    I would like to thank Stephanie in the Customer Support department. We ordered our Whirlpool refrigerator the end of June 2020 and the salesperson said that it would take awhile for it to come in due to the covid situation. We were told we would get a $50.00 rebate once it came in. Well 9 months later we got our refrigerator and I asked the salesperson about the rebate and he said it expired.

    I talked to Stephanie in Customer Support and explained the length of time we waited and not to mention we were paying for an appliance that we don't even have. The refrigerator was paid off by the time we got it. Stephanie was able to get us the $50.00 rebate and we are so appreciative that she went above and beyond to help us. One last thing is the delivery men were excellent. They took their time moving the old and new refrigerators in and out of the house and they were very polite and explained how the refrigerator works. I will recommend Plessers to friends and family!

    I had a wonderful experience at Plessers from start to finish. First, I received a delightful call from one of their associates setting up an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, I was greeted by the sales manager Joe who introduced me to sales associate Pete. He walked me around and showed me tons of choices and never pressured me to buy anything. He explained all the packages and helped me tailor my decision as I was replacing every appliance in our kitchen. He answered all of my questions and provided some wonderful information about all of the products I was considering. Pete spent over an hour and a half tailoring my specific package and pricing it out. I left feeling great about the purchases I had made. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly are just a few words to describe the staff at Plessers. Oustanding job Pete, Joe, and the whole team!

    After several days of research I decided to place my order with Plessers as the sales agent was incredibly responsive and followed up as promised. Their competitors managed to either keep me on hold a half hour, or disconnect me, or transfer me to the wrong department and then asked me to leave a message. The prices were in line or a little less than their competitors for high end appliances. Hopefully this will continue through my delivery and installation!

    I did extensive research in purchasing an appliance suite for our kitchen renovation. I chose to purchase through Plessers because their price was right and they seemed to have a good reputation. I did save some money in ordering through them. Eugene, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. I did have to work through some third party issues, and Daniel was fantastic helping me do that. He was super responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. He kept checking in until my problem was resolved. I would definitely order through Plessers again.

    I ordered a refrigerator 2.5 years ago and loved the experience so much that I'm buying another one for my new house. I was fortunate to work with Barry **.     If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have been waiting on my refrigerator since June 4th and I still have not received it. The most recent update is that it'll ship from their facility mid-September. Which will end up arriving the first week of October. They recently sent an email indicating that it would be in my best interest if I found it locally. The cost of the refrigerator is now $1,000 more than what I bought it for. They have zero business etiquette.

    I recently purchased a Samsung Washer/Dryer set for new construction. I shopped locally but purchased online due to some better pricing and not being in urgent need of product. I saved some money with Plessers but what’s more important is that after my new set was delivered to our new home, it appeared that the dryer packaging had been somewhat damaged during shipping resulting in some dents on the side of our unit. I wasn’t alarmed from a functionality perspective but certainly didn’t appreciate the cosmetics of my new unit. I immediately contacted Plessers Customer Service team and they were very responsive to finding immediate resolution to meet my needs. I shared photos electronically of the damage and they provided a discount for the unit but did offer full replacement to ensure we were satisfied. While it can be challenging to buy online for a number of products, Plessers made this a very good shopping experience.

    GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a warranty problem with a Samsung purchase. I tried for a full month to resolve the issue with Samsung speaking with at least seven different people. I’m not kidding. It was worse than dealing with the tax man. Finally in desperation I called Plessers Customer Service. They had the issue solved within a few days and a full refund of the purchase price. Very professional and nice people.

    Plesser's made the stressful experience of our refrigerator breaking much less stressful. I walked in with our measurements and walked out in ten minutes with a new refrigerator purchased and a scheduled delivery for two days later. Aziz was extremely helpful, went over all of the details carefully, and made it an easy process. The delivery drivers did an excellent job as well. This was our first time shopping there and we will definitely be returning for future purchases.

    I went to the showroom with my husband at the Babylon office and was please with the service and we ended up buying an AC-Wall unit with installation. We were told that the installation will be schedules in between 5-7 days. Well, I received the call today, and the installation will take would not be until 11 days. Nothing they can do. Apparently the Sales service person lied to us, because the service rep said that the installation scheduled is set for 7-10 days. Nice lie! And even so, it still longer because I would take 11 days. Not happy with this. I called the rep Eric and emailed him and did not get a response from him. Not happy! Although it is a great store, I will take my business somewhere else next time.

    I ordered a GE electric cooktop and Viking downdraft because my old cooktop only had 1 working burner. The sales rep John D. assured me it would be shipped within 2 weeks. I have kids at home and need to be able to cook food especially since we were in the middle of the COVID crisis. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, I called and emailed John and he never returned my calls. I finally got through to customer service and was told that the downdraft was on backorder which is understandable considering the pandemic. What isn't is the lack of communication and professionalism. After being transferred around, I suggested getting the cooktop shipped out because I desperately needed that and then ship out the downdraft when it came in which they agreed to.

