We had $22,000 in replacement windows and exterior doors installed roughly 2 years ago. The Lania door they installed had an issue with the lock mechanism and wouldn't lock so our house was unsecure at night which really scared my wife and granddaughter. I called several times and never received a call back from New South. When I finally got to speak to someone they scheduled a tech to come out to repair it but he had no parts and said he'd have to order it. Now, we had waited several weeks for a tech to come out and when he does arrive hes not prepared to repair the door. This was October 24th 2024. November 20th I called to inquire on the status and a rep requested I send pictures of the door mechanism which I promptly did. I never hear back so I called again.

Excellent experience through the entire process. In-home visit and quote was very informative and pleasant. A week later, detailed measurements completed and order sent to factory. About 6 weeks later, we were called for delivery and installation appointment. Installation crew were awesome. One day installation for 17 windows with total cleanup inside and outside. You could not tell they were here except I had new windows and a much quieter home since we replaced single pane, contractor grade windows with these new windows. Well worth the investment.

Installers were very helpful and did a great job. Sales helped get HOA approval & permit. Sales helped meet the HOA requirements for door and windows. Our HOA is very strict but sales helped get it approved on door requirements.

Our review is not a positive one. During Covid we spent over $22,000 on gorgeous windows that took over eight months to complete due to the Covid lockdown. Manufacturing was down, installers, etc. We found out in September that our windows were not installed properly and we have had water and mold coming into two large windows for over 2-1/2 years. If it hadn't been for the three weeks of rain, we might not have known. I noticed discolored wood on our downstairs floor which began the investigation. We contacted our homeowners insurance but were denied because this is a New South Window problem that was caused by bad installation. In October, we found out that most all the windows were not secured with the proper screws or sealed. We finally went into the sales office locally and met with Brian. We showed him our documentation, pictures, etc. We had spoken to him on the phone prior to that but were passed onto someone else.

We had windows and the doors in our home replaced by NewSouth in 2023. We were very satisfied with the work they did and decided to contract them to replace our garage door. We contracted Newsouth to replace the garage door Feb 2024 (8+ months ago) and are still waiting for the new door. I have called Newsouth several times in the past month requesting and update and would like an estimated time of delivery however the company will not return my calls. I reached out to the sales rep that we worked with on the previous installation and still no response from this company. They offer what appears to be an impressive warranty but beware, what good is it if they do not respond to their customers? If you are considering contracting this company for any work, you should reconsider, and look for another company.

We had our New South Impact Resistant Windows installed 6 years ago and couldn't be happier. John ** helped us every step of the way and made it extremely easy. We just went through Hurricane Milton and had no issues. They gave us the peace of mind that our home and family were safe from the storm. With these windows we could barely hear the wind outside, which, was so comforting, especially when we lost power. Call John ** and see for yourself. Thank you New South!!

The crew was professional and did an excellent job from start to finish, they came into my house covered everything so to reduce the amount of dust. They cleaned up after themselves as they moved along throughout my house. These guys are great and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Today I had 3 windows installed by New South Windows in Austin, Tx, 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The installer John ** was very patient with my questions, and dogs. He did an amazing job installing the windows, cleaning up and explaining everything he was doing when I asked him a question. Both my husband and I are very pleased with the quality and service we received today.

Start to finish they did a great job, now the windows are pricey but are custom made for my home and looking at the manufacture order they measure down to 1/16th of an inch. So kudos to them for that. Provided I ever need warranty repairs I'll make the review a 10 out of 10 if they stand behind their blanket warranty. So far I am happy with their work & they actually met their scheduled install target they quoted on the contract which is fantastic compared to another friend who chose Window World & it took them 11 months to finally get the correct windows. So Yes I am happy I chose New South Windows.

My credit card was charged twice for the installation of windows. The company is not very responsive to correcting their error. I have made several attempts to try to resolve this issue but nothing was done.

So I bought new windows and doors back in 2015 and I am still fighting New South here in 2024 to replace a defective sliding glass door. From day one the door has leaked on the inside and in to the house. The first crew that set the windows and doors had no shoes on and were more worried about smoking their joint. I was about to kick them off my property. Anyways we complained about the slider leaking and they sent another crew to re-set the slider. Well the door still leaked to the inside of the house. Then they said we are sending out their A-team to re-set the door for the third time. Well every time it rains it leaks and I get huge puddles in my back room. I have even sent them photos but now they have no record.

