Super Home does what they say they're gonna do. I haven't had any problems with them, and they honored all the warranty work that needed to be done. For my plumbing claim, they replaced a sump pump that went bad. It went very smoothly. The techs seemed to be very competent. The cost seemed to be reasonable too.

Super has good customer service and they're very helpful. The claim experience has been cool. The turnaround time is usually the next day -- unless it's a weekend, then it's the next day they're open. If I submit the claim online, they send the email the next day, if not the same day of my appointment time. I would recommend them.

The service has been good. I had a refrigerator replaced two or three years ago. It was a high-end one and they gave me the full value, which was nice. The process was long and they double-checked it three times. But that was like 10 grand, so it was understandable. I've also paid out of pocket here and there but for the most part, they've covered the repairs and it's all been pretty clear. I wasn't surprised by anything.

When I had a problem with my AC, somebody came out and said, “Oh, I have to go pick up the part. It's under warranty.” I had to wait three weeks. I had to call Super every day almost for a follow-up. I also had a claim for the ceiling fan and I was told that it was not covered. The tech charged $85 and said, “As long as the fan is going, then it’s okay.” I told him that the light is a fixture in the ceiling fan. But he said, “No. We don't cover that.” So I called up Super to double-check and they said they covered that. The same people came back out. I was sent pictures online of fans to choose one. They were so chintzy that it was a good thing that I was able to put my glass fixture on to their plastic junky ones. So, that wasn't too good of an experience.
My husband who had surgery done is uncomfortable and tossing and turning. I could not get to talk to anybody except these Super people who have something written in front of them to tell their clients. They would say, “Oh, yeah. We understand. We're so sorry. I'll look into it.” But then you don't hear back from them. To take three weeks, and I was the one who had to keep calling and following up, was beyond.

I would never purchase a warranty from Super again. They refused to finish a job they started. Promised to call me back and never did. Promised to schedule a service appointment and never did. Months of giving me the run-around. Buy your warranty somewhere else, anywhere else.

Repair man was courteous and completed the repair within a reasonable time frame. *I resent the fact that I am charged $100 extra on my plan because of type of Freon my unit uses even when I don’t Freon added every year. I feel that should be taken into consideration at policy renewal.

The contractors are usually very punctual. They are always knowledgeable and are able to diagnose the issue immediately. If they have the part it always gets fixed on the spot. Twice, a part needed to be ordered so it took a second visit. Superb work! I will continue to work with and recommend Super to my clients, friends, and colleagues!

We have been using Super for more than 7 years and have had many good experiences with repairs and maintenance. Super helped replace our water heater a few years ago and just replaced our sump pump last month. Super also helps us with routine maintenance, like our furnaces and air conditioner but you need to watch the open and close date for those services!

Every time I've used Super, it's been quick to get a repair, and it's convenient to use the portal. We're keeping it for now because it's been a fairly responsive service as far as home warranty goes. My AC went out at the peak of the summer. They got us somebody to come out in a day or so to fix it. I've been happy with the service so far. If someone was looking for a home warranty, I would recommend Super.

Our AC unit has been out of service almost 40 days since August 17 with majority of that time above 100 degrees. We have paid over $1000 to Super Home and their representatives in the last 30 days of additional fees. After giving us a run around for over 3 weeks and having my family with two small children suffer they are now saying they won't pay for repair since they don't know what is the problem and since they don't know it cannot be wear and tear. So they want another $1800. Company rep Alicia promised to send us information but has not done it.
We have initiated a case with Better Business Bureau, local media companies in the Dallas market and have sent a letter to city, local and state consumer protection agencies. Super Home is being served by a certified letter as well for gross breach of their duties (postal service tracking number **). I certainly hope my family gets picked to be on TV and talk about this company because their business practices are unethical.

For the most part, I like Super Home. It's been an easy home warranty to work with, and they offer more than the average home warranty. I have whole house coverage, and I have an extra kitchen in the basement, so we had additional appliances. The application process was easy. I just got online and paid for it.

When submitting a claim, it's all on an app. It's easy. I can even take pictures and upload. I can call if I have any questions. They usually have somebody out. They send me who has picked up their claim. I can look them up and see how they're rated. I had one that didn't show up, so when they picked it up again, I called Super Home. I said, “I don't ever want him ‘cause they didn't show up and didn't call me. I waited around. I took off work.” They gave me who I wanted that I had used before. I like the first company that came out for my refrigerator. They were quick. It's one of the best appliance repair I've ever dealt with so I request them each time.
I've had AC claims too. I was not impressed with the first technician that came. They said, “Your warranty coverage is not gonna replace this." I told them I have a rider on my policy, so I already knew they would take care of my AC. The second one that came out spent 10 minutes. He said, "It's cooling. It's just ‘cause it's 110 degrees out.” He also looked and said, “Your capacitors are very rusted and would probably go out any time. I'm replacing them and putting it in that your capacitors are bad." He didn't add anything or try to talk me into anything.
I’ve renewed Super Home twice. It was cheaper to get it the first year. On the second year they were able to get it down. It stayed the same this next year. I have an extra $100 rider on it for my air conditioner. Last year, they saved me $2,700. They replaced my dryer, the part for my washing machine, which the appliance guy said, “This is one of the best. It's not a brand new one, but it's a good one.” They got the motherboard rebuilt. He replaced all the seals so it's like I got a brand-new washing machine. My refrigerator had both the fans go out, the one in the freezer ones at different times, all in one year. They sent me $2,700. I highly recommend them.

It was a little bit of a snafu because we had to have the application done. And as part of the paperwork was a contingency for the closing of the house we bought. We had to create an account, but then the paperwork wasn't coming through. And so, we had to create a new account and they cancelled the old policy. It ended up getting to the right outcome but it was painful. Other than that, we used their team to have somebody inspect our air conditioning and the techs did a good job.

I've been satisfied with their service. They've been very nice, courteous and responsive. They're very good about calling me back and letting me know that it's still being looked into and to be patient. I've heard some horror stories regarding some of these home insurance companies. But that was not my experience.

I have used Super a few times, and I've been very pleased with it. When I had a gas leak at my house, Atmos came and turned off my gas. The next morning, my refrigerator went out unbeknownst to me, and I walked through my kitchen in water where the ice had melted. I made a call and Super sent a repairman out and found out it was my compressor. Then they gave me money to replace my refrigerator. I put a little more with it than what they gave me because they matched my unit. But I like the water and ice on the outside of the unit, so I paid a little bit more than what they gave me, but I'm very pleased with them.
When they turned the gas back on, my tankless hot water heater would not relight. The gentleman that came was very nice. I had to call them back again and they're waiting for a part to come and repair that. So I've not had any bad dealings with Super. They've taken care of me greatly. I've not had any person who came out that I didn't feel comfortable with. For what I pay, it's well worth it.
My son-in-law started this policy for me and when he passed away, I didn't know anything about it. So when we found this paperwork, I called Super and talked to Kim. She was a godsend because I had no idea what my son-in-law had done. She said, “Well, you're a few days out of the time period, but we're gonna waive that.” So she let me renew it. She was very kind. Super has been nothing but nice to me. Any time I call, they're right there, Johnny-on-the-spot.

Super is always quick and efficient in finding quality companies to perform repairs. We had an AC issue during hot Arizona summer days so quick service was a must- and Super delivered! The AC company that came to our home was on time and provided great customer care and service; including quickly finding and installing a broken AC part.

I needed A/C repair and contacted Super. Service company So Cool Solutions was sent out to my property. I do not occupy the property. It is occupied by a tenant so I had to make special trips to the residence. They initially refilled the coolant and charged the compressor stating that the tubing was loose. This did not fix the problem. I called a second time requesting service because the system reverted back to not cooling. Both times I paid the required service fee of $95. A 3rd visit was required and at this time they looked at the interior unit and diagnosed a leak in the coil stating that they initially thought it was the outdoor unit. The repair required a replacement of the coil and once this was presented to Super you refused to pay.
I received a call from Patrick in the claim approvals department stating that this was a pre-existing condition and that Super was denying the claim. He had no substantial evidence to this effect and when I asked the service provider when and how this leak started they said it is hard to tell. They could not pinpoint a date. I have to mention that Patrick's customer service skills have a lot to be desired. He was curt, abrupt and aggressive in his tone. I called back to speak with Patrick further on this issue and got Anish on the phone who was unknowledgeable and unable to help in any way. I asked to speak with Patrick initially and then a manager and was told he was unable to transfer me. He said he was a leaving a message for someone to call me back and that was 10 days ago and I am still waiting for that call.
I called a 3rd time and spoke with Larry who was somewhat helpful by forwarding my appeal to his manager. However, the outcome was the same. Denied. It appears to me that Super didn't want to pay the costly claim and looked for ways to escape responsibility. As to reason number 1 why no one in management returned my call when requested. It should not have taken 3 visits before this issue was diagnosed. If Super feels that this was a pre-existing condition then that should have been determined on the 1st or 2nd visit given that Patrick stated existing leaks require large quantities of Freon, my system was not empty of freon by the way.
The curt responses I received from Payrick and Anish were unprofessional and unnecessary. I expect better customer service from Super when handling claims such as mine. This does not sit well with me and I will be writing reviews of the company on public sites and contacting the Better Business Bureau in reference to how Super handles its customers.

In the last 3 years Super has been a Super choice for our home purchase. We have had work done on our stove, ice maker, AC, electric, toilets, and hot water heater. Service techs have been timely, friendly and seem to enjoy working with them. Our septic add -on service was my only difficulty since there were not any providers in my area. I had to find someone on my own, but they did cover the cost to repair. I find it to be of good value and the claim process via the app is very user-friendly.

They have failed to meet the (minimal standard) normal response time stated on their website to get HVAC repaired which is considered an emergency. It has been 9 days! during the summer under an excessive heat warranty.

Some of Super Home's maintenance portion of the service like the maintenance for the AC, the heater, the pest control for mice and insects don't cover much. You pay the 75 copay, but afterwards, they do very little. What they pay the company and what I pay is me paying almost everything. I had to put in a ticket for each individual insect that I wanted covered. We put in one for mice. What it covers is just five traps. I didn't need to pay $75 for that. For things like that, it's not worth it.
When you call in, it's a lot of wait time. If you do it online, it's quicker, but depending on what they're fixing. They eventually cover it, but they give you a lot of runaround. My stove went bad. I specifically said from the beginning that that stove I have has an attached exhaust vent. It was an older one. Apparently, the newer ones don't have it. When they tried to replace it, they were gonna replace it with one that didn't have it. But they were gonna remove the whole thing and leave me with no exhaust. It took a while for them to cash that on. When they did, the company that was gonna come and replace it then realized that there was gonna be a 1-inch gap left around it. They weren't gonna take care of it, so they were gonna leave me with a 1-inch gap around the stove. If they're replacing it, they should replace it seamlessly. I ended up getting the money and covering the rest out of my pocket to have the trim placed around.
When something goes wrong, the coverage is more. But the time it takes for it to go through is annoying. They had to get a second opinion because the first one said that it was too old and it couldn't be fixed. They wanted the parts. I had to wait for the second opinion’s report to go through. It was a long process for them to find the one that matched. It took a good half a year.

In relation to the maintenance services, including AC, heater, and pest control, we hear your concerns. We strive to provide our customers with value for every dollar spent. The service of Super Home has been great. It's the best scenario for a home warranty. We've had a great experience. It's been a minute since we've had to use them. We used them for a garage door, a microwave oven and the rekeying of our house when we moved in. The claims process was super easy. The techs had always been very professional and easy to finish the work. Only one time in our three years that we had to pay out of pocket. Somebody came to repair a pipe in the bathroom. There was a leak. There was another issue that I didn't catch. So, it was closed out. They just reopened a second claim.

Super offered me a very good plan and they're covering the things that I needed to have covered and I've been very happy with their service. Recently, I woke up and saw that my whole front area was flooded. I turned the water main off. It was feeding the timer and sprinkler system. I called Super and I told the lady that I talked to, "I'm pretty sure that this is covered under my plan. I just wanna make sure." She said, "Yes, it is. Absolutely." They contacted a company. They came out a day after I called and did the repairs. It's working great. I'm more than happy with the company that came out.

Technician was punctual. He diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired the issue. Throughout the entire process, I was notified of the status of my repair request, the arrival time of the technician, and a follow-up was conducted. This was one of the best customer service provider experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend using this service.

