Moe came out to do our site survey. Moe is a wealth of information. He made it easy for me to choose Lifeway Mobility and the Harmar SL-600 Pinnacle stairlift instead of two other companies and their products. Raymond is the technician who came to our home to install my stairlift. Raymond is competent, efficient, and friendly. He did a fabulous installation, gave me a great all encompassing tutorial, and left our job site spotless. Raymond’s attention to detail is exemplary. I’m very happy with Moe and Raymond. For me, they are LifeWay Mobility. Thank you for a great experience.

Lifeway Mobility installed a wheelchair ramp for a friend of mine. They do not have a computer, so I am writing this for them. From the first call for an appointment to the final installation was a wonderful experience. When Neill came out to do the assessment, he answered all our questions, and there were many. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Every encounter with a staff member was great. They were in communication with us all along the way. Drew, the installer, was a joy to work with. We highly recommend this company!!

They were very quick to call me back since I left my message on a Saturday. I received a call to schedule repair before 10:00 am Monday.

Great product, quiet and easy to use. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The installer was fantastic!

Stairlift was installed expeditiously but was doublecharged for the downpayment using initially the Mad technique to debit my checking then cashing my check on top of it. Customer service resolution service is had to contact with. Manager referred my representative to her higher up person named John but he didn’t answer his phone. Nor have I received an email confirming my case number. But I did record my calls.

Lifeway earned a five star review in professionalism, speed of installation and by the positive interactions with Allison on scheduling; with Glenn the Accessibility Consultant; and with Gerrisson and Luis the installers. Glenn is a seasoned all-star. He is very personable and fully addressed our needs with a well conceived lay out. You have a great team and are sensitive in a difficult situation. The product will last beyond our lives.

We purchased the Bruno stairlift as it was the best for our narrower stairway. They came to our house 5/15/26 and installed it on Monday 5/18 as I was being discharged from Rehab Monday afternoon. It was installed in under 3 hrs. Zachery did the install and did a great job. The company really accommodated me with such short notice. The chair lift runs smoothly and quietly. I was able to use it yesterday.

Both men were very helpful, didn’t feel pressured to buy. The installer was helpful and he explained the working of the unit.

The sales, construction and install teams are professional, efficient, friendly and super helpful. I would never use anyone else for this type of work. This is the second piece of equipment installed in my home by Lifeway, and I could not be happier!!

Sales team was experienced and did not pressure me to buy. The tack that did the installation had many years experience. Upon completion I was given excellent explanation how operate the lift chair.

We are very happy with the new stairlift. The sales representative Jesse was very helpful but not pushy. Luke, our installer, was very professional and efficient. He explained the operation of the unit understandably and completely. We had no mess to clean up when he was done. All in all our experience with Lifeway Mobility was very positive.

Our grown son had major back surgery in Sept 2025. He ended up in a wheelchair re-learning how to walk due to some nerve "stretching." In an emergency, I contacted Lifeway Mobility to get ramps installed in a hurry at his home (along with some rails in the tub). They were very accommodating and fit us in. The installation techs did a great job with the install last October. They just removed the ramps after 7 months on 4/7/26 (my son can now walk a bit using hiking poles). Thank you Lifeway Mobility for coming to our rescue! You all did a GREAT job!

Jose was an outstanding technician. He was on time, efficient, resolved all the issues. The chair lift as old as it is, works remarkably well and he’s very knowledgeable and professional, does a great job.

Excellent company to deal with. Bill the sales rep and Raul the installer were amazing. Raul was very, very neat, thorough and vacuumed the area after the work. My husband was being discharged from the hospital and needed the lift installed asap. Bill had it arranged for the next day. We are extremely happy and my husband is able to continue living life at home with this chairlift. Highly recommend Bill and Raul.

Lifeway Mobility is legit! I called Brent with a question or two. He was friendly and informative. When I anticipated a "NO," that was never his answer. Because this, it was easy to select them for my needs. Scheduling with Kylee was a breeze. Troy, the installation professional, was also 10 stars. My installation was somewhat unorthodox and while we were proceeding I also anticipated Troy saying, "Sorry dude, we just can't do what you are asking." But that was not the situation at all. He made it happen and we are very pleased with the results. I will gladly brag up Lifeway Mobility to anyone that asks. My only wish that I had space for an elevator cause that would have been BOSS.

Due to living arrangement changes had to have my stairlift removed, Manny very friendly professional came today and removed it. He also installed it a year ago. Thank you sir. The chairs were installed as promised. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and accommodating when scheduling the appointment. The staff went above and beyond to resolve an issue with one of the chairs so the person could return home as planned.
