So far, everything has been fine with our experience with HomeSafe. But since I’m a truck driver, I’m not at home. So, my wife took care of everything. I appreciate the technician coming out and putting the toilet in, even though it took a little longer than we expected. It took two weeks. But the toilet is working good now.

I didn't have any warranty, and I've always had some type of services in every house I had, so I was gonna get something. I had heard about HomeSafe through an ad, and it seemed they covered the things I needed covered, so I called and joined.
Submitting claims buy phone call is very easy and quick. My last claim was about the garage door motor, but I called my own contractor. They didn't call them for me. They will, but they allow members to call too. The ones I called, they were pretty decent. The garage door motor is fine so far.
The process through HomeSafe is simple and the price is reasonable. It’s a quality company with great timing and that'll take care of business.

I called in a claim about my stove. I smell gas and they check it. He said he couldn't find anything, and that was it. He was real nice and did everything possible to find it with this equipment that he had, but he couldn't find anything. It might have been because I had the stove off and the gas off prior to him coming, but I still have a problem. I'm gonna have to go out and buy another stove. I'm not gonna call the claim in again.
But HomeSafe is honest and they’re quick in getting the service done that they committed to. If people are looking for someone, I'll recommend them.

I have not had to use HomeSafe since I had it, but I believe in protection. I heard about it from my local city water company. It felt good to know they’re endorsing it. I got it because I’m a single parent homeowner who works hard. If something did happen in my home, I just wanted to be prepared to lessen my out-of-pocket expenses as much as possible. I was thinking about savings and lessening any catastrophic impact if something happened in my home. It’s an investment. I just don’t know when things are going to break down. I believe in the product because I don't want to have the hassle or a headache.

We have CarShield, and they called us about HomeSafe. They said it was good to cover most of the appliances in the home up to whatever the amount a year they told me. The way I understood it, I could use any person I chose, but that wasn’t the case. That was the one difference from what they told me or what I understood. But HomeSafe is a good company to deal with.
We had two things break in a row. I was informed to call them and they would arrange for someone to come. They were very prompt at calling, since both events happened quickly, within a day or two. They ordered the parts twice for the LG washer, and the parts came in broken both times. It’s a ballast that goes above and below the washer drum in a frontload washer. It’s made out of cinder block. The first part was ordered during a holiday, so it took a little longer. When it came in, they called me and told me they were going to order another one. After the second part came in broken, it wasn’t worth trying to do it again. The repair man told me to go ahead and use the washer, but just do little loads. That was about a three-week period. They contacted HomeSafe, and they decided to just replace the washer.
I like the fact that HomeSafe will take care of things. Because we’ve only lived here 10 or 12 years, we don’t know that many appliance dealers. They have people they can call. That part is all right. And I know upfront I’m gonna pay $150. I didn’t have any trouble with them.

We’re new home-buyers, and we wanted everything in the house taken care of, so we signed up for HomeSafe. Signing up was easy. There was no difficulty at all.
We filed a claim for our plumbing because my great-granddaughter flushed something down the toilet, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. So, the tech came out and tried to snake it. When they couldn’t snake it, they replaced the toilet. And everything is performing fine now. We had to pay for the toilet, but they fixed it without any other charges.
This was our first experience with the warranty, and not everything was crystal clear as to what they covered. But they went over it again on the phone with us, and we asked questions. And I like that it was easy to contact them to get it taken care of. We contacted the office, and they contacted the repair people.

HomeSafe is just flat out worth it. We’re pleased with them. We’ve had them for less than a year, and we got them because we have their car warranty. Our experience with them has been awesome so far. And submitting a claim was easy.
Our recent claim was for our dryer. It had started just squealing really bad. So, we called HomeSafe. And since where we live is not a big area, there’s not a lot of service providers around. So, they just have me go ahead and find one myself, and then have them contact. And we sat there, the guy came out, and he fixed it. And not long after he fixed it, it went out again. This time, it actually quit.
And so, we got ahold of HomeSafe again. They told us to get ahold of the guy since he had already been out here once. So, he came back out. He contacted them with what he had found. And they contacted us and said that it was cheaper to replace it than to fix it. So, they sent me a check within a week. We shopped around, we found one that we liked, and got it.

I did a claim not too long ago on a dryer, and everything was easy and crazy. I had to have somebody come look at the dryer, and the lady on the phone told me that they would allow up to 180 for the guy to come and look at it. That was just to figure out the problem. But I never really took it any further because I happened to find a guy who was pretty close, and he came by, and in 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, took the pump out, cleaned the pump, and fixed it. And I think it was $180 that he charged to fix it. And I never called HomeSafe back because it was fixed, and it was all done.
But then the next thing I know, I got a $150 check in the mail from HomeSafe. So, it was crazy easy, because I didn’t even know I was gonna get anything back. And I wasn’t gonna do anything about it because it was a pretty simple fix for me, and it was 180 bucks at the time. But then I couldn’t believe that I got a check in the mail from them for $150. And I hadn’t even told them I had done it, because I was just gonna let it go. So, it was crazy.
So, with warranties, you just don’t know if it’s gonna pay what you think, but I’m amazed with HomeSafe. I’m not too worried about my appliances anymore.

The technician was thorough. He went through the computer to find out what the problem was, and fixed it up. We waited for the parts to come in. When the parts came in, he just came and did the job, and I'm very happy.
They were quick top send somebody out. Actually, I got the boss. Any other problems that I have, I'm going to get him back out again. He was really good.

Signing up with HomeSafe was easy, and the representatives were great. They asked me the questions and I filled out their form. There are no problems getting in contact with them or getting my claim taken care of. When the blower of my AC went out, I called them and the next day they sent the contractor. He was superb. He came out, did what he had to do, and got me some cool air in here in less than 24 hours. HomeSafe is a good company. I am glad that I am with them.

HomeSafe is quality service and they care about family. I was unhappy with American Home Shield and HomeSafe offered me a deal I couldn't resist. They told me they would replace appliances they couldn’t fix, and if I couldn’t wait for them to send out a technician, I could get my own certified repairman, and they would cover the expenses. And that sounded enticing to me because I wouldn’t have to wait three days for someone to come out, especially in emergency situations like if my water heater stopped working, which was always the case with American Home Shield.
I’ve actually used HomeSafe once. There was something wrong with my air conditioning, they sent the people right out, and they fixed it the same day, so I was very impressed with that. That was something that really sold me. They told me if the service fee was more than the deductible after the service call was over with, they would reimburse me the money, so that's another good deal too.
The one thing I don’t agree with is they're not open 24/7. Recently, I had a water leak, and it was Sunday and they were closed. But I was able to call the next day, they were quick and they made it happen the same day.

My dishwasher went out around November or December of 2024. I called them, and each time they would say my payment was due even when I was paying them. After calling so many times, HomeSafe sent someone out to replace my dishwasher. The guy didn’t want to install the dishwasher because he said they don't have the right connection to install it. I called HomeSafe, and they told him to go ahead and do what he needed to do. He still didn’t do it. I had to pay someone $60 to install my dishwasher. When I told HomeSafe I had someone else do it, they promised they would send me the money. They have not sent me anything yet.
Plus, they promised that they would send someone to haul the old dishwasher away. They never did that. It’s still in my garage. In the contract, they were supposed to replace the appliance and haul the old one away. They do not honor their contract.

I filed a claim for my disposal online, which was easy. And then they replaced the disposal in a timely manner, but they put a small one in there compared to what I had. So, I don’t put anything down in it.

Our washing machine broke and we settled for the cash-out amount and bought a new washer. The problem was getting it delivered. HomeSafe screwed up the delivery on it two or three times, but we got it now.

The latest technician I had with HomeSafe was the best. He was very meticulous, efficient, did what he said he was gonna do, and got the repair done. I was just a bit taken by surprise when I placed the service call. They told me that I could make a choice of either having that service call performed or get a cash allowance towards replacing the refrigerator. I didn’t know beforehand that I had a choice, so I didn’t have time to make an appropriate decision. But the lady did a good job of presenting it. Overall, HomeSafe did a really good job.

I didn’t have any issues with my recent service with HomeSafe. The tech who came out was polite, did what he had to do, and left. He had to come back three times because my microwave died three times. The company then replaced it. My experience was fine the whole way through.

We’re really happy with the last repair that HomeSafe did. Their customer service is good, and their price is very reasonable. They make it easier whenever we have a problem. HomeSafe has been pretty good. Setting up claims was easy. So far, only two repairs have been completed at this time, a faucet in my kitchen and a faucet in my bathroom. They’re both working well. I got another area that hasn’t been completed yet because the contractor is waiting on parts. Overall, with what they’ve done for me, they’re very good.

I’ve had HomeSafe come out many times, and my experience has been good. A repairman came out to fix the dryer, but he came back because he didn’t have the right part. I had to put $500 in it. It was a 15-year-old dryer, and I said that it’s crazy putting more money into it. HomeSafe decided to give me money for a new one. Their customer service is pretty good. It’s okay if it takes them within seven days to come out and fix the issue. The cost is something that I don't like. I pay $75 a month and I got to pay a repairman another $75 to come in the door. That’s a problem.

