A salesman from Lowe’s recommended Hydro Dimensions when we were doing a bunch of other stuff for the bathrooms through Lowe’s. We wanted the best as long as we were gonna spend the money and we got the Cadillac model. It has LED lights, an air jet, a water jet and a bidet. We had a contractor install it and it went well but they had to knock a part of a wall out because it’s bigger than the tub. Also, when they finally got everything all hooked up, there was one LED light wire that got pinched when they installed it, so when we first tried the tub, filled it with water and then turned the LED lights on, one of them didn’t work from the right faucet. The guy had to order a replacement LED because he didn’t wanna try to fix the wire. He replaced the entire LED but it added about three weeks of our time because it took that long to get the replacement part.

My husband and I are elderly and are having some medical problems so we decided to get a Hydro Dimensions Walk-In Bathtub. It has all the jets on it for our feet and back, it has lights and it has aroma too. Our purchase experience was good. The rep was nice and very informative, and the installation team did a good job in getting the tub in. It’s not yet finished be we can use it. My husband hasn’t been able to get in a tub for several years and he has a lot of joint problems so it has helped him more.

We had our whole bathroom modeled for my daughter who’s handicapped. We went to Lowe's because I could get a line of credit there to purchase a new bathroom. They had a display of Hydro Dimension's walk-in tub which was the kind my daughter wanted. She liked the jets, the seat, and the spray handle. And since she had several spinal surgeries and the spinal stimulator implanted, we thought that would be good for her back. It was also easy for her to get in and out by herself with the handles and how they designed the bathroom for her.

My husband is disabled and on oxygen. When he is in the shower, it’s too humid for him and he can’t breathe. He also could not get in and out of the other tubs so we decided on a walk-in tub. We checked several and they were too expensive so we got Hydro Dimensions through Lowe’s and buying it was very simple and we were very satisfied. The tub has the jets, air and lights. It also has the handheld shower head and the grab bars.

Hydro Dimensions had the lifetime warranty. Another company also offered that, but they were expensive. Hydro Dimensions was very supportive and helpful with getting me all the instructions in advance for the system so that I could give them to the plumber and the contractor, and everything went smoothly. The purchasing experience was perfect and I had no issues. I went straight to the manufacturer and they were very knowledgeable and had extremely good expertise. I just had to speak to one of the engineers and I outsourced the installation. I got a Hydro Dimension that has the seats, air massage, hydrotherapy, light therapy and aromatherapy as I have a disabled child. It is more convenient for me because I don’t have to pick him up and put him in a tub anymore, my back doesn’t hurt as much.

I got a walk-in tub from Hydro Dimensions and it has a built-in shower seat, textured floor, and grab bars. The installers did a very good job. I like the tub. And I’m incapacitated, so it helps me a lot.

We were so convinced with the Hydro Dimensions rep that we wanted to get their tub. He did a very nice job explaining all about it and the two fellas installed the tub in one day. The tub matched the decor in the bathroom, and it has a shower, a seating arrangement and additional ports on the back and sides. You can also arrange the temperature of the water and it stays nice. I also love the stimulation from the ports. It’s very comfortable. The tub is also beautiful and very relaxing.

Hydro Dimensions was about $2,000 cheaper than Safe Step and it has grab bars, non-slip flooring and jets. Plus it has the heated seat and back. But I've been trying to get them out here to go over the directions again because I don't think the book is very explicit. First of all, the picture they have for the bubbler, the air jets, has a different picture on it. It has three emblems on the top while mine is strictly silver. So I don’t know how to work that.

The contractors purchased the tub from Hydro Dimensions for me and it's a good product. It's a walk-in spa tub that has hydro jet. The tub fit in my bathroom and I’m happy with it so far. However, I'm not too happy with the dealer I bought it from. I had an issue or two and I called them and they said they would call me back but they haven't. So I reached out to Hydro Dimensions. They seemed responsive and they were willing to work with me. And I got the issue resolved. Hydro Dimensions is a pretty good company and their tub has helped a lot in terms of my mobility and comfort.

I have a walk-in tub at another location but I didn’t want to use the same brand. So I went online and checked out other companies. I also checked if the company could do in Sarasota and I found Hydro Dimensions. A gentleman set up an appointment and came to my home. I told him what I was looking for and why I was looking for it. He showed me the different models from which I could pick from and he said they could add or take out anything I wanted. He also talked to my husband and then my husband took his pick and we added some extra features. And the deal was done.

When Hydro Dimensions came to our house, we presented to them the features we were looking for and they had all of them. We weren't gonna be interested at all if they didn't have what we were looking for, like one of the whirlpools. At that time we had a list of five to 10 things that we asked for and the sales rep did a good job of presenting his information. We've had the tub for a while and we've been happy with it. My wife has a problem with her knee and it helped a lot with her not having to climb over a bathtub to get into it.

I'd like to make it easy for my mother with the hydrotherapy. She's 82 years old and probably gonna live here with us for a while so I figured might as well bite the bullet. I do a lot of work myself. And realistically, I could have put the tub in myself. But we had just moved my mother in with us and so, between trying to take care of her and that, that's where I just figured to just have someone do it. We had the smaller one and I told my mother-in-law about that but she said that was too small.

The tub was for my mother-in-law and Hydro Dimensions offered the amount that we could afford. The tub had the heated seats and all the jets and stuff. The sales agent was pretty good. He explained it thoroughly and got the paperwork done. Then the installation went pretty good. I just had to clean up, repaint the walls and stuff like that. Other than that, it was okay. They were nice. My mother-in-law likes the tub. Give Hydro Dimensions a call and check it out. Get a free estimate.

When I decided to replace my old bathtub I did a lot of research on the internet. I got 6 estimates. Five of the estimates were useless, because they could not make the turn in the hallway with the tub to get it through the door without destroying a large portion of the house. The local dealer for Hydro Dimensions measured and proposed that the tub be put through the wall from the family room. Also, he was familiar with "reverse plumbing" which is necessary because of the position of the toilet in our bathroom. Since our slab is post-tensioned, the drain had to remain where it was when the house was built. Bringing the tub through the wall and reverse plumbing solved those problems.

