Kohler was a better company. One of the things I'm disappointed with Kohler was not getting what the individual that came here to sell it said. One of the things that he said was it pumps the water out instead of just letting it drain out, so it drains faster. My wife likes a hot tub. She asked him if it will keep the temperature that is in the tub instead of adding water to keep it hot. He said that the temperature will stay where it is because there's a feature in there that keeps it there, but that's not true. I was very disappointed with that because the representation that was here at the house was not the same as when the Kohler whirlpool was put in the house. I didn't think that was right. Those two things were what we really wanted and what the guy said were not true.

Going with Kohler was the easier thing to do because they offer the installation. We loved the rep that we worked with. He was very personable, he answered all our questions and he gave us options. He had on a mask when he was here, and he made sure that he stayed his distance. The installers were clean when they did the demo and installed everything. That was the cleanest demo ever. My dad enjoys the walk-in shower. It's a lot easier than getting in the tub.

Getting a walk-in bath was a necessity. Working with the sales representative at Kohler was a very good experience. I like my Kohler. I like that it has a seat and it drains really easily. It does not take a long time to fill, too. I would recommend Kohler.

The Kohler salesperson was excellent. We really like the installers. The tub itself is fine. I really like the heat and the jets on it. But we had sent a picture to our salesperson. He was supposed to have somebody to come out and fix it because the caulk that they put at the back of the wall is coming out.

I got a walk-in tub from Kohler. The installers were great. They had to come back because they didn't send the window trim. Now that the tub is installed, I like being able to sit in it and have the bubbles and all that go on, and it feels better. I wish I had got the shower with it instead of the handheld though.

The sales representative was excellent and had good follow-up calls. The installer did very professional work. My husband is a perfectionist and he tipped them a good tip. We wanted a regular shower, and there is a bar that the shower handle can be put, and we're still waiting on that. When they get it, they’ll bring it. I like that I can take a bath by myself there without a shower chair so that's good. Otherwise, my husband had to help me. We're liking our Kohler very much.

The whole experience with Kohler was excellent. I like the flexibility that you can use the hose either as a shower or separately. The tub is for my mother, and now, it is easier for her to get in and to shower.

I am almost 85 years old and I have sciatica. I was having trouble getting into a regular tub because my legs don't lift too high. I've been wanting to consider a walk-in tub and I mentioned it to my husband. After I offered him a little extra money on my behalf, he thought it was a good idea. He's been in it too so we're quite satisfied. I like the ability to get in and out and sit in warm water. My legs feel great when I come out. I’m very happy and everything's fine, except I have some little gray dots on some of the white that don't seem to come off. I wonder what I could use to get those off.

Nice overall walk-in bath. It's very expensive. Ok with bubbling system but would like to have some more on back and side to my body and back on my sitting leg. No water leak so far. I think better finding any other walk-in bath model and brand for better deal especially their multi-years motor and water system warranty.

The installation was super great. The installers cleaned up their mess and were gone in one day. I love that the tub is very relaxing. After a hard day at work or a day that I don't feel real well, I love sitting in a tub of water and using the jets. It is wonderful. My husband loves it too. The best thing about the tub is that it is made in the United States. It's the best of the best.

Kohler walk in tub is one of the nicest company and their workers are very accommodating for the services that they provide. They are very good in fast services and making sure all is handled and I like that.

The people that installed my Kohler walk-in tub were all right. They demonstrated it for me. My experience was good.

I'm 67 years old, so I can't get in a regular tub. I needed a walk-in. I haven’t taken a bath in five years and what I liked the best with my Kohler is I can take a bath. It’s wonderful. Two guys came to install, and the one that did most of it seemed like he was teaching the other guy. They were really nice, and they did a good job. The guy explained everything too. Everything looks nice and seems to be working well. I'm very pleased. However, we haven't been able to use it as the whole thing because I need to get a new water heater. It's so big, but we fill it up to the seat, at least.

The rep was great about explaining everything to me and the people came out with no problem. They told me what they were doing and it didn't take too long to install. They were professional and they cleaned up behind themselves. They also showed me how to operate the tub. I have a problem stepping in the tub and that way, I don’t have too high to step into, and then I have a seat I can sit down because sometimes, I get a little unsteady on my feet.

The tub costs too much but I like its ease of operation.

The installers were very polite and didn’t leave a mess. The tub is put in very neatly. Also, it looks really nice. It looks better than I expected. I like the jacuzzi part and the warmed back.

It seems very expensive for what it is but the quality seems fine. I like the jets and the bubblers.

Kohler was a good company to work with. The sales guy was very polite and nice. The installers were in and out, and they cleaned up their mess. I threw my back out Friday so the tub has been wonderful.

I knew the Kohler name. I simply called and asked for some information, and they sent their representative out. I was convinced after he talked with us that it was the best route for us to go. The father and son who came to install the tub were marvelous. They had to remove the frame around our bathroom door and do all of that in order to get it down. But they got everything done within a day and it looked beautiful and perfect when it was done. We've enjoyed the tub very much ever since.

A friend of ours recommended Kohler. She and her husband used to do remodeling. Kohler's reps knew what they were doing. They answered everything and did what we needed. We were very satisfied. And then, the installers did a beautiful job. We couldn't tell they have been here when they left. The tub does what it is supposed to, and that's what we wanted - a good water movement. Also, I don't have to keep adding water to keep it hot because it has the built-in heater. That's a big feature as opposed to a regular tub where I have to keep adding water to keep it warm.

I couldn't get in the shower. I thought one of those baths would help me. The doctor thought that was a good idea, too. So, here I am with a new Kohler bathtub and I love it. The installers did it in one day. They were sweet, nice little guys and good-looking. I’ve already recommended Kohler to my 86-year-old sister and she's thinking about it too. She doesn't live here. My brother who lives with me and my sister-in-law both love it too. We're really happy.

