I LOVE my Safe Step tub! I have used it almost everyday since I purchased it more than 8 years ago. The repair person who came to my house (sorry I don't remember his name) was on time, scheduled it quickly, fixed everything I requested, and more. He was pleasant, listened to my concerns, and I will continue to recommend the product. Initially, I wondered about the "life-time" guarantee... I won't worry anymore! You really meant it!

Ron, George, McKenzie, and Brandon were very professional, polite, and kind, they were fantastic guests and workers! They worked diligently until everything was completed. George explained everything to my Dad and myself-operating the tub, cleaning the tub, how often, how and where to maintain door seal and frame, what can be used to clean it and what cannot be used, how to add aroma therapy drops, the maintenance, and he was very willing and happy to answer any questions we had! He also provided an 800 number for my Dad to call for any warranty questions or anything else he may be concerned about.
George also did a fantastic job with the installation of the new toilet. Ron showed us exactly how to operate everything on the tub very thoroughly and was also very willing and happy to answer any and all of our questions! They also cleaned and disposed of any and all trash. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to a friend, or ANYBODY! They are all amazing people to know!

My experience was done with patience and they explained everything they did and why? The door plug they showed me the different sound of a new one compared to my clogged one - they tighten every loose facet - explained the operation that I was concerned about (the aroma apartment) how to clean my shower heads for better flow! They were very knowledgeable about the tub and his functions!! After they maintained my tub works better - more water flow and no leaks! I was very pleased with my first maintained on 4-6-2026!! So proud of my investment to know when it doesn’t work perfect? First Step will send professionals to make sure it does!!!

Rich and Laura performed my service. A few days prior they set up a time that was convenient for my schedule. On the day of service they notified me when they were coming. They replaced the part explaining to me the problem and showed me what they were replacing. During the service they checked everything and found a second part that needed replacing. They will order it and return to replace that and said everything else looked good. They also educated me on the best process to keep the jets clean and answered all my questions. They were very pleasant and I appreciate they took the time to check everything and find a problem that I wouldn't have known about until there was a major problem. I wish all service people were so helpful and thorough.

I just had a Safe Step walk in tub installed in my house. My wife and I researched different companies and Safestep was our choice. Phil, our salesman. His knowledge and expertise sold us. He was outstanding, answering all of our questions and explaining the features of the tub and the installation process fully. The day of our install, our technicians Anthony and Luke arrived on time and ready to accomplish the task. They were both very professional and courteous. They took extra care to make sure my house remained clean during the demo and removal of my old tub and commode and were extremely methodical and precise in the reconstruction and installation and wiring of my new tub and commode.
There were two times where there were options in the installation and Anthony explained each one to me and let me have the choice of how he would proceed. Giving me that option to choose which one would be better for my family and I showed me that they cared about more that getting the job done. They also cared about how the finished product would fit into our family. The pride they took in their workmanship reflect both in their character and safestep as a company.

Danny did a great job. He fixed the shower that kept leaking every time I took a shower. He was very professional and friendly. I love my shower. I had a bathtub and kept hurting myself. This is fabulous. It has a bench seat and a hand held wand to make me feel safe now while showering. I’m 85 years old. Thank you.

Horrible company. They sub contract other companies to fix leaks and they didn't fix the leak. It caused mold and ruined the ceiling below and Safe Step doesn't want to be responsible. Horrible PR and hard to communicate with. Never again will I spend $10,000 for a tub that was nothing but nightmares from the day they put it in. I am regretting ever doing business with this company.

Worst purchase I ever made. Out of greed on their part, My bathroom is too small but they put the tub in anyway. My water heater was too small to heat all the water to fill the tub & had to be replaced, salesman talked me out of the overhead shower head, but I need it and it is too late now. First time I used the tub it all leaked out, flooding under the wall into my bedroom, ruining the carpet. They came out with fans and tore my carpet up and for a week I slept in the living room on the couch. The carpet never was right with a big cut in it and eventually black mold grew in places. It leaked because the installers failed to attach the pipes tight or right.
The tub is broken right now. Nothing is working and I have to call for repair. I hate that because they have to come 2 or 3 hundred miles away. There's no local office. At least I get to keep my own shower head since President Trump mandated we can have water pressure. Safe Step shower heads are useless and they have stolen every good one I installed in the past. Probably kept them for themselves. Lastly, you have to be thin to get out of the tub and put a step outside the door or you could fall. This is really unsafe tub. I hate it!
