. I thought I had an appointment, but I didn't. But it all got worked out. I also appreciate the ease of the online option to be able to just pop in and make an appointment. The service of the contractor that came out was wonderful too.

My experience with Super Home is fantastic. I heard about them through a Realtor friend who said, "There's this new home warranty. You should take a look at them. They do things a little bit differently than most home warranty companies." The application process was simple. When they were putting my address, I had three options in terms of I can choose this or that, based on the size of my home, features, and stuff that I wanted to cover. I was able to select the option that I thought was best suited. The majority of what we're doing is all through the app. The app is simplistic and very easy to use. I just go on the app, I select an appointment, "Here's the issue that I'm having." They'll call me up and say they need to move something around. It's pretty seamless.