Everything went very well with my experience with them. The gentleman who came out here did a great job explaining everything. He also took his time. ​However, I don't know if I really got ripped off or not. I paid $23,000. That seemed like an awful lot. But when I mentioned to the rep, "I could think about it and get some other estimates." He said, "We can only do that today. If we can't settle the deal today, then the price is gonna go back up about another $3,000.” But it's worth it because the wife has had so many hip and knee replacements. She can get in there and just sit there with the jets running. She dearly loves the thing. The installers have done a great job too. The first day, they got out here about 10 o'clock and worked until 5:00. Then they came back the next day and finished it up. They were here a couple of hours on the second day because they needed some other supplies before they could finish it up. The finished product is great.

Our Kohler Walk-In Bath works fine. My sister-in-law is the one that uses it and she loves it. The crew that came did an excellent job. They replaced the floor too. When they first looked at it, they didn't know there was any wrong with it. Then they tried to do it. They didn’t charge us for it. They did a beautiful job. The sales rep was really good, too. He measured everything and did everything well. He sold us the idea of doing it.

The sales rep was very nice and the installers were good. I bought a soaker and I like all of it. In my other bathroom, I had a tub. I'm 91 years old, and I was afraid that I would get in the tub and couldn't get out.

I love my walk-in bath. Kohler seemed like the best out there, so I went with them and all of my experiences went well. The walk-in bath went right in. The people were clean and they were in and out. It was fast and everything's perfect.

We were very impressed with the sales rep. He wore his mask all the time, and his presentation was very professional and thorough. He was polite and answered all our questions, and had a good spiel. The installation was great too. My wife uses our walk-in bath. She has a lot of aches and pains, and it’s very soothing to her. She uses the hydrotherapy.

I appreciated the Kohler rep's visit very much. The installation was an excellent service. I like how convenient the access into the tub is, the spa features and the jets. I'm very satisfied.

We have had problems with the walk in tub from the beginning. First, our 50 gallon hot water heater runs out of hot water before covering the jets. It is turned up as high as possible and starts hot enough to burn someone, but runs cold before filling the tub. No one warned us about that. That would be the biggest complaint. It often makes us decide not to use it. Second, the shower lever is so hard to raise and lower that it makes the shower hard to use. The open/close lever cover falls off with every bath. We put it back on and screw it down, but next bath it shakes loose and falls off again. At present, we feel like we paid a lot of money for something that is not what we hoped it would be.

There seemed to be some miscommunication between the sales representative and the installer. What she said wasn’t what was done by the installers who were doing the work. The door frame was not big enough and she mentioned that but then, there was a lot of difficulty with cutting around the corner. The whole thing was stressful but the installers were great. We got the walk-in bath for my mother. She says that she feels better using the Whirlpool with her legs. She had a walk-in bath before so she was familiar with it. But her old one did not have the features that this one has. The heated back where you lean against is my favorite. Also, the shower nozzle on the one we had before was up higher and this one is attached to the actual tub. That makes it nice.

I've always had Kohler products. Even my old stuff are all Kohler. High-quality. There are other types of walk-in tubs on the market. But I didn't have any feeling like I should check those out when I knew Kohler. I like the heated back a lot. I use that even when I'm just sitting down using the showerhead. It keeps me extra warm. It's a tight fit. To get in, I have to turn sideways. But it's fine. I take a jet bath in it once a week. The rest of the time, I just use it as a tub. I fill it up part of the way, use the showerhead, sit there and shower myself off.

The purchase process at Kohler was thoroughly enjoyable. I didn't think that the installers could do as good as they did. They were very polite and they listened to what I asked them. They answered all my questions. The walk-in tub adds to the bathroom we have. I thought it would be an eyesore but it isn't. My wife uses it and if it hadn't been for that tub, she couldn't enjoy taking a bath.

The installers were very professional and nice about everything. They kept their masks on and explained things to me. The job was done very quickly and nicely. I'm getting up in age and I'm having back problems. My Kohler is so much easier than a regular bathtub and it works beautifully. It's total relaxation. I'm going in every other day and enjoying it tremendously.

Kohler's rep was very knowledgeable and working with him was a great experience. The installation team had a big job in that they had to tear out my existing tub, and they were terrific. My husband and I are very happy with the walk-in bath we got.

The workers were very nice and the quality of work they did was very good. I would recommend Kohler if you're looking really for a walk-in tub.

The Kohler crew that came out was very professional, very courteous and they worked the whole time they were here. It was very well done. I like the jets in the water and the temperature too.

I love Kohler products. They last and they're 110% top quality. The reps of Kohler were wonderful. The installers were great too. I love all the features of my walk-in tub. I have trouble with my back and I also have arthritis in my knees and some of my joints, and it has helped me tremendously with that.

The Kohler tub is really relaxing. I was upset though. They sent young kids and they didn't do a great job putting the molding back on. I've been working on that myself. But other than that, they did a great job putting it in there.

The people at Kohler are all nice fellows. They took care of me alright. I called Kohler this morning. I have a question on how much water is used every time I use the walk-in bath. I've had a letter from the water company saying I'm using an excess amount of water.

The installation crew was very efficient and I would highly recommend them for any other job. I have an unfavorable condition though. The 50-gallon hot water tank doesn't have enough hot water to completely fill it with a warm temperature of water. I had a call to discuss about the amount of hot water and Kohler sent a plumber out. He adjusted the device that they installed that was supposed to increase the amount of hot water to raise the temperature of the water. But it isn't quite enough. Still, it was a good experience with Kohler.

The salesperson from Kohler was amazing, knowledgeable and had great customer service. The installer was very professional and then, they got somebody out to do the drywall and he matched it perfectly. I was concerned because it was smaller than my bath that was put in there. So, there was a big gap. They did a good job of cleaning up and making it look good. They removed the old bath and took care of everything. The installation was very smooth. My mom was struggling holding up my dad because he was quite heavy and I got the tub ready for him. So, I like that she's not having to do that anymore. She can sit him in the bath and wash him. It's much better for her. The walk-in bath is the best decision you can make to help your parents.

The quality of Kohler's product is excellent and I like the ease of using it. The installers finished the installation in one day and did a very good job. I've been very satisfied with the purchase.

The purchase went smoothly and the people that installed it were very nice too. I like the jets of the walk-in bath and after I play tennis or something, I can get in it and relax.

