PLEASE BE AWARE these ovens only have a 6 month shelf life. I purchased one in 2022 of Sept. By May 2023 I had to have it repaired. Now I am having the same issue with oven. I would never ever recommend Samsung products. They don't last for what you pay for. You're best getting a reliable product.

4 years into the range and motherboard needs to be changed. Display cover made of soft heat sensitive plastic that warps and bends exposed to little heat ('keep warm’ ring is just under it). Technician mentioned this is a regular problem because of poor design.

Purchased the ne63a6511ss/aa and the glass broke 3 times. The first time was under warranty. The second time a repair had to come and it cost $650. I have tenants using this stove and now I will attempt to fix it myself. The glass top alone is $350 to purchase only. I should already have a new stove by now. Do not purchase this model. I now see also that the bundle in Home Depot, includes some of these problematic appliances. I should have checked the reviews on Home Depot better.

Stove is fine. Knobs are cheap plastic That break off after a year and now I have to buy some real ones. It also has the most Annoying song like when the oven has reached its temp or is done and it's long - same awful song on dishwashers.

We purchased this Samsung Smart Range last March. From the start the control panel was hyper sensitive and hard to work with. A week ago, I was going to cook something and found the oven door locked. We tried to troubleshoot it, with no success. The store we purchased it from won't serve it. I called Samsung several times and received no help.

I bought a Samsung gas stove, which has been the worst appliance I have ever owned. It is still under warranty, and they claim there is nothing wrong with my oven. However, it takes twice as long to cook. According to them and their diagnostic over the phone and pictures, all is well. This company does not want to remedy or warrant their products.

Don’t buy it. Bought a Samsung range a year ago and I have nothing but problems. All the knobs are broken. They won’t replace them. They use cheap material plastic knobs and the stove turns on by itself.

I bought a Samsung Gas Range from Home Depot in Griffin, Ga in June of this year (2024). When the range arrive, there were dents on the top of the stove. Two days later parts fell off the oven door. I called Samsung and they sent a repairman out with another door and top. He brought the right door and replaced it. He brought the wrong top. He left stating he would return with the right top, that was almost two months ago. I keep calling Samsung not only for the stovetop, but pieces of the grates covering the burners started breaking off when cleaned. They sent a part, but it was the wrong part. I am at my wit's end. I don't know what to do. I do know that I will not recommend to my friends or family anything made by Samsung, especially a range. Anybody reading this, please take my advice and not buy a range made by Samsung. You will be sorry. This is my opinion.

Top burners worked correctly. Oven suddenly stopped heating properly. It would state it was heating but actually wasn't when checked with thermometer. Would smell of gas, very strongly. Dangerous and not worth the money. HIGHLY dissemination there hasn't been a recall on samsung ranges and refrigerators. WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG items AGAIN.

Have had our NX58F5500S gas range for 4 years and needed to replace the oven igniter 5 times. The last time it ate up the igniter in 2 months. We are shopping for another range even though everything else on it works fine. It's ridiculous that we have to keep paying $30 to regularly replace the same part.

Samsung stove model NX60A6311SS purchased in 2021 from Home Depot. The problems I have: There are serious hot spots in the oven. I have to lay aluminum foil along each side of the oven so I can bake without burning things on the sides. My knobs are all broken and the warranty only covered them for the 1st year, to replace them will be about $77 per knob. The 4 burners don't adjust well and the smallest burner barely works. The griddle in the center of the range top only heats up in the middle leaving the 2 ends worthless so instead of evenly cooking say 4 pieces of French toast.. Only 2 cook well. The heating element is poorly designed for this feature. One feature that works well and I like is the broiler at the top of the oven, I use it frequently.

Very disappointed with Samsung - My wife and I purchased on 2/20/2020 model # NX58M6630SS/AA directly from Samsung - Since we had this Gas Range we have been having nightmares!!! First the the display covering had to be changed under guarantee three times because the heat made it bubble up - The metal grates cracked and to changed - no longer under warranty the display has bubbled up again - The scary part is that if the back burners are on (cooking something) the electronics comes on automatically displaying all sorts of error codes - one time the over locked and went into self cleaning without having chosen this function - had to pull the plug to stop because it would not respond to my pushing the stop button and or clear button!! Every time we go on a trip we pull the plug not knowing if the oven comes on by itself. We have decided to do away with this piece of crap and purchase a new gas range - whatever you do do not buy SAMSUNG!!!

I bought a Samsung stove model number NE63B8315SSAA in Home Depot that was recalled due the knobs on the stove turning on if they were touched lightly and causing fires. Instead of fixing the problem internally they want us to put covers and locks over the knobs that look like baby proofing- instead of fixing the problem. I will never buy a samsung product again.

Bought a Samsung electric stove in 2017. Had the heat control on two burners replaced in the first two years, it was not regulating the heat and was hitting high temperatures and very dangerous! A year later one of the oven fans had to be replaced due to wear. And currently the main control board became defective and won’t heat up the oven. None of the appliance repair companies can get this replacement control board. I did some research myself online and this board has been discontinued, no replacements available. I find it difficult to understand how the heart of the appliance become obsolete in a 7 year span. In conclusion I would not support this brand due to poor quality of the appliance as it was used on a scale of low to medium range.