    A week and a half later and still nothing. When I call back in, they give me some bs excuse about the warehouse breaking the cooktop and that they have to send me another on the following week. This week I was told that the shipment in its entirety was shipped out. After 6 weeks, I still haven't received a tracking number or the shipment. I went with your company based on the reviews that you have gotten but the customer service and lack of integrity with Plesser's employees made sure that I will NEVER do business with you again. I suggest everyone thinking about doing business here, think again.

    I ordered a Kitchenaid refrigerator and dishwasher by phone from Plessers Appliances. I spoke directly to Gene ** when I called. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Plesser's price is the best I found. I searched both internet and bricks and mortar stores. His price was significantly better than anything I could find. He was very accommodating regarding delivery and the whole process from purchasing to using the new products was perfect. It is the best experience I have had.     I purchased a new LG French Door refrigerator from the Plessers' website. The website indicated the item was in stock and would be delivered within 4-5 days. Subsequent e-mails indicated the item was in stock and was being processed for shipment. The following day a salesman from Plessers called stating it was to confirm the order and shipment details, however it was in my opinion a call to try to sell additional warranties and service plans. The payment for the refrigerator was processed immediately and charged to my credit card.

    The following week I started calling to follow-up on the order since it was already beyond the 4-5 day delivery timeframe. It wasn’t until the third call anyone finally disclosed the item was never in stock, but was already in transit and would be dispatched within 1-2 days. End result, 24 days later and still no refrigerator, and no delivery scheduled. I strongly recommend against purchases from this company if honest and timely service is important. This was a purchase to replace existing refrigerator that stopped working. I would have purchased from direct local retailer if this company had been truthful about stock and delivery timeframe.

    I recently remodeled our kitchen and because of the Coronavirus pandemic, our project took longer than anticipated. We ordered the Range on November 25, 2019, and it's been in our garage for few months, today we unboxed to get it installed and the range was damaged and dented in. Their sales model is great. No sales pressure, you get to do your own research and comparison via their website and when you're ready, you get a chance to complete your order w/ a salesperson that will guide you w/ their product expertise, clarify points of interest and help you w/ alternatives as needed to save as much as possible.     Just a warning on the warranty program. I was talked into spending extra money on an upgraded 3 year warranty program when you buy. If you do not use the warranty you get 50% back. I was not informed that you had to submit original receipt, and warranty certificate within 30 days of warranty expiration. I called after the 30 days about the 50% refund. They said, "Sorry this was not communicated. We can’t help you now." Be aware. Do not buy upgraded warranty. It is pointless unless you keep all original documents for 5 years and turn back in within 30 days. So I spent the extra $50 to get the 50% back and now I get nothing. Scam! Avoid warranty with this company.

    We remodeled our kitchen and after researching prices we bought a new LG refrigerator, dishwasher, and convection stove. Barry was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend him higher! The stove and dishwasher have been great! We bought the counter depth refrigerator LFXC 22596S. It has been 6 months and we still can’t use either of the 2 ice makers. The ice has a mildew taste to it. LG has sent repairmen out 3 times now. They replaced the filter and the water lines and the reservoir. Still have terrible ice. We have to use the 20 year old GE for ice. They are going to send another technician next week. Barry at Plessers was great. LG not so much.

    I have been waiting another whole year for Thanksgiving sales and ran into a problem with ordering online after hours. I decided to call anyway....AFTER-HOURS...on the busiest day of the year, Black Friday, the most wonderful, friendly customer service person answered the phone and entered the order for me. And on Sunday (a day they are supposedly closed), I received confirmation that the order was approved and released for processing! Thank You Jennifer! I sent email to find out what the status was.     Would love to tell you about the Bosch but have not gotten it yet. Ordered and PAID for September 2019 for over 3K, it is November 26 and no deliver in site. The deliver company AM Trucking is either grossly understaffed or grossly mismanaged. Have been in contact with Plessers on almost a daily basis for the past week and with all the promises, they don't or can't follow through on a promise. The trucking company has had the fridge since Nov 5 but calling them is like calling a computer and being on hold with other false promises for hours. Don't waste your time, money, life, AJ Madison and Lowes look stellar next to these guys. Starting ask for my money back at this point.

    This is a minus 1 review for a company who can sell but uses an inferior delivery company. Read reviews about Plesser’s... Not bad until you aren’t in what they may call their delivery range. My credit card paid for this product 09/11/19 and according to the fine print, delivery should be 2-3 weeks. The day it is to be delivered, it is in transit to the delivery dock or station. That is not close to MD. I planned this ahead so I could travel. If no one is here, do they just drop it on the front porch at their convenience? No one calls back, emails are ridiculous, and they have the money ahead of time. For a company who has such good ratings, (for those who are in the areas they deliver to) maybe considering warning or advising the other customers it won’t be 2-3 weeks or even 4 weeks.

