Alex was my LHG Representative and she is FANTASTIC! She explained everything clearly, listened patiently to my questions and answered every one. She worked with me on the cost issue making it a bit easier to decide between the 3 year or 6 year option. She's professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'll be recommending LHG to my Veteran friends because of my experience with Alex. Your coverage offerings are good, but she makes dealing with LHG even better. She's a credit to your company and the epitome of what Customer Service is supposed to be.

Michael ** took time and effort to help me out. He looked at every possibility to make this work for me. I presently have Choice Home Warranty who increased the cost of services without notification or warning. I have been dissatisfied with their service, and unfortunately look forward to discontinuing my service with them. Mike was very patient and helpful trying to find qualifications which would help my costs.
I explained my finances are wrapped up in retirement accounts, and I would need to speak to my retirement account manager and it can take a little time. He determined that a 6-year package would cover me the best, and he used my husband's Military Servuce in the US Air Force, which is the first time there has been a benefit for his family, and I thank your company for this. I am a widow with 3 sons and have worked as a Nurse for 40 years, most recently with our veterans. God Bless them and Michael ** too. Good Luck to him and to your company.

Great customer service. Freddy was very detailed explanation and support with questions. Freddy is an asset to your organization. The expanded service options are great as well. Having used the service for AC repair one time it is a good peace of mind to have as a backup when needed to service appliances.

DON' EXPECT YOUR CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED FASTER. Unfortunately it has been almost a month (26 days to be exact) but still my claim is under review. They do good job to receive calls but terrible in resolving issue. I have only one refrigerator and called them multiple times over three weeks, I never got response in a way to faster the process. The technician said that it needs to be replaced, I am unable to hear from LHG anything unless I keep calling and asking them over three weeks. All I am getting answer is it is under review. NO ONE CARES ABOUT WHAT YOU STRUGGLE WITH.

Kevin was very helpful in setting up the account and giving the best deal he could. Picked up the phone on Sunday evening 10:00PM, explained the policy well and setup the account quickly. I had 4 properties and some complications with tenants involved, but it worked out well. Thanks.

Liberty Home Guard is touted as a Veteran aligned company that goes out of its way to provide fast and reliable service. All smoke and mirrors. The phone support is some outsourced call center in Asia somewhere. Very difficult to understand. The level of background noise also makes it almost impossible to have a conversation and get helpful information. The service and claims process is intentionally set up to almost guarantee that they will not proceed with fixing the issue, finding anyway possible to get out of their responsibility. There is no way to find out where in the process the claim is. It's been several days since the technician took pictures and assessed the issue. Nothing from Home Guard. No one knows anything! Very bad decision on my part. This is a scam company.

I've been with Liberty Home Guard for about six years and my experience has been good. They've said what they would do in their contract. They've lived up to that. When an item couldn't be repaired, they replaced it as stated without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I submit my claims online and their website is easy to use. Everybody is friendly and professional, and they answer the phone. But they could be faster. The last couple of times I've called them, it took longer than it typically would to get somebody out.

The AC wasn't getting cold enough. I did a claim to Liberty Home Guard on the app. It was convenient. They techs were able to fix the issue right away. So far, Liberty Home Guard has worked out for me.

Liberty Home Guard wouldn't fix my microwave, so they offered me what I paid them to have the techs come out, which was 125 bucks. So, that was a disappointment. Then, I had a plumbing claim and to get somebody out for that took a lot of time. The problem was a very simple one and it was a quick fix. But in order to do the quick fix, you got to get the okay from them. And they took forever to answer.

I've been protected with Liberty Home Guard since 2022. It was the home warranty that I got after purchasing the house. Submitting a claim is easy. I usually just do it online. Quality of work has been good. I recently had a plumbing issue, and that was where Liberty falls short. The contractors are fine. What they actually cover is not great at all. They cover the absolute bare minimum. A lot of times, they will cover to stop the symptom, but they won't fix the problem.
We still have Liberty just from a convenience factor. I haven't spent the time to look up another home warranty company. Liberty will help cover the little things for the most part. I had an AC unit go out, and they came back to me and said that they would give me 100 and some dollars to help cover a new AC unit. AC units are about 8,000, which they finally did cover after going back and forth for about four days. Why have a home warranty company if it's really not a warranty company? It sounds nice in theory until something big happens. Financially, we've been a customer since 2022 paying about $55 a month.Then they balk when something big happens. That’s where it gets you.