My husband was taking showers standing up and he wouldn't let anybody help him except when he got out to help him dry. I was very worried that he'd fall into the shower. Then I saw Hydro Dimensions' walk-in bathtub being advertised a lot and I thought that would be great, so I decided to buy one. We live in a modular home and because of that, I went with their rep because he specializes in these type of homes. There were houses that were already constructed and his company did a very good job with them. His company was called Factory Direct and he said he could sell it to me at a cheaper price. American Standard, which is based in Texas, started at $13,000 and this gentleman sold it at $7,000 before I added anything else on it. So it was under $10,000 with him and I went with the cheapest one.

We went to a place called Kingston Bath and one of the gentlemen came to the house and told us about Hydro Dimensions' walk-in bathtub. They quoted us a price and at the time, the gentleman that was representing them did a good job. He said they could get us the door that opens out and that was the time that we had the money and we decided to go with it. I’m 60 and my husband is 55. And we figured down the road when we get a little bit older, that might be something that we would enjoy more being in and out of the bath.

I wanted to experience sitting in hot water if I'm showering. There was a repair done on my house and Hydro Dimensions was recommended to me. It took a couple of days for the tub to get here but they got it together. Then they had to do a remodeling on the door to get the tub in but it turned out all right. They also put in the bars to hold onto and the installation went well. They answered all my questions, told me how to use the tub, and recommended to do a water heater, so I put that in. The bathtub has jets that I could turn on and off and partially off. There’s also supposed to be a feature that releases some kind of ethanol and I know I could go and have it working.

I have never had such exemplary customer service in my life. I was in constant contact with Mr. ** throughout the process. We ordered the top of the line tub and that’s what we got. The installation crew was neat; painted and replaced trim where necessary. When done we tipped them accordingly. Accolades to these wonderful people. Oh the tub is amazing. I have fibromyalgia, and it relieves my muscle pain. We are waiting to see how it helps my husband’s MS. Recommends to anyone over 50.

I have rheumatoid arthritis so I wanted to continue taking baths but I could not use my step-down tub. My daughter and I researched online, and found that there's a Hydro Dimensions location close by to us so we went to check it out. We liked it and we liked Dale real well. He was very nice, great, informative, and I'd tell others to talk to him. The purchasing process was easy and we got the handicap model walk-in tub. It has a shower, grab bar, and the jets. It also opens out, which would work better than the one that's going in if I end up in a wheelchair. The Hydro Dimensions' product is great and has all good impact in my daily life.

Hydro Dimensions is not a very well-known brand, and the only reason that I knew about them is that I had my secretary call all around to find some place that had tubs in-stock so I can go try them out. The local dealer has four on their showroom floor. I chose them because there are some people who believe they're even better than who the top manufacturer is, their rep is local, and I was able to test out the tub. They were better priced, too, as they're in between American Standard and Kohler price-wise. But everyone says the quality of Hydro Dimensions exceeds Kohler's quality. I got the one that has jets and a heater, and I chose it because of its size. I also had a special order on the finish and they were able to take care of it. I would recommend them.

I was able to get better information from Lowe's about what Hydro tub I was buying. The dealer answered all the questions I had, and they had a brochure that they put out that gave me a lot of information on it. Purchasing the tub was very easy. They had to order it and it took a couple of weeks, which was not too long. Our tub has got air jets, water jets, aromatherapy and chromatherapy, although the aromatherapy can't be bought going in anymore. We ordered some and it's been six weeks since we ordered it, but we don't have it yet. Since the original manufacturers didn't make it anymore, there were three units of it that were going to be shipped, but I do not recall when it would be. Overall the tub has the features that I wanted. My wife couldn't get in and out of a regular tub, so our Hydro tub has been a great pleasure for her.

My wife had a stroke, and that's the reason why I wanted a tub. She's improving from it, but she can't get in and out of a regular tub. With a walk-in tub, she can just walk in. The company from whom I got our Hydro Dimensions tub did a good job of showing me what was needed and what they had. Our tub has the jets and the warm seat. Those are the main features besides being deep and being a walk-in tub, and those were all the features we wanted. We're older and there's a lot of arthritis, so the hydrotherapy features are important for us.

Since I intend to grow very old in my home, I needed a walk-in tub. I went to a Home and Garden show and there were two or three companies that presented their products. But I selected Hydro Dimensions, the company I thought with the best and most informative literature. The salesperson was very nice but he should have explained how everything has to be custom-made to fit in my small bathroom. It would have helped if I have been more patient with the salesperson and if I had known how long it takes to make a custom tub and surrounds. But the installation was done well even though it was done in a hurry like four days only.

The model that we got was the one they offered so that's all I know. I was a little bit surprised at its cost and initially, I thought we were not going through with the purchase. But my wife said we'll do it.

I have spinal stenosis and I wanted a walk-in bathtub for that. I saved for it and when I got it, I was not happy. I looked at three different companies and Hydro Dimensions was right here in my hometown so I decided to go with them. However, everything went wrong. My shower curtain, which was hooked from the ceiling, came off already and then the shower head keeps falling off so I'm very upset with that. I paid for the products on the 27th of May and they installed it in on the 4th of August.

My mother wanted a walk-in tub and so we got a Hydro Dimensions. My mom’s doctor had heard about them, specifically, Aging Safely Baths. And he said that they’re very highly recommended and they also are one of the most reasonable for installations and pricing overall. She also wanted the bubbles and she needs the hand bars. We’re happy they had one that fit our bathroom because we have a mountain house up there and it has a very small bathroom. And Aging Safely and Zach, and his team were amazing. They said at first, it would take them two days to do the install. They were worried about my mom not being able to use a bathroom because she would’ve had to try to go upstairs, which it wouldn’t have happened. And so, they stayed and worked until almost 11:00 at night to get it done so that it would just be a one-day install, and she would still have use of her bathroom and everything after that.

