We were moving out of our condo into our newly purchased house and personally I hate moving especially the packing part. But Interstate actually helped us by providing us with containers and moving supplies to help us get ready as smoothly as possible. They helped package the fragile stuff together as well which we were really please. Thanks for the great service!

I contracted Interstate movers to perform an interstate move all of my three bedroom two story house. They were extremely professional and handled my furniture with care. In summary, I will never ever use a moving company due to my experience with IMRG. They lied just about everything regarding the move. First they said the move is weight based, and couple of days before the actual move I received a call to review my final list and I found that it is cubic feet based. They got me two movers and both affirmed that it is cubic feet based. Michael, who was with me on the phone during making the estimate, explained in great details about how the weight based move goes, that I will get ticket of truck weight before they come to me and I can even follow them after loading to weighing station to get new weight and my move is the difference....

I used this brand a few times and every single time, they went above and beyond my expectations with their professionalism and punctuality. They offer great prices and a wide range of options to choose from. Will definitely use again in the future.

The movers showed up on time, they did a wonderful job and were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this company and will also use them in the future! They are very reliable and provides professional service that cannot be paralleled with any other companies in the area. I recently hired Interstate Moving for the second time and was satisfied with their service again. They wrap most of furniture to protect them, and I couldn’t find damages after moving. All movers are nice and do their job effectively.

I recently used their services to help a cousin with his move. They took great care with making sure his things didn't get damaged in the slightest. The movers were very friendly and respected all our requests too. Overall, had a very good experience, and will be using their services again if needed.

The moving company came later than was promised so it too late for me to cancel and get my deposit back. I was quoted by weight and the moving company charged me cu ft. I was charged almost 50% more for the move. I was told my things would be delivered in 7-10 days, but it has been almost 2 weeks and my things still have not been delivered. Customer Service repeatedly said they would research the mistake and call me back. They never returned any of my phone calls, instead they expired the link they sent to me with the details of the quote. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL!!! STAY SAFE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is a broker NOT A MOVING COMPANY. When they finally got to my house to move me it was 9pm at night. Said they would be there at 4pm. Then they proceeded to tell me it would cost 4k more than I was quoted. They charged me for things the broker said was already in the quote. I was told that they would arrive at my new home within 5 to 13 days. No it was 5 weeks later. Then when my belongings arrived, it was thrown around so badly that things were damaged, broke, or missing. When I tried to file a complaint they would not return my calls, emails, or texts.

The online form for scheduling was simple and I was done in no time and then I received a confirmation call from the moving consultant confirming the details and also providing a quote for the move. The price was affordable, the guys were on time, personable, upbeat and confident. Melvin, Ryan and Chris all did a great job. Thanks for making my move easy.

Their services was very efficient as they delivered and moved our stuff on time. They were very helpful and kind throughout our communication process and overall it was an amazing experience as they were very professional throughout the whole process despite the multiple questions and concerns I bugged them with. I moved with them a couple of days ago, when they told me the movers will be at your place at 9 am and as per time decided they were there. They were very helpful and flexible during booking for a 4 day long hourly move. These guys made the move the easiest part of the process.

Very bad experience while booking a move. Clearly stated that from the date we moved the stuff it will take 2 to 10 days and later when we called they changed the words. Now it's been 14 days and they have not even given the estimated date when they are going to give the stuff for designated location, with 2 small kids we are facing lot of problems at this pandemic time. I don't recommend this group of Interstate movers to anyone else.

These guys are the real deal if you're looking to have a professional, on time, fast service that handles all your furniture and items with proper care and protection. Pricing is reasonable too! They explained everything in detail and talked about what each fee would be for. The workers that were doing the labor were very friendly and seemed ecstatic in helping me move. Great experience!

First of all like everyone has said this is the third party mover service. The guys that come to pick your stuff up are different, it's whoever these guys send. Let me start with saying that Mitch from sales will do whatever he can to get your business. He will lie about the guys are going to wrap everything properly and make sure your stuff will all be safe. They will also tell you how 1st floor is free (i.e up to 21 stairs). Once he get the service good luck hearing from him again or any of the customer service guys from this company again. You will have to call at least 5 times before they pick up to give you a vague talk.

