Kohler Walk-In Bath Reviews

Other than seeing Kohler products in Home Depot, my first real experience was the presentation from our salesman who came to our home to do it. He gave us the whole history of the company, the products and affiliates, and all of the whole nine. The general contractor, Chase, was extremely professional and very personable. He had a team under him working for the demolition of my old bathroom and the installation. He was absolutely wonderful and his team worked with him. They followed directions clearly that he gave them. It was a really good installation team.

My husband has a high regard for Kohler products so we went with them. The sales rep was good. He was very informative and gentlemanly. He was professional. The installers were awesome. We saw that if we had went on the internet, they would’ve gotten a bonus. We don't do internet so I had called the office ‘cause I didn't wanna see them lose out on the bonus. My husband is enjoying the walk-in tub. I'm a shower person and they were very nice to put up a slider rod on the wall for me so that I could pick the showerhead up and hang it up on that.

The bathtub is very easy to use. I primarily got it for myself because I had a new knee done and I couldn't get in the bathtub anymore, but my husband has ended up using it almost more than I have because it helps his body. I like the easy accessibility and the simplicity of the dials. Other tubs have too much hardware but Kohler has the neatest look. I’m still adjusting to the jets, so I'm still playing with it.

In my normal bathtub, I became very rigid because I had the fear of falling. I also couldn't get down so I had to take a shower, and it was very unpleasant. I like the safety features of the Kohler tub, which is the most important thing to me. Everything is right there and I'm very satisfied. Before, I was taking two showers a week because I was so uncomfortable. I'm back to taking a bath every day and I'm very comfortable with the tub.

One of the spigots came apart. My husband called and they came and repaired it. It seems to be fine.

My experience with Kohler was amazing. They're responsive. The installment team was a man and two grown sons. They took about three days and they'd come in for a few hours each day. They were very courteous. It’s a little loud, but they were great. I like the accessibility of the tub and the back heating feature where it heats the back of the tub. I also like the depth of it. It's a wonderful product and I love it.

Kohler is a good brand name, and I never heard anything bad about it. I bought a Kohler faucet years ago, and it's great. So, I decided to stay with Kohler. I didn't really even do any shopping around to see if there was a different brand that would be cheaper. The sales rep that came out here was knowledgeable, polite and he gave me all the information I needed. The installation went pretty good. There was one mishap. Apparently, there was a connection that was loose when they first turned it on. Everything else went smoothly after that. The walk-in tub has bubbles and it’s got jets. I didn't like the original showerhead that's above. So, I bought a new one and put an extension on it. I didn't like the hand spray, too. I had on my old one a very fine spray. So, I took the new one off and I put my old one on. I use it to rinse off with instead of wasting a lot of water.

Our Kohler is outstanding. My wife had an incident, and I felt we needed to have it. I went online to find which was the best, and I found that it was a 5-star. But not only that, when I considered Standard, I thought Standard's never a standard, and all of our household fixtures are Kohler, so we went with Kohler. Their sales people were very good, very friendly and they laid the product out beautifully. The installers were also very good. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. It was a good team. For myself, the product has been wonderful on my skin. It's the massaging that does it well. I think that it helped my wife with her back pain. We had friends in the home the other day, and I immediately wanted to show it to them. We had retired school employees here for a little dinner, and I wanted to show it to them too.

We were familiar with Kohler products. A lot of our bath stuff, toilets and tubs were from Kohler so we were pretty sure that the quality would be good. It was something that my wife was looking forward to using. The rep came in and went through everything. I was satisfied with what she was presenting and we did the contract. The installation team was very professional. They did a good job and left the place working great.

I knew of Kohler from being in the stone restoration business for 28 years. We did a lot of bathrooms and after we did them, the Kohler people came in and threw a lot of faucets. I noticed the quality. I went with them and the rep was a nice guy. He came in and there was no pressure. He explained everything that he had to even though I kept interrupting him saying, “I know about this, I know about that.” He knew what he was talking about. I got their most expensive product and the installation was excellent. I knew that was gonna take two days. We've had a couple of challenges since the installation, but the guys were very neat, very polite, wore masks and did the job right.

We looked at Kohler and several others. I was liking what I saw on the web page very much so I went with them. Being someone with an engineering background, I thought it met what we needed. We agreed to have somebody come out and do some measurements. The rep was was well-versed in it and could answer my questions immediately without having to look at his cheat sheet and find the answer. He knew his product very well and that was a plus for us. He did his job very nicely and told us what it would be price-wise, and we agreed to it immediately. We didn’t see the need to look further at any other. The people who came and installed it did a great job on everything. They demonstrated the walk-in feature and we were pleased with that. We haven't had to call them back for anything.

The installation team was on time. They were very courteous and very good. So far, I love the tub. I had my stroke in March and I'm a bath person so I really needed that. I like being able to get in there, sit down, and take a bath. I figured how I can get the water high enough and not have to turn the jets on. I'm doing good with it.

I did a lot of looking at the different tubs. After I had pretty much decided on the basis of looking at different websites, I talked to the rep. After going over with her, I pretty much decided that Kohler was what I wanted to do. The installation team did fine though there were a few glitches along the way. The floor part that was sent was not the one that was ordered but I expected that changed. That would have delayed the install a little while if they’d had to send that back and going with the one that was ordered. So, the guy halted the installation a little bit to make up for that. Then the installer had a back wall installed and was wiping it down. A chip fell out of the surface of it. He didn’t feel right about installing a defective wall so he had to cut it apart and take it out. He ordered a replacement for that. When that came and he was to finish the installation, a different installer went ahead and finished the installation.

It was a very good experience with Kohler. I like the whirlpool on the bathtub and the ease of entry. The rep was very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation team surprised me. They were on time. They completed the work in a very professional manner, left the area clean, and observed all protocols with regard to the coronavirus.

We all had a fabulous time with Kohler. It's a fabulous company and it's been in business forever. The guy was very professional. They worked with dad and it's great. I just wish my mom would get in and use it. They're in their 80's and they got that nice bathtub. I'm glad they did it and can afford it. I don't want them to break a hip and they won't. They're less likely to in this thing. The tub is huge. It's like a big dunking booth. You could swim in there. You could snorkel. It's got the walk-in where you seal it then you turn it on and fill it up.

The name Kohler speaks volumes so I went with them. The sales rep was satisfactory. We had a few glitches during the installation but it worked itself out. They did a first class job. I like the jet stream in the tub.

The salesperson from Kohler came out. He was a very nice guy and gave us a rundown on the tub. The installation team was on time, prompt, and very nice. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves after they were all done. They said if there's any problem, to give them a call. They also demonstrated how it is used. It was a very good experience. I like everything about the tub most especially the jets and bubbles. My great-niece is here right now and she's loving it too. I am also sleeping so much better. I usually would lay down and it would take me hours to fall asleep. All of a sudden, I was falling asleep so fast. I was wondering what did I do differently and it's the tub. I love it so much. I've already recommended it to everybody. They're all saying it's so expensive but I tell them it's worth it.

I wanted a walk-in tub and I looked it up on the internet. We heard that Kohler was guaranteed not to leak. The sales reps were very good and the installers were very nice. Both did a very good job and I was very pleased. There was a little problem with the drain but that was fixed. So, it’s working fine now. But I'm confused about the jets because they said that it wouldn't blow out until 15 minutes after the tub drained but sometimes, it drains and then starts to blow out before I'm even out of the tub, which is kind of scary. Still, I'm happy to have a tub again because I was taking showers and I don't like showers. Kohler is the best one on the market and I'm very happy with it. It would be nice though if the seat could either be removed so I could sit flat in the tub or have it much lower so I can get down under and get my shoulders down in the water.