I am not too satisfied with HomeSafe when I filed a claim. I tried to file a claim a couple of times, and they said that it’s not under warranty, so it’s not gonna be covered. They said that my built-in microwave is not covered. They said it’s a counter microwave. And then, I asked the Lowe’s people, and they said that all the microwaves are counter microwaves. So, they should taken care of it, but they didn’t. But the microwave contractor was great. He saw it, and he submitted it to them. But he said that he doesn’t know if they’re gonna cover it or not. So, he’s gonna find out, and then they’re gonna tell.
It’s good to have a warranty because if something major happens, then it’s covered. But the only problem is we’re not sure if it’s gonna be covered or not. All the appliances should be covered. That’s why we have insurance. But they’re not covering. Then what’s the point of keeping it for so long? And I am looking at another company at this moment, and they are charging less. And I heard about them better. So, I might switch it.

I have not used HomeSafe yet, but I am fixing to have to turn in a claim because my heating and air unit is freezing up. And then I got a grandson who's down in a wheelchair, and he gets cold even though it’s hot. I turned the heat and air on, and it came on. The outside fan runs for 30 seconds, and then it goes off. But it’s still putting out heat. But I was told that the auxiliary heat is on, not the real heat.
But I’ll have to turn off my air conditioner every now and then because it freezes up. And I don't have anybody to look at it, but I intend to call and tell them. Because I’d hate to be there, sitting in the hot weather, and I have this to go out. The air conditioner’s working great right now, but that heat didn’t work, and I don’t know what it was.
I signed up with HomeSafe because they cover your ponies. They cover your heat and air, and your appliances. So, I told my wife that it wouldn’t hurt to have it and that it would be a big help. And signing up with them was excellent. I had no problem. They’re good people.

I called for a dryer repair. HomeSafe contracted with a company that was 90 miles away. I live in St. Louis, Missouri, where there's plenty of appliance people around. I don't know if it was gonna snow or it did, but they canceled and wound up booking another week back. They took a $120 deposit, but I couldn't get a refund for at least 30 days, which was a problem. I wasn't financially well off. But I had the money, so I canceled and went to a local company here and paid for it. HomeSafe reimbursed me in two days. And I had to wait the whole 30 days too, to get my $120 deposit back. They didn't call me or send it. I had to call them and ask for it again.
The last time my claim came through was when my air conditioner hadn't worked for a week. They got me a local contractor. The contractor got here within a reasonable amount of time.

I listened to the HomeSafe salesperson and I figured maybe a policy was something I could use, and it was inexpensive. So, I decided to go ahead and try it. I haven't had the opportunity to really use the warranty, but I'm happy with it.

Setting up my HomeSafe policy was pretty easy, but the person who helped me sign up was in a hurry so I was a bit doubtful. Other than that, the policy covers most of the appliances.

When I called HomeSafe and spoke with the guy, everything that he said made sense. I used to be with another company, they weren't good, and I was getting bad service people. He assured me that with HomeSafe, as far as service people, that's not how they work. So, he pretty much sold me on the plan. I haven't had to use it for anything, but for the price I paid, it covers everything, so I'm okay with it.

When I signed up for HomeSafe, they specifically said that they would pay upfront, I pay the deductible, done deal. But it was all pay out of pocket and then reimburse from HomeSafe, which was not what I signed up for. Multiple times I’ve told HomeSafe that I'm not gonna go searching for people and then pay for a service fee and then pay out of pocket to those guys ‘cause nobody wanted to work with them. I had to pay the person working on my AC the whole amount and they literally refused to give me a refund. In the long run, they reimbursed me, but they should’ve covered the bill after I paid the deductible. So, the whole spiel was they foot the bill like a regular insurance company and I pay the deductible, and that never happened. They're not a good company.

I was very pleased with HomeSafe. My washing machine quit, the AC wasn’t working right, and I was having problems with the dishwasher door. They told me to get someone locally, so I called the person that worked on my range before, he came down and checked all three of them, and HomeSafe sent me $150 for that. The repairman told me the washing machine could not be repaired, and the dishwasher was older, so he couldn't replace the part on it. He put new Freon in the AC, but it didn’t fix it. HomeSafe gave me a new dishwasher, and a new washing machine so I appreciated that. The AC hasn’t been repaired yet, but I’m so happy because everything else is working.

If HomeSafe keeps paying out claims like they do, they're basically a necessity. A couple of years ago, I requested a sump pump service, and I was happy with that. The sump pump was replaced, they upgraded it, so we had to pay the difference, which wasn’t a problem ‘cause they reimbursed it and we got a better pump. A month ago, I filled out an online claim for a dehumidifier and never got a response. I figured it wasn't covered, so I just went ahead and bought another one.

So far, working with HomeSafe, I’m not 100% happy, and I’m actually thinking about looking for someone else. I didn’t realize when I signed up for it that you have to have a copay for anything. You’re paying every month, but then if you don’t have the copay, you can’t have it fixed. Last time I asked them to come out, I couldn’t afford the deductible and I couldn’t get any work done. I don’t think that’s fair. It's ridiculous. I guess I should have read the fine print, but I don’t want to deal with them if they have copays because I just don’t have the money for that.
I did have an experience when my refrigerator went out. Even though I had to pay a deductible which is over $200, and I didn’t like that, y'all did replace my refrigerator for $1,000. It was cheaper to buy a new one than for them to fix the old one, and I was really happy about that.
But I’ve already had to go to another company, and they don't ask for a deductible. They got the major problem fixed and I didn’t have to pay anything. That's why I'm trying to find someone without a copay.

HomeSafe's customer service has been good. I haven't had any problems. I filed a claim over the phone and I sent them documentation on what I paid for. They took their deductible and sent me a percentage of what the cost was. I have no complaints. I'd recommend anyone to HomeSafe.

The most recent claim with HomeSafe was easy. I was having issues with the website, but I called them and they hooked me up and got me all situated. The contractor was a polite, young person. He answered a lot of questions I had about my equipment. I have nothing bad to say about him. The issue was my washer was not unlocking until after it finished the cycle. The sensor went bad on the washer, so he changed that out and I have no issues now. If I have HomeSafe, I don't have to find a lot of money to get a repair or new equipment.

HomeShield is supposed to replace my washing machine. But until now I haven’t received my compensation for it yet. I’ve been getting a lot of emails and phone calls from different warranty companies. HomeShield appears to be slightly more expensive than other companies, which offer more products at lower prices.

HomeSafe has poor customer service. They sold me a good product. I got one email when I set up the account when I initially did it. But I wanted to include my wife, and he did not include that option on what I purchased. So I called their customer service line and they said they can do that, but I have to start over and reset everything to include my wife on a different plan. That is absolutely stupid, because it's easy to just roll in all the information I had entered into a new plan. So, I Initiated the new plan and heard nothing for several days after that. I called their customer service a couple of days ago. They sent me a nice introductory welcome email, and then they said they would send within 15 minutes the email which allowed me to go in and create the account.
Up until now, I have not received it. I'm not really happy with HomeShield’s whole sign-up process, to the point that I'm almost thinking about just cancelling the whole stupid thing. I have given feedback online when they ask for ratings, and did not rate the sign up process very well. I have no idea how the product actually works. I hope it works better than the sign up process, because if it doesn’t, it’s not gonna protect me one little bit.

I am really satisfied with HomeSafe. I’m ecstatic with their price and service. They paid a good portion for everything that I put a claim in for. When I had a plumbing issue, I read the small print where I needed to take pictures, but I showed them the failed drain pipe and they promptly paid me. I have been actually using my own technicians for the repairs. The first time I had a plumbing issue, I got a call from a plumber. He was outstanding. He was way up in DC and I live down in Southern Maryland. He would have come down. He would have come down. So he suggested for me to have my own guys to come, and that I will still be paid if I pay them. So I agreed, and it all worked fine for everybody. I saved him from a two-hour drive.
Every time I had a plumbing problem, I just called my own people and I also called HomeSafe and made sure it was okay with the head office. There was also no issue for them. I turned in all the paperwork, made copies of everything, and sent them to HomeSafe.

We became aware of HomeSafe because of our auto warranty. We had another home warranty company that's become one of the worst to deal with. That's why I went with HomeSafe to see how they were, and it was absolutely amazing. It’s absolutely easy to file a claim. They were quick and I had an operator who spoke English and was in the US that I could talk to. Within minutes, she had a claim filed.
We needed a specific company because of our oven. She took the information. They sent the information over to that company to make sure that they could be on board with them. Within 15 minutes, I had the claim filed. There was no screwing around and were wonderful to deal with.
They’re outstanding. If they continue like that, I will continue with HomeSafe. It's a little bit more expensive than the other one we have. But for the customer service and the way they handled it, I'm fine with that. I'd recommend them.

My experience with HomeSafe was not helpful. I have been a customer for about 5yrs. My account is on Auto-Pay. I was not aware that my credit/debit card date had expired, & I was issued a new card. MY account was canceled. Upon finding that out, when I called to renew, I was told that my account cannot be re-opened, & the deductible has increased. I asked why I was not notified about the problem & was told that I was called several times. Unfortunately, the agent did not leave me a message about the situation. I do not answer calls if I do not recognize the number. NO message was left on my voicemail, so that I could call them back, & give the info needed to update the card.
I even asked if the payment can be deducted from my checking acct. instead, their reply was NO. I finally was able to start a new account, however, before I was charged 30. now I am being charged 60. I am on a fixed income, & that is double the amount I payed before. I am very upset about this avoidable situation, if the agents that called me would have left me a message. I am barley able to buy what I want & need at the grocery store & pay all of my bills. It is very disappointing that a company like this did not help me.

Signing up with HomeSafe was great. The representative sold me on the idea and I don't get sold easy. I do question the validity of it. I have a maintenance plan for my furnace and I asked the furnace person about HomeSafe. He said he doesn't work with them. I would have to pay him and collect from HomeSafe myself. I haven't had to use HomeSafe yet and I'm wondering if it's going to work out.

