The salesman was very good. The installers were excellent. When they left, there wasn't a piece of dirt anywhere. Everything is working great.

Kohler was higher priced than everybody else. But we were paying for the quality. The person that came out was extremely thorough and I felt that I could trust him. The installation was very smooth. The installers were extremely careful and clean. They made sure that everything was clean. When they were finished with the installation, they made sure that they went thoroughly through everything and answered all questions that we had. Having the tub kind of alleviated the pill-popping procedure. I can try getting in the tub first. It's extremely helpful for my back to have the heat and the jets. I also like that I can move them because I'm shorter and my husband is taller.

The installers were very efficient. The walk-in tub was extremely expensive but we had the money.

The installers took a couple of days and they made my walk-in bath pretty. My husband needed the tub to get in and out. It's nice and I love it. But if I were Kohler, I would want the back to slant just a little bit. Also, I talked to Danny from the office in Phoenix where we bought the tub. He was supposed to give a check out to our place because the sealants around the top of the tub had cracked. I haven't heard from him and it's been a little while.

Since the installers put in our walk-in tub, we noticed a couple of issues that need to be attended to. There's a chip on the inside, which someone tried to repair but didn't do a very good job of it. Also, the drainage plug does not stay when you're trying to drain the tub. To hold that thing up the whole time is very difficult and it takes forever. We haven't had a chance to use the tub much because it can't drain it so that's been frustrating.

I always wanted a walk-in tub in my house and Kohler was a good investment. It's a good brand and I liked the presentation that their guy put on. He told us everything and went step-by-step through what was going to go on and pointed out different features. He was telling us about the particular shape of the doors and how Kohler's was better. The guys that came in and put the thing in were really knowledgeable and quick. They kept things neat and tidy as they went along and it was a really good experience. I love the tub. I advise people not to be scared of the price. It is an investment and well worth the purchase.

The crew was here for nearly a week to do the installation of our walk-in tub. The tub is great and it serves its purpose. It looks nice and looks to be of quality. My wife uses it instead of the shower and she's been very happy about being able to get back in a tub.

Their warranty looked good. It's also not something you're going to have to get re-done in several years. It looked like once you do it, as long as you're in that home, you're done. I called up a Kohler representative and had them show me in person the materials. The person that I worked with was very personable, knew his stuff. They were very knowledgeable about what they were marketing. We felt very comfortable.

Getting a walk-in tub is something we wanted to do as we're getting older. Once the salesman of Kohler brought the sample out, there was no question, it was definitely the way to go. The sales rep of Kohler did a very nice presentation. He knew everything. So far, we haven't had any surprises, nothing that he said wasn't true. The installation was pretty much perfect except they made one mistake. We had two grab bars, the vertical one as you stepped in and an angled one on the back wall. And the guy installing it seemed to think that we were going to have a bench, so he modeled it fairly low and never questioned, even though my office is right beside them and it's too low. We found that there's a stud going vertically right there at the top of it. He's going to charge us just for the bar itself and then put it in for free. So that would make it perfect then. But they cleaned up very nicely. We also love it. It's beautiful.

Kohler has always been a great product. I searched them out to find them and I found them here in Las Vegas with Pacific Bath Company. I had someone come out to give me an estimate, and it was a fair price so I got it. They informed me that it would take two days to remove my existing tub and shower that were in there and get started on the project. They worked a really long hard day but worked excellently. They kept all the fumes out. They cleaned up all their mess. They covered everything up.

We absolutely love the Kohler Walk-in Bath. We were more impressed with their LuxStone than we were with the other things that we looked at. The sales rep was awesome. She explained everything to us. There was no pressure, which was nice. She answered all of our questions and just made our decision-making process easier. She was totally willing to let us decide on our own without pushing us one way or the other. The installation went really well. The two young men that did the installation were very polite. They were very conscientious of our carpeting and our flooring and making sure that they didn't damage anything. They were very professional. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.

My wife's enjoying the Kohler walk-in very well. My wife had some back problems and she’s having to do therapy, and they told her that one of those kinds of tubs would be good. The sales rep was good. The installer was very good, too. He knew what he was doing.

The salesperson was what made me decide to go with Kohler but I’m having a lot of problems with the walk-in bath. The installation company was not willing to come in and fix it. I had been having a bad conversation with them over the last couple of weeks. So, I'm not happy at all with it. I'm not able to use the jet. The button is hard and you have to push it hard seven times to get it to work. The knob that keeps the water in and out keeps falling off while we’re in the tub. It’s heavy so it hits your leg and it hurts. The knob to the shower came loose and we can't get it tightened back up. They keep saying they’re gonna come and fix it, but they haven't. It's been three months now and I'm very disappointed.

I had very good interactions with the sales and installation teams. I like everything about the walk-in tub.

The sales rep from Kohler answered all our questions and worked with us to get a left-handed side walk-in bath, which was what we needed. We got a discount on it. So, we’re very happy. It was an excellent experience. Sometimes I get up in the morning and take a shower. When I’m hurting bad, I go in and take a bath and use the massage. So, I love it all.

Scott, one of the installers, was unbelievable. I never met a guy that talented and that precision-oriented. The Kohler walk-in bath was overpriced but sometimes, you have to ignore the decimal points, especially on something that is important. I like the combination of the water and air jets.

I was looking at all the different walk-in tubs and I liked the stuff Kohler had best. The sales rep was a really nice guy and he was really helpful. The installers were great as well. They didn’t know exactly what it was supposed to be, so I’m not sure whether Kohler communicates with their subcontractors that well or not, but we got it straightened out. And the next day, they knew exactly what we were doing. The tub is great and I've put a TV in there so I can sit in the jacuzzi and watch TV. I also had an extra shower put in that has a shower head and I would rather take showers than baths, but I use the jacuzzi every so often. Other than that, I’m supposed to have glass put in but it's taking them a long time to get the glass in.

I like being able to walk-in my Kohler then I'd close the door and turn the water on. I tell everybody how wonderful it is and that they should have one.

I chose Kohler because of their warranty. Also, from other tubs that I've looked at, theirs is built a little more robust. Our tub came at a really good time. My wife is having a lot of mobility issues and with it, we can give her a bath. The installers did a great job. The quality of the tub is really good.

The guys that put in the tub were really, really good. We love the tub. The quality is good. But it's a little pricey. For a tub, it could be maybe cost around 12,000 or 14,000. It's just that 18,000 seems like a lot.

