We have the tub with the jets and massage feature since my dad had a sore with his back and knees. My parents are satisfied and really like it. Hydro Dimensions tub delivered good results.

I wasn't planning on getting a bathtub but when I saw Hydro Dimensions, it looked interesting and I never shopped for anything else. They came over and when we weren't sure which bathroom to put it in because I have two, they said it's fine because they could put it in wherever we decided to. So they removed the existing tub that was in the one bathroom and they took the other out. They did a lot and did a great job. They fixed up my first bathroom and I now have a dressing room instead of an unused tub that was in there. Now we have the walk-in bathroom, which is smaller but just fine. I love the way they did it. I also get extra jets put in and I like it. Although I don't use the tub a lot but when I'm really tired and aching, I use it. It makes me feel good and it has helped.

I'm 66 years old and the older you get, the kind of more aches and pains you have. My walk-in tub makes things move a little easier and makes my life a little more comfortable. It has the water jets, the air, and heater and so far I'm doing fine with it and it's great.

I have a bad back and it really feels good after I'm in the tub. It's great.

The reason why I got a Hydro Dimensions walk-in tub is because my wife had dementia and it was easy for her to get in. The tub has all the features, which also helps me out a lot since I got arthritis and artificial knees. I love it!

I chose Hydro Dimensions because of the price plus I could go to a showroom then actually see what I was buying. And I was very happy with what happened. My tub's got the air bubbles, the hydro jets, shower attachments and stuff. Purchasing from them was very easy and the installers were very professional. Now I enjoy taking a bath and it was lucky for me that I did buy it two years ago as I recently had a stroke and that enabled me to take a bath by myself which was excellent. That's what I needed, and I never knew it at the time.

We have jets and my wife uses it more than I do. I have spinal stenosis and I'm in bad shape so I am more happy with the chair in my own shower than using her shower though she likes hers very much. She had an open heart surgery so her walk-in bathtub relaxes her and she's very happy with it. Never had a problem purchasing it. The guy came to the house and he was from the Boston area. We're quite away from the Boston area but he came and showed us everything that was going to happen. I would recommend Hydro Dimensions to anybody who can afford it.

I like my walk-in tub very much and I don't have any problems. It has jets and everything that any hot tub offers. And I'm very happy with mine. I will definitely recommend Hydro Dimensions to a friend.

I love my walk-in bathtub from Hydro Dimensions. It's wonderful. I've read about walk-in bathtubs in the paper a couple of years. Then when I became unable to walk well and I was using a cane and a walker, I decided that I should get one of those for easier personal care. So I bought myself one for Christmas. They offered all kinds of bells and whistles features but I only got the tub with the shower, hot and cold water, and cleaning itself and the pipes after it's been used. The Hydro Dimensions man knew what he was doing -- he sold me this thing in 15 minutes and was gone. Purchasing this tub has improved the quality of my life a 100%. Everybody older should have one.

I like my walk-in bathtub a lot and I had it for a few years now although it is just a regular tub. Main thing is I feel safe in it. I'd recommend Hydro Dimensions to others.

I have injuries and could not get in my bathroom so I sought information about walk-in tubs and it was my insurance company who chose the model and purchased it for me. Now, my Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub allows me to shower and bathe since I was bathing with washcloths before for three years. I'd recommend them.

My tub from Hydro Dimensions has good and bad points. Good point is it is easy to shower somebody that isn't able to do it themselves. You could put them on the seat and hose them. The main drawback is that it takes so long to fill and drain the tub. Also, some of the jets on the tub didn't work out for my husband and they're not exactly what we want them but there was nothing we could do afterwards. Another complaint would be the handheld shower which should have some way that you could turn it on and off there.

Our Hydro Dimensions tub has all the jets and shower in it and my husband really likes it. It wasn't very easy when we purchased it because we had their people come out and give us some estimate and I wanted to think about it for a day or two but I thought they pressured us into it. Also, I wasn't pleased with the way they left my bathroom. This wasn't in a contract but they showed us the pictures of the pretty bathrooms and I thought they'd use some more tiles than what they did. And they were supposed to widen the door so we could get a wheelchair through the bathroom door and they didn't. They did that but they got a door that looked like it had been in somebody's garage for two or three years. It had oil spattered on it and I didn't appreciate it. We didn't have any contact with them after that.

