When I was talking to Lifeway about stairlifts, any question I had, they were good to answer. Their installer was wonderful, too. He talked to me a lot while he was doing it and we had some laughs. I got two straight stairlifts because of the price and I use them to go up and down to a basement where I live. I'm very happy with my stairlifts.

The installer was focused on his work which he completed to our satisfaction. When finished he had us try to machine and showed how to keep the rail "greased". The lift in the garage was tilted at the top stop so he opened up that area and once he had fixed it, it worked just fine.

Gentle man did great job and very informing. Ramp is just perfect. And they cleaned up behind themselves. Took all empty boxes. Called in to check on how much I owed on ramp. Straight things right out. There were no issues. Happy holidays to everyone. Thank you so much for great ramp.

Lifeway Gamburd in Sylmar was able to schedule a repair only a day or two after my call. The technician, Alex, was great from start to finish. The sensor cover had fallen off the footrest on my Bruno Elan stairlift, likely as a result of my accidentally allowing the chair to bang into the closet door at the bottom. Not only did he reattach the cover, he also adjusted the tilt of the seat and thoroughly inspected the chair and its functioning from top to bottom. When he discovered a broken part, he went back to the office 20 minutes away then replaced it the same morning. I was impressed by his knowledge, skill and personability.

My experience with Lifeway Mobility has been excellent from the salesman to the installer as well as the phone contacts. Everyone is extremely nice and very professional. The stairlift looks great and is easy to use. It makes me feel safe and relieves my mind regarding my upcoming operation. A friend we trust suggested Lifeway Mobility after having a great experience with them.

Isiah was very neat and timely during the installation of the ramp. We had a great experience in ordering, sizing, and installation. I would recommend them to family and friends. The monthly rental was a great option as this is a temporary requirement until I can walk again in a few months.

Great explanation of what was wrong and a quick and complete fix. The technician was on time and completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. I have used this company before and I will continue to use them in the future. My chairlift is an important means for my navigating the stairs. Without it working properly, I would not be able to manage. Thanks to this company I now have a functioning unit that works flawlessly. I would strongly recommend them.

Terry was the installer. What a nice guy! He was personable & explained how to use the stairlift & helped my mother operate it & really took his time with her. That was very much appreciated. The installation was smooth & quick. No mess to clean up. I had a great experience working with everyone involved from the first time I called. I'm not easily impressed but this whole deal was impressive. Give them all a raise! Thank you!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the sales rep, CJ ** and the installer, Daniel M. CJ showed us via her tablet the chair and how it works. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Daniel M, from the Baltimore office also was very friendly, engaged with us, explained in detail, and had us both try the stairlift. He cleaned up the stairs and was just great!

Lifeway Mobility has been serving our stairlift for the past five years. They have been very good. Our technician Eric R. was great today in finding the problem with our chair. If you need some help with home equipment for the disabled or aging parents, give them a try.

Lifeway was very helpful in this trying time. My husband had his leg amputated in Aug. I called Lifeway and they responded immediately. They designed a ramp for us and it was installed today. Jorge was the installer. He was very professional, answered our questions and was a pleasure to work with.

Jacob was an awesome sales guy. He really was a plus because he was very professional and he explained everything every step of the way, showed me the different types of models that might work in our particular home. I got two chairlifts. One goes up three steps, and another one goes up the other steps. The first one is inside the house, going from the first floor to the second floor and the second one is outside, and you take it from the ground up to the porch. One of the features that I like about them both is that it turns you out towards the landing, and you can lock it and get off of it safely. It also had a good price. The installation went well too. The installer was able to do it in a day. He was efficient and left no mess. But they had to make these chairlifts especially for our house, so it took time.

When there was a problem with the operation of the stairlift Lifeway Mobility sent a service tech within a day. He was able to correct the malfunction and get the lift back into operation. Because my wife patricia has back problems she is totally dependent on the stairlift, so we appreciate fast service of lifeway mobility.

I called Lifeway and they were responsive. They came out and did an estimate, and we paid the initial deposit. For a while, we decided we weren't going to go ahead with it and we couldn't get the deposit back. But later on, we ended up moving forward. The sales rep was good and did a good job on the unit. We weren't in when the stairlift was installed and we asked the installer to come back out to show us and to make sure it was operating properly. That took a few phone calls. We left a few messages before we got their attention to come back out again but they did. The stairlift is installed and operational. Hopefully, it will work well.