The sales rep was very informative. He was very good. He had all kinds of things to back up the things that he said. The tub is great. I can wash my hair and I have the handheld shower thing. I like everything about it. I wouldn't be able to bathe without it. It's a little hard to wait for it to all drain out, but I'm getting more and more used to it. I'm happy with my experience.

A gentleman was down here to go through the initial interview, and he was very informative. I spoke with some people in the office prior to the installation because I was concerned that with the injury and I wanted to get that thing installed as soon as possible. But with the COVID and everything else, it just couldn't happen. The installers were here a day and a half and they did great job. They were very clean and professional on what they did. So I'm happy all the way around. The tub is in and it is tremendous. I like that it is easy access. For all intents and purposes, it's a sit-down shower. So it's nice. The walls are high enough that the water doesn't go all over the place. So it's very comfortable. Everything's worked out exactly the way they said it would.

The sales guy knew what he was selling and I had a very good experience with him. Two people showed up for the installation, and they had to take out our old garden tub, which was a real battle because of its size and material. They had to break it up into pieces and haul it out in buckets from my upstairs bathroom. It was heavy. They knew I wanted to put a marble top on it, and they built it so everything lined up right and was level. They were excellent.

I was very impressed when the salesman came. I didn't realize but he had an actual unit in the back of his van, so that I could get in and see how it felt. I was very impressed with that. The installation crew was in and out in eight hours. They did a great job. You wouldn't even know they were here. I was very impressed. They were very professional. After the first couple of times that I used the tub, when I wasn't sure what was going to happen or how I would feel, I began to anticipate what it would do and the relaxing feeling. So I began to look forward to it, and each time, the result seemed to be more than the last time.

The installation went fine. I like the jets on the tub. It helps my legs and my back a lot.

The salesman did a good job. The installers came about 10:00 in the morning, and they were done by 6:00. We didn't run into any problems, so it went pretty quick. We were happy with the whole affair. But it cost too much. Other than that, the tub looks very nice, and it works very well. Getting the tub was really easy to do. Everybody showed up when they were supposed to and it was good.

I purchased the walk-in tub because my wife has a disability, and it would be an easy way for her to take a bath or a shower. Other than a bariatric tub, the Kohler tub was the widest I came across. I also like that they do the whole installation. They didn’t have to subcontract. The gentleman who did the sales was very straightforward and easy to deal with. It took a few days to put the tub in but they did an excellent job. There was a hitch with the electricity downstairs and after they got everything hooked up, they came back and fixed that. So, everything went great.

The sales rep was real professional and the installers did excellent work. I like that I can get in and out of the tub without having to have help.

The installers didn't speak English, but they were good and very neat. They worked hard. I love the tub. I like the convenience of it. I'm very pleased with my experience except I didn't know about the drain. If you just use a little bit of water, like just up to your knees, it's fine. But if you fill it to where you're soaking, while you're emptying it, it clicks off quite a bit. It closes up, and you have to reopen the drain. It keeps closing when it's full and I don't know if that's right.

I called Kohler. The gentleman came, we discussed the walk-in bath and there was a showroom in Aston. That's not particularly convenient for me, but it's less than an hour. I'm in a retirement community. I said, "I have heard that there are a couple on the property already. I don't know if they're Kohler or not. Is it possible that one of those would be willing to show me their tub, if in fact it's a Kohler?" He showed me and told me everything about it. I signed a contract based on the fact that I would have the ability to see a tub within 36 hours or that contract would be null and void. He said there was one on the property and he would talk to her.

Kohler was first class. There was the delay that was related to COVID, so we had to wait for a while to get the product, but the reps kept calling and telling us what the anticipated timeframe was. We haven't started using the bath, but we know it works well.

The sales rep explained everything thoroughly with us. Then the installers came in and told us what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. However, where the tub went, there was a hole in the floor, and they had a piece of plywood, three-quarter inch, that they said they would put over there, and then we could get new tile. But we happened to have a rug that fit over it just perfectly. They had different obstacles they had to go around that they sat back and figured what they had to do, and everything turned out perfectly on it. Since having it, it's like we're back in grade school and mom grounded us. We love the jets. The only complaint we have is that we're having to sit there while it filled up. But we were drinking wine, so we didn't care. We recommend it to friends.

I'm 82, going on 83 and a regular bathtub was very difficult for me to climb out of. I was looking for something that was walk-in. I had a Kohler that had a whirlpool in it and I love the whirlpool. The model that I got from Kohler now was the new super model that has a whirlpool, a heated seat, a showerhead down low and all the good things I was looking for, except for one. The price. It's very expensive. But it's an excellent machine and the company was very easy to deal with.

So far, we've enjoyed our Kohler walk-in bath. I enjoy the fact that I can sit down and take a shower if I want to. You don't have to fill the whole tub up. Because I have trouble with my back, so it's hard to stand up all the time when you're taking a shower. This way, I can hose off, and then suds up, and then rinse off. It's neat. So then, when I need to, stand up when I can, it works really well. At our age, it was a good investment. The rep was also really informative. The installers cleaned up after themselves and it turned out fine. I would recommend others to get Kohler.

We're getting older and my husband has problems with his sleep. So, we decided to get Kohler. The installers did everything well. It took them about six hours to complete everything. However, they should have had a better shower. One that was more stationary instead of having the handheld one.

We decided to get Kohler because my wife is having some mobility issues and getting into the shower was difficult. Kohler had good reviews and we particularly like the low threshold. The fellow that came to discuss with us the purchase was straightforward and very informative. The installation fellow was outstanding, thoroughly professional and has an engaging personality. It was a pleasure to have him around the house. The tub is fine. It works the way it's supposed to. Probably an additional grab bar in an additional location would be helpful, but it's perfectly manageable.

I'm happy with the Kohler walk-in bath. When I get aches and pains, I use the whirlpool and it seems to help. The sales rep was good, thorough and informative. The guys that installed it were great, very professional and nice. I give them an A+. They cleaned up everything. Everything was just perfect when they were done. Although, you pay a little bit more for quality and it seems to be a quality tub. If it's a good product, I don't mind paying a little bit more for it.