The sales rep was fine. They knew what they were talking about. However, day one of installation didn't go so well. There was some question about how to wire it up in the attic when they couldn't get all the way over to the electrical box. But other than that, we got it worked out. The other two days were fine. They did pretty well in the end. I like that the tub has jets and a shower. It's worth every minute.

The sales rep was very good and nice. He answered all my questions. After the installation, we had a problem but it was fixed as quick as possible. We had also got a beautiful new Kohler toilet when we got the tub and it never dawned on us that our legs are so short. I had to be up on tippy toes to use it. Then, my sister-in-law that I take care of, her feet just dangles. We laughed about that so much.

I had been searching them out and checking them out online. I got a call from Kohler so I went with them. The product is great. I like it. I also like the jacuzzi part of it. The pain is gone when I'm in the tub.

Kohler had all the features we wanted and we liked their reputation. The sales rep explained how they would work and how they would install the tub as well as how the tub worked and the features it had. The installation was very good, thorough and neat. The reps did everything the salesperson said they were going to do. He didn't over exaggerate.

We wanted a walk-in bathtub and so, we called Kohler to put it in. The sales people have been very fast. We just had a problem with the drain and I called them the day before yesterday. They came out yesterday and fixed the problem. Hopefully, it will be fine now because last time, it was okay. If we have any trouble, I'll call again. It wasn't the cheapest thing we've ever done but Kohler is a good product. We're a little older, so it enables my wife to walk-in and take a bath. She had trouble getting in the Jacuzzi we had before so, this is working out fine.

I was getting older and more unsteady on my feet. I didn't want to fall and I thought that surrounded by a tub, of being able to get in and out, was what I needed. I had a good walk-in shower and a portable seat, but it didn't feel secure enough. I looked at the ads, and I knew Kohler was good. It's an old brand, so I decided to look at it and that’s the only one I looked at. Things went smoothly after that. The installers were in and out in a day and a half and everything worked fine. When I had a small problem with my drain, I called and there was a serviceman right in the area. He came the next day that we called and what I've got now is wonderful. Kohler is a reliable company and first of all, my mind was thinking, “If I got this bathtub, it wouldn't cost any more than two or three months in a nursing home, which I could avoid if I didn't fall.”

I saw the ad and I knew Kohler was a good name, so I did that. The sales representative was great. He was very nice and personable and he helped me with my hummingbird feeder. Also, the installation was early and they didn't seem to waste any time. They had to find different things and it went well. Overall, it's a very good experience and my grandson loves the tub. I know I'll use it in the years to come as well.

It was getting more difficult to get into the regular bathtub so I decided to do a walk-in tub. I landed on Kohler primarily because of their advertising and the information I found online. During installation, there were a couple of glitches in which they sent the wrong tub to my house so they had to take that back and come back again. They were very good about that. The installers even painted the wall above the tub. That was not part of the job description. They found some paint from when I had the bathroom painted in the garage. It was funny because while they were eating lunch, I kept hearing noises in there and I thought what was going on. Then they came up with this paint and they must have planned it all along because they happened to have the paint tray, roller, and brushes. They acted as if it was a spur of the moment thing so I really appreciated that. I really like the tub. I hope it could fill faster, but it empties fast.

I thought a walk-in tub might be a good thing and had a Kohler one installed. That was done in one day. The crew did a good job and the tub works. It's been fine. I like that I can take a whirlpool bath. I didn't have any way to do that before.

I don't like the idea of a walk-in bathtub. I'm not real happy with it. I don't like to sit in the soup of the shower I take. I take a shower and it works fine. But my wife loves it. Both the side grab bars are comfortable and nice to help me up in the tub. I wish the shower were more permanent, meaning it was up there and I took a shower under it, but I have to put it up where I want it to be. The other tubs that I've seen are more like a shower. The fact that you can place it up there is nice, but somebody just came out with one and they were giving it as a feature and it looked like a normal shower.

I've liked everything that I've used that is Kohler. I have an elderly mother living with me and the tub is wonderful. I've just got to make sure I'm in there with her because she opens the door and all the water comes out and floods the bathroom in the hall. The sales rep that I dealt with was great. He answered all the questions and took his time. Any question I had about anything, he was on it. They made me feel more comfortable about getting it with that kind of money. They did do a good job of marking down the price, but that was the promotions and having some delays coming. So it was great. The installers were very nice as well.

I did a lot of research, talked to a couple of general contractors, went and looked at other tubs, and I kept going back to Kohler. It's American-made, like the founder of the bathtub, it's got a lifetime warranty. I'm 67 years old and I'm only getting this because I'm not able to use my shoulders like I used to and I enjoy a jacuzzi after I work out. I wanted something that would last me a long time. I started looking at the different unique features that Kohler has from the way the seat is and a lot of these, I don't need as much now but I might when I'm older.

I called Kohler and the person that I talked to was very informative and wanted to send a sales person out. I allowed that to happen and he stayed a long time. He came at 6:00 and didn't leave till midnight. He really explained everything. We had a wonderful conversation about that we ended up doing the Kohler walk-in tub and a shower downstairs. They were really easy to work with. It was kind of pricey, but Kohler to me has a good name and the lifetime guarantees were good.

I like the reputation of Kohler. It seemed to be a trusted brand and I like the features. I purchased the walk-in bath for my father. He is older, he has diabetes, and he was having a hard time taking showers. Kohler's sales rep was great. We did a Zoom call because of the quarantine. That was really convenient for me. Now, if it had just been my dad, he wouldn't have been able to manage the call. It would depend on the consumer, but I like the fact that we were online. The gentleman, Bruce, was honest. He followed through with all of his promises and he was very respectful and patient.

The sales rep was the one who really sold me Kohler. He set up the demo and he didn't try to force me to make a decision. He let me make it myself. I was scared because I had to apply for credit and he said, "You'd be surprised. You think you can't be approved, but we have a lot of different lenders." Then he called me when I got approved because he was so happy. So I've felt like a part of the Kohler family. The two guys who did the installation were like comedians. They were bickering with each other and they acted like they lived in my house. I thought it was gonna take two days, but they get it done in one day, and I have not had to call back for any tweaks.

Kohler has a great reputation. It's the premium brand in the field. Everything was perfect and up and above board. We were treated like almost a family. The installers had a couple of little bumps in the road, but they overcame it and adapted and adjusted. Nothing was within their control. They got a late start on the first day. Someone didn't show up for work and that was one of the reasons why it took three days. But we were very pleased. Once they got rolling, they had four people out here working on it at one time. We had some electrical aspects to the installation so while the plumbers and installers were working in the bathroom, got other people working up in the attic and doing the electrical hooked up, and I thought it was orchestrated very well. It was a wonderful experience.

Kohler is great. It's got good quality. Their rep was very professional, very informative, so impressive, and answered all our questions right away. As far as the installation, I couldn't ask for a better one. Their professionalism and attention to detail was far beyond any contractor I've seen in years. They installed very professionally, did the job very professionally, and went on and above what you'd ask on a contractor to do. We had a situation with the financial side of it because they've doubled. They took out my bank account twice but they got it resolved in a matter of three days. When we talk about that much money, it's a little disturbing. But they handled it. It took a little screaming from me but they got it fixed.

I get around the house in a walker, so I needed a walk-in tub, and my wife uses our Kohler, too. The sales rep was great. The installation went excellently and the installers were excellent as well. Kohler is what we were looking for. I did call in to see if Medicare will cover any of it and I never got a call back from Kohler. Other than that, it's excellent.

During the installation of our Kohler walk-in bath, the boys did a really good job insulating. They were really nice. Everything went smooth as could be. I get in that thing and I pass out, it's so relaxing. I was almost drowned myself a couple of times, but I'm alright. Kohler's salesperson was really good. He came out here and explained everything well. He took pictures and since I have a 36-inch doorway, everything was perfect. Everything worked really good. Kohler is great. It really relaxes you.

