Was quoted one thing and the price came out totally different. Don't trust the locked in price, this company is just a broker and has nothing to do with the actual shippers. Get your quote done properly by them coming to the house and giving estimate. They are hustlers and I'm glad I caught it before the shippers came. I found out from my friend because he got shafted the same way. Was quoted $4,200 and bill came out to $7,500.

Had a great experience with them. When my boyfriend and I were moving to a different state they did an amazing work. Couldn’t ask for a better team. All my furniture and valuables were still intact. 10/10 would recommend.

The guys who work here are both friendly and efficient in their work. Not only that, but their prices are very reasonable compared with other moving groups. These guys arrived on time and were courteous. Strongly suggested!

This company was great all around. I used them to do a move from Vegas to Southern California. I worked with an Alex and the coordination on everything was immaculate. The movers were nice and worked really hard for me.

Omar and the other handlers handled everything with care, professionalism, and dedication. They were quite helpful in guiding me through the entire procedure. I was astounded at how quickly I was able to tag and document all of my belongings before filling up the semi with a three-story house. There was no mark on anything and nothing was missing or broken once everything was completed. When we arrived at our destination, all of my belongings did not fit, so they drove to a very small storage facility and unloaded the rest of my belongings into two storage units that were completely stuffed from top to bottom. Well done really.

I have only recently moved to Boston Massachusetts, and using their services made it a smooth transition for me. They got the job done done, but it was rather slow. The employee Andrew was very nice, but nice doesn't get the job done. One of our belongings almost got broken but it was saved. Everything got done, but it was a day or two behind schedule, It was alright service.

The movers got the job done but it wasn't a smooth experience... One of the employees, Andre was a bit belligerent. It ended up taking a few extra days to get the job done, but we weren't in a rush. However the price was very good and they very careful with all our belongings. I would use them again solely based on that.

My mom signed a 30 day contract April 14 2021 and has been told every week her stuff is being loaded and will deliver in 5-7 business days. Well this is July 21st and she still does NOT have her belongings and whenever she calls or I call they either will not answer so we have to keep trying to call or they give us the same story over and over and they can’t even tell my mom where her stuff is. Very very Fraudulent company and the company they subbed lease to Princeton out of Chicago Illinois that is a fraud company to do whatever you do DO not use this company.

They were a good quality. Interstate moving helped with all of my needs. I would recommend to all friends and fam that need big moves. They even gave small treats to my dog. With my permission, of course.

VERY DISAPPOINTING experience and DISHONEST staff/movers from this company (stay away from this unethical broker)! Completely ruin the reputation of the moving industry!! They first gave you a very appealing price and keep giving you false promises. Once you signed the contract and paid the deposit, it’s hard to reach them. And they will dramatically raise the moving cost on the moving day when they are at your house! You can’t even blame them for their horrible job since it’s JUST an estimation….theoretically, they can give you whatever amount they want on the actual moving day. And you can either 1) pay the extra unexpected cost or 2) disagree with the price and lose your deposit. The estimation I got is 100% off from what they asked on my moving day. UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST!

Half of furniture was either damaged, broken and missing. Didn’t arrive in the window they promised. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their so called insurance is scam too, they keep giving us the run around.

The company came by my house on May 20th 2021 to pick up my house (3B2B single family house). 1st complain is they broke my favorite L shape leather sofa, and also the ceiling light cover, but did not mention any way of compensation. 2nd complain is the most serious one, they delayed my package for 2 weeks already, but still can not give me any updates. On the contract is said 1st available delivery date is May 31, and today is June 14, 2 weeks over the targeted delivery date, which bring a serious inconvenience to my whole family, especially I have less 1 year infant at home, without my house stuffs, making our life really hard. I tried to called this company, every week since 1st available delivery date, and I only got 1 exact answer:

Used interstate moving and relocation group for a short trip from Hollywood Florida to Columbia South Carolina. Overall the trip was easy and straightforward. I dealt with Chris on the phone in the very beginning and he gave me a price. The price ended up going up a little bit because of the square footage in the truck but not so much that they weren’t still competitive with everybody else. All of my items arrived within the agreed-upon time and very little was damaged. Overall a good move.