Everything was super smooth. Lifeway made everything very easy and answered all of our questions. The tub is easy to use and if we ever have problems, they're available for service calls very easily. All in all, Lifeway has been excellent.

Both my wife and I are 81 years old. We were starting to have trouble trying to climb over the tub into the shower and take a shower on a daily basis. We heard about being able to cut away the tubs so you would have a walkway to go in very easily. We currently live in two different mobiles. One is a camper we use during the summer and the other one is a camper we use in the winter.

I liked the price of Lifeway Mobility. Their rep explained everything to a tee and that took over an hour. She was very personable, social, and professional. I had an outdoor ramp installed and that fits perfectly in our home. A single guy came for the installation and he did a wonderful job. I now have free mobility to go outside with my wheelchair. Lifeway is wonderful and their website told me everything I wanted to know.

The reps have been extremely responsive and professional throughout all of our interactions. I found Lifeway Mobility online and because of my first call with them, that was the only company I explored. Somebody came out to the house, did all our measurements and made some recommendations. The rep was very honest, didn't try to upsell us anything, asked all about my mother-in-law who we needed it for and gave us an estimate and some measurements for a two-case ramp.

My service was wonderful. They had to come back. They didn't give me the right thing at first. But that was not a big deal. The installer was lovely. He was here all day and he put the correct one. The stairlift creates great ease for me to go up and down the steps. I like the speed of it. It's slow. It's good, so far. The seat is a little loose. But I am gonna call them.

The person who installed my Chair Lift was very friendly, professional and did the job in a quick and thorough way. He demonstrated how to use the chair and answered any questions I had. I called him back the next day because I had a problem with the chair and he came back right away and showed me how to remedy the situation. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed their services. I have not had anymore problems using the chair lift.

Sales experience was excellent. (!) After that, not so much. I purchased 2 used Bruno stairlifts from them. Installation was overdue by a week from the original schedule. I was unable to be present for the installation or it would have gone better, but one of the lifts was installed without making provision for the fact that the stairway is slightly tilted to one side; so instead of leveling that lift with shims it was installed with the seat tilted downwards, tending to dump an invalid passenger out of it. When I tried to contact Lifeway about that, I was unable to reach a live person, and no one called me back.

I am writing to convey my thanks to Lifeway Mobility Sales Rep Bob **. I purchased a new chair lift from him and was so pleased, I purchased a second (used) chair lift for my basement. I now joke that my two-story home is now a "ranch" as the lifts allow me to avoid my stairs, make my life so much easier and allow me to remain in my home. However last week, my first floor chairlift started beeping. I called Customer Service and while awaiting a return call, I reached out to Bob. He offered multiple suggestions to help troubleshoot the problem.

Lifeway Mobility has better ramps than some other places. The young lady that initially talked to me about the ramp was very professional. I was gonna go with another company at first but what impressed me was the fact that she said that when my husband doesn't need it anymore, they could take it up and store it. She was very knowledgeable when one company wasn't knowledgeable enough for me.

Pete and Wayne showed up with a sketch as to how the shower was to be modified for my daughter's safety. They worked their magic and it the shower turned out better than I imagined. On top of their excellent craftsmanship, they were tidy, pleasant and professional. I couldn't recommend them more highly and hope to be able to use them in the future.

I purchased a lift for my Sister with a guarantee that if for any reason I could return the Lift for a 60% refund. My sister's health declined 2 mo. Two mo. After installing it was necessary to place my sister in a assisted living facility. I attempted to return the lift and their first offer was only $500.00. When I showed them the contract they offered the 60%. However after they removed the lift the check provided was not for the 60% but shorted by over $650.00. They did not live up to the contract. I would never trust this company nor do business with them.

The team at Lifeway Mobility was highly professional and worked hard to complete the bathroom remodel on time. They worked around my schedule and the quality of their product and workmanship was very good. I would use them for additional projects and believe they stand behind their work.

My experience with Lifeway has been very positive. Isaiah promised to be at our house on June 14 and reinstall the Bruno chairlift which was in storage for 6 years. Everything went well. when I had some alarms, calling him on the phone helped me diagnose the problem and fix it.

