Very professional and the products are high quality. One day install was achieved. I have told all of my friends with stair challenges. I should have had it installed years ago. I was thinking about a master bedroom suite on the down stairs level. They told me that the price would be near 200 thousand dollars. I priced the stairlift and time for the remodel and the stairlift was a lot cheaper. I paid a little over 7 thousand. Steve

A quick review from South Jersey: We needed a stair lift on short notice, and Lifeway Mobility came through. They scheduled us with our representative, Steve, right away, and he walked us through options that fit our budget. Once we signed the contract, installation was scheduled just a couple of days later. Our installer, Brandon, was outstanding. He arrived on time and worked efficiently without cutting corners. He took the time to explain the system thoroughly, answered all of our questions.

Installer did a great job and answered all questions. There was a slight delay from the originally scheduled time, and we got a call to tell us about the delay and the reason for the delay. Very satisfied with the service!

I've been using my chairlift for about 10 days now. I absolutely love it! I think Lifeway Mobility's purchasing process is wonderful. The salesman, Neil, was thorough and professional. He projected warmth and understanding. The turn around time for installation was about 2 weeks. The installation was done in no time. The installer was considerate and helpful in use and understanding of chairlift. He even gave me a warning when loud noise would happen. It's everything they described and more.

We had Lifeway Mobility come out and they had the better review, so we went that way. We found them on the internet and got a stairlift for my in-laws. Given their current mobility, we did it for future purposes.

We had a guest stay with us for six months who could not use stairs. As we have a two-story home, we rented a stairlift for those six months. The installation was professional, thorough and prompt. And when it came for it to be returned/uninstalled, we experienced the same wonderful service and one cannot even tell that there had ever been a stairlift installed!

Thomas was great, knowledgeable, kind and helped us find a chairlift that would meet our needs. We started off wanting the Harmon chairlift, but it did not have all the automated functions we wanted. Thomas then contacted us about the Bruno Elan chairlift. It has the automated features we wanted. He had it in stock and it was installed in about a week. He explained all the features and was very knowledgeable about the various chairlifts and the pro’s and con’s of each. We believe we made the right choice for us. Thank you, Thomas.

My first contact with Haley for the original quote was an excellent experience. She was quick, professional, and knowledgeable in assessing my needs. After my deposit, I did have two reschedules on the installation, which was difficult as my work schedule always changes. The installation was performed today. The installer was professional and was quick and accurate in getting the ramp installed. The ramp is excellent and sturdy, everything I expected. Other than the small glitch in scheduling, I would recommend Lifeway Mobility and their products to anyone. I am very satisfied.

The agent that came out to the house to measure for the wheelchair ramp was great! The turnaround time to get the ramp set up was also good, and did not take much time at all from the initial meeting to the day it was set up. We ordered a used ramp and it looked brand new. The guys that came to set it up were very knowledgeable and had it done in less than two hours. The cost of the used ramp was better than having a new wooden one built and could be done in the winter.

We had a stairlift installed for a loved one this March, and I must say it has been perfect for our needs. The installers were very detailed and made sure everything was set up just right.

We got two stair lifts from Lifeway Mobility, one for each half, as it was more economical than customizing a single curved lift. My mom uses them multiple times a day without any issues—everything operates smoothly. Although, if I had to wish for one improvement, it would be for a bit more speed—but I understand that safety is the priority. It’s a bit of a family joke with my daughter who commented on how it could use a "turbo" button during a Facetime chat.

I went with Lifeway Mobility for a ramp installation, which I found online. The ramp has been functioning perfectly, with no quality issues so far. It's significantly improved our lives by facilitating easier movement for someone who is wheelchair-bound. They did an excellent job with the installation. Overall, we've found the service to be incredibly beneficial.

Lifeway Mobility Installation team were great! They were efficient, installation was done very professionally, cleaned up after themselves, gave a thorough lesson on how to operate the Bruno chairlift. They have a great follow up service program!

🚨 Warning to families with elderly parents. 🚨 We bought a stairlift for my dad only 6 months ago. Yesterday it broke down and left him stranded in the garage—he couldn’t walk upstairs. I called the company over and over. Guess who answered? Sales. Guess who didn’t? Service. No one cared. In the end, we had to call the fire department to carry my dad upstairs. Imagine how unsafe, humiliating, and dangerous this was. This company only cares about selling, not safety. Please, don’t trust their ads about “comfort for older people.” Protect your loved ones—don’t buy from them.