Very satisfied. I have had 2 issues over the years, neither directly Super's fault. But they are an indication of the tough/annoying industry they operate in and a reminder for me of the huge convenience of having Super as intermediary. The first is that it took months to get a new furnace unit from the supplier according to the contractor (resulting in months without heating). I'd call Super once in a while to get an update on my ticket and they were always responsive and good at getting a response from the contractor. They just couldn't do anything about getting the unit itself faster short of assigning a different contractor, which could have delayed the process even more.
The second is shenanigans in calculating the cost of replacement for a washing machine. This is more Home Depot/Lowes/Best Buy's dishonest pricing practices rather than Super. But Super could be the better company here and not nitpick over less than $50. These stores charge for "optional" installation accessories (tubes, brackets, etc) but you can't order without them. Concretely, it meant I got less than the actual cost of the replacement washing machine they identified for me.

For the most part, my experience with Super Home has been very well. I've had a few little snafus, but overall, I'm happy with the service. I recently had a service request for the dryer. It was very simple. They came out and put a part. Something was broken with the dryer, and it wasn't shutting completely and that was why it wouldn't turn on. The tech was excellent. He immediately identified the problem, had the part on his truck, put it in, and he was in and out in 10 minutes.
Super's customer service is fine. I had a problem last year, and I had somebody that wasn't listening correctly and sent out the wrong person. Then she had to send out the right person, but I went over their head and talked to the regional person. I got it straightened out and they only charged me one trip fee, and they got the problem resolved. They used to have someone named Keanna who was excellent, but for some reason, she's not there anymore. They got some new ones and some of them work from home and you can hear dogs barking in the background, trucks driving by and babies. I don't care for that, but this one rep was really weird. I was telling her about the problem, and she sent out a plumber and it needed to be something else. She thought she knew so much, but she wasn't listening to what I was saying.
I've had a problem with the dishwasher where they came out, and I specifically told them it wasn't the door that was closed, and they sent somebody out here for the whole door. So then he had to go back and order the part it needed. Sometimes, some of the customer service people don't really listen, and they don't document exactly what you're saying, and that has caused a few second trips. The one time where they tried to bill me twice, I was able to get that resolved. All in all, from what I hear about other home warranty companies, Super seems to be one of the better ones.

Repair specialist accepted job quickly. Was able to call and get the repair person to come that day. Even though the problem was not covered arrangements were approved for the policyholder to pay. The problem was fixed. Everyone satisfied. All this happened within a 2-2 1/2 hour window of filing the claim. The first time I tried to do a review my phone malfunctioned with 1 star. Glad to give a positive, very satisfied!

When we moved into our new home our first order of business was to change locks. So, we paid for the service from our brand home warranty, Super. They were totally unresponsive. Finally, after weeks of waiting and sending messages on the app, I called. I was told to just pick a locksmith. So, I did. Then I was told it was too expensive. Finally, they sent me a locksmith to contact. So, I did. And I was made to pay for the service in full to the locksmith. After multiple attempts to get reimbursed by Super, I’ve been ignored completely.

Over the past few months, several maintenance and repair issues have arisen -- all of them handled very well by Super. The latest issue was a broken garage door spring. It happened on a Friday, and Super arranged for a Monday morning response. The responding contractor called ahead of arrival, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes.

I had a good experience with my last service with Super. Requesting the service was easy using the website, and I got my appointment a few days later on my convenience. The contractor was on time and the problem was solved fast, and with no issues.

AC was not cooling. Contracted AC company came out and spent only 10 minutes looking at condenser outside and only peeked into attic. Opinion was that condenser was dirty and not enough insulation. I called an independent contractor and the duct was unattached to the unit in the attic I called and wanted to speak with Super manager and no one has returned my calls to address my concerns. As a realtor and customer, I will no longer recommend Supef Home Warranty. This is the second time with faulty services from their vendors and with no response from management regarding my concerns.

I applied with Super Home online and the process was pretty straightforward. When I was having issues with my AC unit, I called them to bring out somebody as one of their services out there. And they were very nice. It was easy to handle, because I booked them through an app, and the techs were able to get to me within 72 hours. They were very knowledgeable and they came on time. They were very communicative and they gave me suggestions on how I cold fix my problem in the future. They gave me a new compressor and my AC has been working ever since. Other than that, I'm not exactly a fan of the $75 copay, considering I have to pay Super every month. So sometimes, it feels like I'm paying twice. But considering the ease of use and the technicians who come out who are incredibly knowledgeable, I'm fine with it. If more of my friends had homes, I'd suggest Super Home to them.

Our hot water heater failed and had to be replaced. The process with Super Home was very smooth. I was a little confused at first by their app, but once I figured out how to ask for help with it, they had people come in and check it. Then, because the warranty only covered part of the cost of the water heater, there was a process to go through of agreeing to pay a certain amount of it. Immediately after that, they had it installed. There was a problem with the water heater but that was corrected right away by the people, so that was good.
Whenever I would call Super Home, I've had people who were incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. But I've had people who were dismissive. Also, I sometimes talked to people in India in the middle of the night for them, and I felt bad for them, especially when it was hard for them to be able to know exactly what was going on here. As for the technicians, there was one guy who was dead awful and impossible to work with, and in the end, never came back. But except for that, most of the technicians we've had have been good. The most recent ones came out for our dryer and when these two guys came over, they fixed it and left. They were great.
We've had a lot of things fail and have to be replaced, and Super Home have done that. Having the dishwasher and the microwave replaced was a big benefit. But it's been a little frustrating when what they've decided to do is buy us out. The options are they can give us a really low end thing or they'll send us a check and we can decide what low end things we want to get. But they have made good. Also, we are paying for some extra coverage because we have a well and an HVAC system where there's a pump that's really old. Aside from that, when I'd use their website, sometimes, things would be listed in categories that I wouldn't expect them to be listed in. For instance, they would send someone out do a seasonal inspection of the HVAC system, but they wouldn't tell you that. They'd only list that during certain months.

So far, I've been happy with Super Home. They're not perfect, but I don't think any home warranty company is. When I had my furnace replaced, it took a little longer than I would have liked. We were without heat for several days. But everything else, they do in a timely fashion. When you have something that needs to be replaced right away, you have to wait for the approval process. But when it's something like the washing machine or your microwave, I don't mind the approval process. It's not like I can't live without it for several days.
I have also been happy with their vendors so far. Overall, their response time is reasonable. They also have a concierge service. I got my front walkway and my patio pressure washed. I placed the order online to have that done and in 30 minutes, they responded with an appointment. The vendor was awesome. It was well worth having them do what they offer. You just pay $75, and they cover the rest of the cost. It's way easier than having my husband take care of it.

I like Super Home's app a lot because it's super simple to use. They had been doing an update on it for the past few months. So, there was certain things that I couldn't get to, but that's been fixed. So now, it's super easy. Super Home sends out really good technicians. We had the AC come out, and everyone's been super pleasant. So far, I've liked the people that come out from every company they've chosen. Also, having low out-of-pocket for us if something happens is a benefit from using Super.

Super Home is convenient and I have peace of mind. Their claim process is straightforward. You go online, submit the claim, and they will give you three options. Sometimes, it takes a day or two for a technician to come, but it does not take longer than three to four days. Once an appointment was set up, the technician shows up and fixes the issue. Most recently, the AC unit wasn't working, and someone came and looked at it and fixed it right away.

So far, Super has kept their end of the bargain fairly well. I had an AC checkup. They took great care of me and paid any excess amount due for me. It was a seamless and easy transaction. When I submit a claim, I simply select the category that I wanna get a service call for. They have different options. I chose the HVAC and selected an appointment. They were the ones that have a list of providers and they were the ones that chose who gets to go to your house. That's weird. Ultimately though, as long as the provider gives good service, then I have no problem with Super doing it. Also, I like the fact that Super goes with third-party vendors 'cause they can vet them.

Super Home is like an easy button and working with them is brain-damage-free. The contractors they've sent out so far have been satisfactory, too. I recently needed a service for my garage door that wasn't working and the tech fixed it. But when I had a claim for my AC, some guy came out here to look at it and he said that the issue was due to lack of maintenance in an area that’s got zero foot traffic. And I had people maintaining it. I ended up having to pay $18,500 to replace the entire air conditioning system in my house because Super wanted to do the condenser of my split system, but they were not going to do the head because they were not compatible. But they didn't say anything about compatibility insurance and they never sold that.

Super will repeatedly send out its network of techs for the same issue with no resolution. Even when the techs themselves say that they have no idea what the issue is and that it should be escalated to the manufacturer’s techs, Super will continue to insist on sending its own techs. The process for seeking approval to use the manufacturer authorized techs involved repeatedly threatening Super until they eventually give in, many months later. This service is beyond useless, it’s a massive waste of time as well.

The Super Home app is easy to use if I need to request service. There's no live chat option but the coverage is great and when you call and get ahold of somebody, they're great as well. I used them for my oven and I had no issues. But I have been going through something with my AC units and it's been a nightmare. I had issues with the AC companies at first because they were giving us the runaround in the beginning. But the problem was the lack of being able to get ahold of somebody at Super.
I tried to call their main number and a lot of times when I would leave a message, nobody would call me back. Plus, there was no way to escalate anything and everything is about making a ticket. Then, the gal that I called prior to who was supposed to be my rep was no longer working with the company and she gave me somebody else's number. But it turned out that the other gal was also no longer working there. It seemed like there was some turnover that was happening in this past six months that I didn't know about and it became a weird ordeal. When I was talking with the AC people and we had an issue, they told me to hold on and let them talk to their boss. And when they'd call, they'd have a direct line to the Super and that's the line I want.
I've had both of my upstairs and downstairs AC units go out, so I got to keep making a ticket for each one. Then, when the techs came out, they said that they were going to work on the top unit and that the other AC company was going to fix the bottom. I don't understand why it had to be separate. Also, the units kept alternately going out. When one contractor would come and fix the top unit, the bottom would go out. The guy would come back out and fix the bottom, but a couple of days later, the top would not be working again. It got so bad, I had to spend two nights in a hotel room because it was so hot here. Also, I had to go out and buy a personal cooling system for $300 because the room was unbearable.
Aside from that, you're subject to whenever the contractors' availabilities are and then they can't come out for four days. It's been frustrating and feel like I've been getting $75 dinged for the claims I filed. The last time I called Super, I shared my concerns with the rep and she said they were not going to charge me for the tech who was coming out. But when the tech finished the job and I told them the work was complete, they charged me $75. What kept happening was, when it was a recall where the techs got to come back out and work on the same system that they worked on the week before, I had to pay another $75. How many $75 do I have to pay before they get things right? They probably charged me $75 four times already.
Right now, my bottom unit is working but all of a sudden, it would just kick on. Also, the one upstairs doesn't work the way I want it to. The last time a tech was out here, he worked on our AC but when he left, there were no batteries and my daughter had to go find AAA batteries to them back in because the screen wouldn't go on if the batteries were not working. So our experience hasn't been too super and I'm at the point where I realized I need to look into a different home warranty.

Trying to work with Super Home Warranty has been the most frustrating, uniquely insufferable experience with a company that I have ever experienced. In short, Super has repeatedly lied to me about returning my calls, inexcusably delayed in their communication, intentionally misread the terms of our warranty agreement, and ultimately refused to cover a (simple!) repair on my range that is clearly covered by the contract. For over a month now, I have wasted countless hours trying to call them and email them, all with no effect. My range is still broken.
At this point, you might expect that I am writing this hoping for Super to repair my oven. To the contrary. I never want to deal with this company again. Instead, because Super has materially breached the terms of the contract (not to mention their utter incompetence in communicating and responding to my questions and explanations) I hope Super will cancel my home warranty contract, refund the premium to me, and return the "copay" for the repair that has still not happened.

I've had a hot water heater replaced, a refrigerator repaired, and an electrical issue and an air conditioner issue fixed. Their claims process is fine and my experience working with their techs have been good. I had to pay out of pocket for the hot water heater replacement though and I felt like I got shafted. The guy came in and told me that we needed a $750 worth of upgrades. He went upstairs and he took three pieces of pipe. To me, it just looked like the only difference was that one attached a little different than he had to change that and that cost me 750 out of pocket, plus what Super paid for it. Other than that, everything else has been pretty straightforward.

I had a repair for a leaking water heater. Submitting the claim was and very easy process and the tech was good. He talked a lot but he was nice. They needed to see what the problem was and what they needed to do. They also had to ask Super to see if they would approve the work. I was lucky it took less than two weeks. They were gonna take more than that. Other than that, the tech did a pretty good job.

