The best experience. Everyone was professional, I called for information and set up for them to come out and measure. The person that came to our house explained everything to my family. The lift was installed a week later, with the installer showing how to use it. My 90 year old mother is so happy to have this in the house.

I had a Pinnacle Stair Lift installed for my mother in November 2023. The product itself has worked perfectly and we are happy with it. BUT....the installers drilled holes in the wrong stairs. When I questioned if they would be filling the holes they stated I could fix it myself with product bought from Home Depot. The stairlift and installation was over $4,000! Yet, I was told to fix their mistake myself. I called the office to inquire if this truly was my problem to take care of and they stated they would order the correct wood color and have someone come out to fix. Needless to say it took me calling the office many times before they actually scheduled and sent someone out in January. After all the runaround the wood filler they used wasn't even the correct color, but was told that was the best they could do.

I hired your company to supply and install an elevator and platform lift for my client. During the process there was very little to no commutation with me or my client. There were personnel changes as well as continuous delays in installation and missing parts. There were delays in returning to finish the work. More missing parts. More delays. Damage to work I had preformed. Also the new production person was rude. Installers were messy. I do a lot of accessibility work for many trust/guardian banks. I have recommended to them not to use this company anymore as well as myself.

Lifeway Mobility has fast and reliable service. I needed something right away, and they were able to come immediately and install a stairlift within a week's time. My mom was discharging on a Friday, I called them on a Tuesday, and they got it done on a Thursday. That turnaround was huge for us. They're also a family-owned small business, like my mom's business, so it was relatable. They were accommodating as well. The rep checked the room, spent an hour surveying everywhere and explained the process thoroughly. He was a very hospitable and friendly guy. I like that the stairlift can hold my husband and my mom at the same time. We also use it if our groceries are too heavy. My kids have fun with it too. They use it quite often. However, I have to call Lifeway Mobility. The stairlift goes down, but it stopped moving up. I'm not sure if it's our electrical or the stairlift itself.

Everyone we spoke with, starting from initial inquiry to installation was so informative, helpful and patient with me and my husband - Senior Citizens. I would recommend this company to friends and relatives with the same need as we had with going up and down stairs. Thank you and God Bless.

I had 2 installed. Works great, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Made sure that I understood how to operate the chair. Explained the warranty and made sure that I understood if I had any problems to call them and they would come right out. My husband has dementia. He was very kind and understanding with him.

Very well done!! Very professional and he explained everything and gave me care instructions and what not to do. It looks great and sturdy and safe. I like the buy back feature when I don't need it anymore. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a ramp. This will definitely e a big help!!

The salesperson at Lifeway Mobility, Union City was extremely helpful in answering questions, offered a demonstration and helped make the purchase on an accelerated scale. The installation was equally efficient, professional, once again demonstration, routine maintenance, etc. Top grade service offered by Lifeway Mobility helped my husband gain some mobility and enhanced his quality of life.

John was amazing! He went over the top to make sure he completed the installation in a timely manner so I could go to my grandson's graduation. More importantly, he was focused, meticulous, amazingly clean and organized during the installation. He carefully and patiently instructed us in the use of the stairlift once installed.

Bill came to our home to talk with me and my father for a lift that will be used by my mother. Words cannot express what a breath of fresh air Bill was. He answered all of your questions but more importantly listened to your situation (mother has mobility issues + dementia) and offered solutions for our concerns. While we have yet to have the chair installed (that is upcoming), we can not be happier to date with the service we have been given.

I'm a Polio survivor since age 9 months. Called them to fix a stairlift that quit working and not only did they fix it but they serviced it as well as the other one I have. In addition the gentleman serviced my garage vertical platform lift. These people are the best. BTW I did not think my lifts needed service as they were not squeaking or anything But when he opened up the guts of these chairs and pulled out every roller (at least 4 in each chair), cleaned it and lubricated with a special lubricant I truly felt small. Little did I know this needs to be done annually just like your car. It's no wonder my lift quit and of course on a Friday afternoon. Live and learn. Mikhail ** MD

Everyone I talked to was professional and understood the urgency to get the chairlift installed! I met the salesperson on Thursday and the chairlift was installed on Monday! The salesperson answered all questions and assured me they would do everything possible to expedite the installation. The installer did a wonderful job and explained and demo the features of the chairlift.

The sales advisor responded quickly and did a great job of designing a system for the needs of this house. Installation was quick and the staff was very professional. I would tell anyone needing a entry ramp the material quality is first rate and will last a long time. The safety features like hand rails and transition strips are included not an add on per piece unit. All in all it's a lot better and safer than the one your friends will help you build out of wood on the weekend.

Fernando very helpfully called to alert me of his arrival time. His efficient and expert work impressed me. Because we installed the lifts in 2018 for my now late-husband’s return from his first time “in care,” I decided it was time to let go. I thank Fernando for taking away the lifts.

Joe, the technician arrived on time. He was respectful of my property and sympathetic to my problem. He took the necessary time to inspect my stair chair and he thoroughly explained the mechanics. Though we're not 100% sure of the cause, the chair is now working properly. Also, Joe left me with instructions should the problem re-occur, and assured me that the company would follow up, if necessary. I am totally satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to others.

I called and told them I had a weak spot in ramp. They came out within a week time. Fixed the spot I noticed and made other corrections. They backed their product and the installation. Installation team was on time for appointment. They didn’t give a time frame that you had to wait and watch for them. It was a scheduled appointment. Very satisfied with the contact personnel and the installer. They were very friendly and answered all my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone that needs ramps.

