The quality of this cookware is so poor. The nonstick is all coming off the bottom. The cool to the touch handles? Burns every single time. I will never buy from her. This is the worst cookware brand.

Purchased set for Christmas gift. Beautiful outside. Inside all scratched and as a consumer I worry about what gets into the foods cooked If it has this many scratches. It shouldn't be on the market. FYI.

I purchased Rachael Ray’s cookware set on Amazon. When I did receive it the large pots were defective in shape. I contacted Amazon. They replaced it with another set which was fine. The second said that all the pots were defective at that point they gave me a refund. So I continue to try to use the pots which none of the tops fit the pots because they are bent or defective. Now, when I do put the top on a skillet of the sit, water, or steam comes up where the aluminum and the glass apparently is separating. I will never buy another.

I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service I received. After much research, I purchased 2 sets of the hard anodized cookware set as we have a large family. I figured it is better to invest in a good set and a name that we were familiar with. We have several other items from her that are great. This however stained within a year or regular use & could not be cleaned. I contacted them with pictures and to my surprise the warranty was not honored, calling it misuse. I have bought cheaper sets from Macy's that did not look like this after years of use. Please do not be fooled by the promise of warranty. It is not honored. Evidently loyalty and support are not appreciated by this company.

I am a caterer. I'm trained in food preparation. I set the pan to a medium heat, put water with some sausage in the pan, went to grab eggs and it wasn't that long before I noticed the side of the pan was bubbling. It was the paint and then there was flame and now I have no cookware. The $180 cookware has failed me and this is the second pan that has caught fire. I'm very disappointed. I purchased my set from Amazon and I will be getting a refund.

Small surface cracks started, today while using it cracked right in two. Split right across whole pan. Thankful it didn't shattered after taking out of oven. Something is causing these cracks. Won't bother buying another.

I ordered two sets of "Cucina Almond" dishes (plates, salad plates, bowls and mugs). Loved the color, but the plates were smaller than I thought they would be and the bowls are not suitable for soup or cereal. MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS ALL PIECES ARE ROUGH TO THE TOUCH ON THE BOTTOM/BACK SIDE. They scratch my counter tops and my table. I called the company and they insisted I take photos of the dishes and then maybe they could refund me. I would have to pack them all up and ship them back at my expense. They can't see the problem in a photo--it's how it feels to the touch. I asked for a partial refund and I would keep the dishes. They said no. Again the color is perfect but poor quality. If anyone can tell me how to "smooth out" the backside of these dishes so they don't mar or scratch I would greatly appreciate it.

I purchased the Rachael Ray Cucina non stick pans in March 2022. I used the 9" fry pan one time. The next time I took it out to use I noticed the surface had a chip in it. I contacted customer service via submitting a warranty ticket on their site. The auto message said it would take a month to hear anything back! I was disappointed but accepted it. Today it has been a month and still no news. When I try to check the status of my ticket online I get a message that there is no service ticket. This despite the fact I do have a service ticket sitting in my email. I have been trying to call all morning and despite the fact I am calling during their business hours per the recorded message no one ever answers. Do not buy these pots. It is absurd that after one use they are chipped. My last set of pans lasted over 10 years. They do not respond to calls or emails.

Spend a great deal of money on what I thought were a great product For them after just a few washings have scratches and rusting. I'm very disappointed. Definitely won't be referring anyone to buying this product.

High expectations but very disappointed. Cooking surface scratched, peeled and generally looked worn very quickly. Surprised she put her name behind such a poorly made product…. But these days, nothing surprises me anymore.

Making an expensive dinner for me and my Valentine and the lid of a boiling pot (whose burned was already OFF at the time of the incident) shattered completely! None of the “possible factors” that they say causes tempered glass to shatter (scratches over time or extreme heat or temperature change) were taking place at all!!! Only had these pots a couple months! 0 out of 10. Do not recommend.

The bake pans look great, seem to cook well. When you wash them water collects in the rolled edges and drips rust water. It does it in dishwasher without merging directly in water. I bought them for the orange grip on the pans. They are new and the first wash I saw rust color in the dishwasher picked up the pan and it continued to drip rust water. Would not recommend because of quality.