I have called two times to have someone look at my install. "I'll get to you" was the only response. No one ever got back to me. I will call Lowe's next week. That is who I paid for the project. I talked with Melissa at ** two weeks ago and Andy ** at ** this week..

Lifeway Mobility makes life easy. We have an L-shaped ramp and the quality of the build is very good.

Sales agent described product thoroughly, explained features, answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate. Called back, to see what I thought. I was hoping there would be a (gently used) product available, at a lower cost. None were. Also explained, that I'd have to hire an electrician, to install an outlet to connect product to.

The rep that I spoke with, David, was very prepared. I went with Lifeway Mobility because they were supposed to be faster but they sent the thing and all the pieces didn't come so they had to wait. Also, the ride is bumpy but it's saving on my knees. I'm satisfied.

Craig came initially to explain Lifeway Mobility. He was pleasant, informative and helpfully suggested the best lift for our needs and arranged the installation date. Will arrived when scheduled, completed the installation and demonstrated how to use the lift. He was thorough, helpful and pleasant. I had a great experience from the time I filled out the contact information to the time the ramp for my mother was installed. Each and every person that I had contact was very friendly and nice and helpful with what I needed. The rep that came out was very helpful and told me things that I did not know when it comes to the different types of ramps and how if I no longer needed what I needed to do.

We tried another company but we were offended by how pushy they were. We called Lifeway and the experience with their representative was so much nicer. He was very accommodating. My husband rides the stairlift every time he has to and so far, it's been good. It looks neat.

My husband and I were so impressed at how quickly and efficiently the ramp was installed. From the time I contacted the ALS Association until the ramp was installed was just over two weeks. The person who designed and measured was very helpful in explaining how things worked. He put the order immediately and the person who installed came out and in no time had the ramp put up. Both gentlemen showed concern and strived to ensure that the ramp did not interfere greatly with our landscaping.

I bought chairlift for my son, who has cerebral palsy. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced and on time. Eric ** was an amazing rep. Gio was a great installer who worked hard with his team to complete the job in one day. My son is using it very comfortably. It’s a great system, works perfectly. Eric and George were on time and the ramp was installed very quickly. It has been invaluable for safe access to our home. We would highly recommend your product to anyone needing this product. Care and winter maintenance was discussed and it is very easily cleaned and the leaves and pine needles can be blown off the ramp. If the ramp is wet, the ribbing on the ramp provide adequate traction for safety.

We’ve been very loyal customers for ~8 years. We are moving houses and I had been in regular contact with sales for a few months to get estimates & timelines. We’re moving chairlifts from one house to another. So approx. 3 weeks before our move—I reached out to sales and I was mailed that there’s a change in plans. There are some internal processes and another group (service department) will need to handle my case. They will require a technician to come out which is mandatory and cost me another $250 just to evaluate if the equipment can be moved…and the first available appointment is July 10, which is one week after our move. After that, we can set up a time to do the actual move of the chairlift or we will be told if they’re not compatible and if we need new ones.

I was hoping the company would offer end to end service to install a lift system. Customer needs to find architect and builder and get the permits and have the site ready prior to the install. This is unfortunate since customer often has their own business to run and is not knowledgeable in these areas.

Though I live in Alexandria Virginia the ramp was needed for my daughter’s home in Charlotte NC for when I planned to visit. It was exactly what I needed and was installed on the day I requested. My only problem was that the cost of a one month rental was very high.

The salesman I had was knowledgeable. He was also courteous, friendly and professional. The installer was the same. We had a chairlift installed in our home to go to the lower level of our home, which we use daily. We had another chair installed outside taking us down to our boat. These two chairs work perfectly and have greatly improved our quality if life. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone considering putting in a chairlift.

The experience with Lifeway was very positive. I was amazed at how clear, fast, and effective it was. My wife was in the late stages of terminal cancer. They would normally say it would take 7 to 10 days before they could get things out, but in that circumstance, the salesperson said, “We'll see if we can get that ‘cause the circumstances are at least rare, if not unique.” So, they were able to do that. They were very clear on what it is that we were getting, its cost, what it covered, and it went very rapidly. In less than a week, they came out and they installed it. The installer was excellent. It only took about an hour and a half from start to finish. Then he told me everything that I needed to do by way of maintenance and so, it felt thorough and quick. So, I like that. The quality of the stairlift is excellent. So, we use it frequently.