    I went to Plessers to get a dishwasher. The salesman was great and accommodating. I placed the order, he verified they were out of stock and would be in next week. Time was of the essence since I was Having company from out of town the following week. I was assured I would have it in time. I called the Friday before my expected delivery to confirm and was told it would not be in till at least the following week. After leaving a message for the manager and not getting a call back, I called back, was on hold for a while but finally spoke to a manager. I did get a full refund, but I wasted a lot time. Would not return, unreliable.

    We were comparing prices on their website, and placed an item in our cart, we were going through the checkout process trying to see what the final price in our cart would be and there was a malfunction and it charged us even though it said at the bottom of the page we would be able to review our order before being charged. We tried to call the company and couldn't get a straight answer on cancelling the order. One person told us the order was cancelled yet they were refusing to refund the money. We went ahead and opened a PayPal case and did a stop payment with our bank. I will be blasting reviews everywhere for how terrible this company was to try and talk to. It should have been a simple, "No problem. We will get that refunded and cancelled," especially cause I called them within minutes of it happening. Unacceptable.

    Having moved from Southern California to North Carolina we were remodeling our kitchen completely. While looking for Stainless Steel appliances, we selected KitchenAid after a thorough search of appliances and ratings. Price shopping was more difficult until we had a list of appliances we knew we wanted and finally decided to get a quote from Plessers. We met Gene on the phone and he reviewed our list of items and gave us a price the really surprised us. We were able to save over $2,000 on an order that wound up costing us just over $12,000 after Manufacturer's rebates.     As a previous shopper on Plessers.com and after getting a very good price on a washer & dryer, my wife and I went to the big box stores and checked online stores until we found the refrigerator we wanted purchase. After checking around for the lowest price Plessers.com had the lowest price hands down.     I don't know if I happened to find Plessers during their sale, or if their sale and frill pricing lasts forever, but I'm a sucker for online countdown clocks, and their price and frills for a LG washer+dryer combo was by far the best I found. I needed it held until I actually own a house to put it in, but the very first thing you need in a new home is an 85" Sony -- which they don't list online but have, with warranty, the best price online. Called back when I remembered to buy the TV; it was added to my order and that phone call lasted 15 seconds. I really wish they would pro forma ask if you'd like an 85" TV with that, for those of us who almost forget, but otherwise a smoother transaction than any I've had on Amazon.

    I purchased a high end JennAir range from Plessers because of a great price and a 10 year warranty. I also ordered an LP conversion kit from them. The salesman was very friendly and courteous. He indicated I should receive my range in about 2 weeks. The two weeks came and went with no word from Plessers. I called their service number and talked to another friendly and courteous young man who told me that they hadn't received it yet from the manufacturer; but expected it in a day or two and I should receive it in another week. The week went by with still no word from Plessers. I called service again, talked to the same pleasant young man again and was informed that the factory was having same difficulties and it would be another week before they received it from them.

    To make a long story short, it took 3 weeks for them to ship it from New York to my house in North Carolina (a two day trip if you are taking it real easy). When it arrived instead of coming with the LP conversion kit I ordered it came with some accessory feet for a Maytag washer. It is useless to me without the LP conversion kit. So all in all, after waiting 7 1/2 weeks for a new stove, they deliver it to me in a state in which I can't use it! I rejected the delivery because I didn't want it sitting in the middle of our kitchen for God knows how long while they figured out how to get the correct conversion kit to us. They seem to be nice people who offer good products at good prices; but I really have to question their competence.

    I bought a Bosch dishwasher during their Memorial Day sale. The pricing was better than others and included a 10 year warranty. The product is common and stocked by most retailers but still took more than a week to ship. The real issue is the AM Delivery company they use. They gave a delivery date 2 weeks after it was picked up. Their website shows New York to Georgia to be 3-4 days. They also say they will call you to schedule the delivery. They gave a max delivery time but never called. I contacted them (AM) though their website and inquired. I was told they are not always in my area but marked it URGENT.

    I asked if they could give me a date and again was told they are not in my area daily. 2 days later I got a text, not a call, and was told it would be delivered the following day between 2:30 and 6 PM. It did not arrive so I checked their tracking site several times as the delivery time kept getting later. I got a text at 7:45 saying it would arrive in 15 minutes. It arrive at 8:30 PM. The delivery people were very nice but the entire experience with AM was poor. Before the dishwasher arrived I ordered a Viking gas surface unit. it took 10 days to ship. AM said 2 weeks for delivery. That was to be yesterday. I contacted AM and got the same "We are not in your area everyday" and "Will let you know when will will be there". Plessers themselves seem fairly good but the delivery company they use is not reliable.