We were told that the installation might take up to two days, depending on all they had to do. The tub fit into the tub space that we had there, so the installers didn't have to take any of that out. Our pipes to the bathroom were accessible from a wooden door in the hallway so it was very easy for them to get at it, and they were done in one day. The installers were wonderful. They got here promptly at 10:00 and they finished at 6:00 pm. They never took any breaks. They did a fabulous job. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. My sister and brother used the jacuzzi part of the tub and they love it. I'm looking forward to my wound healing and being able to use it myself. The floor of the shower is a wee bit slipperier than I would like. But that's easily remedied by putting a mat in it. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we were very pleased.

I got good feedback about Kohler that they were a good company to deal with and stand by everything. On the day of installation, the installers called and told me that they were on their way. When they got close to here, they called back to verify if they had the right address then came on down. They introduced what they were going to do and told me that my electricity would have to go off. They turned off the water too and let me know when it would be back on. They did great work and I was very satisfied. I love getting in and out of the tub. I also love the fact that I'm sitting down and I got the jacuzzi part. I have a twin brother and I’m trying to get him on board with the idea. They love the tub too.

We called the number and the gentleman came and told us all about the walk-in bath. We had been thinking about getting one so we were happy with what he told us and we went along with it. The installers were very good and we were amazed that they were able to do the installation in such a short time. We are familiar with the Kohler brand and the walk-in bath is everything we expected it to be. We're satisfied and it's fun to use it.

We had looked into Safe Step, had them come out and kind of price a walk-in tub. It was a ridiculous price and there was no way we could afford it so we had to tell them no. Then I saw a commercial that Kohler had walk-in tubs. Somebody from Kohler called me and I talked to him. He told me he could make us a better deal. We agreed to look into it when spring came and we did. He was awesome. We loved him. When you talk to him, he listens to you. He doesn't misunderstand what you're telling him. He's the friendliest fellow.

My interaction with the reps were good. I also like the tub and I’m satisfied with it.

The sales rep of Kohler was really nice and helpful. We like the jets of the tub. The only drawback is that you have to wait for it to fill up. The installation went well, but they had to come back because there was a plate on one of the hangers to hang up the showerhead and the plate came off. I don't think he ever glued it. The other thing was that, in our other bathroom, when I went to take a shower in there, it was cold water. They did not turn the steam back on. But, they came back and both items were fixed. I would recommend Kohler Walk-In Bath. It's just a little pricey. But you have the Kohler name on it and they stand behind all their products.

The reps were great. They did a good job installing the product as well as explaining it. It's for my mother-in-law and it works great for her. She loves it.

The sales rep, Elliot, was knowledgeable. The installation guys were amazing too. They got here and stayed with it till they had it done in one day. My 91 year old mother-in-law is living with us, and she wouldn't take a shower. She had fits getting into the other tub as well, but she is taking baths in the Kohler step-in, so that’s a good thing. The first one she took was five minutes long, and then after that, she’s a little more accustomed to it. She's leery of pushing buttons, but we get her off, and she's okay in it. We're quite pleased. We show the tub to everybody that comes in the house too.

The reps were great. They've done good with me.

I got the standard walk-in bath from Kohler and the two installers who came up took their time and did a very good clean up job. The walk-in bath has the shower adapter, the heating on the seat and back, and has the bubbles, which I like. It relieves the pain from my feet. I have a blood clot in my leg and the walk-in helps me to circulate and relax, and it makes me sleep a lot better. My friend in Midland, Texas was thinking about the walk-in bath strongly and I told her not to go to the cheap one. She should go to the one that has high quality. It will last ten times better. I have another friend with a Step and he has nothing but lots of problems. He needed the tub and they didn't do anything. One of the reasons that I did not use them was because I wanted something better that would last me. The salesman pushed Kohler to me and he convinced me.

The sales rep of Kohler I worked with was a total pro and he knew what he was doing. The installation was fantastic too. They got it done in one day. Just like the salesman who came out, the crew knew their business too and just took care of it.

Everybody at Kohler did a great job. Everything was excellent from the start to the finish. My wife really enjoys the walk-in bath. It's nice.

The sales rep of Kohler Walk-In Bath was terrific. But I have a problem. If you're in a regular bathtub, you fill it up, and then you get in. Then, when you finished, you get out and you drain your tub. But, this one, you have to be in there and then you have to be in there for when it drains. Unless it's gonna suck it out real fast, you're chilled because you're sitting there waiting for it to empty and your body is exposed and it's wet. I don't know how it could be fixed. But other than that, I would recommend Kohler because the man who put it in knew what he was doing. He was very professional.

I had companies come out and Kohler was the most professional. I also had more faith in their product. They have great customer service. The installation of my walk-in tub was all very clean and very efficient. I love the tub especially the jets and the heat. I now have less pain so I'm a little more active.

Kohler had a lot of better features for the elderly. We got their walk-in tub and their sales rep was very clear and concise on the features. The tub is nice and my mom really likes it. That was the reason I put it in. There are built-in rails and a long hinge on the door. There is also a lower step-in. Unfortunately, my mom has arthritis in her shoulder, so it's a little hard. It comes up so high on the sides. But that's what I wanted in order for her to soak her shoulders. We make do. We have to have a step stool to reach her and bathe her.

The sales rep was really good and the installation went really fast. Kohler's reps did a good job on the tub and it worked right.

Kohler's sales rep knew what he was talking about and the installer did a really good job. Our tub has the bench where you can sit down and I like that because I have a hard time standing for very long. The tub also makes showering a whole lot easier.

We told Kohler's rep exactly what we needed and he was very helpful in meeting our demands. Our experience with him was pretty much cut and dried. When the installers came out, they demoed what they needed to, made those calculations for getting the tub through the house and removing door frames, then they put the thing in. It was flawless and they're the best guys we've had to have come out and do work on the house ever. It was nice to see somebody show up on time and want to work. But there was some confusion as to when the guy came here and sold us the tub. It's a $15,000 tub and we told him we wanted the hypoallergenic] lights. We got everything that they offered and tub showed up with no lights. Now, I don't know how we would go about getting lights to put in it. But other than that, the tub is great.

The sales rep we had seemed to know everything there was to need to know about the product, the timeframes it would take, and took care of it. The installation was done in a day, as they promised, and my mother and stepfather love the tub.

Most Kohler products that I've seen were good. I got one of their products and all the questions I had were answered. I worked with a very down to earth and reasonable sales rep. The installation took one day, so it was quick. It went very smoothly. We didn't have a problem because we have a second bathroom. I've been using the walk-in for a nice deep bath. It’s very comforting.

