I’ve been a customer of First Premier Home Warranty for over three years, and they’ve never let me down. From appliance repairs to plumbing issues, they’ve consistently provided quick and reliable service. Most recently, my water heater stopped working, leaving me without hot water. I filed a claim online, and their team promptly scheduled a technician to come out. The technician was friendly, and efficient, and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. I appreciate how transparent they are about their coverage, and their customer service representatives are always helpful and kind. Their plans are reasonably priced and offer comprehensive coverage, making them a must-have for any homeowner.

I had HSA WHICH is owned by American Home Shield for 15 years with 12 properties. They became worse and worse and worse not answering and don’t care and a scam. I would love to explain in detail. I switched after 15 years to First Premier and was hesitant thinking all the same. I was wrong, it’s been only 3 months and they are the best! Answer the phone in the USA and polite and yes they DO COVER. It is a pleasure so far. We will see in the future but for now night and day difference. American Home Shield is the largest but one of the worst, thanks First Premier, so far so good.

Steven explained the process of the home warranty very well and answered all My questions. He took the time to Find the best rate for me and provided multiple options that was affordable to Me. He also gave me examples of what a timeline would look like if our refrigerator would stop working and explained what would be needed, including how long I would have to wait for the new part. He also explained how my home is in the geeen zone, indicating that there are many different service providers in the area to contact when needed.

I had searched for several home warranties in addition to using the top-rated companies. Home warranties have strict limitations on what they will cover and, if covered, how much they will reimburse. Most of the top-rated home warranty companies are so expensive to have that the monthly fee or service fee could potentially hinder calls to fix problems in the home. But First Premier has reasonable monthly and service fees in the industry. It's reasonable enough that if you used another home warranty at exorbitant prices, it's worth it to try First Premier to gain the same quality of service as the big-named brand companies that can pay for the advertisement to get you there, First Premier will be your knight in shining armor to bail you out. Try First Premier, and you'll be pleased.

If the company performs as stated if and when I need them, then I'll be happy with them. Ted and Joe were very pleasant to speak with and did what they said they'd do. Only time will tell if they deserve my business or not. I had been with American Home Shield since 1985 and had been relatively happy with them up until April 2023 when I experienced a 9 month delay in having an appliance replaced. I initially thought that it could have been a supply chain issue but soon discovered that GE was selling the appliance that AHS promised to provide me with.

Purchased 3 year warranty from this company. Had it 3 months, then my A/C unit went out (well past their waiting period). Filed claim, it was denied even though they supposedly cover A/C's. Had to purchase a new one out of my pocket and they would not even help offset the cost. This company is a THIEVING FRAUD!!!

I noticed a charge from this company but I already use another company. There is no way to change any of the payment options or change the policy. I called the number and it would not put me through to anyone. I'm going to have to dispute these charges to get it to cancel them.

First Premier Home Warranty is THE WORST!!!! They take forever to process a claim, and you cannot make a new one in the meantime. I called to cancel my plan with them as their customer service is the worst and I was told, 'if you cancel your plan you will not get paid for the claim you have in'. Have you EVER heard of anything so absurd in all your life, DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM!!!! Can never get a supervisor, OR a straight answer out of ANYONE who answers the phone, They should be ashamed of the way they treat people...Choice or Home Shield is the way to go, THEY answer all questions, things are handled in a timely manner. STAY AWAY FROM FIRST PREMIER.

This is literally the worst warranty company in the world. Sometimes when I call from my primary phone number no one ever answers or it rings for 10 minutes plus. But when I've tested calling from another number at the same time and that number they answer immediately. The staff is unprofessional and when you ask for a manager they never are able to provide anyone. When they call you they call from auto dialers so it shows up as SPAM and you don't answer. They lied and ripped me off out of additional money on a service charge and then when I called to cancel, after telling me I had to email someone in order to do so, they sent an outrageous cancellation charge and when I called told me "I should be thankful I'm getting any money back."