The pictures and video about Lifeway's stairlifts online showed how easy it was to use and their pricing plan was very nice, especially with the senior discount. The guy we worked with, George, walked us through and was very helpful about that. Michael, the guy who helped build the stairlift, was helpful as well. They got everything done in no time and so far, it's been great. My grandmother got the hang of it. There was an initial problem with the armrest, but the guy came back in no time and fixed that. So, she has no problem with using it whatsoever and she loves it. They need to make either the footboard or the chair a bit wider but my grandmother was still able to get into the chair because she was saying her legs are short.

I liked the options that Lifeway Mobility provides as far as used or new equipment. I called them, they answered right away, and we set everything up. The customer service was great and the quick response was surprising. The installation was performed the very next week. The stairlift clashes with the whole set-up of our home. But we gotta sacrifice a bit of it. The equipment is good-looking and works perfectly. I like that I can lock it for safety and tilt it sideways to sit down on it, and I can easily hop on and off. Living in a two-story home with bedrooms on the second floor is always challenging for older people. So, the fact that that option is there, it brings some peace of mind.

However, it's making a little bit of noise. I'm gonna call them back. But everything's been great, so far.

They were very kind and quick. We had a little issue. The person that was supposed to come and install the stairlift got COVID the day of installation, so he couldn't come, but they knew I needed it. So they had somebody come out on a Sunday and they don't usually do. It was there before Monday when I needed it. It was really nice. The quality of the stairlift is really good. It works well.

The installation was a little rocky in the beginning because the sales rep thought that they'd be able to put the chairlift into my stairs outside. But when they got there to install it, it got ripped right out of the brick. So we had to have a masonry person, not through Lifeway, come and cut out holes in our stairs, and add cement. Then Lifeway came back and installed the chairlift, and it was fine. The chairlift is really sturdy and very safe. We also had Lifeway do a tub cut for us, turning the tub into a shower back into a tub kind of thing. We posted it on TikTok, and it's gone viral.

I have arthritis, osteoporosis, and Parkinson's. I was also having back surgery and I knew that I needed some help in the meantime with the stairs. A caregiver and a neighbor knew of someone who had one of those stairlift systems and was happy with it. I talked to her before having Lifeway Mobility come in and show me what they had available. The representative was very good and efficient. He wasn't one of those salesy types that pushes anything. He was just very knowledgeable about the technical side of the product and all those considerations in coming up with something that would work. When considering Lifeway, take your time and do the work. One of the reasons I went with Lifeway was they offered a model that is made in the US and I wanted to stick with something made here.

Daniel was very knowledgeable. He sold us the $5,000 chair. But then he realized that that chair was too small, so they sent us the heavier weight chair. Which was good because we needed it, but it was $6,000. The first installation was okay. The installer was very nice. He hooked up something that caused my circuit to break. He was running an electric drill off the bathroom. Other than that, everything went fine. He installed it in about an hour and a half. Then we needed the second chair. We had the same installer, but he had an assistant with them. They got there at about 10:15. They didn't leave my house till about 5:00.

Glen, the salesperson, did a good job. We enjoyed the presentation. We went to a showroom and also liked that we could touch, ride and feel the stairlift. The installer, Louis, explained everything and showed us how to operate the stairlift. We felt comfortable that we'd be able to let my mom know how to deal with that equipment. He answered all our questions and cleaned up everything after him. The only minor inconvenience is when the chair turns, sometimes you need to find this perfect position where it locks. Sometimes you need to go back and forth a little bit. You need to adjust a little bit and before this adjustment happens, you cannot move.

I went over to their facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and talked to a gentleman there and looked at a demonstrator unit they had and signed up for it. We went through the different aspects of how to install it, where it goes, and how it works. Then three weeks later, they said they would be there to install the stairlift, and they did. The gentleman showed me how to operate it, and it took about 10 minutes, and we were done. The stairlift works very well. It seems like a very high quality unit.