I enjoyed doing business with with Kohler. The salesperson who came to my home was friendly. He was very bright, answered my questions and I enjoyed visiting with him. The installation went very smoothly. There were two gentlemen here. One was sort of hands-on right at the tub, and the other was up and down the stairs delivering different tools to him. I like the quality of the walk-in bath. It’s well-made.

My dad loves our Kohler. He has disability issues and it was hard for him even with the shower seats and the handles to get in and out. It was hard for him to take a shower. So, the Kohler has been a godsend because he's safe, and I don't have to worry about him slipping. The people that installed it were really nice and they were very clean, neat and polite. The whole experience was very good. I have peace of mind now that it's installed.

My husband wanted the walk-in bathtub for me because I was having a hard time getting in and out of the tub. We got one from Kohler, and the installation went very smoothly and very quickly. I love the quality of the bathtub. I wish that it could fill faster. It emptied really quickly, but it takes a while to fill it.

I'm too old to get in the regular tub. I got a Kohler walk-in bath and now, I can get in and out. I like the jets and the shower.

We had a good experience with Kohler. Also, the tub is easy to clean and maintain and it's gorgeous.

Everything was represented well. The main guy who installed the tub did good but his helper looked like he wasn't too interested in being here. But the quality of work was good.

We had to go and get a plumber and increase the pressure of the house because it took me almost half an hour to fill up the Kohler tub. But I enjoy the tub because it has a handheld shower. It has everything that I can imagine in it. The biggest thing that I like about it, is I'm sitting down and I'm not taking a bath up to my neck. It will also take care of everything that hurts and aches.

I like the idea of the features of a walk-in tub, but now that I've had it for six weeks, there's a lot of things that could be improved. One thing is the way the door swings in. I am not able to clean it from the outside. I have to actually sit inside it to clean it and that's not only awkward, but I'm wet by the time I'm done. I can clean a lot of it, but to clean around the drain and stuff has been a problem. There needs to be a better way to clean it. When I swing the door inward, I can't reach the drain because the door swings in. If it swings outward, then I would have the whole opening to be able to reach in and clean around the drain. That's the big thing.

We tried to call one of the other places first and they never got back to us. I called Kohler and they got right back. We had the person come out and give us an estimate. He explained everything very clearly, quoted us a price, and it never varied when all the work was finished. The installation crew that came cleaned everything up, even parts of the garage they used for stacking and separating parts. The quality of work was excellent.

I have been seeing Kohler's commercials on TV and I liked what I saw. Then, the salesperson that came out was good and we liked what he had to offer. The installation took three days and everything was professional. I like everything in my bathtub, especially the back warmer feature. I'm very happy with its quality. Normally, I'll shower in it. But I've got about eight acres here and when I work on it, I use it then, once or twice a week. I was just impressed with the whole process.

Everybody was excellent during the sales visit with Kohler and they weren't pushy. It was a good experience. We have a big bathroom and it was just slide out a tub and put the walk-in tub in. It was simple and everything works the way it's supposed to. My wife loves the walk-in tub and she said it was like being in a sauna. But she’d like it better if it had a headrest. We’ve seen Kohler advertise now that they have it.

At about 9:30 in the evening, the phone rang in less than five seconds as soon as I hit enter. It was a guy from Kohler wanting to set up an appointment. The rep was very polite and the installation of our tub went really well. My wife has been enjoying it. I've been in it too and it was great.

The salesman from Kohler came out and he was very efficient. He sold us and made sure we understood the cost and everything. So, we were alright with that. There were three guys who did the installation and they were very efficient too. They went to their jobs and they took their time but didn't waste any. They had to take a doorframe off. One took it off and then one was taking the tub out while it happened. They knew what to do. So, I would recommend them to do things if you needed somebody to put a tub in whether it's from Kohler or not because they were good at what they did.

The installation of the Kohler walk-in tub was a one-day turn-key job and the installers did very well.

I’ve been having trouble with the valves that control the spray and I wish that I had more room. It's not the fault of Kohler but I'd like to have one that I could stretch out in. It was the biggest one and I was not happy with the follow-up. I tried to call the salesperson several times and didn’t get any response. But the installers were great. They put the tub in within a day.

I was doing a search on the internet for walk-in tubs, and it popped up that Kohler had it. I looked into it because they have such a strong brand name. Their sales rep came in and he was super nice. One would think like it was gonna be like when Amway comes to your house, and they won't take no for an answer, but it was not like that. He worked with us. I was very pleased with everybody. Even the installers were extremely friendly, explained everything, did a really good job, and kept the place super clean. The walk-in was really something I wanted. I knew it was expensive, and it was going to be a commitment to do it. I’m very pleased that I did it. I now have less aches and pains and I like the pleasure of taking a bath again.

My mom had a stroke in 2018 and at first, she didn't want to have a tub installed. For two years, we struggled in and out of an antique clawfoot tub. She didn't want to get rid of it then my grandmother saw an ad on television for Safe Step tubs. My mom decided, "Well, let's, choose one." We had Safe Step and Kohler representatives come out. The Kohler representative was more knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and not pushy at all. On the other hand, the other guy walked into the house like we had already signed the papers, and they were going to install it that day. He was very pushy, so we decided on Kohler.

The old tub had been installed in such a way that it was very difficult for my wife and me to get into it. I purchased a walk-in tub from Kohler. I'm beginning to suspect that there are more discounts from Kohler than I received. I keep seeing the ad that says 15% rebate, and I didn't get any kind of a rebate. As far as the sales representative, he was very good. He brought a laptop computer that had a demonstration on it that he used to tell us about the product. But we were already sort of sold on the product.

Got this unit for my mother and she immediately was elated to have access to the tub/shower much easier again, which is the point of a walk-in tub. Because of this, she's been able to handle daily bathing and clean-up herself, which also is self-assuring for when I'm not there and gave her some of her freedom again. The handle and door are a perfect size without hinderance and are easy to maneuver for her arthritis.

Kohler was a better company. One of the things I'm disappointed with Kohler was not getting what the individual that came here to sell it said. One of the things that he said was it pumps the water out instead of just letting it drain out, so it drains faster. My wife likes a hot tub. She asked him if it will keep the temperature that is in the tub instead of adding water to keep it hot. He said that the temperature will stay where it is because there's a feature in there that keeps it there, but that's not true. I was very disappointed with that because the representation that was here at the house was not the same as when the Kohler whirlpool was put in the house. I didn't think that was right. Those two things were what we really wanted and what the guy said were not true.