I got rid of my walk-in bathtub two years ago since I hated it. Instead, I got a nice big shower.

We enjoy the tub from Hydro Dimensions. The only thing I didn't like about it was the plug-in that keeps coming loose.

I'd recommend Hydro Dimension to others as my experience with them is good.

I just got a bath from Hydro Dimensions but not the real expensive one. The dealer was nice and installation guy did a good job. They answered all my questions.

My wife at the time was in a position where she couldn't walk and she couldn't lift her foot over the bathtub. I called the Hydro Dimensions and they came out. I had no problem in purchasing the new tub. It was very nice.

I've had the Hydro Dimensions bathtub for a couple of years and love it, but the jets in the front and the back haven't worked for a while. Other than that, there's nothing wrong with it. They did an awesome job with installation and put a tile around it. It's beautiful although it's too expensive.

The Hydro Dimension tub is good but it's hard to clean the inside of the tub's door. One man installed it and he was very good.

I like the tub but I don't use it much. My wife does use it more. However, I find on the installation that it is not level. The water runs to the left side of the tub abd when it drains, there's always a puddle. It doesn't drain out. That's the only bad feature about it.

My Hydro Dimensions had been working pretty good. We've got a problem with the little push button on the side that controls the lights and Roman jets. It has a mind of its own. When you try to turn it on, it wouldn't come on and it might turn into different colors. I tried a couple of times to get a hold of a gentleman down in Temecula and he was out of town. When he got back in town, I tried him again, and I didn't get a hold of him. The third time, I left my name and number. He never called me back. And then, I got tied up on other projects I've been working on - trying to do something about my landscaping and the Metropolitan Water District. I got everything on hold for about two months before they make any decision on "are we going to approve or deny these peoples' applications?". But as far as everything else, my wife has been satisfied with it.

Extremely pleased.. Never should have waited so long. Arthritis pain is gone.

I like our walk-in bathtub very much. It's a lot easier and quicker and I'm satisfied with it. I like it better than our other tub.

My husband and I are very pleased with our walk-in tub (model #2851). The sales rep ** was very good. The installers were great. The tub suited our needs very well. We were impressed with the quality of the tub and the way it fitted into our bathroom decor. Would highly recommend this tub.

It is too early to adequately review the tub, but one comment based on my bath today. The chrome door latch is intrusive and hard to avoid bumping with my right knee. I would like to see it recessed into the door. More, later.

I feel honored and good having the Walk-in Dimensions bathtub. I can sit down and don't have to stand up. I really appreciate and enjoy it. Service was great. I like the installation team - real good polite gentlemen - and we appreciate those people.

We love our Hydro Dimensions tub. We wouldn't take nothing for it. They have to fight us if they would try to take it back. You can just step in it and you don't have to step over the side and be worried about falling. I'm 83 years old and my husband is 84 and were having trouble getting in and out of the bathtub. We couldn't even sit down because we couldn't get up. Now with this one, we just get in there and sit down and get up real easy. Installation team was great. They had put it in, in no time.

I have neuropathy in my feet and legs along with extreme muscle spasms. These spams/cramping seem to only happen at night while I am trying to sleep. I purchased a dual jetted walk in bathtub from Hydro Dimensions and they did some special jetting for me. They also suggested an installer at my request and he did a wonderful installation for me. My wife tried our walk-in bath tub by Hydro Dimensions several times before she passed on and she thought it was a great thing. The only problem we had was that when it was put in, if we're showering and the water hits the top of the tub, there's not enough slope on it so that water runs off from against the wall and the caulking. And it takes extra time to wipe and to get it dry. Also, it's too small so there's no elbow room to maneuver. I don't know how a heavy person would utilize it. But still, we would recommend it to a friend.

Whenever we need something, we always have been taken right away and they have always looked after their customers and dealers. We highly recommend this company. We have tried other walk in tub manufacturers over the years in business, but since we have found Hydro Dimensions and worked with them, we do not plan on using any other manufactured products or services of any other walk in tub company out there. We tried others in the past and we always seemed to have problems and they didn't want to stand behind their products, that is why we only use Hydro Dimensions and we don't plan on ever changing. They take really good care of us.