They had ABC moving Systems as the carrier to move my stuff from MN to CA. Although I am still suing this carrier, but IMRG were nice to do what they could do, offering me the refund of the deposit to partly compensate me on the missing $2000 TV. They say they are taking this carrier off their list. Seems they do actually care for their customers.

I used Interstate Moving & Relocation Group to move from Florida to New York. They were reliable and efficient - two very important qualities to earn my trust. It cost $3k for a 1 bedroom space. They were careful with my belongings - I highly recommend them!

Very competent and professional. Do not waste time and can work 3 hours straight without breaking a sweat. Very pleasant and worthy experience. I hired 2 movers and they were done emptying a full 10 feet by 12 feet locker in an hour. Plus they are very polite and knowledgeable.

First off salesperson builds a bond with you and once deposit is received does not answer calls!! Lies to get the contract!! Used contractors Coach USA! Three of my five large items were damaged. All we in perfect condition prior to being moved by this company!! Claim process is a joke and so confusing not worth it! They will pay based on depreciation - not based on things being in new condition and then wants to come and pick up items leaving you without bed, two cube storage and not enough money to replace them!!! Great group of people. Called them up to help move from one coast to the other. Could not have been easier to deal with and at $2,200 it was certainly within my price range. They handled all the small details so I didn't have to have all that stuff adding to my stress levels of moving a whole family across country. I had the most horrible experience arranging my move from New York to Michigan through Interstate Moving and Relocation Group. They are brokers who are only concerned with getting you to book through them and getting their deposit. Then they hire movers and you have no idea which movers would be hired and how to contact them. When things go wrong during the move the brokers blame on movers and movers on the brokers so no one takes responsibility.

After our contract with IMRG was finalized and they received their monies, we were handed off to Unique Van Lines! This is when our nightmare began! We contracted to have our belongings packed by the moving company and they were to be there on Monday and Tuesday to pack and load and leave on Wednesday! This did not happen. The truck showed up mid-morning on Wednesday, our belongings literally thrown into boxes with minimal wrapping or protection from damage. The truck pulled out within 6 hrs of the arrival! How did we go from two packing days to a few hours?

Got a new job up north along the east coast and needed to move myself and my family. IMRG came through with the best price for the move and all my belongings made is safe and sound to their destination. Hands down would use IMRG again for my next move.

The very charming sales rep, Sam **, rushed me through a contract that waived many of my movers rights such as full value insurance and having a moving company assess my inventory in person before providing an estimate. He "helped" me "negotiate" a price down to what I was expecting ($2500 for a cross-country move of a studio apartment), promising that the price could even go down because they purposefully overestimate the weight of items a little. He phrased things to sound like even if the weight is over, I wouldn't have to pay more than the price I signed at.

I moved from Pennsylvania to Florida with this company recently for personal reasons. I live by myself in a two bedroom apartment and the cost of moving all my stuff was only 3,000 dollars. For that low price I got really really friendly and respectful service that took care of my things very well. I definitely recommend these guys.

Dealings with Interstate Moving & Relocation Group was ok, but understand they are only a broker.... They will give you an estimate. They will go to their list of moving companies and hand you over to them. They will collect their money and after that you are left to deal with the actual Moving Company. Even though Interstate will have your complete list of items and give you dates of pickup or delivery, the moving company they give your move to will NOT follow those promised things. You DO NOT have a choice who they give your move to.

My name is Rohit and I used the home movers services from this company recently. Sharing my experience: The sales agent promised me it will take around $1400 for moving 1 BK stuff. I requested 28 additional boxes just in case. He also confirmed that for every additional box, it will cost me only $10. They gave me window of 2 hours (13 Dec, 3-5 PM EST) when movers would come, pack and load the items.

Storage move from AZ to NC. I hope I could give no star. Such an awful experience. First, the driver did not show up on time. After waiting 4 hours, we had to ask him to pick the stuff up the next day because the storage facility was closing. And when the driver finally arrived the next day, he charged us $600 extra because he disagreed with the price estimate we were provided with. I Called Leanora and after she kept me holding the line for 14min said in a very unpleasant way that there is nothing she could do and said that we have had more stuff than the listed ones. This was not true! But of course, she had to say something. Please be careful using the moving company. They are brokers and you will be overcharged by the driver.

