    I’ve owned my RP pots and pans since 2006. They cook like the day I got them and guests can’t believe they are 20 yrs old the way they look. They are easy to clean. To be honest I was not happy with the price point when my husband bought them at a show but am sure glad he did. A year after buying the cookware, my young teenage overheated oil in one of the pans and it caught on fire. After a lot of elbow grease I got the pan clean up and still use it almost everyday. I call RP when it happened and they told me to send in the pan and they would exchange it; but I decided not to send it back. A year ago I called RP and said I had some rubber handles coming apart and a few steam valves that were missing. They sent me replacement handles and valves at no charge. I admit I never really learned to cook “waterless” in my pans but we still love them. We also purchased the bakeware, food shredder, and knife set at the same time.

    I spent almost $7,000 in Royal prestige non stick frying pans, cookware, water filter, and a blender. The water filter wastes water as it keeps running after you close the valve. The non stick frying pan sticks to everything, the silicone ring for one of the cookware covers automatically falls off. Tried to contact customer service and they "are having an issue with the phones". The guy that sold the products can't help. So now where you go? I tried what's up, nothing. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Don't buy it.

    I purchased a set of 3 pans, supposedly not stick, I spent over $1500.00 on these items, absolute garbage, they got stained first time use, can't even cook an egg, and the "5 year warranty " absolute joke, They want me to pay to send them back to their lab in Wisconsin and there is no guarantee they will honor it, they said if there is a scratch or sings of overheating the warranty it's void (Just keep them in the original box and never use them I guess), I asked for an exchange, NO CAN DO, you are on your own, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PRODUCT, I promise you, you will regret it like I do!

    I was a customer for a long time until now, when a purchase a blender and in a month is was not working properly, it paid ridiculous price for it and now I can not even return it, they will not replace it for a new one. Their products are not worth it and they are robbing people. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY MORE PRODUCTS OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY THEM.

    Royal Prestige is a scam. Don’t ever do business with them! I worked in kitchens and honestly Royal prestige utensils sucks. The knives are the worst knives I have ever dealt with. The people are inconsiderate big time the cookware chip and break every time. Worst people ever. Not even one star worthy!!!

    Scam! Scam! Scam! I tried purchasing a blender under credit, gave my initial payment thinking I would be approved for the purchase. Got a call several weeks later to tell me I didn’t qualify for the purchase of the blender. I asked that they return my initial payment of $259.00 since I didn’t qualify. Till this day they have not returned my money and customer service gives me the run around. Do not trust these people. Anibal ** in the DFW area. Do not trust him.

    I purchased a set of five Royal Prestige kitchen knives expecting premium quality and a strong warranty. The knives broke, and when I called customer service they told me the warranty “doesn’t cover.” This is unacceptable, especially considering the high price and all the promises about the strong warranty coverage. The quality is not what they advertise, and the warranty is a scam. I do not recommend Royal Prestige to anyone looking for reliable cookware or honest customer support.

    Need a replacement part. They sent the wrong part. NOW, 4 emails later and nobody will contact me back. The part is a PRESSURE RELIEF BUTTON - AN IMPORTANT SAFETY PART. The cookware is pricey. The cookware is made well. Everything is great UNTIL IT'S NOT. CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN CUSTOMER OUTLOOK. Go buy another brand and save money. You will not be missing anything you cannot live without.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. The products are extremely overpriced compared to similar cookware available on the market. While they claim high quality, I didn’t notice any performance that justified the cost. I would not recommend Royal Prestige unless you’ve thoroughly researched the product and are comfortable with the sales model. There are plenty of quality alternatives out there without the pressure and inflated pricing.

    I feeling cheated, by this company. I bought a water filter, but isn't working good. The seller said that they will send me a new one. But that never happened. And I called many times to the company and no one make solutions. They asked me for send this back to the repair center by my own cost but they know since first day that I received the product that this isn't working good. I never I will recommend it to anyone one.

    This has been the worst thing I ever buy, they said they will come in and visit you or help with the install of their products, never came. I was harassed by them, when it came to payment, never missed a payment until I lost my card, they keep calling me 20 times a day every day, from different numbers. I wonder if is anyway were I can sue them for all the harassment I went through, very unprofessional and very uncomfortable when you spoke to them. They have no respect for you, becasue they called every-time during my work time, so I wanted to register myself and check my account status and see how much of interest I pay, this is ridiculous High, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, and if I can return a product that you guys never came and install, I will.

    Can someone please help me?! My mom bought a water filter from Royal Prestige May 2, 2025. The people that sold it to her came to install it couldn’t install it until weeks later, turns out it didn’t even work! To top it off, my daughter and I drank from it and my daughter ended up getting sick the day after! When we talked to customer service, the only solution was to send us an article of 4 pots we can choose from in replace of the filter! 1 pan for $2000?!!!! I’m so desperate that I’ll put number out there in hope that someone can help me! We don’t want a $2000 water filtration that doesn’t work! Is there someone higher in Royal Prestige I can talk to or file a complaint against this matter?