Going with Kohler was the easier thing to do because they offer the installation. We loved the rep that we worked with. He was very personable, he answered all our questions and he gave us options. He had on a mask when he was here, and he made sure that he stayed his distance. The installers were clean when they did the demo and installed everything. That was the cleanest demo ever. My dad enjoys the walk-in shower. It's a lot easier than getting in the tub.

Getting a walk-in bath was a necessity. Working with the sales representative at Kohler was a very good experience. I like my Kohler. I like that it has a seat and it drains really easily. It does not take a long time to fill, too. I would recommend Kohler.

The Kohler salesperson was excellent. We really like the installers. The tub itself is fine. I really like the heat and the jets on it. But we had sent a picture to our salesperson. He was supposed to have somebody to come out and fix it because the caulk that they put at the back of the wall is coming out.

I got a walk-in tub from Kohler. The installers were great. They had to come back because they didn't send the window trim. Now that the tub is installed, I like being able to sit in it and have the bubbles and all that go on, and it feels better. I wish I had got the shower with it instead of the handheld though.

The sales representative was excellent and had good follow-up calls. The installer did very professional work. My husband is a perfectionist and he tipped them a good tip. We wanted a regular shower, and there is a bar that the shower handle can be put, and we're still waiting on that. When they get it, they’ll bring it. I like that I can take a bath by myself there without a shower chair so that's good. Otherwise, my husband had to help me. We're liking our Kohler very much.

The whole experience with Kohler was excellent. I like the flexibility that you can use the hose either as a shower or separately. The tub is for my mother, and now, it is easier for her to get in and to shower.

I am almost 85 years old and I have sciatica. I was having trouble getting into a regular tub because my legs don't lift too high. I've been wanting to consider a walk-in tub and I mentioned it to my husband. After I offered him a little extra money on my behalf, he thought it was a good idea. He's been in it too so we're quite satisfied. I like the ability to get in and out and sit in warm water. My legs feel great when I come out. I’m very happy and everything's fine, except I have some little gray dots on some of the white that don't seem to come off. I wonder what I could use to get those off.

Nice overall walk-in bath. It's very expensive. Ok with bubbling system but would like to have some more on back and side to my body and back on my sitting leg. No water leak so far. I think better finding any other walk-in bath model and brand for better deal especially their multi-years motor and water system warranty.

The installation was super great. The installers cleaned up their mess and were gone in one day. I love that the tub is very relaxing. After a hard day at work or a day that I don't feel real well, I love sitting in a tub of water and using the jets. It is wonderful. My husband loves it too. The best thing about the tub is that it is made in the United States. It's the best of the best.

Kohler walk in tub is one of the nicest company and their workers are very accommodating for the services that they provide. They are very good in fast services and making sure all is handled and I like that.

The people that installed my Kohler walk-in tub were all right. They demonstrated it for me. My experience was good.

I'm 67 years old, so I can't get in a regular tub. I needed a walk-in. I haven’t taken a bath in five years and what I liked the best with my Kohler is I can take a bath. It’s wonderful. Two guys came to install, and the one that did most of it seemed like he was teaching the other guy. They were really nice, and they did a good job. The guy explained everything too. Everything looks nice and seems to be working well. I'm very pleased. However, we haven't been able to use it as the whole thing because I need to get a new water heater. It's so big, but we fill it up to the seat, at least.

The rep was great about explaining everything to me and the people came out with no problem. They told me what they were doing and it didn't take too long to install. They were professional and they cleaned up behind themselves. They also showed me how to operate the tub. I have a problem stepping in the tub and that way, I don’t have too high to step into, and then I have a seat I can sit down because sometimes, I get a little unsteady on my feet.

The tub costs too much but I like its ease of operation.

The installers were very polite and didn’t leave a mess. The tub is put in very neatly. Also, it looks really nice. It looks better than I expected. I like the jacuzzi part and the warmed back.

It seems very expensive for what it is but the quality seems fine. I like the jets and the bubblers.

Kohler was a good company to work with. The sales guy was very polite and nice. The installers were in and out, and they cleaned up their mess. I threw my back out Friday so the tub has been wonderful.

I knew the Kohler name. I simply called and asked for some information, and they sent their representative out. I was convinced after he talked with us that it was the best route for us to go. The father and son who came to install the tub were marvelous. They had to remove the frame around our bathroom door and do all of that in order to get it down. But they got everything done within a day and it looked beautiful and perfect when it was done. We've enjoyed the tub very much ever since.

A friend of ours recommended Kohler. She and her husband used to do remodeling. Kohler's reps knew what they were doing. They answered everything and did what we needed. We were very satisfied. And then, the installers did a beautiful job. We couldn't tell they have been here when they left. The tub does what it is supposed to, and that's what we wanted - a good water movement. Also, I don't have to keep adding water to keep it hot because it has the built-in heater. That's a big feature as opposed to a regular tub where I have to keep adding water to keep it warm.

I couldn't get in the shower. I thought one of those baths would help me. The doctor thought that was a good idea, too. So, here I am with a new Kohler bathtub and I love it. The installers did it in one day. They were sweet, nice little guys and good-looking. I’ve already recommended Kohler to my 86-year-old sister and she's thinking about it too. She doesn't live here. My brother who lives with me and my sister-in-law both love it too. We're really happy.

Everything went very well with my experience with them. The gentleman who came out here did a great job explaining everything. He also took his time. ​However, I don't know if I really got ripped off or not. I paid $23,000. That seemed like an awful lot. But when I mentioned to the rep, "I could think about it and get some other estimates." He said, "We can only do that today. If we can't settle the deal today, then the price is gonna go back up about another $3,000.” But it's worth it because the wife has had so many hip and knee replacements. She can get in there and just sit there with the jets running. She dearly loves the thing. The installers have done a great job too. The first day, they got out here about 10 o'clock and worked until 5:00. Then they came back the next day and finished it up. They were here a couple of hours on the second day because they needed some other supplies before they could finish it up. The finished product is great.

Our Kohler Walk-In Bath works fine. My sister-in-law is the one that uses it and she loves it. The crew that came did an excellent job. They replaced the floor too. When they first looked at it, they didn't know there was any wrong with it. Then they tried to do it. They didn’t charge us for it. They did a beautiful job. The sales rep was really good, too. He measured everything and did everything well. He sold us the idea of doing it.

The sales rep was very nice and the installers were good. I bought a soaker and I like all of it. In my other bathroom, I had a tub. I'm 91 years old, and I was afraid that I would get in the tub and couldn't get out.