    I ordered a gas cooktop from Plessers 6 months ago and was not only impressed with their sales price (which beat all the others by a significant margin) but found their sales staff pleasant (I dealt with a nice young lady then), knowledgeable, and very helpful. Plessers whole operation, from A-Z, was really excellent. I wish dealing with other online retailers were as trouble free as dealing with Plessers. That is the way it should be, but unfortunately that is not the way things always are these days.

    Today I called and ordered a double wall oven from Plessers. Once again their price was quite a bit lower than everyone else's, including Amazon's whose price was significantly higher.     I called customer services because I wanted to have some information about some of the appliances I was thinking of buying - Barry not only did a great job helping me make the right choices for my full kitchen remodel, but the prices were the best I could find for all but the hood, he was forthcoming with discount packages and rebates - and he matched the hood price for me to save me from having to shop around.

    My wife and I are updating our kitchen, which includes replacing our 27 year old KitchenAid refrigerator. The cost to replace the KitchenAid with another KitchenAid was extreme, so we did some research and found the Liebherr to be everything we need in a replacement at a much more attractive price. In that regard, we found Plessers carriers the CS2080 model we were considering, however, we also saw a similar model (ie. CSB2080 but did not know the differences between the two).

    This is the first time I have ever written a review of any online purchase experience. I've had both good & bad experiences with online shopping, but chalked it up to "Buyer Beware", given that you're dealing with the sometimes anonymous and/or stealth components of the online marketplace. However, the dollar amount of this transaction and my horrendous experience with Plesser's has driven me to a point of finally having to say something about the appalling lack of concern and customer service that seems to have become acceptable in online shopping, If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have. I bought an $1100 KitchenAid D/W from Plesser's in July 2015, because, like many other reviewers have noted, their prices seemed lower than other online appliance dealers.

    Now, looking back, I honestly believe that this is their marketing ploy to initially hook you in. Their prices appeared to be below what most others were charging, and in addition, they promote a "10 YEAR WARRANTY AT NO EXTRA COST" which I initially thought, was a great added bonus and gave me a great sense of comfort in purchasing the D/W online. Don't be fooled - it's a huge game of "smoke & mirrors" they're playing here. I had to have a service tech come within the 1st year to fix a breakdown, none of which was covered by that great sounding warranty.

    Then, less than 4 years after purchasing, last week the unit totally died, and I again, had to have a tech come out, only to advise that I now needed almost $500 of repairs on an $1100 D/W - almost half the cost. Per the tech estimate, I needed a new "spray arm", the part in the bottom that spins and actually WASHES the dishes, as well as a new "heating element" which is the part that actually DRIES the dishes. I thought "no problem" since I got that great 10 yr warranty which specifically states it covers "Major Component-Part Only-10 Years".

    Note that the warranty is "Parts Only" which was not clearly disclosed when you think you're getting this great 10 year policy, so you still have to pay for labor and/or service fees (also often more than the cost of the parts themselves), tax etc, but otherwise, I figured "hey", since these are the parts that actually WASH the dishes as well as DRY the dishes, they must be considered "Major Components" but alas, as you guessed it, under the terms of the bogus warranty plan they offer they, in fact, ARE NOT covered.

    In the interest of full transparency however, I also needed a new "user interface" which is the electronic control panel, which the New Leaf Warranty group advised would be covered; however when I called them to confirm that I would be reimbursed, they initially refused to provide written confirmation of that and instead told me I would have to get the repairs done, submit my claim, and they would then determine if I would get reimbursed. I never heard of anything so ridiculous!

    How can they not tell me in advance if something is going to be covered or not so I can decide if it's worth it ??? After a lot of back & forth I finally asked to speak w/a manager, and suddenly their rep was able to provide email confirmation that the part would in fact, be covered, another instance that I found to be somewhat shady and not fully on the up & up. I then called Plesser's to see if they cared at all that I was facing repairs of almost 1/2 the cost of the original purchase price in less than 4 years; their "Customer Service Dept" is laughable and and a total joke.

    As I saw in other postings, all they kept telling me was there was nothing they could do and I would have to take up my claims with either the sham 10-year warranty group New Leaf Svc Contracts, or Kitchenaid directly. Plessers had no interest in standing behind the products they sell, nor making any type of accommodation or reimbursement when those products fail, especially when you're talking about an $1100 Kitchenaid Dishwasher. I see Plessers has lots of great reviews, mainly because of their low prices, which is also what drew me to purchasing from them in the first place; however unless you're 100% sure you're getting something that won't be prone to needing service, repair or any type of customer service in the future, I cannot express enough that I would look elsewhere as Plessers seems to have no interest in any problems you experience after they've received your payment.

