Great experience! Installation was completed promptly, explanation of the process and training on the equipment was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Lifeway Mobility with the purchase of and installation of the SureHands lift.

They were very professional from start to finish. From ordering our chairlift to the installation would recommend lifeway mobility 100%. We ordered for our adult daughter with cerebral palsy. They were so helpful, very knowledgeable. Jason and John were very nice and professional.

We purchased our Lifeway Harmar Pinnacle SL300 Straight Stair Lift for our retirement home in Dec 2025 and it was completed and installed in Jan 2026. Quick turn around for sure. The Installer was a real professional and completed the installation flawlessly! He ensured we tested out our new Chair Lift after it installation and gave us insight on how to reach out for any and all service matters. We utilized our new Stair Lift everyday for the next week to give it a good break-in trail... and found it to be totally reliable.

I have a curved electric chair in a two-story home that needed new floor covering. This company stepped up when needed to uninstall the chair for floor installation. Jamel and Alexsando arrived on time, had the courtesy of putting on shoe covers and quickly, and efficiently removed my chair so the new flooring work could begin. So professional, so clean and so tidy. I love this chair as it gives me confidence that I have access to the second floor should I get hurt as I age.

Joshua was here today to replace the batteries after he did the installation 6+ years ago. He did an excellent job at the time of installation. Recently felt my lift was "hesitating" on the way up and then one day it stopped half way up but then continued. I called service and or course the batteries were the focal problem. Hey, it's been 6+ years. Much to surprise Joshua was the tech for the repair and I was happy about that and he was still with the company.

Service was excellent. Courteous and friendly technician who checked out my stairlift; He adjusted, lubricated and aligned unit taking care to make sure everything worked perfectly. He looked at the batteries and suggested that they should be replaced as their date way close to their expiration. I Would recommend this company to anyone who needs the assistance of a stairlift.

Excellent product. Exceeds my expectations. Will certainly assist me in movement to certain areas of my house. I have explored many different stairlifts and came to the conclusion that the Hamar unit would fit my needs not only in function but also in price. Lifeway Mobility did the yearly service on our platform lift. The technician Ivan was on time, friendly, and respectful. He lubricated the lift, and replaced a damaged part. I would recommend this company for platform lift maintenance.

Lifeway Mobility installed a brand new "Harmar Up" lift in our home on Dec 2. Despite being brand new, it needed a series of service appointments and parts repair until it was finally workable on January 19th. That's 7 weeks. When it initially didn't work I reached out to Lifeway. I reached out 6 times over two weeks before receiving a response from the branch manager. I chose the "Harmar Up" over the Bruno model also quoted by Lifeway as it is a modular unit (not custom) and could be installed quickly. My mother (92 years old) was returning home from hospital and rehab. Her recovery was significantly impacted by the lack of a stair lift. Due to this I needed to take additional time off from work to care for her which meant thousands of dollars in lost income for my family..

Purchased a custom-made Lifeways Mobility Stair Lift for my mom. This is a great product and the process from start to finish has been wonderful. Everyone has been very helpful, responsive and courteous.

LifeWay was able to accommodate the installation to work for us. They sent out professional installers and they did a great job. Ramp looks and works great, they’re detail oriented and easy to work with.

I am at peace with this Bruno chair lift from Lifeway Mobility. It’s not something I wanted but life gets more difficult the older you get. This has allowed me the security I needed to remain in my home. It’s eased my boys' minds that I’ll be more safe. The folks at LifeWay are easy to work with and are knowledgeable about their product. I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Nathaniel. He was dismissive, spoke in a choppy and uninterested manner, and made me feel as though he did not believe me when I discussed pricing. Given that this inquiry involves a medical mobility need, I expected professionalism, patience, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. At this time, I would prefer to work with a different representative or discontinue further contact.

Manny did an awesome job uninstalling my leased chair lift in my apartment. It was a lifesaver having the chair lift for my mother. She wouldn’t have been able to live with me if we didn’t have the chair lift. The uninstall was quick, clean, and no damage left on the stairs.

