Everyone did a great job. They were very friendly and polite. They were here on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Showed me how to use my tub. I am very impressed with their work. The only bad thing was I have to wait 24 hours before I can use it.

My Safe Step tub lumbar water jets were not functional. My issues was reported and repaired on today by a very nice service man. I am very pleased with service provided. He has tested and system it is working. I was very, very pleased with service provided.

The repair person was here on time and very pleasant. He tried his best to find a problem but couldn’t. He is a very great person. He tested everything. He offered to return if the problem persists.

So far, we are very pleased with our tub. The installers did a great job and finished in one day. We have used it and tried it all the features. There's a bit of a learning curve, but that's to be expected. Hope everything continues to go well!

We placed a service call for a leak. It was scheduled, and the tech showed up on time and ready to go. I was able to send him a video of the problem so he was completely confident in what needed yo be fixed. It took him 30 minutes, including testing, and everything is perfect now. Very happy with Chris as a service tech.

I love my Safe Step walk in tub!! When I had a problem they sent a tech the next day after I called. Jared was great! He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem immediately. He replaced my tub control panel quickly and efficiently and synced my remote. I highly recommend Safe Step.

Brian was very polite and courteous. He showed up during his arrival time and quickly showed me the problem. I had thought my panel was missing a magnet when it was not. Brian showed me how to reset the small top magnet to hold my panel in place. He’s da shiznit and I love his energy.

Our Safestep Walk-in tub Experience. The installation crew was very friendly, and knowledgeable about what they do. They asked about our preferences with placement of the tub, and remeasured to double check. How the tub works, and maintenance, was explained and shown to us. Kept my floor clean while they were in and out of the house. They cleaned up all of the mess in our bathroom, maybe cleaner than before they got here. They were very friendly and professional. This tub is wonderful!

Brian showed me how to reset my GFI to restore power to my tub. He also showed me that my shower head was leaking so he replaced it with a new one. I had mistakenly loosened my shower pole and he fixed that as well. Very professional and thorough with his work.

Brian found that my emergency drain was accidentally locked in place and he fixed it. He replaced my drain cap seal so that my tub now seals and holds water. Brian did an excellent job in repairs. Thank you.

I love my Safe Step tub! It is a daily therapy for me, when it had an Issue safestep sent Rick and Laura out. They figured out the issue very fast and had me back in my tub. Get a tub! You won’t regret it.

Kelvin and Andrew arrived on time and were very careful and thoughtful through installation. They took time to explain each step in the process and did a thorough and detailed demonstration when the installation was completed. Raymond has been persistent, in trying to find out the problem w/ my install chairlift. Talked to the necessary back up people. This new chair was lacking a charge panel - came back today. On phone trying to find the problem.

I called for service on Monday the 27th of April, got a call from, Jim a short time later. Set up appointment for Wednesday, said he would call when he was an hour away, he did and was here on time! Very professional, courteous and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. Very pleased with the service.

Adam in Houston came out the first day the service was sent and came out very quickly and glued on the hinge cover. Told the customer to leave hinge cover on for 24hrs before using. Adam checked over the TV and the tub is working properly.

Hello I just want to say a few words about the installers. WOW. They were amazing from cutting door frames so they can fit the new tub to removal of old bathtub to installing the new one. What a process and it doesn't stop there. Putting the door frame back together, new toilet and let's not forget they were very tedious in doing all the caulking not say very professional and also very clean. I would definitely recommend. To me they are not a five star but a 10 star.

The crew Maxwell and Eli called in the morning and let us know that they are arriving soon with installation, when they arrived they explained the job really well and then proceeded to cover the floors with drops! They worked non stop and installed everything with great detail. The demonstration was very thorough and we liked that very much. The house was left neat and clean! Jared employee came over. Topnotch guy. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He found couple other things wrong. We hardly used it. Air freshener was loose. It's fixed. That's the main thing. Special employee there.

Alan ** was here on time. He did an inspection on the installation of the bathtub. He also took pictures. He showed me how the bathtub works. His communication skills were excellent. The workmanship was impeccable. He clean the area well and left the area clean. He finished on time.

Excellent service the service tech explained every question I had asked and showed me more things my tub system could do. The GFI wire had gotten loose and Brian was able to fix it to get my tub powered up. He also fixed my air function.

Brian showed up the same day that we requested service so I am happy with his quick response. He installed a new shower wand so that it now works like it did when it was brand new. Brian has worked on my tub in the past and he has always done a good job.

The two guys that came to install our Safe Step tub were very nice and helpful. They explained everything they were doing. They gave us details instructions and showed us everything. They cleaned as they worked and let no mess whatsoever.