    This experience has taught me to spend the extra approx $200-$300 and shop local so that when I have a problem, I can go and see the person I dealt with to handle any problems. Like the old saying goes, "If the price is too good to be true, it probably is", perfectly describes what you may likely be dealing with in transactions with Plessers. If you choose to take the chance of dealing with them, I certainly hope that your experience (and associated costs) are far better than mine - Good Luck (you're probably going to need it)!

We decided on purchasing a GE refrigerator after having a battle with LG when our refrigerator was diagnosed as unrepairable in a little over 7 years.     We recently remodeled our kitchen and went to Plessers to purchase our appliances. Our salesperson Stephen was very nice and knowledgeable - he had exactly the range I was looking for and then completed the suite with all of the matching appliances. He also was able to give us the lowest prices possible. One of the appliances arrived damaged out of the box (no fault of Plessers). I called Stephen and he referred me to Laury in their customer service department. Laury is a true example of great customer service!

    She contacted the manufacturer's service department and arranged for a repair person to come and take a look. A new part needed to be ordered, that arrived damaged also. I tried to contact the manufacturer's customer service department several times, but could never get an actual person to talk to. Laury reached out to see how the repair was going, I filled her in on the details and and my frustration and she contacted them again! There is more to this story that has a lot to do with lack of quality control on the part of this particular appliance manufacturer, but Laury facilitated every step of the way and finally the problem was resolved. I don't think it would have been without Laury's involvement. Thank you!

    In October of 2017 we had our kitchen completely remodeled. We shopped around for all new appliances. Hands down Plessers beat the competition’s pricing. I have found that to be the case on several occasions over the years. The sales personnel stayed in touch during the purchasing process and called with additional rebate opportunities and made a few changes for me as well, all with little effort from me. For delivery I was turned over to their customer service. Due to issues with cabinetry installation I had to change the appliance delivery date several times. This was not a problem at all. Plessers held the appliances for me and only needed a day’s notice as when to deliver. Great service. But they didn’t stop there. I had taken out extended insurance on all the appliances except the over the range microwave since the contract cost was more than half the price of the unit and wouldn’t be cost effective.

    Fourteen months later, two months out of warranty the microwave control panel became loose. The unit worked fine but I didn’t want to operate it in that condition and there didn’t appear to be any way I could fix this myself. I called the manufacturer for help since it seemed to be a small problem and after all it was only slightly out of warranty. They refused any assistance and gave me the number of a certified repair shop. The shop said as simple as it may appear, it will be around $150 for parts and labor. I called Plessers customer service and explained the aforementioned. They advised that I call the manufacturer and ask for a manager (he offered to cover parts but not labor). In the meantime, Plessers would work on it from their end.

    Plessers called a short time later and said that they had contacted the manufacturer’s representative for their store as well as a certified repair shop and the situation would be taken care by Plessers and the manufacturer at no cost to me. Two days later all done, as good as new. Customer loyalty and customer service like this is very rare indeed but apparently not at Plessers.

    I recently purchased KitchenAid double wall ovens from Plessers. Several years ago I bought a KitchenAid cooktop from Plessers. Both online shopping experiences were terrific.     From start to finish, this company has been a pleasure to do business with and I would not hesitate to make future purchases with them! First of all, I got a great price followed by a very reasonable delivery time even though I am on the other side of the country. I was constantly kept informed of the progress of my purchase and projected delivery date which was extremely helpful.

    My original sales rep was very patient and explained all of my questions to my full satisfaction without any high pressure pitches. Once I made my purchase he followed up with emails containing receipts, warranties and contact info. Since I live out of the free delivery area (I still saved money even with a delivery charge!) I was notified by the shipper when I would be expecting delivery the next day and then again by the driver who called me a few hours before arriving.

    Once the packaging was removed I noticed a small crease in the front of one of the two freezer drawers. I was told I could refuse delivery but I OK'd it with proper notation of damage complete with description and photos. I felt confident the cosmetic damage could be easily taken care of and since we were living in an area ravaged by wildfire and I was eager to have the comfort of a working refrigerator again after living for 2 months out of coolers and under desk mini-fridges. Once I reported the situation to Plessers they were on it! They found me a local repair shop who scheduled the assessment appointment followed by the installation of the replacement part while diligently keeping in constant contact with me until the matter was resolved to my full satisfaction.

    Afterwards, a follow-up call to make sure I was completely satisfied reminded me of how businesses from years ago used to be. Courteous treatment of their customers from beginning to end while delivering a quality product. I felt as though I had stepped back in time when when both customer satisfaction was truly important and employee pride in the company they worked for was paramount. In the future, Plessers Appliances will be the first place I go to from now on!

    In renovating a kitchen, we needed to buy a new refrigerator, range and microwave/convection oven. We did due diligence in comparing products/pricing on Home Depot and Lowe's websites. Lowe's wouldn't answer the phone and the extended run around with Home Depot was laughable. Plessers came up on a Google search and I figured it was worth a call. A succinct, knowledgeable and pleasant Barry ** gave us a better offer than Lowe's or Home Depot for the same appliances, suggested pipes and bits that a new appliance would need, and suggested excellent appliance guarantees.