I used Interstate Moving in relocation to do a move from the very southern tip of Florida all the way to Washington. I have since moved again but using interstate was one of the best choices I could have made for such a long trip. They were on time, true to their word with pricing, easy to deal with, and a pleasure all around. The price is all stay the same and there was very minimal damage on the cargo. This is a company I would most definitely use again.

I had an excellent experience working with Interstate Moving & relocation. They moved me completely across the country from Florida to Southern California. They showed up on time and got the job done for right around the cost of that was promised. It did end up being a little more expensive because of the size of the load or weight or something like that but it wasn't too big of a deal. They were still extremely reasonable for a cross-country move. I would definitely use them again if I need to move back across the country.

***BEWARE** DON'T USE THIS COMPANY*** I worked with a sales agent (Alex ** - Senior Moving coordinator) to get two moving estimate quotes one for one apartment and another one for 3 apartments. The sales agent sent me both quotes, then we moved forward with the 2nd estimate (3 apartments) since he stated that if we have to remove items it will be ok which will lower my bill and I would only get charge for the pounds. However it was a lie.

These guys worked at my place today with so much dedication. None of my stuff had even a scratch as the driver drove very carefully. My new has a lot of stairs even then these worked exceptionally. Good experience.

I was looking for Movers to shift my things from Boston to Atlanta. After multiple search got to know about you. After some research I was assured that shifting would be done nicely and when actually Shifting took place, it was without any trouble. Packing guys did an excellent Job and packed everything with full responsibility and I received my stuff in no time. Moreover when I receive my luggage in Atlanta the staff took care of it again very nicely. Good Job Done.

I have to move a lot of rubbish from places tenants have rented and then trash and decided not to clean up. These guys are just as good as anyone else I have turned to. They have came in clutch more time than one, and I would recommend them.

Everybody knows how much a pain it is to move especially as you get up there in old age. Roy and Terry at Interstate Moving and Relocation were a huge help. They made sure to follow any instruction made by my wife. They came in early and got everything done perfectly. None of our items were damaged and everything was perfectly organized. My experience with Interstate Moving Relocation Group was horrible. I asked various companies for estimates and they ranked amongst the lowest quotes. They gave me a lot of follow up. As soon as I signed the contract, the person who was calling me never answered my calls again. I had to use customer service number for any questions. When they came for the move they raised the price $1,200.00 from the initial estimated amount. When the delivery was done, they charged me an additional $700.00 because they arrived with a huge semi-truck and they claimed that it did not fit on my street and made me assume the cost of renting a U-Haul to bring my household goods. The workers arranged the furniture inside the house and left all the boxes in the garage. They were in a hurry to leave since they arrived. They collected their money and did not give me a receipt.

The team arrived at my apartment promptly at the time they said they would arrive. They were very professional and friendly. Rory was hilarious and made sure to follow my instructions. None of my items were damaged. They were very organized and efficient and the price was very fair. If you need movers you should hire Interstate Moving & Relocation.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim at Interstate Moving and he was perfect in every way possible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move from South Florida to Georgia. I had to move back down to South Florida because I graduated. Because I graduated during the middle of a pandemic I hired a moving company just to make everything easier. They got the job done but they didn't really go above and beyond.

Please do not underestimate the damage this “moving company” will do. I hired what I thought was a moving company called Interstate Moving and Relocation who had good reviews for my move from California to New York. They turned out to be a brokerage company that hands the move off to another company. None of this was explained to me at all. The day of the move I got a call saying their truck broke down and they couldn’t tell me when they would arrive to pick up my belongings. I get a call the next afternoon saying the moving truck would be at my apartment in an hour.