Their installers were meticulous. They had to do a massive build on mine because I had a six-foot area they had to fill in. They had to build up on both ends and on the back. They did a fantastic job. My favorite feature of the tub is the massage jets. The only thing I found with it that it scared the tooky out of me was when pushing the air jets or the massage jets to come on, they come on full force. They could start the air jets and stuff at the low range and then let them move up instead of starting at the high power. But other than that, it is fantastic.

I really liked the sales guy that came out. I didn't feel like he was pushy. Also, the installation was really good. The guys were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything after they were finished. The work was excellent. My mother really enjoys the tub. I would recommend Kohler. I've told some friends whose parents are kind of getting up there in age. It's kind of pricey but I feel like it gives a little bit more independence.

The Kohler rep came and made a sales pitch. He was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The installation people worked hard and had it done in a day. The tub is the most expensive thing I've ever bought but the jets are really restorative to my body. But I've only used it four times because the motor went out. It's not working now.

The techs were quick, on time, and did a good job. We had two issues with the plumbing. First, they had the cold and hot water backward. They had to come back and fix that. Then, we had a problem with the drain. My mother-in-law who's 86 went in the tub and it took her a half-hour to get out 'cause the walk-in was barely draining. The problem was with the drain plug itself. There was a little screw that one tightens to get it to the right height. The techs didn't tighten that so I fixed it myself. We like our Kohler Walk-In a lot. My mother-in-law uses it every day and she absolutely loves it.

We had bought a house and Kohler would be a good tub to have. We didn't realize that it would be $25,000 but we bought it. The installation was great and seamless. The tub is easy to get into, fills up quickly and drains fast. The jets are great. I’ve used the tub and I like it but I’m trying to figure out how to get my husband in. Usually, I would take a step into the shower and lift him in. But there's not enough room to do that and that is one feature I don't like. I'm not a little person and there's not much room to turn when you get in. So, there needs to be a little room between the seat and the doorway. Closing the door is hard to do. It would probably be better if the door closed from the outside rather than from the inside. But I enjoy everything else.

Everything was excellent. My mom is very happy with the workmanship. She said she has never seen anything like it. She was highly impressed. She’s the one that keeps her home up and she’s got several folks in and out of the home.

The reps of Kohler were really good. I like the bubbles of the tub. My favorite feature is that I don't have to climb over and get in the tub. I could just walk in and sit down. I'm 93 years old. I can't do too much jumping anymore.

The sales agent did a very good presentation and the installers did an awesome job. I like everything about the Kohler Walk-in Bath. The jets are nice.

I enjoy my Kohler walk-in tub. It's nice. But the gentleman that put this in told me it would be $7,077 and then I got the bill from GreenSky for $16,000. I don't think that they could charge me double for a plain shower. It does not have any grab bars and a shower door. I don't think that's fair. That's not what I was told. I have reached out to them, but they said that that's what I’ve signed for. But the installation went well. They did a great job. I was very pleased with it.

The sales rep answered all our questions and told us all about Kohler. Then, the installers explained a lot of things to us and showed us how the bath worked. One of my least favorite features is the hot water. We have to change our hot water heater. Other than that, we really like it. Our son-in-law likes to get in there and with the jets to go in and help the difficulties he has.

I've got a Kohler engine in a lawn mower and I also had Kohlers in several different things. It's a good name. I've been driving a truck for over 40 years now and getting on up in years. I thought before I fall and bust my keister, the Kohler walk-in bath looked like it might be cool. I had no idea it was gonna be that expensive though. I almost didn't do it because I was thinking I was going to put that in and put a shower in the other bathroom. That'd be a good time to do it 'cause the plumbing for one is right against the plumbing for the other one. But the guys told me that they also gave me a price on putting a Kohler shower in my other bathroom. They said that that would be good for a year.

My Kohler walk in tub was installed last year, it is just ok. First issue the 3" walk in is a lie, mine is over 6", the rep told me that is just the way it is. The installation was a nightmare, floors, walls, and woodwork scratched. A filthy mess when they left. The installers were not even prepared to do the job, they went to get parts (1 1/2 hours). They still didn't have all they needed, they had to borrow from me. When the tub was installed the installers could not tell me how to use it. Then I realized the bathroom door would not shut at all after the door was put back in place. Now there is a horrible smell coming from the tub. Kohler blames Home Smart and Home Smart blames Kohler, just a huge run around. I have to keep candles burning in that bathroom to cover this bad industrial smell. Don't waste your money on the Kohler walk in tub.

Kohler has a good reputation and I’ve dealt with Kohler products. The rep answered my questions. He was very thorough and professional. He told me everything that I wanted to know. He was well prepared, and without being pushy. He knew my circumstances, that I could not make up my mind. I could not give him a final decision because my husband was in the hospital at the time. He was very patient. He worked with me and did an excellent job.

Everybody I've worked with at Kohler was very good. I tell my friends about how nice the salesperson and the workers that came were. They answered all of my questions. The fellows that put the tub in were very efficient and knew what they were doing. It was a good experience. I do like the Kohler tub very well. I'm at a point where I can't get in and out of a regular tub and step over the edge. By putting in the Kohler tub, I have been able to get in, soak in the bath water and enjoy the tub. I like the heated seat and back so that when you do sit down in the water, you get your water where you want it. It stays warm. I've had a couple of my neighbors over just to look at the tub.

I expected the installation to be a week or so but the installers did it in one day. They took a little while to get here because of the pandemic and transportation was slowed down but they were extremely friendly. We were very happy with it. The only thing that would have helped is if they made the faucets go from either side. Our bathroom we put the walk-in tub in is very small and we're gonna to do some more remodeling to accommodate it better.

Our purchase of a walk-in tub, as well as its installation, were both very good, especially at the end. Somebody from Kohler came by to do a follow-up, checked whether everything was okay, and he gave me his card. He explained to me better the operations in the tub. He went through it all with me and my wife and we were very pleased. The features of the tub were also what we expected.

Was not happy with the Kohler walk-in tub from the salesperson to the installers... The tub is okay. It is just a bathtub you can step into, nothing special for the high price. I got this for my father and he has not been able to use it at all. This thing takes a lot of water too much for the pipes in his house. Big mistake.