I chose the walk in tub from Hydro Dimensions because of the availability. I used one that they had in stock and added two high in the back for a jet for releasing the muscles. The trouble is my muscles get tight in a sort of knot and they won't release when I want them to. When you have enough pain, you take a lot of medication and I prefer not to do that because there's usually reaction from it.

I had the best experience with this company. They bent over backwards to help us with any issues. The tub we have is fantastic. If I had any questions they were right there to help. Unfortunately we are going to be moving and I can’t take it with us, but I'm going to purchase another one from them as soon as we can.

Hydro Dimensions did a fantastic and satisfying job. The tub is great and I use it all the time. They were terrific, neat and tidy. Sometimes people break pipes and whatnot but they did no extra damage. It was the best experience I had with some kind of an installation/repair thing so I recommended them to a couple of people.

I have a Hydro transmission bathtub. It is really everything I wanted. I wanted a door that hinged out; it has the ability to use a handheld shower; it has a steel frame, and the seating is very spacious. It is very nice. Also, I was very satisfied and I appreciated the quality of the people that came and took care of everything for me. They were very conscious of any mess they were making. They put it in and it looks like it's always been there. They really did a great job on taking the old tub out and putting the new one in. I've got a tile bathroom so it meant taking some tiles out and so forth. There was nothing that I felt negative about. Everything was a positive experience.

Hydro Dimensions, though a very expensive tub, has been good for my circulation and helps deal with my legs swelling. One thing though: I saw that my bath tub has a dispenser for aromatherapy. I was never given any information where to get those cartridges or anything like that. It would be nice if they told me so I could use it. To be honest, it's a beautiful thing if you can afford it, especially if you're elderly. My husband and I are seniors and it has the advantage of safety.

I've been very happy with Hydro Dimensions. When the sales rep would be about and looked in my existing shower stall, we decided that he could put one in that area. It takes within one day and they were out. The results were really good. It's the shower and it's very handy for me to wash my hair which I enjoy and it's very relaxing, too. The only thing that I had one question, I had to give them a call about the closure of it in the drain but that was cleared up. We were told how to do that and it was superb.

Mike called the next day and told me that Dale would be down to talk to me on Tuesday, which he did. . The installation team were very good in installing the bathtub. They were both heavy men. I've got an 18-year-old son who likes very much doing searches. So he did as much research as he could and happened to find that Hydro Dimensions was a company in the town where my parents live in Temecula. So, we made an appointment and they have a showroom there and we went to the showroom, and then we bought the walk-in bathtub. We went with the top of the line model. I think it's the 60 gallons and it has all the bells and whistles on it. It has the jacuzzi jets and the air blowers, and it's the best one they have.

I am happy with Hydro Dimensions, I haven't had it very long but I like it. Their sales rep was knowledgeable and the installation team did a pretty good job.

I've had a really good experience with Hydro Dimensions. My wife said she needed to get a walk-in bathtub. I reviewed a lot of manufacturers and Hydro Dimensions just stood out. They were not gimmicky like a lot of them that charge you an arm and a leg and then will come down to a price that they think is good. I looked at the quality. I did a lot of research and then I found their telephone number, not one of the distributors, just the manufacturer and I called him directly and he was very surprised that I found him. He has called a couple of times since then to make sure everything is great. The first time, he called to make sure the distributor called me and then he called to make sure it was installed okay. They did an excellent job in the installation too. They had to remove the whole bathtub and replace the drywall, doing it at the same time. I had a little problem with one piece of the ceiling so he fixed that one too.