All my experiences with the techs at Super Home have been really good. I've had to talk to their reps two times and I haven't had any problems. However, sometimes it's a little bit hard to get in touch with them. You have to go through menus, like selecting a bunch of numbers to get in touch with them. Our policy with them is for our rental building and I don't have a management company or a maintenance staff. If my tenants call with a problem, I feel like I have maintenance staff because I can call Super and send them a repairman over. They can coordinate with my tenants. I don't have to hire a maintenance staff.
We also have an aging HVAC system and I feel a lot of comfort that I don't have to have 10,000 or $15,000 in my pocket to potentially replace it because I have some degree of faith and confidence that I have this protection. I'm not in it on my own. I had a dishwasher that wasn't draining well and they sent a technician three times and eventually replaced the dishwasher. My most recent claim was for the drain in our basement shower. It was draining slowly and also sometimes backing up. We called them and they sent a plumber who routed the drain and found a ton of hair in it. Now, it's running clean.
I have recommended them to a friend. I was nervous to get a warranty company because, a lot of times, I've heard that it can be a little bit of a racket. There's a lot of breakage in warranty companies. But I have had a lot of success. We've had problems with our building and, year over year, we're coming out ahead of our premium payment. So, that's why we keep renewing with Super Home.

The service was good and took care of the issue, but it did take longer than we would have liked. We live in Surprise, AZ and the heat can be dangerous if you don't have A/C in the summer. We only have one unit, so when we call for service on that unit, our home becomes unlivable. Not having it fixed for days is costly to us and extremely inconvenient. Our family and pets are displaced and items in our house get ruined from the excessive interior heat.

I could hear the motor running on the the garage door but it stopped going up and down. I submitted a claim with Super Home and within a couple of days, a tech came out. That guy was amazing and I loved him. He had the part on the truck and was able to resolve the issue immediately. I've been really satisfied with Super Home overall. But I was not satisfied with the last HVAC company that came on my rental house. I called them out because the AC had a problem and when the techs checked it, they talked about the fact that the condenser needed to be acid washed. That wasn't really covered but I told them to go ahead and acid wash it. The AC was also making noise and when I asked them about that, they said they didn't fix noises. I got that from the Super person on the other end of the phone, too.
Super Home's whole reasoning for not dealing with it was they didn't cover noises and my argument was that they didn't cover an acid washer on my condenser, yet they had no problem resolving it and charging me for it. I’m okay with paying for things that need to be done that aren't covered in the policy but my problem was that no one was willing to look at it close enough to figure it out. I went around and around with the customer service caller and the company never resolved the issue. So I called another provider that only charged me $75 instead of $85, which is not a big deal. They went out and they said the screw that was holding a piece together was loose. They said it was never intended to be screwed there, but it was, and it was holding it together. So they put the screw back and now the AC doesn't make any noise.

Our dishwasher wasn't working. It wouldn't start for a week and then would suddenly work again. Someone, setup by Super, came out and knew exactly what was wrong with it. He said next time it breaks have Super contact them and he'll replace the part. It happens again, we request him and a month goes by and no appointment. Meanwhile our dishwasher isn't turning on at all and we are hand washing everything. Finally we call and they schedule someone else, not the person we requested, who doesn't show up. Wait another week, we call AGAIN, no one is working proactively here - they do not care, it's hard to get someone on the phone during business hours. The 3rd appointment request and the person says he's in a car accident and doesn't show.
Now we are out of the 30 day window and have to pay another $95 and a week goes by and nothing is scheduled so we go online and see that dishwashers are on sale and this is so frustrating, so we order one that's delivered 2 days later. SUPER hasn't even scheduled to have someone come out to fix our old one at this point and no one has followed up to this day. We paid out of pocket to replace our dishwasher... this was the very reason we got SUPER and it hasn't been what we expected. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business judging by the lack of response I don't think a lot of people work there anymore.

Problem was not diagnosed properly after 7 visits. This is unacceptable. Now I have been waiting for approval again unacceptable! Need a new compressor. This really isn’t right. The water wasn't draining in one of our sinks. I was able to get in online with Super Home Inc. and enter the claim information. I got an email or text message that said, "Here is who's coming and when." We didn't get a ton of information, but at least we knew who was coming and when. The contractor went over and above. They snaked the drain. It's now better than before. It's a new place that we moved to, so we had other questions about some things that were going on, and it was nice of them to at least answer our other questions. Everything went as planned and as expected.

Super Home has been okay. They responded to three claims that I submitted. I had a problem with my stove once. And then, there was a problem last year with the AC unit. And then something else happened. Everything that I've submitted to them went pretty well. The techs were all good and they were all able to fix whatever I submitted. I didn't have any complaints or have to call and have someone else follow up behind them. Our initial policy was paid for by the seller of the home that we purchased. Our policy is about to renew soon. I'm seriously thinking about renewing with them. I've been okay with the coverage and it's been fine. They have done what they were supposed to do with the items that I submitted.

When I first moved in, I had my home rekeyed. So, they sent out the locksmith. He changed the locks and provided me with extra keys. He also asked me if I had any questions. I also had another request to have them fix the dryer. When the tech got here, there wasn't anything wrong with the dryer. The issue was something about the vent in the house that needed cleaning. I paid for them to look at the dryer, but then they gave me the recommendations to have the vents cleaned. That was awesome. I'm satisfied with Super Home. The service is good.

Super Home’s app is neat, being able to request service that way. It almost feels like when you live in an apartment building and you call a landlord. The pricing is up-front. I've never had any problems making claims, which has been nice too. After we moved in, our furnace needed to be replaced not very long afterward, and it wasn't a lot of hassle. The agent asked some questions about it and was a little hesitant because we hadn't been living here very long. But eventually, Super Home fully replaced the furnace, which was nice. I liked all the contractors, especially the guy who did the furnace. He was great. Super Home is a nice home warranty company. I have a favorable impression of it. I've never had a home warranty company before, but I've heard from other people that sometimes they can be difficult to work with. I've renewed a couple of times now so I'm satisfied with it.

It would be nice to be able to talk to a real person at Super Home instead of just always putting a claim online. It works but I'm not really thrilled about that part. It's not like calling somebody and getting an idea of whether Super Home even covers something or not. I'm old-school and I like people. The technicians they've sent out, so far, have been good. I had someone come out and work on my sprinkler system. The guy did a great job there. He came out twice. I had Super Home do the air conditioner tune-up last year and that was all right. I had them come and look at my washing machine probably a month or two ago. The guy knew what he was talking about but couldn't do anything unless the machine was completely broken down so that was a waste of $85. I wish that I had known that ahead of time. That's why you need to talk to somebody ahead of time. Other than that, no problems.

Our AC, when it first got hot, stopped working. Super Home sent out a really good company. I had a company come out that wasn't through the warranty service and they wanted to replace the entire system. The people that Super Home sent told me I didn't need a new AC and I just needed a little bit of maintenance on it. They came out and did it, and Super Home took care of it. I never had to call them and ask where the claim was. I didn't even have to talk to Super Home after they sent out somebody. The company that they sent out worked through them and I didn't have to do anything else. The contractor is one of the cheaper ones you can find and they are more honest. My experience was really seamless and easy.

Some of the things that I got done for free were great like getting my house rekeyed and the HVAC. The contractor came in, did their job. The convenience of just paying that visit, the $85 fee, that's good. So when it works, it's excellent. However, it's hard to get in contact with anybody at Super Home Inc. I sent some emails and they didn't get responded to. I once got a random call, but they just inquired if my issues got resolved a month or so later. The ladies on the phone were super helpful. They got new people coming in. They're not too savvy. Some claims got kicked back, saying that they weren't part of the coverage. But these ladies, when they called back in, said, “You know what? It is actually part of the coverage.” So, they're not aware. They didn't fully understand it. I could tell they were more senior, so they went through my policy and said, “You are definitely covered. I'm gonna get you a date,” and we were awesome at that point.
Recently, though, I had to make another claim because some of the companies here in my local area just started working with Super Home. And while Super covers, for example, carpet cleaning, with Super it would be 600 feet or less. However, some of those companies that have come out recently, they would only do it by areas. Like the living room, stairwell, hallways. So, there is this confusion as to how to cover what and how much. I've had to have people turn away because they didn't know how to go about it. And I've made emails, claims about that process and what happened. This was another month ago, but I haven't received any response from Super. The app seems good enough. Some companies have 24/7 customer service online. I could get somebody almost right away. That would be great, because I've tried calling. It's almost impossible. And I've tried the email, and I got no response. So getting an online help support might be awesome.
I was having a problem with my garage door but I wasn't sure if it was the actual opener or the remote. So, I had someone come down. They checked it out and they came to the conclusion that there was nothing they could do. I have to find the right controller. So, there was no service. It was more of an inspection. But Super still charged the visit and service. I was confused why they charged it if there was no service provided. If there's was no actual service done, then there should be a different route.

I had my water heater fixed and I got a bill for the full thing. Super Home Inc. found me a plumber to help me with my hot water heater, but they didn't pay for any of it. They said the heater had to be completely dead in order to replace it. So, I was disappointed with that. But I got my water heater in here and it's working fine.

The warranty is designed to offer coverage for issues that occur due to normal wear and tear affecting the functionality of the unit. However, it doesn't cover preventative measures or replacements unless the unit is rendered non-operational.
We always strive to support our customers in the best way possible. Super Home offers a maintenance marketplace where you can pay for cheaper rated maintenance services, like chimney cleaning. I submitted request for three of those. Two of them went fine, but with the third one, they couldn't find a provider. So that one required a little bit more communication back and forth to figure out what was happening with that. We just heard back today and they said, “Hey, since we can't find someone in the network, feel free to look outside the network and we’ll pay up to 150 for someone to come out and diagnose it." Once they send that estimate to Super and they approve it, then we can call that outside-of-network technician out again. The resolution is in progress, but it seems good to have a way forward.
I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning. When the service rep reached out to discuss details, they mentioned that, “Hey, your dryer vent is beyond a certain length. It's gonna be extra.” I told them, “You know what? I don't wanna go ahead further without talking to Super because none of this was on the website for Super.” Then Super said, “You know what? We'll just find a different technician for you.” That went well. I also had gutter cleaning. The contractor came out and did it, so the experience was positive. It was just a bit hard getting a hold of Super through direct phone line, but they have a online contact form, and once you place that, someone gives you a call.

It's been twice that I have had Super Home replace both air conditioning units and once for the washer. It was easy to deal with them, especially with the app. Recently, I had a person come and fix the air conditioning but they did not complete what was supposed to be completed in order to avoid further problems in the near future. He suggested to change the coil. What they did is just repair it in order for it to be working properly, which, at the end, I understand. What I'm paying for with the warranty is that their contractor would come and fix it in order to have it working properly. But if the technician suggested that the coil is about to go bad within six months or a year and his recommendation was to replace it, I was expecting Super to approve it and replace it, but they did not.

There was a leak and Super Home fixed it. They came out about a week or so once I put my request in. It was perfectly reasonable. The tech was great. He was polite and worked really fast. I like that they're vetted contractors and that it is a central system to reach out to people.

Super Home took almost a month to fix the dryer. It was the second time that had been fixed and they were very slow. I wrote them on the 13th and the tech came out on the 16th. Then, it took him over a week to upload the pictures. And he just came today and finally fixed the dryer. We had a flood a week and a half ago and I didn't trust them to do it quickly, so I didn't even call them. It's been bad experiences. They sent out people who weren't very good and didn't do very much. We had a maintenance and the guy didn't do anything. We cancelled Super Home because it seemed like it wasn't worth it. So, I'm free and happy, and I wanna know when I can get my refund.

We've never had good experiences with home warranty programs before. It felt like there were too many exclusions or it was too difficult to book or the value just wasn't there, but we accepted Super Home because it was a gift from our real estate agent and it was super easy. Through the app, I was able to book everything. I was able to get a provider, not usually the next business day, but the following one. Always within 24 to 48 hours, they had a provider who was available and they were always really great. So, I was really surprised. I felt the biggest value from it was I didn't have to do the research on the provider. I didn't have to go out and find out who's a good plumber or who's a great HVAC person. So, it was great.
There was an HVAC service recently, and it turns out that there was a piece that needed to be replaced. It was something clearly that we couldn't take care of ourselves. We didn't have the expertise to do it ourselves. They came out quickly and took care of it. Through the Super app, I was able to do the claim and describe what the issue was. The original day, the HVAC person was supposed to come out, but they had their truck broke down, so they had to come out the next day. Super was great about keeping me informed about it and they were able to complete everything before the holiday weekend. It was very nice.
The big difference was with Super, I'm able to upload pictures and describe what the issues are. So, the service provider came super prepared and he had the parts. Just based on my description of the issue, he had an idea of what might be the problem. So, he was able to take care of it quickly. Everyone who's come has been super nice. There are a few things I really appreciate about them, which is why I continued with Super again. They're all super polite and respectful. They all made sure that the problem was really solved, and none of them tried to upsell me on anything. They would tell me things about the house that I might not have known otherwise and other things that I can do to maintain some of the systems. I was so enthusiastic about Super. I've been able to use them really productively. I feel like at the end of the contract, I'll get my value back.