Jose was amazing! We were having trouble with an older model lift that we had installed by another company that is no longer in business. Lifeway Mobility was kind enough to try and fix it for us. Jose set up an appointment with the manufacturer's troubleshooting team and was able to figure out the problem. He went above and beyond to get this fixed for us!! Everything was great. Explained the product and no sales pressure. We really learned a lot about the product. Pros and cons. The salesperson detailed all the costs, pros and cons of the product. Gave great feedback. Really learned how the product worked. Where the company was located. How they install the product.

We found the gentlemen that came to the house to explain the stairlift to us was kind and courteous. He made sure that my husband understood everything well and answered all of his questions. It was installed in a timely manner and the gentlemen that installed it was pleasant and friendly. It has been helpful and used every day. I would recommend it for anyone. Technician was prompt, experienced and efficient. The installation was complete and professional. Technician thoroughly described and demonstrated operation and maintenance of the equipment. Everything appears to be satisfactory.

Every person from start was to finish was excellent to work with. All were very pleasant and helpful. Installer was great at explaining everything on operating with my mother and wouldn't leave until he knew she was comfortable. Even spent extra time with installation because there was a little rattle when chair moving.

When we decided to get a stairlift, I went online to see what the critics said was the best brand. Hands down, Bruno was the winner. I then searched to find the company that was acclaimed the best to install it. Amazingly, Lifeway Mobility was not only the recommended company, they only install Bruno! We called for an agent to come out and let us know what the costs and time frame would likely be. The gentleman who came was very professional as well as friendly. He explained that, as our staircase curves 90º, it would need to be custom made. A straight stairway would be less expensive and quicker to be installed. He showed us the particulars and worked with us as to what we wanted. We shook hands, signed some papers, and paid a deposit. I was impressed with his presentation. He kept us informed as the construction of our stairlift went along and the time came to install it.

They got in touch with me in a timely manner and answered my questions and confirmed the price. Very much satisfied with all the personnel I have dealt with on this project. I rate my experience with LIFEWAY MOBILITY as a 5-star excellent experience & I would recommend their services for this type of purchase & installation without reservation. Steve, the Lifeway Mobility salesman visited my home on time & carefully measured my front porch stairs & concrete walkway to discern the best product for my needs. It was a 26' L x 3' W HD aluminum EZ-Access ramp with double handrails & horizontal stiles at the top half (so my senior dogs would not fall off when walking down the ramp). The ramp was to be angled at about a 15-degree tilt from the top of my front porch down along my walkway.

I liked the size of the ramp and the price. But we were not 100% thrilled with Lifeway Mobility's installation. We had a discussion after the ramp was in. While they put it in, we had designs from the sales person. And when they did it, they just went right ahead, and I said, “This does not look like this.” The ramp wasn't exactly where we wanted it off the platform. It makes it a bit difficult when I have to maneuver the wheelchair or the transport chair with my husband in it.

The representative was okay as far as explaining how everything would work and the setup. But there was a little bit of lackadaisicalness. I had to keep calling to inquire when the installation was gonna happen because my mother was in need of the stairlift. I have two sets of stairs and I had to order two stairlifts. My mother goes up the first step and then she gets off. Then she walks up a step and she has to get on the second one. It fits on the edge because it's a straight stairlift. It's easy where you can put the seat up and you're able to put the arms up so you can walk by. So, that's decent. My mom has arthritis in her leg. She's 79 and has a touch of dementia, but she's able to maneuver well on her own. Using the stairlift is fairly easy for the person who needs it. It’s self-explanatory and it also comes with a remote control if needed.

I was very happy with Jose and Jake, I feel as though my stairlift may be fixed. Jose is always professional and very pleasant. Jake was also very pleasant. Both gentleman were also very respectful of my home. Jose is a great trainer of new personnel. Jake did as he was instructed. They worked very well together.

The salesperson of Lifeway Mobility came over and he walked me through it and told me what the deal was and what the cost would be. I said, "Okay." It was easy. Everything was fine. He was very professional and good. The installers told me how long the installation was gonna take and they did it and they were in and out very fast, nice and easy. I'm very satisfied with Lifeway Mobility. It does the job and does exactly what I need it to do. It allows me to get my wife in and out of the house without having to walk up and down the stairs.

It was a minor repair but I could not use the chair for almost two days.. I would have been essentially stuck in one place had I not had other ways to maneuver. This is not good customer service. Someone who is totally crippled cannot wait that long for service calls. The gentleman who came to the house was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable however! Absolutely not

According to their service man taking down the ramp, I was grossly overcharged for the install AND for the monthly rental fee. Company is obviously dishonest, and needs to be avoided because they will "bait and switch" you. We had the ramp taken down before any rental payments were made.

Justin was very professional and fully understood our needs. He wasn't pushy. Explained everything and answered all our questions and concerns. This will be a life changing experience for us and it was comforting to know that quality products are offered along with professional people. I had the lift installed for precautionary safety reasons! I will be using it to bring items up and down from my basement at this time. If I need to use it to walk up and down the steps in the future, it is there! The installer, Luis, was very professional and informative! Very happy with my purchase!

We just had our chair lift installed. The two technicians were very professional. The install took less than 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and provided an excellent tutorial. The product is extremely sturdy and the negotiation process was seamless. We evaluated other models and other installers. Lifeway Mobility had a comparable price but the decision was easier after reviewing their service capabilities and locations.

Lifeway Mobility Tech Shadoe was awesome. He was fast and very methodical in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my Mom’s Chairlift. He arrived on time and was able to quickly fix the problem. Hopefully, the chair will not have any problems going forward. Thanks again Shadoe... I will not hesitate to call Lifeway Mobility to get urgent help. They are very responsive and go the distance to help their customers.

