Purchasing a home warranty is an easy decision. It is so important to have peace of mind in the various systems associated with today's home. It increases the likelihood that a qualified technician will be contacted in the event that something breaks. It decreases the opportunity for the consumer to go It alone and find an unqualified technician based on their price quote to do it for less. I am pleased as a person with a family to care for that a service like this is available and to know that I am covered in the likelihood that Murphy's Law presents itself.

Roy was great in giving me all the answers to my questions. His supervisor (don’t recall his name) was great at finding a good price for our coverage. I feel at ease having the coverage after being a first-time home buyer.

Have researched a number of home warranty companies, and decided to go here because you actually have freedom to choose your technician vs being "assigned." Have had horrible experiences with this in the past, and like the level of control they give you as a homeowner to get work done by people you trust. Plus, looking forward to speaking with a dedicated person vs a call center.

Both representatives I spoke with was seeking the best price and coverage for me and was patient as I went to get my credit card and answered my questions. I have not used the plan yet and feel confident that if and when I need the warranty plan, I will receive good service.

I have done several jobs for them recently and they are my favorite insurance company to deal with now. They communicate well, are pleasant, and pay immediately. I look forward to working with them more in the future.

This is a scam. The biz is fraudulent. So far they have refused to do any repair. The contract clearly specifies that they cover the ductwork resealing. But they blatantly told the technician that no ductwork is covered whatsoever. This company is a shame. They even threatened with words like "they know where I live" when I told them I would let others know they just steal money and refuse to honor the contract.

Very good. Very responsive and they get the job done. My freezer was not working and I went on the website and I scheduled technician to come out, technician got in touch with me right away. Came out, diagnose the problem, ordered the part and then scheduled the time to come repair it and it was done. Thank you FIRST PREMIER. KEEP IT UP!!!!

I completed the online request for a quote and within 1 minute, received a call from Tony **. He was friendly, knowledgeable about what the plan offers and looked for ways to reduce my cost without reducing service. He told me I could have my own contractors added to their list and that the policy covers FULL repair or replacement. The only additional cost to me will be the service call fee which goes directly to the repairperson. He also added my septic system at minimal extra cost.

Michael was really understanding tell me all about home warranty. He told me that he will go the ex mile to make sure I am taken care of. I was very upset set with my other home warranty. They did not help me out at all. I was with them for over a year but I will give you all I can to stay with you if you help us out over the years. Thank You. The **.

Joe ** had very good knowledge of the plans and walked me through what I wanted to know. He also was very polite and friendly and sounded like he truly cared about the customer. Hopefully I wont have to have a claim but if I have to I have a good feeling I will be taking care of and given 5 star service like I got when I signed with the company.

I was so impressed. Within the ten minutes the part had an approval. The tech contacted FPHW and while we were talking, the parts were approved. I was so impressed! Thirty minutes from the tech pulling up, condensing fan replaced and AC working. I am totally impressed with First Premier! I am a customer forever!

The customer service response time is PHENOMENAL!! It is refreshing to speak to someone in the USA and be able to understand them. It is also wonderful to have someone LISTEN to you and respect your concerns. I just purchased a new home and just the one year I did like the 3 year plan but being the first time home buyer, I have to buy things I don't have. Was offered great deals no matter the plan and look forward to not using it but the safety of having it.

I was looking at other deals for a home warranty after having a year with AHS. I spoke with Jack about options and he was able to find a plan that met my needs and was cheaper than my last warranty. Jack was very informative and I was impressed with all the knowledge he had behind their plans. I went ahead and chose a plan that works well for my needs and know it's a doable price year after year as the price locks at the spot in which I signed up with! I will definitely be sending friends their way for a Warranty.

They've been great and responding and fixing my problems. We've got this house that everything was working before we bought it and when we moved in then lil things have been happening. They've been great helping us get everything fixed and just for a small fee to come out and fix it. They've been great. I really recommend them. Great service.

Very efficient and solved our A/C issues quickly. I was so nervous I would need a new unit however it was only the capacitor! They changed it quickly and now our unit is working wonderfully and is quiet! My claim process was easy breezy! I called customer service which helped schedule my service call. Thank you so much!

Hands down the best in the industry! I’ve had home warranties in the past and when I called First Premier for my AC unit that went out they had someone down the next morning and he repaired the unit and gave me advice how to maintain the unit as well.

When I called in I spoke to a representative named Tony **. He was extremely polite. He assisted me through the process of purchasing a home warranty plan. He really tries his hardest to get a better price and he does. It was just a pleasure speaking with Tony! Highly recommend going with this company!

Just being honest. I have had many home warranties throughout my life as a homeowner. First premier Home Warranty is definitely one of the best. Fast turnarounds and excellent customer service. If you’re on the fence and need coverage at a reasonable price. Don’t sacrifice service for price. This is a perfect marriage of the two. I’ve done the research for you. Good luck!
