Very responsive to my inquiry about coverage and pricing. Michael answered all of my questions and provided me with a great multiyear plan that provides comprehensive coverage for my home. The call did not take long, and my documents were emailed to me immediately after our call. The documents clearly outlined my coverage, benefits, and total costs.

The Service to obtain the warranty was quick and easy. The rep offered several ways to save money. Great to have some peace of mind about my home. I would only ask to see a policy statement or agreement upfront. However, the rep was able to go into detail about the service and how it works.

How long will it take to receive the hard copy of the warranty in the mail. The sales pitch was good and easy to understand. I am now waiting for the hard copy. I was told it would be mailed to me by text AND regular mail.

Steve was very knowledgeable and answered all my preliminary questions upfront. He spoke with pride about the company he works for and I am willing to put his trust in them to the test as we are moving forward with Premier for our home warranty needs. I pray we never need them, but should we call for service that they will be a company that lives up to it's statement of being a "market leader."

After making a payment, I received a call from the Sales Rep (Jack **?). When I answered the phone he called me Karen. Not Ms. ** but Karen, like he knew me. He was very rude throughout the call. I was about to cancel.

Please don't get this company. They put you on hold and move you from person to person. I don't know how they are still in business. I have a microwave issue. It has been over three weeks and I still didn't get the issue resolved. Customer service is poor and the service is bad.

The guy explained and answered all my questions and even worked with my budget. Plus explained lots of stuff and I even got roof protection which with some of the winds we have here is great to have and it gives me peace of mind to have appliances covered as well.

This morning I spoke to Tony, of Premier Home Warranty, and he knew I was looking at home warranties but undecided. He offered me lots of time and allowed me to call him repeatedly. He explained the program and looked for incentives for me. I brought the program and will recommend to others as it is great to know that if something in my house goes wrong, I can call Premier Home Warranty and they will send out a professional.

Sale person was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns. Premium and copay is what sold me on First Premier. Also the fact that I can use my own contractors. Now we will see if this is true.

Contacted First Premier from a text message with a promotion. Sales department handled everything very well. They were even interested in my best service for the money, giving me a senior discount. The cost was very reasonable and covered all of my appliances.

I researched several home warranty companies as I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past. When I spoke with your representative, I was informed with friendly professionalism and leaned the coverage is complete at an affordable price. Every step of the way was explained and easy to follow. What I know so far, this is the company for us. Thank you.

Our initial experience with dealing with First Premier has been first rate. We talked with Don for the initial contact. He was very friendly and professional. Once he understood our situation, he transferred us on to Jason who explained all of the coverage and discounts available for us senior citizens. (Guess it's almost worth getting older! Lol) Anyway, this is an outstanding service contract and a real no brainer. We are looking forward to not having to worry about all of our appliances, Heating and air conditioning, household mechanics, etc. Repairs are something you hope you never need, but it's nice to know that First Premier has your back with dozens of service providers in our area. A simple explanation of the plan and no fussing! My neighbors recommended this home warranty and via a phone call Joe made the process easy. I feel this warranty is about having that peace of mind as a homeowner and hopefully stress-free when I need the help.

Steve was courteous and professional. He got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Appreciated being serviced in this manner. Too many other companies sales people do not act in this manner. I hope the service contractors operate likewise.

I placed a gas stove starter claim on 4/28. A contractor was assigned to my claim, and I contacted them 4/28. They advised me that they do not do business with First Premier, as they've not had good experiences. I called First Premier same day, and they reassigned a new contractor 5/4. I contacted the new contractor 5/4, they came out 5/4 and I paid them my $75 service fee for their diagnosis.

Customer service was a great experience with Michael **, lots of reps with other home warranty companies were super pushy but he took time to explain and answer any questions I had and go over all my concerns to protect my home and my pricing that is within my budget, definitely referring everyone I know to him to get the same great service I received!!

The rep was very friendly and was willing to explain anything that I didn't understand. My AC unit went out and they were persistent about getting about getting a technician out. I would recommend you guys to all my friends and family. Hands down y'all are the best.