The rep was outstanding and the installation was very efficient and neat. The communication was excellent in terms of keeping us informed of when things were happening and how they're gonna be done. I was very impressed. The techs provided friendly service and they were very clean. They finished that day. The quality is excellent and I've been using the Lifeway frequently. It has made a huge difference in my ability to get to the things I need upstairs.

I liked the price of Lifeway. Their sales guy was the best and they were able to get the stairlift to me the fastest. The installation was very seamless and professional. There was a lot of attention to detail. The installers were very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. So far, the stairlift works perfectly. The tech was fine. The only thing I had a problem with was the remote control which didn't work really well. They didn't spend enough time with that part of it and wanted to get on. It was like they were running late for another appointment. But otherwise, they did a good job. The stairlift is a big investment and I use it all the time going up and down the stairs. I definitely recommend investing in one. I have an appointment on Friday with someone who will check out the remote.

The reps really helped us and we had a really good experience during the sales visit. The installation was fast and the techs were very professional. The weather was not great for them so we had them set up where they could put some stuff in the living room. They were really good about that. The Lifeway stairlift really helped for the few weeks that we could use it for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use it that long as she passed, but it was very good. I talked to their rep Katie a lot and she helped so much. It was back and forth on what we needed and she was really understanding. I really appreciated that.

The rep answered a lot of questions and gave me options I didn't know about. The installer did such a good job and he cleaned everything up. I was really pleased because they had to drill into my steps and that was worrying me. He made sure that there wasn't anything more that he had to do. My mother loves it when she uses it. It's just that she's very timid about it at times. But there was nothing more Lifeway could have done to help us. They did a great job.

Lifeway Mobility has faster services. The rep was a nice man. The stairlift works great except the seat makes a screechy noise.

I had a great experience with their sales reps. They came out, measured and told me what it was gonna cost. Two weeks later, they came and put it in. However, it's getting a little noisy now. I don't know if it has to be chained or tightened. But I love the way it works. It's great. It does everything I wanted it to.

My husband found Lifeway Moblity. My husband got spine cancer in August. He just passed away a couple of weeks ago. They came in here. He wanted interior stair chairs and exterior. I told him no because I knew he was dying of cancer. But they went ahead and did it. I spent $12,000 on these things. He never used them. After he died, I called the company and said, “I told the salesman he was never gonna use this. I was against this the entire time.” They said, “We can give you $800 for them ‘cause we only paid $400 each.” They disregarded my wishes and then they installed them and then charged me a ton of money.

I had a stairlift that’s a step higher quality for my wife and the sales guy from Lifeway Mobility and I looked at it and we decided I didn't need that quality. So, he didn't try and oversell me. I took the lesser one which has worked out perfectly. He showed me all the options and then, he measured the stairs and quoted me a price. It was comparable to what most of them have but Lifeway’s service is way beyond the other ones.

Lifeway Mobility's availability, quick response and fair prices made me decide on them. The rep was thorough and very good, and the installation team was straightforward. They were in and out in about four hours. Everything is perfect with the stairlift.

He went far beyond the maximum in finding a code consultant to help us obtain the permit. This was during Covid and all the city offices were mal-functioning. Fast. Friendly. Helpful service. Made a very difficult time much easier. From the first phone call to the fast delivery and professional set up. I would recommend these folks, as they worked to customize our needs. They also were very reasonable as far as cost.

I have been a return customer for Lifeway. I have purchased 3 lift chairs. I now need an outdoor wheelchair ramp. So James ** visited to give us an estimate. He told us that we could get a cheaper ramp. But he would bring an example to see how it would fit. He never followed through. We called. He said he forgot and he would call us back when he had the example. We never heard from him. I called the office for help. They said they would have him call us back. We never heard from him. We assumed Lifeway really did not want to do the job. So we made other arrangements.

My experience was excellent. Aside from the install having to be delayed due to supply chain problems, everything went smoothly. The install staff were professional and efficient. The entire install took less than 2 hours. Have had the stairlift for 5 months and it has functioned well for the entire period. I can recommend Lifeway without reservation.

I am the President of a three story six-unit beach condominium building located in Ocean City, MD that does not have an elevator. Most of the owners are up in age and were having difficulty with the stairs. We decided in 2022 to research having a stair lift installed. I started off calling six different companies that advertised these types of lifts. Four of the six were reluctant to even attempt the installation but submitted quotes anyway. The quotes were without detailed drawings required by the Fire Inspector and were extremely high with their price quotes.

