This is my first time getting home warranty so I was a little nervous but I am very pleased with the help that I’ve got from Joe **. I would recommend to families and friends. I’ve been looking for a home warranty for a few weeks and felt like it was a negotiation to get the best price. This was not the case with First Premier Home Warranty. I called Michael. He answered all my questions and gave me the best price without having to play hardball. Highly recommend!

My representative, Michael, was very professional and thorough! Answered every question I had (and I had many) in detail, and his explanation of the program left me with very few questions about that! I was sceptical at first, but I did sign up with confidence that this is a program with value!

Very bad service and communication... No protection help, taking monthly fee, and deductible for the claim but nothing is covered. No specific description of coverage protection. No benefits to have this home warranty. It waste time and money for this business FIRST PREMIER HOME WARRANTY. I have water heater leaking but wait to hear back from them in 3 days not until I called them.

I bought a home warranty for $399 from this scam company in August. I called them today for an A/C repair service. They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for dispatch to email me to schedule service??? It's 83 degrees in my house RN... There's no way I'm waiting 24 to 48 hours. I filed a BBB complaint and have disputed the $399 with my bank. And I had to call an A/C company and pay $175 for repairs!!!! This company is a joke!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!

I have been with this company for two years and this was the first time I called in a claim. It was for one of my AC units where a problem was discovered during regular maintenance. I sent them the quote and after trying to get help and not successful 3 times, finally got a person to pick up and help. Sent in pictures, quotes, etc. Basically I did all the pre-work for them. Their response was to pay for less than 1/10 the quoted part cost based on some mysterious blue book (that they cannot produce). In calling to try and talk to someone, and finally reaching a person to pick up, the response was both condescending and rude and followed with being hung up on - three times! Then they started with emails and said I had to sign the document that I still needed to talk about cost. After several emails (5) to try and get a response their only response is to call back the general number again and they will not talk about the cost.

The salesman called Joe ** sold me the platinum plan with all parts coverage last December. But when I filed a claim for AC not cooling down this June, they denied all parts requested by it contractor and only wanted to pay $30 for 3 pounds Freon. After I complained about it, they sent me the basis document which was different from what I received last December. Even by now I didn't receive any penny from the claim. Fraudulent policy!

Well you buy their plan but when you need them they ignore you and they send someone to fix the problem but is cost them a new item. They offer you a low amount of cash to close the issue and if you don't accept it they don't answer emails phone calls and when you call for a new problem forget about it. They hang up the phone and they don't even reimburse you for fixing it or what you pay them. Just hire a lawyer for this.

Great claims process, had an ac go out in the upstairs master room, they had someone out the following morning with the part that was needed to repair the unit. Refreshing to see a company stand by their product and help customers. I recommend this home warranty companies for your needs.

Contracted with this company 7/3/23. I was quoted a rate of $434.41 for the year, with monthly billing. I was charged the full amount and when I inquired why, I was told I lost the monthly billing option because of the "Senior discount" they gave me. I made a claim 8/2/23; after being referred to two different contractors I still did not get repairs. The first reference was invalid email and no answer to phone message: the second one made an appointment but was a no show.

My Jenn-Air range top element went out. After finally locating a repair person (I had to do that), he advised me that parts were no longer available, and it could not be repaired. I was offered $200 to replace a range that costs more than 10X that amount - completely unsatisfactory. I worked 35 years in real estate and I never heard of such an offer. I would appreciate your help on this matter.

Warning; This is the worst Warranty Company. They have horrible customer service. They don't bank their product & you can't even review them on BBB. Things have gotten so Toxic that I've had to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Stay Far Away. (P.S. They treated my mom just as poorly with a different situation. She was so angry that she filed a complaint 1st. I really regret recommending them to her).

Don’t trust these scammers and don’t buy warranty from this company. Scam company sending unlicensed technicians that don’t understand and speak English. Absolutely horrible coverage - They give pennies when you spend thousands on policy purchase. Absolutely horrendous customer service and Supervisor is too rude. Instead of resolving the issues, they put our account on hold.