Pablo, the sales person was helpful with answers to questions and information covering purchase to installation. Colin, the great installer did a super job from start to finish. He answered and explained with ease and made the process quite easy. Since I've been using the unit for two months and have cleaned it twice, we feel comfortable with the equipment. They did a VERY good job helping me decide which stair lift. The company explained the options and wanted to help me save money by asking if I really needed the option. The installers did a very nice job. While testing the stair lift, they found an issue with the chair itself. They told me about it and immediately corrected the problem. I had a question the next day - I contacted Harold with a question that I had. I sent him a video asking a question. He forwarded the video to Paul (general manager). Paul got back to me within 30 minutes and answered my questions.

The appointment was suppose to be for 12:30/1:30. At 2 pm I had not heard from anyone so I called and was told he was 49 minutes away. It would have been nice to at least get a call to say they were delayed. Once he got here it took all of 15 minutes to fix it....

We are very happy with our Lifeway Mobility stair lift. It is easy to operate ( once we got used to needing to fasten the seat belt before doing anything else, which is a good thing to learn to do) and we feel safer. Brandon, the installer, called when he was about half an hour away, and showed up on time. He competently assembled and installed the stair lift, explained its operation, and left us with a full instruction manual. We are very satisfied.

The decision to get a stairlift is a game changer. The folks at Lifeway Mobility have been extremely helpful, both in selecting the Bruno Elan and in installing it. They are thorough professionals. A visit to their showroom in Burnsville helped make that decision all the easier. A project we thought would take all winter was accomplished in less than two weeks!

I had searched several companies for an affordable chairlift for a family member. Cost-wise the three I talked with were comparable, but I decided to go with Lifeway because of the cost, and I just liked the people I worked with. I am pleased with the lift and know that it is going to make things so much easier for my family member. It was a good choice for us.

Works like a dream. My sewing room is downstairs and I wasn't able to do the stairs anymore. Now I can go downstairs and sew whenever I want. I'm not longer limited to staying on the ground floor because I couldn't do the stairs anymore.

This is not the first time we had someone out from Lifeway Mobility. However, This guy was very rude and condescending to my elderly mother. I have had other service tech guys who were very nice and understanding to the elderly but not this one.

Manny and Robert installed our wheelchair lift in October 2025. They were good about letting us know when their arrival time would be. They were very professional and efficient, and answered all of my questions with courtesy. The installation was perfect. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I recently had back surgery and getting the chair/stair lift will give me access to the second floor of my home. Jennifer ** came out to give the initial estimate and presentation. After looking over the detailed information from Lifeway and another company, I chose Lifeway. Installation was completed today in about three hours. I was given training on how to use it, take care of it, etc. All in all, a very positive experience. The two gentlemen that came to install were able to answer all my questions.

Lifeway sold and installed a Bruno Elan stair lift for us. From our initial contact until the installer left our experience was excellent. No pressure and very competent staff. People arrived when scheduled, were polite, knowledgeable and skilled. They focus on usability and safety. Never felt rushed during orientation to using the lift. You do deserve 5 stars!

We purchased a Lifeway Mobility chairlift over a year ago for $22000. After a year we needed service due to a screeching noise when in use. The service guy said it needed parts (nice guy) but it has now been 3 weeks and no one can tell me where the parts are and when we might get this repaired. This has been a nightmare and hard to believe no one can help. Next stop BBB and then a lawyer.

Very professional and the products are high quality. One day install was achieved. I have told all of my friends with stair challenges. I should have had it installed years ago. I was thinking about a master bedroom suite on the down stairs level. They told me that the price would be near 200 thousand dollars. I priced the stairlift and time for the remodel and the stairlift was a lot cheaper. I paid a little over 7 thousand. Steve

I, like many in our circumstances, are very distrustful of most companies these days that offer services to those most in need. There are way too many horror stories online or in the news about how this elderly or disabled person was taken advantage of. Having worked in retail for the last 36 years, 28 of that in management, I am well versed and aware of how people exaggerate or plain out lie about their experiences, so, I spent a great deal of time researching the companies that sold stairlifts before I reached out to Lifeway Mobility. On all sites, Lifeway Mobility ranked in the top 4, consistently for customer service and responsiveness. There were very few negative comments or posts and the ones I did find were generally related to what I mentioned above concerning my own experience over the last 36 years.