I had to help my wife in and out with the tub we had. It was completely ridiculous so I decided to get Hydro Dimensions walk-in tub. However, I’m not too happy with the installation. The contractor they recommended to do installation took an awfully long time to get it done and they left the crawlspace in my hallway open. I couldn’t find the piece to go back in there, so I had to cut a piece to put in there. And the caulking around the tub isn’t finished. Other than that, its overall quality is fantastic,

We went down to a place in Temecula to look at walk-in tubs. My husband did a lot of research, so he knows more than I do. We liked Hydro Dimensions' quality which was really good and they had all the features we wanted. Since I have multiple sclerosis and I love taking baths, climbing in and out of the bathtub is getting hard. When we got into the walk-in route, it's been great. There's no cure for MS and I don't get better from it but the tub is nice and relaxing. It’s really good having it. Even my daughter who has back problems gets in but everybody uses the tub.

I read a small advertisement on Facebook and responded to it. It indicated walk-in bathtubs would be partially be paid for by Medicare. And being on Medicare and a widow woman, I thought it was great because I needed the hydro tub. But it was a false recommendation and there was no assistance at all. The Hydro Dimensions' salesman spent three hours talking to me and he did not tell me anything that I was already told. I almost didn’t buy it, and now I wish I never even touched it. It’s ugly and looks like a huge abattoir put in my bathroom. It's sitting 2 and a half inches off the floor, so they have concrete showing. It's also trimmed out in wood that's not always mired or even looks like it fits, and one end of it has a raw board showing.

I had a contractor put all my plumbing stuff and I called them and they recommended Hydro Dimensions. It took the installers a couple of days to put the tub in because they had to tear my old tub out and do a lot of other stuff. They've done a great job and you can't even tell that it was installed after the bathroom was made. It looks like it's built when the house was built. The bathtub helps my muscles and I'm not as stiff as I used to be. I'm 84 years old and I could never get in another tub anymore. The Hydro Dimensions tub has a built-in grab bar so I can pick myself up and it's got a seat and eight jets. I usually am in there for 40 minutes every night. It's a really nice tub and it works well.

I have diabetes and a high blood pressure. I was also having problems with my balance getting in and out of a tub. When I was in the hospital, the doctor suggested getting the walk-in bathtub because of my falling issues. It took a year and a half for the whole process to get my long term care agent Rocky Mountain to start putting the tub in. I've got the one with a handheld shower and three jets from Hydro Dimensions. I am not very pleased with it. I'm a very large person and they measured the walk-in bathtub wrong. Getting in and out of it is very tight. When I sit, I'm not very comfortable. I can't turn the back jet on without it overflowing because there's no room for the water to flow around me. That is my big problem with it right now but I'm learning to deal with it.

I found one on TV too but that was such a ripoff. It has a heated seat and they charged people $31,000 for a piece of crap. Elderly people were getting second and third-degree burns because they’re having problems with the seat. I finally came across Hydro Dimensions and it has literally saved my life. They couldn’t have been nicer. They get into my complete specifications. It was cheaper than anything else that was out there like KOHLER, NEWPRO, and American Standard. Their salesman was terrific too. The other ones who came told me what I wanted to hear but they lied through their teeth.

The Hydro sales rep came in with his wife and we sat down at the table and talked. He answered all of our questions and we were very happy with the price he gave us. I checked around after we talked but I stayed with Hydro. I got the tub including all its 3 features which are the built-in shower seat, textured floor, and grab bars, which was the primary reason we chose the model we got. Every time my wife uses the walk-in tub, she comes out with spaghetti legs, it's very relaxing. She uses the tub more than I do but I enjoyed a lot myself, and it gives us a good night's sleep. The experience has been very pleasant and everything's been very positive.

Then, we got a hold of Hydro Dimensions in Temecula, California. The guy's first name was Dale and he came right out to the house. He’s a little pushy but he did really good. We were waiting for money to come from our financial adviser, they wired the money and it took forever. Dale was so good to wait and we kept in contact with him almost on a daily basis. My husband called him and he said to let him know when we get the money and that’s what we did. When you’re spending $8,000, that’s a little difficult but besides that, the process wasn’t difficult at all.

Apart from the Hydro Dimensions dealer, I had other representatives from Home Depot come out and make their presentations. I thought about it for a couple of days, but I felt that the Hydro Dimensions dealer that I dealt with was the best one. I did some research on the product they handled, which was the one he was describing, and I felt that it was a very high-quality piece of merchandise. Also, Hydro Dimensions have been in business for a long time and have been installed in many locations and the reviews were good. When I purchased the tub, there was no pressure and it went very well. The dealer was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. And I felt good about it.

Autumn from Hydro Dimensions called and she was trying to see if I wanted to buy different things and when she said the last one was a walk-in tub, I said, “Well, that’s what I need.” She sent a guy, we discussed the tub and I told him I would like for my son to talk to him. He came the following Saturday and talked to my son, wrote the contract and everything that I would get with the tub since I decided that I would get it. He said he needed to have $1,000 down and I gave it. Then he said it was a guy that would come out and take the measurement of where the tub would go. The guy came out and it was $4,500 after he got through with everything. When he finished, he showed me the tub and told me how to operate it.

I had a guy from Hydro Dimensions to come in and put a tub and shower in the first bathroom. He did such a good job. The process wasn't difficult at all. They did a beautiful job and I have no complaints. I would recommend it.

Because of my disability, I started doing some research and we talked and worked with the guys from Hydro Dimensions. Now, I have a little Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub and I’m a very happy camper. The tub has that aerator, the bubbles and the jets and everything has been good so far.