    He was patient in reviewing our measurement figures and suggested the refrigerator door could be removed to come through our narrow front door. Called back when he said he would, got answers to detailed questions, was kind, polite, thorough and prompt. We have just placed our order and are awaiting the delivery of the new appliances, but for ordering, Plessers and specifically Barry ** will make your life exponentially easier.

    The price was too good to pass up, so I ordered to refrigerator from Plesser's understanding that they were in New York, and I was in Wisconsin. But they offered free shipping! That was in October. The fridge was back ordered with expected delivery in early Dec. I could live with that. But almost 4 months later, I STILL don't have my fridge! The first delivered on January 24 was damaged! Why would anyone try to deliver a visibly damaged fridge?! I'm still waiting for a replacement. Plesser's isn't returning my calls. I'm so over this!     Joline the Customer Service Manager is the best! I purchased all of my appliances for my new home in SC from Plessers in Babylon, NY. The Whirlpool refrigerator was a lemon and had to be replaced. The second Whirlpool was also a dud and Joline was able to work with Whirlpool to refund my entire purchase amount from 2 years ago and have them pick up the refrigerator. We now have purchased an LG from Plessers and everything is perfect. Joline spent numerous hours on the phone with me and with Whirlpool to finalize the return. I can't thank Joline enough! Way to go! Just a note... Whirlpool no longer makes the 2 refrigerators that I bought due to so many problems.

    First let me say Plessers had the best price on the refrigerator that I was looking at. I ordered my appliance online and saved about 500.00 over buying it locally. One thing Plessers advertised, was the $100.00 rebate. Although I would think I would get the rebate regardless of where I bought the product, Plessers made it clear that one was available. Locally I wasn't aware of the rebate. Additionally there wasn't any sales tax.

    Unfortunately my refrigerator arrived with a dent in the front of the door, even though all packaging was clearly intact. When I contacted Plessers they were right on getting the door replaced. Once the new door arrived there was a dent on the top of the door. The door was re-ordered and finally a new door without a dent was installed. I didn't mind the wait since I was able to use the refrigerator in the meantime. I am very happy with my purchase.

    During the time I was waiting for the door to arrive, Brianna, my customer service rep would contact me on a regular basis to see if the serviceman has been out as scheduled, or if the new door had been installed. Her follow up was absolutely AMAZING. We only corresponded by email, but it was easy to tell she is a very pleasant person to work with. I think Plessers is fortunate to have an employee that really cares about their customers. The service that Brianna provides and the prices that Plessers provides will keep customers coming back.     I wanted to convey my experience with Plessers Internet sales department. First let me say I've never ordered anything online with such a large value, and it was a little scary. However, I had heard about Plessers from a general contractor in Hilton Head SC so I went for it. I must say they were great, and absolutely had the very best prices as I checked with 5 different sources.

    My internet sales associate Barry ** was so helpful, patient, and pleasant as I worked my way through the ordering process. I had to order 6 appliances for a new construction home and he was totally forthcoming about all details involved. He didn't have an attitude, nor did he try to rush me through in order to move to another call. It was Dec. 31st and I'm sure the phones were blowing up with last minute calls in order take advantage of rebates, etc., but he wasn't trying to push me - very refreshing!     I was in the market for a Samsung 4 door refrigerator and, after doing my research, I purchased a unit on Plessers website. They were a few hundred less than their competitors, but no shipping and no tax sealed the deal. I received an e-mail a few days later confirming that the model I wanted was on back order and it would be a month before they had more product. I called in to cancel the order and Jennifer was ready to help. I told her we were remodeling and had several projects timed out, so we couldn't wait 6 weeks for the unit.     Placed my order on the 18th of December and have been advised I won't have it until the 22nd of January! I have reached out to Plessers and AM Home Delivery about the delay and was advised that my shipment was at the Local trucking terminal on Monday January 13, but they are unable to deliver until next week Monday or Tuesday! Just what I wanted my new Range sitting around a trucking terminal for a week! For the little bit of money I saved I wish I would have bought my Range locally!     The sale person was great. We bought an LG Refrigerator from Plessers for $3000. From the second week that we received it, it has problem on the fresh zone. It freezes everything you put in. I have called them and we got no response just run around and very irresponsible comment from them. And they told us we have to contact LG. And this is not their problem. I have contacted LG and we have so many repair is done on my new refrigerator that is almost feel like they build my refrigerator inside my house with all the new parts that they put in and the problem has not been solved. It is the most frustrating situations and around the holidays not having a refrigerator.