AMAZING service - we used Interstate Moving and Relocation Group Inc. and they hired a moving company to service my move. They were reliable, professional, and efficient. The Rep Camron (who we hired for the moving help) was professional and had GREAT communication (which is key when it comes to moving of course). The Moving Company they contracted with (We Care for You) wrapped our fragile items (glass tabletop, etc), they disassembled and reassembled ALL of our furniture, and did an AMAZING job staging the home, and most importantly moving it with minimum damage. (There was one scratch on my table but nothing major.)

After living in Florida for my entire life with my family, we decided it was best to move to Kansas due myself getting a better paying job. One of the many worries my wife and I had was the move itself. IMRG made that worry go away. We arrived in our new home with all of our belongings, all in one piece, and with a peace of mind. Great experience with these guys. Arrived a few minutes early and seemed professional. Had all of my stuff loaded in a breeze and got it to its destination faster than expected. Considering this was a decent move (FL to NC) I was impressed. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of moving services.

I arranged services for a July move in April. The move was from Connecticut to Alabama. The salesperson led me to believe my stuff would be delivered 3 days after being picked up. When the time came, the pickup was supposed to be Thursday morning, I called 7x before they finally came on Friday afternoon. The foreman was rude, condescending, and intimidating (he is well over 6 foot and well over 300 lbs). He INFORMED me that he expected a tip of 10-15% of the cost of my move before even finishing packing. One of the movers even clogged my toilet without saying anything! AFTER loading all of my stuff, they told me it would be 14 business days before my stuff would arrive, unless I wanted to pay an additional $1750.

This business did a great job moving my grandmother's entire house to our House in NY. They did all this at an affordable price. The Truck driver that was assigned to us did a great job in guiding us on how to best pack the cargo to keep it safe during transit. Great and friendly customer care at its finest.

Had an ok experience with these guys. They provided an reasonable and budget friendly quote which was somewhat accurate as the price I paid at the end was a bit higher than the quote. The truck driver that came to me was helpful and very professional. At the end my move was completed on time and nothing was damaged.

I was provided with the most reasonable quote for my move by the company compared to the other two firms I contacted. The price I paid was just a few dollars above the quote they provide because I have to pay a stairs fee, which is understandable as I failed to mention the stairs to the company. Other than that the driver that come to me was a professional and handled all cargo with care.

I was looking for a moving company and IMRG called and put heavy pressure on me to sign. They promised that if I gave them an inventory that day they could give me a huge discount. I was not at home but tried to systematically recall all furniture and estimate number of boxes needed. When I returned home and tried to update my inventory they would never return my call. When they did they told me it would be a huge price change because I had changed my inventory. They also would not guarantee the price until after the truck was loaded and weighed and I had read that many people had experienced sudden price changes because the truck weight was more than they thought. And by then their furniture was held hostage. The cancellation policy is terrible. I ended up cancelling with them, lost my $2100 deposit. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! If you value your money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company provided the lowest quote compared to the other companies I contacted. They Safely transported all my cargo to the required destination on time.

The driver was a great help in advising me how to pack certain pieces of furniture in ways that avoided them from being damaged. I have moved several times in my life (mainly because of the Military) and most of the experiences were bad. This time I was moving from Florida to Georgia and was not looking forward to it. I worked with IMRG and all was taken care of quick and professionally. I would definitely let them move me again.

Interstate Moving & Relocation Group helped me move all of my things out of state and I was super happy about it; all of it. My moving team did an amazing job moving everything carefully as well as quickly, which is great when you are being timed. Nothing broke between two states and two houses. I was extremely satisfied with their service, cost, and the fast pace they worked with.

My move was executed in August of 2018. For the most part, I am settled in the new residence and have a complete perspective on what happened. The loading by the service provider was efficiently executed. The moving truck arrived at my new home one day late, with the stated reason that the workers to unload the truck did not show for work on the delivery date. The truck was unloaded the next day, and the workers were not professional movers. The driver was managing the delivery, but in the end disassembled items were not reassembled, and I had a pile of boxes in the middle of my house, even though the boxes were labeled by room. In short the delivery was a disaster.

I found them alone when searching for a moving company to move my things from Arizona to Florida. Camron was beyond friendly and honest which made me go with them. I didn’t realize it was a broker company that would hire someone else; I had a beyond horrible experience with the company that physically moved my things but I do not blame IMRG at all.