I love my walk-in bath. Kohler seemed like the best out there, so I went with them and all of my experiences went well. The walk-in bath went right in. The people were clean and they were in and out. It was fast and everything's perfect.

We were very impressed with the sales rep. He wore his mask all the time, and his presentation was very professional and thorough. He was polite and answered all our questions, and had a good spiel. The installation was great too. My wife uses our walk-in bath. She has a lot of aches and pains, and it’s very soothing to her. She uses the hydrotherapy.

I appreciated the Kohler rep's visit very much. The installation was an excellent service. I like how convenient the access into the tub is, the spa features and the jets. I'm very satisfied.

We have had problems with the walk in tub from the beginning. First, our 50 gallon hot water heater runs out of hot water before covering the jets. It is turned up as high as possible and starts hot enough to burn someone, but runs cold before filling the tub. No one warned us about that. That would be the biggest complaint. It often makes us decide not to use it. Second, the shower lever is so hard to raise and lower that it makes the shower hard to use. The open/close lever cover falls off with every bath. We put it back on and screw it down, but next bath it shakes loose and falls off again. At present, we feel like we paid a lot of money for something that is not what we hoped it would be.

There seemed to be some miscommunication between the sales representative and the installer. What she said wasn’t what was done by the installers who were doing the work. The door frame was not big enough and she mentioned that but then, there was a lot of difficulty with cutting around the corner. The whole thing was stressful but the installers were great. We got the walk-in bath for my mother. She says that she feels better using the Whirlpool with her legs. She had a walk-in bath before so she was familiar with it. But her old one did not have the features that this one has. The heated back where you lean against is my favorite. Also, the shower nozzle on the one we had before was up higher and this one is attached to the actual tub. That makes it nice.

I've always had Kohler products. Even my old stuff are all Kohler. High-quality. There are other types of walk-in tubs on the market. But I didn't have any feeling like I should check those out when I knew Kohler. I like the heated back a lot. I use that even when I'm just sitting down using the showerhead. It keeps me extra warm. It's a tight fit. To get in, I have to turn sideways. But it's fine. I take a jet bath in it once a week. The rest of the time, I just use it as a tub. I fill it up part of the way, use the showerhead, sit there and shower myself off.

The purchase process at Kohler was thoroughly enjoyable. I didn't think that the installers could do as good as they did. They were very polite and they listened to what I asked them. They answered all my questions. The walk-in tub adds to the bathroom we have. I thought it would be an eyesore but it isn't. My wife uses it and if it hadn't been for that tub, she couldn't enjoy taking a bath.

The installers were very professional and nice about everything. They kept their masks on and explained things to me. The job was done very quickly and nicely. I'm getting up in age and I'm having back problems. My Kohler is so much easier than a regular bathtub and it works beautifully. It's total relaxation. I'm going in every other day and enjoying it tremendously.

The Kohler tub is really relaxing. I was upset though. They sent young kids and they didn't do a great job putting the molding back on. I've been working on that myself. But other than that, they did a great job putting it in there.

The people at Kohler are all nice fellows. They took care of me alright. I called Kohler this morning. I have a question on how much water is used every time I use the walk-in bath. I've had a letter from the water company saying I'm using an excess amount of water.

The installation crew was very efficient and I would highly recommend them for any other job. I have an unfavorable condition though. The 50-gallon hot water tank doesn't have enough hot water to completely fill it with a warm temperature of water. I had a call to discuss about the amount of hot water and Kohler sent a plumber out. He adjusted the device that they installed that was supposed to increase the amount of hot water to raise the temperature of the water. But it isn't quite enough. Still, it was a good experience with Kohler.

The salesperson from Kohler was amazing, knowledgeable and had great customer service. The installer was very professional and then, they got somebody out to do the drywall and he matched it perfectly. I was concerned because it was smaller than my bath that was put in there. So, there was a big gap. They did a good job of cleaning up and making it look good. They removed the old bath and took care of everything. The installation was very smooth. My mom was struggling holding up my dad because he was quite heavy and I got the tub ready for him. So, I like that she's not having to do that anymore. She can sit him in the bath and wash him. It's much better for her. The walk-in bath is the best decision you can make to help your parents.

The quality of Kohler's product is excellent and I like the ease of using it. The installers finished the installation in one day and did a very good job. I've been very satisfied with the purchase.

The purchase went smoothly and the people that installed it were very nice too. I like the jets of the walk-in bath and after I play tennis or something, I can get in it and relax.

Their installers were meticulous. They had to do a massive build on mine because I had a six-foot area they had to fill in. They had to build up on both ends and on the back. They did a fantastic job. My favorite feature of the tub is the massage jets. The only thing I found with it that it scared the tooky out of me was when pushing the air jets or the massage jets to come on, they come on full force. They could start the air jets and stuff at the low range and then let them move up instead of starting at the high power. But other than that, it is fantastic.

I really liked the sales guy that came out. I didn't feel like he was pushy. Also, the installation was really good. The guys were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything after they were finished. The work was excellent. My mother really enjoys the tub. I would recommend Kohler. I've told some friends whose parents are kind of getting up there in age. It's kind of pricey but I feel like it gives a little bit more independence.

The Kohler rep came and made a sales pitch. He was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The installation people worked hard and had it done in a day. The tub is the most expensive thing I've ever bought but the jets are really restorative to my body. But I've only used it four times because the motor went out. It's not working now.

The techs were quick, on time, and did a good job. We had two issues with the plumbing. First, they had the cold and hot water backward. They had to come back and fix that. Then, we had a problem with the drain. My mother-in-law who's 86 went in the tub and it took her a half-hour to get out 'cause the walk-in was barely draining. The problem was with the drain plug itself. There was a little screw that one tightens to get it to the right height. The techs didn't tighten that so I fixed it myself. We like our Kohler Walk-In a lot. My mother-in-law uses it every day and she absolutely loves it.

Everything was excellent. My mom is very happy with the workmanship. She said she has never seen anything like it. She was highly impressed. She’s the one that keeps her home up and she’s got several folks in and out of the home.

We had bought a house and Kohler would be a good tub to have. We didn't realize that it would be $25,000 but we bought it. The installation was great and seamless. The tub is easy to get into, fills up quickly and drains fast. The jets are great. I’ve used the tub and I like it but I’m trying to figure out how to get my husband in. Usually, I would take a step into the shower and lift him in. But there's not enough room to do that and that is one feature I don't like. I'm not a little person and there's not much room to turn when you get in. So, there needs to be a little room between the seat and the doorway. Closing the door is hard to do. It would probably be better if the door closed from the outside rather than from the inside. But I enjoy everything else.