I purchased a 12 cup cupcake tin with coated surface. It was received dented and chipped. I do not want to use it because the coating will just continue to chip. My biggest complaint is I cannot get through to the company. I’ve tried live chat but received a notice they have no one available. I’ve sent emails and gotten no response. The website says feel free to call if all else fails but the phone is never answered. They give a web address to fill out a warranty claim that cannot be found. With at least three different forms of communication they should be able to reach out to their customers.

I had used Rachael Ray cookware and products for years. I had a full set of bakeware and cookware, and all the things that went with it. 4 years ago we lost our house to a fire. Lost everything that we had. My husband dug through the ashes to try to save our pans. I scrubbed them up and used them for two more years. Two years ago my husband bought the simmer blue cookware. I've taken extra care of this set. The paint on the outside is peeling off of the pans. And are developing scratches on the inside of the pans even when I have never used metal on them. I used to love her products but I'm disappointed with this set.

I bought the 'Rachael Ray Bakeware Nonstick Cookie Pan Set, 3-Piece, Gray with Agave Blue Grips' on Amazon in August 2021. The first time I used one of the pans in the oven it twisted with one end raising up?! As it cooled it returned to normal. Amazon is always great, however this time they put me in touch with the seller. The seller opened a claim giving me a claim number, and asked for photos of the pans with the numbers on the bottom.?? I told them these pans DO NOT have numbers on the bottom. While the seller and I were taking care of the issue Amazon asked if the problem had been resolved, and I said yes as I thought the claim was doing just that. After Amazon was told the issue was 'being' resolved the seller never completed the claim and will not answer my emails...? I tried to go back into my order from Amazon and tell Amazon about this seller but it doesn't let me.

I loved our Rachael Ray cast iron cookware when I first started using it. Sadly about the third time I used it the enamel coating came off while I was searing a corned beef roast. It's trash now. Cannot use it at all. I'm afraid to use any of the other pieces now. What a waste. I've had trouble with the no stick Teflon set as well. The coating is flaking off, the rubber on the handles has come off after being put in the dishwasher and the pans no longer sit flat on the stovetop. It's definitely not 5 star cookware as implied by the rating when you do a search. I prefer our stainless steel cookware. At least you know the surface won't flake off into your food. I'm very disappointed. My mom bought it without asking me. I would have chosen something else.

Over the past 5 years, I purchased 3 sets of Rachel Ray's cookware from Macy's, (Red, green, and purple), the very last set I bought (the purple color). On July 3rd, the large-size stock pot-cover exploded while boiling yams (the yams had not even started boiling when it happened). What a disaster! But glad it didn't get into my eyes, and to be honest, these pots are pretty and convenient but they have not been standing up to its claim. I wrote to both Rachael Ray and Mac's where I made these purchases but they never responded - it has been 4 weeks since. I wish I could attach a photo of it here for everyone to see. It's amazing how rich companies and entrepreneurs try to ignore complaints of small customers but still, we keep on buying into their products. I will not be promoting this cookware rather, I will be against purchasing it. What a horrifying experience!

After purchasing a set of the Rachael Ray Red Nonstick cookware my girlfriend said they would never last. I worked hard on keeping the Red part of the pans bright Red without black marks that would develop even though I used low heat. The pans are so thin the lowest heat is like high with standard pans. Anyways, when our niece arrived for a few months stayover, I schooled her on using the new pans meaning let them cool naturally before washing and use the soft scrub brush only. Her patience for keeping the Red part of the pan cleaned resulted in her putting two of the pans in the dishwasher. Even though all advertising says they are dishwasher safe, THEY ARE NOT. Now I have dull-looking faded color pans heading towards the garbage dump landfill. I have given up on trying to maintain the appearance of the pans which were bright red which excited me to buy them.
Sad to see businesswoman Rachael Ray allows false advertising, misrepresentation of a product with her name on it. The eye-catching bright colors and price points have made her millions. My girlfriend was right once again, "you get what you paid for" and I know that but thought better of Rachael believing she would not support a bad product. I also believe in what comes around, goes around. The bad reviews are mounting. I will look into the return policy before adding these to our landfill. One more thing, the outside coating does chip and get scratched very easily with daily use. Normal use should last longer than 6 months but again, the price point was like taking my girlfriend out to diner once. Save your money and take your spouse out to diner or invest in something that costs more money. Budget-friendly come with a short lifespan.