Had chair fixed 1 month ago and problem returned along with other problems. Technicians called factory and their boss to explain problems and were told the manager would call me the next day, It is now 2 days later and still have not heard from anyone and no one has returned my 2 phone calls to them. This chair lift is not a luxury, but a necessity.

Josh was terrific. He kept me informed of his arrival time, including when traffic held him up. He explained everything and completed the install quickly. Terrific customer service. Josh demonstrated the correct use of the chair lift and had me get it out. I was so glad to have the chair lift installed on time and with no issues.

The agents were very courteous during the sales visit. They pulled out the various pamphlets where they gave us some history as well as some of the features of each of their chair-lifter merchandise as well as the price and the warranty. And upon the questions we asked of them, they were able to provide us with what would be more beneficial for my mom's need in selecting the right chair-lifter for her. After the installation, the installers gave a short demonstration of how to use it. We have two landings and we have a chair-lifter on the first landing. Then, my mother can just walk two steps into the second chair to go upstairs to her bedroom. Lifeway’s merchandise and quality are excellent along with their customer service.

We had two of the stairlifts and had to have them come and take the second one out ‘cause it wasn't working for us. We called them 15 times. The guy that installed it was good but the service department would not return our calls.

The sales rep was very good and quite attentive. But especially a young lady named Katie, their receptionist, was really good too. They were on it whatever I needed. I got the outdoor wheelchair lift. Lifeway made sure everything went well. When my lift wouldn't work, they got a repairman right out to me. I was happy about that because I can't get in and out without it. So it was a good experience. They've been pretty good. The only thing I don't like about it is that it has no top when it's raining or snowing.

The young man from Lifeway Mobility came over and showed me the product. I already knew in my head what I wanted. And he was able to show me stuff that they had that fit what I wanted. The young man who handled the sale also came in and helped put the ramps in and made sure they were put in right was a very nice man, very business-like and made sure the work was high quality. So, I was impressed. They scheduled it. They told me how long it would take and called me a couple of days before what they said to schedule to put them in. I had my ramps in within a couple of weeks. I go in and out a lot more to sit outside. And it's easy to get in with the arm rails. So, I feel safe on them.

The LIfeway technician arrived on time and installed the unit in less than 1.5 hours. When the installation was completed, he gave us a complete explanation of the operation and safety features of the unit and left the area neat and clean. Very professional! I would recommend Lifeway Mobility to anyone considering a stairlift.

I was very specific about what we needed, and the person from Lifeway who designed the product was really helpful and was able to give us exactly what we needed. We have a small breezeway that attaches our house to the garage, so we wanted to be able to wheel the wheelchair out through the door to the breezeway. So, we needed a little mat that's inclined. It's a little ramp on the inside and outside of the door to the house, and then we went across the breezeway. We had another little ramp that brought us onto the larger ramp. It's inside the garage, which works really well, so my husband isn't exposed to rain, snow and sleet. We go right from the house across the breezeway, which is covered, and then into the garage. It works out really well. The installation was easy and quick. The guy was here on time. The ramp was very nice and clean even though we opted for the used materials. The guy was very helpful and got it done really fast.

Lifeway Mobility has been great. Everything's been wonderful. They were responsive. We had a repair needed at one point and they took care of that right away. So, everything has been handled very nicely and professionally. A gentleman was here and out very quickly. He did the installation very quickly and very efficiently. He was here the same time as the person who was bringing the hospital bed at the time, and they were very accommodating to each other. I would recommend Lifeway and I would use them again if need be.

Lifeway sent a representative out and he had some brochures. He showed me all the different models. He was good and technical. He measured everything, gave us a few options, and very quickly set up what we needed. I got the mid-tier for my dad, which was a tracked stairlift that went up the main stairs at my parent's house, and it had an automatic foot retractor. When you flip the seat up, the footrest also flips up.

Ivan was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable regarding the repair of my chair lift. He diagnosed the problem I called about within minutes and proceeded to repair quickly and efficiently. I was very delighted with his work and caring attitude. I would not hesitate to have him return. He is an asset to his company.

The reps were great in terms of asking questions of how the unit will be used and things like whether my wife was left-handed or right-handed. We did two different staircase levels and they were terrific in making sure they understood our needs as they went ahead and planned the unit. They did a great job on the install and the installer was a real gentleman. He was very thorough, interactive, and amazingly quick. The stairlift works very well and when we're not using it, we're able to use the staircases effectively. It's everything we could have wanted and everything it was built up to be.

My experience with them was very professional. Being a big purchase having a stairlift, all the questions were answered by the person who arranged for me to purchase the product. I have this narrow stairway to the basement that I never thought anything could fit through there. That was one of the things that caused me to doubt whether I should get a stairlift. But the salesperson explained that it could be done and it was. There were different options and those were explained to me and I was very impressed with the installation. The guy who came was very quick and professional and he answered any questions. I was very satisfied with the service.

The motor on my Gamburd Stair chair was not working. They diagnosed the problem on the first visit, replaced the brushes to get the lift operational and informed me that they would order a new motor. The Technicians arrived as expected and were polite and completed the repair quickly. The chair was once again working as designed. In addition, they fixed another problem that I had by cleaning the copper strips. Thank you for your service!

There was no sales pressure. All options were fully explained. The installation procedure was well explained, quickly scheduled, and executed. Installer arrived exactly at scheduled time and installed ramp exactly within time quoted (90 minutes). No would wasted motions. All people dealt with were polite, truthful, respectful, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone considering having a handicap ramp installed for themselves or for anyone in their family or social group.

I like the fact that the materials came from and that the stairlifts are made in the United States. And it's a family-run business, which I also like.