    I purchased a water filter and a set of cookware, totaling over $3,000. The first problem was that the water wasn't tasting good. The representative came and tasted the water, telling me that it was okay and that he had never had to change a filter during his entire career with the company. He came again and changed the filter after I stood firm and told him that I didn't pay $1,700 for a filter that wouldn't work. After changing the filter, the water tastes good. Then I wanted to return the cookware because the pots get stained and are heavy. The representative became upset and told me that I didn't have a legitimate reason to return them. When I contacted the company, I discovered that I had only 10 days to return the cookware, a fact that was not initially disclosed to me. Since I financed the products, he told me it was a 0% interest rate, but I just spoke with someone in the company yesterday who informed me that I'm paying a 2.5% interest rate.

    I'm paying everything as soon as possible, and I will never do business with this company again. Although the water filter works well, you can find them for less in other stores. Also, the cookware is not worth buying. The pots become stained, and you cannot remove the stain unless you use a special cleaner. Additionally, they are heavy, making them unsuitable for people with hand or muscle issues. Please avoid wasting money on this brand, as other options are less expensive and can deliver the same results. A word of advice: don't open your doors to any salesperson. One word that can describe this company is dishonesty.

    I was refer to buying a shower filter for $**, only to later discover- thanks to my husband that the same product is available elsewhere for no more than $**. After doing some research, he found many negative reviews about this company. Since I had only received the item 3 days ago, we decided to return it. However, when I wrote to them there was not respond so I decided to called their customer service, they told me I couldn't return the product after delivery and opened, which was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. Worse, they refused to answer my questions. This kind of behavior is unethical and dishonest. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I don't recommend going with this company.

    Please do not buy from them. My wife bought 3k of products basically just 2 stuff. I told her to return it she called and called. They answered the phone and when she said she wanted to return it they hang up on her. I recommend getting a lawyer and getting saving every call and email y’all send.

    I purchased Royal Prestige cookware that included silverware, dishes and glasses for a combined price on 1/15/2002. I have been satisfied with the purchase of the cookware and they have replaced pieces as needed under warranty. HOWEVER recently I tried to have silverware replaced under warranty and I have original docs that say a full 50 year warranty that says if a utensil permanently stains, rusts, warps...this is considered a defect. Simply return the utensil, postage prepaid and we will repair or replace the item with an equivalent piece at no charge. When I tried to submit a claim under this warranty they have given me different answers many times when I have called but it boils down to they do not have silverware anymore and have offered to replace it with bamboo cutting boards.

    This is not equivalent to silverware. I have reached out numerous times, and am now told I can only speak to a manager who is not available and they will call me back. No callbacks received, no missed calls or messages. I purchased this bundled offer at an inflated price because of the warranty and now 1/2 way thru the warranty period they are refusing to satisfy according to their warranty.

    I purchased some stuff from a guy who randomly came to my house looking for someone else. I ended up getting up to 400k dollars worth of stuff. My husband was not happy about it. I decided that when the merchandise arrived I would return it. The merchandise was dropped off by the guy who sold it to me and immediately he wanted to open stuff up. I asked him if I was going to be able to return stuff if I decided I didn't want it and he said that there shouldn't be a problem. The following day I called him to say I wanted to return the stuff and he never answered. I called the company and returned everything. The company never sent me any info about receiving the purchase back. I tried calling many times and they never answered.

    I was harassed by the seller because he was now claiming that the company was telling him that I had used the stuff which is not true. I never even took the stuff out of the boxes. They refuse to give me back my money and now they want to charge me over 1000k for something that I never used. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had always thought it was a great company until now. This is a fraudulent company. If I would've known that once the boxes were open I was not going to be able to return something I would've never allowed the seller to open them. Over all horrible service. Horrible company. Don't waste your money. There are better companies out there.

    Product is trash. It worked for about a year. Going just passed the year mark it started leaking. Called a representative and they said it was not covered under warranty. They claim all parts except for that one part that was leaking had a warranty but the leaking part one had a one year warranty. Called the salesperson and they said that I had to call but started telling me that they could get a part to replace it if a bought another product, so that was a complete scam. Ended up throwing the product away. I rather loose the money spent before giving them more money. Ended up getting a competitor brand and it has worked exceptionally great!     Royal Prestige - My Experience. I bought a frying pan that supposedly doesn’t stick, but it was useless for cooking steak or chicken breast without burning. I also purchased an air filter that only increased the dust in my home. The total price was $1,800, and despite a $400 deposit, the debt hasn’t decreased at all. I tried to return the products, but they sent the same items back. Now I’m stuck with something I can’t use. Customer service was rude and informed me that I cannot cancel the purchase, even though the products are not useful to me. This situation has caused me a lot of stress. I don’t recommend buying anything from Royal Prestige.