Brian reset the door so that is now aligned correctly and the new door sweep does not drag like the old one. Brian did an excellent job. Fixed everything perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for better work. Thank you. Will request him in future.

The installers were excellent. Walked me through the proper usage of my new tub and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. With the long drive to and from my location it was a very long day for the two of them and they worked through without breaks until work was completed.

Came in and cleaned and replaced temperature cartridge, and flushed water supply lines. He explained all his procedures and was very courteous. The technician was also on time and kept within his arrival window.

Had a shower with no cold water, or very little. He changed out the cartridge and explained what caused the problem and how to help from having the problem reoccurrence. Works like it use to now. Also explained proper care of the shower and the tub to keep them operating correctly. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job and cleaned up in the minimum amount of time. Installers were on time. Electricians were on time. Both were very efficient, clean, very attentive to our property. Put down mats on all our flooring. Removed our old jetted tub carefully and efficiently. Took down towel rack and installed a beautiful backsplash that covered. Installed a beautiful shelving in front as well as side by wall. Tony face a full demonstration how everything worked. Jessica scheduled our inspectors with the county. She helped us with the documents that we must give to inspectors.

Sem and Reqz worked very hard and diligently at making our dream come true!!!! They did an awesome job with the installation of the tub and toilet even with tons of difficulty get the tub up all the stairs and into the bathroom. Brian was very efficient and knowledgeable of the Safe Step Walk In Tub. He was most helpful and did check other areas of the tub. The drain was replaced, faucet cartridges were fixed due to dripping. Brian will follow up with the micro function in the tub. All and all Brian is courteous, smiled while discussing the issues.

David gave an exceptionally great review of how to use all of the different choices for using this tub. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. I will ask, with confidence, if he can return to assist me!! This Safe Step tub is wonderful!!

I called for service with Safestep tubs and got a service technician, Danny, who was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. He corrected all issues and walked me through steps that I need to do in the future to keep the tub clean and safe. My drain assembly had been given me problems and Danny made sure that it was fixed and working properly.

Amazing!! From start to finish you made it as quick and easy as possible. I was concerned with construction confusion with my aging father in the house.... Everyone made it super easy and wonderfully calm. And super fast!! Love the tub! And everyone who has helped!!

Adam in Houston came out first day of service. Tightened up door handle. Cleaned around gasket. Filled, tested tub to check for leaks and it was all clear. Adam was very nice and helpful with information going forward.

Adam in Houston came out very quickly and tested our tub and our door handle was stuck. After he figured out it was stuck he came out and removed and replaced the door handle. The new door handle looks great and is working properly. Adam did a great job and it is looked great.

Adam came out very quick the next day after I called. Quicker than the last service call. Have brought the part on the drain and replaced it then threw the old one away. Then showed me how to clean it and explained the whole process.

The installer, Spencer **, was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the product and explained all the features in detail! He was on time, and the installation looks great! I love the look of the tub & all the features it offers.

David was very knowledgeable and friendly, a pleasant experience. He answered all of my questions, and I felt very comfortable in using the tub. He went over the monthly cleanings with me. Can you show me the how the jets work. How to clean the tub. What the water level should be.

Attention, David ** came to explain in detail how tub functions & we’re very pleased with his teaching! He answered all of our questions and concerns! We felt that he knew the system & also showed the entire system working!

Worth the cost. The men knew their job in and out very quickly. Looks very nice and waiting to use for the first time. The tub has everything one needs for the care of the body. The water and air jets are something else. Along with the Bluetooth for sound, you can have a very relaxing bath.

My service with Laura and Rick were the best I had since I purchased my Safe Step. Laura and Rich were so detailed with letting me know what the problem was. They walked me through the process on showing me things that the pamphlet didn't have. Laura gave me pointers on how to keep my SafeStep to last longer and she showed me a function I had and didn't know it. That's the kind of repair couple I need at all times especially when you have spent so much money on the purchase!! Thank you SO MUCH TO LAURA AND RICH!!!

The technician David has been my house before and he is a lovely man and works diligently and solves all my problems. I don’t want any other man here to ever come to my house except David to fix my Safe Step Walk-In-Tubs. That’s all I need done. Keep going down. OK that’s all I need.

Jared was the name of my repair guy. He was on time, very friendly and did an awesome job. He made sure everything worked properly and repaired the issue we call in for and fixed a few other minor problems before they became major problems. I can't say enough about Jared he was absolutely awesome. Safe Step is a great place to buy your walk in tub. Fantastic customer service.

They arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call first. They stayed about 7.5 hrs and the job was complete. The bathroom looks spectacular and we are very pleased with the increased value it adds to our home, and the cleanup was extremely good. Nice guys also.