The sales agent did a very good presentation and the installers did an awesome job. I like everything about the Kohler Walk-in Bath. The jets are nice.

The reps of Kohler were really good. I like the bubbles of the tub. My favorite feature is that I don't have to climb over and get in the tub. I could just walk in and sit down. I'm 93 years old. I can't do too much jumping anymore.

The sales rep answered all our questions and told us all about Kohler. Then, the installers explained a lot of things to us and showed us how the bath worked. One of my least favorite features is the hot water. We have to change our hot water heater. Other than that, we really like it. Our son-in-law likes to get in there and with the jets to go in and help the difficulties he has.

I enjoy my Kohler walk-in tub. It's nice. But the gentleman that put this in told me it would be $7,077 and then I got the bill from GreenSky for $16,000. I don't think that they could charge me double for a plain shower. It does not have any grab bars and a shower door. I don't think that's fair. That's not what I was told. I have reached out to them, but they said that that's what I’ve signed for. But the installation went well. They did a great job. I was very pleased with it.

I've got a Kohler engine in a lawn mower and I also had Kohlers in several different things. It's a good name. I've been driving a truck for over 40 years now and getting on up in years. I thought before I fall and bust my keister, the Kohler walk-in bath looked like it might be cool. I had no idea it was gonna be that expensive though. I almost didn't do it because I was thinking I was going to put that in and put a shower in the other bathroom. That'd be a good time to do it 'cause the plumbing for one is right against the plumbing for the other one. But the guys told me that they also gave me a price on putting a Kohler shower in my other bathroom. They said that that would be good for a year.

My Kohler walk in tub was installed last year, it is just ok. First issue the 3" walk in is a lie, mine is over 6", the rep told me that is just the way it is. The installation was a nightmare, floors, walls, and woodwork scratched. A filthy mess when they left. The installers were not even prepared to do the job, they went to get parts (1 1/2 hours). They still didn't have all they needed, they had to borrow from me. When the tub was installed the installers could not tell me how to use it. Then I realized the bathroom door would not shut at all after the door was put back in place. Now there is a horrible smell coming from the tub. Kohler blames Home Smart and Home Smart blames Kohler, just a huge run around. I have to keep candles burning in that bathroom to cover this bad industrial smell. Don't waste your money on the Kohler walk in tub.

Kohler has a good reputation and I’ve dealt with Kohler products. The rep answered my questions. He was very thorough and professional. He told me everything that I wanted to know. He was well prepared, and without being pushy. He knew my circumstances, that I could not make up my mind. I could not give him a final decision because my husband was in the hospital at the time. He was very patient. He worked with me and did an excellent job.

Everybody I've worked with at Kohler was very good. I tell my friends about how nice the salesperson and the workers that came were. They answered all of my questions. The fellows that put the tub in were very efficient and knew what they were doing. It was a good experience. I do like the Kohler tub very well. I'm at a point where I can't get in and out of a regular tub and step over the edge. By putting in the Kohler tub, I have been able to get in, soak in the bath water and enjoy the tub. I like the heated seat and back so that when you do sit down in the water, you get your water where you want it. It stays warm. I've had a couple of my neighbors over just to look at the tub.

I expected the installation to be a week or so but the installers did it in one day. They took a little while to get here because of the pandemic and transportation was slowed down but they were extremely friendly. We were very happy with it. The only thing that would have helped is if they made the faucets go from either side. Our bathroom we put the walk-in tub in is very small and we're gonna to do some more remodeling to accommodate it better.

Our purchase of a walk-in tub, as well as its installation, were both very good, especially at the end. Somebody from Kohler came by to do a follow-up, checked whether everything was okay, and he gave me his card. He explained to me better the operations in the tub. He went through it all with me and my wife and we were very pleased. The features of the tub were also what we expected.

Was not happy with the Kohler walk-in tub from the salesperson to the installers... The tub is okay. It is just a bathtub you can step into, nothing special for the high price. I got this for my father and he has not been able to use it at all. This thing takes a lot of water too much for the pipes in his house. Big mistake.

The Kohler rep was very good and the guy who did the installation was very nice. He said it would take one day and it took five days but that was all right. He didn’t spend enough time on demonstrating how to use it though. I always get water all over the place and I had to learn how to work the things. It doesn't have enough information about the tub. I like the jets but when I first started using it, I didn't realize the ones in the back had to be covered up. I had water all over the place. I’m learning and I’m happy with it. I would shop around a little bit more for price though.

I can no longer get into a regular bathtub. My children didn't feel it was safe for me to be in the shower because they were afraid I would slip and fall. Kohler had the features that I needed to be safe and I was partial to them because my dad was a plumber for a while, earning a living and he sold Kohler products and he said they're the top of the line. So they would be a good purchase and better than some of the others. I was pleased with everyone I dealt with. The gentleman who came when I agreed to purchase the tub was very good as well as the crew that put it in. They cleaned up so nice when they were done. So I have no complaints. I have a handicapped son and I had trouble getting him in the other tub and he just loves this tub. I have a couple of tall sons that have back problems so I told them that whenever it's bad, they can come up and sit in my tub. It'll make them feel better.

We liked Kohler’s name and quality. We figured it would last and would not have problems with it. The walk-in bath is very good. My husband has neuropathy and he’s had a series of operations, and it's been great for him for stress relief as well as just helping him feel all relaxed when he finishes.

I love everything about the walk-in bath from Kohler. I’m old and I hurt a lot. I did my exercises in the tub today because I’ve been gone a couple of days. I'm a water person and I love swimming and being in the water and exercising. It's heavenly to get in and sit down and feel that water especially when I'm hurting. The salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave additional knowledge. I had another person come out from another company. It was a walk-in one but not like this one.

The sales rep came to the house, which is wonderful. She was very personable and nice and she made me feel at home. But when she told me how much the walk-in tub was, I was ready to tell her to keep it. If it hadn’t been for my daughter telling me that she would help finance the tub, I wouldn't have it today. It's a blessing and it is worth every penny I'm putting in it because it is good. It's a necessity for us, old folk.