My wife and I decided to move from Gainesville, Georgia to Buffalo, New York. I was dreading the move, but these guys made it a painless experience. In the past my family’s always moved by ourselves, but I truly appreciated the help IMRG gave me. The price was altogether reasonable, and the helpers were kind and attentive. A few pictures got broken during the move, but I understand that’s hard to avoid moving as far I did. The workers even offered me $20 for each picture!! They were very careful with everything else, and I enjoyed dealing with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with Interstate Moving and Relocation Group. They 'brokered' for me a deal where I was ultimately charged x6 more than their price estimate. I specifically told them to find me a company I can pay by credit card. No problem they told me. The day of the move I was forced to pay for everything cash upfront at a total x6 more than I expected. And then when everything went wrong Interstate Moving and Relocation Group was absolutely nowhere to be found. I could not reach them by phone, text or email. They are supposed to work on my behalf with the moving company. I did everything myself.

The firm handled our transaction in a very nice manner. There were some ups and downs on my end and they made a great effort to deal with and provide a good service. The pricing was budget friendly as well. They handled my stuff with care and I am very satisfied with their service.

First of all IMRG company is a scam. These guys are just brokers and they don’t own nothing but your money. Let tell you how they scammed me. BTW all the good reviews are fake and I have proof for that as well. We planned for a move from FL to GA and IMRG called me and asked me a few questions about the move and the items that needs to be moved. They quoted me $2*** for a 3 bedroom condo. Here are the items that were agreed and I’ll explain how they scammed me later.

They covered everything for me. I was looking at the couple of negative reviews and it seemed like maybe they just had a bad mover or an accident. All I know is it didn't happen to me. They packed and moved all my stuff and it all arrived to my new location without any problems or breaking. The movers were actually pretty friendly which I was happily surprised by. Interstate Relocation Moving helped us move on April 30. It was a hot day, and they moved our belongings from one apartment and one storage unit in record time! The guys were professional, nice, and completed the move with no issues or damages. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. I originally went through Interstate Moving company who brokered out my move to a company I believe the name to be “Moving Company or Moving Service” which was in the signature of an email I received. I originally spoke with Camron at Interstate Moving and he was great and very responsive until I booked my move and then I was passed on. I emailed him after my stuff had been picked up due to lack of communication on all sides and I started feeling like I had been scammed and even said that in the email to him, yet I received zero response back from Camron and still haven’t. He made his sale and didn’t care anymore.

Can't say enough about the combination of professionalism and friendliness that Interstate brings to the job. No hidden charges, always ready to help with advice. They made the prep and moving day a breeze. They brought an army of guys that made moving quick. They came right on time and attacked the job with gusto. They are the only moving company in Florida that has made me feel totally comfortable throughout the process. The care they took with every item was exceptional. They had no trouble accommodating to changes. They reduced the stress of my cross country move enormously.

I hired IMRG last minute for my move, after countless searches. They were on time and very CAREFUL and thorough loading my stuff into the truck - totally professional. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Today I spoke with a Terry ** from the company who was short, rude and hung up on me. He repeated himself twice when he would say something. I am not sure if he had a hangover from last night but every word was short and patronizing. Example: "I have no idea, I have no idea" and then he would interrupt me consistently. I asked him if the bid was going to be over $5000 because I could only do up to $2500 and he hung up on me while I was talking. When he called yesterday while I was at work, his voice was friendly and patient. Regardless, hanging up on a potential customer is never okay. The company should know about this because if this is the customer service on the front end, what will happen throughout the process. Moving is one of the top three stresses next to Divorce and Death. The company should train its people to be patient and caring on the front end.

We had a tremendous experience with Interstate Moving & Relocation group. Moving is terrible however they created our move simple and stress-free. We have a tendency tore friendly and wonderful to cope with whereas we were planning. The team that showed up, the day of the move, were skilled and executed with zero problems. In planning a move of our parents from Michigan to Arizona we reached out to this company in order to complete a relocation of a small apartment. The first person we talk to his name was "Terry" we went through a detailed list of the items that we would be moving for our parents. Line by line I spent over an hour on the phone with this individual to ensure that we would get an accurate quote for the items being moved.