Super Home was very efficient. They told us when they were coming. They were great, and they did what they said they were gonna do. It was in another property and they were out of there quickly. The claim was for a faucet in a bathtub. The contractor was great and they repaired it. The one that came out to our house was a bit of a disaster, but they seem to got the repair done. They're the people who came to sort out the HVAC. They did try, but I felt they were a bit amateurish. They meant well, but they left this loud buzzing noise.
Then they left it on a Friday with the wires the wrong way around. So, they had to come back on a Saturday to do it. They were very attentive, and they came out on a weekend probably when they shouldn't have to do it and they did fix it. Super has been great. I really like using them compared to another home warranty company I've used before. They answer the phone. They help. They send people out quickly and even the people that kind of let us down, they quickly try to sort things out.

I did a request on the garage opener and everything was fixed in a timely manner. Also, there was good communication and good scheduling. Having a policy with Super Home is peace of mind that I know I'm paying forward for all the appliances in the house and they find the providers and contact them for me, which is the easiest thing in the world. I don't have to schedule or look for somebody reputable. They already have those listed.

The contractor they sent was fine. It was easy to get an appointment with pest control. Having Super Home is convenient. I didn't have to scramble through different companies to figure out which one would be more suitable for me.

Filing a claim was simple. Whenever I call them, they're very responsive and they quickly get somebody to come out and do service with what I've requested. Plus, the techs who come are very good. But this warranty is more expensive than what I had previously and the service is about the same. Other than that, I recommend Super Home.

I put a request in for the air system that had a leak. Super Home notified me when they would have somebody come out. It was a very efficient and easy process, probably the easiest I've ever experienced with a home warranty. The technician was very knowledgeable. The only thing is he didn't have his leak detector, so he had to leave to get that. I had had a previous AC guy out here who did nothing. This AC guy took his time, found the leak and knew what he was doing. I'm pleased though I had to wait a couple of days and I'm in Arizona.

It’s been a week and our air still has not been fixed. In the afternoons it gets 87-90 in our home. My pregnant wife works from home and this is unbearable for her. It took the technician two trips here to realize the compressor was out. Also the ac company has not done their jobs without me calling and specifically asking and then whatever it is they need to do is done within a couple minutes.

Bought a new home and got a home warranty. I was required to provide my home inspection report for my first claim. Plumber came out and said needed to get approval from Super to continue. Over a week later, the plumber has not gotten approval and I then need to follow up with Super on status. Zero follow up or communication through process. This is just one example of the exceptional poor customer service....I have others..

Super Home has been responsive, but we've had issues with the people they use. Particularly, we've had a couple of AC and dishwasher issues. The dishwasher company that they used is still in the process of trying to complete an issue at my home. On the other hand, the AC claim went okay once we got everything approved. It took about a week for Super Home to have somebody come out, and it took another week for them to get the approval, then it took a couple of days to get the part. That process took a little longer than we would have liked because we had no AC. I was also a little confused, because they had us pay almost $1,000 extra for electrical upgrades for the new compressor. It was a code requirement, and they said it was only covered $300 and we had to pay the rest. I wasn't sure about that, but I needed AC so I paid it.

I’ve had Super for 4 years now and have used them for a number of things (A/C, ovens, dishwasher, microwave) and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their response was prompt and efficient. The representatives I interacted with were not only quick to address my concerns but also displayed a remarkable level of courtesy and professionalism. What truly stood out was their commitment to excellent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me well-informed at every stage, ensuring I was always aware of what was happening and what to expect. We were scheduled for service on our dishwasher with K&T Appliance Service. We had received confirmation of the appointment (Friday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM). We also received reminders of the appointment. We did not receive any notification that the technician would not arrive. At 3:30 PM we called K&T and received an automated response. We left a message inquiring about status. At 4:30 PM we called again. Still no live answer or follow-up. We have yet to have the courtesy of a response or an opportunity to re-schedule. We dealt with them in the past and were very pleased so perhaps this is the result of a technical glitch in scheduling. Regardless, this is a disappointing situation.

I’ve been very dissatisfied with our HVAC service request. When my situation turned emergent it didn’t seem like there was any urgency by Super or the assigned technicians. I understand there is a process, but it seems like it’s more of a red tape which ultimately impacts the homeowner. I am going on 6 days without my AC and my family of 5 with 3 kids under 4 including a 2-month-old nursing baby are all in my tiny living room on the floor. Please let me know how I can proceed so I can take care of this myself.

I have Super Home on two properties. They are very reliable and honest. Their prices are great. My biggest thing about it is that they are using local people and they are very fast. My wait time is within 24 hours. Others have three days. When my HVAC wasn't blowing cool air, the contractor changed the capacitor and now it's great.

When we were purchasing the home, there was a consideration because it had an older HVAC system. We were not only looking for ubiquitous coverage, but also one that was not capped for an HVAC in case that system went out. Super Home is a little bit more expensive, but it covers that. When the contract went through, we had the lesser service that had a cap. Other than that initial kerfuffle which got resolved, it's been very good. The app is straightforward if it's something they didn't cover. We pick some days, and they get back to us quickly about trying to schedule those days. They let us know who's coming.
We learned a couple bad plumbing companies, and Super was supportive of us not going through someone that we thought was not doing a good job. I called the regular line and let them know that we preferred to use another plumber. I gave them the exact example. The initial company came out and did the work, but somehow failed to realize that the sewage line was completely broken. They told us everything was fine, which is not what you want from a plumber. Super switched us over to a different service.

The biggest issue was my water heater went out when I moved in. So, I made a claim to Super Home Inc. about my water heater. It took a while to get someone out, they were able to get someone out and get it fixed. I had to go two weeks without hot water. But they got all of it fixed and I had to pay a portion of it. I like that most of my stuff is covered. Whatever I am paying out of pocket is lower compared to what they're paying.

We filed a claim and it went very well. We had a stove that started acting funny so we called them to come take a look. It was an older stove so they weren't actually able to fix it and they replaced it entirely. The contractor they sent out were very professional and on time.

Using their site is easy. They have everything there. They have a drop-down menu so you can see what category of service you're looking for. They also have another drop-down menu so you can see the type of service you're looking for. They send me who is gonna come and even tell me to contact ahead. I've booked two services. One of the techs was pretty good but the other wasn't so good. My sprinkler broke down and he checked everything. He did a really good job.
My second claim was for weed spray on my backyard. The techs sprayed but it's not effective. The weeds are still there.

I mostly do my claims on the Super Home app online and it's easy. You just choose what type of service you need and give a little bit of description about what's going on. Then you choose three dates for the service and you submit your claim. You then wait until they send you a confirmation via email that it's been scheduled with a specific provider. They also give you the name of the provider and the time when they're going to come. So far, some of the techs who came out were good, while some were not so good. When that happens, I complain to Super to let them know that the techs didn't do a good job, they didn't know what they were doing, and that I need a different provider. And Super Home usually complies. I also like that they usually cover most of the claims. I would tell my friends that they are a good company and to go with them.

Super Home needs to have more person contact and not just via the app. Also, some of the contractors, I've been exceptionally happy with. Others, it's been mediocre and sadly, there was nothing I could do about it. I had to just let them do what they did and then go.

We bought a house and got the warranty with it. We picked Super Home among the three that we saw and I looked at the deductible and what’s covered the most. I read on the app that Super Home replace the locks for the 79 that I paid. So I did that because it's gonna take me more time and more energy than paying $79. That was worth it. I clicked it and set up the appointment, and it was gonna be within a week. The guy was here as normal and took care of everything, and he was done within an hour. All four keys worked well. He replaced up to six locks, so it was fast.

This is my first time having my own home and when you are not knowledgeable of the things that could happen and the cost, the cost is ridiculous. I'd rather pay the $100 as opposed to paying the original cost, which is gonna be $500 or up. Just recently, the knob in my shower broke. So, the water ran all the way down into my living room. The plumber came out and fixed it, and it didn't even take him a long time as opposed to trying to get a different plumber because they keep trying to charge you out the wazoo. It was nice and the guy was knowledgeable. Super Home comes in handy and I love it. I wish though that they have somebody to put up drywall. Even though they come out for the electric, the plumbing, the washer and dryer, the refrigerator and the appliances but for the drywall I have to find somebody or to do it myself. But I'm not an expert and I wanna make sure it's done right.

Super Home Inc. has been very good to us. I went online and signed up on the website. Super Home Inc. was straightforward about all the requirements. They had three plans - a basic, intermediate, and a top of the line but with certain stipulations. The cool thing about Super is they also allow people to add in certain things. The pool, for example, wasn't part of the plan that I got, but I was able to add it in.
Everybody that I've had to talk to has been professional and prompt. And they've helped me get my issues resolved. Super helped me with rescheduling for a different pool person. Because when I made the appointment, I had written in that I would like a certain company and a certain guy, but it didn't get done, so I gave them a call, and it got resolved right then and there. Everybody has been professional and nice. And when the techs said they would be here at a certain time or if they got a hiccup in the road, it's cool to be able to say, “Okay. I appreciate it. But just get here when you can. Be safe.”

Super Home keeps the expense down. To call a contractor ourselves seem to be a different fee. They would charge more. But with Super, I only have to come up with $75. It's easier to come up with that than to come up with a few thousand dollars that we can see is only a minor thing. When I submit a claim, it’s easy and quick. Our water heater went out and started leaking water. So, we reported it to Super and they sent two people out that does that type of work and they shut off the valves where they can remove the tank. The contractors told us it was gonna be an out-of-pocket expense and Super would get with us. So, we were on pins and needles and praying for a blessing, and it came in the mail. It was only 300 and some dollars.
I was so amazed because when I went to Home Depot to try to price a good water tank for our size house and to cover the amount of people, we had to pay at least over $1,000 and that wasn't counting on the work that they have to put in to install it. Everything happened in about a week. When the men told us we were gonna have an out-of-pocket expense, they also said that Super will have to order the unit that we already have and they would be back to install. The next thing I know, a couple of days later, they were coming back with it.
I had a neighbor who saw the technician that comes out to check the HVAC and she asked me how much it cost. I said I have a warranty on the house called Super and we just pay a yearly price but I didn't mention the deductible. She didn't inquire anymore but I recommend Super Home. It covers absolutely everything inside the house, even down to the refrigerator and the microwave. The service with Super is a relief. When somebody in the household mentions something that needs to be done, I'd say I'll come down and check. I’ll make sure I got $75 in my bank account and then we'll call Super. It keeps everybody at ease. I've experienced some good contractors, even to the point that when they come, they will offer a direct contact to call them if something they were working on didn't hold up overnight. And every time we have called, they come right back at no extra fee to us.

I submit my claims with Super Home online and it's pretty easy. Recently, my AC wasn't blowing cold enough and when the techs came out, they said it was low on Freon. So, they charged it up. Then they checked it out and made sure that it was ready to go for the summer. They were good. I also had a claim in the winter and the techs couldn't tell if the AC wax working correctly or not, because it was winter time. All in all, my experience with Super Home has been great and I referred them to one of my customers. It's nice to be able to know that you can get ahold of a company like that. You don't have to worry about them sending out a tech that's going to rip you off.

Super Home has never overcharged me and they do what they say they're going to do. I use the mobile app to submit my claims to them, and the process is fast and easy. The contractors they've sent out have been great as well. I recently had a claim for my hot water heater that failed and they replaced it. It was done in two days. I would tell my friends to use them.

I've used the service twice and the vendors who have conducted the repairs have been good. The only issue I had was with the transparency of the charges and the breakdown. Some of the charges were exorbitant compared to if I was to price them at three different locations in my area. For something as simple as a drain pan for my water heater, they wanted $60. I even mentioned to them that it was $20. So, their price was three times as much as what it would cost at Home Depot and Lowe's. When I questioned the price, I didn't receive a response.
Super Home covered my claim based on my policy and so I ended up having to pay $770 out of pocket because of the cost of the replacement of my water heater beyond the initial copay. But as far as the online portal and the competency of the contractors who do the work, the service is good. Everybody who has done any work in my house through Super Home has been friendly and knowledgeable. I will be renewing my service.

The absolute worst customer service experience in my life. Was told one number then paid a much lower number and called to figure out why and was told supervisor was suppose to review and call me first but they didn’t so asked supervisor to call and she says, "Thanks for blaming me," and literally hung up on me. Ironically it was the coworker that told me supervisor was supposed to review and call me so the blame came from coworker and not me. Long story short it’s a finger pointing game at Super as nobody wants to be accountable and meanwhile the ball that was dropped by SOMEBODY at Super cost me 800.00. The supervisor screamed at me that her boss will call me before she hung up on me and nobody has called back yet. VERY FRUSTRATING.