The quality and the price of Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtubs seemed better compared to others. Installation team did good work and finished it in two days. They were kind so I had no complaints about them at all. However, it takes a little bit long for the bathtub to fill up and to dry it. When I am all relaxed, I don’t feel like drying it as it takes about 15 minutes. Nonetheless, I was very pleased with everything and I would recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with the entire process, from the initial order to the install and with the service and product. The installers were very professional and did a great job with the electrical and plumbing and made sure that the tub worked well once installed. I had almost constant leg muscle pain when the tub was ordered. I have a hip replacement and had not been able to use a tub for over eight years. Showers just don't soothe aching muscles. I ordered a tub with both air and water jets, alternate between the two when using the tub and also just soak with both off. The air jets gently massage the legs. Positioning my shoulders near the back water jets has relieved the tightness in the shoulders and around the neck. The water stays warm and once out, I sleep well. The mood light is a bonus and another aid for relaxing.

The walk-in tub that we got from Hydro Dimensions was very good and excellent. I like the fact that they claim that it was made in the US. I looked them up on the computer as well to see if they got a good rating, etc. Everything seemed to be favorable so we decided to follow it up by going to a showroom with tubs from Hydro Dimensions. Everybody there was very accommodating. They came to the apartment to check the space and take measurements because my husband's tall and we want the tub built to his dimensions. They wanted to make sure before anything that it was even doable which I felt was a smart move on their part. And that was even before we went in to sign anything or do anything with them!

My husband was ill and couldn’t use a regular shower because he had to have something where he could sit down. He did a little research looking for the best one and ended up picking Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtubs. The man who came to the house showed us the brochure, explained all the features and we were happy with what he offered so we agreed to purchase it. When they came to install, there was a problem with space since it was replacing a shower stall so they had to temporarily remove part of the wall on each side to get the tub in there. Before they brought the tub in the house, they had it out in the yard and they had us come out and see how it worked. Once they got it in there, they put the wall back where they should be.

I use it as a shower but my wife uses it as a tub. My wife isn't able to get in and out a regular tub or stand long enough to take a shower so Hydro Dimensions' walk-in tub works very well for her.

I really like my Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub. Back when I first bought it, I had a hard time understanding the system - how the water jets work. But I talked to their representative about it and he explained it to me. He did a good job telling me all about it actually. However right now, I've got the bathtub on the repair list as I have a problem with the drain - it doesn't close and seal, and the water runs out too fast! Their repair people are going to come this week and fix it.

The people who put it in were very good. It was very quick and easy. The construction is superb. I have not found any fault with it at all. Everything is fine as advertised and we’re happy with it. We put a TV in there, too. My husband is on dialysis so whatever I can do to help make him feel better and more comfortable I have done and that’s certainly one of his high points. He’s completely happy.

We’re getting old and we can’t get in a bathtub so we started looking into shower tubs and went through our contractor to get the bathroom remodeled. He came up with Hydro Dimensions and that suited our needs so we purchased it. Everything went well. They came in, installed it, and were very experienced but we had some concerns after it was all done and there’s not much we can do about it now. When they put the wall surround up, it’s really not very good... it's not user friendly. They got handles seven feet up and there are things you just can’t use and we question the strength of the bar to stand up with.

They were very nice and because the other man that came out was part owner or had invented one of the components we felt very secure with them. The whole purchasing process took a lot of time but it wasn't difficult and we had a wonderful installation team that did some extra things for us with the same price.

We've heard really good things about Hydro Dimensions, other than being made in the country and not being shipped out, that's why we bought their product. We actually did it through a third party and not through them but every communication we've had with Hydro Dimensions people has been amazing. They're a great company and the tub is awesome so I couldn't be happier. It would be nice if it had a few more jets on it but that's not their fault.

The contractor from the install company picked the Hydro tub for us. When they came out, they said, "This is the tub we installed. Here is the brochure on it. It costs you this much money. Here are the sizes that are available, the openings, what's going to fit," and that was that. They didn't come to me and say, "You have a choice between these four different tubs." But still the installation team was very efficient and on time. I did have an option to go see the actual tub but I didn't. When they gave me the dimensions of the tub, I thought it was big enough but it ended up not being big enough. My only suggestion to people is to actually go and physically see the tub they're getting. I did call them back because of one problem that I had with the tub finished spout. They came out and installed the new spout and cleaned up after themselves so I was really pleased.

The retailer that sold the tub to us was very knowledgeable. Everything went real well. I'm most impressed with how they installed it. All the little details were done just right. The family loves it.
