The product was and is great. I would say that the navigating was a little challenging. When I want to go back to certain information, I found myself at the log-in screen and essentially had to log back in to continue the search, this happened several times. This inadvertently caused me to be charged several times for single search. However, your great customer service rep Virginia, got to the bottom of things quickly and issued a refund. I will continue to use your service; it was fast and efficient and provided great one-stop information. Next time, I will check in with Chat if I have a problem during a search. Bottom line, you won't regret using Propertyrecord.com.

This site is deceptive in that I didn't realize I was signing up for a membership. After the second monthly fee came out, you did do a remarkable job refunding my money, but if you want a good reputation, do not hide the fact that one is signing up for a monthly fee.

I was being charged $20 bi-weekly for a subscription that I didn't sign up for. I had contacted the organization several times, but I contacted Sharon today and she was so helpful! She cancelled the subscription and issued a credit to my credit card company. I'm so thankful for her great customer service!

The chat agent was prompt and I had no problem cancelling my subscription. The chat asked for my name and email address which the agent found within seconds. The process was quick and easy. Since the review guidelines requires at least 150 letters, and I had such a smooth transaction, I think the only thing this site needs to improve on is to decrease the required letters to 100. When someone experiences such quick service, there is not much to elaborate on.

Richard helped me on 5/9 at approximately 12:35 am. My problem was an incorrect, ongoing charge when I thought it was a one time payment for $1.00, but was charged $30.00 for annual usage of the search, which I did not need. I decided to let it go, but was rather upset when another charge of $30.00 was posted one month later. Richard closed my account and issued a refund for $30.00. He was very helpful, but I will await to see that the refund has been posted. Thank you.
