I love the colors and the quality. The durability needs to be much better, the non-stick surface gets scratched off too easy. It's heavy enough to feel good but not like a cast iron pan. In 6 years I am already on my second set.

The styling is exceptional in so many ways. I really enjoy the variety of color and I can only imagine what it took to come up with the designs. By designs I’m talking about the styling of each of the various dishes and accessories. Style and color have much more to do with the design of each item than you would think until you use it. The presentation of your table makes all the difference. When they took the time to include an area to hold the dish it made so much difference to me. I like how combining dishes looks so stylish.

I am rating her cast iron Dutch Oven.. It is very heavy and does a wonderful job! I use it for everything from making soups to frying foods. The lid is a good and tight fit. I just used it to make artisan bread and it was perfect for this! Easy to wash and heats evenly. If I had to choose only one pot to keep, this would be it.

The non-stick started to peel off the pan after only 6 months and very little use so I asked for a replacement. I sent pictures and the Amazon proof of purchase and received a response refusing my request for a replacement giving the reason that the pan was purchased without a warranty. The pan was purchased new on Amazon just six months ago. I took the website link on their response to appeal and the link failed. Hopefully someone will sue these people.

The bakeware is awesome. Great nonstick on it. The large spoons that are rubber are priceless. Use them daily! The pans are great nonstick too. When the dogs clean the pans they scratch and the finish comes off. But We just buy a new set! Love the ORANGE color. It is hard to find now though.

I've had Rachael Ray cookware for a little over 3 years now. Overall it's great and being able to use the pieces for 3 years makes it worth the value however the bottoms of the pans stain easily. You can get the marks off with some Bar Keepers Friend and a lot of elbow grease. My largest pan has started chipping and the Teflon coating is starting to come off in spots but for 3 year old cookware it's held up pretty nicely.

My last new set was a gift and it was some Rachael Ray cookware that I wouldn’t buy for myself so my mom did. Screws come loose on ones in my set, handles were coming loose often, they were easily scratched even though metal was never used on them. The set just had a pretty look and a decent price.... You absolutely get what you pay for.
I have since returned to cast iron such as my granny’s Le Creuset pieces. Never thought I’d go back to heavy pots and pans but it’s so worth it. My granny passed in 2003 and I’ve dug out her favorite cast iron styles I grew up watching her use and while it might be on the heavy side, you’ll never have to worry about a handle or anything frightening happening to you. These cast iron pieces were old when my granny was using them and after a couple sets of pretty garbage, I’ll never use anything else. Dishes are an investment when you can afford to get better do it. At least the Le Creuset’s brand can be pieced together affordable and YES....they are worth it. Couldn’t find one user who regretted the purchases.

I like her pots. They're nonstick. I have had a few years and the nonstick hasn't wore off at all which is great. The only thing there's no hole in the top which causes it to boil over when you're boiling food. You have always crack the top or leave it extremely low so you can't rapidly boil anything, but other than that I love them and I wish they would give better utensils that goes with it.

Bottom line is how it cooks and how convenient it is to use, my favorite is a five quart pot. It is not so large at the bottom. It cannot be used on the small burner of my electric stove but large enough to fit the large burner as well, the enamel finish has held up well and it heats evenly across the bottom. So far the nonstick coating is holding up well. It seems thick and of premium quality but I have only had it a few years and I treat it well. The cost I feel is a bit high and leave it at that, if the warranty or the lack there of were better the cost would be on par but after thoroughly reading the warranty you have little recourse.

Rachael's cookware offers non-stick pans so it's easier to cook with as nothing sticks and easier to clean. Instead of the frying pans being all slanted she also offers a big frying pan, but yet it's shaped like a pan. Usually don't want to spend that type of money, but is worth it!!

We found the set on sale so we believe we got a good deal. We purchased the bigger set as we both love to cook. We have not had any problems with the non-stick material. In other sets we have had we eventually had some chipping or color changes. The material used is strong and cleans easily. We actually forgot about an item cooking and burn the heck out of the food, the pot still cleaned out nicely, though we did have to air out the kitchen. I would recommend to them to anyone.

I bought this set about a week ago from Walmart. I’m a huge fan of Rachael Ray. The set looks nice and I love the color. I took out the set, put it on my counter. I used the small pot to heat some soup. Then I went to put away the rest of the set, the handle part chipped right off. I came on here and saw that it’s a common issue. I’m very surprised that Rachael Ray would allow her name on this quality of product. Thankfully Walmart has a easy return policy.

Bought this set through AAFES in 2015 and within 2 years the non-stick surface started separating from the pan. Never been in a dishwasher, only hand washed. The big pot is easily bent out of round so the lid does not fit as well. The baking pans are great and the utensils are my go to but the pans are ready for the heap. Also the lids have held up well. Not an expensive set at about $80 but still, I expected them to last a little longer.