Replace gasket that went bad. Tested tube and all functional. Adam was quick in responding to my problem. Adam did a great job. Adam changed out the aromatherapy unit. Adam check to make sure everything was working properly and fix quickly.

Adam came out and explained how to use the tub and then showed us how to do a cleaning cycle. After the cleaning cycle he changed out the shower wand. Then showed us how to put stuff in to help the drain work. The tub is working good and Adam did a great job.

Contacting Safe Step was so easy. They responded so quickly. Samuel came out within 2 days. Daniel is absolutely the best. So informative and helpful to us. We are in our 80's, so the extra concern was so appreciated. We tell everyone about our Tub. We love it.

Adam came and changed out the the three position shower diverted and then changed out the tub door handle that would not close. Now that he changed that out, the door closes easily. He finished with cutting out the caulking and recalling the tub. He is five stars. Adam did great.

David got the door leak stopped! He took the necessary time to make adjustments, replacing the door handle, patiently refilling and adjusting the tub over and over until the leak was stopped. Thank You! I can finally use my walk-in tub.

I don't have one negative thing to say about the installation of my safe tub. Zack ** did a fantastic job. When he was done you would never know that he took out my old tub and installed my new one.

Jim was very thorough and thoughtful. He gave us a lot more information about the tub than the installers did. His first visit was to replace the drain plug that leaked. He doesn’t know why our tub was installed with a computer that the company replaced several years ago. But he discovered the mistake while replacing the drain plug and came back today to replace the computer. He also moved the handle over slightly to stop it from rubbing inappropriately. We appreciate knowing who will help us if we have issues in the future. Jim is a great repairman.

Just want to share what an excellent job the installation team did for my new Safe Step Tub. Their work ethic was excellent. They shared each step, made sure our caregivers understood how the new tub will work and how to clean same, the upcoming inspections and how to contact them if we have any problems. Patrick **, the installer, was knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and pleasant. He worked steadily. The installation was stalled because of the condition of the old tub but within days, Patrick was here to finish.

Danny came at 1pm. Exactly the time I was told. He is very courteous as well as helpful in answering all my questions. Also made sure I understood how to clean my tube every month. He checked everything. I'm happy with my SAFE STEP.

The work crew that came to my house today were very professional. The team arrived exactly when I was told they would and quickly went to work. This was a highly efficient team, working together to complete the tasks needed to replace the old tub with a new walk-in model. Within a very short span of time, just over four hours, the work was complete. We were given "how to use" instructions, cleaning tips and all questions were answered. The team cleaned up after themselves leaving the space ready for use. This walk-in tub was a major investment and I am very happy with the end result.

Danny from Safe Step Tub came to check my light on my tub today. He was able to fix it easily. While here he checked out the rest of the tub for any issues. He was efficient and pleasant to work with. He was very conscientious and everything went great. My tub looks awesome.

I had issue with my Safe Step and called for service. David came today to service it. He found things that need replacement and other minor things like tightening screws on the shower. He was very thorough. He even gave me tips on how to keep my safe step always clean. I am very satisfied with his service!

Horrible. You can't get warm water at all for tub or shower. So 13 minutes to fill tub in cold water and scrap my leg to get in with the door. I wouldn't get this for a dog, it is a rip off and there is a chip on inside of tub.

The people that came today were excellent. They listened and fixed all the problems. I would like them to be my repair people from now on! They really seem to know what they're doing. Not only that I just don't want different people in my house to fix this... What I want is one company that I can count on to fix it right.

So glad we got this tub! I have multiple mobility issues, as does my spouse, making it nearly impossible to use a regular tub. Bathing is so much safer and more comfortable now! Rick and Laura did a fantastic job and replaced and checked everything and fixed our water pressure issues with our shower head which has been messed up since we first got it and we are very happy with their work. Rick and Laura came on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. They fixed it, checked the tub and gave me some useful information. They were very understanding and helpful. If I ever need your services again, I would love to have them back.

The tub is fantastic and well worth the cost! The installation was very professional, the preparation was exceptional, the workmen were more than competent, and so friendly! The installation took less time than I expected, and the verbal explanation about how to use, clean, and enjoy was great! Overall, Safe Step product, workmanship, and timely installation was just excellent!

When I called for repair service they were here within a week and worked on the problem and had it fixed quickly. They didn't have the part for the second problem but promised to order it soon and be back to finish the job. They were pleasant and courteous.

Greg reviewed all the possibilities/causes and tried to reproduce a door leak and will come back if it reappears. He communicates the problems well and is very courteous and knowledgeable. He is great.

