The service person was professional and clean. He fixed my problem in a short amount of time. He even took the time to fill the tub to make sure that his repair didn’t cause any leaks. I now have a new door handle and I am happy with his service.

The service tech was polite and professional as well as timely. He wasn’t able to fix my pressure problem but he was able to eliminate the tub as the source of the problem. He installed a new faucet cartridge and flushed my lines to ensure that nothing on the tub side is restricting pressure.

This service technician actually showed up during his time window, which is rare to see with other service companies. He was polite and friendly while he quickly fixed the problem with my shower. My shower now works and I am happy.

Updated on 08/06/2026: Today is August 6, 2026. Finally an installer named Trinity came out to look at the tub. Turns out our new tub needed an actuator which Trinity ordered. It arrived 10 days ago, Trinity never called to set an appointment to install it. I called Safe Step four days ago to make sure they knew the part was in, still crickets, called again yesterday, still no call back. What good is a Lifetime Warranty if you can't get service?

Brian is truly an asset to the Safe Step Company. With extremely high integrity Brian repaired every part of my Tub that he thought needed repairing. I am extremely grateful Brian was the technician to service my Tub. This is the 2nd time Brian has provided service for us!!! I believe his service is irreplaceable!!! Thank you so much Brian!

Professionalism at its best. This technician fixed problems that I have had since install. He quickly identified my problems and had them fixed very quickly. He also cleaned his work area when he was done.

Your man is awesome and knows what he is doing. He quickly figured out that we had a defective motor that was causing some parts to overheat. In no time, he had a new motor, and he replaced the heat-damaged parts so that now my air jets work again.

The service tech arrived at 12:00 on the dot as promised so that I wouldn’t miss my Doctor's appointment. He fixed multiple problems with my tub. My air bubbles now work and I no longer have hold the drain control while draining my tub. Good service.

This has been one of the best service tech I’ve had to service in my home. He is very knowledgeable of what he’s doing. He explains everything to his customer where they could understand in a way you really don’t have to ask questions. He not only explains, but actually walks you through what he’s doing step by step and why he’s doing it. He points out things that customers never think to ask about. He’s simply the greatest in my opinion.

The technician was polite and friendly. He found that my tub door simply needed to be cleaned in order to stop my door leak. He showed me how to clean it so that Ali could do it while working on other problems. He was right and after cleaning we filled the tub to see that it isn’t leaking anymore. These kind men came On June 25th but scheduled for July 6th! That was a great plus! They were very polite! Worked very hard in such hot weather! They showed us how it worked and set up Bluetooth! Great speakers! I know we will enjoy the tub but also all the people that made it happen so quickly!

I called Safe Step-In-Tub to address an issue with my speakers. Danny arrived right on time and resolved my issue, checked out everything and was most friendly. He provided some helpful hints and insights. Really enjoy our new tub.

This purchase has been a nightmare. Subpar quality, having to several times to fix a problem. They refuse to service the lifetime warranty.

I paid $22,101 for my hybrid tub/shower. 50 gallon hwh worked fine. I live alone and only used hot water for this one day. Remember that water displacement is a factor in how much water you'll need. I am 5'7" and weigh 206. My tub is not deep enough to accommodate my upper waist to shoulders. I had to scoot to edge of seat to immerse totally. They did not give me a pillow or remote. The drain button did not work. I need to do it manually. Will call them tomorrow. I also need direction on how to clear the filter since I lose hair when washing my hair. Front jets don't work.

The sales team came out the same day that my husband called! My husband was adamant about purchasing a SafeStep; I could’ve by passed due to the price! The process went smooth. The first tub was too small as he tested it in the driveway! My husband requested a larger one and sent it back! We experienced no problems! It has been installed since March 2026! The installers were also top-tier! The only problems that I have is: 1. We did not receive a remote and we got the MicroSoothe (top of the line) 2. They tell you that they give you a discount to replace the hot water tank if needed! It’s needed! We have a 50-gallon tank and it’s not enough hot water when there is a family living in the house! We were told that a 75-gallon tank wouldn’t fit in the opening to the attic to get a larger tank. So now we’re looking at a $5000 tankless water heater! We need the hot water to use the tub. 🥺🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ I think I’m more upset that I didn’t get a $119 remote free!

This was the worst financial decision I have ever made! The tub is small and getting in to sit is not easy. The push buttons for options do not always work, the drain button has never worked. I use the manual drain, thank goodness it is available. Cleaning process is NOT simple and as a senior I find that difficult. The commercials show people laying back and covered with bubbles…Good luck! The process of using any soaps or bubbles requires high price options and detailed directions. I was looking for easy and got difficult. This is a complicated machine that requires way too much attention and little relaxation!