The service was great from my first phone call. An appointment was scheduled quickly and the repair tech determined that we needed a new icemaker in the freezer. He ordered the new icemaker and installed it for us a couple of days later. The new one works great.

We're in our 1st year of using Super after purchasing our home. It came recommended by our realtor who also is a Super customer. We've used Super cover the fixing of electrical outlets, plumbing issues, a broken dishwasher, and a malfunctioning fridge. Everything went very smoothly. All our service providers were excellent with the exception of one who was ok. I usually checked their reviews on Yelp or Google after receiving my appt confirmation, and they were all good providers/companies with excellent reviews (at least in our area just outside of DC). Scheduling appts was simple for us as both my partner and I work primarily from home, and it wasn't an issue to allow Super to select the dates and times for us based on a top 3 preference system.
We also enjoyed using the Super "Marketplace" to schedule discounted gutter cleaning, fireplace inspection & cleaning, and HVAC tune up (although I wish the HVAC tune up included some coverage of the flushing of HVAC lines). We plan on renewing our Super subscription since we do own a large older home (built in 1930s) that will likely have additional issues in the future. Super gives us peace of mind and takes the stress out of searching for reliable service providers when an issue crops up. We feel as if we've gotten our money's worth for subscribing to the Signature plan.

Although Super paid the same non-functioning part/repair a couple years ago, Super did not authorize a replacement microwave. Instead, Super dispatched a repair company to assess, then Super did NOT authorize repair by THEIR serviceman. Instead, Super required me to pay out of pocket a GE certified repairman who provided estimate. Super said I must pay the GE certified repair then they will “pay me back.” Super has still not paid me back the GE assessment fee about $125, then now I’m waiting for parts to arrive at GE which will be over $815 for that repair then I’m supposed to submit for reimbursement of almost $1000… not to mention the $75 co- pay I spent for the original estimate initiated by Super which they themselves would not accept. I’ve been dealing with this since March and my microwave still doesn’t have a resolution. Super can and should do better. We are loyal customers for 5 years.

Submitting a claim was very easy. I recently reached out to the case manager to see whether or not this was particularly covered under my warranty, and they told me it was. I called in the claim, but the lady didn't know whether or not it was covered. I said, "I just talked to the case manager and they said it was." The tech came out and he looked at it. He said, "I've got to call to make sure it's covered." I said, "Okay. I've been through this twice. I would not call and pay you guys $70 to do this if I did not know that it was going to be covered." But it was covered. The claim was for a leaky faucet outside and the tech took care of it. The only issue I have with Super Home is they don't mail you anything, everything is done through email.

I've called Super Home mostly for plumbing. I submitted a claim and the repair people went out and took care of it. Super Home has been able to cover everything, and it's been good service. Overall, the warranty is easy to use, and it's easy to find somebody. I don't have to search around. That's good value.

My dishwasher leaves soap all over the dishes and it doesn't dry correctly. Super Home Inc. has sent people out twice, and said it was fixed but it's not. They checked the board and it's fine. It's something beyond that. Also, I was about to call because I've had my ice maker fixed three times. A month ago is the most recent and it stopped working again last night. They've fixed it. It just keeps breaking. I've liked the technicians. I would love it if on the app, they would make it so I could schedule an afternoon appointment instead of the broad 8:00 to 5:00. Because I can only do afternoons. But it's easy to use the app, and Super Home Inc. is responsive.

I've had a lot of repair men here from Super Home and they've all been nice and competent. My most recent one was that I had an ice maker that went out on my Bosch refrigerator, which is a very expensive kind of refrigerator. They sent out a very nice young man and he made it very easy for me. I've had great service from every single tech.

Signing up with Super Home seemed fairly easy and I didn't feel like it was any more or less burdensome than any other kind of internet sign-up. The plans were fine and they made sense. They were generally helpful, but the policy is not worth it when it comes to the utility concierge. I had to do phone contact on that and they were less helpful than I expected them to be. I didn't feel like they did anything that I couldn't have done with a very rudimentary internet search and I didn't see any particular benefits from using them. In fact, I ended up having to engage directly with a utility after setting it up through them because there were some things that got fouled up.

With the way putting in service requests is set up, with online requests, it's pretty user-friendly. The way that it's broken down and the structure where it's the copay per visit, there is peace of mind that you're not gonna get gouged on if they add a whole bunch of charges when someone comes up to visit. Most recently, we had an issue with the dishwasher. We found that there was leaking coming out from the dishwasher. At the end of it, there were two separate issues that were causing the dishwasher to leak. At first, it wasn't draining, and that was when we started seeing leaking. There was so much built up soap in there, so that anytime it was running, all that soap was causing it to leak. So that did take a couple of visits to figure that out, but it's working now. We had to pay twice because they were for two different reasons. But if the plumber or the dishwasher salesman had to come back again, there was no recharge for the same issue.
I've always done our claims online and it has worked pretty well for us. I've had a couple of claims with Super, and every single time, everyone that came out has been professional. The technicians have been pretty straightforward with what the issue is. I've had a good experience. Even the response time has been great. I've only had to call in a couple of times, and the people that I worked with were extremely friendly and quick to resolve my issues.

I've had several claims with Super Home. We used them to unstop a commode. We also used them for the garage door that was acting up, for the the freezer unit and the fireplace. They've been good. They cover the things that you would have in an upper-class home. We have two kitchens in the house which Super Home both covered. They went over and checked my granddaughter's section 'cause she lives in the mother-in-law's side. What they found that was wrong with her dishwasher was a dish rag had fallen into her sink where the garbage disposal was. That was why the garbage disposal wasn't working.
But one of the complaints I had with Super Home was when we purchased the package deal, it had a part there that it would prune trees. When I needed to use the service, they said that they no longer offered that. The second thing was we had a freeze in Texas that year that they had the bad weather. We lost the filter pump out there on our swimming pool which the contract said that they did. In fact, we paid extra money to get it. But they said it didn't cover anything outdoors.

HVAC call was approved with clear description given. The contractor sent by this company claimed the service was not approved and charged full amount. If the service was not being approved the company should have clarified this at the initial call. The service call fee should be refunded due to THEIR error.

I have had three experiences with Super so far, each time the technician comes out and it takes me calling Super to move the process along. On the second visit, the technician did not show and it was because he had asked super to reschedule and there was no follow through from Super. I again had to call Super to push the process along. It just seems there is extreme disorganization at Super. It takes on average 5 or more days from the technician visiting to approval for the work.

I used Super for a few home maintenance requests and was pleased with them. However, I put in another request and received a notification that Super was unable to find a service provider in my area. They instructed me to call a particular company, pay for the work, and then be reimbursed for the service. However, I was informed I would be reimbursed up to $149 - even though the service copay was $169. I called to inquire about this reimbursement amount, saying it seemed odd that my copay would be more than the service. That customer service agent agreed, checked on it, and came back to me saying that they could reimburse me up to $169. Well, I called the company as instructed. When that provider came to my home, he told me the maintenance work would be $500-600.
I spoke with Super customer service twice more the same day saying that the quote I received was wildly different from what they were willing to reimburse. They asked whether I contacted the appropriate company, which I assured them I had. I also called the service company and they told me they were discussing with Super. It has now been 12 days since Super last contacted me about this request. I have no sense that I will be receiving the service I requested, even though I was charged the $169 copay and have voiced my concerns multiple times.

I had to have the toilet sleeve replaced and I scheduled it online. Super Home got back to me later that day and they had someone over in the next couple of days. The contractor said that the toilet didn't need to have a new sleeve even though it was all rusted and corroded and parts were falling off. They said that they could just put a new gasket on there and put the toilet back. I said I would rather have it done right than done cheap so I turned the contractor away and I did it myself. I'm kind of on the fence right now after that experience. My prior experiences with Super Home were all good but this last one put a really bad taste in my mouth.

My real estate agent referred us over to Super Home. They paid for our first year, and from then on, we stuck with Super Home. Recently, I did a claim for my AC and it went great. The repair people changed part of the wiring on the back, but they didn't have to change any of the units. Super Home is awesome, and the contractors have been outstanding. They're pretty good. I’ve been using their app and it's easy to navigate. I had plumbing issue with the toilets that needed to be fixed. The claims process was pretty quick and easy. Everything was solved in less than a week. The contractor was very responsive. They had to come a couple of times because they were missing pieces, but they were in constant contact. I was very pleased with their service. Overall, I like Super Home. I'll probably renew for the upcoming year.

I used Super Home because my dryer was broken. It was like a $65 copay. So, that was easy. My biggest complaint is that the person that they sent out didn't speak English, and that was annoying but he did a great job fixing the dryer. The dryer worked immediately. He had an app on his phone where I could type in what I wanted to say and it translated it immediately. Having Super Home is like an insurance for the inside of my house, so it limits my expense when I have that kind of problem. So, I like it. I've been happy with it. I'm gonna keep it.

The claim with Super Home was straightforward. The website narrowed it down to appliances and the symptoms. It asked intelligent questions and by the time I got to the end of it, it said that my request would be sent in. The service tech called before he came out. He came out twice and was accurate with his assessment. He ordered the part and came back later and replaced it. He was here maybe an hour on both occasions. The experience with Super Home has been good. We’re happy. I find it most appealing that almost no matter what my problem is, I can just go to one place. I don't have to go hunting around for service reps.

The reps were straightforward. They always answered questions. In one instance, things were a bit tricky. With our refrigerator claim, they worded it in such a way that it wasn't explicitly clear that unless we get a professional cleaning, the continuation of the coverage would be voided. I had to press them with some additional questioning until they admitted that it was true our coverage would not be there until I have that particular service done. The rep then wasn't exactly forthcoming. I had to get that out of him.

The experience with Super Home’s reps was good as well as with the techs. This last claim probably saved me money. It was an air conditioning unit that went out and they fixed it that morning. With Super Home, I don't have to worry about an expensive repair.

The repair was done quickly, professionally and with utmost care. Would always recommend to friends, family, and everyone I meet. Fantastic from start to finish! Repairs included stove, plumbing, washer and dryer. Everyone was friendly and had great communication skills and follow through.

I bought my second house here in Arizona and used Super Home. I liked the package but I was not aware the fridge and the washer-dryer were not included. I have to make sure it's included the next year I renew. I'm starting my second year with Super Home. I started for the first time in January of 2022 and I liked that the service was really great. I talked to all the people that came to my house to fix things and they all tell me that Super is one of the best. They said they treat their worker great. That made me feel better. When I have a repair to do, they're really good at scheduling and taking care of everything. Now, I might put my third home with Super Home.
One of my claims was through my property manager. They submit the claim and everything is handled. I love it. Super Home has been amazing. On my second home though, I had an issue and I had to call them. Something needed to be done and I had to escalate that because they didn't want to do the repair. I said, "I'm a good customer and I plan to buy more homes and use you guys. So, it needs to be fixed." They handled it and I was really happy because I didn't want them to lose me as a client.

It is pretty easy to submit claims to Super Home. I do it on the app. I like the app. It takes a little bit quicker and easier because sometimes, when you have to call into a place, you have to stay on hold for a while and then you have to explain over and over again what you're looking for, and that gets frustrating. As far as the plan I have, I'm pretty happy with it. I know that there's a more expensive plan out there, but reviewing it, I didn't really need it at the time. Just fairly recently, I had to have my ductwork on my air conditioner redone. I walked up into my attic, and some of my ductwork was falling off. The tech who came did a pretty decent job.

Most of my needs were addressed with Super Home. Every time I have an issue, I call them and they respond quickly. Making a claim is super easy. You just go on the app and put in the request. The service providers are great too. They're very communicative and they address the problem. They are straight to the point and clean. The only thing is I would like for Super Home to have better communication. Sometimes I have to call in to get a status of a claim. If the technician needs to order a part, I have to call in instead of them letting me know.

I was able to submit my claim online and watch the process through the website. I was in the loop of where we were in the stage of being reviewed. The tech was great. I was pleasantly surprised working with Super Home as things were a lot better than my previous experience. I would definitely consider using them again in the future. Everything was handled in a timely manner.

Super Home has saved us a ton of money through the years. We have a mini-split air conditioner that every few months has to be topped off with coolant. The techs installed some valves that would prevent it from leaking so much. They were very thorough and didn't have many questions. I've been very happy with Super Home's service.

When I applied online with Super Home, I found it very easy. So far, their reps have been very good and the contractors have been top-notch people. I'm very happy that they resolved the problem and if it wasn't quite right, they came back to make it right.