My husband is disabled, and he thought a walk-in tub might help his legs. We went with Kohler. The jets help my husband's legs somewhat. The rep we dealt with was great, and the installation was very good. The installers were wonderful.

I'm not that old but I've gone through two heart surgeries and have had issues. I have a hard time getting up and out of the bathtub. But the Kohler walk-in tub is relaxing. The heated seat is nice when you get in so you're not sitting in the cold waiting for the tub to fill. It drains quickly and it fills fairly fast. I also love the bubbler. It's easy access the tub and it gives you more room to get in and out than the other ones we looked at. Also, the number of jets that are in it is more than what we have seen in a lot of the other ones. I also didn't see any of the other ones that had the bubble.

I was googling walk-in tubs on the computer. I was thinking of getting that and then Kohler had an ad that I saw in the paper where if you did it, you got something. I started inquiring about them. When I called Kohler, they sent a guy out. He was very convincing and personable. They should give him an A-plus because he talked me into it. The two fellows that put it in were great as well. Now I'm looking in the ads in my newspaper and I see all these promotions, and I thought if I got that 'cause I paid an astronomical amount than I should have. The price was not great for it. There were a couple of things I didn't realize before I bought it that if I knew, I might not have.

Kohler has been around a long time and it's a brand that I have used in other things. Once I saw their walk-in tub, I knew for sure that that was what I wanted. It is just heavenly. The quality is excellent. Everyone that I dealt with did a fine professional job. They were very knowledgeable and patient listening to my questions and so forth. To clean the tub, I was told to put four ounces of the cleaner in and I did. Then it would bubble all over the top of the tub and everything. It was crazy. It went up to cover the jets. But when I turn the jets on, the water is gonna go around anyway. So it’s not anything that Kohler has done. I just need to rinse it out a little bit.

We did our research 'cause there were a couple of walk-in tubs and what we liked most about Kohler was the fact that we wanted a shower with that also and the piping was inside the walls. I'm wheelchaired and so I like the fact that I can get in there and use it, and good thing we had put on all the bars so I can get in and out. If a company comes in and wanna use a shower, they can use it. The jets side of it doesn't hurt either. It's what we wanted. If someone was thinking of getting a walk-in, I should invite him to come over to the house and see the tub. I'd tell him to compare that with the ad in the television or newspaper which shows the walk-in tub with the piping outside for the shower as a special free gift.

When my Kohler walk-in tub was installed, the crew was nice and they explained everything. I like everything about my tub like the heating. Everything is nice and works nicely.

I felt like I was, at any time, gonna fall getting out of the bath. I got online and put in step-in tubs. I read about the two or three products and I liked what Kohler had to say. I also liked the way it looked more. The installation went great and it looks like the walk-in tub has always been here. The work was also done in less than a day. I have a newer house and the installer said it was pretty easy to work with. My tub seems to be of excellent quality and I like the bubbles. And although we had a little problem with the stopper, the installer, Diamond, took care of that.

My wife had a liver transplant a couple of years ago and she was having a hard time getting over the bathtub to take a bath. She got online and looked at who she thought was the leader in the industry. The Kohler sales reps were real nice and I had a good rapport with them. Also, the installation went good. It was a one-day job. As for the walk-in tub, my wife likes it where she can just sit down and take a bath with the bubbles and stuff like that.

My husband was afraid of falling in the shower so we decided to buy a walk-in tub. The salesman from Kohler was excellent. The installation started a little bit later than we had hoped, so it kinda finished later in the evening but it went well. My husband likes the tub very much and I'm happy about that. I wasn't all on board to begin with, but he is very happy with it.

I decided to purchase a walk-in because of my rheumatoid arthritis. I bought a Kohler based on brand name recognition. I already have different things made by them and it's something I trust more than other companies. The sales rep was very informative and really professional. He was a nice young man. Then, the installation went well. There were two guys and the main guy in charge kept me informed on everything that was going on. They did a great job. They took their time to get it right and they were very polite. I like the wider door of the tub than the other brands have. The tub helps me a lot because otherwise, I wouldn't be able to get out of the bathtub and it works really good, especially for my feet, ankles, knees, and hips.

I had this bathtub with a high wall on it and it was about ready to kill me every time I got in and out of it, so I got rid of it. I wanted a walk-in shower. There was a coupon from Kohler that came in the mail and it had a discount. The sales representative was very knowledgeable then the installation went well. Only it took more time than they thought because they had to call in a plumber. But the guy who did all the work was really good. He was a real craftsman. I'm happy with the shower. It's exactly what I wanted.

The sales representative was excellent. She had a very good layout of what they have and how they do their product and the lifetime guarantee. I had one young man who installed and his name was Chris. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done pretty fast. He tore out a small one that I put in years ago. I love that the tub is big and wide. I'm getting older now so I love having the space, the grab bars, and the whole experience of it. I'm very pleased with the whole thing.

I started looking online because I knew I needed a bathtub and Kohler was the best. The sales representative was very nice and knowledgeable. The installation took two days. It was perfect and beautiful. I like everything about it, the ease, all the things that it can do, the solidity of it. It's not cheap. It's well-made and I love the pressed stone walls.

I have COPD and it's hard for me to breathe. A bath with hydrotherapy makes the pain in my back and my side go away. So, I bought a Kohler and had a wonderful experience with their rep when I was purchasing. The installers who came were in and out. The cast iron tub they had to take out was a little heavy but they did a good job. So far, everything the Kohler tub does is wonderful for me. I'm very pleased with it.

We were looking up for local baths in the area. I reviewed the ones that were available and there was a company within 45 miles that did installations. I called them and they sent somebody over to talk about it and convinced us that Kohler was the way to go. The sales rep was very good and the installers were amazing. I planned for two days that they would be here. A young fella got here a little before 8 o'clock and he had everything in his trailer that he needed. He just got in there and went to work. He took the old tub out and put the new one in. He left at about 4:30 in the afternoon. Everything was installed and working. There was no messing around. The work was excellent and I was very impressed. We were talking about repainting the bathroom because it was wallpapered. After he got all done, we didn't even have to repaper the wallpaper.

We're getting older and it's hard for my wife to get in and out of a traditional tub. We got a walk-in tub and we're very satisfied. Our sales guy was very efficient and personable. The installation itself took two days and it went great. But the installers had to replace some wall tiles and it took forever for them. They finally got the tiling done this Saturday. I like everything about our Kohler walk-in tub such as the fact that I can just do a quick shower in it as well as a good soak. The company did good work. The walk-in tub looks really good and we're happy we got it.

I called Safe-Step first, and I've been calling them for two months. They refused to give me obvious information. The first question I had was, “Is there financing?” Common sense tells you there is, and their refused to tell me yes or no. I asked a couple of other questions. He refused to answer them. He said someone will have to come out to us. I said, "No. I want information ahead of time." So, we ended that call. I called back a few days later, and they refused to call me back. I called them twice more. They refused to call me back. I was trying to get prices from American Standard, Safe-Step and Kohler just to compare the three. Because Safe-Step refused to call me back, I went to my second name on the list, which was Kohler. They gave me everything I asked for. They gave me information. They were very polite. I decided, "I'd rather deal with a company like this than somebody who's just stonewalling me."

My wife is unable to get in the shower or a regular tub, and the Kohler walk-in bath has given her the ability to bathe without any fear or concerns. It's also relaxing. It doesn't cure her problem, but the time that she's in there makes her feel whole again. Their rep, Chris, came and went through the program. He seemed very knowledgeable and very honest. He told me that Kohler was American-made and how much extensive research they had done on the product and in the way how they were gonna put the backwash in to protect the walls. This was all laid out by Pacific Bath and everybody was here within 10 minutes of each other. You have to get your own electrician and plumber. But their installers were terrific, helpful and friendly. They wanted to know my concerns and how I felt. The job they've done is fabulous. They were so professional in what they did and I couldn't ask for anything better.