My father had been in an accident. We were in a rush to get a walk-in tub in here so that he could take a bath. We had a tub installed and the first time I used it, it was a joke. It didn't do anything at all. You just sit back in the tub and it sprays water out on the floor. My father is 93 years old and it's just not the kind of thing that elderly people should have to be put through. So I tried to contact the company and they said they were gonna have somebody call us back and they just never did.

When I went online onto ConsumerAffairs, they recommended Hydro Dimensions. Purchasing was very easy and the guy who handled it was fantastic. He saved me $5,000. I’m very satisfied with them and I'm loving my walk-in tub so far.

We like our Hydro Dimensions tub. It's nice and the features work very well. Unfortunately, we only have a 45-gallon hot water tank, so we can’t get it as deep as we like. There really isn’t a way to boost up the temperature so that we have enough hot water but we run the water slower. It takes a long time to fill and we have to sit in it while filling it, which is a drawback. The water supply is limited and that’s something we’ve had to struggle with a bit, but we've come to accept as it exists and have worked with it. Other than that, we have no problem with it.

I'm 83 and my wife is 80, and my granddaughter told us that at our age, we need a walk-in tub to take a bath. So, we began to look and Hydro Dimensions gave us the best price. Also, the man that put it in our house did a superb job. He cleaned up after himself and didn't even left a crumb on the floor. We like our Hydro Dimensions walk-in bath tub. We have the top of the line, and it has all of the features in it. They all work, and it relaxes us really good.

We were told by Frank ** that the installation of the tub would be a routine process. Not only were they not able to look for the tile, they couldn't find it. I had to find a replacement tile. The two installers did a poor job at installing the tile as well as unnecessary delays in completing the installation. I had a difficult time trying to explain "common sense" issues to one of the installers. Installers paid minimal attention to aesthetics! Crooked lines, lack of symmetry, etc.

My Hydro Dimensions is great. It has more jets than other tubs, has aromatherapy and chromatherapy. It's deep and I could submerge myself in it. It makes me feel better and it has helped me with my discomfort. Initially, it was hard for me to make the decision to buy the tub but I looked on the internet and compared the tubs, Hydro Dimensions has a lifetime service but it's not transferrable. The Tub Doctor was really great but the only thing I'm not satisfied with is I put a couple of things that I wanted to buy like cleaning products and nobody has contacted me. Also, there are a couple of parts left over and I don't know what they are.

Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtubs are more reasonably priced. The sales guy who came and talked to me about it was much more informative and I liked the way he handled things. He really was a very nice man and much better than another sales guy who was very slick, didn't answer my questions, and had a set program that he was going through step by step.

We've been talking about Hydro Dimensions for a couple of years now for my wife and we decided to do it this year. We use the hydrotherapy thing, the one with 18 holes on the seat and floor for feet and legs the most. My wife has "degenerative nerves" in her feet so she can't stand up in a shower. If she's in the shower I have to be in there with her. This is good for her because she likes to take a bath and I can help her get in and get her started and then she can take care of herself, and then I can help her get out. She has more privacy that way. So far, it has served the purpose of what we needed and it makes her happy.

The gentleman I bought Hydro Dimensions from was the nicest guy. He explained everything really well. I was worried about getting it installed, but he has a gentleman that installs just the tub. We have upgraded from 10 jets to 18 jets, so there are jets all over. But now, my main concern is my hot water heater is probably not big enough so I've got to get a new water heater. That's what my husband needed for his feet, so we bought the walk-in tub. I'm sure it'll be worth every penny.

Although we find your product acceptable, we found the installation hard workers, but made no attempt to control the dust made during the existing tile removal. I had to supply a plastic drop cloth for the bathroom door. When I called the dealer he said "you have to break eggs to make an omelet"! I discussed the tile installation w/ one of the installers and he said he has installed tile but not an expert. I spoke to the dealer and he said "if you do not like the installation, you can always take it out".

My doctor recommended we get a walk-in tub. Ordering one from Hydro Dimensions went fine. We got one that has the microjets and the shower seat built-in. The tub helps in some ways. However, I don't like the splatter of the water that comes out of the tub when I use it and it seems to me that it uses an awful lot of water. If I want to use the jets, I have to fill it up just above. The contractor was very nice. He came in and put a shower curtain up so that we could use an overhead and install the overhead shower.

My caseworker suggested walk-in bathtubs to me and with my insurance, she said it would be covered. With the bids, the person that was the most knowledgeable and experienced would do a good job, since all the companies seemed to be offering the same thing. But the tub that I got from Hydro Dimensions was beautiful and purchasing it was easy. It's been a pretty basic experience but after using its hydrotherapy feature, I feel better.

We moved into this house and the bathroom was very small. I had a bathtub before and really enjoyed it. I realized that there wasn’t gonna be enough room for a hot tub here, but then someone suggested I try the walk-in tubs. The reps were very informative. They walked me through, showed me where everything was and how it would work, and what was involved with the installation. The tub has six jets and a bunch of little holes where the air compression comes through, so it's very good. Everything went well with Hydro Dimensions. It took a lot longer than what I anticipated, but they followed through and led me along each step of the way and put everything back the way it was before. I think I found the right company and dealt with the right people. I was very satisfied.

The installer, the quote given, and the quality of the tub made us choose Hydro Dimensions. When we first signed up with them, I was under the impression that it was gonna happen a lot quicker than it did. Then they really dragged their feet at getting it installed and I was unhappy about that. They told us that it would be installed within 30 days but then they claimed that they never told me that. However, that's what I heard and it turned into a longer period than that and I wasn't real pleased.

We vaguely knew Hydro Dimensions and plumber knew what kind of plumbing handles and everything I had before and I love them. So it worked out really fine.

I got my Hydro Dimensions tub through Lowe’s and it's very nice. My experience with it has been very good and I am enjoying it. One thing though - they should have their name some place on the tub. I've looked all over the tub but there's no name on it.

I have arthritis in my lumbar, and I wanted a tub so bad. So I got a Hydro Dimensions bathtub, and I love it. It's very easy to get in and out of it. It has the whirlpool and the seat for my back and my feet. The dealer was nice to me and it took the installers two days to take out the old tub, put the new one in and hook up everything. It was an easy and pleasant experience.

