SafeStep Walk-in Tubs was the 2nd vendor to give an in-home presentation on their products. Their tubs had a lot more wonderful features than the 1st vendor. Their product warranty was much better- 10 years, upgradable to lifetime. I was sold. The decision to invest was an easy one. The cost for both vendors was approximately the same. I love my tub. It has water and air jets. It has “MicroBubbles”; which (by itself) leaves my skin feeling silky smooth due to the bubbles penetrating to the skin’s pores helping to make a better/deeper cleanse. It has Bluetooth so I can play my own music and the sound is awesome! It has fast fill and fast drain, so I don’t have to wait a long time to fill and empty the tub. Lastly, its back and seat has pre-warming features, so while waiting for it to fill I’m not sitting on a cold surface. It’s simply wonderful!!

I just had a Safe Step walk in tub installed in my house. My wife and I researched different companies and Safestep was our choice. Phil, our salesman. His knowledge and expertise sold us. He was outstanding, answering all of our questions and explaining the features of the tub and the installation process fully. The day of our install, our technicians Anthony and Luke arrived on time and ready to accomplish the task. They were both very professional and courteous. They took extra care to make sure my house remained clean during the demo and removal of my old tub and commode and were extremely methodical and precise in the reconstruction and installation and wiring of my new tub and commode.
There were two times where there were options in the installation and Anthony explained each one to me and let me have the choice of how he would proceed. Giving me that option to choose which one would be better for my family and I showed me that they cared about more that getting the job done. They also cared about how the finished product would fit into our family. The pride they took in their workmanship reflect both in their character and safestep as a company.

Our tub was having problems with the drain plug and lever so I called for service. Danny came out today to assess the problem and thoroughly checked out all possibilities of the potential problems associated with the mechanism causing the problem. He was meticulous and thorough with his assessment of the problem and took his time to correct the problem. He also checked the overall functioning of the tub and made sure the jets were working correctly as well as the air pump…securing the air pump to the base to make sure it was more secure in its current location.
Dan took the time to explain what he found and what was repaired. The tub is a vital necessity in our home as it is used regularly by my husband who is afflicted with neuropathy. The air bubbles help with the circulation in his legs. When the drain plug was not working properly, it really made it difficult for him to use the tub since his physical condition is compromised. Thank you, Danny, for coming out today to fixing this problem as it now works as it did when the tub was new. Danny is a real gem for your company and knows these tubs like the back of his hand.

I paid $22,101 for my hybrid tub/shower. 50 gallon hwh worked fine. I live alone and only used hot water for this one day. Remember that water displacement is a factor in how much water you'll need. I am 5'7" and weigh 206. My tub is not deep enough to accommodate my upper waist to shoulders. I had to scoot to edge of seat to immerse totally. They did not give me a pillow or remote. The drain button did not work. I need to do it manually. Will call them tomorrow. I also need direction on how to clear the filter since I lose hair when washing my hair. Front jets don't work.

I was having issues with my tub, so I called Safe Step. They sent Danny to get it working. He is very friendly. He checked every function of the tub. Made sure I understood all the operations and explain how to maintain the tub.
