What the salesperson failed to disclose was that delivery could take up to 30 days unless I paid an additional fee for a "guaranteed" delivery window. When I later contacted customer service to arrange a guaranteed delivery date, I was met with blame rather than assistance and was essentially told it was my fault for not already knowing this policy. To avoid having my belongings held for an unreasonable amount of time, I had no choice but to pay yet another unexpected charge.

Stay far away. Original quote sounded great. Sales very easy to reach via phone or text. Move is now 2 days away. Price of move has increased by 4k. No one in customer service can assist you. Issues need escalation to quality who you can’t call directly. Have spent over an hour and a half on hold and my issues have not been resolved. Management who I did have the pleasure of speaking with was very condescending. “Sam” everyone knows him by name. Find a different moving company don’t let them lie to you in the early stages.