The sales agent from Kohler was very good and I love my installer. He's a good man and he did an excellent job. The installation took a day and a half and I like the final product. I wish though that Kohler makes shower curtains for that. Everything is working well so far although we haven't used it much. But my wife has been wanting one for two years so, she's very happy now. That's two years of stress off of me.

Kohler is local and they're close to us. We have heard a lot of good things about them and we like their tub better than the other brand. Their representative was good and he did the presentation well. We were very happy and satisfied with the whole thing. The installation took half a day. The installers went in and switched and they came out just as fast. Also, their cleanliness was great. The walk-in tub empties really fast so I don't have to sit there long at all.

My husband and I both have back problems and we figured we get a walk-in tub while we were still working and could afford one. With a walk-in tub, it would be easier to get in and out, to take like a whirlpool, or take a shower. We have a very good experience with Kohler. The salesman was awesome and so were the guys who put in the walk-in tub. I like everything about it. The shower is good. Now, there's no electricity so we're kinda holding off on things like the whirlpool or the bubble. Otherwise, we're very happy.

I Googled walk-in baths on my computer and I looked around at the different websites. I probably chose the most expensive Kohler walk-in bath there was. It was all done virtually because of COVID but the installers came and they were great.

I had tried to communicate with somebody about a walk-in bath from a magazine ad but they didn't respond. I saw on an ad on TV for a company that does multiple types of works like roofing, windows, doors, bathrooms, and things like that. I placed a call, they came out and they discussed the loan. Kohler is the product they use so we ended up with them.

I called a tub company and the woman there was kind of nasty as far as giving me any information. I went with a Kohler instead. Living in Wisconsin and seeing up that Kohler Design Center, you can see the quality. The customer service was great. Our installers were professional and they cleaned everything up. I haven't used the tub yet. I'll probably use it come winter to soak in it. Right now, it's hard enough to take a shower when it's hot.

USA Bath is great. They came in and did the demo and put in my Kohler walk-in tub and everything was wonderful. The owner of USA Bath was really good. He answered all my questions and gave me a great price. Kohler has been around for a long time and they're the best. I'm in a wheelchair. I couldn't get in and out of my other tub. But with the walk-in tub, it's just easier for me to transfer in and out. I love the jets, the heated seat and how it drains quickly. I love everything about it. It's awesome.

My dad is 87 and he's got Parkinson's. I got him to agree to stay at my house so maybe I can even take care of him. He can't get into a traditional tub so I had put in a walk-in tub for him. I trust the Kohler name and went with it. I had a fine sales rep. Kohler was expensive but the price was fair. The contractor did a great job with the installation and the work took one day.

I have a back injury and I could not get in the tub. I got a Kohler walk-in tub and the installation was fine. The people who did the job were very nice. I'm very pleased on the whole. I like being able to get in the tub and I like the jets too. They feel good on my injured back. My back is getting a little better.

Kohler Walk-In Bath is number one. Their representative explained the products and all the information that was needed. The installation went well. When I saw the installers open their truck, I knew there would be no problem. The guys were so organized and everything was in its place. They just came in, they laid down all their tools and everything was like 1-2-3-4-5. Everybody knew what they were supposed to do. There was no separation and what was done and I was given explanations during the installation.

Kohler was well-represented on the internet and was one of the two top brands. Their salesperson was fine and the installation was very good. They were a very fine bunch of men. My Kohler is a tub I can soak in that is easier to get in and out of.

I was looking for a bath installer and the company that came out said that Kohler was who they work with. That was great because it's well-known so I was fine with that. I'm very familiar with Kohler being an outstanding brand. My sister is in a business where she has to order things and she has always told me Kohler is a top brand. The sales guy was really outstanding. He knew his product and he talked about some comparisons. He told me he has been doing this for a long time.

Kohler is great. I checked Kohler's record out and I checked out a lot of the individuals. I own a bail bond agency, so I checked all of them out. The salesman who came out was great. He stayed here for three hours, he took all the pictures and measured everything. Then somebody called me and we said what time the people will be here. We said eight o'clock, they were here at eight o'clock, and they were through by 3:00. They cleaned up everything, even back in the hallway, which I didn't need to. They had it covered up. They picked up their trash in the front yard. Two of my neighbors came over and looked at the tub while I was still sitting out on the parkway, and they said they're gonna call and get one.

I've had several Kohler products, my sink in the kitchen and one of my toilets, and I've been really happy with the way those things have worked out. So, I thought, “Well, I'll just continue that way.” Kohler's customer service is also very good. The man was very knowledgeable about the tub itself and when they'd be able to put it in. The workmen took just one day to remove the old tub and put that new one in. They were very careful about me. I'm elderly, and I'm also on chemotherapy, so they had to wear their masks and stay as far away from me as they can or could.

I love my new Kohler walk-in bathtub. The sales rep knew what he was doing. He was very good. He did a great job without messing my whole house up. The installation went well. It all was accomplished in the same day. I was pleased because they had told me it might be part of couple of days. I'm pleased with the tub. The only thing I noticed in my paper now is Kohler’s advertising like 50% off. I thought did I buy a tub too soon?

I had two knee replacements and I couldn't get my bathtub anymore. A gentleman came and explained everything about Kohler Walk-In Bath. He was very professional and I bought the tub. The installation was fabulous. They were so nice and they were through at one o'clock. I get in the tub and I'm so relaxed. The seat is not heated but the back is. I also love the jets. The tub has helped my back a little bit.

I liked Kohler’s lifetime warranty and the sales rep was very personable, polite and informative. The best thing I liked about him is that he presented all the information without pushing you into trying to make a decision. He put it out there and then you decided whether or not it was for you. So, he was great. My husband liked the guy who put in the walk-in tub for us. He was extremely neat and did a great job of cleaning up. I love the little shower wand. It’s got the big one that's handheld right there in it, which is my favorite.

I had back surgery so my legs aren't all that terrific. Getting in and out of the tub is easy. I had a sit-down shower but it was difficult to get in and out of. We went with Kohler because of their name and I bought the bathtub from them rather than the sales person. He was arrogant and high-pressured. On the other hand, the installation guys were top drawer. They were great people. The bathtub is about the same as everybody else's but you can't comfortably put both arms inside the thing without being squeezed. It needs to be six inches wider. Other than that, it's fine.

The sales rep was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went well as far as the installation. However, they had a piece that they want to come back out and fix and they haven't. The knobs close in the same direction. Right now, one will close to the right and one will close to the left. But I like the style of the tub and its features. It's easy to get into and out.

When Kohler came to my house, I really liked their approach and that was what made me go with them. I like their products too. They have, as they said, the best product in the market. They demonstrated exactly what they had. The sales rep told me the pros and cons to having the tub. He told me the dimensions and said that it would fit in my bathroom. He also told me the history of the company and it worked out pretty good.

I decided to get a Kohler walk-in tub because it fit my needs. Their rep was fine. During the installation, the crew had to widen the door. They did the installation in one day. So far, I like the it's convenient getting in and out of the tub.

Kohler was the best because they have been doing it longer than the others and my husband works with a company that used to sell some Kohler products. The rep was very good and it was wonderful dealing with him. He explained everything to me and I didn't have any doubts about it. We live in Thomasville, North Carolina and a man and his son came for installation from near Raleigh, which is a good ways away. They were here at 8:30 in the morning and by 1:30, they were finished. They didn't leave a mess and they did everything perfectly. They were fantastic.