The salesman from Hydro Dimension, Dale, was very friendly and accommodating. Our tub has jets and the floors are roughed up, so you don’t slip. When I do have an ache or a pain, it'll be wonderful though I haven't used it to its full capacity. It was leaking in the beginning but that got fixed. It's everything I expected it to be.

We really enjoy our Hydro Dimensions bathtub. We bought it mainly for my 91-year-old mother-in-law because she has back problems, and it works out wonderful for her. It’s beautiful. I’m used to a regular shower and the tub came with a shower, so it’s a little crowded but nice and works fine. We got the tub from Stueder Contractors, and the people there did an excellent job. We haven’t really used the jets, which we weren’t going to get initially since my mother-in-law didn’t think she needed them, but my wife also got problems with her back so my mother-in-law said we might as well get it. So far, everybody’s happy with the tub.

We liked the way the Hydro Dimensions reps talked and their price was right. We had a likeable and friendly buying experience. Our bathtub has the walk-in feature and the jets. Getting it has made our lives easier.

Hydro Dimensions was the only ones we saw that had a soaker tub instead of an upright, sit down type. The tub that we purchased from them has a textured floor but no seat in it. The installation was easy, except we had problems with the plumber they had. Also, when my wife first tried the tub the hydro jets in it wouldn't turn on and they wouldn't shut off. They had to replace the switch and the controller because it malfunctioned. They went back and everything seemed to work fine after that. I'm happy with the experience so far.

I've been down at Home Depot looking at the tub they have put up. I have a daughter who's a special needs and my tub was getting very difficult to lift her out of because I'm 74 now. I thought a walk-in tub would be easier to use and so I decided it was a good idea to put one in. The biggest reason I chose Hydro Dimensions is because it's made in the United States. The tub is working out well and we love it. The only problem for me is I have Scoliosis and I didn't factor that in when I was thinking about myself using the tub. Because my spine has been bent on the left side of my body, I can't fully sit back and enjoy the water jet. But the tub is very nice and I can't say enough about the guys who worked for Keystone to put it in. They're good guys. They did a good job and left everything clean.

We were at a home show with all these tubs which were a little different than everything else we'd seen, so we made an appointment with Hydro Dimensions. We like the quality of the tub itself. We have the heated seats on the tub that we purchased and we like the jets, too. We're very happy with it.

The Hydro Dimensions tub we purchased has the handheld shower that can be taken out. It has the jets and the bubbles, too. However, it's a little hard for me to understand how it turns on and off and change. In addition, one thing that's really a disadvantage on it is there's no place to put shampoo and stuff except behind me which is hard for me to reach so I have to try to balance it on the little small edge of the tub when I'm using it. I'll have to look for something that would go on the side of the tub that would be easy for me to reach because I need it to be right above where I turn the tub on and off. Also, the purchasing process was fine but since this is an apartment in a senior's place, we had to get the okay of other people. We couldn't just go put it in. But so far, the tub works fine and it fits in there.

Dealing with Hydro Dimensions was real good. The rep came and showed us a book, but I wish we had gone and looked at the tub before we bought one and had it put in, because it seems that they're made more for men than they are for women. I'm only 103 pounds and 5'3 1/2" and the tub is so big for me, but not for my husband, so he will probably like it better than me. In addition, the two young gentlemen that came to put it in were nice young men and they did a good job.

I worked with Affordable Bathrooms. I explained to them what I wanted and they went to Hydro Dimensions and got the tub. I had major back surgery and the tub helps with the pain. It's been fun, wonderful, and I like it! I just wish it was deeper. We got the 32-inch and even though I'm tiny and short, I'm still not down far enough in the water.

The first tub that we got leaked and presented a big problem. Then Mike over at the Access store put us in touch with Hydro Dimensions to get the whole process done. The installers were very professional. They were the ones that kept telling Mike that the first tub from the other company was inadequate and it was programmed wrong. The Hydro Dimensions tub is very good and I love it. It has the bubbles and jets and it's easy to keep clean. I can't get out of a conventional bathtub and my husband has osteoarthritis and finds the tub very relaxing. It improved his outlook on life.

I had knee replacement about six years ago. My only problem with a sit down bathtub was trying to get out. Then my husband had back problems at that time and we thought a walk-in tub would help his back and he would get to enjoy it too. We saw an advertisement for a Jacuzzi tub. Then we went to Monroe where they had all the different kinds of things that you use in a home. The young men who put our tub in did a super job. We got all of the good stuff in our Hydro Dimensions tub. We just didn’t have enough hot water to fill the tub where I could use the jets. Our hot water heater is 18 years old and so we decided to get a new one.

I had a great experience with Hydro Dimensions. The salesman Cory ** was extremely polite and helpful as well as being knowledgeable about his product. During installation we had a few questions and Cory worked with my contractor very well. The tub itself is perfect. Cory did not try to sell me their most expensive product. He asked me many questions and selected the right one for me. The company designed it with my particular needs in mind. I compared it to one in my local plumbing store and Hydro Dimensions came in much less. I'm happy to say that I had a very good experience with this company and I'm totally satisfied with their product.

My mom is doing really well with her Hydro Dimensions tub. We give her a bath in it, and she loves it. It's better than before when she would keep getting cold every time we'd give her a shower. Now, she stays very warm and comfortable, and it's wonderful. I like how the jets clean the holes out so no water stays in them, and I like the convenience of the door because you can look at the motor and other stuff inside if you need to. I also love the faucets, and how the tub fills up and empties fast. We're very satisfied.

Our tub has a seat from the outside, a big door, fast drain and fill, water jets and an ADA-approved design. I got that model for safety purposes. We went with Hydro Dimensions because of their salesman, Dale. The owner has been very helpful as well. We called him up on a weekend and asked some specific questions when I was with the salesman. Later on, I called the owner again because I had some questions and he got on the phone and helped me out. So my experience has been very easy and excellent. The tub is not completely installed yet, but so far, they've been very helpful and I'm convinced that I have the best product.

