Mary from customer service helped me close my account and issue me a credit. When I did a search on a property and requested a report the website was very unclear that I signed up for a monthly subscription. When I went back to the website there was no way that I could find to close my account so I started a chat and Mary was very helpful. I would suggest that you make your website much clearer and easier to use. Thank you Mary for your prompt response and assistance!!

I received some additional odd charges relating to this organization. The agent "Susan" addressed my concerns and was willing to refund the latest charge even though my account had been canceled. I appreciate that this organization did the right thing.

We have a lot that has been passed down through family, and we weren't sure of the current ownership status. This service was very helpful for us to verify ownership, and showed a map of the lot along with estimated value. Easily canceled once we didn't need it anymore. Highly recommend.

This session worked fine because using the chat I was able to get done what I needed. However, my problem was that I kept getting text messages that my account was active and have noticed a number of charges on my credit card from the account that I don't recall what they were for. The text message implied that I needed to close the account, but when I opened the accompanied internet address there was no way to close the account. I therefore had to use a chat to get someone to close it for me. You need something on your website that is obvious and available from most of the pages to logoff/close the account.

I did not notice a $20 package fee on your site when apparently I signed up for it. The only thing I saw was a $7 charge. Then I noticed 3 charges on my bank account activity... $7, $20, and $1. I entered a chat with representative named Jerry where it was explained to me that there was a $20 package fee when I signed up. He offered to refund whatever charges I misunderstood. He was very helpful.

I requested that the automatic monthly charge to my bank account be stopped and the recent charge reversed. I did not mean to sign up for a monthly service and did not realize that had happened. To initially state that it would cost one dollar and then charge me $20 plus the one dollar when I was led to believe that the $20 would not be charged at least for 30 days, to me is less than honest. That’s why I closed my account immediately.

I got a postcard from the county tax collector stating we could check our information on this site. There was not really anything on here that would interest me toward tax assessment.

I would give zero's stars if I could. This site is a scam. They continue bill you even though they tell you that they have refunded you and canceled your subscription, they will continually bill you. And I didn't even sign up for a subscription. I signed up for a one time property search. They are rude and a total scam. They charged me 5 times do gar for the $1 charge I agreed to.

I requested a property report on 4/20/2026 and paid a $1 fee. I believed that was the only payment required. I was then charged $40 on my Credit Card, was shocked, and contacted you on this matter. It was resolved by closing my account and refunding the $40. I appreciate the speed at which my reimbursement happened, but was surprised to see that $40 charge on my VISA. You need to make sure the customer is aware of the actual cost to receive a report. That $40 charge was hidden somewhere and I WAS NOT AWARE OF IT...

I requested a 1 time property report for $1. I then had $9.95 taken from my account the following month along with email correspondence. I did not sign up for that. I put in a complaint and have been notified that my money should be refunded in 3-5 days and discontinued membership. We shall see. I did not sign up for this.

I ordered a report online for my parents who were unfamiliar with computers. Little did I know, I was being charged monthly for the past 7 months for a subscription thinking I paid for a one time full report. It wasn't until my bank notified me of upcoming monthly automated charges, a new feature it added, that I noticed. I would have caught on sooner it it was a main bank account but it wasn't. The only good outcome was when I search online I found there was a chat feature for help.
The representative Charles didn't give me a hard time didn't blame me for not noticing. He proceeded to refund my 7 month of charges with calmed my panic stress levels. So with that said I would give 5 stars to the representative. But 2 stars to the website. Yes the site provided everything I need which is why I paid. But sliding a subscription in at payment when you believe you are paying for one report is very deceptive. I suggest the customer satisfaction team do a quick Google search on their website name and they will see that this is a common issue for their company. It should be resolved asap.

I used the PropertyRecord service for my property once without knowing that I signed up for a subscription. When I sent an email to request for the cancelation and a refund, I received an immediate response on my email and phone text message. I also contacted on-line chat agent (Sherryl I think) for possible refund of prior months, and my request was answered promptly. As has been reported by others here, the company SCAMS you by asking to pay a small and reasonable fee for a one time records request (in my case $5), but then, without notification or disclosure, since they have your credit card number, sign you up to subscription $5 every two weeks, and after they got away with that for a month then they increased the subscription to $20 every two weeks for mysterious reasons and without any action, notification, receipt, email, or warning. This was a ONE TIME records request! Perhaps they have something hidden in the T&C fine print that protects them legally, but they should be shut down immediately. It's FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Simple as that.