My wife decided to have a change of heart and we've decided to go with this company and boy was it a breeze. The service was excellent. Drake provided us with extra care and took care of our needs whether that be fitting with our time schedule and just making the overall experience better. I would recommend anyone to give this company a try.

Moving itself is a tedious and emotionally challenging task.. We sold our home but had to move to a smaller apartment before our new home could be ready. On recommendation of a friend, we hired these guys skeptical about the company caring for our unique needs.. (2 step move from home to storage and then to the new home.) The guys made us comfortable and Jack and Kay helped plan the whole process as it was 2 moves across 2 months and had to be planned. Careful as ever and dismantling our North Shore bed from Ashley was amazing..

Are use these guys for a cross country move. The whole process from start to finish was very easy. They handled all of the scheduling, item pick up, transport, and final landing delivery. I worked with Jose and he made it a breeze. Would definitely hire these guys again for another move.

Do not use these movers - they are absolutely unfair, unjust and a thieving company who hires independent contractors who will gouge you for more money every step of the way and then claim it never happened. When I complained initially they were understanding but immediately flipped their toon and were inclined to believe their delivery agent than the customer. I had to say no to the minor comp they offered because they were finding every reason to reduce it. The principle and purpose of the complaint was lost on them. They do not care that moving across country or to new states is already a difficult experience - they just made it worse. Do not use - most harrowing moving experience of our lives.

IMRG, Inc. was deceitful with their quote and would not return my deposit despite a cancellation. In Oct. 2020 in the midst of the pandemic I was moving my belongings from the West to the Midwest. I meticulously boxed up and counted all the items to be moved and communicated the same to IMRG, Inc. many times over to make sure the information was correctly received. The day of the move when the company arrived, immediately, the cost of the move doubled. Differing information surfaced regarding distances and box count. At the juncture, I could not trust the company and requested my $700 deposit to be refunded. The company would not agree. After months of unreturned calls, disrespectful responses, and an intervention from my bank I did receive my refund, but the stress and effort to achieve this was unfair to me and I would suggest others avoid this company...at all costs.

Beware - Do not use this broker/moving company! Using this broker was by far the worst decision I have ever made. The broker provided me with a completely misleading quote to gain my business. In the end, my move cost was more than double! The company hired by IMRG (Encore Moving and Storage) to do my move was unqualified and grossly negligent which resulted in MAJOR damage to my antique furniture, valuable artwork and various dishes and heirloom vases. The post move support, care or concern was zero by all IMRG representatives. I could not even receive a return phone call or email once my down payment was accepted.

In summary, I will never ever use a moving company due to my experience with IMRG. They lied just about everything regarding the move. First they said the move is weight based, and couple of days before the actual move I received a call to review my final list and I found that it is cubic feet based. They got me two movers and both affirmed that it is cubic feet based. Michael, who was with me on the phone during making the estimate, explained in great details about how the weight based move goes, that I will get ticket of truck weight before they come to me and I can even follow them after loading to weighing station to get new weight and my move is the difference....

I used this brand a few times and every single time, they went above and beyond my expectations with their professionalism and punctuality. They offer great prices and a wide range of options to choose from. Will definitely use again in the future.

I recently used their services to help a cousin with his move. They took great care with making sure his things didn't get damaged in the slightest. The moving company came later than was promised so it too late for me to cancel and get my deposit back. I was quoted by weight and the moving company charged me cu ft. I was charged almost 50% more for the move. I was told my things would be delivered in 7-10 days, but it has been almost 2 weeks and my things still have not been delivered. Customer Service repeatedly said they would research the mistake and call me back. They never returned any of my phone calls, instead they expired the link they sent to me with the details of the quote. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL!!! STAY SAFE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is a broker NOT A MOVING COMPANY. When they finally got to my house to move me it was 9pm at night. Said they would be there at 4pm. Then they proceeded to tell me it would cost 4k more than I was quoted. They charged me for things the broker said was already in the quote. I was told that they would arrive at my new home within 5 to 13 days. No it was 5 weeks later. Then when my belongings arrived, it was thrown around so badly that things were damaged, broke, or missing. When I tried to file a complaint they would not return my calls, emails, or texts.