We've had a gas stove model NX58H5600SS for less than 5 years and hardly use it as we mainly live in a different home to help an elderly family member. The left back burner knob got stuck with the burner going and wouldn't turn off! The only option to get it off was to turn off the gas to our home which means we can't use any of the working burners or the oven. The repair cost is over $500 which is close to the cost of a new stove. Everything works except the one burner but yet the entire stove has to be fixed or replaced. And Samsung won't stand by this product even though it's a manufacturer's defect as the warranty expired already. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Their chat support also are extremely unhelpful.

I recently purchased the Samsung NE63T8111SG oven, and while the oven itself functions adequately, the design of the stovetop eye knobs is a significant flaw that overshadows its performance. The knobs are designed with plastic inserts that turn against metal, a poor choice that leads to cracking and subsequent slippage. When the plastic cracks, the knobs become almost unusable. To make matters worse, Samsung charges an exorbitant price for replacement knobs—nearly a fifth of the oven’s cost for just one knob! It's hard to believe that a single knob costs $86 to manufacture, especially since the oven comes with four of them. The cost of replacing all the knobs could nearly buy a new oven.
Since my purchase in 2022, Samsung has redesigned the knobs to use metal on metal, which is a more durable solution. However, the frustration remains for those of us stuck with the flawed plastic design. Samsung’s customer service has been unhelpful in resolving this issue, often transferring me between departments without providing a satisfactory solution.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this oven or any similar models that have the plastic knob design. The quality and customer service are not up to the standard I expected from Samsung. If you are considering this oven, make sure it has the upgraded metal knobs, or better yet, look for another brand. My loyalty to Samsung has only cost me more in the long run.

We bought our first drop-in oven in 2016. The oven would not maintain the desired temperature. With a 3 year warranty we worked with the repairmen to repair the unit. To no avail. They replaced all parts they thought could fix the problems. They replaced the unit in June of 2019. Same issue. Replaced that in August of 2019. We left our home for 7 months. Upon our return we had the same problem. To this day, I have to shut off and restart the oven regularly to bring it back to temperature. Three units. Same problem.

We paid $1,129.00 for a stove pictured. The glass was my wife’s first self cleaning experience…Had to be replaced. Ruined two prime ribs because the stove indicated 400 degrees, but it takes a 3.00 dollar oven gauge that reads 250 degrees, not 400, so you have to wait 20 minutes for actual temp to cook as recipe calls for 400 degrees! We have had thermostat replaced twice to no avail. And still it reads incorrect. The pictures keep our home and appliances immaculate…We have been putting up with this since December 2021…Bought at Home Depot here in Crystal River on sale mind you..
I just tried to cook two crab cakes at 350 degrees, and checked the 3.00 dollar oven thermometer and it read 350… for 25 minutes. It should be cooked at 165 degrees with meat thermometer, it read 75 degrees, so I put the crab cakes in a little Ninja oven so we could have them for dinner…I am ready to put this stove out in the driveway with a sign on it. “Free”…. All this time and we have just had it with Samsung. So if you all want a dependable stove for your holiday cooking. Beware of Samsung. Sincerely. Mr and Mrs. C, **

Samsung is another disappointment of a company making shiny low quality products with nonsense bells and whistles that can't even perform their basic function of remaining on for use. First time buying a Samsung appliance and now Samsung Group of South Korea and affiliates are on the banned products list for sure. Shame on you Samsung Group of South Korea, keeping your shareholders pockets lined while consumers continue to suffer--you're a part of the problem when people are looking for solutions. Zero reliability or trust being proved with so many of their products including smartphones, appliances, monitors, TV's, earbuds, and more. Better reviews on Bosch or LG appliances. But, do you boo, you don't need to keep up with the Joneses. If you sell junk at a more affordable price, consumers are more likely to buy, you hear? Do your research, don't waste your money like I did.

We renovated our home top to bottom and purchased a brand new Samsung Induction stove. After only 3 months of use the induction top quit working. That was a month ago. Samsung service is not geared to provide ready service in Canada. We have been unable to cook on our stove for over a month now. A service team were sent but they brought the wrong parts. So now we must wait for another indefinite period of time. My advice - until Samsung can both sort out their quality problems, and build a more efficient parts supply and service network - don’t buy a Samsung. Otherwise you will find yourself like we did - having to pay for a new mobile cooking top, limit the guests you can serve and wait for long hours on calls and waiting for service teams to come, repair, and come back and repair again. We still have no idea when we will be able to use our brand new stove again.