    It is not just a repair issues anymore, I have discarded so many food that LG said they are going to reimburse me on $. Well we have not seeing a dime yet. Also every time they come in to see what other part they are going to replace then I have to leave my job and on a day that they come to repair. This is our battle for last few months.     My husband and I purchased a Frigidaire Professional Series refrigerator at Plessers in 2014. We also purchased a 5 year extended warranty. Within a few months of purchase, we started to have problems with the ice maker. After multiple repairs over a 4 year period, the original problem persisted; there was no apparent fix. Contractually, the manufacturer was not liable any longer. We were now faced with having to purchase a new refrigerator. Jolene from Plessers customer service reached out to us and ultimately became our advocate; her mission was to negotiate with warranty company and manufacturer in order to "make us whole." At the end of the day, we were able to purchase a new Frigidaire with virtually no money lost.

    Kudos to Jolene; she was professional, courteous, and attentive. She followed thru from beginning to end. It was so refreshing to deal with somebody that genuinely cared about our situation with absolutely no "run around." I hope that management at Plessers realize what a valuable employee they have. Because of our experience, I would highly recommend Plessers as the go to for all appliances. Once again, thank you so much Jolene for handling our problem professionally and expeditiously. To all future consumers out there reading this review, spend the extra money in order to purchase extended warranty especially on refrigerators; it will prove to be cost effective while giving you peace of mind.

    I walked in not really intending to buy anything that day and walked out with EVERYTHING I needed for my new kitchen at the BEST PRICE around. It was just a no brainer. My salesperson got me exactly what I wanted at a great price. He showed me everything including the differences between models and brands.     In May I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from the Southampton branch of Plessers. They have entirely touchpad controls. After one week the touchpad on the washer stopped working, I was unable to adjust the water temp. The salesman I purchased from just shrugged when I told him the problem and then I learned that Samsung DOES NOT service the area I live in (the East End of LI ). WHY was I NOT told this when I bought Samsung brand? It then took almost 4 months to straighten this out. The salesman, Rob, in Plessers Southampton branch offered no help with the problem. I ended up dealing with Samsung directly which was a long drawn out process. Multiple phone calls and emails over 2 months.

    I had to chase them to get a response. Samsung finally agreed to credit Plessers for the value of the defective washer so I could replace it. There was never any possibility of having the washer repaired. I chose a GE washer because GE does service this area. The replacement was finally facilitated by Laury in the Babylon office of Plessers. She was very helpful and responsive. If it weren't for her I don't think I would have gotten a fully functioning washer. Unfortunately I now have a mismatched laundry pair (Samsung dryer, GE washer). And I really preferred the Samsung washer to the GE, but I can't see having an appliance that cannot be serviced. Stay away from the Southampton branch is my advice.

    It's true, it really is lesser at Plessers. I am extremely happy that I found Plessers Appliance by a Google search. I could not be more happy with my new Samsung FlexWash & FlexDry. I really did save several hundred dollars on my purchase; in addition, I received free shipping to OHIO.     One of four major appliances arrived with hidden damage. To resolve the problem, I was forced to pay for return shipping. The damage was not discovered during delivery inspection but during installation 3 weeks later. After being informed that the charges are "non-negotiable", take-it-or-leave-it, the company did not respond at all to a number of further requests to re-evaluate their decision. In other words, after the sale, no common courtesy is extended to a customer by their sales representative, not even to just hold hands after a bitter experience. IMHO, placing the responsibility for discovering such damage with the customer seems unfair. This experience has left a bad aftertaste and a resolve not to go there again.

    I’d been to several local stores already looking for a new refrigerator to fit in my new place. Nobody beats Plessers price and customer service. Given this is my first major online appliance purchase I was a bit skeptical especially when I saw their promo (wild week sale). It’s like too good to be true (No sales tax, free delivery plus 10 yr extended warranty). After reading some reviews, I gave it a shot, placed my order and received confirmation. After 2 days during the wild week sale, I went back to their website and noticed that the price For my item dropped further (difference of $158).

    I emailed Plessers customer service to verify if my order includes an ice maker connector tubing and expressed my anguished that I should have waited for the last day of their promo so I could have availed of the reduced price. I was wondering if they could adjust the price (no harm to try) but didn’t give high hopes as my transaction was already completed. I was so surprised when they emailed back (they were so responsive) reflecting the adjusted price. This is really something that you can’t find anywhere else, unparalleled customer service! Another happy customer. I am holding up one star and will update review once the item delivered. Kudos to the Plessers team!

    I am pretty new in the process of buying online instead of ordering a two day delivery from my local store but... I thought the price difference was dramatic enough to warrant the purchase.     I originally ordered a new stove from Plessers on 1/9/18. I had a good experience initially with the sales rep. However actually getting the product was easily the worst consumer experience I’ve dealt with. Plessers uses a HORRIBLE shipping company - AM Home Delivery for its national deliveries. So if you live outside NY, don’t bother because it’ll take 6-8 weeks before you ever see your product - if you even do get it (I never did). I’d prefer they charge a shipping cost just to make sure it’s shipped by a reliable logistics company. Also, the whole “no sales tax marketing gimmick”, it’s just deferred sales tax you’re supposed to report on your personal taxes. Do yourself a favor and order from a reliable company who can handle delivering nationwide - because this was clearly an impossible task for Plessers.