The Kohler rep was very good and the guy who did the installation was very nice. He said it would take one day and it took five days but that was all right. He didn’t spend enough time on demonstrating how to use it though. I always get water all over the place and I had to learn how to work the things. It doesn't have enough information about the tub. I like the jets but when I first started using it, I didn't realize the ones in the back had to be covered up. I had water all over the place. I’m learning and I’m happy with it. I would shop around a little bit more for price though.

I can no longer get into a regular bathtub. My children didn't feel it was safe for me to be in the shower because they were afraid I would slip and fall. Kohler had the features that I needed to be safe and I was partial to them because my dad was a plumber for a while, earning a living and he sold Kohler products and he said they're the top of the line. So they would be a good purchase and better than some of the others. I was pleased with everyone I dealt with. The gentleman who came when I agreed to purchase the tub was very good as well as the crew that put it in. They cleaned up so nice when they were done. So I have no complaints. I have a handicapped son and I had trouble getting him in the other tub and he just loves this tub. I have a couple of tall sons that have back problems so I told them that whenever it's bad, they can come up and sit in my tub. It'll make them feel better.

We liked Kohler’s name and quality. We figured it would last and would not have problems with it. The walk-in bath is very good. My husband has neuropathy and he’s had a series of operations, and it's been great for him for stress relief as well as just helping him feel all relaxed when he finishes.

I love everything about the walk-in bath from Kohler. I’m old and I hurt a lot. I did my exercises in the tub today because I’ve been gone a couple of days. I'm a water person and I love swimming and being in the water and exercising. It's heavenly to get in and sit down and feel that water especially when I'm hurting. The salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave additional knowledge. I had another person come out from another company. It was a walk-in one but not like this one.

The sales rep came to the house, which is wonderful. She was very personable and nice and she made me feel at home. But when she told me how much the walk-in tub was, I was ready to tell her to keep it. If it hadn’t been for my daughter telling me that she would help finance the tub, I wouldn't have it today. It's a blessing and it is worth every penny I'm putting in it because it is good. It's a necessity for us, old folk.

The jets are easily adjustable and when we wash the tub down after a shower or a bath, it's easy to use the handheld thing. Also, their reps call every once in a while. They're very nice and kind people. They're concerned if there are any problems. We would recommend Kohler's walk-in tub to anyone and if we had to, we’d do it again.

The sales guy took a lot of time with us. He told us how it was gonna sit in there. He took us out in his truck and showed us what it was going to look like. He did everything possible to show us what we were going to get. Then, the installers came in, worked hard, and got it done. They were very nice. They brought us in and showed us how to work everything. They put water in it and made sure it held water and everything. I was satisfied with that. I'm very satisfied with the product and the people I deal with. I like the tub's Jets the most.

The sales rep who came to my home was very nice and lovely and she answered all my questions. But on the day of the installation, the installers were late. I called and unfortunately, they got a flat tire. They got here like an hour late but they were awful nice. They were so thoughtful of all of my stuff and they were very lovely working. They were finished by 4 o'clock in the afternoon and they cleaned up everything. I like the safety of the walk-in tub. The only thing is it takes a while to fill up. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

The sales reps of Kohler were courteous and professional. The process went well. The guys who did it were professional on it, did their work and got everything in. They did a good job.

The product of Kohler is very nice. Their service was great too. They could ease up on the price a little bit, but they were very professional. The rep did the work very nicely and he finished it in a day.

I like the Kohler brand. The rep I worked with was good. He was knowledgeable and he listened. The installers, Alberto and Josh were really nice. They were really knowledgeable and courteous too. It's nice to be able to sit down and bathe instead of having to stand all the time. It helps our muscles and our joints when we get to sit there. I also like the hydrotherapy bubbles. They're not as forceful as the whirlpool jets.

We like the price of Kohler and they had a special on for interest rate. The sales reps did a good job. They didn't really sell it too hard. They just explained it more than sold it. The installation went very well. All in a day. They called us before they were coming to give us the arrival time and they arrived on time. They brought us in during different stages of the installation to make sure they were doing it right and we were happy with the progress so far, and cleaned up and left it shipshape when they departed. The only thing that we didn't really talk about was finish options. Our bathroom already has bronze fixtures and this thing is bright chrome, so there's a clash and we didn't even talk about whether or not it's possible to get something besides chrome faucets and handles. We would have liked to have a variety of attachment colors to select. But my wife loves it. She’s getting significant pain relief.

I have a lung disorder that when I was showering before, it was like I was being waterboarded. I needed something like this. I can go in there, shower and bathe at my leisure, and not be out of breath. We've shown the tub to other people and recommended it. The thing that deters people is the price but as a product, it seems to be pretty solid.

We almost went with a different company but then we called Kohler. We thought they were a better all-around deal and a better warranty. The sales rep explained everything that we needed explained and his presentation was very good. The installation was very good too. The guys seemed to know what they were doing. We got it all together and they filled the walk-in tub up. We had a leak at the door. The seal evidently had been pulled off and they reglued it. We were told that will never do so the guy ordered us a new door and about three days later, he came out with the door and put it on. Since then, the walk-in tub has been fine.

We like that Kohler was ADA certified and it seemed to fit older people better. It was twice the price but when it comes to 90-year-old parents falling and tripping, it really wasn't bad. There were a lot of delays and we weren't kept in communication between when it was being shipped and then when it was being installed. Eventually, my wife hounded the installer to find out where it was and managed to get some reasonable dates. It took a couple of months longer than expected. But, we're not making a big stink out of that because it was COVID season and everybody was having difficulty. We're in the same boat. But, the one disappointing thing was that they'd say, “It's being shipped tomorrow,” but then we wouldn't hear anything for two weeks.

The initial installation went fine. I like that the water stays warm because you put the little heater on it. I can just stay there and read a book. It’s very nice and very enjoyable. The tub is fine but I’m not happy with the service follow-up. I am troubled because even on the Kohler place, I see that it’s possible to have a showerhead type thing instead of just the hand wand. It's not convenient to take a shower and hold the hand wand.