I like the shape and the stability of the tub of Kohler. My experience with their reps was great. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and told me all about it. They came in and took out the old one and put in the new one. The only problem I had is the shower attachment, the position of it is such that it's difficult to take a shower. Also, the installers weren't very good at drywall work. But other than that, they were good. I love the tub and I really like the heated back of the seat.

I liked their product and I liked the man who came out to our house and talked to us. Two installers came out and they were both fantastic. I really couldn't believe what a good job they did. I have arthritis but I'm not afraid now to get in and out of the tub. It's safe.

They came out and did the sales thing. It was a little pushy. I wasn't expecting to buy that day, but I did and I'm real happy with what I've got. But I wish the tub was cheaper. It was real expensive. I really like the guy that installed it. He did an incredible and professional job. The tub is so comfortable. Whenever I use it, I love it. I got it so I can relax in it, and it's really enjoyable to relax in that tub. It's easy to get in and out of it also. I like the feel of it and it feels nice and solid and easy to clean. Everything that was advertised is true.

Kohler is the best company. They had the best deal. The rep that came out was excellent and nice. The installation was good too. They came at 8:00 and they were done by 2:00. The quality of the work done was very good. I only have one complaint. The tub takes too long to fill. But I like everything about it.

The sales representative was professional and everything went fine with the installation. The contractors that came out did very well. They did a great job and I'm satisfied.

Only one person came out to do the installation and my dad had to help out a lot. But the installer did his job and the tub was installed in one day.

Kohler Walk-In Bath was top of the line. It was like the Cadillac of bathtubs. I was making inquiries and I just wanted a brochure to look at it, originally, but I had to go through one of their franchisees and have a salesperson come out. The installation team was nice and very professional. I had problems with some jets. They didn't want to turn on but they came out and adjusted all that for me. Overall, I'm happy with Kohler.

For therapeutic purposes, I got a Kohler walk-in tub. The sales rep was very good and the installation was excellent. The installers were courteous. I like everything about my tub. I had high expectations and it exceeded my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kohler to anybody.

I saw Kohler on the internet when I was looking for tubs. The Kohler guy and the salesman were both here at the same time. Both of them were very nice. I had a good experience on the whole, but I'm still waiting on my towels. They took my money. They're supposed to send me a set and they're advertising that. When the reps were here, they took all the information and they said they were gonna turn it in to the office. That's been a while. Otherwise, I'm happy with everything else like the installation and the walk-in tub is working fine.

I answered an ad on the internet and a salesman came. He was a really nice guy and was really good. We had a good visit and he totally convinced me that this is the one. The installation was great too. They did a great job and did it really quickly. I really like the jets in the tub. But I'm a little bit disappointed. I don't know if there's something I haven't figured out with the heating. After you put the water in and the jets are going, it cools down. It's rather cool and not very warm. I just haven't got around to calling Kohler about the matter. That aside, I feel a lot safer with my walk-in tub. I could get in and out of the tub very easily.

We're familiar with the Kohler brand and we thought that their walk-in tub would serve us our needs the best. The purchase experience was all very good and the installers were very cooperative. But we are not very happy with our walk-in tub and some of it is our fault. We've used it twice since we've had it. My husband is the one who wanted it. He is 6'2" and the tub is too short and shallow. And so, it has not filled our needs. We thought of it more as a soaking tub or a hot tub that you could get down into but you really can't. I don't know if they could have informed us more or we could have asked more questions. I don't blame the salesman. But it was a very expensive venture. I just wish that perhaps Kohler had a little more questions about what our use for the tub was. I don't know how we would have resolved it. The tub probably serves great for a lot of people but not for us.

The sales guy that I dealt was very good. He seemed to be very thorough. The installers were pretty good as well. They came in and did their work. They kind of knew what they would do to a certain degree. It seemed like they've done it before. But I was a little bit disappointed after the fact. They had issues but they did make it good. There were two items that took place. The shower base curbing was installed wrong and the base was off level a little bit. I wanted the issues fixed, so Tundraland came in and they had to take a wall down to reinstall the curb. They did work well to get it fixed. They fixed the curb but the level of the base is still a little off. Other than that, the walk-in tub had everything we wanted it to have.

We wanted to have a walk-in bath because of my wife. We were just looking at somebody to install it. We were finding one, so whether it was Kohler or it could have been somebody else but we were gonna get one anyway. The rep of Kohler came over here and it looked good and we decided to go with them. My experience with their rep was perfect. He said how many steps, what we had to do and what they were gonna do. He showed me pictures.

The people from Kohler that I spoke with were very good. It took them two days to install the tub. Since having the tub, it's helped.

A friend of mine suggested that I use Kohler and the salesperson who came out was very good. He sold me on it to buy the more expensive one. He was relaxed, explained things well and wasn't pushy at all. The installers did well and they got everything going for sure. They had an accident while they were here where one of them fell through the ceiling but he wasn’t hurt. I was sitting in the living room watching him come through the ceiling. I was on the other side and he ended up on my couch. There was a lot of mess in my living room and upstairs but they did fairly well cleaning up. They did a great job. I like the jets as well as the heated back thing.

I saw Kohler on the television that I've been researching it for several years, and we never decided to do it. So, I went to have them come out. The salesman was very nice and very professional. It was Taylor Construction that did the job. Unfortunately, I went to their showroom 'cause I was concerned about the size of it, and I didn't like the size of the tub. So, we upgraded to an American tub that was larger. The other one was too narrow for me. Chase was the person they sent out and several other people. Everybody was very professional and very kind. The job was done in a very workmanship and professional manner. It was just good. We also had put a Kohler shower in and the shower is outstanding.

After our check cleared, they again submitted it as an ACH payment, helping themselves to an extra $17k. We are fighting to get this reversed but they have our money in the meantime and we can’t afford this loss!

We felt that a walk-in tub would help us with some of our aches and pains so we looked into it and we got it. The sales reps were very accommodating and very clear about what they showed us. And then, the installers did a good job. They had special things to get it to work the way they wanted to. But they did, they stuck with it, and then when they were finished, they cleaned up in really fine shape. The tub is very comfortable and hot, nice warm water, and the circulation is good. Easy in, easy out. We're very satisfied and look forward to getting back to the tub on fall.

My husband has been looking at a walk-in bath for a couple of years and he finally decided to do it. He likes it because he's starting to have a lot of issues with movement and pain. Also, he likes to soak in the water. The service people that did the installation were really good. They were nice and friendly, and they listen to you.

Installation of the Kohler tub went well. It didn't stress me out. I stayed up all day. I usually get a nap in-between, but they were going in and out my house. But they did fine. I love the tub to death. I like everything about it. People that come in my house and see it, they'll be like, "I wanna get one." I say, "You couldn't afford it." They are like, "$22,000 is too much for a bath that you don't want now and then." But you choose anything good, you got to pay for it. You buy yourself one and you get somebody to install it, but it's not gonna come with a lifetime warranty. It start leaking or doing anything else, you can't get that person to come back out and redo it 'cause they won't know anything about it. But I got the best thing going.

I have been talking to my husband for the past year and we finally decided to do the whole bathroom. I said that this is what I want, so we did it. Kohler is something you hear about your whole life. I have bad knees and I wanted something I could get in and out of much easier than a regular bathtub. The sales representative and installation went pretty smoothly for the most part. It took about three weeks to get the whole bathroom done -- they did the floors and the shower, too. It is nice to sit there in my walk-in bathtub when it fills up. It is incredible. It takes a long to fill, but, you expect that with the size of the tub. I have family come visit and everybody have to use the bathtub. It was like a soul train line waiting for this tub, and everybody loves it. They used to come visit me because I have a big backyard pool. Now, they come visit me for the tub. Overall, it is an excellent purchase.