The Hydro Dimensions tub is excellent, I like it a lot, and I’d definitely recommend it to anybody. In fact, I have already recommended it to several friends. Its material and construction is great. It is beautiful, works well, and so very comfortable to use. My tub has a shower nozzle. I’m 85 years old and the tub has helped with my knees so far. After research, I installed a 70-gallon 75,000 BTU plus a 40-gallon 40,000 BTU to take care of filling the tub and other things in the house through a loop that runs continuously to circulate hot water all the time.

Our Hydro Dimensions walk-in tub has changing lights, a shower head and hydrating jets. It has helped my husband. It's easier for him to get in and take a bath. However, we were told that we could get VA help on a grant when we bought it. Come to find out that I didn't get any even though my husband is 100% vet. We were out $6,800 more on the tub than what we anticipated. Another problem is that I now have to manually empty the tub. It used to have a lever I could move from one side to the other but something came off of it. I haven't got anybody to come out and work on that.

I like my walk-in specialty tub from Hydro Dimensions. Two of my girls were here with me when George, the dealer came and they were impressed with his honesty. It was the best model for my bathroom because I am not in a wheelchair though I'm a senior citizen, and they enlarged my bathroom door in case later I may be on one.

Our bathroom is small and we had a limited space, so they recommended the tub from Hydro Dimensions for the space we had. The tub has all the jets and special stuff like the built-in shower seat. My mom is enjoying the tub very much since it's helping her back and her condition as an 83-year-old woman. However, they never put in whatever it is that's supposed to hold the shower up that's why it's always down. It was part of what they were supposed to do, and I don't know if they left without finishing it or they forgot to do it. We had mentioned it to them right after they had left and that was never done. We got the tub from someone in Boxborough, Massachusetts, who was very nice and who worked with us. But my mom's insurance company has not reimbursed for it and she went through great lengths to take a reverse mortgage. That was a huge headache, but the tub itself is great and it would be much appreciated if Hydro Dimensions could come and put up the part that puts the shower up.

I was in the market for a tub and saw the Hydro Dimensions tub in a medical supply house on display. They had an address, I called them, and they came. The salesman was fine, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The installation of my Hydro Dimensions walk-in tub was good but I'm not pleased with the way the installers did my tile all around it. There were cracks in several places and some of it is coming up. My closet doorway and the entrance for my bedroom into the bathroom are cracked. The service was really bad but I love my tub. Recently I started hearing about them having heated behind seats and that would’ve been good if I had that at the beginning but I didn’t.

Everything's fine with my walk-in tub from Hydro Dimensions. Very close to the beginning, I had to have the Hydro guys replace a valve inside the handle of the faucet. Ever since they fixed it, it's been fine. But I forgot to tell the Hydro guy that came out here to also fix one of a couple of glued-on latches on my door that fell off, so I'm only using one latch now, but it seems to be working okay. I hope the remaining latch doesn't fall off since I don't know what kind of glue we could use to put it back on.

We're using our walk-in tub because my husband is disabled. The saleslady at Hydro Dimensions explained things okay, but I really didn’t know how much the walk in tub would cost me since I didn’t do any comparative shopping. They offered a lifetime warranty though, and so I thought that’s what I needed. One time I was going to use the jacuzzi but apparently the ventilation in my bathroom was not adequate enough. The smell of chlorine was too strong for me to enjoy. I had to open up my window, and it was cold so I have never used it. Kind of wasted my time and money on that part. But the workmanship is good. I've been wanting a walk-in bathtub since a couple of years ago. I have a very bad back so I like the massage. My mother-in-law loves the walk-in from Hydro Dimensions. The only complaint we have is she didn’t get an inside shower liner with the tub and when you take a shower – even though she put a long shower liner on it – the water definitely does not stay in, no matter how we adjust the shower portion.

I don't like our walk-in tub because we had nothing but trouble with it. Number one, it wasn't the size it was supposed to be when it was installed. I have an artificial leg and it was supposed to be made with a door opening to where I could get in and out easy. The way it is now, my knees would practically be touching the side where the faucets were when I would get in. Number two, we paid too much money for that, $10,000 and we got none of the goodies except a shower and hot and cold water. Moreover, the faucet went haywire and there was nobody to ever get a hold off to find out who made the faucet. We got a hold of the person that made the tub, but he said that he had nothing to do with the faucets. I had to have a plumber come in and I had him take a saw and rip it right down the middle, take it out of our bathroom, and now we put in a shower and a tub. I am very dissatisfied with Hydro Dimensions. All they wanted was the money.

I’ve had two total knee replacement on one leg so I can get into a regular bathtub, but getting out is like America’s Funniest Home Videos. Before my husband passed away, he would have to come in and help me out, which was not fun because he was ill for a long time. After he passed away, I hadn’t taken a bath in years. There was a website that recommended Hydro Dimensions Walk-In Tubs. The price and quality sounded good to me so I got it. It also has the dual massage and air. The tub came here on time in good condition so the only problem is that we were told by two different people from the company that our hot water tank was large enough, but it really isn't. It only goes halfway, so we have to get a bigger tank.

I like my walk-in bathtub from Hydro Dimensions. I had a friend that did not have a fast fill or a fast empty tub, and I couldn’t imagine sitting there for 15 minutes while it was filling up. It makes a lot of difference to have a fast-filling and a fast-emptying tub because people are in a hurry today, even retired people. The tub has about 30 jets in it and a showerhead that you can hold or have it stationary above the tub and then at the end of the tub. I would actually like to adjust the showerhead because I use the shower a lot.

My Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub is nice and clean-looking. It has the jacuzzi part and the little bubbles, but it was supposed to have a heater on it, and it didn't. This was supposed to keep the water warm, but it doesn't seem to do that. Also, I wasn't really fond of the Hydro Dimensions dealer. He just went inside and checked on different things. He found out there was a drywall. He wanted to talk about everything but not what I wanted to talk about, and I think that's why I had a problem with my heater. So instead, I had my plumber come and I worked with him to put the tub in.

Luis ** was contracted to install tubs here at Clare of Assisi. I'm anxious to try my new tub tomorrow. I'd recommend Mr. ** whenever possible. He's remarkable and extremely professional and the best installer I could've had. I expect to truly enjoy the wonderful jets, so perfectly placed and am very impressed with the functions and smooth operation. Mr. ** demonstrated it fully before leaving. Sooo really looking forward to scraping the barnacles off my hull tomorrow. I was unable to add an image of Mr. ** and my new tub. Sorry.

I've had a very good experience with it. I can do puzzles, email and a lot of other things on it. The only thing is it takes me a while to get to it and understanding how to do it.

We had a problem with the drain valve. When the tub was first installed, we were upset because it wasn’t adequate to drain and the water got stuck in the bathtub. Hydro Dimensions came to fix it and everything seems to be okay since then.

We have had a good experience with Hydro Dimensions. I just use the regular shower, but my husband uses the jets a lot. This bathtub looks just like the others, but it’s not near as expensive. However, when we first got it, I tried it out and I got caught in there when the water pressure wouldn’t drain. My husband had to get undressed, get in there, and pull it up. He then called the company and they told him what to do. Since they wouldn't get out for a week, he fixed it; so now it empties. That incident wasn't a big deal, though. Overall, it’s been good for us. In fact, I have told other people about it and would recommend it.

At the time that we got the tub, my husband was quite a large man. We needed one that was more than just a little doorway to get in. It needed to be big. So we bought this tub that opens from the seat forward and it’s quite a wide opening. It worked very well for him. Purchasing the tub from Hydro Dimensions was pretty easy. The process of purchasing the tub at Hydro Dimensions went fine but I'm disappointed in the tub. I can't take a bath in it because when you get it up to a point high enough, the water gets cold. It's too much water to fill the tub too. It leaks bad now. The last time I showered, there's water in certain areas of the floor but I like to shower in though. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with it.

We purchased the walk-in tub with shower and aerators from Hydro Dimensions. Their sales rep took care of it and there wasn't any problem, though we had to have the seal on the door replaced. They put the smallest seal on it and learned that it needed to be the larger side seal. The tub has been enjoyable and I would recommend it.

I was looking for a walk in bathtub for my elderly parents who lived with us and Hydro Dimensions was the only company who agreed to work with us with the VA. However, the VA said that they needed more than one bath fitter company to do this, so I ended up not getting any assistance from them in trying to pay for the tub for my parents especially for my father who’s a veteran. But the tub itself has been great. My sister uses it quite a bit during her umpiring seasons since it helps with relaxing muscles. Also, I have a debilitating disease, so I try and get into it when I'm up and out of bed. I try and use it as often as I can, which isn't as often as I wish I did. Overall it's been good though the installation is where we had a few kinks.

I like the Hydro Dimensions tub. It worked out pretty good, you just have to wait a long time to fill it up. However, the other day one of the nozzles malfunctioned as no water was coming out. We've had it for a couple of years now so I wanted to somebody to come over and see what's going on.

We got the walk-in tub from Hydro Dimensions that has the seating, shower, door, handheld shower and also the jets. The only thing that we wish that we haven't purchased along with it is the jets system. Because every time you shower your feet are on top of those jets which are in the bottom of the tub. And you have to step on them and it's not that comfortable. I like the unit and the function that it serves so we would certainly recommend it with that one exception.

We purchased a basic tub with a handheld spray. The price was reasonable and it was much better than the ones we see on TV. We've been very happy with it so I'd recommend them.

Compared to a local dealer, we have a little bit of savings using Hydro Dimensions and that's why we chose them. But there was a bit of misinformation with the sales rep because he had implied that we had a lifetime warranty for the tub, but that's not the case as it turns out. We purchased their tub with hydro and bubble features. It wasn't too difficult ordering it, but the installation was a little bit troublesome because weeks after, we noticed a chip in the tub. We still enjoy the tub but occasionally, the seal doesn't hold properly.

I have some disability and it was getting too difficult for me even with safety bars to get into the bathtub, so we searched and came across the walk-in tub from Hydro Dimensions. They came over and when we weren't sure which bathroom to put it in because I have two, they said it's fine because they could put it in wherever we decided to. So they removed the existing tub that was in the one bathroom and they took the other out. They did a lot and did a great job. They fixed up my first bathroom and I now have a dressing room instead of an unused tub that was in there. Now we have the walk-in bathroom, which is smaller but just fine. I love my walk-in bathtub from Hydro Dimensions. It's wonderful. I've read about walk-in bathtubs in the paper a couple of years. Then when I became unable to walk well and I was using a cane and a walker, I decided that I should get one of those for easier personal care. So I bought myself one for Christmas. They offered all kinds of bells and whistles features but I only got the tub with the shower, hot and cold water, and cleaning itself and the pipes after it's been used. My tub from Hydro Dimensions has good and bad points. Good point is it is easy to shower somebody that isn't able to do it themselves. You could put them on the seat and hose them. The main drawback is that it takes so long to fill and drain the tub. Also, some of the jets on the tub didn't work out for my husband and they're not exactly what we want them but there was nothing we could do afterwards. Another complaint would be the handheld shower which should have some way that you could turn it on and off there.

Our Hydro Dimensions tub has all the jets and shower in it and my husband really likes it. It wasn't very easy when we purchased it because we had their people come out and give us some estimate and I wanted to think about it for a day or two but I thought they pressured us into it. Also, I wasn't pleased with the way they left my bathroom. This wasn't in a contract but they showed us the pictures of the pretty bathrooms and I thought they'd use some more tiles than what they did. And they were supposed to widen the door so we could get a wheelchair through the bathroom door and they didn't. They did that but they got a door that looked like it had been in somebody's garage for two or three years. It had oil spattered on it and I didn't appreciate it. We didn't have any contact with them after that.