The online form for scheduling was simple and I was done in no time and then I received a confirmation call from the moving consultant confirming the details and also providing a quote for the move. The price was affordable, the guys were on time, personable, upbeat and confident. Melvin, Ryan and Chris all did a great job. Thanks for making my move easy.

They were very helpful and kind throughout our communication process and overall it was an amazing experience as they were very professional throughout the whole process despite the multiple questions and concerns I bugged them with. I moved with them a couple of days ago, when they told me the movers will be at your place at 9 am and as per time decided they were there. They were very helpful and flexible during booking for a 4 day long hourly move. These guys made the move the easiest part of the process.

Very bad experience while booking a move. Clearly stated that from the date we moved the stuff it will take 2 to 10 days and later when we called they changed the words. Now it's been 14 days and they have not even given the estimated date when they are going to give the stuff for designated location, with 2 small kids we are facing lot of problems at this pandemic time. First of all like everyone has said this is the third party mover service. The guys that come to pick your stuff up are different, it's whoever these guys send. Let me start with saying that Mitch from sales will do whatever he can to get your business. He will lie about the guys are going to wrap everything properly and make sure your stuff will all be safe. They will also tell you how 1st floor is free (i.e up to 21 stairs). Once he get the service good luck hearing from him again or any of the customer service guys from this company again. You will have to call at least 5 times before they pick up to give you a vague talk.

They had ABC moving Systems as the carrier to move my stuff from MN to CA. Although I am still suing this carrier, but IMRG were nice to do what they could do, offering me the refund of the deposit to partly compensate me on the missing $2000 TV. They say they are taking this carrier off their list. Seems they do actually care for their customers.

They will pay based on depreciation - not based on things being in new condition and then wants to come and pick up items leaving you without bed, two cube storage and not enough money to replace them!!! I had the most horrible experience arranging my move from New York to Michigan through Interstate Moving and Relocation Group. They are brokers who are only concerned with getting you to book through them and getting their deposit. Then they hire movers and you have no idea which movers would be hired and how to contact them. When things go wrong during the move the brokers blame on movers and movers on the brokers so no one takes responsibility.

After our contract with IMRG was finalized and they received their monies, we were handed off to Unique Van Lines! This is when our nightmare began! We contracted to have our belongings packed by the moving company and they were to be there on Monday and Tuesday to pack and load and leave on Wednesday! This did not happen. The truck showed up mid-morning on Wednesday, our belongings literally thrown into boxes with minimal wrapping or protection from damage. The truck pulled out within 6 hrs of the arrival! How did we go from two packing days to a few hours?

The very charming sales rep, Sam **, rushed me through a contract that waived many of my movers rights such as full value insurance and having a moving company assess my inventory in person before providing an estimate. He "helped" me "negotiate" a price down to what I was expecting ($2500 for a cross-country move of a studio apartment), promising that the price could even go down because they purposefully overestimate the weight of items a little. He phrased things to sound like even if the weight is over, I wouldn't have to pay more than the price I signed at.

Storage move from AZ to NC. I hope I could give no star. Such an awful experience. First, the driver did not show up on time. After waiting 4 hours, we had to ask him to pick the stuff up the next day because the storage facility was closing. And when the driver finally arrived the next day, he charged us $600 extra because he disagreed with the price estimate we were provided with. I Called Leanora and after she kept me holding the line for 14min said in a very unpleasant way that there is nothing she could do and said that we have had more stuff than the listed ones. This was not true! But of course, she had to say something. Please be careful using the moving company. They are brokers and you will be overcharged by the driver.