I could not have had a worse experience with a home warranty than I did with Super. This service is astonishingly terrible. They do not at all, in any terms, cover what they say they will. When my furnace needed replacing, they said an appointment was scheduled for a repair and I have email documentation where they said they would replace my furnace. The appointment was never actually scheduled, and the contractor told me he had not heard from Super at all even though Super told me the problem was taken care of. From there, it took more than 30 days of me calling Super every single day, sometimes twice a day, just to get some resolution. They said they would cover a furnace replacement, but they didn't. I had to pay out of pocket. Absolutely horrendous and incompetent service. Please, spare yourself and save your money.

They fixed a few things and said they’d come back to finish and never did - Super never followed up - I’m busy with work - school - kids - I don’t have time to follow up and make calls, etc. - my phone doesn’t work well at work.

I used Super Home a few times in the first year, and twice in the second year, and then four times in the last two months. The service plan was helpful. The technicians have all done a great job. But one of my recent interactions required some follow-up, and the communication was a little spotty between Super, me, and the technician. The technician ended up coming out on his own because he said it was taking a long time, and I'm grateful he did.
I've had the plan since 2020. But by the end of 2020, there were some things that were previously covered but weren't covered because they paused the services because of COVID. So I told Super, "Okay, well if some of the services are paused, then we can decrease some of this payment." But they said, "Nope." But overall, I really like Super Home. The claims process has been pretty good. I've recommended Super Home to plenty of other people who wanted to get service. The $75 copay is a steal for any of these guys to come out and do the work they do. For Super Home to have a set of reputable technicians is super helpful because they're a dime a dozen. For a new homeowner, the budget for the annual cost of the warranty is worth it.

Overall our experience has been good. But twice I've tried to book something on your "Maintenance Marketplace" and it's not worked out. I waited around all day for my supposed appointment when in theory it was never "confirmed" even though I was given a date and time. I'm now waiting over 48 hours later for some form of communication on my 2nd attempt with the "Maintenance Marketplace" request. Under my profile it says "Scheduling started". We'll see what happens but I'm starting to give up on the Marketplace.

I have coverage for my house and my cooling units and I've always had good luck with Super Home. One time, it took them forever to get a plumber out to fix a valve and it took more than a week for them to show up. But that was the only issue that I had with them and all of the vendors that they've sent have been very good.

This company will deny every single claim you present and provide no explanation. The claim service is terrible. The vendors they send for work will even tell you that this company has a tendency to deny claims without cause. I would not recommend this home warranty to anyone who is actually looking for coverage

We've used Super Home a couple of times and it's been helpful. We had a couple of plumbing issues where we needed to get our hot water heater fixed, and it was much cheaper than it would have been. They also replaced an O-ring on our toilet, which was nice and saved us quite a bit. We also had them take a look at a broken stove which we ended up not fixing because it wasn't covered by the plan. All in all, it's already pretty much paid for itself with the plumbing work. They've covered most of the things. There were just a few things that could be clearer in the coverage policy.

I have a claim that is taking too long and I'm still working on it. The contractor was incompetent. If I could find a guy outside other than the Super people, maybe it would have been done in two days. The Super response time is a little long. The initial appointment when you open a claim with Super, they come in and delegate it. Then they say, “Oh, we need to come back.” I give a lot of information on the claim itself. So at least I expect a turnaround of one week. But sometimes, it takes weeks. The last claim took more than a month and then this claim which I'm working on has been going on for two months. I'm not satisfied with the timing.

We've got a pretty comprehensive contract with Super Home and the information is available online. It goes into detail on what is and what isn't covered, and all the different additions that you can buy. For example, we have a second refrigerator so we have that for a few dollars. I've always done everything online with them for my claims and they've been really quick to respond. The only time there was an issue was when the timing gear of our oven went out and they had trouble finding a repair service for us right before Thanksgiving. But with the way things have been in the past couple of years, it was understandable.
They took a few days and didn't get back with me so I sent them an email and they responded to that, saying that they were having trouble finding someone. I just asked them to keep the communication going and let me know that they were trying. They finally got someone, then the repairman came and got it fixed. But before that, we already bought a new stove the day before Thanksgiving because we were having family over and we hadn't heard that they were going to make it in time. Other than that, everything has been prompt and they provide really good communication. Plus, we've never been rejected for anything.

We've had a few experiences. The first couple with great customer experience was exceptional across the board. Everything that we needed was resolved quickly. On the other hand, this last one has been appalling. We had a refrigerator issue which we logged on December 28th, and we just closed that claim out today. We had just got our fridge fixed as of 30 minutes ago. So, we’ve been without a fridge for 14 days. Not that that's entirely Super’s fault though. It was mainly zero follow-up and poor communication in terms of, “We'll get back to you in 24 hours.” We heard that four different times.
We've been lied to at times too. “Oh, when we said 24 hours, we don't work 24 hours in a day. 24 hours actually means like five days.” It doesn't. They just didn't get back to us. We eventually got through to somebody who was exceptional and escalated everything. It got solved within about six hours. It had taken us 12 days to get to that point. One other thing was at one point it was claimed that our issue was preexisting, which is a fridge we’ve used for six months, had zero issues, and turned off overnight. That was also frustrating.

I had an electrician at my house in early October. He worked for 2 hours and left without completing the job. I called super to follow up and they finally sent someone else in January to try to finish the job. He also worked for 2 hours and left saying that he would need to return to address the other electrical issues. Still not fully resolved and the follow up from super was very poor and not responsive to my urgent needs.

After my initial appt with a plumber, Super took 30 days for a review of my claim after recommendation was submitted by plumber. I'm used to waiting on the service provider in the past, but this time Super completely dropped the ball. I'm glad I didn't wait on Super to get my leak fixed, because I would have been waiting another month. Or I guess it would have become my job too to make sure Super was doing their job.

We have had nothing but great experience with Super Home Warranty. Have had them for over 3 years and they have saved us a lot of money and headaches. I purchased a plan when I bought my home in early 2022. At first, minor things were fixed. Then, my A/C unit quit during a heat wave in July. Super slow rolled the repair over 2 weeks despite me calling daily to escalate. We couldn’t take it anymore and ended up spending $11K to replace the A/C and furnace as well. I still have not had a close out from Super on this despite phone calls and emails.
Recently, my hot water heater is outputting less than a desired amount of hot water. I submitted a claim on 30 Oct, and did not get a visit until 9 Nov. A part was needed, and a flush. Super will not cover the flush, as they will only cover $500 for the HW heater, so I need to pony up $110 for that. It is now 19 Nov and I do not have a return scheduled despite calling both the plumber and Super (emailing them too) multiple times. All Super can say is “we’re processing an excess amount of claims…”. Not too quickly or hard, it seems… I will NOT be renewing, and have recently gone with another company, eating the cost for the rest of the subscription year (2 months' worth). I feel I’d rather take a chance on another company than trust Super with any semblance of customer service. Be aware, and shop around. I would give zero stars if I could.

Super Home has been good. Things got taken care of quickly when I've had any issues. Most recent was a pilot stopped running. They had somebody out in three days, and everything got fixed. It was a simple process, and I haven't had problems with any of their contractors. I’d recommend Super Home.

As part of our recent home purchase we required the seller to purchase the top of the line plan (“buyers coverage”) since the weather was still too cold to test the AC. We replaced all the appliances and remodeled so the only thing we needed covered was the AC. And of course SUPER denied the claim stating that we were in cahoots with the seller and that we had to have known it didn’t work!!!! Seriously???? We didn’t know the sellers (8M people in Chicago) much less engage in a fraud. These are serious accusations considering our realtors would have had to be in on the fraud!! We are now suing them. Cost of repair $6k.

Do not purchase a Super Home Warranty!!!! We have been without A/C for 30 days and the unit needs replaced. They are not replacing and using so many stall tactics. Worst company ever. I should start by saying g I am a real estate professional who has recommended Super to my clients. I WAS an advocate for them until it because clear they do not advocate for their clients. I have a Samsung fridge claim that has been going on for two years. Over 7 people have tried to fix but can’t. Samsung finally says the fridge is unrepairable. Even though super kept saying they just needed confirmation that it is unrepairable before they will replace it. I finally get that and now Super will not replace this even though they acknowledge it isn't working they will not honor their promise or responsibility.
The “escalation” rep (Reneasha) will talk over you, misrepresent the truth, and when the narrative suits Super, is willing to accept “chat” logs from Samsung to deny the claim but will not accept them to approve the claim. I ask her over and over to asked procurement specific questions and she plainly refuses to do so instead suggesting I could be lying about the documentation I have provided. I ask to be transferred to a different rep because I feel she has made it personal because I caught her in the “misrepresentations”.
They box you into a corner by requiring a letterhead from Samsung even though every rep I speak to at Samsung says they do not provide such evidence. I offer to get on a joint call so they can hear what I am hearing but they deny this request because they seem to just want me to go away. Reneasha, the escalation rep (great title for her) twice suggested I pursue legal action with them even though I never even hinted at doing so. I am disgusted that I ever recommended this company to my clients.

Absolutely horrific. Submitted a claim for AC 4+ weeks ago and is not even close to resolved, even though it has been 95 degrees here with no air conditioning. They are refusing to cover repairs even though coverage terms clearly state that this is covered. CANNOT get a call back from management even though I submitted multiple requests to have this escalated over the last 2 weeks. They state 36-48 "business" hours for call back (what?!?!). It's now been 80 "business" hours, no call back.

Super Home warranty previously know as Hello Super, take 2 months to fix pretty much anything. Third party contractors are never available in a timely manner. HVAC system has a leak for 3 years and refuse to replace it, keep sending different contractors are until they get the right contractor to say something else is wrong, then charge us out of pocket to keep fixing the same repair over and over and over again. They basically find someone to claim it's a minor repair which equals patch work then a few months later it breaks down again. I am interested in starting a class action lawsuit, if anyone else has had the same problem please post.

My experience with Super Home has been good. I follow up after each appointment with my experience, which has always been positive. Sometimes, I don't think it's as easy to follow-up as needed, though. You get these texts, “Was service complete? Yes or no.” And all you can do is say yes or no, but you can't elaborate. One of the issues we had was four different entities had to come out to figure out our problem. Every time I needed to let Super know that the issue wasn't resolved, I didn't have an easy way to explain why it wasn't. It'd be nice if I could just track that one request each step and communicate with them on that specific step. But I was very pleased to see they stuck with me to help me figure out how to get it solved.

I love Super Home. I had one claim for my refrigerator and it was great. They sent someone out and they fixed it. The process was seamless. I would totally recommend them to anyone. They've been really great to work with. I love how they have a list of things that you should do throughout the year to keep up with your house stuff, like the HVAC, gutter things and stuff that I'm too busy to be thinking about. I was telling my friend, "They're like the perfect husband."

Tried to schedule electrician to fix dryer outlet. Super was unable to find an electrician with availability to service project in 30 days. Owner was able to call outside electrician and have issue fixed very next day. Super should increase their pool of vendors to decrease wait times.

I’ve had a couple of claims and when I submit the claim, they give three days for the contractor to come out. I wish it was sooner because if something breaks down, you would want it to be the first available. Then the contractor has to submit their report, which has to be approved, and they have to order the parts. It takes a while because the contractors have to get approval and they put it on Super Home saying they have to wait till they hear from them. But I don’t think Super Home would really take that long.
One time, it felt like I was forgotten by the repair company I also had a claim that took weeks. The first person that came out said it wouldn't be worth repairing. They talked to Super Home and they were like, "Okay, we're going to repair it." It was all these trips back and forth and then getting the part and coming back. It could have even been almost a month before it was repaired. But that was during the pandemic. Other than that, I'm saving money because Super Home is holding the contractors accountable. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about other home insurance companies and I don’t feel that way about Super Home.

Super Home is convenient. The application process was easy. In the beginning, it was a little bit confusing because I wasn't quite sure what was covered or not. But I enjoyed the service. I've extended it beyond the initial year. I find value in it. It's really easy. It’s all done through the app. If I need to call and change the appointment, I can just give them a call or send them a note in the app. The contractors have been great as well. However, I had one service where he came to wash the windows and it took eight hours and then way overcharged what they had originally estimated.

Super Home provides an annual checkup service and I took advantage of it for 75 bucks. The tech came at 2:45 PM and he was done within 20 minutes. He was polite, cordial and professional. Super Home haven't so far rejected any of my claims and they seem to always be open.