Just signed up for a Platinum plan. Includes roof protection, a lifetime price lock and transferable coverage. My customer service associate, Joe ** provided excellent explanations of plans available and found me the best price for my needs. Highly recommended.

Michael ** was extraordinarily knowledgeable in the provisions and operations of FPHW and clearly explained the aspects of my new warranty coverage. Although I do not want a breakdown, it will occur, and I am anxious to see if FPHW can stand up to its promises to take care of my household appliances.

Dishonest & unresponsive. This was my worst ever experience with what was supposed to be a home warranty. More than once this company given me the go ahead for using my own tech and then refuses to refund my money or say oh that's not covered. On another occasion even the technician that they've recommended refused to complete the work unless I pay out of pocket because he claims they're terrible at paying for service rendered. The so called supervisor always sounds disgruntled and yesterday he hung up on me because I told him this company is conducting shady business.

The representative, Jack, was responsive to my questions and clarified them very well. He was patient as he allowed me to review the plan. He was diligent in reaching out to me to see if the plan I chose was appropriate for my needs.

I appreciate the information and pricing. The only concern that I have is the 30 day waiting period before the coverage takes effect. However, it is a new home (to us) and everything should be in proper working order. It just means that if anything does break down before the policy covers us we'll have to pay out of pocket, which is why we are purchasing this insurance in the first place.

Tony ** was very clear when explaining the Home Warranty options, features, and benefits. He also explained my pricing, when the insurance would start, and the process to obtain service. He gave me public information regarding another competitor that I considered along with his company.

John and Jason were very thorough with answering my questions and tried to provide the best deal possible. I've had several other warranty companies and have has issues getting claims either resolved or resolved in a timely manner. Based on my communication with John and Jason, I believe this will be a good experience.

Great customer service, Michael was the Best and very Detailed about the Warranty. I feel that this will relieve some of the stress of being a home owner. Hopefully we will be lifetime customers. Also will definitely recommend to any friends and family that is seeking home coverage.

I purchased a 6 yr contract. I filed a claim after 2 months and it was denied. After many phone calls, it was approved for a small portion of the actual cost of repair. I contacted them to cancel my policy after 6 months and they wanted to refund less than half the amount of the contract. The contract and website do not mention cancelation fees. I would not recommend them for the home warranty. The representatives are rude and don't return phone calls.

Just purchased a new contract with John **. He was very helpful and patient with me in finding the right plan for my budget. The ease of doing business with him was great. I received all of my coverage needs and even a couple of months free. Give him a call!

Joe M. was your authentic in his dealing. Due to his good customers skills, I added our second property to the warranty too. The only disappointment was that I didn't get the discount one should get for multiple properties. Because of that, I couldn't give 5 stars to the company. To Joe, I will give 5 stars as this was not in his control.

We are just now starting our plan, but sign up was fast and easy. We got to pick what we wanted add our options quick and easy, and we knew the price right away. Joe was our representative and he was very kind and answered all our questions fast and made us feel very comfortable about our choices.

Great Experience. I will refer to others, Joe is a nice person but slightly over enthusiastic about selling, still it was not a bad experience. The next thing will be invoking the policy when needed, experiencing the claim process if needed will be more important.

The agent was phenomenal, I would highly recommend this company and specifically the agent Steven did an excellent job. Very well done the experience was pleasant, the agent was very helpful and I love the warranty that I was offered.

Purchased a policy for my son, who is a veteran, he is buying his first home and I know it's important to have coverage to start with. Went online. Filled out the form, had a call within minutes and had policy setup shortly thereafter. Very easy and quick, all questions were answered. Would recommend First Premier to anyone.

Don't believe what they say. Worst company I've dealt with in a long time. Unprofessional, rude and a scam. Terrible customer service and no online portal. Buyer beware. They should be ashamed of themselves.

In Jan of 2022 I paid 446.78 for a home warranty. On May the 10th my ac went out in 90 degree heat and I called to make a claim and I was told it would take 3 or 4 days to process it. So I called my own tech and they came out and replaced a part that was under warranty and I paid 268.00 out of my pocket for the labor and service call. The claim was approved to be fixed. I have sent this company over 200 emails and mailed them over 4 letters with all my documents and a year later they still refuse to send me my refund. I paid for a service that I never received. They keep all of my money. I was told over 3 times that my check was in the mail but it never came. They refused to work with any agency to work out any resolution with me. They lied to the TN att. gen office telling them that my check was put in the mail but it never came.