I contacted Lifeway Mobility, the guy came out, gave me a quote, and had the stairlift installed a week later. They were easy to work with. The team there was terrific. They made one thing in my life that was full of difficult things easy, so I will forever appreciate it. I would refer Lifeway mobility to anyone.

We visited the Lifeway Mobility site and saw the product. I looked at how it was paid and it was more expensive than some, but it looked like a good choice. The installers were good and it took them about two thirds of a day to complete the job. We got the stairlift that's indoor and it works pretty well. But sometimes my wife changes her mind about using it and she walks up the stairs. So it's like having a tool that works when you need it.

They came out, looked at the area, and took measurements. Then they discussed cost and provided a quote. It was a good experience. They put in our stairchair and we enjoyed it. It has a battery backup, which is its best feature. It works very well. It fits our needs.

My parents have two sets of stairs to get up to the second floor. So, there's the main set, a landing, a turn and another set. The salesman explained the options and how it would work in an understandable way for my dad and mother to grasp the need for the chair. The salesman was kind, courteous and willing to answer my father's sometimes crazy questions. He was very patient and understanding with them and making sure that they understood. And the pricing was agreeable. My mother had gotten a quote before and this company was cheaper. The stairlift came in just a couple of weeks. We had a favorable experience with Lifeway Mobility.

Excellent experience with Lifeway Mobility. All employees we were in contact with were very professional, respectful of our time, and provided solutions to our needs. The rep answered all our questions and the installers were very knowledgeable of their product and easy to work with. They completed the install in a short amount of time with no cleanup required. We had a wonderful experience with the installation of our chair lift. The installer, Jovan, arrived right on time. He had not been told that the stairs were concrete, so had to fetch some materials at the local hardware store. He hardly took time for lunch, and after he finished he cleaned everything up superbly. The sales person explained how all would work, but Jovan went over it again, which was appreciated. Seeing is better than hearing. Very happy with all involved!

I've had the chair from Lifeway Mobility for a while and I love it. It's a wonderful product. My grandkids said, "Oh, get in the chair. Stop walking upstairs." They also feel that it's a wonderful device. They are all for it. They're trying to make sure that I don't walk up the stairs anymore. I just ride my chair up and down. My stairlift is straight. The installation team explained to me what they were doing and how they were gonna do it. I have no landing. It's a straight staircase up. They even explained to me that the space between the stairs, with some of the stairs, was more than normal, but they could make it work and they got to working. They did everything in one day. So far, so good.

The Lifeway Mobility sales rep we worked with was very nice and knowledgeable. The installation of our wheelchair ramps was good. It was very quick. The gentleman was very nice too.

I'm Michael's caregiver. We got two stairlifts from Lifeway Mobility. The first stairlift Michael got goes from the garage to the first floor to the kitchen door. It's a narrow staircase. They said the stairlift was a three-quarter size. The problem was, Michael would get in it and ride to the top of the stairs, and he needed to rotate at 90 degrees. However, there was a door jamb. So, he could only turn a quarter of the way. He had to fumble to get his legs around to get out. The next day, I brought over the carpenter and he cut the door jamb off. So, Michael could sit in the chair and it would turn over. The second stairlift goes to the second floor.

Our service technician responded promptly to our call. After troubleshooting the problem he was able to access a video that allowed the completion of the repair. Our stairlift is working perfectly and my husband can again access his favorite room! It has been a pleasure to work with Lifeway Mobility.

From the initial meeting with the sales consultant to the installation of the wheelchair ramp, I was impressed with the promptness in scheduling, the details provided, and the professionalism of the employees. I had the Lifeway Mobility representative, Giovanni, come to our home to determine the best option for installing a chair lift on our staircase. My 100 year old mother-in-law will need this lift to get up and down the stairs from her bedroom to our main living area. Giovanni did a wonderful job in explaining what the various options were for our situation. Additionally, he recommended a swivel chair for the bathtub that my mother-in-law will be using to take a shower. I couldn't be happier with his service!

The rep from Lifeway was very detail-oriented and came out almost immediately to do measurements and go over it with me. I got a curved stairlift and it was customed to go up my stairs and around my staircase. The installation was great. The stairlift was exactly what we asked for. We ended up having to have a harness put on it to hold my husband up as we went up. It's convenient for me because he can't climb stairs any longer.

We had a little hiccup on the installation of our Lifeway Mobility Stairlift. We had to go back and redo it. The way it came up to the door did not work right. The porch section was as wide as the door and a couple of inches above the porch. It kept falling off the edge when you stepped to open the door. But he came back and put in a bigger platform. So we had to pay more. But they came up with a solution for it. We bought a used stairlift. Except for one dent, it does not look used. It's held up pretty well.

The installation of our stairlift was quick. It was just one person and he did good work. The stairlift is functioning well. However, I came across one issue, which would be very minor. We went with an auto close. Sometimes it would close but immediately open again and stay open. It has probably something to do with the alignment. I tried to move it around a little bit. Now, 90% of the time it works fine. My mom is very happy with the stairlift. It feels like a lot of flexibility and she doesn't have to worry about going down.

Eric was Pleasant, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Did what he was supposed to do and explained what he did in a way I could understand. The repair was pretty standard but he went the extra mile and looked all the parts to be sure everything was working correctly. Thank you for your service.

Recently had a maintenance call. Can't say enough about the efficiency and kindness of the Lifeway's staff. Customer service set up an appointment within two days of my call. The fellow who arrived was friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently. I wish every company I deal with had the staff that Lifeway Mobility employs!!