A quick review from South Jersey: We needed a stair lift on short notice, and Lifeway Mobility came through. They scheduled us with our representative, Steve, right away, and he walked us through options that fit our budget. Once we signed the contract, installation was scheduled just a couple of days later. Our installer, Brandon, was outstanding. He arrived on time and worked efficiently without cutting corners. He took the time to explain the system thoroughly, answered all of our questions.

Installer did a great job and answered all questions. There was a slight delay from the originally scheduled time, and we got a call to tell us about the delay and the reason for the delay. Very satisfied with the service!

I've been using my chairlift for about 10 days now. I absolutely love it! I think Lifeway Mobility's purchasing process is wonderful. The salesman, Neil, was thorough and professional. He projected warmth and understanding. The turn around time for installation was about 2 weeks. The installation was done in no time. The installer was considerate and helpful in use and understanding of chairlift. He even gave me a warning when loud noise would happen. It's everything they described and more.

I found Lifeway online and they had the better review. We got the stairlift for my in-laws' future use. They're still mobile but they've use it for laundry baskets too.

We had a guest stay with us for six months who could not use stairs. As we have a two-story home, we rented a stairlift for those six months. The installation was professional, thorough and prompt. And when it came for it to be returned/uninstalled, we experienced the same wonderful service and one cannot even tell that there had ever been a stairlift installed!

Thomas was great, knowledgeable, kind and helped us find a chairlift that would meet our needs. We started off wanting the Harmon chairlift, but it did not have all the automated functions we wanted. Thomas then contacted us about the Bruno Elan chairlift. It has the automated features we wanted. He had it in stock and it was installed in about a week. My first contact with Haley for the original quote was an excellent experience. She was quick, professional, and knowledgeable in assessing my needs. After my deposit, I did have two reschedules on the installation, which was difficult as my work schedule always changes. The installation was performed today. The installer was professional and was quick and accurate in getting the ramp installed. The ramp is excellent and sturdy, everything I expected. Other than the small glitch in scheduling, I would recommend Lifeway Mobility and their products to anyone. I am very satisfied.

The agent that came out to the house to measure for the wheelchair ramp was great! The turnaround time to get the ramp set up was also good, and did not take much time at all from the initial meeting to the day it was set up. We ordered a used ramp and it looked brand new. The guys that came to set it up were very knowledgeable and had it done in less than two hours. The cost of the used ramp was better than having a new wooden one built and could be done in the winter.

The Lifeway stairlift works great. Everything has been fine in our experience. The installers were also very friendly, professional and took care of my property, didn't do any damage.

We got two stair lifts from Lifeway Mobility. We have one chair for the first half of the flight and then a second one for the second half. It was cheaper to get two than have a custom one made to curve. My mom uses it many times every day. We’ve had no problems. It’s very nice. Every house is different, though. It blocks our staircase a lot, even if I fold it up. That’s the only thing, but that’s expected. The only one thing I wish is for it to go faster. But the installation went well. The installers were excellent as well.

One of my friends has a chairlift, and I got to look at it and liked theirs. I called Lifeway Mobility, and they came and we had a chairlift installed. It came quickly, and I'm very happy with it. I use this quite often, not as much as some people every day, but we do go up and down the basement and I feel safe. I love my chairlift. In fact, I recommended it to a couple of people, and one of them bought one.