These are horrible baking sheets-- never waste money on Rachael Ray supplies. Every single time I use them (I've had them for a year now, just getting worse), they "crash" in my oven because they're warping with the heat (whether it's 300 or 400 or 425 degrees). The non-stick thing is a joke-- even with greasing agents, there's residue left on that's super difficult if not impossible to get off. The silicone grips started bubbling after a few uses and are totally distorted, as well. Whole product line should be taken off the shelves. Product: Rachael Ray Yum-o! Bought the Rachel Ray set for my wife as a gift because she wanted new pots and pans. What a mistake. The non stick Teflon didn’t even last a year before peeling. The outside ‘shine’ of the paint has turned a dry red with a white haze over it. How do you screw up a pizza stone? The Rachael Ray company has found the secret. This pizza stone destroys everything that touches it. I've used them for years to make pizza crust, biscuits, any type of bread, and they come out fabulous. Not this one. Used it twice, to bake Naan Bread & a pizza crust. Both stuck like glue (yes, it was oiled), had to be aggressively scraped off, and broke into small bits. I mean, they were totally obliterated. Never seen anything like it. I wish I had found these reviews prior to purchasing, but lesson learned. Have to go clean the stone up now, will make a fine clay pigeon that I'll thoroughly enjoy watching being blown to smithereens.

My mother purchased these when I moved into my little home (because this is EXACTLY what I told her I wanted). In the beginning they were AWESOME! I loved to cook because nothing would get stuck to the pan/pot & they were so easy to clean! One of my pans was not evenly round so the top didn’t fit from the get go. I would SCRUB the outside bottom because they would get really black from the fire. And little by little it became harder and harder to get it off- to be honest I actually QUIT trying to take it all off-so now my nice pretty blue pans are ugly and black at the bottom! I would say around the 6 month mark I noticed the bottom of the inside of the 3 pots were all peeling (the non stick)!
I hate using them to cook but for the price my mother paid for them I have no choice (that and because money is tight at the moment & because I don’t have any other pots/pans here). I regret asking for these pots/pans because they didn’t last 6 months without problems. It’s been 2 weeks over a year of having them and I’m hoping SOMEONE buys me new ones for Christmas because I feel it’s so UNSAFE for all that black nonstick stuff from the bottom of the pots/pans to be floating or stuck on my food. I do not have a dishwasher therefore I have always washed these by HAND! Don’t waste your $$$ buying these because they’re pretty - they won’t last very long! PURE REGRET!!!

When I told the rep I would never buy another Rachael Ray dish because they do not stand by their products, she said she understood and apologized and quickly disconnected from the chat and didn't even try to attempt any further customer service. We bought a set of stainless steel pots/pans about 3 months ago. I love to cook and was excited to be getting rid of our old set for something new and shiny. How I long to have that old set back. These are the worst pots/pans I've ever owned. I understand that stainless steel cooks differently so my husband and I have tried all kinds of things like turning down the heat, more oil, etc. It seems no matter what we do, everything sticks to these pans.
After 1 use, the pan looks discolored and old. Unfortunately, I cannot return them to the store we purchased them from because they're used and I contacted their warranty department which informed me that unless there's an actual defect, there's nothing they can do. And they advised me to use even more oil and butter! I bought into the hype that they must be good because Rachael's name is on them. That's my fault. I picked this pan up at a Sears liquidation sale for about 18 dollars and it is of about the quality you could expect from a $18 pan. Pros: The handle is of good quality, is slightly oven safe (up to 350f), and is riveted to the pan for a longer lasting hold. It is light for its size and browns food beautifully. The pan has few nooks or crannies and cleans up easily with the help of some barman’s friend. Cons: the pan is disk bottomed and so likely to fall apart eventually, and the bottom has too much aluminum and too little stainless steel.
The reason the composition of the bottom matters so much is because it determines how well your pan heats up. Too much stainless steel and your pan takes forever to heat up and doesn't seem to ever reach high temperatures necessary for searing; too much aluminum and your pan heats out of control and even cooking at medium can smoke you out of your kitchen, but it can't maintain heat when you put something cold into it.
Aluminum is a fantastic conductor of heat (protip: putting defrosting items on an aluminum baking sheet speeds up the process significantly) but when on a stovetop that often translates to uncontrollable temperature variation. Putting a chicken breast on a hot pan skin down to sear could result in the pan smoking and hissing at you when it sets down, then cooling down too much to finish the crust and then blackening the drippings you're trying to make a pan sauce with. The reason this is such an issue for those with non-stick coating is the delicate babying the coating requires includes no high temperatures and the ceramic coating on the outside of the pan would not respond well to sudden temperature variations.
My suggestion: see if you can return your pan if you can't stand the idea of swallowing the costs of these pans as a temporary/disposable item and get all-clad. Consider getting stainless steel pans and steel wool or getting cast iron and learning how to season it properly (once well seasoned cast iron has a significantly sturdier non-stick coating than Teflon): once you take into account how delicate you need to be with non-stick surfaces and that you can't sear/brown anything with them they start to lose their credibility as the most practical option. I keep a non-stick crepe pan for delicate tasks like eggs, tortillas and European pancakes.
If you can't return them or if you just want to get your monies worth now that you've got them I'd suggest treating your medium like it's high and letting food reach room temperature before putting it in the pan. It's not hopeless, you can keep these pans going for a good long while if you know what you're doing with them. :)

I bought Rachael Ray's Cookware set (orange) from Target over a year ago! I was very pleased with the product at first. The pots and pans are lightweight and cook well, however, I noticed pitting in the paint on three of the pans. I hand wash my pots and pans. They have never seen the automatic dishwasher. I must say I was very surprised that Rachael Ray would attach her name to these pots and pans! I have always liked to watch Rachael's cooking show and any other show of hers and this does not fit her at all. It is my hope that she will truly stand behind her lifetime limited warranty that she put in place on these products. I paid over $150.00 for these and am hopeful that she will do the right thing and reimburse people for these defective products. It has definitely tainted her good name. So sad!!