I'm very impressed with HomeSafe. They were expedient, professional, and had a quick reaction time. Their booklet has the information for filing a claim. I haven't had a problem with HomeSafe because I haven't needed it. The representative called me and they had the best deal. He was very pleasant and down-to-earth on what was needed. The price is lower and they do cover quite a bit that I needed. I've been really happy with it. I got their book on how to file claim and I just hope I never have to use it. I have replaced everything in my house except for the furnace and AC and I'm trying to keep it going as long as I can. I would recommend HomeSafe to anyone.

I've had HomeSafe for a while, but I have not made a claim yet. The customer service was very good when I purchased the warranty. Coverage and cost is also good. The only thing I have an issue with is, if there's a claim, you have to fill out a form online and then you have to get the contractor to approve it for security reasons. There might be a simpler way of doing that.

HomeSafe was lousy. Before, I had a microwave that they replaced and a refrigerator that they couldn't replace. I didn't have any problems. This time, I had a washing machine and it's been over a month now trying to get them to replace it. The technician said he couldn't replace it that day, so they assigned another technician and they keep saying they have not received the documentation. I called the gentleman and he said he has submitted it.
Also, every time they get their technicians, there's always a problem. They either don't show up and you have to keep calling them to show up, or when they do show up, they say they can't do anything. I switched to HomeSafe because the monthly premium was a little cheaper, but I'm sorry I did. I have constantly called HomeSafe, but I have gotten no response. They don't even talk to you. So I had to go out and buy a washing machine.

I read about HomeSafe through social media. I went with them because I thought they were better. I have them for about four months now. I had to use them for my air conditioning unit, but they covered nothing. So I don't know if I'm going to keep them or not. I'm looking for a company that's going to stand by its word.
I filed it online first, and then I started talking to people. The customer service was very good. She was very thorough in what she was saying and what she could and could not do. Their price is good, but they don't cover anything. They just get my money.

I have CarShield and they recommended HomeSafe to me. I've had two different claims with them so far. The first one was a dryer that started making a grinding noise, and they found a company that came out and repaired it. They filed all the procedures that they said they were going to do. I paid my deductible, even though the deductible was a little more than what they said it was going to be. The company sent out $129 charge but the deductible was only for 65. The home warranty company cut me a check back for the difference.
Then I have a second claim that they're going to finish up today for my freezer. It was leaking some water. And it turned out to be a fan that was bad. And so far, this one is good as well. I've been very happy with them so far.

The service when I purchased HomeSafe was very easy and quick. I made a claim once for a dishwasher and that was good. The repair guy could never get it repaired so HomeSafe ended up paying for it. The whole process took three weeks. The only thing is that the cost went up. I have two different homes on the same coverage and my last coverage was higher than my first coverage.

I've had HomeSafe for four months. When filing a claim for my washer, I did it by phone. After they inspected the washer, I was then sent a check to get a new one and I was able to buy the same LG brand. It took a little longer to get it replaced because of the holiday, but I'm very satisfied. Everybody was great. I've told everybody to go apply with HomeSafe.

Terrible home warranty company. Send anyone to your house you pay they never return to fix and HomeSafe does nothing about. So I'm out of monthly premium and deductible still appliance not repaired. Run away from this one.

Would give this company lower, but 1 star is as low as you can go. Called them about my air conditioner 4 times. 1st time all was good, except didn't expect to have to pay as much out of pocket, but still ok. 2nd, 3rd time no good at all. Had to pay company they sent out twice, for out of pocket and they did NOTHING!!!! Told me my relay switch was out and they could not locate a new one (unit is only 3 yr old) and I would have to buy a new unit.
When I called to complain it fell on deaf ears. Finally got another provider, who said it just needed a good cleaning. I know that is maintenance and they do not do that, but they offered no assistance, from the other company that tried to rip me off. Told them I wanted to cancel and then 2 weeks after that, they charged me again. Said they had no record of me telling them to cancel. I called them as soon as I saw they charge, which is in advance and they REFUSED to issue refund. Asked to speak to supervisor, was told they would put me on a waiting list. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! A waiting list to speak to a supervisor. What a Joke.

HomeSafe denied my AC claim because parts were missing. I was told to contact the last people who serviced it. Last people were people THEY sent. They wouldn't return my calls. I feel so worthless....still. What did I do wrong? This experience has reduced me to tears.

I called the about my pressure being low in the home, they never once told me that I am not covered for low water pressure. They said they are sending someone 3 days later no one shows. Called a again, told them that I had a bad water pressure valve and getting no water from the secondary bathrooms again no one said anything about low pressure not being covered. They sent someone today and charge me $75 abd then that is when they told me they won't cover it. Now I owe the fee. That is wrong because it was already diagnosed and told to them what the issue was. Do not trust them, please use another home warranty company. They are a mess.

Took almost two months to receive a $1400 check from them. Deposit it to my bank. The company denied payout of the check 4 days later. Buyer beware. Customer support appears to be farmed out to India, where they’re just reading a computer screen and will not be able to describe the “why” or “how” when you try to discuss issues.

I purchased my home 2yrs ago. The home is over 20yrs old. We had a rainstorm m and I thought I lost partial power because of the storm. Called the electricity provider. They reported it wasn't the storm it was the breaker box. Filed a claim with Homesafe. An electrician came. Reported to homesafe the breaker box was bad and that I noticed the issues the day of the rain storm so I assumed it was that but it was just the breaker box. The warranty company reported since the box is over 20yrs old and possible rainstorm they don't cover preexisting items so they wouldn't cover the cost to replace the breaker box. Any home you buy that's 20yrs old may have preexisting issues so for them to not cover the cost knowing it had nothing to do with the storm that the breaker box just went bad over time is crazy.
What do I need warranty for if I still end up coming out of pocket to replace items in the home. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company or any warranty company for that matter as when it comes to expensive items to be replaced they will find a way to not cover the cost. Oh! But if your microwave goes out they will pay the 80$ for that. Lol. Warranty companies are SCAMMERS. They collect a monthly payment faithfully but never cover you when you need them too the most.

HomeSafe/Armis? Part of CarShield. I signed up for warranty protection on my home appliances. I called to file my first claim on 2 refrigerators Thursday at 9am. No problem, caller took my info and said a repair pro would call to schedule an appt. At 6pm I got the call to schedule to repair on 1 refrigerator? I said there's 2. Had to call to verify. Friday morning I get a call stating, "Sorry for the inconvenience. The pro did not read the notes that there is 2 items"???? I already started the doubt mode.
Got another call from the repair pro for the Deductible amount to be paid in advance. 2nd Strike. Then STRIKE 3 - They were a NO SHOW???? Contacted Home Safe and all I got was, "I am sorry"???? "Let's get you rescheduled." WHAT? I lost an entire afternoon waiting for someone who did not care to even make a phone call. NO ACCOUNTABILITY on their behalf for their contracted help. DO NOT EVEN GO WITH THIS COMPANY - BAD ALL THE WAY AROUND. Haven't even tried to cancel and see what that will STIR UP - I may have to pay a cancellation fee - WHO KNOWS???? THESE POEPLE ARE BAD NEWS - DON'T DO IT.

When the salesman called he quoted me a lower price of $35 saying I was getting a discount senior citizen and I receive a bill for $60 and unless I got a lawyer I couldn't hear the recording of this transaction. It all was a lie. Please read the reviews before signing up to this company. They are not truthful. I feel this contract was a fraud then they were giving me a discount when it's true it didn't. Please don't use this company.

My grandmother is 89 years. I asked her multiple times not to buy a house warranty and just save her phone to pay for house maintenance. I hate that means I'm right. On February 14th, the steam boiler that provides heat to her 2 floor apartment building makes a weird noise, so it was turned off. There was a wind chill of 20 degrees outside. It was forecasted at that time to be below 0 the following week. My grandmother called HomeSafe to submit a claim. Homesafe sent a technician to look at the Boiler. After paying the technician the $100.00 service fee, the technician communicated his findings to Homesafe. At that time, Homesafe decided that an error was made on their part and that in fact a boiler technician will need to be sent to the house. The associate on the phone informed my grandmother that she would be reimbursed for the initial technician being the wrong type of technician.
It's now Wednesday 5 days later, 2.19.2025 and my grandmother still doesn't have heat in the house. The associate (Brianna) on the phone just told me that the adjuster noticed rust in the picture of the boiler so the claim is denied. I've taken pictures of the unit, but there is dirt but no rust. What kind of company leaves a 89 year old woman stranded with no heat - Did I mention that the associate told me they would not reimburse my grandmother for Homesafe sending out the wrong technician's service fee of $100 twice.

Do not recommend HomeSafe and Armis A-1 Service & Heating at all! I was told that my house was falling apart by the service tech name of Ryan or Bryan. Be humble. Not everyone lives in a rich neighborhood! He most certainly judge my residential home based on appearance. I paid the service fee in which he had no problem taking and still got denied. Judging my home and making it seem as if my home was not safe to live in. If that was true, my home would’ve been torn down from the COH. He is very rude and not very humble. Very judgmental! I don’t recommended HomeSafe nor Armis. Companies like that take money from customers. I rather seek out a family own business that are willing to help people or family members that are in the trade that are licensed and more professional that some big judgmental business like HomeSafe and Armis! Run from them!