Can't say enough about these guys. Great service, quick response. Leon was great in arranging a pick up at my friends house who wanted to get rid of some furniture to do her floors. It needed to be done quick and he was great at arranging it for the next day. They wrapped the furniture professionally and kept me informed throughout the process while I was at work. I was at ease with these guys. They even sent me a picture after they wrapped the picture. I was highly impressed how they handled everything. Most importantly they delivered in a timely fashion to my co-op building which has strict time constraints. Also the furniture was heavier than what I anticipated so I really appreciate the professionalism and the way Luterson and his crew handled the furniture. Thanks again.

These guys were amazing. Far and away the best moving experience I have ever had. Starting from the initial call they already began winning me over. Not only was their price significantly better than other moving companies I called (which was a lot) the person I talked to on the phone was super friendly and helpful. The day of the move I got a call from the driver updating me on when they would arrive, and to my surprise they were right on time. The crew was four guys who were all friendly and hardworking. Every single piece of furniture I have was delicately wrapped and protected. They had to carry everything up 4 flights of stairs and never complained once. I highly recommend these movers to everyone!

This has been the worst moving experience ever. Pick up was set for a Friday. By Monday still no delivery. Continual lies from the company as to when they would be here. Original estimate was half of what we ended up paying. Do NOT use this company.

My friend recommended me to IMRG and told me that they were a great company to go with. I decided to use them and the only thing I have to say is, FANTASTIC. The guys were on time and very patient with all the boxes and junk we had.

Moving with IMRG was one of my worst experiences ever! 1. On the day of car pickup they called us and cancelled it, and after making a lot of calls we found another car mover, which charged us $200 more! We were lucky that a friend of us in town accepted to hold onto our car, till the new pickup date. 2. Another company named Unique Van Lines came to pick up our home stuff. Despite IMRG verbal statement that the fee is based on weight and if the announced weight is more than the actual weight, I will be charged less, but the driver said it's just based on cubic space and they never ever charge you less than the initial price. Our stairs had 13 steps and the driver charged us $75, because it going up and down had a combined 26 steps!

I had hard time finding a trusted mover when it was time for my grandparents from New York to Florida. I reach out to Interstate Moving. My Moving coordinator was very knowledgeable about the moving industry. They didn’t offer the cheapest price but it was affordable and around my budget. The moving coordinator educated me on what to expect to make a smooth move for my grandparents.

I hired Interstate Movers in August to do a move for me from CT to NM. They quoted me 3100 to do so. What they actually did was contract me out to another company who ended up charging me over $9200! When I called them to find out why the quote was so "off" the representative at Interstate told me she agreed it was high and would investigate. Upon this rep receiving the paperwork from the company we were contracted out to, she determined they, in her words, "scammed us" by charging us for materials never used and for cubic feet not used. She then asked them to refund us $2020 for the above overcharged. To this date nothing has been done to help me, the Consumer. There are so many moving companies out there. Do your research and do NOT hire this one. Not unless you want the run around and to be ripped off.

Earlier this year my mother and I had decided to relocate from Tampa, Florida to Center-City New York. It was my first time relocating and needless to say I was panicking about the whole experience. I have always had trust issues since early childhood and trusting a couple of people to deliver our belongings for a payment that was a minuscule amount compared to the value of our possessions was a huge step for me. Having no other choice, I decided to go with the most reputable relocation group I could find online. And I was not disappointed at all. In fact, I was impressed.

I needed a quick one bedroom move from Florida to Alabama. I called and got everything scheduled within a very short time frame, this company had comparable prices, and the movers and staff were extremely friendly. I paid a little bit more than I was initially planning on, but overall the whole process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend.

Received one quote and ended up being double. Movers kept asking me to get more cash. This company uses different movers. The one they used for me was Angel Van Lines. My 400 dollar cabinet was ruined. Broken glass on a decoration. Never delivered my vacuum I bought right before the move. I was also told that included in the price was that the movers would carry my furniture to the rooms I wanted them in and they would reassemble the furniture they had taken apart. the movers refused to take most of my furniture upstairs. They did not take any of my boxes upstairs. Left everything in my garage. When I asked if they would take some of the furniture upstairs the one mover started cursing in front of me. Worst moving experience.