The representative was punctual, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process of installing the walk in tub, the four models and various options. He answered all of our questions and gave us a fair price good for a period of time. There was no pressure to buy immediately. He was patient during the decision process and all paperwork was handled efficiently. Highly recommended this company and this representative in particular. The product is superior to all others.

Horrible company. They sub contract other companies to fix leaks and they didn't fix the leak. It caused mold and ruined the ceiling below and Safe Step doesn't want to be responsible. Horrible PR and hard to communicate with. Never again will I spend $10,000 for a tub that was nothing but nightmares from the day they put it in. I am regretting ever doing business with this company.

Worst purchase I ever made. Out of greed on their part, My bathroom is too small but they put the tub in anyway. My water heater was too small to heat all the water to fill the tub & had to be replaced, salesman talked me out of the overhead shower head, but I need it and it is too late now. First time I used the tub it all leaked out, flooding under the wall into my bedroom, ruining the carpet. They came out with fans and tore my carpet up and for a week I slept in the living room on the couch. The carpet never was right with a big cut in it and eventually black mold grew in places. It leaked because the installers failed to attach the pipes tight or right.

I am impressed with the overall experience with The Safestep tub!!!!! Everything was explained and I was shown how to properly operate and maintain the use of the tub.

Very professional installation both the installer and electrician. They were respectful to my property. After putting the conduit in the electrician even painted the conduit so it matched my house. After the install they cleaned up and showed me how to use my tub. I would recommend the Safe Step team highly.

He arrived on time and went straight to work. He worked on the air pump. The air jets have a little more pressure now, but he said he would need to order parts and return. He is very friendly and explained what the problem was very well.

Ron, George, McKenzie, and Brandon were very professional, polite, and kind, they were fantastic guests and workers! They worked diligently until everything was completed. George explained everything to my Dad and myself-operating the tub, cleaning the tub, how often, how and where to maintain door seal and frame, what can be used to clean it and what cannot be used, how to add aroma therapy drops, the maintenance, and he was very willing and happy to answer any questions we had! He also provided an 800 number for my Dad to call for any warranty questions or anything else he may be concerned about.

This is our second SafeStep purchase at different homes. The newest was installed yesterday. Eager to take this new product install work on an initial experience. We loved the first SafeStep. So warranty or service and hope we don’t. The new install looks terrific!

Jim showed up on time and was a very nice man. He was quick and clean. Showed me how the lift works and told me if I have any issues with my lift, to contact Safe Step and they will handle it from there.

Communication was very nice. Let us know when would arrive and was right on time. Explained the problem and possible causes. Explained the fix for the issue and showed us the clogged part. Was quick and very professional.

I called for service because the bubbler stopped working and within 24 hours a service tech was at my door. It was a relatively simple fix but the tech explained everything in great detail. The installer arrived right on time, laid down cloths on the floor to walk on and then proceeded to do their job. They were courteous, competent and very efficient. When they were finished they cleaned up completely.

We placed a service call for a leak. It was scheduled, and the tech showed up on time and ready to go. I was able to send him a video of the problem so he was completely confident in what needed yo be fixed. It took him 30 minutes, including testing, and everything is perfect now. Very happy with Chris as a service tech.

Our Safestep Walk-in tub Experience. The installation crew was very friendly, and knowledgeable about what they do. They asked about our preferences with placement of the tub, and remeasured to double check. How the tub works, and maintenance, was explained and shown to us. Kept my floor clean while they were in and out of the house. They cleaned up all of the mess in our bathroom, maybe cleaner than before they got here. They were very friendly and professional. This tub is wonderful!

Brian showed me how to reset my GFI to restore power to my tub. He also showed me that my shower head was leaking so he replaced it with a new one. I had mistakenly loosened my shower pole and he fixed that as well. Very professional and thorough with his work.

Brian found that my emergency drain was accidentally locked in place and he fixed it. He replaced my drain cap seal so that my tub now seals and holds water. Brian did an excellent job in repairs. Thank you.

I love my Safe Step tub! It is a daily therapy for me, when it had an Issue safestep sent Rick and Laura out. They figured out the issue very fast and had me back in my tub. Get a tub! You won’t regret it.

Raymond has been persistent, in trying to find out the problem w/ my install chairlift. Talked to the necessary back up people. This new chair was lacking a charge panel - came back today. On phone trying to find the problem.