If someone has issues with their back or legs or can't get in and don't have a regular tub, I would suggest that they try the walk-in tub from Kohler. I like the heating part as well as when I put on the jets. I like that it's hot enough that I can sit in and take a bath instead of a shower all the time. My bathroom routine is better when I just soak.

The installation of our Kohler walk-in bath went really well. There were two different crews that did the installation and they did a really nice job. It is working great. I needed it for my wife because she's handicapped. My wife loves it. She really likes the heated portion on the back. The quality is excellent.

My wife has had seven back fusions. I had to lift her in and out of the bath tub. All she could use is a seat, so she couldn't get down in the tub. She also had a hip replacement and she got a lot of bone issue, so she has very limited in what she could do in the bathtub. I bought the hose connection, so she could shower and sit on a seat. But she couldn't get down in the tub and she was looking forward to something like that. So I wanted to do the walk-in tub. When I started Googling the various walk-in tubs, Kohler was a name that I recognized. When I looked at that in September, they said that if I did something like that by the end of September that I would have $1,000 of savings by the end of the month. There was a bidet involved also in that. So I called Kohler and I never talked to anybody else.

The sales guy was great. He explained everything correctly and there was no pressure. The workers did a good job on it and they explained things. I use the tub about once or twice a week and that's more than I was doing before. It's easy to use and to get into. The jest are good too. So far, the whole operation went great. We're satisfied.

I liked the way the tub looked. The installation crew that came out was a very nice bunch. My husband and I are getting elderly and having the walk-in tub is a convenience for us. It has very nice quality. It was really expensive. But I understand that all the installation and everything cost quite a bit. It's a very nice tub.

The installation went pretty good, except for the plumbing of the sink. The tech had to go get parts a couple times. It took two days to complete but the guys were really good. They replace the sink faucets to match the tub but they don't match. They said they couldn't match them. But the quality of the tub is great. It’s probably the best on the market. I enjoy the jets and the bubbles but I dislike that the tub takes a lot of water.

The reps from Kohler were very professional and everything was done the way they said it was going to be done.

My mom couldn't get over in the regular tub. The walk-in tub helped her out. She likes that she doesn't have to get over in the tub. The quality looks pretty good right now. The tub is really good for what I need it for.

I had faith in the Kohler products and I decided that if I was going to get a walk-in tub, I was gonna get a Kohler. The rep explained everything but I found out that there was no literature that I could look at once he left. Whatever information I needed to have was on his computer so I had no written paperwork that I could look at to see what I was getting. But the guys that did the installation were fabulous and neat. They knew exactly what they were doing. The walk-in bath looks wonderful in my bathroom. It fits right in and it’s perfect. I was satisfied with everything.

It's the best experience that I've had with any contractor. I told the manager and each of the workers that starting with the salesperson, Andy, they were so on target in terms of professionalism. Andy came in and started the sales presentation. He knows his business and the product line. He was very specific and thorough. He did the measurements. Each time he asked me along the way, “What do you think?” I had called him yesterday just to say hello and he said he wanted to stop by to make sure everything is fine after the holiday. He was a very nice guy.

I've always sworn by Kohler products. I've always had Kohler products such as the Kohler faucets. I ordered a tub, signed the contract the last day of September, but it was not delivered until the 17th of November. They have been advertising 60% off. I don't expect that but I do expect some kind of rebate. I paid a lot of money for that tub. I would have rated the experience very high as far as the tub and the installation. It's the pricing that I'm concerned about now. They don't give you any information until they come out here. They don't tell you anything over the phone, so you don't know.

We like Kohler's price and quality. Their sales rep was friendly and professional. The installation took two days, and it was good. My husband was very impressed with the installation company. They had hired a couple of people that couldn't hear. The main installer was an interpreter. He couldn't hear either very well but he could speak, and the other installer couldn't speak at all. But then the young man that was with them had picked up some of the sign language that the two installers use. Since having our Kohler, I’m more comfortable. I like the warm water feature.

We knew Kohler is a brand name and we've had Kohler products before and we liked them. The salesman was really nice when he was here. He explained a lot of things to us and checked the bathrooms to make sure that it would fit in one of them. Unfortunately, it didn't fit in the first one that we thought of, but he told us the second bathroom is perfect for it. He looked at our electrical box and looked at our water pressure. We had several phone calls from Kohler to tell us where they were and the manufacturer of the tub and confirming the date that they would install it. We also liked that they had their own installers. They didn't just drop off the tub and we had to find someone to install it. That was a major reason for going with them.

We had fine interactions with Kohler's reps when they came. Everybody was perfect coming in, doing the job, and taking care of everything. Every one of them was awesome. Also, I really like the tub. Don't believe the lie that you got to stand there forever for the tub to drain. That's what everybody that I talked to says.

Kohler had an ad in the paper and I was impressed by it. Also, it's a brand that’s supposed to have a warranty so I chose them. I called and they came out. They measured it and I have a tub. I like everything about it and I'm very satisfied with it.

We had a walk-in shower with a bench and my husband had once fallen off the bench. He was very nervous about getting in there to sit down. We decided to get a Kohler tub. Their reps were very prompt, nice, punctual, and neat. Everything was fine.

My husband and I thought about getting a hot tub out on our patio and we started asking people about that. We found out that it's a lot of work and a lot of maintenance. What we really wanted was the therapy of the hot water and the jacuzzi type thing. We got online, started looking at other things, and that's when we found the walk-in tub. We looked into it. We saw Kohler online and decided to have the sales rep come and give us a talk. He was very well-spoken and very convincing. We were very impressed with what he had to say and decided to do that.

We got a good price with Kohler. We got a good deal all the way around. The sales rep from Kohler was good, to the point, answered the questions and showed the product really well and all different types and configurations. We got a good installation. It took the installers less than a day to get it in. The technician showed us how to use it, answered our questions, and gave us suggestions on what to clean it with and how to clean it. He was professional.

The installation of my Kohler tub took two days, but they told me that, so I was good. Everything is lovely. The quality is excellent. The only thing is that the tub's slippery at the bottom when water drains out.