I was very excited when I first got these appliances. I purchased the range, fridge, and dishwasher all in the black stainless. All of them have failed. Broken immediately. Customer service is terrible. The knobs broke off the stove and the inside of the oven glass was stained after first few weeks. The exterior scratched within the first few weeks. Dishwasher stopped working after only 18 Months. Unfixable-manufacturer defect. Samsung refused to replace it. Sent me $350. I paid $900 for this model and the amount is not sufficient buy any new dishwasher.
Microwave works well but poor design. The handle broke off and the plastic pieces in the door are all broken. The bottom lip acts as a grease trap and there is no way to clean it. The fridge plastic pieces broke quickly and there's no way to fix them. The particles of food collect in the bins and there's no way to clean them out. The particles are literally trapped in between the pieces of the bin that cannot be taken apart. Now it has been two years and my oven stopped working. Only heats up to 185. Today smells like gas and now I'm not even going to use it. No gas on - no reason for it to smell like gas when I try to heat up the oven. I will never again buy Samsung appliances. Waster of several thousand dollars.

It's really hard to know where to start but suffice it to say do not buy a Samsung range! The inconsistency of cooking stove top and oven is so bad that I would feel sorry for someone who was a newer cook trying to cook on this range. My stove went crazy about 6 months in. By crazy I mean that the panel was blinking and things were going on and off. The oven shut off in the middle of preparing a meal for many guests. Before this the panel would blink and things would blink on and off. The warmer burner would cut on and off on its own mind you. They scheduled someone to come out and do repair. They replaced the entire upper panel of the range. They were supposed to replace the large dual burner front right position but the repair person didn't have that information and only had a small burner with him.
The inner ring of the large dual burner takes so long to heat up that it is almost useless. As well as I only have one pan that is large enough to fit that largest dual burner. I love to cook, have tons of cookware and almost every piece of it is all clad so I don't see how that burner can be useful to hardly anyone. Today the oven locked me out. I was cleaning the panel and here's some beeps and the oven locked up. There's a little place that tells you to hold it down for 3 seconds supposed to unlock it or lock it and it did none of those things.
After about six tries I was finally able to get the oven to unlock. This is without a doubt the worst appliance I have ever bought. And of course it was not cheap. It's infuriating to me that a company like Samsung has the nerve to sell such crap. I will not in case anybody was wondering ever buy another Samsung appliance. As I'm leaving my review with my 7th or 8th Samsung phone. I have four Samsung tvs. And those are just the ones that we have now. Previously we have had Samsung TVs for probably 20 years. We've been loyal to Samsung but there's something missing in this equation.

I bought a complete kitchen appliance set less than two years ago, all of which are their highest end products. All are also total garbage!!! Ice maker is stuck between crushed and cubed ice (and horribly loud when dispensing ice), the cooling in the drawer is sporadic at best, the range/oven combo is so beyond pathetic as it boils everything non-stop once whatever is on the burner reaches a cooking temp it will not do anything less than boil (so don’t plan on simmering anything!), the oven’s temp range while set at 350° will vary from 265° to as high as 400° and has never ever settled at a temperature close to 350° for which I usually use, and be VERY CAREFUL not to brush up against the stove as you will most likely turn a burner on without even knowing it, the stove/range clock is supposed to be automatically synced with the very expensive microwave but forget that too as I have to manually update the microwave clock as it loses minutes every week (I can buy a IKEA clock for a couple bucks and it never loses time!).
The dishwasher has started leaking twice in less than two years due to a horrible hose connection in the back of the dishwasher, etc etc etc.... So if I were you and you need an appliance I would avoid a Samsung product like the plague. I’ve spent more in service calls on this set I bought new less than two years ago than all the rest of my appliances I’ve owned in my previous 61 years of life. Samsung you are the absolute worst and I hope you get back what you deserve in bad karma of what you’ve given to the public with your piss poor excuse for appliances!!!!

My Opinion and my experience. Stay away from Samsung electric range Model NE63T8511SS/AA. Bought at Lowe's for approx $1099.00 before tax on 9/8/22. Lowe's did a good job with sales, delivery and extended insurance coverage. However, Samsung oven has defective knob design, all 4 knobs broke less than 12 months... PLASTIC!!!!
We tried to get replacements on 8/17/23 (less than 12 months), approved us for replacements, gave us the run around. We had the receipt, but was not good enough, wanted delivery reciept. Odd request since after purchase date (common sense). They never sent the knobs. So we limped along with the broke knobs and now the control panel went out, less than 20 months. Lowe's extended warranty did replace control panel, tech said $700.00 part. I know crazy. Such a terrible product! FYI knobs are not covered on extended warranty. My opinion. Samsung...Stick to making phones and TVs. They made me put a 1 star...that's a hard Zero Stars.

I have had the worst experience with my Samsung range. I have only had it a year and the control panel constantly flashes an 5E error, which could be a variety of issues. I try to shut it off and the digital screen doesn’t respond, so I unplug it and see if it will reset itself. It worked, for about 2 seconds. I then repeated the process to no avail. I finally got it to turn off, and then the stove randomly came on by itself later and was on the easy setting which is 400 degrees. If I had not been home I could have had a serious problem with that overheating and catching fire. So bottom line is, save your money and stay away from Samsung appliances. I have a Samsung refrigerator as well, and it has had freezer/icemaker issues the whole time I have had it. It’s been “repaired” 5 times and each time the problem just appears again. Sigh. I’ve wasted so much money on Samsung appliances and will NEVER buy another one as long as I live!!