AMAZING service - we used Interstate Moving and Relocation Group Inc. and they hired a moving company to service my move. They were reliable, professional, and efficient. The Rep Camron (who we hired for the moving help) was professional and had GREAT communication (which is key when it comes to moving of course). The Moving Company they contracted with (We Care for You) wrapped our fragile items (glass tabletop, etc), they disassembled and reassembled ALL of our furniture, and did an AMAZING job staging the home, and most importantly moving it with minimum damage. (There was one scratch on my table but nothing major.)

Great experience with these guys. Arrived a few minutes early and seemed professional. Had all of my stuff loaded in a breeze and got it to its destination faster than expected. Considering this was a decent move (FL to NC) I was impressed. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of moving services.

I arranged services for a July move in April. The move was from Connecticut to Alabama. The salesperson led me to believe my stuff would be delivered 3 days after being picked up. When the time came, the pickup was supposed to be Thursday morning, I called 7x before they finally came on Friday afternoon. The foreman was rude, condescending, and intimidating (he is well over 6 foot and well over 300 lbs). He INFORMED me that he expected a tip of 10-15% of the cost of my move before even finishing packing. One of the movers even clogged my toilet without saying anything! AFTER loading all of my stuff, they told me it would be 14 business days before my stuff would arrive, unless I wanted to pay an additional $1750.

This business did a great job moving my grandmother's entire house to our House in NY. They did all this at an affordable price. The Truck driver that was assigned to us did a great job in guiding us on how to best pack the cargo to keep it safe during transit. Great and friendly customer care at its finest.

The price I paid was just a few dollars above the quote they provide because I have to pay a stairs fee, which is understandable as I failed to mention the stairs to the company. I was looking for a moving company and IMRG called and put heavy pressure on me to sign. They promised that if I gave them an inventory that day they could give me a huge discount. I was not at home but tried to systematically recall all furniture and estimate number of boxes needed. When I returned home and tried to update my inventory they would never return my call. When they did they told me it would be a huge price change because I had changed my inventory. They also would not guarantee the price until after the truck was loaded and weighed and I had read that many people had experienced sudden price changes because the truck weight was more than they thought. And by then their furniture was held hostage. The cancellation policy is terrible. I ended up cancelling with them, lost my $2100 deposit. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! If you value your money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have moved several times in my life (mainly because of the Military) and most of the experiences were bad. This time I was moving from Florida to Georgia and was not looking forward to it. I worked with IMRG and all was taken care of quick and professionally. I would definitely let them move me again.

Interstate Moving & Relocation Group helped me move all of my things out of state and I was super happy about it; all of it. My moving team did an amazing job moving everything carefully as well as quickly, which is great when you are being timed. Nothing broke between two states and two houses. I was extremely satisfied with their service, cost, and the fast pace they worked with.

My move was executed in August of 2018. For the most part, I am settled in the new residence and have a complete perspective on what happened. The loading by the service provider was efficiently executed. The moving truck arrived at my new home one day late, with the stated reason that the workers to unload the truck did not show for work on the delivery date. The truck was unloaded the next day, and the workers were not professional movers. The driver was managing the delivery, but in the end disassembled items were not reassembled, and I had a pile of boxes in the middle of my house, even though the boxes were labeled by room. In short the delivery was a disaster.

I found them alone when searching for a moving company to move my things from Arizona to Florida. Camron was beyond friendly and honest which made me go with them. I didn’t realize it was a broker company that would hire someone else; I had a beyond horrible experience with the company that physically moved my things but I do not blame IMRG at all.

My wife and I decided to move from Gainesville, Georgia to Buffalo, New York. I was dreading the move, but these guys made it a painless experience. A few pictures got broken during the move, but I understand that’s hard to avoid moving as far I did. The workers even offered me $20 for each picture!! I had a terrible experience with Interstate Moving and Relocation Group. They 'brokered' for me a deal where I was ultimately charged x6 more than their price estimate. I specifically told them to find me a company I can pay by credit card. No problem they told me. The day of the move I was forced to pay for everything cash upfront at a total x6 more than I expected. And then when everything went wrong Interstate Moving and Relocation Group was absolutely nowhere to be found. I could not reach them by phone, text or email. They are supposed to work on my behalf with the moving company. I did everything myself.