The installation took two days and the installers were great and they did a good job. But I would think that they would have some kind of shower curtain to keep the water from splashing right on the floor. Other than that, I would recommend it to anybody that called me.

Also, I have someone here now who is rehabbing from knee surgery and absolutely loves the fact that he can sit and take a shower. I would tell others to seriously consider Kohler.

Kohler is rated number one. The salesperson was great, very nice, and very friendly. The installation missed a couple of things about the electrical hook-up and access to the main electrical valve, which resulted in additional work needing to be done. But that was not at my cost. It just took extra time, so the two-day installation turned into a month or two. But the tub has all the bells and whistles so if you wanted to use all of them, then that would be good.

My husband is happy to take his bath. He can get into the tub just fine. But getting out is difficult for him because he's a little tired then. His problem was getting in and out of the shower that we had. And the Kohler walk-in tub was what he wanted to do. He liked the features from Kohler and the reviews he read. Their salesperson explained everything well and the interaction was good. We liked the installation crew and they did a good job.

We live in a retirement convention and the original bathtub was a little small and low. We knew we weren't going to be using that tub so we decided to make the space worthwhile. We came up with the idea of putting in a walk-in tub, especially with our age, it would be a safe move. The salesperson was very good. The lady who was scheduling everything, Liz, was wonderful. She got in touch with us and let us know when we could expect the installation. The installation guys were awesome. They said it would take about a day and a half and that's what it took. They showed us how everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The sales rep presented everything well. He was good ‘cause he made the sale. There were a few things that went wrong with the installation. But other than that, it was okay. The best about the tub is the massaging that it has although I’ve only used it once. The only thing is that it takes forever for it to fill up. I need to have the time to do it. It takes all of the hot water. But it’s soothing when I get in there. I'm still having a situation. They offer a toilet seat for free if you buy their product. Well, the toilet seat doesn't fit, it's too big and I have a small commode. I have been trying to contact the company and couldn't get anyone. Now I have a toilet seat sitting in my hallway in my house.

My wife has some health issues and she's really the one using the Kohler walk-in tub. She is very happy that I've purchased that for her because she likes the therapeutic value. It can massage the back and it has heat on the back and that's where she has the issue mostly with pain. She tells me that it has helped with the relief of the pain. She uses it several times a week and she likes the whole experience. It was not only just a physical thing but the emotional part of it that I cared enough to get the walk-in tub for her.

Kohler was a good brand. Their walk-in tub looked good. The Kohler representative was wonderful. I knew that I wanted a tub but I went ahead and let him do his sales pitch 'cause I enjoyed visiting. Kohler called and made a date to come. Then they called the morning they were supposed to come and said the materials weren't there, and they would call me when they got in. They called the next week and penciled me in for a date. I even canceled my housekeeper because she was coming that day. Then they called and said that they had sent the wrong material. They penciled me again and called three times before we actually got here. I would have preferred that when they knew they were coming that they tell me because that was what they said. Other people would get worried and they would wanna know bit by bit what was going on with their material. And with this COVID mess, the supply chain is down. But I loved the care and concern that they had.

The rep of Kohler was very forthcoming and very knowledgeable as far as the product he was selling. The installer did an outstanding job. He told me he couldn't find people to work. After he got through, I could understand why because he had to take out the door facings and everything to get it in, and everything was put back and touched up, exactly like it was.

Kohler was a much sleeker, more sophisticated-looking product than what I'd seen in some other brands. They sell everything through a local company, and the one company that we used was called Pacific Bath. That was where the process went downhill in that their standard is for this bath to be installed completely by a Kohler representative company, in this case, that was Pacific Bath, rather than being sold independently to a subcontractor who could easily install the bath. It created an extra line of unnecessary communication, unnecessary scheduling, unnecessary wait times because we were dealing with a third resource rather than having the product on hand for our own subcontractors to use.

The sales rep of Kohler was great. But she told me a few things that weren't 100% accurate. She explained that she was new. I'm not saddened by it, though. However, it took more than four weeks to get my tub installed. She told me it would take about two. I was very upset about it. But I use the tub every day. I found several ways to use it more than just as the tub that you fill in all the way. I can take a shower in it. I can just fill it up and rest my feet in it. I can take a mini bath in it or a full bath in it. There's a lot of versatility with it. I'm definitely gonna tell people about it.

I had a bathtub bench and I got to the point where I couldn't sit on the bench. I'm paralyzed on my right side and physically lift my leg into the bathtub. I called Kohler and they had a representative come out. He saw my condition and said that he would see what he could do. He looked at my bathroom and where the walk-in would go. We had a nice discussion about it. I put down a deposit and they said the normal delivery time was four weeks. They came in less than two weeks and it was perfect. They had a local electrician do the electrical work and the plumber came with them and they had it in within six hours.

Kohler could get the installation done quicker than the other providers. The installation went very well. It was done in a day. The bath was installed in my parents' home. My parents are happy with it. They like it, and their caregiver likes it.

The crew for the installation came much later than anticipated but that was a very good crew. Caulking leaves a little bit to be desired but the men were very nice. My experience with the walk-in tub has been very nice too. There’s really not much to dislike about it. It's very relaxing, easy to get in and out of and easy to maintain. Though the price was high, I'm very satisfied.

There was a part that was wrong and the guy explained to me why he had to change it. It was ordered and he came back a couple days later and installed it. Everything was wonderful.

My wife and I had talked about buying a hot tub and putting it outside where the swimming pool is. But we decided not to because down here, our winters are cold and wet. And in the summertime, you don't go out there in 80 or 90-degree weather with 100% humidity and hop in a tub that’s hotter than the weather. So the wife said, “Why don't just get the tub instead and have it here in the house instead of having a hot tub outside and you use it anytime you want it?” I said, “Well, that's great.” I filled out a questionnaire and before I knew it, a salesperson from Kohler was calling me to arrange a meeting to be down in my area. He was well-informed, had everything in the case, had samples of the plumbing, and had a roll-up display of what the tub looked like. I had already seen it online but my wife hadn't. So it was educational for the most part and informative.