This place does not tell you honestly upfront what’s covered and not covered. They will make it sound great but then when you really need something covered they get really technical on you. Be sure to not trust who selling you the plan. They will tell you everything is covered but leave out the very small details. They are owned by ARMIS. I hope this company gets exactly what it deserves.

This company sells on false pretenses. The salesperson told me they were American Home Shield, the same as my Car Warranty. Ends up that was not their name at all. Once you file a claim you are sent to yet another company. Prior to filing a claim I called to confirm my coverage. I was told they covered up to $3,000. In the end they only would pay $500 on a $2,700 claim. THen they tried to charge me $65 service call fee even thought the company making the call waived and service call fees. I told the person working my claim to cancel my policy yet I was continued to be charged my monthly fee. I finally got ahold of someone, their calls conveniently get disconnected. They would not credit back the overcharged premiums. Said I called 8 hours too late! This is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. My car warranty has been awesome.

HOMESAFE is nothing but a game! My father and I purchased their business in a month of May. The payments of $65 were taken out of my checking account so faithfully. Yet it wasn't until the beginning of last December that my water heater went bad. I needed ASSURED assistance that this company would help me and my disabled veteran father's home- for the fact that my father needed warm water for his daily wound care. The first communication that I received after telling my situation to this agent was- 'how old was the water heater and we DON'T do anything over 12 years'... So I dumbfoundingly and laboriously had to go investigate these findings, to take detailed pictures, to fax a written and a typed copy of the plumber's estimate.
It all turned out to be a waste of time because the water heater was rusted and WASN'T MEETING their category of 'damaged'. Senior citizens- like my father- BE AWARE of this sham. Like I said earlier- THIS COMPANY IS A MIND BASEBALL GAME. You will STRIKE out if you keep letting them automatically withdraw money from your banking account!

I wish that I had read the reviews before selecting Homesafe. They DON'T deserve any stars. Every negative review that has been written mimics my experience x 10. They don't want to pay for anything! They will find every loophole. As one person wrote, everything is pre-existing when you buy a home. When something stops working, we expect the warranty company to cover it. Homesafe will not do anything. They wouldn't fix our heater or AC when they stopped working. Even the technician couldn't believe they denied our AC claim due to rust. The coil became rusty through normal wear and tear. Homesafe wants your money but they don't to pay for your repairs.
Now, their adjusters are horrible. Brandon and Heather are rude. When I tried to speak with them regarding the denial of our heater claim, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. These people don't care of the hardships that they are creating for home owners. Homesafe IS A RIPOFF!! CONSUMER BE WARNED.

The lady that called me back this morning, was very rude and disrespectful. Because I wanted to cancel service after two years. I made a claim on Monday. Nobody reached out to me. I call back Wednesday. They said I would get a call before the end of the business day. Today is Friday. Nobody call. Nobody emailed. I still have not got service for my first claim I made in two years. They just took a payment out a day ago. I asked to cancel my service. They said, I will still have service into next month 30 days. I said I don't want it. I can't get anyone out here and y'all can't find anyone. They said they could have someone next week but doing the claim someone suppose to contact us 1-2 business days. Here it's Friday and I have nothing.
I call HomeSafe. They said next week and I have to pay $65 plus service fee and monthly fee. That's a lot of fees. After the service is done they will send you difference from the $65. First time hearing this in 2 years of paying. Don't go with them. Run. Run. Run!!! They don’t have contractors and they have lots of fees. If you cancel they still make you keep a month with charging you!! Run. Run. Run!! If you want to stay stress free run. Go somewhere else...

Complete waste of money. Will not replace air conditioner. The unit is the old time with refrigerate that cannot be replaced. Actually it is illegal to use that type anymore. They will not replace the unit, but that is the only option. Still, they will not replace, only repair it, but it cannot be repaired!! Do not waste your money on this warranty service!!

We recently purchased Home Safe Warranty and I deem it to be a highly deceitful company. All of the things listed on the site they cover they don’t. If they say your issues were pre-existing they won’t cover. Everything in a home when you purchase is pre-existing. There would be no way of knowing something is wrong until it stops working. Everything in our home including our air conditioners were working fine when we signed up. We live in AZ. They have to work. A month after we signed up one of our air conditioners stopped working. We called and they couldn’t find any assessors in our area to even look at the unit. They called 10 or so companies. No one would work with them. I had to call someone to just do the assessment. Then the AC person recommended repairs and Home Safe said pre-existing issues so not covering.
I explained what I said above. You don’t know something is wrong until it doesn’t work. Please save your money and find another company. I wish I listened to reviews. I asked the guy about some of the reviews when signing up and he said it was customers lying about issues in their home. Well I didn’t lie and here we are they are covering nothing.

We had home warranty coverage with Homesafe for well over a year. Our first claim was when the internal part of our hot water tank failed causing the bottom of tank to rust out and leak. Homesafe failed to cover the tank (it was seven years and two weeks old) because it rusted out even though the internal part of the tank failed causing the external rusting. Our plumber stated he has never heard of a home warranty claim being denied for this reason and argued with them on our behalf...to no avail. What a waste of money for premiums that whole time. I would rate Homesafe zero stars if I could.

After It was assessed my microwave could be fixed, they were to come the following week. 3 weeks later I was still waiting. HomeSafe was very indifferent to the time I'd have to wait before determining to replace it. Customer service was pleasant but not at all not helpful. They did nothing to encourage the repair company to complete the job. I feel it was a complete waste of money... I cancelled my policies at 2 of my location.

One of the worst companies I have ever got. They hire handyman to come out to fix your appliances while telling you that they are licensed and bonded, I started looking into it and let’s just say they aren’t. Then when you finally think things are going to get fix as 2 weeks have gone by ARMIS THE WARRANTY COMPANY DENIES YOUR CLAIM. I PUT A CLAIM FOR A WINE/beverage cooler! My opinion save your money. Don’t give them any of your money or find a better home warranty just not them.

I purchased HomeSafe, and much to my surprise, they do not cover a hot water tank that rusted out after 9 years. They also do not cover corrosion on copper pipes in home however the corrosion was caused by water leaking out of a poor joint that leaked water down pipe and caused it to turn green. Buyer beware, they are not very people-friendly. And that is a very good reason they are not even in the list of top 10 home warranties. Do your homework and you will not pick HOME SAFE for anything.

Attempted to make claim on my refrigerator by phone but was not able to get through due to work hours. Made a claim on the phone. Was told 24 to 48 hours someone would contact me and that could check status online. At 72 hours I went online and it showed who had the claim, when I contacted them and provided them with my claim number they had no claim so they reached out to Armis while I held on the line for a long time.
When they came back they suggested I call customer service back. Had to wait another day.... Sent email asking what to do.. No response. Next day talked to nice lady. She looked and finally said there is no one in my area and I should try to find someone that is licensed, have them call when they have problem figured out or I can have the repair done and submit claim to see it'll it would be covered. The rest is history.. I had someone come. They weren't interested in talking to insurance company. When I called back to talked about my claim the only company that would come is not qualified. Refrigerator fixed, works fine, warranty not good from where I sit. I called customer service to ask for refund ... not happening. Once you pay that's it, doesn't seem to matter if there is some that is in your area or not.

I purchased the top-notch contact available, about six or seven months into the contract my water heater went out. To make a long story short, I filed a claim with HomeSafe. It was denied due to being too old. When I resubmitted the claim and proved it was only nine years old, it was denied again saying they needed more information. Which they never contacted me to get. I had to call them back after two weeks to be told this bogus reason. I am a veteran of the United States Army, a hardworking, tax paying American. I didn't buy this HomeSafe coverage to be taken advantage of. However, I have cancelled my contract, and will be dealing with this in court. I work too hard for my money to let anyone or corporate business play me. In fact, I will be doing some research to see if a class action lawsuit needs to be done.

Buyer beware! They operate under Armis LLC and they are not interested in protecting you or your home. I wish I had researched this company more and actually tried to call them before giving them my money every month. I had a legitimate claim that they denied however they their policy is to not put the denial or reason in writing and talking with someone is extremely difficult because all they can do for you is request a call back within 48 hours that never comes. This company needs to be shut down. They deny legitimate claims due to lack of maintenance. They don’t have a reason from the contract for denial. If I had known who I was really signing up with I would have been able to look them up with the Better Business Bureau. I would have seen the numerous complaints filed by customers. If they solicit you as they did me you should RUN!

Sales person said system could be cancelled anytime. After two months wanted to cancel. Security sign was Brinks security. Called them, they said I wasn’t their customer. Charge on first month was Security System, no number. I was not given a contract. At 6 Months they started the charge on my credit card. Got phone number then and called. Said I could not cancel after 6 months. They said I sign the contract by sending an email that had the wrong email. Rip off. Three years been trying to cancel, no luck

I was referred to the company by a contractor in Virginia who stated that he never had a problem with getting paid for services rendered. Payment from other warranty companies has been an issue for other contractors in the area and they refuse to work with those companies. I called in to request home warranty coverage for one of my properties Jan 31, 2024. On Feb 26, 2024 I needed to make a service claim and was told that they do not have the property that I requested listed but have the billing address listed for coverage instead. I am now waiting for this issue to get rectified by customer service. Once this issue is resolved I'll return to update my review. At this point I'm a little skeptical of the process but will give them an opportunity to correct the error.

This company has not given me good customer service. I called within the 30 days to cancel, but since it was on a weekend, they refused to refund my fee and took another month. First, I did call within the 30 days, but had to leave a message. Second, if a company is not just about the money, they should be willing to work with me. This makes me think that they would not be willing to pay claims if I had one. I think I dodged a bullet here, but it cost me!