We interviewed one company and their price was so outrageous. When Lifeway Mobility came, their price was reasonable so we went with them. The installation went very smoothly and very well. 🚨 Warning to families with elderly parents. 🚨 We bought a stairlift for my dad only 6 months ago. Yesterday it broke down and left him stranded in the garage—he couldn’t walk upstairs. I called the company over and over. Guess who answered? Sales. Guess who didn’t? Service. No one cared. In the end, we had to call the fire department to carry my dad upstairs. Imagine how unsafe, humiliating, and dangerous this was. This company only cares about selling, not safety. Please, don’t trust their ads about “comfort for older people.” Protect your loved ones—don’t buy from them.

Ordering this was easy. I called one day and a few days later a representative came out and I had installed a week later. I now can go to my basement safely. I use at least 4x a day. Most days more often. I don't feel so helpless after having a stroke. Lifeway was so helpful and easy to work with. I have recommended to others. AND made in USA.

I contacted Lifeway Mobility because I had been given 36 linear feet of your product that was manufactured in 2018. I assumed I could match it (the salesperson - Cammeron, never hinted that it might be a different build) Which it was, we created the ramp that our community member needed but never could get old and new to work together. When I asked if I could return unused parts (complete sections -) I was told I would receive about 50-60 % of the value back. I understand restocking fees... but that is just criminal. I wouldn't recommend Lifeway Mobility to anyone.

I was extremely unhappy with the result of my bathroom remodel, converting the tub to a walk in shower. First, both the salesman and the construction manager were deceptive about the time the job would take. They independently said it was a 3 day job, but it was 6 days and they had to come back after that to correct their mistakes. It was actually 3 WEEKS before the errors were corrected. There was one error that I have to live with. The communication was terrible. They charged my credit card and I waited 1.5 weeks to hear from them, then I called them to ask about scheduling. I would never recommend them.

Very pleased with everyone we dealt with at Lifeway Mobility. Informative, friendly and helpful. They came in to our home to speak with us and assess what we needed. The chairlift worked great and was the perfect size. Pleased that we could rent rather than buy. I have no complaints. Great company.

Reached out. Received a timely response. Salesperson detailed, not pushy; patiently addressed all queries and went over scenarios/options with me. The technician/installer was pleasant, super polite, communicative and skilled. Did a great job and left the space spotless. All telephone personnel were pleasant and polite. The only issue was a manufacturers circuit board which caused the stairlift to freeze. However the issue was investigated, identified and rectified in a timely manner. Very pleased to have Gregg, Jon and Michael on the team who assisted me as well Allison, Brenda and Tabatha from the office side.

Our Stair Lift was installed at the end of February this year. From the beginning of the process in October until the final installation, Geoffrey ** was there to support us and keep us informed. The men who installed the stair lift were professional and completed the installation very quickly. This was an amazing experience, and we are so glad we chose Lifeway Mobility.

Fred was diagnosed with ALS, and we have a 3 floor townhome. We contacted your company, and you responded in a timely manner. The installation was completed in two stages, because one lift had to be customized. Fred is now using them both full-time. All of your staff that we dealt with were fantastic! Lifeway Mobility staff successfully installed a Chairlift system on April 2nd, 2025. The chair didn't swivel properly, so technicians came on 5/1, 6/5 and on 8/10 the whole system stopped working for two days. On 8/12, a technician was able to get it working again, but the swiveling was still a problem- it took many tries to get the chair to swivel at the top. I connected with the main office, told them about my ongoing problem and they issued an "escalation", which means that they would look into the matter. I didn't hear back from them. Please know that the Union City staff and technicians have been very responsive and try to help, but there are not enough trained technicians.

We contracted to have work done in our home at an estimated cost OF $14,000. My wife is seriously ill and I am 90 years old. We both went through health issues, with me being hospitalized several times. We decided to move to an assisted living facility and tried to cancel our contract. Lifeway refused and offered us about half our deposit. It took us a lawyer to threaten them before they finally agreed. And then it took almost a month to receive our money. They were arbitrary and difficult to work with.

When my mother moved down here with us, we knew that she'd need the help of a stairlift to get up and down the stairs each day. We worked with Lifeway Mobility to choose the system that would work best for her needs and also fit into our home. Service was excellent, installation was timely and smooth, and the stairlifts do exactly what was promised.