I had two claims with Super Home that were for super minor things and the initial one was a little frustrating. They made me show them my home inspection and they wanted all this proof that the issue wasn't a preexisting issue before we bought the house. I get it but it took weeks to fix a burner on a stove. They didn’t request all of this when we signed up so that I could just file a claim. I didn't have to prove to them that the broken switch on my stove wasn't broken when I bought the house. It wasn't a very smooth transaction.
The second one was straightforward. They sent a plumber to fix a running toilet. He came but he didn't actually fix it. So, I needed to reengage on it. But there's no option in the app or online to just reopen a claim. All you can do is file a new claim, which would then charge me the copay again. I had to get on the phone. And sometimes, you have a long wait to talk to them. They should make it an option to reopen the claim so that you can reach back out to whatever service provider they sent. I had various people contact me but I'm not sure if they're contracted out. They were gonna be my case manager now that I signed up for Super Home. There is no specific information as it relates to my policy. It's not immediately accessible. I'm not usually savvy with finding stuff and I’m not very technologically proficient. There are some things that could be a little clearer.

The claim for the electrical went well. The techs were able to resolve it right there and the copay covered it all. I've had previous repairs but that was the first electrical one I've had. I usually do the requests online and it's been going good with Super Home.

We still have a little bit of time left on our home warranty, so we're still using Super Home and they've been great so far. CB's Sprinklers came out and they were super helpful. There was one sprinkler line that was damaged but they found a couple of sprinkler heads that I missed. Our HVAC unit is 21 years old and we're trying to keep it going as long as we can. So, we have a policy that covers that as well. It's $75 for Super Home to send someone out and have them take care of anything. I wish that they would reinstitute their concierge category because I'd like to get some tree trimming done. But that's just because of the pandemic that's been going on. Super Home has been easy to work with for the most part. Either using the app has been great or asking questions about the actual policy have been informative.

We had a clogged pipe and Super Home sent out a plumber to fix it. The quality of the work he did was marvelous. But I wish there was more communication between the plumber and Super. Other than that, they got the job done. Sign up for a subscription and you would absolutely love it.

The ice machine and the door of the refrigerator were kind of off. The claims process with Super Home went smooth. They answered and put a company in contact right away. The tech who came out was awesome and he fixed everything. Having Super Home is good peace of mind. I pay the deductible but it saves me a lot of money in repair costs.

There was an issue with the filter so I wasn't able to shut the dryer door a few times. The filter was coming out and getting stuck. I called Super Home and ultimately, the unit ended up breaking before the tech came. He came within a few days. I was able to pick the day and the time. He had to replace a few different things. He was really great and fixed everything quickly. The unit works now. With Super Home, it was really easy to find people to fix things as they came, like get the locks changed or get the filter changed in my HVAC. That was really nice. I wouldn't have really known to call to send people out.

There was a leak behind my washing machine. I put in a claim request in the middle of the night, the night before I got calls, a call from it got set up online. I got a call from an actual plumber, then got an appointment set right away. They came in as scheduled and fixed it fast. So, it worked out well. However, I find that a lot is not covered by the warranty. I've had someone out four times and it always seemed to be either it's not covered under warranty, or there are additional charges when the person actually gets the job done. The contractors have been good and polite. But I had a dryer vent done the other day and when I ran the dryer right afterwards, a whole garbage full of lint came out of my exhaust. I would have thought that they would have got that before they left, but maybe not necessarily.

Up until now, I didn't have too many complaints with Super. This last claim has been open since February 9 and it has been a complete shambles. When calling Super, you kinda get the bounce around, get the bare minimum, get placed on hold and hung up on. So, it’s been a nightmare. I sent an email to Super showing one of the calls where I was on hold for an hour and 24 minutes and was holding for a supervisor because I had requested to speak to the supervisor because customer service couldn’t assist me, and the call just dropped.
The claim was for the hot water heater that was down. Then there were some leaks from it. So, they put two claims in, and then they just combined them since they were the same thing. We got the plumbing people out here. They came out. There were no updates. I had to get with Super. So, then I was continuing to call. They sent them back out here. They were saying that they were trying to get the warranty from the manufacturer to cover the hot water heater so that was what was taking so long. They didn't take enough pictures so they had to come and take more pictures and re-inspect it. They didn’t send the same first guy out. They brought a different person. He lost his flashlights in my attic behind the wall and actually cut a hole in my wall so he could get his flashlight.
He was like, “It’s a $180 flashlight. Can I please cut a small hole?” It was not a small hole. But nonetheless, I let him cut the hole in the closet. Super called me and said the out of practice for me was 771. They gave me a breakdown on what that 771 covered. I made that payment to them on Thursday. By the following week, on Wednesday, I was calling Super. I'm being bounced around, placed on hold and no one can tell me what's taking so long and why we haven't heard anything.
On Thursday, I finally got to speak to another person. I had to call every single day. The plumbing company is waiting for Super for the final approval, so I called Super back. I was playing the middleman throughout this whole claim. Super said, “We sent that when we sent over your payment on Thursday. I send it via email.” Finally, we got our date scheduled, so we got them to come back out on February 26. They came. They were here most of the day. They got the job all done. I had to leave to pick my kids up from school so I asked my husband because he walked around just to make sure they did everything we needed them to do.
He asked them to show him what they did, what they completed and what they were doing, so he went up there and he was like, “That hot water’s installed, but they've got all the cords and the vents and stuff wrapped around it.” I said, “Where else is it supposed to go to?” And he was like, “To the roof. And they said you needed to call Super for the roofing people.” My claim rep, when he took my payment, broke down how it was gonna work. He explained to me that there was a roofer that was needed because the air has to blow out of the attic and through the roof. He said that they would bring in a roofer.
I was like, “What do you mean? If you look at that 771 breakdown on what I paid for, there was just $260 charge. That was for the piece that needs to be installed in the roof.” So, my husband asked him, “Well, all right. Well, where is that piece?” He said, “Well, we didn't even bring it.” So, Super charged me $260 something for a part that they don't have, and he said that was the part that the roofer has installed. Why would they charge me for that if they did not bring the roofer with them?
He called his manager and put it on speakerphone and she said she is not giving me a refund, and now they need to come back to my house and turn off the hot water because it's not installed properly, and we can't use it because it's a health hazard. “Well, your record told me he was done. We were all set to go, but now that we're questioning you about what is and is not done, now you're saying you have to turn on my water.” So at that point, my husband was like, “You're not going back in here. You guys need to figure out who's gonna bring in a roofer so you guys can get this done now.”
We ended up waiting about two more hours and they ended up getting the roofer out so they completely installed it. It was about eight o'clock when they left. We didn’t press the issue. So, we went up the next day. There was tubing that they were supposed to run along the wall and mount with zip ties. But instead of using zip ties to mount them out up against the wall, they used what looks like old coat hanger wires, and they didn't hold, so the wires would pop out of the wall. The tubing they were supposed to run along the wall is not mounted on the wall. Then we went outside and they added an attachment to the piece on the roof, and it's leaning to the side like they just put it on there and were like, “We’re done.”
So, we took pictures, sent it back to Super, and they opened the claim back up. They left and my hot water was not working. It was lukewarm but we couldn't get it to turn hot. So, they sent another rep out here on March 2nd. Today is March 25th. That man came out here on March 2nd. He said he didn't know anything about all that other stuff. He was too old to climb on that roof but he did get the hot water to work. Whatever he did, he said he had to take the limitations off. So, the hot water works. Everything else is half-assed. But as he was walking through here to check the hot water, he broke the shower handle. So, he put in the claim for a shower handle and said once they get that part, they'll be back. I don't have my shower handle. The tubing on the outside is still sideways. The venting in the attic is still not attached.

My furnace stopped heating and technicians came to repair it. That took about three to four hours. They had to go somewhere to pick up a part then came back to install it. This is my second year with Super Home and it's been all right. It's convenient to schedule the service on the app and follow up through that without having to call somebody. My only issue was they denied service once or twice for a refrigerator that I had in my house. I called before and explain to them the situation. When the technicians came here, they went back and said that that refrigerator wasn't covered. They didn't refund me my call fee.

We had a pest control guy coming into our attic and then he told us that the trays underneath the HVAC where the water drips were completely full of water. So I called it in and had someone come out and look at it. The tech said everything was fine. Apparently, in the time between the pest control and the time that the guy came to look at the HVAC, the water must have evaporated or it drained itself. But he adjusted things so that there wouldn't be any leak. Overall, I have really been enjoying Super Home's services. They've been very prompt and quick. The vendors that they've been using have been great to work with and very easy to work with. It's been a great service and I really appreciate everything that they've done.

Super Home sent me a thing saying that the warranty was expiring and if I wanted to renew it, I could. And they had different plans. I chose a different plan. I was going to renew it and I didn't know the process wasn't easy. Their website is not easy to use. When I went to choose it, then if everything isn't exactly right, it kicks you back to the very beginning again. And when I went to pay, I missed some information. And it was just too much so, I said, “Forget it. I'll do it later.” And I never went back to do it that I knew of but it renewed on its own. The other day, I got a receipt from Super and they renewed the program. It seems to me it's one of those things that renews on its own unless you cancel it, which I did not know. And if I didn't want it again, I would have been upset about it.
Super Home was quick to respond. You can set the appointment up online. I emailed Super and told them what I needed to have done, I paid a $75 deductible, and they do everything. It was the easiest thing ever. I don't know why I put off doing it for so long. I had an electrical contractor for my HVAC unit because the breaker was popping. And they said, “No, it's not the electricity, it's the air conditioning unit.” So, they set up somebody for the air conditioning people to come out, and they came out and fixed it. I also had my dishwasher fixed a month ago. It was great. The people that came out were friendly and helpful. Call Super Home and they have a plan that fits whatever budget you want to take advantage of.

Top Notch Plumbing came out to do a sprinkler system repair. I paid my $85 for Super to go ahead and do the repair because they’re supposed to be a home care warranty. Then the third party that they hired out charged me another $225, so it wasn't fully covered as it stated. I ended up paying $85 and then whatever I pay monthly, and then on top of that, the 225. I felt a little cheated. The technicians seemed a little shady because I've had them called out, and then they ask for extra money after the fact when it should have been covered by Super. The job was done properly though.
I enjoy Super, but I would recommend other people to go with First American Home Warranty. I would go with someone totally different. Super do get people out here in a timely manner. I have them for three years now for a contract and I'm going to use them up but I'm going to go ahead and start taking notes on which contractor I enjoy working with and that does not screw me over.
Another issue I have with Super is they do not help with maintenance on things like my water heater. I have a tankless water heater. They would rather wait until the tankless water heater goes completely out before coming and maintaining it because things like that require yearly maintenance. If they were to just come out and get a technician to do the yearly maintenance, it would save both the homeowner and Super a lot of money because, eventually, they're gonna have to replace the whole tankless system. I don't understand why they wouldn't help the consumers with maintenance and they would wait until it becomes the biggest issue ever and then have to go about it on that route. It leaves the customer without a properly working home for a longer amount of time.

I recently had a claim for my water heater and the contractor did a really good job installing it. But I was a little frustrated it took over a week to get the equipment in and have it installed. I had a 65-gallon tank and they don't make that anymore so I had to go with a 75. I was told that there was an additional charge and I told them I was okay with that. But then they kept saying they'll expedite it. It sounded like since they're in the main offices, they ain't gonna try and reach Sally who is the only one that can rubber stamp something, and either she's out or busy and they have to wait till she gets back. As soon as whoever showed up said okay, the plumbing company got the okay to do it. Then they had to wait about four days past that for the equipment to come in, then they came and installed it. But other than that, Super Home has been responsive. The people are very friendly when you call them. They seem polite.
I like that you can just call somebody at Super Home and one and done. You don't have to guess who to call if something breaks at your house. Also, I like my general rep lady for my area. She's really nice and responsive. But Super Home's price is a little weird. They charged me double the price for their service because of the square footage of my house. Even though it's a big house, it's not like I have extra water heaters or air conditioners. For instance, I have a commercial freezer and they charged me extra on top of the double pay for that. I have a couple of things that aren't standard and they are charging me extra for those. That makes sense. But it's strange to charge me more when, even though it's a big house, it's the same amount of appliances that would break in a smaller house.

We had many challenges with Super, and we have been dragged around for several weeks in order for something to happen. We have been reaching out every day, about five times a day, in order to get a resolution. Our experience was horrible. We had a water heater issue and an HVAC issue. However, the water heater issue was dragged around. We were several weeks without hot water and without heating at all. The contractors that installed the heating and the water heater were fine. However, Super has big issues. We were charged $75 for the visit. The HVAC technician came. He said that the HVAC needed to be replaced. There was no way for it to be fixed. While he was here, he shut off also the boiler because he saw that it was leaking badly. So, in order to not create any more damages, he shut it off, and he advised us to call Super again for the water heater, which we did.
We paid the other $75 for the water heater. Then, a couple of days later came a company, and they evaluated the situation. It took a while for them to make a decision, and they replied that the insurance would not cover anything that was at our expense because we didn't do the proper maintenance. It was not true. We kept calling, asking for more details and this was taking more days. We asked for a second opinion. They sent another company. We were right that there was nothing to be done. It was an old water heater that had a hole in the bottom. Since that point, still they needed a lot of all the days for us to call and call, and they didn't give us a resolution. It took a long time. We were ready to file a complaint to the consumer regulation department.
As a matter of fact, another thing happened with Super Home. Without permission, they charged our credit card for renewal this year. My wife was trying to reach them because that happened without our permission. They did some automatic renewal without asking us. The credit card was provided to them for the share of the cost of the replacements, which we were asked for and we agreed regarding the water heater and the HVAC replacement. It probably was $200 for one and $700 for the other. My wife noticed two days ago that our credit card was charged for this year's renewal of the contract without being asked.