I purchased Homesafe warranty about a year ago. When I got the warranty I was told they covered my area. Even though I live in a rural area it would just be a $69.00 deductible. Today I called for a claim for back up plumbing and was told, "Oh you're out of our network and we don't have any plumbers to service your area." Then was told I would have to do all the footwork on finding the plumbers myself. And now I find out that there's not any plumbers in my area that will work with Homesafe. I was lied to to buy the warranty. It's not in any way, form or fashion the way I was told it will work. I feel like they defrauded me and stole my money. I'm canceling my warranty and putting a block on the next payment. This is a very dishonest company.

I would literally rate this company 0 stars. Why would a company set up for the sole purpose of defrauding its customers by stealing their money and denying every single claim deserve even 1 star. So I had a washing machine which was less than 3 years old, it had an internal seal which failed and allow water to leak into the transmission causing failure of the appliance. HomeSafe said there was rust inside the appliance as though that would be some kind of neglect on my part and refused to pay. After dealing with several people and managers in the company I was eventually able to get them to pay the claim. So I foolishly stuck with the company.
Then a few months later my water heater went out. Anyone who knows anything about a water heater knows that the water internal tank is glass and when it fails the entire appliance must be replaced. I submitted the claim on a Saturday and I called in several times to check on the status of my claim over the next several days. I was told my adjuster was not in. He took off early or came in late over the course of the work week. Their policy is to make a claim determination within 24-48 hours (which is laughable).
When I finally did receive a call from the adjuster on Thursday just before 5 pm, instead of approving the claim the adjuster lied and told me that he had left me a message asking for additional information on Monday. I did not have a missed call or a message. He then said the plumber's cause of failure was insufficient and that he needed a reason the tank ruptured and precise pictures of the leak. He said without it he could not approve the claim. I cannot tell you how asinine that request actually is. Why did lighting strike the transformer down the street and did I have a picture proving that it was actually lighting which struck the transformer? AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.
That is unfortunate and we’re sorry we couldn't help. We can only cover the parts listed on your policy, so a cause of failure must be determined, and pictures of the failure need to be provided for claims to be able to verify the failure properly and make sure we are replacing the correct component. Failure to do so may cause you to have another breakdown right after because we were not thorough enough the first time. I received a phone call from a sales Rep about HomeSafe. The sales Rep did a awesome job selling this company. I called and ask if the faucet on my kitchen sink was covered under the plan. I was told yes. They gave me a claim # and a number to a local plumber and told me that the plumber had worked with them. So I was comfortable to get the plumber to come and do the work. Well I called the plumber and the plumber had no knowledge of HomeSafe or Armis. So they gave me a number to Roto Rooters, they didn't know HomeSafe or Armis. So I called back again and ask if they were just looking up numbers online and passing them on to me or if it was companies that they had relationships with. The attendant with Armis each one of them were VERY uncooperative. So I called HomeSafe back to cancel the service, and the rep ask me if he found a plumber would I reconsider, my response was yes.
He did find a plumber and he called the plumber himself. Then he proceed to give me the wrong number of the plumber he called. So I had to call back and speak with another rep with HomeSafe because I now don't want to EVER deal with Armis again. So the rep I spoke with at HomeSafe, read the notes and called the plumber and got the correct number for me. I called the plumber, whereas Homesafe says I had to pay $65 the plumber said no their fee is $88. That's the 1st lie, I was told.
Then I called HomeSafe back and the rep tells me that when the claim is submitted they'll reimburse me the $23. But that's not what I was told in the beginning. So I go ahead and pay the $88, then I make the appointment and the plumber comes out. Ask me for the faucet. I tell him that HomeSafe told me that he was suppose to have the faucet. He takes pictures of the faucet and under the sink and now I have to wait until HomeSafe gives the OK for the job to be done.
In the meantime, I cannot use my sink. So if the adjuster doesn't approve my claim, I'm out $88. The rep at HomeSafe advised me to go ahead and pay for the work and HomeSafe would reimburse me. With all these problems I'm having now why would I do that. I cancelled the servics and asked for all the monies I paid into the service to be reimbursed. The rep went (supposedly) to ask someone and came back and said that they couldn't give me my monies back because it's been after 30 days. So when I got the service, I had a 20 day waiting period before a claim could be considered. Which means, I would only have 10 days to make the decision if I wanted my money back. I was told that these warranty companies were a RIPOFF. I have found out for myself that those statements are TRUE.

Armis can't send parts or have the service provider get any until they know what the cause of failure is and have an estimate for the repair from the service provider. Once they have come out and diagnosed the issue, all they do is call claims for authorization, and at that time they discuss whether a part is being shipped or if the service provider is going to get one, etc. Give us a call sometime and we can go over your policy and answer any questions you have.

This is the worst company ever. I will never deal with this company ever again. I have had issues with my claim with this company. I have been given runaround for almost month and a half. I have sent everything that has been asked of me. Still not getting results. I angry and fed up. I don't recommend this company. If you read this trust me I have no need to waste time writing this if I am warning you. The company is nasty and not professional. The adjuster guy is rude and wasn't trying to resolve my issue. I was like yes sir no sir the whole time. I sent pictures to prove my claim and adjuster still no help. I will be calling my local news station on this company asap! I'm not done until this company is exposed! Armis is the adjuster company that is partnership with HomeSafe. Both are unprofessional!

The operator that I spoke with was helpful in canceling my services with Homesafe. But I wouldn't recommend HomeSafe to anyone. I was with homesafe for 8 months. I had 2 properties on contract. Well, I didn't have any issues with anything at that moment, so I didn't need to file a claim. Please keep in mind my plan covers everything: all my major appliances, AC unit, Water heater, electrical etc. I paid for the best warranty they had. But when I tried to submit my first claim to have my gas water heater replaced. It took two weeks to process, they asked for the service technician to send pictures of the heater and diagnose the problem. They did and it took so long being without hot water I had the serviceman to come out to replace it ($1180). They said to send in the invoice with the diagnosis report and they would refund me for the service. They said it didn't qualify because it may be rust that caused the leak, and they would not pay the claim.
I asked why. The service report didn’t say anything about rust. It said the malfunction was due to age. The unit was 9 years old. The operator transferred me back to customer service to which I explained again what I needed help with and again they transferred me back to claims who again says my item does not qualify. The operator hangs up and I call back in to speak to a supervisor so someone can tell me why I paid for the best plan that clearly states my hot water heater is covered and why they are saying it doesn't qualify.
The operator continued to transfer me to American Auto Shield. I spent a week trying to get my hot water fixed and ended up having to pay for someone to come out and repair it. I Knew right then I was wasting my money. If I couldn't get a claim approved to get my hot water repaired, I just imagine the things I'd have to go thru for my AC unit, Dishwasher, heater or anything repaired or replaced. If you are reading this, please don't waste your money.
We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion about your claim. We show that after the initial call-in for the claim, the claims department requested pictures or video of the leak specifically, as the original pictures of the water heater that were sent in had rust on it. Rust would only deny a claim if it is the cause of failure so they needed more information. It took weeks before you or the service provider contacted claims again, only to find out the work had already been done. We also show in their notes that you advised them of the rust near the leak as well. At that point, if there is no proof of the cause of failure, it would be denied due to no prior authorization. If you are able to provide pictures/video of the leak, then claims would be more than happy to review for possible reimbursement. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to give us a call anytime.

When my washer went out. I called and was given all the information you needed from the repair service. They were not willing to comply with all of that and just wanted payment up front. Would cost me $400. I'm on a fixed income and couldn't pay that. Family member went and bought me a new Washer.

It was quick call to get a copy of our contract and to find if an item was covered on our HVAC. Both ladies I talked to were very pleasant and helpful. A copy of our contract was received almost immediately. I printed out the contract and should be able to handle on my own from now on.

I called HomeSafe about my oven. I needed someone to come and put a new bulb in. The said they didn't cover that but they could give me somebody's number that covered it. But I didn't get it and I still don't have the oven repaired. Other than that, the price is good. I pay $55 per claim whereas with another provider, it is $100.

Our plan with HomeSafe covers our appliances, heating system, and lighting. It's very reasonable. Their reps were very informative, willing to listen, and answered any questions I had. The cost was much better than our previous warranty.

The warranty looked like it was a good deal. The coverages on paper and how it appeared were great. What ended up happening was that they were glad to take whatever I was paying, but we were glad to pay that or take my money. And the coverages looked okay. That is why we decided to buy it. But we started reading the fine print. There's a lot of rigmarole in that. There's a lot of out clauses for them. It felt like a bait and switch. Because the first claim was on a dishwasher. The process was long and arduous. But we eventually got the first claim handled properly. I got reimbursed. It was a couple 100 bucks.
The second claim was on the ice maker. They paid it. It worked for a month, and it failed again. But they made us go through the process again and pay the fees. We didn't feel like that was fair. But then when it came to a bigger claim because we had an issue with the washer, they denied it. And it felt like, "We'll take your money at 100 bucks a month. We'll pay a couple of little claims. But when it comes to a big claim, we're not gonna do it. We're gonna find an out clause." That was not a good way to do business. So, we weren't happy with it. We stopped.

I don't use HomeSafe anymore. They have too many restrictions, so I was not pleased with them. When I had a claim, they denied it because they go by the manufacture date of a product regardless if it was in use at the time. So even though nobody used it until the time when it died on me, which was within the 12 years of usage because it was manufactured two months before, it was denied.

