I didn't realize when I bought the tub that my hot water supply wasn't sufficient to fill the tub. The tub holds 74 gallons, and I only have a 40-gallon hot water heater, so I am in need of a tankless water heater. It would’ve been helpful if it had been brought to my attention. And I wish I had more jets.

Hydro Dimensions is cheaper and the man who installed our Hydro tub did a good job. The installation happened only in a day, and they were very nice. I appreciated that. There’s a lot of safety involved with my Hydro tub, and that is important. It has safety bars, and I like being able to get in the tub without having to step over, and having that seat high up to sit in. I like using the sprayer to wash my hair and rinse off, the towel racks, and the little shelves they fixed. The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to put so much water in it if I want to run it. Overall, I recommend Hydro Dimensions to anyone who needs a walk-in tub.

I ordered Hydro Dimensions walk-in tub online and had my own contractor install it. I was looking around at different sites and decided that theirs just look good to me. I like it. I'm 78 and it’s easier to get in and out of the tub, so it works well for me. I had to give up getting in and out of a regular tub. I got what I expected to get and I'm happy with it.

We were doing a complete bathroom remodel, and we wanted a walk-in tub because my husband has some health problems and we are both older. So, we went to Custom Bath Solutions. They’re one of the few places around me that offer a walk-in tub, and that's where we first heard about Hydro Dimensions. The sales rep was very pleasant, and we ended up purchasing the handheld shower. The installation went quickly, but they had some issues with our bathroom, so they had to come back the second day to finish.
As far as I can tell, the quality is okay. One thing I don’t particularly like about it is using the bubbles for cleaning the jets. I didn’t get any explanation about that, and I am still struggling with it. I don’t know what I did, but the last time I tried, I had water squirting everywhere. I’ve read the instructions, bought all the items, and have been trying to follow what it says in the book. But even in the book, there wasn’t anything about this. All it says is fill the tub to the water line.
That said, we are pleased with the tub, and I like the way it fills and empties. I am just struggling with the cleaning process. I’ve only had it for a few months, so I’m still trying to determine how well it's gonna last, but so far, everything's been fine.

We got our Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub through Bentley Baths. The tub has a seat and a grab bar and the quality seems fine.I do wish that it could be a couple inches longer and the walk-in door to be a couple inches wider. That’s the only negative. Everything else has been good.

I first learned about the Hydro Dimensions walk-in tub through the dealer, Bentley Baths. I chose them because of the customization options they offered. The sales process was conducted over the phone, and while nothing in particular stood out about the representative, my questions and concerns were addressed.
The installation was also handled by Bentley Baths. While the overall job was satisfactory, there were a few issues. The demo involved breaking up some concrete, which made things very dirty and messy. I felt the surround built around the tub could have been done more professionally. Although they did clean up afterward, it was still somewhat messy.
As for the features of the walk-in tub, I appreciate the safety aspect, as it allows me to get in and out easily. We have features like the bubbles and air jets, which I also enjoy.
Overall, the safety and extra features of the walk-in tub have been beneficial. I would rate Hydro Dimensions and the price at four stars, the walk-in tub itself at five stars, and I didn't have enough interaction with their customer service to provide a rating. I found their website easy to use and would rate it five stars.

I recently had a walk-in tub from Hydro Dimensions installed for my parents, and I'm extremely impressed with the overall experience. I first learned about Hydro Dimensions through a TV ad, and although I'm not fond of the commercial, the offer convinced me to give them a call.
From the start, the service was top-notch. The representative was honest, seemed like a godly man, and his professionalism reflected through his team's work ethic as well. It's rare to encounter such impeccable service, and I'm incredibly pleased with how everything went.
The installation of the walk-in tub has significantly helped my parents, particularly my mom, who is blind. It allows them to get in and out with ease, providing a convenience that traditional tubs can't offer. My mom is gradually adjusting to it.
When it comes to rating Hydro Dimensions, I'd give them a perfect score, even beyond the rating scale. They deserve a 10 out of 10 for their commitment to quality and service. Although everyone wants things cheaper, I firmly believe we received good value for the price we paid. The quality and the benefits far outweigh the cost. I would highly recommend Hydro Dimensions to others.