Here are the items that were agreed and I’ll explain how they scammed me later.

I originally went through Interstate Moving company who brokered out my move to a company I believe the name to be “Moving Company or Moving Service” which was in the signature of an email I received. I originally spoke with Camron at Interstate Moving and he was great and very responsive until I booked my move and then I was passed on. I emailed him after my stuff had been picked up due to lack of communication on all sides and I started feeling like I had been scammed and even said that in the email to him, yet I received zero response back from Camron and still haven’t. He made his sale and didn’t care anymore.

They made the prep and moving day a breeze. They brought an army of guys that made moving quick. They came right on time and attacked the job with gusto. Today I spoke with a Terry ** from the company who was short, rude and hung up on me. He repeated himself twice when he would say something. I am not sure if he had a hangover from last night but every word was short and patronizing. Example: "I have no idea, I have no idea" and then he would interrupt me consistently. I asked him if the bid was going to be over $5000 because I could only do up to $2500 and he hung up on me while I was talking. When he called yesterday while I was at work, his voice was friendly and patient. Regardless, hanging up on a potential customer is never okay. The company should know about this because if this is the customer service on the front end, what will happen throughout the process. Moving is one of the top three stresses next to Divorce and Death. The company should train its people to be patient and caring on the front end.

I needed some appliances moved immediately. I was able to hire them for same day move. The movers were timely, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. I am not an easy person to please, and they met my high standards of 100%. The Sveto was very helpful in getting this job scheduled and work done. I was very impressed.

In planning a move of our parents from Michigan to Arizona we reached out to this company in order to complete a relocation of a small apartment. The first person we talk to his name was "Terry" we went through a detailed list of the items that we would be moving for our parents. Line by line I spent over an hour on the phone with this individual to ensure that we would get an accurate quote for the items being moved.

Can't say enough about these guys. Great service, quick response. Leon was great in arranging a pick up at my friends house who wanted to get rid of some furniture to do her floors. It needed to be done quick and he was great at arranging it for the next day. They wrapped the furniture professionally and kept me informed throughout the process while I was at work. I was at ease with these guys. They even sent me a picture after they wrapped the picture. I was highly impressed how they handled everything. Most importantly they delivered in a timely fashion to my co-op building which has strict time constraints. Also the furniture was heavier than what I anticipated so I really appreciate the professionalism and the way Luterson and his crew handled the furniture. Thanks again.

These guys were amazing. Far and away the best moving experience I have ever had. Starting from the initial call they already began winning me over. Not only was their price significantly better than other moving companies I called (which was a lot) the person I talked to on the phone was super friendly and helpful. The day of the move I got a call from the driver updating me on when they would arrive, and to my surprise they were right on time. The crew was four guys who were all friendly and hardworking. Every single piece of furniture I have was delicately wrapped and protected. They had to carry everything up 4 flights of stairs and never complained once. I highly recommend these movers to everyone!

This has been the worst moving experience ever. Pick up was set for a Friday. By Monday still no delivery. Continual lies from the company as to when they would be here. Original estimate was half of what we ended up paying. Do NOT use this company.

My friend recommended me to IMRG and told me that they were a great company to go with. I decided to use them and the only thing I have to say is, FANTASTIC. The guys were on time and very patient with all the boxes and junk we had.

Moving with IMRG was one of my worst experiences ever! 1. On the day of car pickup they called us and cancelled it, and after making a lot of calls we found another car mover, which charged us $200 more! We were lucky that a friend of us in town accepted to hold onto our car, till the new pickup date. 2. Another company named Unique Van Lines came to pick up our home stuff. Despite IMRG verbal statement that the fee is based on weight and if the announced weight is more than the actual weight, I will be charged less, but the driver said it's just based on cubic space and they never ever charge you less than the initial price. Our stairs had 13 steps and the driver charged us $75, because it going up and down had a combined 26 steps!