I am an active 71-year-old but last September and then again in December 2024, I fell twice down 17 carpeted stairs in my home. In the process, I shattered my shoulder, broke my hip, my femur and my ankle. It took 4 surgeries and 4 months in a rehab center to begin to get the PT I needed and begin to recover. Since I live by myself and my office and studio and storage are upstairs, I had to be able to go upstairs and back down. On return from rehab in March 2025, I immediately called Lifeway Mobility to come give me a quote for a stairlift and I was so pleasantly surprised at how affordable my lift was.

Sudden loss of mobility to use stairs. The 2 straight chairlifts were affordable and installed in just 2 weeks' time. Very easy to use. Folds up with ease. Have had power loss to the house for several hours and batteries kicked in. Everyone at Lifeway Mobility was super pleasant and made my choice easy.

My wife broke both of her ankles after a fall on our patio. Immediately she went from full mobility to being confined to a wheelchair in a heartbeat. I had done some quick research on options for getting wheelchair ramps installed outside. We could get around the house, but getting out the doors to the car was very difficult. Lifeway Mobility expert Jesse returned our call quickly, made a special trip out to inspect our situation and give us a recommendation and quote for 3 separate ramps.

Very happy with product, good quality, but when paying extra on principal, it not fair to only give 70% credit of the extra you send, same with rental they only give you 70% towards your balance. If I pay extra toward the balance, it should all go to principal not 70%.

I needed a ramp preparing for hip surgery recovery. Lifeway Mobility returned my voicemail quickly. The rep came to my home, listened to my needs and concerns and measured for a ramp. She explained the installation process and cost and took time to make sure the ramp met my needs.

I Highly recommend for those individuals who have a disability and can no longer walk the stairs. With this chairlift my wife has now access to the 2nd level of our home. The chairlift made smooth transition to go up to the 2nd floor and back down to the 1st floor. The device is very reliable/durable. This company did it all in a timely fashion. The salesman was very nice and efficient in his presentation. Even our cats liked him. The installer was amazing. He got everything done right. Excellent, Excellent-Lifeway Mobility came quickly to quote, I received my quote same day, and the chairlift was installed within days. Excellent install experience, I would not hesitate to use them for any future needs.

Our experience with Lifeway Mobility was great, from the first encounter to the installation to today. The Bruno Elite is perfect for our needs and has opened up an entire floor of our house to both of us. We use it, not just for us, but also for moving items from one floor to the next.

I have a hard time with mobility. Going up and down the stairs was getting to be a problem. We bought a unit from Lifeway. There was a sales call and the product was presented. He said it looks good and we signed on the dotted line. They installed the unit and that was fine. They knew what they were doing.

We had a really good interaction with the salesperson from Lifeway Mobility. We had the straight up stair lift indoors. The quality is really good. We had no problems with it. Everybody during the installation was friendly. The cost was definitely more than what we thought compared with other companies.

Jose came and fixed multiple issues with my chair lift and got it running like new again. The foot plate was getting caught on the stairs, the extender arm broke away from the rail and it was constantly getting stuck at the bottom. Every issue was addressed and corrected. He was kind, quick and effective. Great service call.

I think people are afraid to get a stairlift 'cause they think it's just for old people. But, I really like it. It has helped me immensely getting up and down the stairs.

We needed a stair lift that would not cost us an arm and a leg. From my first phone call they I was hooked. They carry used stair lifts and were able to have it installed by July 31 when I needed it for my 81 year old husband to get to his doctor appointment. The young man who installed it was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain everything to me before he left. He left the area immaculate. We highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.

Lifeway Mobility is a huge disappointment to me and my parents. Like a lot of companies, their focus is on making the sale and getting it installed. Their priority is not with standing behind their product or with the wellbeing of their clients. I strongly advise against dealing with them. About five months after having a pair of stairlifts installed by Lifeway in my parent's house, one of them stopped working. This separated them from their bedroom and bathrooms and put them at risk of serious injury every time they had to go up or down the stairs. I immediately informed Lifeway and was told that it would take one to three weeks to get someone out to have a look. I contacted a private contractor that showed up the same day and fixed it. Beware.