The two personnel that came to my home were very nice and very professional. The sales and install were both well done. Our only concern was that the chair had a rip in the upholstery, but I knew that it was used so I should not complain. My pastor is coming by, thinking about the Elite for the church and one of my neighbor's plans to come by and see our new chairlift with possible plans to add one to his home.

When I was putting a stairlift in for my 92-year-old mother, I was sold the incorrect one. When I complained about it, the man said it would cost me another 10+ thousand dollars to have a custom stairlift made. I feel I was taking advantage of. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I’ve told all my friends about this.

The person who installed and the person who came out and did measurements kept up on time and were efficient. So far, so good.

I like the people and the product. The installer was on time and did a good job. He was very nice. We had to have two chair lifts because I have a front staircase, a back staircase and a landing in the middle. The installer did it in one morning. The chair lifts were a bit larger and bulkier than I thought they would be. But the installation was done on time.

I spoke to someone over the phone to make an appointment and then, someone came to do an assessment. The person was very knowledgeable about the product and how much space I needed to get. The stairway was too small for my husband's height. So, we just braced on how we can make more space. I got the stairs widened and she called back to follow up about a month later. Then she came back out to measure and make sure my husband would fit.

The rep explained everything better than the other three people we had talked to. He was good. The installers were wonderful and we’re very pleased with the quality of the stairlift. Working with Lifeway Mobility makes going up and down a staircase a whole lot easier.

I like the stairlifts. My husband does too. My knees aren't as bad as his, but I still use it to bring my groceries up. We didn’t mind paying the price. It was okay. The people who did the installation were good. I had to call them back because something was going on with the remotes and the man was very nice.

We bought a stairlift system from Lifeway Mobility and it's been excellent. It’s straight and fits very well in the stairwell. The installers were quick, efficient, polite and clean. The stairlift makes it possible for the older people in my house to get up the stairs.

The Lifeway rep was very nice and explained everything. The guys who installed the chair were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. It was an easy experience having it put in. However, the first chair that was sent wasn't working. So, we had to wait for another one to come. The quality of the chair is very good. Although the outside one we're having a little issue with. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But it might have been the electrical one blowing my tripped wire.

Purchase of equ was great as was installation. The issue came when I tried to get a service person to take care of a squeak in arm rest. Customer service was non-existent. Continual voice mail and NEVER returning calls or answering phone. After many attempts called different numbers and got a man named Nathan from a different who helped me talk to a real person. But after that took many attempts to get a serviceman out and then after several weeks, trying to find out about part that needed to be replaced. Worst customer service. Took my money and ....Never recommend them to anyone. Front office is cause of this negative review.

The installer was extremely competent. He explain everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. You are lucky to have him. He showed me how the chair lift worked. How I should react to a power outage. He touched all bases. I am very happy with his performance.

The technician from Lifeway arrived on time. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do. He made some suggestions that enhanced the experience. He was fast and efficient but worked at a good pace. Once finished he showed us how the lift worked, let us try it out before he would leave. All in all it was flawless.

From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. First with seeing and trying the product, discussing installation and use — through selection of the product and pricing — and finally, installation and use — ALL have been at a high level of service. I am SO glad we chose THIS company versus the competition in our area.

From first contact to final installation, it took less than 2 weeks. I purchased 2 chair lifts (from 1st floor to basement and 1st floor to 2nd floor). Wife broke hip in May 2023. Installation was no problem; took about 1/2 day total for both. My wife is so grateful for them. She is an artist and has her studio in the basement. They are also very useful to move heavy objects between floors. I am very satisfied with the appearance, the installation and the service it performs!

I was able to talk to live person. We got all our questions answered. I wish we asked more about the buy back price and value scale. No issues with installment or un installment. The initial presentation was very thorough and easy to understand. Giovanni was responsive to all our questions. He and Lifeway Mobility were easy to work with and understanding when an installation date had to be changed. We had a switchback stair situation with small platform at the turnaround point. Gio and Alex performed the installation very quickly, under two hours. There was a small problem that was handled immediately and corrected later the same day as the installation. So far, we couldn’t be happier with the unit.

Also the team on my job was the beast to work with, easy to get along with and master at what they do.

I called and immediately a Lifeway tech came out and repaired the rail. There were a couple of loose screws and metal was sticking up, preventing my mom from riding smoothly. After the repairs, my ninety-one year old mom is very happy, and the seat does not stop and jerk when she ascends the staircase.

Lifeway Mobility provided outstanding service from the sales portion to installation. They communicate very efficiently and provide detail of what will be expected from them. Our chairlift stopped mid track. The chairlift is an essential need for us. We called Lifeway Mobility. Alex was able get a technician to come the same day. Denzel came and diagnosed the problem. He was able to quickly get the chairlift operational. He explained the problem to us and said it would be well documented in the file. Great service. Remote controls do not work well. The chair stops and starts especially if you are trying to move it up or down without sitting in it. It is hard to pivot the chair to the right at the top of the stairs making it difficult to get out of the chair safely.

We have had the stairlift for a few months now and it makes life so much easier. The salesman, David **, from Life Mobility, was prompt and explained everything efficiently. We understood all about the Bruno stairlift. It was installed about a week earlier than expected and that was great. It works as expected. We have had no problems with it, and a few people have come over to see how it works.

A ramp was built on time for me to come home. My daughter forgot to give the doctor’s signature to get the tax off. She sent a picture the next day, but could not get the money. I am somewhat disappointed. The ramp is very nice and looks good. I think it is a shame that insurance will pay for a wheelchair and not the ramp to get in and out of the house. The ramp was installed in the rain after the person who was to do the work quit the day before. Thank you for making it possible for me to come home. I had tried several different people to get a ramp, but was told they could not do it, or it would be a month or more. I was under a deadline and could not wait to have it installed. I am living alone and could not have someone here later.