Good value in home warranty for all appliances in the house including roof leaks and other goods like Kitchen appliances, AC units, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, sink disposal washer, and dryer and much more.

My agent was very informative and explained my options. He ensured me that I was making a good choice. I didn’t give a 5 because I asked for more time to think it over and he made me feel like the quote May not be the same if I waited. He did give me a few hours to decide and called back as he said he would.

Representative was very knowledge and explained in detail the Plan. He spoke with manager to negotiate a better deal. Very courteous and answered the question I had at that time. He mentioned that if I get friends that I will benefit.

My service advisor was succinct, convenient and friendly. Great Service with a discount. Also, additional coverage was easy to add to the policy as my house has five air conditioners that require coverage. The process was also quick to get my coverage and understand the next steps (including getting a hard copy of my policy).

With the last company I never had to be reimbursed. They paid once the contractor fee was paid. They paid the contractor directly. You all are very misleading. I have calling to get a refund of my policy. But the line is forever busy.

Michael was very knowledgeable and professional in discussion of the warranty program. Answered all questions favorably. After reviewing several warranty plans. I chose First Premier Home Warranty for their pricing, coverage and rating. I have had several different service plans that weren't very reliable.

The experience was mostly good. However, I asked specifically what the TOTAL cost would be and I was told $1,750. After I accepted and got to the end, I was told that it was $1,903.50. I was told that was due to taxes. I wasn't told it was $1,750+ tax. I was told it was $1,750 TOTAL.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service I received. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE and Michael was extremely competent and helpful! He went the "extra mile" to make sure I received all of the available discounts and promotions. I would definitely recommend First Premier Home Warranty to family and friends!

Talk to John the representative, went over coverage options, which I wanted everything that could be covered. Got a very good rate, better than my previous coverage/rate, which didn't cover the roof, and the introductory rate way out beat my previous home coverage.

Stephen was outstanding in describing First Premiere's product. The price and deductible were satisfactory and I signed up for the service which begins April 30. I will have to hope nothing breaks before then! I hope all of your employees are as outstanding as Stephen is, and I think it is time for a promotion for him!

The rep was great with setting up our account. He explained everything in detail. We are currently with another home warranty company and he told me how we can get this plan to kick in so we won’t lapse in coverage.

I found your company listed first in the top 10 home warranty companies. I called and all my questions were answered quickly. One of my main questions was where the repairmen are located. I was pleasantly surprised to find there are several to choose from and they are within a 15 - 30 mile radius. I appreciated the friendliness and courteous attitude of the people I talked to. I would like to have the 3 hard copies of the coverage and extended time allowed because of coming on new with roof coverage. Documentation Please. I enjoyed having two persons giving me precise information of the coverages, but would like to see in print what I have purchased per each property.

I switched to First Premier Home Warranty because the last one would take a week or longer to get somebody out when I had issues. First Premier promised that they have a 24-hour turn around that if there's an emergency it's within 6 to 8 hours. I got all of this in an email and so I did switch. Within 30 days of having First Premier Home Warranty my hot water heater stopped producing hot water. I called them and they said they would get back to me. They did send me an email that went to my spam. Apparently I was required to call the plumber and they don't put the message out to the plumber nor does the plumber get a hold of you so if you're not careful and you don't see the email in your spam it might appear that they didn't even get a hold of you.

I would not recommend First Premier Home Warranty company to anyone. Firstly, they have denied every repair claim on my home appliances. Secondly, they never communicated with me that claim was denied or why. I had no heat for weeks and they never returned my calls when I asked for follow up. Thirdly, they are not following up with the technicians who were sent to the house and dragging their feet with paying them.

The First Premier Home Warranty sales person was very nice and answered all my questions. The other warranty I had signed up for had very pushy and somewhat rude. I am happy with my FPHW plan and it will cost less in the long run. I opted for a 6 year plan with lower cost over the 6 years and much lower service call fees than any of the other warranties out there.