I have two specific complaints regarding this company. 1) I was not informed that once the moving company that was contracted to load my items (Move On Moving Solutions) arrived the cost for unplanned items would then be calculated by cubic feet and not weight, leading to a MUCH higher cost. I was led to believe that additional items that weren't accounted for in the previous estimate would be calculated in the same manner as was done in the original estimate--by weight.

I had to move from Boca Raton to Sarasota and used Interstate Moving & Relocation Group to do it. The group of guys that helped me with my move were very careful and made not breaking or scratching anything a priority. If I'm ever around Boca Raton again, I'll be using these guys for my move.

Recently I needed to move to a smaller rental after a bit of financial difficulty. IMRG provided me with a very fair quote, as well as showing up on time to move my belongings and not giving me any hassle with said move. All my furniture was wrapped and loaded in a timely manner, no scratches or damage. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and eager. I can’t imagine moving without them. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I will definitely be employing them again if need be. Five stars!

A Broker, not a moving company, I was misled. After our truck was loaded by Unique Vanlines on 8/27/18, they informed us we had more than estimated. We had to pay them additional right then otherwise they'd remove our stuff from the truck right into a the alley way (which is where the truck was being loaded). We feel this was under duress. 9/5/18 the company contacted me, saying our stuff would be loaded on a truck today but we had to pay $1000.00. I told them this wasn't correct. He said in order for it to go out on the truck I need photographic evidence of a money order. Again I told them it was incorrect. I contacted Interstate Moving Company to help get things sorted, they hired them for us. We didn't pay the additional grand on the 5th, our stuff was not loaded on their available truck.

The quote was accurate. There were no changes without my permission, and they were very unprofessional when I had a few questions about the contract. The staff was friendly and pleasant to speak to about the services they provide. The movers showed up on time as expected. They were careful about handling all of my stuff. The quote they initially gave was accurate. The staff were also very friendly. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because movers were an hour late. Otherwise it was a good experience. I would hire them again but ensure there is time allotted in case they are late.

We contacted IMRG for moving estimate which was below 5000, we were moving from AZ to WA. The quote they gave use was completely different from the one upon arrival of moving company, which was a contracted out service from IMRG to Move On Moving, From there it has been hell. We have received zero help from IMRG to help us solve problems of estimate being twice the much in the end, several highly priced valuables being lost or stolen and nobody taking responsibilities for it. The actual move carrier and IMRG never communicated with each other, We were being left at their mercy with 2 kids and house packed and ready to go. No customer service or manager service that you can actually talk to. Everyone is just avoiding any responsibility.

From beginning to end this company gets an F! The nightmare with the company started with Michael ** who provided my estimate. I explained in detail that my things had been in storage for several years and that I didn't have a complete inventory list I could share. Based upon the size and dimension's of my storage unit, Michael ** said he could estimate the cubic footage to provide an estimate. I kept pressing him on the accuracy. After sending me the first estimate, he stated he made a mistake in his calculation and sent me a revision. He also repeatedly stated that "More than likely my estimate would be less." During our calls, I shared with them that I would be in Panama for two weeks and that my son would oversee the move. We also discussed the delivery date which NEVER got included in the contract.

This is my first time using a moving company and I had a wonderful experience, They were so professional and represented and took great care with my belongings. Some were extremely challenging to get from the apartment to the truck because of weight, The pickup and delivery were on point and the pricing was great. There were on time and wrapped our dresser, bed, and bookshelf in a protective plastic wrap so our things wouldn't get scratched. The service I got was superb. The two guys were exceptionally exhaustive in dealing with breakables, for example, glass and were proficient and intensive all through the entire move which was finished in the assigned time and concurred cost. The guys were awesome, proficient, well disposed, persevering and do the move in fast time as we must be out rapidly. I would suggest them. They took our deposit money with promises that the price was based on weight and NOT number of boxes. Told that multiple times. When the movers showed up (at 8PM), they charge by NUMBER of items. They refused to charge by weight, stating they never charge by weight. Because it was so late we were not able to get a hold of Interstate Moving. Calls routed to VM or gave an error message. One call was answered by a rude woman who proceed to hang up on us and would not answer again. Since it was close to MIDNIGHT when they finally moved everything to their van. Their "dispatch" called us and stated it would be almost $1000 more than originally quoted. Tried to refuse but they already had all of our stuff in their truck. Dispatch said they would take payment from previous quote and we would fix tomorrow (Saturday).