They came for an in-home presentation and I liked the professional way that the rep conducted the whole thing. From the introduction to the description of the product, he did a very good job.
We opted for the walk-in tub with a handheld wand, not the combo with the shower. On installation day, they initially brought a tub that was too small for my wife, who is a large woman. Fortunately, they had a larger tub available in their warehouse, and they swiftly replaced it. The guy who came out got a helper to come up with when they had to take out the part of the dining room wall because of the extra size. They did a superb job. They put it all back together again. It was done very well, professionally, and quickly. I was very happy with them.
Our favorite features of the Hydro Dimension tub include the seat warmer and quick drain. Looking back, I would have preferred having the shower option for myself, although it works fine for what my wife needs. The tub was ready to use the next day, but we took a bit longer to start using it due to my wife’s back surgery. The price was more than I wanted to pay. But that was all right. It worked out fine.

We had a Jacuzzi tub initially but after living here for 15 years, I realized that I was approaching 65 and getting in and out of the Jacuzzi tub was much more difficult than it was before. Also my husband has a condition that, eventually, he would not be able to go in and out of the bath at all.
We chose a walk-in tub inspired by TV ads showing the ease of being able to get in and out of the tub. I had to go to the warehouse where they have the walk-in tub on display so I could sit in it. I have problems with my knees bending and I told them I can't sit in a sitting position for too long. Once I sat in the regular tub and found out it was a bit tight for me, rep said he'd go ahead and order the the extra long tub, and I wouldn't have to worry about the cost for it. He didn't charge me extra for it. He ordered me the extended tub, which has extra leg room, so I am able to stretch out my legs in the tub and not feel like I'm just sitting. I can sit back into the water and enjoy a full bath. I was very happy.
The tub from Hydro Dimensions came with 30 jets on the floor, on my back and on the sides for my knees. It has different lights that I can press the button to change the colors on. It has the little scent container where I can put oil in. It will heat the oil for the fragrance so I can have aromatherapy. It has the handheld showerhead and a shelf behind for me. It has a bidet as well.
The gentleman who worked with me was excellent. He was very thorough when he came in. He took measurements right away and took pictures of the area so that the guys would know what it is that they also have to cover as far as making it flush with the wall and blend with the rest of the bathroom. They did an outstanding job. The two gentlemen that came to install were very polite and professional, and I ended up with a quality tub.
The installation was mostly completed on the first day. The only downside was the dust from drilling, but the team made a considerable effort to clean up, which I appreciated. My brother recently had a stroke, and this tub has been perfect for him as it allows easy entry and a comfortable bath. The quick fill and fast draining, thanks to the wider drain, are standout features. It dries quickly as well so I don't have to worry about mildew. It's also easy to clean. The tub has definitely enhanced our home and ability to be happy in the bath.

There was a show on Radio Road and I was looking at Hydro Dimensions’ book in the catalog and I talked to the lady there. The reps came to the house and the lady showed me what was available. It looked like what I wanted. I wanted to make sure because I didn’t want something where it had a long showerhead to it. I wanted something that fits in smoothly.
When the lady came with the catalog, we went through everything. She showed me what it would take. Currently, it was a shower so, we put the bathtub in the shower. But we had a couple of little things we had to change. Where the shower comes out, the water comes out and then on the other side where you turn the water hot and cold, I didn't want those parts to be there. I wanted the tiles replaced but we couldn't find the tiles. So my husband came with the idea of taking out the tiles and putting those parts there. The two guys who did the installation were magnificent. They stayed one day till 7:00 and they came from Miami. They were always on time and did a very professional job.