I was on the fence about getting a home warranty however First Premier had the best package and price combination. The representative that I talked to was knowledgeable and gave me a lot of plan options. The only thing I think could be improved is a payment plan for the longer 6 or 3 year plans. Do not use this company. Disreputable!!!! They offered cash in lieu of repairs for a covered washing machine that could not be repaired. Said they did replace it because the model is no longer available although I have IN WRITING from the company that they replace with comparable models.

Tony ** explained our plan and gave us a great price and low service fee. We did a 3 year plan so hopefully we won't need service. It gives us peace of mind we won't have to haggle with price increases in the next 3 years. Let's hope they are a good company and take care of us. I see reviews are mixed as with any company.

I was promised when I purchased this coverage that all of my appliances would be fixed or REPLACED!!!! That is a lie, they tell you that it cannot be repaired and they will pay you out. This is the biggest joke ever, they only offered 125.00!! You cannot purchase a dishwasher for anywhere near that. The least cost one was almost 600.00. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GUYS, THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS TO RIP CONSUMERS & SENIORS OFF!!

I was called immediately after submitting my info for an online quote. Steven was informative, helpful, and excited to explain the company's offers. He also offered a special price which lowered my annual cost & service call. I asked for a few days to think it over and appreciated the extra time since we had just been scammed by a different service provider. He called back, set me up in a few minutes. Hoping we have the same experience if we need to use our warranty.

Eli ** took care of my business quickly and efficiently, which is always a plus with me. And I got a good deal, with a $200 a month discount, two free months, and now a third free month from y'all. Can't beat that with a stick.

The plan is a solid warranty with maximum coverage. I used it to cover my entire property. With the discounts it made it possible to treat as an investment without breaking the bank. Service folks were friendly and knew their product.

When purchasing my policy, I wanted to know all the details, John ** was in a rush to get my cc information, I wanted to hear all details first, once I purchased the policy, he told me it is not effective for 30 days, I wish he has told me this prior to purchase.

I cancelled my contract today because I found out my 18 Seer air conditioning Unit would not be covered. In addition, after looking at the contract, I notice that many things were not covered regarding other items in the house. I was told that I could cancel within 30 days, but no one told me I couldn't get my money back. In addition, I wasn't told about the 50 cancellation fee. To First Premier's credit, they did waive the $50 fee although, I am still out $42.46. I would like to have my money back.

The way they offer to give me discounts and offer to give more explanation what's is covered very helpful very understanding. I would recommend this service to my neighbors. I like the way how they kept insisting to stay with you guys longer than a year. I will highly think about this.

First Premier Home Warranty is a scam and fraudulent. They promise to repair or replace the item in your home. However, they have a clause that states they can offer a cash payout for the broken item. This gives them the opportunity to walk away from any claim for Pennies on the dollar. Example: I need to have my dishwasher fixed. Instead of repairing the dishwasher, which is a $500 repair, they said it wasn’t worth the repair and offered me $126 to go away. They can choose to do this with any item in any home. This group is a scam. Don’t pay the money for a policy no matter how great of a deal they promise.

I called and purchased the policy I wanted. Of course they tried to sell me more, but I understand that's their job. They did offer me a free month for my review. Don't know yet if I got it, and haven't used the policy yet. My review is solely for the purchase of the policy.

Salesman was very informative and courteous. Address all question and concerns I had a pleasant experience. Received a fair and competitive bid. Seem to be very knowledgeable and acquainted with the product was very clear and concise. I really enjoyed the conversation and the talk.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jack in customer service today. He was able to lock in an amazing rate and only $60 service fee. That's less than half of what we were paying in the past! Thank you so much!

Customer service is courteous but talks too fast. It nice that they offer senior citizens a discount. They also include my electronic devices which is wonderful. I had a different appliance insurance that the rates were going up for my second year by a lot, that's why I went with your company.

The agent is very helpful. Way more helpful than other companies. In addition, the warranty is way more affordable than other companies. I shopped around with eight other companies before I decided on this company. I saved several hundred dollars a year with improved and increased coverage. It also is for a 14 month term versus a 12 month term.