Danny from Safe Step came out to my house today after requesting service because of no hot water. He completely serviced the tub and taught me how to keep it clean and maintain it on a regular basis which nobody had explained to me before. I really enjoy the tub and it’s really helped with my bad back and my bad knee just as your sales representative promised it would.

Safe Step has been great. It was easy to contact, quick turnaround time for tub install. When we had an issue, we called, they walked through some steps and then had someone come out. A part needed to be replaced, they called and texted, set up a time, came out and replaced the part. Everything has been easy. My grandma loves taking a bath now especially using the light therapy.

I called Jennifer, customer service & she had Danny come out today. Not only did Danny fix what issues I had with the tub but he fixed other problems as well. This SafeStep tub has been a God send for us. I couldn't be happier & more satisfied.

Daniel is now my hero - just got tub, started spewing water last night and wetted all of bathroom floor..... Safe step called 1st thing this morning and Daniel was here by around 9 to resolve issue.... Very impressed by him: professional, kind, affable, took time to show pictures and explain what he did and he got me down from my panic mode..... He left by 10.30 with plan for followup with safe step and me to trust process.

Adam came out quickly and got the handle on my tub replaced and repaired. New handle is working great. He also recalled the tub where it was cracked. The drain was also not working and he got that fixed as well.

I had a very good experience with getting service for my Safe Step tub. There was a leak and a technician came out assessed the problem and ordered a part to fix the problem. The technician was courteous, informative and professional.

Your repairman contacted me directly after I had inquired with the company. Unfortunately I had to go to the hospital and was unable to have him do the repair until today. Took him seconds to find the problem and he quickly repaired the issue. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Adam came and did a service call for us. He came and fixed the drain that was leaking. The tub is working great and not leaking anymore. Adam came over quickly. He cleaned the tub after too. He also replaced the drain caps as well.

Great experience. Very friendly on time and knowledgeable. I would recommend for future plumbing issues. It's really cold out still like idk what they want from me. But I really did enjoy the experience and can't wait to use my tub again.

I did not expect the seal on the drain plug to wear out so soon. It took over two weeks and several calls to get a response from Safe Step. A service appointment was made and kept. Alan, the service tech, was prompt and professional. He sussed out the problem and completed the repair expeditiously. Alan is very pleasant and competent. I could not be happier with the work performed and the results.

It was difficult getting your service dept to call me back, but once we connected 5 days later, was scheduled for next day. David, the service tech, was wonderful identifying the problem quickly, repairing it and then providing valuable information on how to use and maintain our tub.

Rick came over on time. He was very friendly. He showed me how to fix the tub myself next time it happens. He also showed me 3 other things I did not know. Asked how I could get the yellowing of tub out (it's the water where I live). Gave me a few ideas and did a sample of one of them. Whole experience was fantastic!

Greg ** came at the scheduled time, assessed the problem. He tried several solutions which did not work, then thought of another option to try, but did not have a needed part so we made a plan for him to return with hopefully a final solution. He was very pleasant and thoughtful.

I'm 63 year old disabled woman. I live alone in Sumter County Fl with my dogs. No children, just an older brother left in my original family. I'm now dealing with an impossible situation. I am a victim of a predatory sale of a walk in tub from Safe Step Tubs. That means that the Safe Step Tub salesman Greg ** who came to my house to make a tub sale knew I was in no condition financially or physically to make an informed decision on a $22,000.00 purchase. Despite knowing I was permanently disabled and scheduled for a heart operation in two weeks, the salesman insisted that a Safe Step Tub would help me medically to reduce my constant pain and allow me to age in place gracefully.

I had my Safestep walk in tub installed a week ago. Love this tub! It started out with a wonderful team of installers including Maxwell and Eli. Every person here to help with the smooth installation first introduced themselves. They communicated how things were going and made sure everything was done right. When they left they made sure everything was cleaned up and working.

I am very pleased with the service I received. He is very knowledgeable about his job and goes right to work. Has great manners. An asset to your company. He checked everything to make sure my tub was working perfectly and explained all of the controls I learned a lot, I had not understood when I first invested in the tub.

The shower main shower system where the water comes out was loose at the second or bottom wall brace. And the rubber tubing on the glass door to contain the water was starting to peel away. Allen fixed the shower system connection with a better glue that is water proof. And he order the tubing for the glass door. He will install it once it arrives. Allen was great. He was efficient and let me know exactly what he needed to do and what I could expect.

The door to the tub was almost impossible for my wife to shut. Greg took care of the problem quickly and had us try the door handle. It works much better. Great service. The call was still under warranty for parts and services, which made it even better. Safe Step is a good company with which to deal.