The Kholer sales reps were professional and easy to get along with. I felt like it was a better fit. I got it for my wife. The installers were very nice. However, the installation took longer than what they anticipated. I’m in a custom home and they removed the Jacuzzi and they set the tub into place. They put a type of board that looks like marble, but it’s not. It’s cheaper. It would have been nice if they said that they need to have a tile person or somebody come in there and do it where it looks right. I will have a guy come out Saturday and have every bit of that stuff removed. Overall, my wife loves the walk-in bath.It’s a great tub. It works great. It fills up fast enough and the water drains out good.

We liked the idea of a walk-in tub for a variety of reasons. The salesman had a presentation. He did such a great job that we just decided to buy Kholer. The installation went pretty well. It took three days rather than two, and that was because the plumber that they sent was not particularly obliging as far as their schedule went. We like everything about it. We like the hydro jets and the air jets. However there is a small defect in the tub that I sent an email about. There is little crack in the surface of the fiber glass on the hinge towards the top. Also, It sure uses a lot of hot water. The team did everything that they’re supposed to do to maximize my hot water but it’s still not quite enough. Other than that everything was fine.

The gentleman that came out showed up on time. He gave me the demonstration and showed me the video. He was very knowledgeable about giving me the information that I needed and I liked that. I also like the fact that I can get in the Kohler. I have bone-on-bone in my hip and I’ve got numerous problems so that works really well for me.

The salesperson explained and measured up everything. He told us what it was gonna cost and what would be done. I asked a few questions and he answered them very satisfactorily. The installation went okay. We had a little problem with one of the panels. It wasn't sealed upright and had to cut some of the clips off of the back. They came out and put a velcro fastener on there to keep it in place. But if I had known what they were doing, I have a workshop and I coulda cut a piece of plywood, it would've worked. It was to reinforce the forward edge against the wall of the pull-off panel by the faucet itself. They trimmed the tub to get that panel in. The lip was really narrow and so they put 2x6 in there and it was secure as it could be.

The salesperson from Kohler was nice although I wish I asked more questions. He was not as knowledgeable as I thought he would be. He ran over some of the details of the walk-in tub and he had a little DVD player there that played a little movie but there wasn’t a whole lot said about everything. I was not happy with the installers. They didn't follow procedure on a lot of things. When they had to cut out the other tub and it was fiberglass tub, they didn't put up any plastic. Also, the guy knew what he was doing but he wasn’t a very detail-oriented person. He was there to get it done and get out. It was just the way he did things. You can tell if someone is more oriented to really doing a really knockout job and paying attention to details.

I had a company come in and they said that my bathroom was 2 inches smaller than what they needed to put the tub in. But the salesperson at Kohler who was very professional told me that they could put one in. I would need a larger hot water heater though. I had a 40-gallon tank and I would need a 50-gallon one. She explained that with the tank with the whole 50 gallons of water, it would take about 48 of those gallons to take a really good hot bath. That sounded good to me.

Kohler has a good track record of having quality plumbing things, so that was our reason for going with them. Their sales rep was very thorough, very courteous, very persuasive and good. He came, spent at least three hours in explaining the benefits of the bath and the procedure for installation. The installation team was on time. They did everything except put several scratches in the paint. But I can understand that because of having them move the old tub out and the new one in, but the installation went extremely well. They were very courteous and answered all of my sister's questions about it. I’ve used it a half dozen times since we got it and I like that the jets give me some stimulation.

Kohler is an old and trusted company so we chose them. The sales rep was fine and very professional. And the installation crew was great. They did their job and were gone in about six hours, no mess or anything. The Kohler tub is very convenient for older folks that can't lift their legs like they used to. I really like the shower feature. We had a shower in our older tub but this is nice. We sit and relax, take our time, and use the jets to feel good. It's refreshing.

I’m an elderly person. I can’t get in and out of the tub and I wanted something that was comfortable for me. It was good with Kohler's sales rep and the installers were very professional. Having the walk-in tub, I can take a bath and get up without falling and I don’t have to bring the water all the way up to do the waterfall and all that stuff.

A walk-in bath is something that I've been wanting to do for a while. I talked to another company but we could never get a good date. They were gonna have to come out and look at the area before they could give me a price. Something was going and then I would have to be here for that. I called Kohler and they were able to zoom, look at the area and give me enough information to go ahead and get it started because I wanted to, for my back and my joints. I had a lot going on at the time and we were able to get it done by phone. It was smooth. I didn't know anything about as far as the tubs and I just took a chance.

The sales representative that came to my home was very nice. However, the installer knocked a picture off the wall which was right outside the bathroom door. I just glued it back together. The Kohler Walk-In Bath is taking up one-third of the bathroom. But it’s been nice. I’ve used the tub quite a bit, but I didn't turn the jets on because they were wild. Then Kohler was advertised in the paper and they were giving $1000 off. I didn’t get that. They charged me 17,000 and that was an awful lot. If I'd check out the rest of the others, I’d probably get a lot cheaper than them. That’s the only thing I’m not satisfied with.

Talking to Kohler's sales agent was an excellent experience. The installation of my product was good but then I need the tech to come back because it's still leaking. Plus, the shower is not movable when I thought it's supposed to be flexible. Despite these issues, they performed satisfactory work. So far, I like the massage feature of my walk-in bath from Kohler as well as the jets and the heat.

We sourced out everybody and sent out emails telling companies that we would like to talk to them about getting a tub put in. Once company told us that it’s 18,000 to 25,000 and that was it. They never sent me more. Kohler was the only one that came back with quotes. They told us what they could do and that they would send someone out to make it available.

When we were renovating our house, one of the first things we thought about was replacing our tub. At the time, I was happy to do it but then I thought to wait until we tore our shower out because that had to come out too. The rep from Kohler told me that the shower had nothing to do with what they were going to do. I told the rep we had time to wait but then the rep said they were gonna do the job right then. The next day, they came and did it and a couple of weeks later when it was time to take my shower out, there were all kinds of problems because the tub had been put in first. We had to tear things out, redo and they had to come back. There was something about the installation of the tub as well as it was not set right. Still, Kohler was responsive and they came back.

I had a shoulder replacement and it was hard to get in and out of the bathtub. Also, I hate showers. My husband has a bad leg and he is getting a knee replacement. We were talking about a walk-in tub for a long time and getting it done before we have our surgeries. We never got around to it and then, we got a thing in the mail from a known name brand company. They said they could come out and give us free estimate. When they came out, it became real that we didn't want it but we said that if we were getting it, we're getting a Kohler because we have a Kohler Jacuzzi. But it was nice that the man came out and made us more interested. We said okay and thanked him, and we called Kohler.

I like the quality of Kohler over other brands. They’ve got good products. I really enjoyed the sales rep. He was very thorough and very nice and I really enjoyed the visit. He doesn't make you feel like you gotta do anything. He was just like a family. The installation went great. They got it right in. The only thing different that I would have done is have somebody install something where we could have a shower curtain on it. But we’re gonna do that ourselves.

I like the Kohler brand. I have Kohler engines and some equipment. Usually, it’s good equipment. Their reps were very focused on what they were doing and that was important ‘cause they didn’t waste any time. The installation went smoothly as well. They had a problem. The tub that was supplied to Statewide Remodeling had a crack in it and they didn’t find the crack until they had it fully installed and was testing it. But they repaired it quickly. They got it done in two days. They had it completely installed and they had to reinstall it. I like the deepwater hot tub. It’s like a personal hot tub to me.