I called for service on Monday the 27th of April, got a call from, Jim a short time later. Set up appointment for Wednesday, said he would call when he was an hour away, he did and was here on time! Very professional, courteous and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. Very pleased with the service.

Adam in Houston came out the first day the service was sent and came out very quickly and glued on the hinge cover. Told the customer to leave hinge cover on for 24hrs before using. Adam checked over the TV and the tub is working properly.

Hello I just want to say a few words about the installers. WOW. They were amazing from cutting door frames so they can fit the new tub to removal of old bathtub to installing the new one. What a process and it doesn't stop there. Putting the door frame back together, new toilet and let's not forget they were very tedious in doing all the caulking not say very professional and also very clean. I would definitely recommend. To me they are not a five star but a 10 star.

The crew Maxwell and Eli called in the morning and let us know that they are arriving soon with installation, when they arrived they explained the job really well and then proceeded to cover the floors with drops! They worked non stop and installed everything with great detail. The demonstration was very thorough and we liked that very much. The house was left neat and clean! Jared employee came over. Topnotch guy. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He found couple other things wrong. We hardly used it. Air freshener was loose. It's fixed. That's the main thing. Special employee there.

Alan ** was here on time. He did an inspection on the installation of the bathtub. He also took pictures. He showed me how the bathtub works. His communication skills were excellent. The workmanship was impeccable. He clean the area well and left the area clean. He finished on time.

Excellent service the service tech explained every question I had asked and showed me more things my tub system could do. The GFI wire had gotten loose and Brian was able to fix it to get my tub powered up. He also fixed my air function.

Brian showed up the same day that we requested service so I am happy with his quick response. He installed a new shower wand so that it now works like it did when it was brand new. Brian has worked on my tub in the past and he has always done a good job.

The two guys that came to install our Safe Step tub were very nice and helpful. They explained everything they were doing. They gave us details instructions and showed us everything. They cleaned as they worked and let no mess whatsoever.

Brian reset the door so that is now aligned correctly and the new door sweep does not drag like the old one. Brian did an excellent job. Fixed everything perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for better work. Thank you. Will request him in future.

The installers were excellent. Walked me through the proper usage of my new tub and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. With the long drive to and from my location it was a very long day for the two of them and they worked through without breaks until work was completed.

Came in and cleaned and replaced temperature cartridge, and flushed water supply lines. He explained all his procedures and was very courteous. The technician was also on time and kept within his arrival window.

Had a shower with no cold water, or very little. He changed out the cartridge and explained what caused the problem and how to help from having the problem reoccurrence. Works like it use to now. Also explained proper care of the shower and the tub to keep them operating correctly. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job and cleaned up in the minimum amount of time. Installers were on time. Electricians were on time. Both were very efficient, clean, very attentive to our property. Put down mats on all our flooring. Removed our old jetted tub carefully and efficiently. Took down towel rack and installed a beautiful backsplash that covered. Installed a beautiful shelving in front as well as side by wall. Tony face a full demonstration how everything worked. Jessica scheduled our inspectors with the county. She helped us with the documents that we must give to inspectors.

Sem and Reqz worked very hard and diligently at making our dream come true!!!! They did an awesome job with the installation of the tub and toilet even with tons of difficulty get the tub up all the stairs and into the bathroom. Everything promised was delivered and it looks awesome! Instructions were given to us multiple times and very thoroughly done!!! Looking forward to our spa and very safe experience!!

Brian was very efficient and knowledgeable of the Safe Step Walk In Tub. He was most helpful and did check other areas of the tub. The drain was replaced, faucet cartridges were fixed due to dripping. Brian will follow up with the micro function in the tub. All and all Brian is courteous, smiled while discussing the issues.

David gave an exceptionally great review of how to use all of the different choices for using this tub. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. I will ask, with confidence, if he can return to assist me!! This Safe Step tub is wonderful!!

I called for service with Safestep tubs and got a service technician, Danny, who was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. He corrected all issues and walked me through steps that I need to do in the future to keep the tub clean and safe. My drain assembly had been given me problems and Danny made sure that it was fixed and working properly.

Amazing!! From start to finish you made it as quick and easy as possible. I was concerned with construction confusion with my aging father in the house.... Everyone made it super easy and wonderfully calm. And super fast!! Love the tub! And everyone who has helped!!

Adam in Houston came out very quickly and tested our tub and our door handle was stuck. After he figured out it was stuck he came out and removed and replaced the door handle. The new door handle looks great and is working properly. Adam did a great job and it is looked great.
