I wish I could give/take away credit due. I would definitely provide a lower score for the Loan division (Joe **). Because of my overall experience with Isaac, I refuse to jeopardize his rating therefore I granted 5-Stars.

Overall, my experience with KB Home has been extremely positive. From the beginning, everyone involved was attentive, responsive, and informative. Whenever I had a question, someone either answered the phone or returned my call promptly, and I never felt like I was bothering anyone or asking a “stupid” question. This was my first time building a home from the ground up, so naturally I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and everyone took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and what to expect.

Working with KB has been a great experience for us and our family. Committing to buying a house in this economy was pretty scary but everyone on the team helped us with every single concern or question that came along the way from start to finish! I’ve definitely already referred family and friends looking to buy a house to go with KB if they want to do it right!

We have been disappointed by the number of repair requests we’ve needed to submit since moving in, with more than 20 documented issues across all three floors, including damaged cabinetry, uneven floors and stairs, a soft spot in the primary tub, sinks that don’t close fully, fraying carpet, incorrect door hardware, and numerous paint, grout, and stucco defects. Many of these should have been caught during quality control and final walkthroughs, and others raise concerns about workmanship. As one of the most expensive townhomes in the city, we expected premium fit and finish, and we do not feel the price is justified by the build quality delivered. We appreciate the team’s efforts to resolve these items, but we hope stronger quality assurance is put in place for future buyers.

Overall, our experience was mostly satisfactory with the choices of floor plans provided by KB Home.

KB has great floor plans and an amazing design center. The design center did a great job in getting the upgrades I wanted and staying within my budget. The communications from the sales office, loan department and constructions were all perfect and it was easy to get answers to my questions. The KB staff made the buying experience wonderful and my house looks just like I was hoping it would - trendy, light and bright! Finally I LOVE KB lots - It seems lots are getting smaller with everyone else - and KB has the best lot selection! Thank you!

KB Home have always caught our attention. We looked at other builders around our area and we liked KB Home hands down. We took about 3 years to decide and KB was our choice.

From the first contact with the sales staff to the loan officer and the construction manager, all were professional and helpful. All answered my questions in a timely manner. Any problems or concerns were handled quickly and with great feedback.

Extremely satisfied with the home, the price point of my home given its location and the numerous design choices already built into the home.

We bought a new construction $750,000 home in Washington St. from KB in 2024. We let them do their work and only twice had a minor "ask" (where to put a deck step and where to NOT put a tree). We were given assurances on both and neither was accomplished. During first year we brought up multiple minor improper installations and at EVERY one their rep equivocated and had to be convinced it needed attention. Some of our 'upgrades' were total rip offs, like "wiring for a fan". They wire for a light and put a completely incompatible dimming light switch for a every single dedicated upgrade to fan wiring in the house. Had to replace every switch and can only use a remote control as they failed to actually use wire for a fan.

Our experience buying our new home with KB Home was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! We are so happy with our new home and truly appreciate everyone who helped make the entire process such a positive and memorable experience. A special thank you to Ioana, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the home-buying process. She always took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.

Our experience with KB Home has been wonderful from start to finish! One of the things we enjoyed most was being able to personalize our home and make design choices that truly made the house feel like our own. We also appreciated how thorough the process was!

It was great for the most part except during construction had to report a lot of things to fix during the building phase.

It started great but turned poor very quickly. Though, we have had resolutions, it is still an experience that I would not recommend to someone if they were one of the last lots in the community. Possibly if it were a newer community and they were ensured consistency of workers from start to finish.

The entire process was well communicated and left us always having an idea what stage the house was in. Working with the everyone from the design studio, KBHS Home Loans, to after-closing customer service. A special shout-out to Frankie, our customer service representative. He responded immediately to our questions (believe me, we had many) and always gave us a thorough answer. He is a pleasure to work with, and he sets the bar for any future home purchases.

Very good at their work and the way they speak and sell their homes and that they do a very good job showing the house and what to expect.