I was getting ripped off by my current home warranty. I switched to First Premier Home Warranty today and Brian got me the same coverage for $500 a year less than what I’ve been paying with no risk. He was very considerate and helpful.

The First Premier Warranty company is the worst company that I have ever used. First they are hard to get a hold of on the phone to report the claim. I have had to claims and they use every reason not to pay the claim. Pick another company. Their communications is poor at best.

I have had a few different home warranty companies over the years. Never have I had any problems until this company. First they do not proactively contact you with the results of your service request. I opened an order on 12/16/22. On 12/22/22 I had not heard from anyone so I called them and they gave me the name and number of the service provider. I had to call them. The service provider came out quickly and they completed and sent their findings to First Premier. Again, radio silence. I called them on 12/29/22 and they said it was declined.

I've been fighting with them since 1 year ago today. They lie. They are big at committing fraud. They have threatened me. They say they don't have my money but policy is still active. They won't let me cancel.

We enrolled in full coverage for our appliances back in 2/2021. On 12/25 our Refrigerator stopped working and the Tech who came out on 12/28 verified is was a broken condenser A MECHANICAL FAILURE. Due to the Christmas holiday it wasn't surprising that a tech wasn't available to work on the Fridge right away. The Tech told us that his findings will be communicated with First Premier then they will contact us to let us know if they will repair the condenser or elect to get us a new Fridge. First Premier NEVER tried to contact us with an update to the claim and they made us do 100% of the reaching out. Multiple times when we did they told us we were "in the queue" and should have an answer shortly. This happened 3 different times, each time they made a promise that we would be contacted...WE NEVER WERE... I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor and I was never connected to one.

Worked with us to find a plan we could afford. Good coverages easy additional service for 2nd refrigerator. We are seniors and my husband is also a veteran. I am glad they gave us a discount for his service.

Updated on 01/06/2023: I’ve filed complaints with the NY State Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau. The company lied to the NYAG’s office and said they’d resolve the claim but when I call they demand that I remove all negative reviews and sign a consent form that bars me from posting any other reviews. They representatives sound like thugs who talk over me, boast about their ‘Harvard Lawyers’, and yell that they feel threatened when I make demands for a refund. Obviously this scam is predicated on good reviews to keep the cash coming in. They get people to post 5 star reviews lauding the nice people who sell the policies, but read the 1 star reviews: the company doesn’t pay money out, they only take it in. The address they list appears to be fake. According to Google Maps, it’s a small store that as of July 2022 was the White Velvet Spa. Run away from this company!

I was comparison shopping for Home Warranty plans. I contacted several companies. After speaking with several Sales personnel at First Premier I spoke with Mr. Jack **. Mr. Jack ** provided EXCELLENT, courteous and professional Customer Service. Mr. ** was attentive to address my questions with responses of which were clear and acceptable. Example “toilet” is included in "Plumbing." Mr. Jack ** is the reason I took advantage of a Cyber 6 years offer with $45 Service Fee as well as Ice Maker and Roof inclusions in contract. Mr. ** is an asset to First Premier. Mr. **' professionalism along with his knowledge of company's detailed marketing information should be emulated. Ms **

Stay as far away from this company as you can. They will sell you on "extras for free" and "discounts" but then won't provide the service, tell you to call back in 24 hours dozens of times and then refuse to honor the contract and make up random "fees" if you ask for a refund. They blocked me on Facebook for leaving a bad review. Do not do business with these idiots or you will regret it.

First Premier Home Warranty denied our appeal due to "short to ground" for the second time even though the service tech said it was due to normal wear and tear. When I told him I followed up on the warranty company's phone call to the tech and called him out on his lie he immediately told me I needed 36 months of records for an air conditioner that came with a home I just bought. There are multiple reviews of this kind of activity from this company on multiple social media sites. Todd was rude and condescending once he was caught in his lie. And he would not provide the denial in writing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY WARRANTY COMPANIES, especially First Premier.