Lifeway Mobility was able to get out the soonest to give me a quote and they came out. Their rep was very good, helpful, quick and professional. I was there when he showed up and I had to leave. It went very smoothly. And they were done in under a couple of hours. They demonstrated to my dad how to work it. It works good. They did a great job and cleaned up.

I like Lifeway's product. The salesperson is a great person. He is very engaging. One of the reasons I pursued this was because he was able to answer all of my questions and able to explain whatever I asked. He did a great job. When the first person came to install, I faced some issues. He did not do a great job, and somehow, he missed out to explain to me. A little bit of noise was there, which I pointed out when he installed but he told me initially, “Yeah, let me first finish it, and then I'll fix it.”

Our salesman, Pete **, was very helpful in explaining the attributes of the Lifeway Mobility stairlift. I like that it was founded by veterans since my husband, who will be using the chair, was also a veteran. We were impressed with the warranty and the reliability of the product. The price of the stairlift chair was also very affordable. We expect to be able to use this product for many years to come.

The sales rep from Lifeway Mobility seemed very knowledgeable. Now that I have the stairlift, it's easy for me to get up and down the stairs. So, that's been a plus.

Everything was great with the Lifeway reps. I left a number and they called me back. The installer was wonderful and he was very fast. So far, I love the mobile chair. It was much cheaper than I expected and I got the yearly warranty thing on it, which is good. Our stair chair is the one that the bottom part can lift up if you want to open the door. It's a new design because we couldn't do that with our previous one that was an older model. The Lifeway stairlift is a better chair and it makes me happier. Also, since I already have an Acorn lift and I'm not happy with how they respond to things, Lifeway was a big improvement.

When I was talking to Lifeway about stairlifts, any question I had, they were good to answer. Their installer was wonderful, too. He talked to me a lot while he was doing it and we had some laughs. I got two straight stairlifts because of the price and I use them to go up and down to a basement where I live. I'm very happy with my stairlifts.

The installer was focused on his work which he completed to our satisfaction. When finished he had us try to machine and showed how to keep the rail "greased". The lift in the garage was tilted at the top stop so he opened up that area and once he had fixed it, it worked just fine.

Lifeway Gamburd in Sylmar was able to schedule a repair only a day or two after my call. The technician, Alex, was great from start to finish. The sensor cover had fallen off the footrest on my Bruno Elan stairlift, likely as a result of my accidentally allowing the chair to bang into the closet door at the bottom. Not only did he reattach the cover, he also adjusted the tilt of the seat and thoroughly inspected the chair and its functioning from top to bottom. When he discovered a broken part, he went back to the office 20 minutes away then replaced it the same morning. I was impressed by his knowledge, skill and personability.

My experience with Lifeway Mobility has been excellent from the salesman to the installer as well as the phone contacts. Everyone is extremely nice and very professional. The stairlift looks great and is easy to use. It makes me feel safe and relieves my mind regarding my upcoming operation. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Daniel M, from the Baltimore office also was very friendly, engaged with us, explained in detail, and had us both try the stairlift. He cleaned up the stairs and was just great!

Lifeway was very helpful in this trying time. My husband had his leg amputated in Aug. I called Lifeway and they responded immediately. They designed a ramp for us and it was installed today. Jorge was the installer. He was very professional, answered our questions and was a pleasure to work with.

Jacob was an awesome sales guy. He really was a plus because he was very professional and he explained everything every step of the way, showed me the different types of models that might work in our particular home. I got two chairlifts. One goes up three steps, and another one goes up the other steps. The first one is inside the house, going from the first floor to the second floor and the second one is outside, and you take it from the ground up to the porch. One of the features that I like about them both is that it turns you out towards the landing, and you can lock it and get off of it safely. It also had a good price. The installation went well too. The installer was able to do it in a day. He was efficient and left no mess. But they had to make these chairlifts especially for our house, so it took time.

When there was a problem with the operation of the stairlift Lifeway Mobility sent a service tech within a day. He was able to correct the malfunction and get the lift back into operation. Because my wife patricia has back problems she is totally dependent on the stairlift, so we appreciate fast service of lifeway mobility.

I called Lifeway and they were responsive. They came out and did an estimate, and we paid the initial deposit. For a while, we decided we weren't going to go ahead with it and we couldn't get the deposit back. But later on, we ended up moving forward. The sales rep was good and did a good job on the unit. We weren't in when the stairlift was installed and we asked the installer to come back out to show us and to make sure it was operating properly. That took a few phone calls. We left a few messages before we got their attention to come back out again but they did. The stairlift is installed and operational. Hopefully, it will work well.

Everything was super smooth. Lifeway made everything very easy and answered all of our questions. The tub is easy to use and if we ever have problems, they're available for service calls very easily. All in all, Lifeway has been excellent.

Both my wife and I are 81 years old. We were starting to have trouble trying to climb over the tub into the shower and take a shower on a daily basis. We heard about being able to cut away the tubs so you would have a walkway to go in very easily. We currently live in two different mobiles. One is a camper we use during the summer and the other one is a camper we use in the winter.

I liked the price of Lifeway Mobility. Their rep explained everything to a tee and that took over an hour. She was very personable, social, and professional. I had an outdoor ramp installed and that fits perfectly in our home. A single guy came for the installation and he did a wonderful job. I now have free mobility to go outside with my wheelchair. Lifeway is wonderful and their website told me everything I wanted to know.

The reps have been extremely responsive and professional throughout all of our interactions. I found Lifeway Mobility online and because of my first call with them, that was the only company I explored. Somebody came out to the house, did all our measurements and made some recommendations. The rep was very honest, didn't try to upsell us anything, asked all about my mother-in-law who we needed it for and gave us an estimate and some measurements for a two-case ramp.