I received the Rachael Ray Orange Cookware as Christmas Present last year. I have been using about three times a day and I love it. I read a lot of negative reviews. I think the owners have not followed the recommended guidelines. Absolutely NO HIGH HEAT! Save that for your black Iron skillet. You do need high heat. When I use oils it's Olive oil. I also have the bakeware and it is great. I would recommend this to anyone. Most people don't even read the guidelines for products they buy myself included.

Never once was a sharp fork, spoon, knife, etc. used. The reply back from the warranty submission department directed me to what is NOT covered and basically said it was abused. This skillet has actually ruined 2 burners on my stove. The paint or porcelain has melted onto the burners. I've tried to clean and remove the blue paint/porcelain with no results. I also wonder how harmful this was to me. What is the paint/porcelain made with? Every time I cooked with the skillet it would smoke really bad. I just assumed it was going to stop after a couple of uses but it didn't. I received a gift that actually cost me a lot of money. Rachael Ray should be ashamed of herself for selling this product.

I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN WITH THIS REVIEW - OTHER THAN DON'T BUY RACHAEL RAY ANYTHING!!! I was given a gift of the Rachael Ray Dinnerware as a birthday gift in November. The dishes say they are microwave and dishwasher safe. Don't believe this for one minute!! The microwave cracked 2 of the salad dishes. I contacted the store and they said unfortunately they don't have extra pieces and that I would have to send the whole set back and they would replace the set. That was in February of this year 2017. Due to circumstances out of my control I didn't get them mailed back until July 6. I emailed the same person I emailed originally and explained that I was just now shipping back. I didn't get a reply so I assumed it was ok.
Now, I'm a month out and the VERY RUDE MERIDETH AT ** said it was too long out, the store was now closed, and that there was nothing could be done. She told me the person I had sent the email to was no longer there and it had been too long to make this situation right!! I then spoke to the manager to issue a complaint and his tone with me was better however he said that I had no options. Said the email should have bounced back to me - well it didn't!! He is to check with the warehouse and try to locate my returned dishes and send them back to me... broken of course!! I MUST SAY - DO NOT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY A RACHAEL RAY PRODUCT!! They offer no recourse and they don't stand behind their products!! So done with Rachael Ray!!!

Plus you don't have to turn your burner up on high. Just adjust your burner from low to medium for cooking. Including also when using your skillet for frying purposes - just keep your stove burner on medium. Your food taste better without cooking it fast. This was the only place I could find to express my problem with Rachael Ray cookware. There is no direct email to her or manufacturer and only a phone number to the manufacturer but the requirements for inspection are ridiculous. Last Christmas I bought my daughter one set of your pots and pans with the bright orange handles and another set with the darker orange handles. I bought them thru JC Penney and Walmart respectively online. These are the same sets you are using on your TV show. I don’t know their model numbers. I thought these sets were the best as used and sold by Rachael Ray herself.
My daughter who was 24 at the time didn’t really cook that much. It’s just her and I and I am disabled so she does all the cooking when there is cooking to be done. She absolutely loved your cooking sets and since getting them she has really increased cooking meals for us compared to fast food most of the time. I thank you for that. Best money I ever spent.
Just one problem. Everything is non-stick and it really works well except for the 2 steel rivets that hold the handles on the pots and pans. As an example when she makes scrambled eggs in the frying pan it wipes completely clean except some of the egg has cooked onto those 2 steel rivet heads on the inside of the pan. The rivet heads have to be scrubbed to come clean. It is very annoying as you have to run them thru the dishwasher or hand wash instead of just wiping out with a paper towel to clean those rivet heads. Of course some stuff cleans up better than others as I used the eggs as an example.
I don’t know if changing the material of the rivets or somehow coating them with the same coating as the pan coating would eliminate this problem. I just thought as a consumer of your products you might want some insight to what my daughter has experienced with some of your products. This might be something you would consider changing on your next evolution of pots and pans. I just thought you should know. Dissatisfied in Michigan.

If they chose to call it a manufacturer's defect, they will mail you a new product, if not, the customer is not only out of the product but also out the money for the postage to mail it in. I've been using Rachel Ray pots for about 7 months. Now they are all ruined. Inside of pots falling apart. I'm no longer able to use any of my set. I would not recommend to anyone. I wish I could get a replacement or a refund back.

This cookware set is garbage. The large skillet melted, the paint, onto my glass top stove. I have tried ice, heat, turpentine and razor, I cannot get it off my stove. ALSO GOT BURNT TRYING TO REMOVE THE POT. I would love to get my money back, bet that doesn't happen. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