The Hydro Dimension tub is good but it's hard to clean the inside of the tub's door. One man installed it and he was very good.

I like the tub but I don't use it much. My wife does use it more. However, I find on the installation that it is not level. The water runs to the left side of the tub abd when it drains, there's always a puddle. It doesn't drain out. That's the only bad feature about it.

My Hydro Dimensions had been working pretty good. We've got a problem with the little push button on the side that controls the lights and Roman jets. It has a mind of its own. When you try to turn it on, it wouldn't come on and it might turn into different colors. I tried a couple of times to get a hold of a gentleman down in Temecula and he was out of town. When he got back in town, I tried him again, and I didn't get a hold of him. The third time, I left my name and number. He never called me back. And then, I got tied up on other projects I've been working on - trying to do something about my landscaping and the Metropolitan Water District. I got everything on hold for about two months before they make any decision on "are we going to approve or deny these peoples' applications?". But as far as everything else, my wife has been satisfied with it.

My wife tried our walk-in bath tub by Hydro Dimensions several times before she passed on and she thought it was a great thing. The only problem we had was that when it was put in, if we're showering and the water hits the top of the tub, there's not enough slope on it so that water runs off from against the wall and the caulking. And it takes extra time to wipe and to get it dry. Also, it's too small so there's no elbow room to maneuver. I don't know how a heavy person would utilize it. But still, we would recommend it to a friend.

I chose the walk in tub from Hydro Dimensions because of the availability. I used one that they had in stock and added two high in the back for a jet for releasing the muscles. The trouble is my muscles get tight in a sort of knot and they won't release when I want them to. When you have enough pain, you take a lot of medication and I prefer not to do that because there's usually reaction from it.

I have a Hydro transmission bathtub. It is really everything I wanted. I wanted a door that hinged out; it has the ability to use a handheld shower; it has a steel frame, and the seating is very spacious. It is very nice. Also, I was very satisfied and I appreciated the quality of the people that came and took care of everything for me. They were very conscious of any mess they were making. They put it in and it looks like it's always been there. They really did a great job on taking the old tub out and putting the new one in. I've got a tile bathroom so it meant taking some tiles out and so forth. There was nothing that I felt negative about. Everything was a positive experience.

Hydro Dimensions, though a very expensive tub, has been good for my circulation and helps deal with my legs swelling. One thing though: I saw that my bath tub has a dispenser for aromatherapy. I was never given any information where to get those cartridges or anything like that. It would be nice if they told me so I could use it. To be honest, it's a beautiful thing if you can afford it, especially if you're elderly. My husband and I are seniors and it has the advantage of safety.

So, we made an appointment and they have a showroom there and we went to the showroom, and then we bought the walk-in bathtub. We went with the top of the line model. I think it's the 60 gallons and it has all the bells and whistles on it. It has the jacuzzi jets and the air blowers, and it's the best one they have.

I've had a really good experience with Hydro Dimensions. My wife said she needed to get a walk-in bathtub. I reviewed a lot of manufacturers and Hydro Dimensions just stood out. They were not gimmicky like a lot of them that charge you an arm and a leg and then will come down to a price that they think is good. I looked at the quality. I did a lot of research and then I found their telephone number, not one of the distributors, just the manufacturer and I called him directly and he was very surprised that I found him. He has called a couple of times since then to make sure everything is great. The first time, he called to make sure the distributor called me and then he called to make sure it was installed okay. They did an excellent job in the installation too. They had to remove the whole bathtub and replace the drywall, doing it at the same time. I had a little problem with one piece of the ceiling so he fixed that one too.

The quality and the price of Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtubs seemed better compared to others. Installation team did good work and finished it in two days. They were kind so I had no complaints about them at all. However, it takes a little bit long for the bathtub to fill up and to dry it. When I am all relaxed, I don’t feel like drying it as it takes about 15 minutes. Nonetheless, I was very pleased with everything and I would recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with the entire process, from the initial order to the install and with the service and product. The installers were very professional and did a great job with the electrical and plumbing and made sure that the tub worked well once installed. I had almost constant leg muscle pain when the tub was ordered. I have a hip replacement and had not been able to use a tub for over eight years. Showers just don't soothe aching muscles. I ordered a tub with both air and water jets, alternate between the two when using the tub and also just soak with both off. The air jets gently massage the legs. Positioning my shoulders near the back water jets has relieved the tightness in the shoulders and around the neck. The water stays warm and once out, I sleep well. The mood light is a bonus and another aid for relaxing.

The walk-in tub that we got from Hydro Dimensions was very good and excellent. I like the fact that they claim that it was made in the US. I looked them up on the computer as well to see if they got a good rating, etc. Everything seemed to be favorable so we decided to follow it up by going to a showroom with tubs from Hydro Dimensions. Everybody there was very accommodating. They came to the apartment to check the space and take measurements because my husband's tall and we want the tub built to his dimensions. They wanted to make sure before anything that it was even doable which I felt was a smart move on their part. And that was even before we went in to sign anything or do anything with them!

The man who came to the house showed us the brochure, explained all the features and we were happy with what he offered so we agreed to purchase it. When they came to install, there was a problem with space since it was replacing a shower stall so they had to temporarily remove part of the wall on each side to get the tub in there. Before they brought the tub in the house, they had it out in the yard and they had us come out and see how it worked. Once they got it in there, they put the wall back where they should be.

I really like my Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub. Back when I first bought it, I had a hard time understanding the system - how the water jets work. But I talked to their representative about it and he explained it to me. He did a good job telling me all about it actually. However right now, I've got the bathtub on the repair list as I have a problem with the drain - it doesn't close and seal, and the water runs out too fast! Their repair people are going to come this week and fix it.