Ordering this was easy. I called one day and a few days later a representative came out and I had installed a week later. I now can go to my basement safely. I use at least 4x a day. Most days more often. I don't feel so helpless after having a stroke. Lifeway was so helpful and easy to work with. I have recommended to others. AND made in USA.

I contacted Lifeway Mobility because I had been given 36 linear feet of your product that was manufactured in 2018. I assumed I could match it (the salesperson - Cammeron, never hinted that it might be a different build) Which it was, we created the ramp that our community member needed but never could get old and new to work together. When I asked if I could return unused parts (complete sections -) I was told I would receive about 50-60 % of the value back. I understand restocking fees... but that is just criminal. I wouldn't recommend Lifeway Mobility to anyone.

I was extremely unhappy with the result of my bathroom remodel, converting the tub to a walk in shower. First, both the salesman and the construction manager were deceptive about the time the job would take. They independently said it was a 3 day job, but it was 6 days and they had to come back after that to correct their mistakes. It was actually 3 WEEKS before the errors were corrected. There was one error that I have to live with. The communication was terrible. They charged my credit card and I waited 1.5 weeks to hear from them, then I called them to ask about scheduling. I would never recommend them.

Very pleased with everyone we dealt with at Lifeway Mobility. Informative, friendly and helpful. They came in to our home to speak with us and assess what we needed. The chairlift worked great and was the perfect size. Pleased that we could rent rather than buy. I have no complaints. Great company.

Reached out. Received a timely response. Salesperson detailed, not pushy; patiently addressed all queries and went over scenarios/options with me. The technician/installer was pleasant, super polite, communicative and skilled. Did a great job and left the space spotless. All telephone personnel were pleasant and polite. The only issue was a manufacturers circuit board which caused the stairlift to freeze. However the issue was investigated, identified and rectified in a timely manner. Very pleased to have Gregg, Jon and Michael on the team who assisted me as well Allison, Brenda and Tabatha from the office side.

Our Stair Lift was installed at the end of February this year. From the beginning of the process in October until the final installation, Geoffrey ** was there to support us and keep us informed. The men who installed the stair lift were professional and completed the installation very quickly. This was an amazing experience, and we are so glad we chose Lifeway Mobility.

Fred was diagnosed with ALS, and we have a 3 floor townhome. We contacted your company, and you responded in a timely manner. The installation was completed in two stages, because one lift had to be customized. Fred is now using them both full-time. All of your staff that we dealt with were fantastic! Lifeway Mobility staff successfully installed a Chairlift system on April 2nd, 2025. The chair didn't swivel properly, so technicians came on 5/1, 6/5 and on 8/10 the whole system stopped working for two days. On 8/12, a technician was able to get it working again, but the swiveling was still a problem- it took many tries to get the chair to swivel at the top. I connected with the main office, told them about my ongoing problem and they issued an "escalation", which means that they would look into the matter. I didn't hear back from them. Please know that the Union City staff and technicians have been very responsive and try to help, but there are not enough trained technicians.

We contracted to have work done in our home at an estimated cost OF $14,000. My wife is seriously ill and I am 90 years old. We both went through health issues, with me being hospitalized several times. We decided to move to an assisted living facility and tried to cancel our contract. Lifeway refused and offered us about half our deposit. It took us a lawyer to threaten them before they finally agreed. And then it took almost a month to receive our money. They were arbitrary and difficult to work with.

When my mother moved down here with us, we knew that she'd need the help of a stairlift to get up and down the stairs each day. We worked with Lifeway Mobility to choose the system that would work best for her needs and also fit into our home. Service was excellent, installation was timely and smooth, and the stairlifts do exactly what was promised.

I am an active 71-year-old but last September and then again in December 2024, I fell twice down 17 carpeted stairs in my home. In the process, I shattered my shoulder, broke my hip, my femur and my ankle. It took 4 surgeries and 4 months in a rehab center to begin to get the PT I needed and begin to recover. Since I live by myself and my office and studio and storage are upstairs, I had to be able to go upstairs and back down. On return from rehab in March 2025, I immediately called Lifeway Mobility to come give me a quote for a stairlift and I was so pleasantly surprised at how affordable my lift was.

Sudden loss of mobility to use stairs. The 2 straight chairlifts were affordable and installed in just 2 weeks' time. Very easy to use. Folds up with ease. Have had power loss to the house for several hours and batteries kicked in. Everyone at Lifeway Mobility was super pleasant and made my choice easy.