Kohler is a good company so we went with them. The rep was very good and very helpful though I got the impression that he might have been fairly new. The installation was easy. We just let them in and they did the job. It was all done in one day and their work was wonderful. The tub has a thing you can wash your hair with. It has the jets and it's easy to get in and out of. There's a little shelf space on the side where I can put the stuff to clean it with. I enjoy the tub. We're fairly athletic so after we do some exercise, it feels good to soak in the tub for a while.

The sales rep was good. He knew what he was talking about, and he convinced us Kohler was the best. The installers were 100% great too. We don't have enough water right now to fill the tub, but I like the sauna. It also has a pull out, but my wife is handicapped and it would be nice if I could get an extension where you can use the shower out.

I was having trouble getting in and out of the bathtub and after comparing products, I found that Kohler was surpassing the others. The sales guy answered all our questions. He listened to all the silly questions I had and he showed me everything I needed to know, which was good. He was a good source of information about the product and he couldn't have been nicer. The installers were professional as well. They came in the morning and they were done by noon. I was shocked. They couldn't have done a better job. Now, I enjoy being able to walk in and not have to worry about how I'm going to get out. The massaging bubbles are fantastic too.

Other than seeing Kohler products in Home Depot, my first real experience was the presentation from our salesman who came to our home to do it. He gave us the whole history of the company, the products and affiliates, and all of the whole nine. The general contractor, Chase, was extremely professional and very personable. He had a team under him working for the demolition of my old bathroom and the installation. He was absolutely wonderful and his team worked with him. They followed directions clearly that he gave them. It was a really good installation team.

I was looking around for a bathtub and I thought I want to get a good one. If you're going to spend the money, you might as well get the best that you can afford. I know Kohler is a really good name in bath products. The salesperson was very nice, polite, and very thorough. She took gobs and gobs of measurements, explained everything to us, answered all of our questions, and no hiccups. She was a great salesperson and I was impressed with her. She also had to drive from Denver to get over here that day.

The bathtub is very easy to use. I primarily got it for myself because I had a new knee done and I couldn't get in the bathtub anymore, but my husband has ended up using it almost more than I have because it helps his body. I like the easy accessibility and the simplicity of the dials. Other tubs have too much hardware but Kohler has the neatest look. I’m still adjusting to the jets, so I'm still playing with it.

My husband has a high regard for Kohler products so we went with them. The sales rep was good. He was very informative and gentlemanly. He was professional. The installers were awesome. We saw that if we had went on the internet, they would’ve gotten a bonus. We don't do internet so I had called the office ‘cause I didn't wanna see them lose out on the bonus. My husband is enjoying the walk-in tub. I'm a shower person and they were very nice to put up a slider rod on the wall for me so that I could pick the showerhead up and hang it up on that.

One of the spigots came apart. My husband called and they came and repaired it. It seems to be fine.

In my normal bathtub, I became very rigid because I had the fear of falling. I also couldn't get down so I had to take a shower, and it was very unpleasant. I like the safety features of the Kohler tub, which is the most important thing to me. Everything is right there and I'm very satisfied. Before, I was taking two showers a week because I was so uncomfortable. I'm back to taking a bath every day and I'm very comfortable with the tub.

My experience with Kohler was amazing. They're responsive. The installment team was a man and two grown sons. They took about three days and they'd come in for a few hours each day. They were very courteous. It’s a little loud, but they were great. I like the accessibility of the tub and the back heating feature where it heats the back of the tub. I also like the depth of it. It's a wonderful product and I love it.

Kohler is a good brand name, and I never heard anything bad about it. I bought a Kohler faucet years ago, and it's great. So, I decided to stay with Kohler. I didn't really even do any shopping around to see if there was a different brand that would be cheaper. The sales rep that came out here was knowledgeable, polite and he gave me all the information I needed. The installation went pretty good. There was one mishap. Apparently, there was a connection that was loose when they first turned it on. Everything else went smoothly after that. The walk-in tub has bubbles and it’s got jets. I didn't like the original showerhead that's above. So, I bought a new one and put an extension on it. I didn't like the hand spray, too. I had on my old one a very fine spray. So, I took the new one off and I put my old one on. I use it to rinse off with instead of wasting a lot of water.

We were familiar with Kohler products. A lot of our bath stuff, toilets and tubs were from Kohler so we were pretty sure that the quality would be good. It was something that my wife was looking forward to using. The rep came in and went through everything. I was satisfied with what she was presenting and we did the contract. The installation team was very professional. They did a good job and left the place working great.

Our Kohler is outstanding. My wife had an incident, and I felt we needed to have it. I went online to find which was the best, and I found that it was a 5-star. But not only that, when I considered Standard, I thought Standard's never a standard, and all of our household fixtures are Kohler, so we went with Kohler. Their sales people were very good, very friendly and they laid the product out beautifully. The installers were also very good. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. It was a good team. For myself, the product has been wonderful on my skin. It's the massaging that does it well. I think that it helped my wife with her back pain. We had friends in the home the other day, and I immediately wanted to show it to them. We had retired school employees here for a little dinner, and I wanted to show it to them too.

I knew of Kohler from being in the stone restoration business for 28 years. We did a lot of bathrooms and after we did them, the Kohler people came in and threw a lot of faucets. I noticed the quality. I went with them and the rep was a nice guy. He came in and there was no pressure. He explained everything that he had to even though I kept interrupting him saying, “I know about this, I know about that.” He knew what he was talking about. I got their most expensive product and the installation was excellent. I knew that was gonna take two days. We've had a couple of challenges since the installation, but the guys were very neat, very polite, wore masks and did the job right.

We looked at Kohler and several others. I was liking what I saw on the web page very much so I went with them. Being someone with an engineering background, I thought it met what we needed. We agreed to have somebody come out and do some measurements. The rep was was well-versed in it and could answer my questions immediately without having to look at his cheat sheet and find the answer. He knew his product very well and that was a plus for us. He did his job very nicely and told us what it would be price-wise, and we agreed to it immediately. We didn’t see the need to look further at any other. The people who came and installed it did a great job on everything. They demonstrated the walk-in feature and we were pleased with that. We haven't had to call them back for anything.

