At almost 11 pm tonight, I was delightfully surprised that the customer service chat was open, and I was promptly greeted, and my problem was solved. I want to say that I received exceptional service from the Property Record.

The agent took care of my issue right away. I am very happy with the outcome.

I was charged a second time, a month later, for property record I ordered. Not sure if I signed up for a subscription or not, but they responded very quickly with a refund when I requested it online through their chat messaging app.

Beware this company uses a deceptive bait and switch scam leading to a reoccurring fees. The first issue was I thought I was on a government site and was redirected. The second issue is that the company was withdrawing $30 monthly shortly after my initial purchase. I never received an e-mail or invoices of these charges and unfortunately, I did not catch the charges on my card until 17 months into the initial purchase. I called and they only refunded 4 recurring charges. I'm highly disappointed in their business tactic and believe it is fraudulent. No emails or mailed invoices of monthly charges - very sneaky and seems illegal. Plus there seems to be no recourse but this negative review.

I set up an account to look up a single property record after my mother passed away. The site stipulated that it would be a $1 charge, which became a $31 charge to receive the full report, which did not even include the one piece of information that I was looking for. I told myself lesson learned, I will just go downtown and have the records looked up. One month later, I was charged another $30. At no point was I told that this was going to be a recurring charge. I did a live chat with a service rep and was refunded my $30 charge and the account closed without issue.

I only needed to verify the date a building was built for ADA accommodations review. The site was very helpful.

We had city officials come out to our property and wanted to verify our lot boundaries. Found Propertyrecord.com online and purchased info related to our home including lot boundaries and so much more ownership history etc. I didn't realize that this was an ongoing charge relationship but the great news was that cancelling any further expense was straightforward and painless.