My service was wonderful. They had to come back. They didn't give me the right thing at first. But that was not a big deal. The installer was lovely. He was here all day and he put the correct one. The stairlift creates great ease for me to go up and down the steps. I like the speed of it. It's slow. It's good, so far. The seat is a little loose. But I am gonna call them.

The person who installed my Chair Lift was very friendly, professional and did the job in a quick and thorough way. He demonstrated how to use the chair and answered any questions I had. I called him back the next day because I had a problem with the chair and he came back right away and showed me how to remedy the situation. Sales experience was excellent. (!) After that, not so much. I purchased 2 used Bruno stairlifts from them. Installation was overdue by a week from the original schedule. I was unable to be present for the installation or it would have gone better, but one of the lifts was installed without making provision for the fact that the stairway is slightly tilted to one side; so instead of leveling that lift with shims it was installed with the seat tilted downwards, tending to dump an invalid passenger out of it. When I tried to contact Lifeway about that, I was unable to reach a live person, and no one called me back.

I am writing to convey my thanks to Lifeway Mobility Sales Rep Bob **. I purchased a new chair lift from him and was so pleased, I purchased a second (used) chair lift for my basement. I now joke that my two-story home is now a "ranch" as the lifts allow me to avoid my stairs, make my life so much easier and allow me to remain in my home. However last week, my first floor chairlift started beeping. I called Customer Service and while awaiting a return call, I reached out to Bob. He offered multiple suggestions to help troubleshoot the problem.

Lifeway Mobility has better ramps than some other places. The young lady that initially talked to me about the ramp was very professional. I was gonna go with another company at first but what impressed me was the fact that she said that when my husband doesn't need it anymore, they could take it up and store it. She was very knowledgeable when one company wasn't knowledgeable enough for me.

Pete and Wayne showed up with a sketch as to how the shower was to be modified for my daughter's safety. They worked their magic and it the shower turned out better than I imagined. On top of their excellent craftsmanship, they were tidy, pleasant and professional. I couldn't recommend them more highly and hope to be able to use them in the future.

I purchased a lift for my Sister with a guarantee that if for any reason I could return the Lift for a 60% refund. My sister's health declined 2 mo. Two mo. After installing it was necessary to place my sister in a assisted living facility. I attempted to return the lift and their first offer was only $500.00. When I showed them the contract they offered the 60%. However after they removed the lift the check provided was not for the 60% but shorted by over $650.00. They did not live up to the contract. I would never trust this company nor do business with them.

The team at Lifeway Mobility was highly professional and worked hard to complete the bathroom remodel on time. They worked around my schedule and the quality of their product and workmanship was very good. I would use them for additional projects and believe they stand behind their work.

My experience with Lifeway has been very positive. Isaiah promised to be at our house on June 14 and reinstall the Bruno chairlift which was in storage for 6 years. Everything went well. when I had some alarms, calling him on the phone helped me diagnose the problem and fix it.

I have called two times to have someone look at my install. "I'll get to you" was the only response. No one ever got back to me. I will call Lowe's next week. That is who I paid for the project. I talked with Melissa at ** two weeks ago and Andy ** at ** this week..

Sales agent described product thoroughly, explained features, answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate. Called back, to see what I thought. I was hoping there would be a (gently used) product available, at a lower cost. None were. Also explained, that I'd have to hire an electrician, to install an outlet to connect product to.

The rep that I spoke with, David, was very prepared. I went with Lifeway Mobility because they were supposed to be faster but they sent the thing and all the pieces didn't come so they had to wait. Also, the ride is bumpy but it's saving on my knees. I'm satisfied.

Care and winter maintenance was discussed and it is very easily cleaned and the leaves and pine needles can be blown off the ramp. If the ramp is wet, the ribbing on the ramp provide adequate traction for safety.

We’ve been very loyal customers for ~8 years. We are moving houses and I had been in regular contact with sales for a few months to get estimates & timelines. We’re moving chairlifts from one house to another. So approx. 3 weeks before our move—I reached out to sales and I was mailed that there’s a change in plans. There are some internal processes and another group (service department) will need to handle my case. They will require a technician to come out which is mandatory and cost me another $250 just to evaluate if the equipment can be moved…and the first available appointment is July 10, which is one week after our move. After that, we can set up a time to do the actual move of the chairlift or we will be told if they’re not compatible and if we need new ones.

I was hoping the company would offer end to end service to install a lift system. Customer needs to find architect and builder and get the permits and have the site ready prior to the install. This is unfortunate since customer often has their own business to run and is not knowledgeable in these areas.

Though I live in Alexandria Virginia the ramp was needed for my daughter’s home in Charlotte NC for when I planned to visit. It was exactly what I needed and was installed on the day I requested. My only problem was that the cost of a one month rental was very high.

The salesman I had was knowledgeable. He was also courteous, friendly and professional. The installer was the same. We had a chairlift installed in our home to go to the lower level of our home, which we use daily. We had another chair installed outside taking us down to our boat. The experience with Lifeway was very positive. I was amazed at how clear, fast, and effective it was. My wife was in the late stages of terminal cancer. They would normally say it would take 7 to 10 days before they could get things out, but in that circumstance, the salesperson said, “We'll see if we can get that ‘cause the circumstances are at least rare, if not unique.” So, they were able to do that. They were very clear on what it is that we were getting, its cost, what it covered, and it went very rapidly. In less than a week, they came out and they installed it. The installer was excellent. It only took about an hour and a half from start to finish. Then he told me everything that I needed to do by way of maintenance and so, it felt thorough and quick. So, I like that. The quality of the stairlift is excellent. So, we use it frequently.