Kohler Walk-In Bath gave me the best deals and dealing with the salesman was enjoyable. He was courteous, understood situations and he tried to help us the best way he could. He would talk to his supervisor and work things out, and got back with us, which was how we were able to come to an agreement. I liked the installation. That was fun and the guys were very friendly and respectful. I like the jets of the Kohler tub and it’s nice. The only thing they could improve on would be the heater seat option. There should be a timer on that because sometimes, it gets left on, and it just sits there. I’m scared something’s going to burn something up one day. So, after how the jets automatically come on after a certain time, it should turn itself off after a certain time of it being turned on.

Kohler makes good stuff. They always have. Their sales rep was professional and the installers were very good. Two guys tore out the old bathtub and put the new one in all in one day. The quality of their work was pretty good.

I hurt so hard, I can hardly walk at times, and my wife hurts and aches with arthritis. We had a tub we never used. We got a walk-in bath from Kohler. Their rep was very nice and very professional. The installers were nice, knew what they were doing, and did a good job. We like all the features on it. We enjoy it.

I’ve used Kohler products for years and I had a great experience with them with my tub. I’ve got a bad back and I just had a knee surgery done and looking at another one shortly on the other knee. I needed something other than that deep sauna tub I had. I was having trouble getting in and out of it. The sales rep was very informative, answered all my questions and let me know exactly what was gonna happen. The installation went a lot faster than I thought it would. I figured it would take at least a day and a half but they were only here around five hours. I love my tub. I go in for about 30 minutes at night and I go in and go right to bed. I like that I have the ability to get in and out of it without a lot of pain. It’s very good quality. I’m very happy with the decision that my wife and I made to buy it. Everybody we dealt with has been wonderful.

I've got a bad back and I figured the whirlpool would help me out. Kohler's sales rep came to the house and we discussed everything. The installers were great to work with. We're hoping to be able to get done in one day and it was close to 10 o'clock when they finally left. They had to come back the next day. As far as my walk-in tub, I like the heated seat and the whirlpool.

We had a walk-in shower put in and we were very happy with it. But for health reasons, we decided that we wanted to go with a tub. We went ahead and went through the local company we already had some experience with. We were happy with the products. The shower they put in was a Kohler material. We were happy with that too. From the time when we decided what we wanted to do, they got started pretty quickly.

A friend of mine got a Kohler tub and she raved about it, so I called them, and they came out. I love my bath. Everything is good. I had a very good experience with their customer service team. The installer got here at maybe 8:30 and by 2:30, he was explaining everything to me. He got busy and got it done right away. I’m so glad that I did it. I love it. I can’t say that it makes my legs, back, or head feel better, but I love it. I’m 100% satisfied. I’m trying to get my girlfriend to get one because she needs one. She’s had knee surgery and all kind of surgeries. I hope she goes with Kohler.

I went on the HomeAdvisor, and I was looking for people that would install in the area. I called three companies, and Kohler was the only one that called me back. Their rep seemed to know what he was talking about. He wasn’t pushy. He was very polite and experienced. The installers were here quite a while and they were talkative, but they worked hard. So, they didn't keep stopping to chat. I wasn’t chatting along. I just, now and again, went to see if they wanted a drink. They were very professional and very pleasant as well. My father-in-law, who the bath is for, really explained how it works, and it was really nice. It was an overall, very positive experience. We’re pleased with the product as well. We like its comfort and safety because my in-laws can sit down in the bath because they're both unsteady on their feet and have health issues. Overall, it was good in all areas. They also like the shower head that you can put up and down.

It took about eight hours to install. I like everything about the tub. We bought it mainly for my mother-in-law who lives with us. For 20 grand, I'm getting my portion of it too.

The installer did a nice job. I love my Kohler tub. I'm having some trouble with my back. So, it's really helping me there. I like the quality of the tub. I'm really pleased with Kohler's rep too who also did a nice job.

I had Kohler products in my house. I’m 60 years old, so I’ve known the company for a long time. They have good products. The original rep for the bath that I got for my sons was really great. I liked him. One gentleman came for the installation and he was very helpful and thoughtful. Any question I asked, he answered. The installation took 2 days, but that's understandable. The bath is in my boys’ bathroom and they take showers on it. They really like it. It’s nice.

I live in a wheelchair so I had trouble getting into the regular tub. I thought that a walk-in tub would be a lot better. We contacted Home Depot, and they referred us to the company, Statewide and got a Kohler. The installers did a pretty good job as far as I’m concerned. I’m perfectly happy with what they did. The tub solved a problem for me however when I’m sitting down in it and it is a little cramped. My elbows keep hitting the sides. I’m about six-feet and about 200 hundred pounds. And it would be nicer with it was a little wider. Overall I’m happy with it.

The guy just said that they would guarantee it from here on out. If I had any mildew or mold issues, that they would fix it without a cost. I got the tub installed in March. One guy came over to do the installation he was very nice. He did a good job. He was very professional. It was a good experience. I live by myself and I fell once around two years ago in my bathtub. That was my main reason for getting the walk-in tub. Now, I don’t have to worry about that. I like being able to walk in without having to step over a bathtub.

It’s hard for me to get out of the bathtub. I have to fall in then fall out just to get me bathing. The workers did good quality work. Installation took just a day. Since installing Kohler, bathing is a lot better and I enjoy it. To be able to just sit and relax is my favorite. The walk-in bath is a good product.

The installation crew of our tub was fabulous. They didn't damage the floors as they had to wander around to the bathroom to put it in. They were very efficient and nice. We just have some concerns. One, when they took out the bathtub, they broke the porcelain tile down on the backside. They just stuck putty in there instead of putting some coping. Number two, you have to sit there and hold the drain switch. It's supposed to drain real fast but it won't because when you switch it to the left, it just falls back down. So, you’re stuck standing in there until the water comes out because you're holding up that valve. Now for $20,000, that's all the complaints we have. Other than that it makes me feel better when I'm in it. We like the tub and I'm happy with Kohler. It is a really good one to get. We have grandkids that are starting to use it now. And they want to stay in forever, waiting for the water to go down.

My brother had a medical condition and he requested he wanted to be able to shower alone. We got the Kohler walk-in tub. Their sales team was good and thorough. We had someone come and prep a couple days before they did the installation to take a look and said everything was fine. On the actual installation day, they realized that they were gonna need to get an electrician. So that was a little not so good because somebody had already come out to say that they could do it. They came out on a Friday and then they couldn’t come back until the Monday. So, for me, it was a bummer because I wanted my brother to have that as soon as possible and we had to wait yet a few more days to have it installed.

I knew Kohler was involved in toilets, sinks and some faucets, and then I did a search on walk-in tubs. I went with them because of the name recognition, and I liked some of their features. Kohler has the lowest step-in height over all of them. I love my tub. The sales representative we dealt with was a sweetheart and she was good. The installation day was great, too. My husband checked in on them occasionally. They said eight hours and I could hardly believe that because it would entail taking our old one out and putting the new one in, and then we had to install a second hot water heater. And it was eight hours. They were in there and out. I love my tub, and I like the jets, which are my favorite. I got neuropathy in my feet badly. And I like the jets down at fourth level because it seems to bring back my circulation a little. Go with Kohler. I'm so satisfied with mine that I can't imagine that I would be more satisfied with anything else.

Kohler has a lifetime warranty so I got a walk-in tub from them. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and negotiated a price range that was affordable for me to buy the tub. Everything was good during the installation. The team was great and very professional. They did it in one day and cleaned up. I like the relaxation and the convenience of my new tub. I take a bath now at least twice a week. Before, I never use it to take a bath, I use it more with showers.

They installers an outstanding job. They were very clean, meticulous and answered my questions. My wife took a bath in our Kohler walk-in tub and she thought that it was cool even at the highest temperature. So, I am attempting to get a thermometer so we can determine what the temperature actually is in the tub. Othere than that, I like the fact that it’s a walk-in tub. We also have a shower and a bar with it so we can take a shower if we wish. I understand that you have to go into the tub before you fill it and you have to close the door obviously and be in the tub. That takes a little time but that’s all right. It’s a very nice unit. It’s functioning just fine and I’m happy that I bought it.