    I have to say the quality of the pots and pans are good. I will also say, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JOSÉ MIGUEL **. He promised me that he would bring me a replacement for my pot and he never did. He lied and told me that not all the valves are universal but when I spoke with a representative (and visited them outside of a grocery store) they told me the valves were in fact universal and even demonstrated. He was so upset that I didn’t buy any additional products and called me selfish in front of my family. This is very unprofessional. It’s not right to lie to someone and promise them a repair/fix and don’t keep their word. Very upsetting and unprofessional. I understand there is a life time warranty for things and they should gladly help the customers in need and not insult you for not buying any more products! (Mind you, I spent over $4,000 already) I don’t recommend this salesperson/man, at all.

    Find yourself another salesperson if you want to purchase products from this company. They really need to train their people and learn how to maintain professionalism especially when they’re coming into your house , they should not be disrespecting us as loyal customers.     I bought a water filtration system for over $1.5k which I paid for monthly and was told the filter replacement would be about $100 + shipping, which yearly is not that bad. The 1st time I bought one it was about $125 or so, about 3 years ago. However, the price for the replacement just keeps going up and up, now it’s over $260 which it’s just crazy given the filter system itself wasn’t cheap. The filter already had to had a part replaced because it broke. It is now cheaper for me to just buy bottled water, I can’t keep buying filter replacements that will one day cost $300+. This brand is overpriced. If you’re thinking of buying the Frescapure 5500, save yourself a lot of money and don’t buy it.

    We bought our set of pots and pans back in 1983. We use the almost daily as they perform as I need them too. I still have the original paperwork and 50 year warranty. Fast forward 42 years and one of the twin handles on my large pot cracked and broke. I searched the internet looking for a replacement to no avail. I decided to look into Royal Prestige and was able to find a customer service email.

    I sent them an email asking if anyone could help me finding a handle. They replied the next day asking for additional information. I supplied that along with pictures. They responded with how many handles and how many whistle valves do I need. I asked for one handle and two valves. I received an email back stating it was covered under the warranty and should arrive in 7-10 days. Five days later they were delivered. One happy camper here. Thank you Royal Prestige.

    RED ALERT!! ALERT THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAMMING INSTITUTION. If I could give this a 0 star I would. People please review the warranty for Royal Prestige product you're buying, to my knowledge the warranty they sell you is super but when the product goes bad they make it impossible to give you the warranty, we are in a lost for about 12k USD and now have nonworking products from them and now they refuse to honor the warranty they promote when they sell you this products that are super expensive by the way. So be aware that royal prestige it's a scamming business when it comes to the reliability of their products and warranty. Don't fall in their lies like I did. All this producs are it's expensive and they don't work how they supposed to work and they do break easy. Be aware of this company scam.

    I bought a package and 2 pans with the black anti adherent. The anti-adherent was not good so it got loose. I asked for the guarantee, they never agreed so they return the pan and I got really frustrated and angry because I thought it was a serious company and they respect their promises, so don't buy it, there are other much better options with better guarantee. And better price.

    I bought my pots and pan back in the late 90’s with 45 years warranty with all bells and whistles. Now that I am trying to get new handles Royal Prestige tells me I have to send them in because they are too old and will replace with lesser quality products depending on inspection of product. My set was almost 3k and 7ply pans. The best at the time. They want to replace with 5 ply pans, lesser quality (already had 1 replaced and is cheap quality) and not promising them to match as a set (Which at the time buying the set was their sales pitch, the big deal) even now is their pitch.

    Also had one of their distributors sold me a water filter with 15 years warranty and now that I request service, royal prestige says distributor never registered my product (Distributors do that) because they show the order as service not purchase even though I paid a difference of $340 for upgrading my old filter to a fresca pure 5000 so no warranty was provided, instead distributor is trying to sell me the updated version for triple the amount as a solution and promising a discount. ;)

    Because this company offers 45 years of warranty the way they relieve themselves of responsibility is asking for receipts 30 years later (mind you, you have know idea what they show in the system) so if you pay, get the product, use product for a large number of years without any problems and down the line you need replacements, all they do is ask for the receipt and that’s the extend of their warranty. Who keeps receipts that long? It's simply unreasonable to consumers. If you see a salesperson from Royal Prestige Run! No joke.

    I bought a Comal and pressure pot, after they said will come to my house to show me how to use, never show up. I ask for the warranty, but they said that I need to paid shipping to send to the company for check if its qualify for warranty. I think it's very unprofessional the treatment to a customer, it's not a cheap price I paid it for.

    Hello well about two years ago I ordered a water filter. OK well the guy never came back to it so back in August somebody came to my house and told me it was wrong water filter so he told me you were gonna give me another one and then he said the other ones gonna be paid off. They messed up my credit. I’ve been waiting for them to fix my credit because of Royal Prestige. They keep on charging me something. It’s already paid for. I already talked to somebody and they’re just giving me the runaround. They’re using my son’s information. Messed up my son's credit.

    I need to talk to somebody cause this is bull crap. I’ve been trying to return the product back, but they do not want to take it back. It’s been since August because they’re charging me too much money for this. It’s already been paid for. They were supposed to fix my credit. My credit went down to five something when it was almost 700. I need that fixed because that first filter is paid off for and they’re saying it’s not. I need for somebody getting in contact with me.