This website is a scam. I went on to my local property records, got redirected to this website and now I've got a bunch of recurring charges which I never signed up for. Now I have to go through and try to get them removed. Be careful when looking for records on your local website.

I was unaware of continued charges from this website when I just needed to order a property line map on 3/17/26. It removed money again today 4/17/26 and they helped me to remove the account and refund my funds.

I bought one report package and did not opt in for continued subscription, yet they kept charging me monthly. There was not an obvious opt-in or out of that or I would not have. Be careful if getting a report, as they'll keep charging you. They did refund once I caught it, but just be careful when buying from them.

I was probably rushing to complete my task and I didn’t read that I would be charged an additional $20 but that’s on me. Make sure that if you don’t need the service long-term that you don’t opt in for any additional subscription. The customer service agent was helpful and courteous.

As I reviewed my credit card statement, I noticed a recurring charge of $20. I had forgotten that I had signed up for the service. I signed in to PropertyRecord.com and chatted online with Donna. I requested that my subscription be cancelled and also asked for a refund which she did promptly. The procedure went smoothly and I will keep an eye out for the credit on my credit card. She told me that the credit would show up on my statement in 3-5 days.

I was pleased with the service, especially because I contacted someone at 6:30 in the morning, but I noticed the charge on my bank account that I did not make. I found out I was signed up for a monthly subscription. Was able to cancel right then. It was a quick easy process and I couldn’t have asked for it to be any busier. I do not remember signing up for this service, although I guess I must have. Realized after a year that I had been getting charged $30/month. Once I discovered the charges they cancelled it promptly, but I wish I’d noticed the charges sooner. Cost me $360 for I don’t even know what.

I was trying to use the site in my work in real estate. I signed in and paid for a single use. I happened to notice a couple of weeks later my bank was billed for Propertyrecord.com. I emailed and had them cancel and refund the charge. To me this was not a huge deal. It was easy enough to correct. I gave it no more thought thinking it had been handled but yesterday I noticed they are trying to bill my account again. I sent an email and was told my account was active. I don't know if they are incompetent or criminal but regardless they will continually charge your account.

I lost my AirPod and needed help finding the name of the person who own the home where it was located on my Find My App. Initially I thought I was only being charged $1 for this but was surprised to find out it charged me $20 for more information than I needed. While this site is helpful it is confusing to figure out what you’re paying for. I had 3 separate charges for different amounts. I thought I only authorized two of them. Beware that you need to monitor this closely. Customer service was helpful and was able to easily close my account and prevent further charges.

They have hidden fees and will auto bill you MONTHLY because you wanted 1 report and didn't read the fine print. The information is also very inaccurate. I would not recommend this site to anyone for any reason.

You have to be careful when using Property Records; a user might think that requesting and receiving information one time is the last time you'll be charged. Think again: even if you don't need to use this service again, they keep charging you $9.95/month! I did reach out to them via Chat to complain and they did reimburse me and closed my account. I was able to cancel my account once I saw the live chat. They were very helpful. However, when I try to email you through your system a day earlier, it bounces back. I also want to inform you that your site was a bit suspect in that I was under the idea that it was a government site, and that I was only going to be charged once. Best regards.

I kept getting $5 and $20 charges on my monthly VISA billing. I contacted the Maricopa County Recorder's Office via Chat and was pleasantly surprised they could help me almost immediately. And this occurred on Easter Sunday, when I thought there would be no service available. The office was able to immediately locate my account and at my request, eliminated the account. And I should therefore not have any further charges to my VISA account. I was pleased with the results.

You made it appear as if I were paying a one time payment of $9.95 for the info I wanted, but then you found a way to actually sign me up for a monthly service. I have been cheated out of two or three payments for no service. You should be much more ethical and make your motives and charges much clearer. I will not be using your service in the future and will tell anyone who asks that I found your practices questionable.