We were in a hurry to get a stairlift and Lifeway was the first company that could come out and give us an estimate. The sales rep was very thorough, gave me lots of information, could answer my questions, and didn't say, "I'll have to find out." That gave me more confidence that this was a company that knew what they were doing. The installers also came right out when they said they would. It didn't take very long to put in. One the installers demonstrated it and let me try it, so I knew that it worked. The quality of the stairlift has been perfect. We really like it. There's also a guarantee on it. If something went wrong with it, they would take care of it. So far, we've been really happy with the stairlift.

I have an older home with two staircases in it. A few years ago, I needed a stairlift for the back staircase, which was a series of straights, and my husband could manage to transfer between the straights that were put in. However, he broke his hip and he couldn't do that anymore. The stairlift was four years old and like brand new, but unfortunately, I wasn't given much money for it when I had to have it removed. I then did my own research online, googled things and tried to figure out what I was gonna do when my husband had his compression fracture in his spine and couldn't walk on the stairs anymore.

Now, she just loves it because she was rather limited in the use of her home. Now, she does things that she hasn't done in over a year. She's able to do her own laundry. She's able to make her bed because she can go up and down the stairs easier. It also seems very sturdy. We haven't had any problems with it since we got it in January.

I bought a home that has stairs and I don't do stairs very well. I had thought about getting a stairlift at my old house, but they were too expensive. When I bought this house, I started looking at places that sold them. I saw the website of Lifeway and I liked it. I went to check it out. Their reps were all very nice. The salesman explained everything, each different unit that they offer and how they worked and the costs, as well. It was reasonable and it is what I needed. So, I got it. The stairlift works fine. It's smooth. I had questions though 'cause it looked like some of the bolts that they used to attach it to my stairs were coming out 'cause they are carpeted. But they came right away. They took care of it and checked it out. It runs nicely and it’s been fine ever since.

I spotted Lifeway on the internet and they were close to our home. Lead Filter gave me an estimate as well as another local guy and then, I got Lifeway to give me one too. Although they were a little more than the local guy, I decided to go with them. The installation was fast and dealing with the installer was excellent. He got it done in under four hours. The stairlift is for my wife who is undergoing physical therapy. Lifeway sells a good product and it works for me.

My wife had a stroke, which was why I was interested in getting a stairlift. The rep who came out from Lifeway was very informative and provided very good customer service. On installation day, the installer got in and out right away and explained everything that he did. He was good. The stairlift has been helpful on getting up and down the stairs. We got things to bring up like laundry, and it made life a lot easier.

Since it was through the nonprofit, the original installer and the volunteers that came out were just great in putting it together and were very helpful. The stairlift helped a lot. The Lifeway Mobility salesperson that I talked to was pretty straightforward. The installation of the stairlift was done by one person and everything went well. I had to put in a new battery. But other than that, it's satisfactory. Having the stairlift has definitely made our lives better.

I had broken my hip, and I did not recover well. I also am a very heavy smoker, and my lung disease was getting to the point that I couldn't do my stairs. I wanted to be able to stay in my home. So, I began to do some internet research on stairlifts. I looked at everything that was at least available in Denver. I preferred a place that had repairmen stationed here so that if it did break or do something, I could get it easily repaired. By that point, I could not do stairs. So, I would have not had access to my bedroom and my bathroom. Lifeway Mobility was very quick to respond to come out.

Had a wheelchair ramp installed at my parents' house after mom had surgery and was coming home in a wheelchair. Customer service was polite and answered my questions over the phone. Communication was great and the person providing the quote gave professional advice on where to best install the ramp. The quote and installation of the ramp where hassle free and I'm very happy and pleased with the wheelchair ramp I purchased. Installation was fast and professional.