When I talked to the owner of Aging Safely, Zach, he knew everything about all of the different kinds of tubs and hydrotherapy type things that there were. I didn't want the ones that when you get in a regular tub, the jets come gushing out. I wanted the bubbles to be subtle. Zach knew exactly what kind to tell me that would be best and he was so kind about it. It was like talking to a member of your family having them help you. Even though he was in Colorado and I'm in West Virginia, he said it was not a problem because they have people all over the country and that they frequently did the hydrotherapy tubs. He had a gentleman here that he contacted that would come and measure. He told me who they were and when they were coming so that I felt very secure when they came to the door. They introduced themselves very politely, went in, measured everything and sent that off to him.
The same gentleman came later after Zach had ordered the tub and had the tub shipped here. When the tub came, it was on a truck by itself delivered to the house. He was on the phone with the driver. The two gentlemen who had been here earlier came to unpack it, check it over and make sure that everything was perfect. They unloaded it right in the driveway then they unpacked it and checked it over. They took pictures and sent them to Zach. He approved it so they covered it up again and moved it into the garage because the people who were going to install it weren't coming for a couple of days. That went extremely smoothly.
The men came to install it. They were from Georgia and were supposed to have done it one day but they came a little late. But they were like family, too. They put paper down before they came in so that they were walking on paper and not messing up our hardwood floors. They had to rip out the old shower stall that was there. Then they couldn't get it in the direct way that we thought they would be able to get it in. They cut a hole through the hallway and went in that way with the tub. Then they covered it over again and patched it. It was perfect.
The installation ended up taking three days but it was three days well spent. It was expensive, but I would rather go with Zach that way than to go with some of these Jacuzzi tubs or whatever that they advertise, that they just come in and slap it in in one day like they said. With this, they took their time and did a good job. It didn't fit one way and they had to redo stuff to get it in the other way but everything was perfect when they were done. They cleaned up after themselves too. It was amazing. I would definitely go through Hydro Dimensions again.

We are enjoying our tub from Hydro Dimensions. Their rep, Lido, came out to our home and presented himself quite well. He was professional and very detailed. The walk-in tub is an investment, so we wanted to see what we were going to be involved in. What struck me about it was that it was out of the United States between Oklahoma and Texas, while the other tubs that I had seen advertised came from overseas. We got the walk-in tub and shower with the jets, the lights, and the bubbles. It has been good for the orthopedic issues that my husband and I have with our backs. It's quite relaxing. Overall, so far, it's been a great experience. We also appreciate the persons who come into our home and their skill level to get that tub in.

I have had many back surgeries and many knee surgeries and mobility was an issue getting in and out of my soaking tub. One day, my sister asked me about getting a walk-in tub. And I thought why I didn't think of that. And here I am, every day I walk through my master bathroom and I pine for getting in and out of that soaking tub that I couldn't access because it was too dangerous. The sales rep who came to the house wasn’t the most eloquent and his writing was atrocious. When he wrote things down for us to remember and know, it was awful. But the information he provided was what I needed to hear to solidify my options and decide that I wanna further look into the walk-in tub and proceed with purchasing one.
The information in the packet could have been more well-presented as far as they had a lot of forms and examples. And it was all photocopied off of bad copies. So, it made it very difficult to read. If I had been 20 years older and trying to struggle to look at those forms, I would have walked away from it. And I told the company that they need to get somebody to retype their forms and make clean copies of them that people can read. My mobility was not getting any better. The sense of my knee was going to get better but my back issues weren't. I had had five surgeries on my back, one on my neck and that was not going to get any better than what it was. I was still hopeful for the knee surgery. I love soaking in the tub and I couldn't do it for years. It never occurred to me to get a walk-in tub because I think of myself as younger and I'm not old enough for a walk-in tub. But anybody can have it.
The installation was messy. The installers were very good about protecting my home and putting down carpeting and masks and sheets so that they didn’t track things through my house. They were very respectful. The installation team could not have been better and I highly recommend them. They were amazing. They came out numerous times when I had issues after the installation and were more than helpful with resolving them all. When they opened up the box that the tub came in, the panel cover for the light switches was broken and they just ordered another one and brought it out a couple of days later and reinstalled it. They took the old one off and popped the new one on. The tub worked fine with it broken but it looked prettier when they fixed it.
I love the lights. When you're in the water and you turn on the different light colors, that's cool. I like that the door has a locking mechanism on it. So, you're not thinking the water is gonna run out of here and your floor is gonna get ruined. The walk-in tub drains quickly and fills fast. I have a tankless water heater. So, that makes it easier to fill it. Whatever the standard is, the installers went a half-inch higher on the pipe so that it would drain faster for me.
I also like that you can use the tub with a handheld shower head or you can put it up on the wall with the bars. But I chose not to do that because my backsplash is so cool. And I did not choose to use the rods on the wall to put up a shower head that would be staying up there. Mine is more of a sit-in tub, but I can convert the water from coming out the spout to coming out the shower head to rinse off my upper body. We had little issues with the installation and here and there, but Hydro stood behind everything, and in the end, it was delightful. The tub made my life more enjoyable. It's functional and fun.