My experience with them has been terrible. We had a situation with our stove. I asked the question, “Do you all have a list of people that you could recommend to us in our area here in South Carolina?” They said, "No. We don't have a list." Well, they gave me one and told me to download an app. The contractor never got in contact with me and they had no way of getting in contact with the service provider. I called HomeSafe back and they said we had to have a provider look at our stove and give us an estimate on our own.
I got one and he gave an estimate. I was supposed to pay $65 and HomeSafe would reimburse the $35 but the contractor charged us $100. I faxed HomeSafe the estimate. Then they kept calling me and asked me to ask the service provider for the part number. I did that. Then they called back again and they wanted me to ask the service provider for the cause of the problem with the stove. I called the service provider and sent that information to them. Then HomeSafe called again needing some more information. I provided whatever information they were inquiring about. I also gave them the service provider's number and told them to get in contact with the provider.
It's been weeks and HomeSafe has been saying they could not get in contact with the service provider when I could get in contact with the service provider in less than five minutes. So, instead of them approving the invoice for the provider to come out and repair our stove, we got a call from them stating they were gonna replace the stove. I had two choices. I could accept what they were offering or they could send us a check for the cost of the stove they were offering. I told them that what they offered was not the type of stove that we wanted and we were gonna purchase our own. They said, "Okay. That's fine. If you go and purchase your own stove, you are gonna send us the receipt, and we will reimburse you.” We purchased a stove for $933. and I emailed everything to HomeSafe. The rep said they would make sure to get us paid within 48 hours.
But the persons I talked to were not on the same page 'cause they said their policy was not to reimburse us and we didn't have that choice of them sending us a check and getting the stove that we wanted. I called them yesterday and the rep didn't have the information. I had to email the receipt of the email in front of me. Another person called the rep and said they got the email. We went on the assumption that it was August 28th and maybe on August 30th, we would have our refund. But no. We're still waiting on it because they just submitted it for approval yesterday. So I don't know how long it's gonna take for them to send us our refund.

I had a claim for my AC, which was not cooling. The technician who came out was awesome but HomeSafe denied the claim. They told me it wasn't covered because I had not had my AC maintenance and it needs to be maintained. They didn't even cover the Freon that it was low on. I had to pay $1,200 to fix it.

I like having HomeSafe because if something goes wrong, they're there. Three months after I got it, I had a leak in my pipe. I called the number out of the book and waited for the person to answer, which was very a short time. I spoke to the person and they told me the best route to go. I had a person come in the house. But I was planning on me doing my pipes so I canceled that claim. When I canceled the claim, they were very understanding.

I started with HomeSafe's auto insurance and I haven’t had any issues with it, so I decided to give their home warranty a try. I asked them about the deductible, how much we're gonna pay out of pocket, and the turnaround time for getting things fixed. When I had a claim, I called them over the phone and let them know what was the problem. Once I let them know what was the problem, they gave me a choice of contractors to choose from. After I chose the contractor, they set it up for them to come out to my home at my convenience. Once they came out, I paid the deductible. Some of their contractors were very good.

The service with HomeSafe seems to be economical. I'm not paying as much as I am for my car. They called recently offering me to pay for six months and gave me a little bit of a discount, so that was good. I've never had to use their service but I feel comforted having it.

My bottom oven wouldn't work. The techs fixed it within a few days. I paid the deductible and HomeSafe paid the rest. With them, I don't have to worry about anything breaking down.

Our house is 7 years old so things are gonna start happening, which was why we bought into HomeSafe. But I didn't read the fine print in the contract and they covered nothing. The coil went out on our air conditioner and they told us to get it fixed. We did and we had a bill of 300 and some odd dollars. The gal called back and said we had to get a picture of where it's leaking. I called the air conditioner company and told the tech to save that coil because the gal wants a picture of it where it's leaking. And he looked at me and said he never heard of such a thing.
We called the gal back and she said they can't pay for it until they find out and that they've got a picture of it, and that his work wasn't good enough and surely, mine wasn't, apparently. That was the end of it. I would not recommend HomeSafe to anybody. I see a lot of people, firefighters, paramedics and policemen in my job, and I blackball everybody I see. If I had the time and the trouble, I would go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint, too. I'm out 300 and some odd dollars. I could have put $500 away at the beginning of the year and each year after that, and I wouldn't have to need these stupid home warranty things.
The air conditioner company was a great company. They were the ones that installed the original heating and air conditioning in my house so I just took the number off of the furnace and called them. They were out lickety-split and took care of it and took it out. But HomeSafe is definitely the worst company to ever go to for any kind of protection for your home appliances. Everybody I've done business with in my 70 years have all come through and I’ve had no problems, issues or horror show. But these clowns are something else.

The warranty is within my budget, and the reps were courteous and explained things to me. They said the things that might come up and what they will cover. I would recommend people to have a home warranty because when things break down, they don't wanna be scrambling and looking for somebody. They have somebody that can cover all those things.

HomeSafe is good and they have great coverage. There's nothing wrong with what they cover. But covering is one thing and fixing and doing what they're supposed to do is another. When you have a claim, they want you to get your own person and have them come out. When they come out and give you a diagnostic, they have to send in the information to HomeSafe who has to approve it. Then, they will send that person back out. I don't like all of that.
I had a situation with my AC and I let HomeSafe know. I opened up the claim and then, I called the person that I normally use for my AC. I had just had surgery and I live in Florida. So, I couldn't wait until they approved it and sent the people back out. So, because the guy was already here and saw what the situation was, I paid out of my own pocket. In the contract, it states that HomeSafe has to approve any prior repair. That's my dilemma. But they took care of me when it came to my garage door opener. We had a bad storm and my garage door wouldn't work. I contacted HomeSafe and let them talk to the garage door company over the phone. The rep from HomeSafe told them just to email them their diagnosis and once they have their adjuster to take a look, they will send them back out. And they were able to come back out the very next day.

I do not like HomeSafe. I'm not happy with it. I don't like that you gotta find your own vendor. Then, once a vendor comes out and checks your problem and sees what it's gonna cost, he sends that to them for them to say whether they're gonna pay to have it done or not. There's just a lot that the customer has to do. I sent an email to the head office and expressed my feelings about it.
I just had to have my oven done. It took a month and a half to get my oven fixed because the vendor came out, assessed the problem, and notified them, and then they got back with him in a week or two to go on and fix the oven. He ordered the part. Then he had to let them know how much the part was, and it went into a month and a half. That part really disgusts me. Their customer service reps could be a lot more friendlier and informational. I have my account set up where they automatically take my premium amount every month but every month, I'm getting a phone call about my payment. When they called me last month, and I told them I did not understand. I don't like bill collectors calling me.
We're sorry to hear this. We do try to assist in finding a service provider, however, they are all independently owned, so we do not have a quick reference for ones that will work with us. I got HomeSafe because it was part of Blue Shield and when I tried to talk to them about some things and I couldn't get the support that I needed, I decided to quit them. I tried to submit a claim on the phone with an agent, and it was difficult. They did not make me feel comfortable, did not try to help me, and I decided that I needed to go somewhere else. I never interacted with anybody that showed any concern or interest of wanting to help me out with my situation or the problem, especially when I told them I was leaving. That was a bad situation, too. I like the name, HomeSafe, but it didn't turn out to where they were taking care of me the way they should have.

When I called to have somebody come and fix the washer, I had to find somebody to come. I have had home warranty programs before that were just marvelous. All I had to do was call them and tell them I had this problem. And they called somebody to come to the house. It worked well. But Homesafe didn't find a technician for me. I had to send it to them and get reimbursed. But I would probably still recommend them to a friend.

It is hard to fully recommend Home Safe since I just got it. The proof will be if I have a problem and call them. Is it really quick response and did they solve the problem. We won't know that until we have to call them. The representative did a good job of explaining how the warranty is supposed to work. Hope it does.

When I have a claim, I call their office or whomever I talk to, and I tell them that we're gonna submit a claim. Then they say I have to get someone to give them an estimate. When I get it fixed, I pay for it out of my pocket. I pay the $65 upfront, and they submit me the rest of the payment after the service.

With HomeSafe, I can choose whoever I want to as long as they are a licensed provider. Then, the provider comes, does the service and sends them the invoice. I've only had to submit one claim and that didn't come to fruition. HomeSafe claimed that the invoice that the provider sent them did not meet their specifications for an invoice. The gentleman who came to my premise is the company owner but he doesn't have a company name and logo on the actual receipt book, so they did not pay it.

I put a request in for some work. I had a faucet leak in the sink in the kitchen, and I got some mildew. I had to get that torn out. They wanted me to go ahead and go through it as far as getting taken care of and filing the claim, but I wasn't sure whether it would go that way or through my homeowner’s policy. But as it ended up, it really didn't cost anything. The guy came and tore it out and put it in, and it was no big deal to file a claim. The person that I spoke with was also very nice and she told me the procedures and as far as about getting back with them.

Having HomeSafe warranty provides a level of security. The benefit is not having to come out of pocket for anything but a deductible. I'm pleased with my services. I've used them once and they were very quick. They came out and fixed the problem really fast. One of the burners went out on my electric stove. And it's not one where I could just go and buy the plug in. It's almost like glass, infrared cooktop. The contractor was very pleasant, efficient and professional. I haven't had any issues since then.

