Sandra was great and made the process of cancellation and payments very easy.

I had to find a description of my home for a quitclaim deed and went to your website and was asked for $1 or maybe $2 to get the results. Instead I was charged $36. I do not need full access to other people's homes and did not check any of the additional boxes so I requested assistance in closing the account and for a refund. It appears to be successfully refunded. Many thanks for your help and quick response.

I worked with Karen to clean up a lingering issue with regard to refunds for a service not requested but charged for. She listened to my complaint, followed up with research, and set the refund in motion. It could not have gone more smoothly.

This service with a recurring monthly charge is not "clearly" identified when you pay for it. I only wanted the one time report when I ordered it. REbecca at Customer Service was able to cancel and refund my recurring billing quickly. Be aware.

WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY WERE A FRAUD THE GIRL ON THE PHONE LAUGHED AT ME. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A FRAUD. The information is inaccurate, and can be accessed by anyone. They appear to be a resource, but are 100% a fraudulent scammer. I tried to access the account to close and it only allows you to put your email in and it will send you an email to access them... Well they don't email you. I checked my spam, and junk folder, nothing in any. When I called they immediately knew why I called and told me they closed the account. When I told them they were a scam the girl on the phone laughed at me.

Daniel checked my account and refunded the monies owed to me. I will double check my credit card, but he was efficient and helpful.

I used PropertyRecord.com 1 time for $9.95 and the information they gave was exactly what was needed for a flood plain record. I didn’t know it was a recurring cost. I noticed later that they had billed me multiple times. I spoke with live chat and 5 minutes later, they had refunded all but my first $9.95 for the time I used them. Great and legitimate company. Nice job! Thank you.

These guys are crooks. They have all sorts of hidden fees and nickel and dime you for ridiculous amounts! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!