Such great customer service, a credit to this organization. Kept working for me until he found the best deal. Went to his manager to find even better deals. I’ve never had a customer service experience so good. Bravo. Will recommend to my family and friends unreservedly.

Roy is very good at his job. He tried to save me money on a longer plan which I can't afford right now but if his co. does a good job for the next year I would certainly check a longer one at that time.

Switch home warranty. They said they would cancel previous home warranty called back a few days later I got another bill for my previous home warranty. They told me they would waive the 30 day activation. I called to make a claim. They cannot wait that I sent them proof of coverage still nothing the suppose supervisor, Todd was rude to me and then tried to accuse me of pre-existing claims. The other person, David ** lied to me, told me that he would waive my 30 day fee.

I want to log in to my account and can't find an online access. The original contact was good, a little pushy but good. However, I can't get ahold of anyone for a claim now. They have been unbelievably nice when I do talk to someone.

All is fine between me and First Premier Home Warranty.

I signed up for the plan and paid $42 on 7/20/22. I was also charged on 8/20/22 for $42. I had to wait 30 days to file a claim, which I did on 8/22/22 for a plumbing concern. I filed claim #700 and was assigned a plumber on 8/23/22. However, the plumber never returned my call or came to my home. I called First Premier and they assigned another plumber, who also never returned my call or made an appointment. He even said the warranty company contacted him but didn't state they were a home warranty company.

I just switched from another company to First Premier due to same coverage at greater value. Also Customer Service Rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and prompt! They worked with me to assess my needs to get me the best plan for my budget while making certain my needs were met!

Salesperson was very Professional at this field, it explain every detail, answer any questions that I asked, explains all the services that the Company has, gives incentives to the Client at the first time, it gives 2 months free after getting the Home Warranty for a year, it explains also about Citizen and Seniors discounts, etc, etc.

Felt that Micheal ** did a great job in explaining the plan to me and prices for such. I feel your plan offers more the three other plans I looked at and your price for such is very affordable for the average owner such as myself.

I've been trying to get a refund from this Company since April 2022. The service company they assigned back in April said he got a call out of the blue from them to come to my house, he said he never heard of this company and was leery and he would not come out unless I gave him double what my contract said I will pay for a service call. I have been trying to cancel at least 10 times with e-mails and phone calls to no avail.

The man I spoke with was very nice, I think I got a good deal but just bought my house and have not had the luxury of using it yet. I will let you know down the road if I have to use it and if it is any good.

We got a call from a representative after getting a quote online and he was able to give us several great discounts. We also got a offer to have the rate locked in for 5 years plus get a free year of coverage.

Outstanding First Meet/discussion with service representative, the interview went will, most of my question was answer and explained, price and monthly charge was agreed, the service charges explained. However, most of the services had already been researched online and compared to other providers, I feel that I've made the right choice with "First Premier" until proven wrong.

When working with the Agent he was very self-explanatory and answered all my questions. He was also patient and listened to me as I requested information. I did not feel he was pushing the policy on me and even mentioned a senior discount which I would have not thought of.

He was really good about giving me all the information that I needed in a quick and straightforward fashion and he made the 5 Year Plan offer really hard to turn down, although normally I would turn down those kind of offers. However, because he was so straightforward and honest about the coverage I felt comfortable enough to commit to 5 years upfront knowing that he would be my direct salesperson. I'd give him a raise if I were in charge of that.

Please don’t buy a home warranty. They want your money BUT they really look for ways to avoid paying your claim at all costs. This one, First Premier Home Warranty is the 2nd most deceptive company I’ve ever done business with, and they truly seem of the criminal mindset. I’ve only filed two claims with this company but because they are impossible to work with I voluntarily ended the contract just so I don’t have to ever talk to them again. Harassment is the best word to describe. On record are over 100 emails, two claims not fully paid, lies, lies, and more lies. I’ve also filed two reports with police, & will have a website up soon when they forced me to change my number after turning my personal information over to several marketing companies (owned by Walker I’m going to find out?).

I had a great experience! I got a call from advisor and he was able to explain everything to me where I could understand what I was buying and what it covered. Also on top of that he was able to find me some discounts to make the deal even sweeter.