The installers of our Kohler Walk-In Bath were wonderful. They came at 8:30 in the morning and they left at 4:30. Everybody keeps saying we’ll have plenty of hot water. But when we filled the tub in just about full, we ran out of hot water. Then we have to run cold so that it fills enough to use the jets. We’ve already turned the water heater up but I hate to have the water just too hot in our sinks because we’re old. But we may have to turn it up a little bit more. It would only take 35 gallons, and we have a 50-gallon water heater that’s brand new, and it just doesn’t quite do it. The walk-in tub a little bit overpriced, but they all seem to be expensive. Other than that, we’re quite satisfied with the Kohler walk-in tub and it is very relaxing.

The installation went smoothly. The installers did a good job. My dad uses all the features of the Kohler Walk-In Bath like the jacuzzi part and the heater.

I couldn’t get out of the tub. I purchased a walk-in from Kohler. My son’s a plumber, so he told me to get Kohler. The installers did everything the way they should have. They were courteous and cleaned everything up. The only thing is the walk-in tub takes too long to fill-up. So I have to sit there and wait for 20 minutes for it to fill-up. Otherwise, everything’s good with it. I just have to be more patient.

We had been looking for a walk-in tub for quite a while and I could never find one. I saw the Kohler ad on TV and called that number, and they had someone come out to our house to talk to us. They had one in a warehouse not too far from where we live over in Georgia so we went over there to look at it. The sales reps and the installers were very professional and very good. However installation took them a little longer than I had thought. They had to go get some parts that they didn’t have. I just like being able to get in the tub. I had several surgeries over the past several years. The only disadvantage I see is it doesn’t take long for the water to drain, it does take it a little while for the water to fill up. I would’ve like for the seat maybe to be down a little bit lower so you could settle a little bit lower.

My husband was deteriorating as far as with his feet and legs and we had to find a method that would work better for him to get into a shower situation. I was looking for a walk-in tub and Kohler's deals in their advertisements sounded better than the other ones that were out there. The installers were very polite, very courteous and very informative. It was a wonderful experience. We've had the tub since February and I like the jets.

All of our products are Kohler in the house, so when we were looking for a tub, we decided to go with them. We're getting old and the walk-in tub is easier to get in and out of. The installers did a great job. It was quick and everything came out good. Everything works good. We enjoy it. I like the whirlpool jets.

Kohler has a great name. I go way back on plumbing and then when I saw the Kohler brand, I thought, “Hey, this has to be a quality merchandise,” and it was. I had a big, old, 6-foot tub in the bathroom and it had jets on it. But by the time you fill it full of water, it emptied your hot water tank and you had to drain the water. So, it was a waste. We put that out and had the new one put in.

We've gotten older and we decided a walk-in tub would be safer for us. We’re handicapped. The Kohler rep came in and no high pressure, and just explained everything. It was perfect. And then, the installers knew exactly how to do it. They've done several ones in this area before so they knew exactly where the problems were or would be. It went smooth. I was impressed with how well-built the tub is and how everything's put in. And the other thing I like is how fast it drains. It's critical that something drains quickly and it does a very good job with that. Filling up, you can sit on the heated seat and let it fill up. I like the convenience and safety that the tub brings. My wife loves everything.

I have been seeing commercials on the TV and on the internet. I have Parkinson's. It's hard to get in the tub, but it's harder to get out. I was going to get a Safe Step. I had the guy here, and we talked about it and everything, and he told me some fibs, like they're the only ones that are manufactured in the United States. And then, my girlfriend came over and said, "That's kind of a lot of money." So, we were looking and I was in Facebook and Kohler had an ad. It was January 31st and it was the last day that they were giving away a High Boy toilet with the purchase of the tub. Plus, I got a $1,000 off. So, I called Kohler and talked to them, and the guys came out and I got the tub from them. The installers were really good. They were quick and professional. They were able to do it in one day.

My husband is ill and was afraid to take a shower. He's afraid he would fall into the glass doors. I had to shower him, which got to be too difficult. I've used Kohler faucets for a long time and when I did some research on walk-in baths, I liked them the best. They also have a lifetime warranty. However, getting it took a little longer than I expected. We ordered it on November 11th and the holidays came in-between- Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about the product itself and the whole process.

The guy from Kohler came by and I set up an appointment. The guy came by and gave me a sales pitch. The walk-In tub was expensive but it was competitive with everything else offered out there. My mom has mobility issues. She had a real hard time stepping over and getting in the bathtub. The Kohler walk-in tub has improved her lifestyle considerably. It's been a blessing.

I’m 92 years old and I needed something more convenient. I got the Kohler walk-in tub and I like the tiny bubbles on it. I’m very pleased with the tub and it has been very convenient for me. Also, I haven’t really been able to take too many baths since I’ve got home from the hospital, but it has helped.

Everything is great with my Kohler. I wish it had been a little cheaper, but I'm very happy with it. I really love it and I’m enjoying it immensely. I like to be able to sit in the full tub and then turn the shower on over the rest of my body. Shower and tub together are fantastic. The jets feel fabulous on the bottom of my feet and the back of my thighs.

Kohler responded quickly and their salesperson was pretty knowledgeable. They seemed to be caring enough for our welfare and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The group hadn’t been in business in about a year but they did rather well. Their installer was very knowledgeable and experienced. The installation was done in a day and the quality of their work was good.

My aunt is 89 and is no longer able to raise her knees high enough to get into a regular tub so we needed to do something. I started researching different brands and settled on Kohler. Their sales rep was very good, nice, and thorough. The installation went really well and that took the installers two days to do at my aunt's house. They did a hot water heater as well. They didn’t damage anything and they cleaned up after themselves. The install went as planned. My aunt can now get in the bath and she really likes the hydrotherapy part of it on her knees. She felt a decrease in swelling in her knees and improvement there. She told me she’s very happy with the walk-in tub.

The salesperson said we had to $5,000 down on it and when they came to put it in, they charged the whole price, $17,000. He got that taken care of and they refunded 5,000. The installation took two days and my husband said the people that put it in there were really nice. He has a lot of problems with arthritis and swelling, so we got the tub to help him, but he's been in there one time and he said the water wasn't hot enough.

I've been thinking about walk-ins for a long time and I've looked online and had various ones. I've trusted Kohler, but I got one other estimate then I talked to Kohler's guy and liked their guy and the product. The installers were very nice and polite too. They did the job for two days and when they were in our house, they were very pleasant people. They were very competent at their work as well. They were excellent. However, because I use softener in the tub, it's slippery. I have tried mats but I can't get the suction to work well because the floor is rough enough. I might have to get some of those stick-on strips. Still, I like the whole bath. I also have the shower rod that goes on up and I like the flexibility of either being in seated and using it as a tub or just taking a shower in there. I also like the water jets as well as the heated seat.

Kohler’s been around for a long time. My husband was needing something that he could use because he couldn’t really get in the shower. We checked into the tub and at Sam’s Club, they had somebody standing there and I talked to them on my way out. He took my name and number and somebody called me. My husband uses the handheld shower more than sitting in the water. He feels safer in there because he can sit down and it’s really helped him a lot.

I'm already over 70 and I wanted to stay in the home for as long as I can, so I figured I needed something like a walk-in bath. I also wanted the massaging jets because I have back problems. So, those two things really combined to help me make that move of purchasing from Kohler. I worked with a very good sales rep from Kohler who came right out and knew the product. We were able to arrive at an agreement on the very first visit. The installation process got done the day, and I'm very happy with the quality of my tub. I've used it a couple of times with no problem and I'm quite happy with the results.