The installation team was on time. They were very courteous and very good. So far, I love the tub. I had my stroke in March and I'm a bath person so I really needed that. I like being able to get in there, sit down, and take a bath. I figured how I can get the water high enough and not have to turn the jets on. I'm doing good with it.

It was a very good experience with Kohler. I like the whirlpool on the bathtub and the ease of entry. The rep was very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation team surprised me. They were on time. They completed the work in a very professional manner, left the area clean, and observed all protocols with regard to the coronavirus.

I did a lot of looking at the different tubs. After I had pretty much decided on the basis of looking at different websites, I talked to the rep. After going over with her, I pretty much decided that Kohler was what I wanted to do. The installation team did fine though there were a few glitches along the way. The floor part that was sent was not the one that was ordered but I expected that changed. That would have delayed the install a little while if they’d had to send that back and going with the one that was ordered. So, the guy halted the installation a little bit to make up for that. Then the installer had a back wall installed and was wiping it down. A chip fell out of the surface of it. He didn’t feel right about installing a defective wall so he had to cut it apart and take it out. He ordered a replacement for that. When that came and he was to finish the installation, a different installer went ahead and finished the installation.

The name Kohler speaks volumes so I went with them. The sales rep was satisfactory. We had a few glitches during the installation but it worked itself out. They did a first class job. I like the jet stream in the tub.

We all had a fabulous time with Kohler. It's a fabulous company and it's been in business forever. The guy was very professional. They worked with dad and it's great. I just wish my mom would get in and use it. They're in their 80's and they got that nice bathtub. I'm glad they did it and can afford it. I don't want them to break a hip and they won't. They're less likely to in this thing. The tub is huge. It's like a big dunking booth. You could swim in there. You could snorkel. It's got the walk-in where you seal it then you turn it on and fill it up.

The salesperson from Kohler came out. He was a very nice guy and gave us a rundown on the tub. The installation team was on time, prompt, and very nice. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves after they were all done. They said if there's any problem, to give them a call. They also demonstrated how it is used. It was a very good experience. I like everything about the tub most especially the jets and bubbles. My great-niece is here right now and she's loving it too. I am also sleeping so much better. I usually would lay down and it would take me hours to fall asleep. All of a sudden, I was falling asleep so fast. I was wondering what did I do differently and it's the tub. I love it so much. I've already recommended it to everybody. They're all saying it's so expensive but I tell them it's worth it.

I wanted a walk-in tub and I looked it up on the internet. We heard that Kohler was guaranteed not to leak. The sales reps were very good and the installers were very nice. Both did a very good job and I was very pleased. There was a little problem with the drain but that was fixed. So, it’s working fine now. But I'm confused about the jets because they said that it wouldn't blow out until 15 minutes after the tub drained but sometimes, it drains and then starts to blow out before I'm even out of the tub, which is kind of scary. Still, I'm happy to have a tub again because I was taking showers and I don't like showers. Kohler is the best one on the market and I'm very happy with it. It would be nice though if the seat could either be removed so I could sit flat in the tub or have it much lower so I can get down under and get my shoulders down in the water.

The sales rep was very good and nice. He answered all my questions. After the installation, we had a problem but it was fixed as quick as possible. We had also got a beautiful new Kohler toilet when we got the tub and it never dawned on us that our legs are so short. I had to be up on tippy toes to use it. Then, my sister-in-law that I take care of, her feet just dangles. We laughed about that so much.

The sales rep was fine. They knew what they were talking about. However, day one of installation didn't go so well. There was some question about how to wire it up in the attic when they couldn't get all the way over to the electrical box. But other than that, we got it worked out. The other two days were fine. They did pretty well in the end. I like that the tub has jets and a shower. It's worth every minute.

I had been searching them out and checking them out online. I got a call from Kohler so I went with them. The product is great. I like it. I also like the jacuzzi part of it. The pain is gone when I'm in the tub.

The reps did everything the salesperson said they were going to do. He didn't over exaggerate.

We wanted a walk-in bathtub and so, we called Kohler to put it in. The sales people have been very fast. We just had a problem with the drain and I called them the day before yesterday. They came out yesterday and fixed the problem. Hopefully, it will be fine now because last time, it was okay. If we have any trouble, I'll call again. It wasn't the cheapest thing we've ever done but Kohler is a good product. We're a little older, so it enables my wife to walk-in and take a bath. She had trouble getting in the Jacuzzi we had before so, this is working out fine.

I was getting older and more unsteady on my feet. I didn't want to fall and I thought that surrounded by a tub, of being able to get in and out, was what I needed. I had a good walk-in shower and a portable seat, but it didn't feel secure enough. I looked at the ads, and I knew Kohler was good. It's an old brand, so I decided to look at it and that’s the only one I looked at. Things went smoothly after that. The installers were in and out in a day and a half and everything worked fine. When I had a small problem with my drain, I called and there was a serviceman right in the area. He came the next day that we called and what I've got now is wonderful. Kohler is a reliable company and first of all, my mind was thinking, “If I got this bathtub, it wouldn't cost any more than two or three months in a nursing home, which I could avoid if I didn't fall.”

I saw the ad and I knew Kohler was a good name, so I did that. The sales representative was great. He was very nice and personable and he helped me with my hummingbird feeder. Also, the installation was early and they didn't seem to waste any time. They had to find different things and it went well. Overall, it's a very good experience and my grandson loves the tub. I know I'll use it in the years to come as well.

It was getting more difficult to get into the regular bathtub so I decided to do a walk-in tub. I landed on Kohler primarily because of their advertising and the information I found online. During installation, there were a couple of glitches in which they sent the wrong tub to my house so they had to take that back and come back again. They were very good about that. The installers even painted the wall above the tub. That was not part of the job description. They found some paint from when I had the bathroom painted in the garage. It was funny because while they were eating lunch, I kept hearing noises in there and I thought what was going on. Then they came up with this paint and they must have planned it all along because they happened to have the paint tray, roller, and brushes. They acted as if it was a spur of the moment thing so I really appreciated that. I really like the tub. I hope it could fill faster, but it empties fast.