Impossible to reach anyone by phone. Left seven messages with no response. Voicemail box at alternate number always full. Other alternate number says to ask for a woman's name, but when I called, the message said enter the party's extension, which wasn't provided to me. Stairlift hasn't worked in three months.

Always on time and very professional in the work done. Answered all questions with a friendly approach. Were very helpful in giving directions and help in the operation of the vertical lift. Will contact them again when any help with access to my home.

Everything has been good. I haven't had any problems with the Lifeway Mobility stairlift and we love it.

My experience through most of the process was great. From the first sales call through the installation. Then came time to pay the bill. The Customer Service was horrible and communication was either confusing or non existent. I'm paying my final bill months later but this all could have been resolved with better communication and staff.

I have arthritis throughout my hips, legs and knees and I was unable to get down the steps. I talked to the rep over the phone briefly and we made the deal. The installer from Lifeway Mobility installed the stairlift in three and a half hours and the quality is rock solid. I am impressed. The stairlift gives me the capability of going down the stairs to the shower.

I purchased a Used one and it has been a life saver for my husband since he can now be at home! The installer was very nice and informative and I would give him a raise or a nice XMAS Bonus!!!! He answered all my questions and made sure I knew how it worked before he left. I found your ad online & was contacted right away and was not pressured at all to purchase it. Love your company!

Staff are very professional and fast. The product (stairway lift) was installed perfectly with great instructions. I had a few problems with the financing part of this procedure because their emails went to my junk folder but once that was sorted, everything has been great.

It's on the side of the house so it's perfect. I'm interested in how things work mechanically. I asked the installer, "Would you mind if I held your hand while you did this so I can see how it works?" He was very personable young man, and he said, "Thank you for asking. I'm happy to have you here." He went through everything. He hooked it up, showed me the components of the different methods of operating it from the seat, the mechanism in the seat to make it work, and using it to go up and down with the remote. So far, the stairlift has been fabulous.

The installers did a great job and everything was handled and cleaned up afterwards. Also, the stairlift is working fine. We're very happy.

Both the lady that I spoke to on the phone from Lifewway and the person who came to install the stairlift were great. We demoed the stairflit. Everything was installed smoothly. Everything worked out great.

The purchase process was very easy and the installation was perfect and fast. The guy who installed was really knowledgeable. The stairlift is of excellent quality and it has made a big difference. My mother can stay in her home. I highly recommend this. It was a smooth experience from beginning to end.

My girlfriend and I are 75-plus and we need something to get up the front stairs and the inside stairs. I checked out Lifeway and found that their prices are reasonable. I can also get used ones even. Instead of paying $10,000 for a new one, I can get one for a lot less. Look into Lifeway. Installations are good and the people are hardworking.

The stairlift does what it’s supposed to. It works. I was very pleased with it.

Lifeway Mobility did everything really good. The salesperson that came out was very helpful. The stairlift is compact, and the installation took less than two hours. So far, my father likes it really good. It helps him out a lot.

They did a great job installing the stairlift. But they didn’t tell me when they were coming until they were in Baltimore and then they were about an hour and a half away. I had an old stairlift unattached to the floor, but it’s really long and heavy, and I couldn't get it out. So when the installer came in, he cut it for us, and we got it out. I really appreciated that. Then he put the new one in, and it's great. It works and looks good. So I’m really happy with it. One nice thing that I really like a lot is that when you get to the top of the steps, the chair swivels around. The stairlift is for my wife. So when she gets up, she's not getting up on the steps. She’s getting up away from the steps. So that's really good. It’s a lot safer than the old one.

The sales rep that we dealt with was fine. The installation was good.

I like the quietness of the stairlift. The quality is good and I feel very safe using it. It made it easier for me to go upstairs.

Lifeway is slow. They got my $2,000 deposit but there has been no call or installation.

Lifeway was very nice to deal with. They came in and they installed, and they were very kind, efficient and professional. So far, I'm using the stairlift and it’s very good. I can get up and down my stairs very efficiently. We were highly recommended to Lifeway and upon doing research, we found that everyone that had gotten it seemed to have been very happy. We researched other people and their stairlifts came apart, people were killed and they had a lot of recalls.