    I live in North Carolina and was skeptical about ordering a Frigidaire range online.     I've never had such great service since long time and never knew it exists.     So I was told to buy the 24" "built-in" Bosch microwave for my 24" cabinet (in amongst my $10,750 order) and when it arrived it is not a "built-in" microwave and it does not fit in my 24" cabinet. Straightforward I guessed as they'd replace it with one that did. Well not quite. They want a 25% restocking fee ($141.25) and a shipping fee back to New York ($175.00) and they recommend I'd be better selling it online! The cheek. It was their mistake in the first place! Any savings I thought I'd made going with Plessers are straight out the window. Check the small print and avoid this company.

    I never gave a review for a retail store before but I must say I was very pleased in dealing with Plessers. I found them online and was very dubious at first. But after reading great reviews of the company, I took a chance. Their price was very competitive and the delivery was on time. The best of all was they gave me a price reduction after delivery to match a lower price.

    I was so pleased with the ordering of my dishwasher through Plessers that I wanted to post a review. My order was handled by Jennifer ** who was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable, upbeat and very helpful at answering my questions. I haven't gotten my dishwasher yet but I sure hope the delivery goes as well as the ordering process did.     This has to be the worst experience I have ever had purchasing an appliance. Placed the order on Sept. 1, 2017. A series of delivery days ensued and get a call from the trucking company at 5.30 pm on Oct 10th that they are delivering it at 7 am on Oct 11. Never got a call from Plessers asking if the date and time worked for me... then the delivery guys would not take my old refrigerator even though Steve the salesman told me for $35 they would haul away my old refrigerator. And today the customer service team at Plessers are not being helpful. Beware of this company.

    First, Plessers had the best price, including shipping and tax. Then they had a 10 year parts warranty included. Then they added a 5 year labor warranty for only 10% of the unit (ice makers fail for more than that) and if I don't use it, I get 50% back. Then when it was delivered, there was a ding in the side panel, of the door. They gave me the choice of 10% off, or replace the door. The ding, was not on a side we would normally see all the time, so we took the discount. Delivery took longer than we wanted, but we weren't in a rush so it was worth it. Very happy with them as a supplier.

    First of all, I contacted Plessers at 9:00 PM EST expecting a recording giving me their store hours. But much to my surprise I was greeted by a very pleasant woman named Jennifer. I explained the purpose of my call was to get clarification regarding their delivery service and number of flights of steps involved with my house. Jennifer took the time to answer my questions and then politely asked if I wanted her help placing an order. I was planning on ordering my new washer and dryer via Plessers' website since it was late, but thought since she was so pleasant answering my delivery questions why not...

    That's when I accidentally and inexplicably hung up on her twice while fulfilling the transaction. She called back immediately both times and joked about it. I couldn't be happier with the AMAZING savings at Plessers Appliance as well as the exceptional customer service. Now I just hope the delivery is as professional. If so, I will be back again for all my aging appliances.

    Do NOT believe any of the 5 star reviews, they are fake. I'm sitting here on a Sunday waiting for a delivery which was to be made between 12-4 with a half hour phone call saying they are coming. It is 3:42 and no call! I was supposed to have the delivery on Friday but got a call at 9 saying the truck broke down. Believe the one star reviews and don't buy from Plessers because, yes, they have college girls that can't handle a bad situation and really don't care. The discounted price is not worth the aggravation!!!

    Very Poor communication, Very Poor Customer Service and Very Poor Delivery Service. I submitted an order, received confirmation 3 days later. I telephoned before confirmation to get an estimate on delivery time while window was still open for cancelation. However, Plessers Appliances stated "they have no idea". Delivery was set for a whopping 3 weeks later, some 6 business days after order placement thru email!!! (So a temporary refrigerator had to be purchased to store food). I called to prevent that specifying there was no refrigeration in the home and if there was an estimate of over 5 days I would purchase from a different company. Then I was told... "that is the usual time period". It came 2 weeks later. Delivery was horrible! I am accustomed to good customer service from centers.

    I spent an extra $50 for Gold Package delivery, which ONLY means leaving it inside your house verses at your front door. No set up, just put it inside your home. They did remove the box and packing foam... BUT THREW IT ON THE FRONT LAWN! To end even more horribly! I called Plessers and told them this experience and no lie... she replied... "What do you want us to do about it, we are in New York, do you want us to go back and pick up the trash"?! AND SHE WAS THE STATED MANAGER!!! I will campaign against this company based on my experience. One star is too much. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