The salesman with Hydro Dimensions was exceptional. I like the option of being able to sit down in the walk-in tub. The only drawback was the surround around the tub was inferior. When they started to install that, I told them it looked so cheesy. I had to put the onyx surround to complement the tub. They should have emphasized the surround material before or showed a sample of the surround. Also the installation crew was a little slacking. I had to stay behind them to make sure that it was a good job. I had to point out a few things to have the job done to my satisfaction.

Our contractor did a very good job with the installation of our walk-in tub. There was a large ordinary tub there and it was reconstructed. There had to be both electrical and plumbing work as well as construction with a lot of the tile work around the tub and all went very well. My wife uses the tub and she has made great reports about the quality of the tub and the various jets and how complete they are and how much she likes to use the tub. We were concerned about how easy the door would work and how carefully the seals would be maintained and the ease of walking in. And Hydro met all those expectations.

Hydro Dimensions had a nice display model set up and a good salesman named Phil. He went over all the details with it, the company, and the background of where they started this stuff, that they are one of the original tub makers. I was impressed. They came out and did an estimate and we ordered it. They were very responsive to all the questions we had. They never put one in like this before. The window was right beside the tub. They sent the manager of the installation department out and he had ideas. They had to put it out where the old tub was then build a shelf down below the window and up and over. But it looks good. It looks like it was built into the house.
The tub is working well. My wife loves it. She's got rheumatoid arthritis and it's helping her out. It's got the aromatherapy, the light therapy, and the heated water. You can't do the ozone and the ultraviolet light together so they give us a choice of one or the other and we picked the ozone. The ozone is going when the tub is running. After the tub is shut off, 20 minutes later, it turns back on and purges itself some more. The next day, it turns itself back on again and purges itself some more. There is no residual water sitting in it.

The walk-in tub is all right but the wall around it doesn't seem strong. When I would get in the bathtub, the caulking mostly all pops out. They came over and fixed it and we waited two days before we got in again. But then, my granddaughter got in and several sections of it popped up. I guess the first contractor who sold it to me didn't consider how big the tub was and he forgot to measure the entrance to the bathroom.
The installers had to widen the door and order a bigger door, which they had to get special permission from their company. It came way after they had installed the tub and they sent somebody out to install it who just installed a naked door -- no paint, no doorknob, a big hole in it. The trim around the door looked all right, except one side of it is all scratched up from the stapler going up, and he made a wooden step underneath it and replaced the marble. It's been months and I've been leaving the worker a message every once in a while in November and December. But I haven't heard back from anybody. I finally called their regional agent and he said this is the first he heard of it. He agreed to give me $100 and I can hire somebody to paint the door. I asked about the doorknob and he said he'd get the worker to call me and they'd take care of everything, which I don't know what that means.
Also, we only have a 40-gallon water tank so it only fills it about halfway. My granddaughter waits and fills it halfway, then sits down and waits and waits until it heats up again and she'll fill it almost all the way up. But I just sit on the floor of it when I wanna feel the bubbles instead of in the seat or else I would freeze to death. Plus, the water doesn't come but to my knee. I wish they went over the contract a little better. I paid a lot of money and I didn't think I got my money's worth.