The outside air condenser was not turning on for the HVAC. The contractor determined that the issue was a faulty breaker. But Super pretty much told me to find my own electrician. We got the breaker replaced but that didn't solve the issue so I ended up calling my own HVAC company to come out and fix it because Super was taking too long and I had tenants in that house.
I tried to do a chimney sweep as part of Super's concierge service thing, which had a $150 deductible, but it was the same thing. They pretty much told me to find my own company. So they don't have a whole lot of providers in the Austin area where this house is located. But overall, Super is a bit more responsive compared to other home warranties. They’re a bit quicker than them but there's still a lot of instances where it's not as quick as I’d want.

Super Home is a home warranty company, and when you read articles online or talk to people, they tend to say that it's a real pain to deal with a home warranty. But I thought Super’s process was straightforward. You just go on their website and file the claim. The website was easy to use, and they got a technician to my house within days then it was easy to work with them after the technician came out. The service was very smooth. It was wintertime when the furnace went down. It was a couple-week process and we were freezing in the living room, but that's just how those policies work. It was okay overall.
Super Home exceeded my expectations as far as responsiveness and turnaround time to ultimately approve the replacement of my furnace. I am happy with the whole process and the way they do business. I paid for some items that weren't covered by the policy itself, like the disposal of the old furnace and some modifications to my ductwork, but my out-of-pocket costs plus the copay were far less than what I'd have to pay to replace the furnace out of pocket. I saved thousands of dollars, so to me, the warranty was worth it. It's something that every new homeowner should think about having for a couple years, especially if they're buying an older home that isn't new construction.

Signing up with Super Home was completely seamless. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this company. They're always gonna argue about some stuff being covered and I'm still arguing with them about a dishwasher. But we've also had about five things fixed seamlessly. The administration of the service, the text message, the notifications that I get, and the calendar entries are very, very helpful to me. I work out of the house and I get irritated that people show up and I don't know they're coming. But I haven't had that happen at all with Super Home. It’s been very, very well managed.
The contractor that tried to fix my dishwasher was good. The contractor themselves has their administrative stuff together. So they'll call me the day before or text me when they're 30 minutes away. The contractor did a good job fixing the washing machine. It's cool that I was able to request the same contractor with Super for all the other stuff that they could do.

I like Super Home less and less. They cover less and less. I've been pretty annoyed with them lately. They changed up their plans and renewed me at the plan I had been paying for, but they never told me that there was a plan above. So, my initial plan was the only plan they offered when I started. Instead of telling me the plan had changed, they just kept me on the same plan and took away some of the things they covered and created a higher-end plan that cost more money. They never told me that. So, I assumed I was still covered under the same plan that I've been with the whole time.
I had an HVAC issue this past summer and I ended up paying more than $900 out of pocket for it. From what I thought, it was gonna be a $75 fee like it had been for everything else. I had to fight tooth and nail for the $900 thing. So, it hasn't been a great year for Super. They could do a lot better. They were great on my first couple of years with them. They were on top of it. But now, it feels like they've just gotten a lot more corporate and kind of yucky.
The HVAC claim experience was a nightmare. There were two separate occasions. One happened last summer, and the more recent was when Breeze Thru came over to fix the furnace. Breeze Thru has fixed two major issues. The first time with the AC in the summer, it was a different company that came through. They said nothing was wrong because the AC happens to be working at that moment. But a day later, it stopped working again. I called Super, and they said, “Sorry, we can’t do anything. We already sent someone.” I was like, “Well, you need to send someone else. It's not working again.” They argued with me about having to pay another $75. When Breeze Thru finally came, they said, “Yeah, this is broken. It’s very broken, it needs to be replaced.” I was like, “How could the other person not see that?” They said, “We have no idea. He clearly didn't look.” It needed to be replaced, and that was when I was out of pocket $900.
Then this past time, the furnace would just shut down in the dead of winter, and it would get dropped down to 50 degrees in the house. The first time the guy came, it wasn't happening. He made me take pictures of when it shuts down, and a light inside the furnace. Then, he came and fixed it the second time. Again, I was out 150 bucks for that. It was two service appointments instead of one.

I recommend Super Home to my friends. I enjoyed their services enough to renew. When I first signed on, I had a human contact. But the website is pretty good for me to put in my notice in wanting something. I've had to use them a couple times for the AC, and this time, it was the heater. I also got a dishwasher replaced. Every one of the contractors has been very nice and pretty up and up. They get claims done pretty quick most of the time. Sometimes, a part issue might take a little longer, especially nowadays, and I understand that because of covid.

We called Super Home a lot but I was not impressed with the people that they sent out except for the electrician. My experience thus far with the steam radiator service has not been good. I had to get 15 different calls to get a plumber. The plumber they sent out broke everything and then I had to get a lot of calls to actually get them to come out and fix the job the plumber did. But this year, the claims process seems to be very easy. Their customer service is great. It has always been stellar. All the customer reps have always been very good. Also, the people that Super Home has sent out this past year were excellent. The HVAC guy was amazing. We had two calls this year and we really liked both of the contractors. They were very knowledgeable.

I like Super Home's app and their streamlined setup, and the way that you can request things instead of having it go through some old methods or through a website. The main app is pretty easy. We purchased a house late last year. It got cold here in Arizona for these couple months, and it's cold here. I turned on the heat, and it blew out cold air. So, I opened up a Super request. They sent out a local contractor. The guy spent a good amount of time, but he was able to diagnose the issue, he ordered the part, came back, and resolved it.
The only thing is that there's a little bit of disconnect sometimes with the servicers and Super. The servicer contacted me and moved something, and it didn’t reflect in Super’s app and the calendar, so I was getting reminders yesterday for an appointment that happened the previous Thursday. Other than that, we've had a good experience, and it's really easy to get ahold of Super. They do a lot of touch base in communication, which is great.

Super Home has been really good to work with - getting somebody out here fairly quickly and resolving everything for the contract. Even the people that they send out here have been really good. I had an HVAC service done recently and the company who came out had come out here at least two times over the last two and a half years. I requested to work with them again because I didn't want to deal with anybody knew. They didn't send out the same techs this last time but it was great to deal with the same company - the same type of ability to identify the problem and get it done fairly quickly. They were pretty prompt with getting things done and not leaving us out in the cold. Also, they know what they're doing and they're courteous. I've been very pleased with having the warranty and I'm gonna keep it as long as I own a house.

I've had Super Home now for many years. In the other house that we first had it on, there were a lot of issues and we had to use the policy quite a bit. They fought me on several policy provisions that were clearly covered and they denied the claim. I had to escalate it to their COO and when pushed, they did the right thing. They didn't cover it all but they covered the majority of it, which I thought was frustrating at the time but probably fair.
Since then, they've done everything fairly so when we bought this new house and it was new construction, I bought Super again. We've used it several times and every time we used it, they're very good and prompt. But we had a refrigerator issue where the door opener and one of the LED light drivers were broken and I thought that was straightforward but they denied that claim. I ended up having to escalate that one to the CEO, who has a special customer advocacy team, and when they looked into it, they ended up covering it.
When pushed, they do the right thing but I felt that that was really unnecessary. It shouldn't have had to come to that. But I've recommended them, even during that time, and my advice to the people I recommended Super to is always the same. For the things that are clearly under the policy, they're going to be blown away as to how easy it is but for some things, they may have to strongly advocate that those things are covered.
Also, during the resolution of my latest claim, there seemed to be a lack of coordination. They contacted me several times for a variety of reasons that seemed silly and asinine and they weren't talking to each other behind the scenes. There was this guy, Shane, and every time I talked to him, he was polite but he seemed one or two steps in the process behind. He was very confused about the process but he was so structured when he talked about it that he was almost careful about what he said. He was way off base every time he talked and it was just simply because he couldn’t sort of keep up with the pace of decisions that are being made.
Super has also changed their policies and coverages. We had a generator and it was covered at one point but then quietly, they sort of changed their policy and now, the generator is not covered. Communication about what is not being covered and the changes to those policies is not that great. I don’t even know if they had a grandfather clause for older customers, but some sort of structured approach -- how and why they change coverages year to year -- is really important.

Signing up was easy and quick. We just filled something out online. We have made a few claims on two things and received good service. Claims are easy to submit, like if our heater was broken, I just say that online. Everything has to be done online. Some people might not like that, but it was easy. And they schedule a repair person to come out and charge us $75 for a service call. But I don't pay for the repair if it's covered. I could call them out for something that's not covered. But for us, it has been covered so we just pay the 75.
My husband feels like the contractors are trained to say they'll fix it and not that we need a new one. We called them out for our air conditioner, which is over 20 years old. And he said, “I really feel if we had just been dealing with their company directly, they would have said that these are old units and they need to be replaced.” We'd love for them to replace our whole units. But it seemed like the company that was contracted would not suggest that. They're working for Super and we understand that. And they were able to fix it. But we've been happy. Both things got fixed.

A faucet seemed to have bad pressure. And one of the tubs in the house only had cold water. The rep was good and super fast too. I'm surprised at how smooth my experience with Super Home is.

I was satisfied with the plan that I got from Super Home. But its was horrible because they do an awful job of communicating in regard to getting warranty work done and in working with the vendor to get the work done. Plus, they promised and promised to either call me back or to give me updates but that was never done.

The toilets and the sinks were gargling with the tub. The gentleman came in, asked me the problem, went to the backyard, and did a little flushing. He explained to me where the holdup could be, but to be certain, he would have to use a scope. We waited to see if Super would pay for that, but they wouldn't. He explained to me what could be the problem and whenever I’m ready to take on that fee of $200 to see if that’s really the issue, then I could give them a call back. I was a little disappointed that Super didn’t cover the full amount. But the guy was great.
It was pretty easy to submit a claim. I explained what needed to be done, and they worked with me on the days that they can come out. But I would like to see Super to change more on what could be done for the fee that we’re paying every year. I know I can pay for a better plan, but it's hard to afford it right now. So if they would offer something during the pandemic, like a little special, that will really help out for a lot of people.

Super Home needs to do follow-ups on the major calls. There should be an assigned case holder and it should be known who the assigned case holder is for the jobs. That helps with communicating issues, troubleshooting, understanding the scenario and the reason for the call. Also, they should not use necessarily the mom and pop vendors.
As far as claims, I do it online. The website is user-friendly. Super sends an email that says the case has been assigned and somebody will call you, or that your case has been assigned on such and such day. That is incorrect and that is something that they need to stop. As soon as you put in a claim, they send your response that says that your appointment is scheduled but then when you call them up to say, “Well, where's the person?” They say, “Well, that's just an automatic response that we send our customers. The vendor will call you.” The contractor experience depends on the tasks. I had a major project put in that’s cost me $4,000, and that vendor is no longer with Super. So, I'm stuck with not having any circle back with the person who did the install and that's a problem.

A garbage disposal wouldn't work. The tech got the junk out, made it work and it was fine. We've had other times when we've needed stuff and Super Home has done really well. We've used the warranty mainly for our irrigation system 'cause we've had some pipes break in the backyard and we've had the timer go out. We've also had a bathroom issue and we got that fixed. Everything we needed done has been done. The warranty cost a little more than what the cost of the repairs would have been but we got it because one of these days, the air conditioner could go and that's an expensive thing. It's nice to know that we're covered.

My last couple of claims with Super Home were 100% positive. My first one was the worst experience I could have ever had, though. Over the last year and eight months, I've made four claims. The last three out of the four were professional and did a great job. The first one I had was unprofessional, showed up unannounced, did shoddy work, replaced incorrect parts, tried to lie to me that it was an equivalent replacement part, which it wasn't. He left trash on the ground. He was rude in text messages. I had to get him back to switch out to the right motor. It was a motor on a pool pump. He showed up unannounced again and finished the job and left with no follow-up letting me know that it was done.
I reached out to Super, let them know what happened. I talked to several people. But it just fell apart. It was terrible. It was the worst customer experience I ever received to the point where I even told them I wanted all my money back and I was done with them. But the next couple of experiences I had with them were very positive.
