I spoke with Mario concerning Bi-Polar AC not seeing my approved work order. He confirmed that it had been approved and wasn't sure why Bi-Polar didn't see it. I explained that this was my 2nd call to First Premier and the wait time was over 30 mins. I asked if he could please call Bi-Polar to let them know it was approved. He resent the email, placed me on hold and spoke with Bi-Polar to confirm that the work order was approved. Mario took the extra step to ensure my needs were met. He provided great customer service.

Mario was extremely professional and very serious about fixing my problem that I had with the AC company that came out yesterday. The serviceman told me that my AC drain was clogged and it was NOT covered by my home warranty - but he could take care of it for an additional $185.00. I told him NO, gave him a $75.00 check and he left me, a 76 year old woman with cancer with NO AC. Mario is having the serviceman diagnosis in writing and he is coming back to blow out my AC clogged drain. It's so unusual to get this type of Customer Service these day, I certainly appreciate Mario and his work ethic. Thank You.

I canceled my newly purchased policy on the same day. Twice they refused to refund my money falsely claiming I had no right to a refund. I had to get the state insurance commissioner officer involved. I discovered that their license to sell policies in my state had been revoked.

      Reviewed July 3, 2026

I purchased a warranty from this company in January 2026, expecting timely and reliable service when I needed it. Unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. When my washer and dryer both failed within a day of each other, I promptly opened a service claim via phone call and email. I was advised that I could only open up 1 claim at a time but once the 1st claim was resolved we would immediately start the 2nd claim. The assigned contractor scheduled an appointment but did not show up. After I contacted the contractor I was told they were delayed in Macon and asked if we could reschedule. After that communication stopped completely. My calls and texts went unanswered, and I was unable to get and meaningful response from the contractor or the warranty company.

After that I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by phone, email and text. After escalating my concerns, I eventually spoke to a claims manager who apologized, provided a claim number, and assured me a local technician would be assigned and that I would receive an email with details. As of this review I am still waiting on that follow up.

The most frustrating part hasn’t been the failure of the appliances itself, but the lack of communication, missed appointment and repeated unfulfilled promises. A home warranty is supposed to provide a peace of mind during unexpected breakdowns. Instead I have spent my time making repeated phone calls, sending emails and waiting for updates that never arrived. This week made 3 weeks sine I 1st repotted this claim. I hope this company improves on its communication, contractor oversight and response time so future customers receive the level of service that was PROMISED!! Based on my experience I cannot and will not recommend this company.

I submitted a request to fix problems with my dryer exhaust duct. The technician arrived within 24 hrs to inspect. I was informed that First Premier Home Warranty had to approve the repair. Seven days later, still unable to make contact with FPW for a series of drop calls, static on phone from three different phones and was told they just could not hear. I contacted the technician office to whom I had satisfied the $60 fee, and same related they were still waiting on approval 3 to four days later. It is now past eight business day and today drop calls. I requested a text but have not received.

Former customer of this company. Thankfully I was able to get out of my contract. Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Rude agents, poor communication, horrible customer service, long delays in getting money back. My money from my one and only claim was three months late and I had to call incessantly to finally receive it. My refund from cancelling my policy was also over a month late. One of the agents I spoke with actually told me that he would make sure I wouldn’t receive my money. Horrific company. I’m hoping to want people before they do any type of business with them. Honestly have nothing positive to say about them.
