Mike was very friendly, extremely helpful and very polite. He went over everything thoroughly, explaining anything I asked about. He explained the Senior discount option, and even offered me assistance with a payment option. He Always stopped and listened to my questions and concerns and answered them. He is very professional.

I have filed about 10 claims with this company, and every one has been a frustrating experience. They often pay for very little—or nothing at all—toward the repairs. In many cases, it’s actually more expensive and time-consuming to file a claim than to simply pay for the repair yourself. The claims process regularly delays repairs by days or even weeks. Both you and the repair shop should expect to spend an hour or more on hold with the company just to get basic issues resolved. Overall, the process has been incredibly frustrating, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

At first I thought Kevin was great. But he pulled a bait and switch. He said that this plan covered my roof. But then changed the price, did a 3.5 year contract and now I only have limited leak guard. WTF what kind of business are you running? I lost his number and now I can't even get through to the main line sales group. Please call me ASAP to fix this error.

Customer service was good. The new updated contract information was presented well. I would like to have received a military discount if possible. The representative did not mention and I did not ask while speaking with him. The offer of 0% interest when paid over 3 months is great.

Kevin was such a great person to talk to and advocate for getting me the best price and coverage for my home warranty. I was making a move from one company to Liberty Home Guard. Not only did he get be a better price, deductible and add ons but helped me to lock in a great price for 72 months. The price for my old policy, for one year, is half the price for 6 years with LHG. Kevin was respectful and gave me time to process the plan and all the extras while also looking for the best deals for me and my situation. I am looking forward to working with this company for an extended amount of time and knowing my property is covered.

Kevin ** gave me a follow-up call, noticing that I had inquired online and hesitated to commit to enrolling. He was able to explain everything thoroughly and was able to get me a comprehensive policy at a “grandfathered” senior rate. With warnings of scams against seniors, it is important that Kevin did everything to reassure me of his identity and the validity of the deal he was able to get me, including an interest free 3 installment plan.

I was given the opportunity to upgrade my policy. Freddy the representative who called me explained the increased coverage in detail and explained and answered my questions. He then alerted me of the increased premiums. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of the coverage. I was able to make an informed decision based on what he presented.