All workmen where thorough in all aspects of installation. Very professional, Chris, Jordan, Trae & Jake. Happy to have this crew. Much appreciated their clean up & respect for our property both inside and out. They all continually kept me informed of what they were doing. Can't say enough good things about this crew. Hope they come back for the door installation.

I find it extremely difficult to get through to someone regarding my windows. All your commercials about how good your customer service is....I am very disappointed. Someone needs to contact me regarding my window as I would like some answers as to why my "impact" window cracked or I will be contacting the state. The customer service is absolutely horrible and the windows don't appear to be as good as claimed either. I purchased 3 windows, $12,000 and I can't even a get a response regarding my severley cracked window and we didn't even have a wind event.

They make a great product. I had my whole house windows replaced by them. They were by far the most expensive company out there. My problem with them is the sales rep stated the company offers a finder's fee if you give them a new lead that buys from them. I gave them my neighbor's info and they purchased 52,000 worth of products from this company. My sales lady (Shana) out of Shalimar stated she would give me $50 plus the company would compensate me also. I've texted Shana and called the company several times with no response. I highly suggest no one do business with this company due to poor ethics and workmanships.

The sales representative was awesome. He answered all my questions. He gave me an approximate time frame for the installation. The new windows are installed. They work perfectly. The crew arrived on time. The project was done in one day. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them. They are courteous and professional. I will use them again for other projects.

So accommodating and pleasant to deal with from start to finish....The contractors went above and beyond on the installation... They helped out a few neighbors... They are understanding and personable....

I was looking for a company to customer interaction where the same company sold, made, and installed the windows. I found that perfect fit with NewSouth Windows. Everyone along the way was professional and friendly. The install was great, they look and sound (substantially less noise inside) great!

Sales and installation of windows and doors was ok. However it has been 7 months and I am still waiting on my screens to be installed. Each phone call is a different set of excuses. Poor customer service.

I am so amazed at this company. The sales presentation was so educational and informative. They physically show you how their windows are different and you can feel the dramatic efficiency they offer. They give an enormous amount of information in the presentation, which is appreciated when making a purchase of this magnitude. We had a 400+ square foot screened in porch converted to a sunroom. The windows are absolutely gorgeous. The installation WAS FIRST CLASS. They spare NO detail and make sure everything is done perfectly. This is by far the most pleasant experience we have ever had in remodeling. It is the best purchase we could have made. The quality, workmanship, and efficiency are unsurpassed. From the original estimate and presentation to the installation, everything was top of the line. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.

We replaced 6 windows on the south side and southeast corner of the house with impact resistant Low E windows. Our salesperson, Jeff, handled everything in the beginning and kept us informed. The installation of 3 windows went smoothly, but the picture window (3 separate pieces) had to be reordered for a better fit. From then on, we had positive ongoing communication with Amelia and Pat in Production; Denisse in Permitting; and Barbie and George in Service. Alan, Service, who did the caps and covers and cleaning, was extremely conscientious and did an excellent job. Linda and Kelly always answered the phone cheerfully and helpfully. Bottom line, we’re very happy with the windows and recommend NewSouth Window Solutions of Bonita Springs. We would use them again if we replace the remainder of the windows in the house.

I had my windows installed and had no problems. Great job. I recently had my windows cleaned and noticed 1 window had dust and wipe marks inside. I called 3 times ( no notes in my file that I called) of course. Big surprise. Each time I was put on hold for an extended period of time, each time I got increasingly more upset, hung up, called back and was promised a call back. Needless to say there was no call back. Which leads me to my complaint. I called again today. That makes 4 calls over a 2 Month (give or take) timeframe.

New South Windows just finished with my window and door project. Everyone, from my salesman, Joe **, my installer, Brandon, and the servicemen, Tommy and Alan, were great! Joe provided me with a fair price, Brandon and his worker, did a fantastic job with install and left my yard and house neat and clean. Tommy and Alan finished up and got me all that was promised, and I even got a follow up phone call! Highly recommend them!

On 03/09/2024 I called NewSouth to go visit their showroom. They told me they were open and I could come to the location on Altamonte and get information for replacement windows and patio door. When I arrived the OPEN sign was on and the door was locked. A young female employee came to the door and opened it and was rather indignant that I came to the location without an appointment. I informed her that the staff at the 800 number stated they were open and to come down. I pointed out to her if the "Open" sign is illuminated it implies they are open. She was rude and and stated that it was not her problem. That I should come back again.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of the windows, the expert sales rep and courteous and professional installation crew. The sales rep was a wealth of information and addressed all my concerns. The installation was timely and they cleaned up my home. I highly recommend the product and the staff of New South Window Solutions