The pictures and video about Lifeway's stairlifts online showed how easy it was to use and their pricing plan was very nice, especially with the senior discount. The guy we worked with, George, walked us through and was very helpful about that. Michael, the guy who helped build the stairlift, was helpful as well. They got everything done in no time and so far, it's been great. My grandmother got the hang of it. There was an initial problem with the armrest, but the guy came back in no time and fixed that. So, she has no problem with using it whatsoever and she loves it. They need to make either the footboard or the chair a bit wider but my grandmother was still able to get into the chair because she was saying her legs are short.

I liked the options that Lifeway Mobility provides as far as used or new equipment. I called them, they answered right away, and we set everything up. The customer service was great and the quick response was surprising. The installation was performed the very next week. The stairlift clashes with the whole set-up of our home. But we gotta sacrifice a bit of it. The equipment is good-looking and works perfectly. I like that I can lock it for safety and tilt it sideways to sit down on it, and I can easily hop on and off. Living in a two-story home with bedrooms on the second floor is always challenging for older people. So, the fact that that option is there, it brings some peace of mind.

They were very kind and quick. We had a little issue. The person that was supposed to come and install the stairlift got COVID the day of installation, so he couldn't come, but they knew I needed it. So they had somebody come out on a Sunday and they don't usually do. It was there before Monday when I needed it. It was really nice. The quality of the stairlift is really good. It works well.

The installation was a little rocky in the beginning because the sales rep thought that they'd be able to put the chairlift into my stairs outside. But when they got there to install it, it got ripped right out of the brick. So we had to have a masonry person, not through Lifeway, come and cut out holes in our stairs, and add cement. Then Lifeway came back and installed the chairlift, and it was fine. The chairlift is really sturdy and very safe. We also had Lifeway do a tub cut for us, turning the tub into a shower back into a tub kind of thing. We posted it on TikTok, and it's gone viral.

I have arthritis, osteoporosis, and Parkinson's. I was also having back surgery and I knew that I needed some help in the meantime with the stairs. A caregiver and a neighbor knew of someone who had one of those stairlift systems and was happy with it. I talked to her before having Lifeway Mobility come in and show me what they had available. The representative was very good and efficient. He wasn't one of those salesy types that pushes anything. He was just very knowledgeable about the technical side of the product and all those considerations in coming up with something that would work. When considering Lifeway, take your time and do the work. One of the reasons I went with Lifeway was they offered a model that is made in the US and I wanted to stick with something made here.

Daniel was very knowledgeable. He sold us the $5,000 chair. But then he realized that that chair was too small, so they sent us the heavier weight chair. Which was good because we needed it, but it was $6,000. The first installation was okay. The installer was very nice. He hooked up something that caused my circuit to break. He was running an electric drill off the bathroom. Other than that, everything went fine. He installed it in about an hour and a half. Then we needed the second chair. We had the same installer, but he had an assistant with them. They got there at about 10:15. They didn't leave my house till about 5:00.

Glen, the salesperson, did a good job. We enjoyed the presentation. We went to a showroom and also liked that we could touch, ride and feel the stairlift. The installer, Louis, explained everything and showed us how to operate the stairlift. We felt comfortable that we'd be able to let my mom know how to deal with that equipment. He answered all our questions and cleaned up everything after him. The only minor inconvenience is when the chair turns, sometimes you need to find this perfect position where it locks. Sometimes you need to go back and forth a little bit. You need to adjust a little bit and before this adjustment happens, you cannot move.

I went over to their facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and talked to a gentleman there and looked at a demonstrator unit they had and signed up for it. We went through the different aspects of how to install it, where it goes, and how it works. Then three weeks later, they said they would be there to install the stairlift, and they did. The gentleman showed me how to operate it, and it took about 10 minutes, and we were done. The stairlift works very well. It seems like a very high quality unit.

The rep was outstanding and the installation was very efficient and neat. The communication was excellent in terms of keeping us informed of when things were happening and how they're gonna be done. I was very impressed. The techs provided friendly service and they were very clean. They finished that day. The quality is excellent and I've been using the Lifeway frequently. It has made a huge difference in my ability to get to the things I need upstairs.

I liked the price of Lifeway. Their sales guy was the best and they were able to get the stairlift to me the fastest. The installation was very seamless and professional. There was a lot of attention to detail. The installers were very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. So far, the stairlift works perfectly. It has a very smooth operation and it's very safe. We're really pleased with it.

The tech was fine. The only thing I had a problem with was the remote control which didn't work really well. They didn't spend enough time with that part of it and wanted to get on. It was like they were running late for another appointment. But otherwise, they did a good job. The stairlift is a big investment and I use it all the time going up and down the stairs. I definitely recommend investing in one. I have an appointment on Friday with someone who will check out the remote.

The reps really helped us and we had a really good experience during the sales visit. The installation was fast and the techs were very professional. The weather was not great for them so we had them set up where they could put some stuff in the living room. They were really good about that. The Lifeway stairlift really helped for the few weeks that we could use it for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use it that long as she passed, but it was very good. I talked to their rep Katie a lot and she helped so much. It was back and forth on what we needed and she was really understanding. I really appreciated that.

The rep answered a lot of questions and gave me options I didn't know about. The installer did such a good job and he cleaned everything up. I was really pleased because they had to drill into my steps and that was worrying me. He made sure that there wasn't anything more that he had to do. My mother loves it when she uses it. It's just that she's very timid about it at times. But there was nothing more Lifeway could have done to help us. They did a great job.
