I’d like to request Ryan’s assistance in closing my account promptly and professionally. He successfully located my account using my email address and closed it based on my request. Unfortunately, I was being charged without utilizing the service.

Customer service in the chat was great. I misunderstood the cost and she got me a refund issued. I thought it said $1 per document, it charged my card $31. She was easily able to get that fixed. She was very kind and attentive!

However, if this is not made explicitly aware at the time of initial use, please update your platform accordingly. I was happy with the property record I received and canceling my account was made very easy through the website's chat feature. I would recommend this service, but would caution people to read the fine print and make sure you are not signing up for an unwanted subscription which charges you monthly.

The agent went above and beyond listening to my concerns and correcting any issues I was having. He spent the time to look up my account, was very polite and courteous. His resolution was more than I could have asked for. If I still had my company, I would hire him in a heartbeat!!

First, they stated I had to pay $1 for a report. Then, they stated $7. Finally, they were charging me $30 monthly until I requested to close my account. This is what I see on Google "PropertyRecord.com has numerous reports of misleading charges and questionable business practices, suggesting users should exercise caution."

The payment process is very confusing for reports. It shows it is $1 but will charge you $31 for a simple report. However, Mary with customer service was very helpful in getting the account closed and issuing a refund. It's nice that the chat option is available and monitored.

I did a report in April. Just one! I found out that I have been charged $9.95 for the past five months. I called and talked with Robert, he was great. He gave me a confirmation number and he removed further charges. I thought buying one report was it. I didn't know you bought more.