I purchased the Light Blue Shimmer Create cookware set 6 weeks ago. It will not bring water to a rolling boil, even after 25 minutes on a 'high' burner. I took spagetti 30 minutes more to cook and even then the outer surface of the strand was gummy and under-cooked. It never once came to a boil. It's not the stove, I home canned tomatoes with no problem this fall. The bottom of the pans is not a good conducter of heat. Very, very disappointing. They are lovely to look at, but not worth buying.

I bought this set of pot and pans a couple years ago in the orange color. They get hand washed and put in the dishwasher. I noticed something was leaving red stains on my dish towels. I realized it was from the pots and pans. It also leaves a red residue on the stove top too. I love to cook with these and don’t have the problems with the Teflon like some other people. However I am very disappointed in the way the color is coming off. I thought they would have lasted a little longer.

I purchased a set of Rachael Ray's cookware for a housewarming present for my daughter. I loved to look of the set so I purchased myself one. Boy are we both disappointed. You can’t even use a lid on a pot or pan without the coating getting scratched. We’ve only had them a few months and they look horrible. We’ve only used non metal utensils on them and the pots and pans are scratches. Now, I worry what my grandchildren and the rest of the family are ingesting from these awful pots and pans. I can’t believe she would want her name on something as cheap and possibly dangerous to consumers.

I just finished making a bad review on this place but I just received pots and pans from Rachel Ray. I want to thank you guys for standing by your warranty. I wasn’t expecting to get nothing back and nobody notified me that you were going to send me my pots and pans for the ones that were defective so they do stand up for the word and product. I take back what I said and I’m sorry but you guys do stand by your word. Thank you for all the good pots and pans that I’ve had in the past and I was sorry that this one was a bad bunch but you stood behind your warranty. Thank you.

Jan 2020 we purchased a new red cookware set. Shortly after, using only wood spoons, the inside of the pots/pans were scratched and gouged within only a few uses. Aug 2020 I saw the red finish chipping off in large amounts! I am astonished since I have barely used the pots and pans due to being severely sick for 5 months and unable to eat. We purchased the entire cookware set and the stock pot. I pulled out my receipt and called Target and their employees basically told us that their strict return policy was 90 days no matter what and the supervisor (apparently) said she didn't care if we never shopped with them again when I said I'd take my business elsewhere if this was not rectified.
Both Target and Rachael Ray Cookware need to reevaluate their policies and quality! Horrible. Now I'm reading other reviews of so many people who are experiencing what we have with the product and we should all be refunded by someone. How do we accomplish this? I'll be contacting Rachael Ray AND Target Corporate offices Monday!!! This is just bad business.

Most of the Pots have the inside coating chipping in pieces. Got these Pots about two years ago and use only plastic spoons. Very disappointed that these Pot can’t be used now due to health reasons. The coating could be hazardous to your health.

I use the smallest pan the most and the color has changed and I have not had the cookware not even a year and the other pans are okay. For now I only use the plastic cookware that’s needed for the pots and pans but I am not happy at all with the purchase for the price. I paid under a year ago 159 plus taxes and they are turning already. I purchase the gray color. I will not purchase anything I mean anything from her company again.

I haven't had the pan for very long. I was going to fry some eggs, so I was heating up the pan on med low. The paint on the bottom of the pan stuck to the range glass top and the handles were too hot to handle. I pulled the pan off the cooktop and it broke the top. Now I not only need a new frying pan, I also need a new range.

I have been very disappointed with the durability of the product. Discoloration and stains to the bottom of the pans was almost immediate. And the scratching! Wow - would probably not recommend at this time to friends or family to purchase. The wear and tear even with minimal use is a lot.