Updated on 09/04/2023: I sent Homesafe the bill, and they're gonna reimburse me after the deductible of the $65. I like it better because I'm so used to having my own people and I know their work and they come out right away. Luckily, the issue was minor. Homesafe called me today. I was at the nursing home visiting somebody, and they wanted to talk to me about my claim, but I couldn't talk to them. I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm gonna see where that goes.
Original Review: Air Conditioner was having trouble. Called my local company I always use, and they came out the next day. I paid the invoice. I called HomeSafe and Jonathan said to email the invoice with my contract number for me to get reimbursed. Waiting now to see how fast HomeSafe get me reimbursed.
Next time, have the service provider give us a call after he diagnoses the problem so that we can try to work directly with them so you don't have to pay out of pocket. But, we will do our best to look into getting that reimbursed for you. If you have any questions or need an update, don't hesitate to give us a call.

The shower faucet would not fully turn off. Homesafe helped me find a qualified plumber that came in and solved my problem the same day. I was asked to provide pictures of the defective part and a detailed invoice (marked PAID if I had done so) and the claim was processed quickly and efficiently..

We had trouble getting our contractor to submit his paperwork and complete the emails that Homesafe needed. My advisor had us submit everything we had and they would make a determination. Things worked out and they were able to make things right for us. Very good rep that we had too!

My air conditioner went out. When I cut it on, it wasn't blowing enough of a hot air. So, somebody came out and they checked it and there was something that they did to the thermostat system all the way back out to the unit outside. So, they checked and repaired that. So far, I let the air conditioner run a couple of days to make sure that it wouldn't cut off. I cut it off one day and then turned around and cut it back on the next day and it seemed to be working okay. So, they did what they had to do. The tech was nice and efficient.
It seems like some of the companies don't want to fool with HomeSafe's services because it takes so long for them to be on hold to get everything approved and then had to go through a full mess and get the service validated. So, they either have to come to diagnose and then come back another time to fix the problem. Some of these people are coming from out of town.I haven't been in HomeSafe's program long, but as long as they live up to what they're saying, I don't mind paying for the services, but I expect to get what they tell me they're gonna do.
We understand the concern, however, we are one of the best in the business. If you ever have any questions or need assistance with the claims process, don't hesitate to give us a call.

When I submitted my claim to HomeSafe, they gave me some numbers to call and some of them didn't answer or their machine was filled up. One said they didn't come in this area when they're no more than 30 minutes away from me. Somebody came out, but they weren't able to help me because the water heater was over 23 years old. I was disappointed because, at that time, I didn't have any hot water and I needed some hot water. So, I had to do something else and I finally ended up having to get a brand-new tank. They told me I needed a new tank anyway when they came out.
I was getting ready to cancel my insurance with HomeSafe. I spoke with them a couple of days after when I found out they didn't cover my water heater and they just lowered my payment. There was nothing they could do. All they did was take $10 off. I told them, "If I call y'all out here to do something to my furnace and y'all don't cover it, I'm dropping my service with them." I would tell others to look into HomeSafe more deeply than I did then. I wouldn't recommend it.

Sears came and checked out the dryer to tell me what was wrong with it. The man wanted me to pay $399 to get it fixed. I told him before I did that I had to contact HomeSafe. He put down that I refused to have the work done. I talked to HomeSafe and called for them to come out and repair it. A man called and said he was on his way out to give me an estimate of repair. I explained to him that they had already done that. He said, “Well, why am I coming out?" He sort of got upset because he told me he didn't have the part and would have to order it. I told him to cancel the service.
After Sears was giving me such a hard time and I needed a dryer, I went on to Orville and they had a brand new dryer for $369. I purchased that and then called HomeSafe and told them that. They reimbursed me whatever amount they offered to take care of the dryer. All in all, HomeSafe was very understanding and knowledgeable of what was going on. I'm comfortable with paying what I'm paying.

My refrigerator went out and I had trouble getting it repaired. The rep I spoke with wasn't very helpful. I then talked to someone else who was more helpful and she told me the process. She said things that should have been a little different than what they were. It was near the holidays and I needed my refrigerator because of family. I called HomeSafe and they had nobody they could recommend or send. They were saying I should have somebody make a diagnosis, call them and go from there. We didn't have that kind of time. They escalated it but they still couldn't find anybody. I had to find somebody myself and the procedure wasn't followed so they didn't cover it. I ended up paying for that out of my pocket. They didn't try to offer me any compensation.
Other than that, HomeSafe assured me that now they have a system in place where they have approved people where if something would happen, they would find somebody and send them out on time. I recommend HomeSafe.

I couldn't find anybody who would take HomeSafe or any protection plan. The companies tell me that what happens is that it takes so long for the warranty company to give them their money that they decided not to do it anymore. So I ended up having to get the repair company yourself. If you don't have the money to pay for it upfront, then you can't do it. Other than that, it's easy to talk to HomeSafe. You talk to a person and not an automated system. I like that part. HomeSafe committed to paying one of my bills for fixing the refrigerator. I have to pay $65 and whatever is over that, they pay. It was fast getting the approval but until I get paid, I won't know if I really like HomeSafe or not.

When you call HomeSafe, you can understand whosever is answering the phone. They also take care of your problem. Only problem I've had with HomeSafe was certain companies wouldn't deal with them 'cause they don't deal with insurance companies like that. But I've never had a problem with HomeSafe. I also like that you can hire anybody as long as they're a proven contractor or company. My recent claim was a leaking dishwasher. I called the plumber out and he repaired it. It was some seal. I had to pay a small fee for that and they took care of the rest.

I was shopping around. I tried a different company and they just kept getting more expensive. HomeSafe was just offering me just a fixed price. It wouldn't keep going up every year. The service has been easy and prompt. I’ve used it twice in two minor things. But both of them were approved and processed. I paid and then, they reimbursed me and did it very promptly. I wouldn't mind being able to do the claim online. I had to call and then email. It'd be nice if HomeSafe had an online portal we can manage our account and update our credit card.

I sent in a claim for my oven. The parts weren't available, so we ended up getting a new oven. The appliance center submitted an estimate of what it was gonna cost and they faxed it to HomeSafe. Then they paid within a few days. It was less than the original amount, but I was happy. HomeSafe is willing to work with you and help you get your appliance replaced in a timely manner. But the one thing I didn't like is they were pulling out my payment monthly and then they said that my payment didn't go through when they already pulled it out. It was something to do with their computer system and they straightened it out.

We had some plumbing maintenance that we had to have done and it wasn't covered. Our plumber charged less than what HomeSafe would cover. We didn't bother putting in a claim because it didn't come up to the necessary parameters. We didn't do it. Because I said, “Aren't we gonna use that?” And my husband said, “No. It's not even worth it.” They screwed us up. I was so upset about it. We have it on automatic deduction for one of my credit cards. Somebody called and said, “Your payment is late.” And I said, “How can it be late? It's supposed to be automatic deducted.” I thought it was a scam because I didn't know who this person who called me. And they said, “We tried to put it through, but it didn't.” I figured, she would ask me for my credit card number. I said, “Maybe you ought to put it through again.” And I hung up.
On my next credit card bill, I had two charges for my HomeSafe. And one of them was the same amount, but it was for somebody I didn't know. I thought, “What the heck? How did these people get my credit card number? Who are these people?” So, I called my credit card and said, “I wanna put in that there was some kind of a scam. There's a fake number here on my card.” They said they would look into that. Meanwhile, I had to get a new card. And since I have 20 things I have on this card, I had to call everybody. I spent two days calling everybody to get the new number changed. And I wondered, “How did these people get ahold of my card? Who are they?” And it came back that it was HomeSafe, that it was one of their subcontractors, and that it was a big snafu on their part.
I spent all this time, stress and worry, and it was them all along. It was very annoying. They called and said, “Do you wanna pay for a whole year in advance?” I said, “You're not gonna screw it up?” And she said, “There was a problem?” I said, “It's your problem. You made it. I didn't make the problem.” So, I said, “Pay in advance. I don't want anything more to do with you for a year.”
We're sorry to hear this. Our records indicate that a supervisor reviewed some phone calls and the April payment declined the first time, which is why two came out the next time, and per the recorded calls you agreed to them being taken. We're confident as long as there isn't an issue with your card declining, all payments will run on time. Your promo has gone through and you should not see a payment again until June 2024. With HomeSafe, I like the idea that when I have a problem, they can pick the tech 'cause I don't know who to call. The last time I needed an electrician, they got me one and he was very good. HomeSafe called me early but I had to call somebody else. I called that number and then I had to call somebody else and then they got the ball rolling. I don't like the idea of calling twice. The first person should be able to take care of my problem. Plus, I didn't like that I had to pay the whole thing upfront because the tech was gonna charge more than what it would be. If I hadn't had the money to do that, the guy wasn't gonna do the job. Other than that, customer service was very speedy with getting back to me and getting the tech out.

Everything I've done with HomeSafe, they've responded and paid like they were supposed to. On my recent claim, I got my own technician. As soon as he got done, they paid him right over the phone. I'm satisfied with them. I wish the rate is lower though.

The dryer was leaking gas and it was gonna cost more to get the part than it was to repair it. The repairman suggested that HomeSafe give me a new washer and dryer. I didn't want what they offered me so they gave me over $1,200 for a washer and dryer and I paid the rest of it. I had to pay for it and they reimbursed me. I sent a copy of the invoice and got a check immediately. I've been pleased with tHomeSafe and I would recommend them to someone. I got a discount on my CarShield for doing both.