This stairlift system has been a life saver. It operates as promised and they service it too. For those who have stairs in their homes and to increase mobility in a multilevel home this make it so much easier. For those who have limited mobility I would highly recommend considering installing at least one of these in the home to make life easier and more mobile. The installer was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well as the technician who came to service the lift at the 6 month interval.

They were ahead of schedule and the installer was very good. Kept us informed about what was happening. We love the new shower. It is a true walk-in (which means no lip to step over. And the materials we picked were to our expectations. Would I go to them for another project? The answer is YES.

We were very happy with sale, installation, quality, and functionality. However, the office stop responding to me about the buy-back once we no longer needed it. I even wanted a quote for installing a larger system at a different residence. They just stopped returning my calls. I had to disassemble and store the materials myself. I will be taking my business elsewhere for future needs.

Everything completed seamlessly and my mother is so happy because this enables her to stay in the home she has lived in for many years and to maintain her independence. Wonderful staff and excellent product. She has the Bruno chairlift (she loves the name, her brother’s name is Bruno). The team worked with several of us in the family to coordinate getting the product, we appreciated their patience in handoff between us siblings to get my mother set up.

It has been such a struggle to get the chair lift fixed for my parents. Either we got a lemon or technicians are not able to figure things out. It’s so frustrating and quite frankly dangerous not to have a chair lift working to safely go upstairs. Isn’t that the point? Please help!

Well, my experience with Lifeway Mobility started out fine. I did my research and discovered they had very good reviews, so I decided to contact them. I told them that my mother-in-law needed a stairlift down to her basement. They wanted to make a consultation appointment, but my mother-in-law was just starting PT and didn't know when those appointments would be and might conflict with the stairlift appointment. For the next week that it took my mother-in-law to schedule her PT appointment, Lifeway Mobility kept contacting me thru email and phone messages, hounding me to make the consultation appointment. I finally was able to call them to make the appointment for a week later.

Charged $400 for the second trip to remedy the same issue - chair cocked and locked at 45' angle. Claimed only second chair they have manufactured to have this have this problem (now a 2nd time). Required their computer to reset.

The installer, Jesse, was on time, worked very efficiently to install the stair lift. Then patiently explained the entire system to me. He did not leave my establishment until I was completely comfortable with the process. HE WAS WONDERFUL. The stairlift is much better than five stars. It is a life saver. I am blind in one eye so I have depth perception issues especially walking down stairs. So the stairlift is an absolute necessity. It runs so smoothly and quietly.

The technician was awesome! The only reason I didn't go with five stars is I think we should be able to buy the parts directly from the manufacturer. The technician was here for maybe 15 minutes and the house call cost $35. The part was really basic and if I could have ordered the part I could have installed the part.

I’ve had an excellent experience from start to finish with everyone at this company, including Aaron, Andy, Robert, Robert, Rustin and Fernando. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been knowledgeable, experienced, professional, prompt, courteous, and responsive. What sold me on them, in addition to a reasonable price, was their ability to handle the full project from start to finish, including the construction/general contractor work required. The only thing I arranged for separately was the electrical service for which full specifications were provided. I am very happy with the elevator they installed and their service. I was always treated with kindness and professionalism and all questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. The two installers arrived on time and were very efficient.

Lifeway Mobility installers did excellent job - neat, careful workers who wore masks upon request, throughout the installation. They completed in a timely manner and explained all the features, including fitting the harness to my husband, and having us practice moving him up and down the stairs, getting in and out of the lift. At 73, some friends thought it was too early to install a stairlift. However, at 73 and living in New England, one never knows when one will slip on an icy surface. I had a couple of icy falls and another incident which nearly crippled me. I believe I could have a better chance of healing if I wasn't so exhausted carrying all my stuff up and down the stairs. I can still walk up and down but now I won't risk falling. I can put my laptop and things in a tray and send them down. I'm not as drained because this is really helping. Lifeway Mobility was quick to respond and install. Very, very pleased.

Called for assistance to the family business.. I just had spent $16,000.. Wanted to see if could return.. knowing would most likely be 50% only returned… Not one. Never. Nothing from business or salesman. Nothing. Nothing. The Bruno family is shameful.. I run our family business and do not understand.. No response.. Felt totally duped..