After our experience with NewSouth, we feel compelled to share our honest thoughts. While we were impressed with the quality of the product, we found the overall process to be quite frustrating. Our encounter with the sales representative was marked by undue pressure, as we were rushed into making a decision without adequate time for consideration. Despite requesting a mere 24 hours to ponder our options, we were met with a pushy insistence that immediate action was necessary, citing fleeting offers and changing discounts. The installation itself was passable, albeit with a few noticeable errors. Unfortunately, due to backordered doors, the installation sequence was disrupted, resulting in a haphazard door installation that left much to be desired. Issues such as a significant gap at the bottom of the front door and misaligned frames were hastily addressed with promises of a simple resolution, which regrettably never materialized.

The service I have received from New South has been absolutely the worst. We ordered these windows in March 2023. They were installed in late June. When they first installed the EZBreeze windows, they had measured the cabana doors and a window incorrectly. The installers were contracted and they did not know what to do as a result. No one from New South came to our home that day to inspect the installation so we were out of luck getting an answer as to what happens when the measurements are incorrect. We then waited (and I spoke with many different people in the company) a very long time to get the window and door corrected. The doors and window were installed on September 7, 2023; but then the tint of the windows in the door were incorrect. We were told it would take about a month to get the correct inserts.

Today we had Jesse come to our home and give us a presentation on new windows. We had decided to get a second opinion and we are so glad we did. Jesse was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well and had lots of different things to show us why their windows were the best. We were very impressed and we decided right then and there to purchase all new windows for our home. We received a small gift for leaving this review, but we would have left a review with no gift attached to it! That’s how impressed we were. Looking forward to having them installed within a few weeks.

Very professional from the start of the process with Joe, sales. Very knowledgeable, explained difference in their windows to others, etc. to excellent installation by Enrique and David, making sure all 10 windows were perfect inside and out.

We love our new window. New South Windows of Pensacola was a great company to do business with. They were professional, on time, answered our questions, courteous etc. We were glad to hear the window is made here in Florida. I highly recommend them. We wanted to replace some windows. The sales person did a great presentation (he would make a great Used Car Salesman) so we ordered. We did not realize the windows would decrease the width of the glass so much, or that the frame would look like it was put together with Legos, or that the screen has larger little openings that let bugs come through, or that when it rains the screens hold the water and blocks visibility, or that some of the windows may be hard to open, or that the install would be so slow since only one guy did most of the work, or that they would leave such a mess inside and outside, or that some of the windows would not be clean, or that their truck would be an old beat-up used truck with a painted over AC sign (embarrassing) in our driveway, or that they didn't know how to handle our alarm wiring sill sticking through.

I had two entry doors installed in my duplex and am very happy with the whole experience. The representative who came was very helpful and informative regarding my choice of doors and the installers who came were very professional and respective of my property. I am VERY happy with New South and will continue to use them in the future.

The high quality windows and expert and neat installation, made this expensive project hassle free. The customer service staff made the permitting and installation scheduling also hassle free. Every person we had contact with was top-notch. From the salesperson to the person who came and finished the project. The wait time was minimal from the time we ordered the windows to install. The crew doing the installation was friendly, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. The window quality is excellent and has already made an impact on our electric bill. Outside sounds have been reduced as well. We replaced 21 windows and their price was comparable to several other estimates we received.

Love my new windows - I had plenty of compliments on how great they were. The only thing I was disappointed with was the windows had smudges and outline of where the stickers they pulled off were. Now I have to clean over 23 windows. I didn't think I would have to be cleaning brand new windows. :( I haven't had time yet to clean them - I guess during my Christmas break I can. Also, there was broken glass from the previous windows that I had to sweep up.

I had my front door installed. It was an overall good experience but I would have liked for the installer to add my smart lock back to the need door. The door is supposed to be under warranty for a lifetime but we will see how that goes. We all know lifetime warranty means until it's paid for which I paid in full

The installers showed up on time as promised. They were a very efficient and very conscientious crew. Everybody worked together to complete a great job. We highly recommend NewSouth Windows to anybody that needs replacement windows.

Very pleased with new slider and new windows. From sales to final inspection, and everything in between, customer service and follow up was professional and on time. We will definitely be using this company again and could not be more pleased with final product. Look no further as this is the company you want.

I am very pleased with my new windows. I had single pane with storm windows on top and they would still sweat so bad in winter I'd have to put towels in them. With cold weather my new windows have not done that! I can even sit by the large one and feel no draft. It's great. I'm so happy. Even my heat didn't come on until temperatures got done in the low 40's.