They have very good and timely customer service. If I have questions, either customer service or the claims department is able to answer them for me. They walk me through the process very easily. It's just very smooth. They're very informative. It goes perfectly. The best thing about it is, I can use whoever I want to. They don't have anybody that's specifically contracted with them. They also truly care about the issues you're having and work as hard as they can to help get your stuff working right again. Even if it's something out of their control, they will help as much as they can even outside of the warranty itself.

My AC home unit went out. I initiated a claim online, procured my own choice of service provider and paid cost of repairs out of pocket. In less than 24-hours, my warranty claim was honored and I was reimbursed for all service costs minus my $65 deductible. I was totally amazed that HomeSafe even deposited my reimbursement into my bank account. I haven't yet utilized any services with Home Safe. However, the Representative Johnathan was outstanding in his explanation of the coverage provided by this warranty company. My sister & I had inadvertently obtained a contract for services from two different home warranty companies. However, following a thorough, detailed conversation with Johnathan, he convinced me beyond doubt, that Home Safe is the better company. Therefore, I have changed my mind and will be cancelling the other company and staying with Home Safe.

Very good service. When called a random HomeSafe number of theirs they transferred to the correct department without dropping the call and along the way they also asked me to note down everything which was really helpful. Customer service persons were nice. They immediately registered the claim and explained what all they need back to get the claim approval. They understood the issue, without me having to explain a lot.

We like that HomeSafe allows us to choose whoever we want to do the work. Submitting a claim was simple. When we figured out who we had, we called, and HomeSafe authorized us to find someone. We found someone, they came and fixed the issue, and HomeSafe authorized $150 that went into our account. It was a little bit more than that minus our deductible, and they sent us a check for the difference.

I need to know my warranty benefits were still in effect. I cancelled my old company and was having issues, so I needed to make sure this company was not effected. I was assured that I had the coverage I thought I had. I have not used the coverage yet, but I hope it is what I believe it is.

Have paid for this service for a long time and had to file a claim as my heat pump went out a few weeks ago.... Called, opened claim and asked what all I needed... Was told needed tech's diagnostics... HVAC provided that information to them, and so did I (can never be too sure)... 1.5 weeks later new heat pump installed and I paid $7000 to HVAC expecting some reimbursement... 5 days AFTER INSTALLATION, they decided they needed more pics, (pics had been sent of unit and details) which it was already replaced and hauled off 5 days after the fact...
Now they say without pics, they won't cover any cost. Looks like within the almost 2 weeks of having diagnostics and knowing the issue, they would have said they needed more pics, instead of waiting 5 days later... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE COMPANY. Requested this be escalated, still no call... Cancelled policy, they wouldn't cancel immediately and prorate... Friends and family will be canceling also.

HVAC contractor said there was no power going to AC unit. He found burned wires in conduit going to the power disconnect, it was electrical issue. I cancelled original claim for HVAC unit. I paid a handyman to replace wiring and conduit to the power disconnect box. HomeSafe does not pay electrical if worker is not licensed and bonded. I cancelled my contract with HomeSafe. I probably would have stayed with them if they would have had local preferred contractors in my area!
We're sorry to hear this. Yes, the service provider must be licensed and be able to guarantee their work, and that's for your protection as much as ours. Unfortunately, all service providers are independently owned companies so we do not know which ones are and are not licensed. The claims administrator should have representatives available to assist you in finding a service provider. Give us a call next time.

I had a high-voltage switch that I was having a problem with. I've got two air conditioners and the guy that comes out and does my work and inspections saw that issue come up and he said it could cause problems. He was very informative about it. It led me to have that done and he did a good job on it. I paid him for it on the day that he did the work. I got to thinking and I told him his company has that warranty with the contract I have with them. So, I called HomeSafe and they said to send this, this, and that. I did and they acted on it in a very timely manner. It was a very good experience with the rep.
Submitting a claim is easy to do. The reps explain it and send a sample. And I collect the items that they need as far as information on the work being done and take a picture of it. I don't have to worry about this and that like with other insurance companies I've had experience with. I've had a few claims where HomeSafe responded quickly and fulfilled the arrangements that I signed up for in a timely manner. I have had nothing but good experiences with HomeSafe.

When I make a call to HomeSafe, they should send out the professionals. I should not have to hunt someone down and try to see who can do the job. For the last claim I had, they didn't send someone out to fix the appliance and I had to do a lot of my own legwork. They wanted me, the customer, to find someone and have that company contact them for approval. But the company didn't want to contact them for approval. They just wanted to go ahead and do the job. But if I would allow them to do the job without getting approved, then it would not have been covered.
The claim was for the refrigerator and at first, HomeSafe denied it. Then the gentleman had to come back out and write up the ticket the correct way. They eventually approved it but it took too long for the refrigerator to be repaired. There was a lot of red tape and I was very involved with them, so they knew about my frustrations. It was too much for the consumer to have to go through. Also, when the customer places a call for a claim, they should handle it in a timely manner. And a timely manner is to get someone out the same day or by the next morning. The cost of the warranty could be cheaper, too.
We are sorry, but our claims team should have helped you find a service provider first. If they could not find one, then the responsibility would be yours to find one. All service providers are independently owned and we have no idea which ones will and will not work with home warranties. All we can do is the same as you and call around. The rep was very polite and explained everything to me. He treated me like he knew me. When I had a claim, I called them for the adjuster. They told me I could have somebody come and find out what's going on. But just to have a contractor tell me what's wrong is $90. I found one at $75 and they took pictures of everything that was wrong. I had to submit all that stuff to HomeSafe. The adjuster called me and said they would take care of it. They sent me a check the following day. I've gotten calls from other Home Warranties and HomeSafe had the better rate compared to some of the others, including my deductible. Get HomeSafe. It's reasonable.

I submitted a small claim to HomeSafe for my sink. I didn’t have a problem getting it resolved. It’s just that I had to pay upfront and they reimbursed me. The technician that came out was somebody that I use. He was from Michael & Sons. I have a service warranty with them. They service my air conditioning and heating unit. I kind of got a thing with them now with my AC. I gotta try to find a way whenever the temperature is ho. The AC is old. They say they won't cover the repair unless it's a replacement. They say they’re a home warranty, but the AC is almost dead and they act like they still don’t want to do anything. If I got a warranty and the warranty is legit, I shouldn't have any problems getting service especially when I'm paying. To me, these home warranties are a hoax. It's just a way of gathering money from the customers. It's kind of misleading people.

HomeSafe recommended a company and three people from that company came because it was my stove and my refrigerator having issues at the same time. All they did was look around my place and say everything was new. I keep my stuff new but it’s about two years and a couple of months. My refrigerator was about a year and a half. They spent ten minutes and charged me $215 and walked away. They didn't even push anything. And then it took them almost three weeks before they could send me a proper invoice after I paid them. I spoke to a lady from HomeSafe but I can't get her. Her name was Zoey and she even gave me her extension. She said she was gonna take care of that. Since that time, every person has been very pleasant even if they don't sound that way.
There's a pipe that burst inside of the wall and when the company came out, they had to cut the wall open. HomeSafe was willing to pay me back for everything except for that part, which is only about $70. I have to figure out a way to get the wall closed back up. If the repair people didn't cut it, it probably would have flooded the inside of my house.

HomeSafe had a better deal than the other company that we had. I had to file a claim for my AC but they can't help me, so I gotta do the whole thing. We're trying to get ahold of our bank. They got me a guy that's willing to do it for me, but we're trying to get ahold of the bank to sign some paperwork. They do it through the phone, but I cannot do that through the phone. So, I was trying to get them to send me the paper through the mail, so I can sign them and send them back. They won't do that. They just keep sending me things where we gotta sign, and it doesn't work.

I signed up for HomeSafe. I liked the price, and the way I was able to do it. But then a little bit later on as I stayed in the program, I'm learning more about it and there are some things I don't like. First of all, it's too hard to get something taken care of. When I was having problems with my washing machine, I called in and they said, "Okay. This is what you have to do." They gave me a claim number. I had to find somebody to give me a quote. Once I got a quote, then I had to wait for them to get back to me. Then I gotta send in the quote to see if they're gonna pay for it. I never had a warranty that had all those kind of problems. There are too many steps.
I have two properties that I'm paying for, and I'm like, "That's too much." It was in the middle of the winter, and it was cold. I had to go through a lot of steps to try to get somebody to come out, to the point that I said, "Somebody come out and fix my heater. I got family members, and we're freezing." I ended up paying for it out of my own pocket even though I had a warranty.

I just wrote everything that I been through and here we go again. People don't have that type of time to spent so long for reviews to do twice. I was about to quit Homeshield / Homesafe / Ameris or whoever you are. With 3 reps don't know what to do and make me jump through hoops. Policies get sold under false pretend / promises and that's not as you find out how it works. Thanks God for Rodney that fixed it all yesterday!!!!

When you call up HomeSafe to submit a claim, you tell them what your problem is and then they tell you to find somebody that does it. But they also recommend people. When my AC went out, they recommended somebody to call. They sent the number and they called the AC guy for me. He in turn called me. Then he came out and he went over the process of what I needed to do. While he was here, I called up HomeSafe and asked them if they would reimburse me if I paid him. They said ,”Yes,” because they covered it, and that was how it went. I didn't wanna wait four days sweating here. They reimbursed me over the weekend.

I had a surge issue and one of my ceiling fans went out. Techs found out what was wrong and they did my invoice. I paid them and sent my paperwork back to HomeSafe. They said they would reimburse me. It's been a week and I'm still waiting. Other than that, service is not bad.