Kevin was awesome! He figured out the problem and fixed it in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It seems a plug, that we could not see, was unplugged. It was for the turn off key. With it unplugged, even when key was turned on, the chair would not run. He also cleaned the slow down panel to stop the hesitation when coming up from basement.

I decided to purchase from Lifeway Mobility because they were the most fair priced, and had an earlier ability to come in and install the chairlift. They have two different sizes: one for people under 250 pounds and one for over 250 pounds. They also told me that if I no longer needed it, it could be sold back to them, or it could be transferred to someone else. The guy who came for the installation was well dressed and very polite. He installed the chairlift within a decent amount of time, and explained what happens when the electricity goes out. Before he left, he made sure everything worked properly.

I’d been searching for a chair lift for some time, and my ex-son-in-law, who I'm very close to, had purchased one from Lifeway. I had them come out a couple of years ago but couldn't manage to buy it at that particular time, and when we moved again where I really needed it, I was able to finance it through my bank. The lady that helped me with it was wonderful. She introduced me to a couple of things that I never would have thought about. I'm an amputee, we have a two-story house, and this was the reason I wanted the stairlift. I wanted the extension on the bottom that I could lift up so it wasn't always sticking out on the floor because we have grandchildren and great-grandchildren that visit and I didn't want anybody tripping and falling on it. She suggested having the rotating chair at the top, and it was great. I'm glad she did ‘cause I never would have given that a thought.

They were very upfront with us about the different options and which one is the most cost-effective. We have not had any issues with the product. Lifeway Mobility solved all my problems getting from floor to floor. It’s worked out fine.

Service was professional and efficient. The technicians were friendly. However, at $250 for a half hour service call that was less than 3 miles away from the company, the price for routine maintenance of stairlift was exorbitant.

Great experience start to finish. The only small issue was a delay in getting my chairlift installed before my surgery. But it ended up working out OK. John was my installer and he was great! He is professional, friendly and very thorough in the install, as well as explaining everything afterwards to make sure he leaves with you knowing exactly how everything works. Unfortunate that I need the chairlift because of my surgery, but a great experience in finding this company, and now having a chairlift permanently in the house as a preventative for any future needs. I would definitely recommend to others!

I found different website and when I reached out, Lifeway Mobility gave the best deal out of others. Their sales rep was good and gave all the details. I purchased the straight stairlift and the installation went smoothly. My parents and my wife use it, and it's really good. It is handy and always running. Lifeway Mobility is an excellent company. My stairlift battery died on a Sunday night, and I called their answering service that same night explaining that my stairlift wasn’t functioning. I got a call back from Lifeway the next morning at 8:15, stating that a repairman would be at my place 12:30-1:00pm. They arrived at 12:45 and fixed the problem—a battery replacement—in less than an hour, also checking over the whole system thoroughly. Their repairmen and staff are always very gracious and helpful—besides having a great stairlift product. I wholeheartedly recommend Lifeway Mobility to anyone needing stairlifts, ramps, elevators and more. They do it all in relation to accessibility for your home.

Lifeway Mobility was able to get here sooner than a couple of the other places. The sales person was very knowledgeable, and he didn’t talk me into anything that I didn’t need. I have an indoor and straight up and down because I was able to build a platform to keep us from having to purchase one with a curve. The installation was quick and clean. It was a three-month rental, and we had it for two and a half weeks. But during the time we had it, it was perfect for what we needed it for. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed the stairlift for my mother. I looked it up online and Lifeway was very good and responsive. Our salesperson was fantastic and really cared about what we were going through and helping us through it. We got a straight stairlift and it takes up a lot of space in the stairs. But Lifeway did the best they could to fit it in in the width of the stairs. It's always better not to have anything but if you need one, Lifeway did the best job they could to try to make it as compact as possible. The stairlift works really well. It's slow, but they all are. It's for safety reasons.