The jets are easily adjustable and when we wash the tub down after a shower or a bath, it's easy to use the handheld thing. Also, their reps call every once in a while. They're very nice and kind people. They're concerned if there are any problems. We would recommend Kohler's walk-in tub to anyone and if we had to, we’d do it again.

The sales guy took a lot of time with us. He told us how it was gonna sit in there. He took us out in his truck and showed us what it was going to look like. He did everything possible to show us what we were going to get. Then, the installers came in, worked hard, and got it done. They were very nice. They brought us in and showed us how to work everything. They put water in it and made sure it held water and everything. I was satisfied with that. I'm very satisfied with the product and the people I deal with. I like the tub's Jets the most.

The sales rep who came to my home was very nice and lovely and she answered all my questions. But on the day of the installation, the installers were late. I called and unfortunately, they got a flat tire. They got here like an hour late but they were awful nice. They were so thoughtful of all of my stuff and they were very lovely working. They were finished by 4 o'clock in the afternoon and they cleaned up everything. I like the safety of the walk-in tub. The only thing is it takes a while to fill up. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

The sales reps of Kohler were courteous and professional. The process went well. The guys who did it were professional on it, did their work and got everything in. They did a good job.

I like the Kohler brand. The rep I worked with was good. He was knowledgeable and he listened. The installers, Alberto and Josh were really nice. They were really knowledgeable and courteous too. It's nice to be able to sit down and bathe instead of having to stand all the time. It helps our muscles and our joints when we get to sit there. I also like the hydrotherapy bubbles. They're not as forceful as the whirlpool jets.

We like the price of Kohler and they had a special on for interest rate. The sales reps did a good job. They didn't really sell it too hard. They just explained it more than sold it. The installation went very well. All in a day. They called us before they were coming to give us the arrival time and they arrived on time. They brought us in during different stages of the installation to make sure they were doing it right and we were happy with the progress so far, and cleaned up and left it shipshape when they departed. The only thing that we didn't really talk about was finish options. Our bathroom already has bronze fixtures and this thing is bright chrome, so there's a clash and we didn't even talk about whether or not it's possible to get something besides chrome faucets and handles. We would have liked to have a variety of attachment colors to select. But my wife loves it. She’s getting significant pain relief.

I have a lung disorder that when I was showering before, it was like I was being waterboarded. I needed something like this. I can go in there, shower and bathe at my leisure, and not be out of breath. We've shown the tub to other people and recommended it. The thing that deters people is the price but as a product, it seems to be pretty solid.

We almost went with a different company but then we called Kohler. We thought they were a better all-around deal and a better warranty. The sales rep explained everything that we needed explained and his presentation was very good. The installation was very good too. The guys seemed to know what they were doing. We got it all together and they filled the walk-in tub up. We had a leak at the door. The seal evidently had been pulled off and they reglued it. We were told that will never do so the guy ordered us a new door and about three days later, he came out with the door and put it on. Since then, the walk-in tub has been fine.

We like that Kohler was ADA certified and it seemed to fit older people better. It was twice the price but when it comes to 90-year-old parents falling and tripping, it really wasn't bad. There were a lot of delays and we weren't kept in communication between when it was being shipped and then when it was being installed. Eventually, my wife hounded the installer to find out where it was and managed to get some reasonable dates. It took a couple of months longer than expected. But, we're not making a big stink out of that because it was COVID season and everybody was having difficulty. We're in the same boat. But, the one disappointing thing was that they'd say, “It's being shipped tomorrow,” but then we wouldn't hear anything for two weeks.

The initial installation went fine. I like that the water stays warm because you put the little heater on it. I can just stay there and read a book. It’s very nice and very enjoyable. The tub is fine but I’m not happy with the service follow-up. I am troubled because even on the Kohler place, I see that it’s possible to have a showerhead type thing instead of just the hand wand. It's not convenient to take a shower and hold the hand wand.

If someone has issues with their back or legs or can't get in and don't have a regular tub, I would suggest that they try the walk-in tub from Kohler. I like the heating part as well as when I put on the jets. I like that it's hot enough that I can sit in and take a bath instead of a shower all the time. My bathroom routine is better when I just soak.

The installation of our Kohler walk-in bath went really well. There were two different crews that did the installation and they did a really nice job. It is working great. I needed it for my wife because she's handicapped. My wife loves it. She really likes the heated portion on the back. The quality is excellent.

My wife has had seven back fusions. I had to lift her in and out of the bath tub. All she could use is a seat, so she couldn't get down in the tub. She also had a hip replacement and she got a lot of bone issue, so she has very limited in what she could do in the bathtub. I bought the hose connection, so she could shower and sit on a seat. But she couldn't get down in the tub and she was looking forward to something like that. So I wanted to do the walk-in tub. When I started Googling the various walk-in tubs, Kohler was a name that I recognized. When I looked at that in September, they said that if I did something like that by the end of September that I would have $1,000 of savings by the end of the month. There was a bidet involved also in that. So I called Kohler and I never talked to anybody else.

The sales guy was great. He explained everything correctly and there was no pressure. The workers did a good job on it and they explained things. I use the tub about once or twice a week and that's more than I was doing before. It's easy to use and to get into. The jest are good too. So far, the whole operation went great. We're satisfied.

I liked the way the tub looked. The installation crew that came out was a very nice bunch. My husband and I are getting elderly and having the walk-in tub is a convenience for us. It has very nice quality. It was really expensive. But I understand that all the installation and everything cost quite a bit. It's a very nice tub.

The installation went pretty good, except for the plumbing of the sink. The tech had to go get parts a couple times. It took two days to complete but the guys were really good. They replace the sink faucets to match the tub but they don't match. They said they couldn't match them. But the quality of the tub is great. It’s probably the best on the market. I enjoy the jets and the bubbles but I dislike that the tub takes a lot of water.

The reps from Kohler were very professional and everything was done the way they said it was going to be done.

My mom couldn't get over in the regular tub. The walk-in tub helped her out. She likes that she doesn't have to get over in the tub. The quality looks pretty good right now. The tub is really good for what I need it for.

I had faith in the Kohler products and I decided that if I was going to get a walk-in tub, I was gonna get a Kohler. The rep explained everything but I found out that there was no literature that I could look at once he left. Whatever information I needed to have was on his computer so I had no written paperwork that I could look at to see what I was getting. But the guys that did the installation were fabulous and neat. They knew exactly what they were doing. The walk-in bath looks wonderful in my bathroom. It fits right in and it’s perfect. I was satisfied with everything.