Very disappointed with this company. After placing a claim for my air conditioning I was assigned a technician to come out. When I contacted the company that was assigned, I was told that their technician was in the hospital. I contacted Premier and was told that I could use my own technician and to email the invoice if they were unavailable to be reached by phone. Well New York is on Eastern time, 3 hours ahead of Az, (they are not available 24 hrs, only answering service) and I followed procedure, paid the invoice, emailed the invoice and now am told the repair was not authorized or covered. Unfortunately it was 115 degrees that day and could not wait. Communication is poor at best.

I gave them a try based on the reviews I saw and it was totally false. They won't fix anything as their brochure describes, I had a washer issue and they made me pay and wait on a partial reimbursement for the repair. I paid extra for A/C coverage and they won't fix my A/C at all. Don't do what I did, don't try them.

Because I talk to several company this company was the best choice and we got more for our more money. They talk me through what I would get for my money and I will get service fast if something breaks down in our home. The price was great and cheaper than anyone. Yes I would recommend to my family.

Tony was great to work with. He accommodated his schedule to work with me and answered all my question and concerns and then again with my wife. His actions are an example of what good customer service is. In spite of other reviews I saw on-line. So far so good. Thank you Tony.

I am going to recommend Premier to my neighbors. We found the Premier Booklet to be very informative. It answers many of the questions I had about how to file a claim.

WARNING STAY AWAY! They accused me of one small part of my dishwasher broke on the 14th so they accuse me of it happening before the 30 days was that but it happened right after the 30-day waiting period, right after and it doesn't matter if it happened right after or have been happening six months later. I still waited the 30 days but they denied me because this woman who I was talking to for about 10 minutes contacted them.

Tony was prompt in securing my coverage within minutes of our call and sent me my welcome letter and full documents to my email and gave me all information that I will need. Thank you so much for people like Tony and First Premier.

John was extremely helpful! I purchased a Home Warranty from him, for the Buyer of a condo that I am selling in Reno. I was impressed with his service, as well as the policy price and $60, service fees! I am a Real Estate Broker in California. We have now canceled our contract with American Home Shield due to their absolutely TERRIBLE performance. We have enjoyed talking with your representatives and look forward to years of good service. I had purchase this plan in order to get warranty on my home. I called in 6/7 to get my plumbing done. The plumber came and stated waiting on 1st premier to cover. They denied on 6/30. Tell me to fill out cash lien. In that if any plumbing goes wrong. I cannot call in. I told them I want cancel this plan. Stated I need to pay them 50 for cancelation or they will put a lien on my house. They are crooks. They already take out 45 to get started which I paid $45 for a month. Nothing get started. They called that the waiting period. Then you pay another $45 technically to get your plan get started. Since it wasn't active. Plus I had to pay service call of $60 to tell they will not cover it. All my plumbing needed was a snake. Which it took them only 20 mins to fix. Why having this plan if I have to get someone else to do it.

I was deciding between three home warranty providers. I'd ultimately decided to go with First Premier and purchased one year of service at what seemed to be a great value compared to the other choices. What is even better is that a First Premiere representative call me and offered even better service, at a lower price, and offer the chance to lock that low rate in for six years! Of course, I glad accepted, and he was able to void out the earlier payment I made and signed me up for the six year rate lock. I'm glad I considered First Premier and I look forward to having their coverage.

I talked to Steven and received a quote and he understood my hearing problems and was helpful. I told him I would call him back after I checked a few things and he did not pressure me into making a fast decision which made me more likely to sign up.

I had gotten a few different quotes for my home. All of them were confusing and when I was done with one I didn't feel comfortable about the protection or pricing and even didn't understand if certain items were covered or not. Until through Comsumer Affairs helped me get involved with Priemer Home Warranty. They immediately made me feel like family. All my questions were answered and I was so relieved, Their prices were great and they threw in an extra 2 months service free. Their service call fee was 60.00. The others that wanted 85.00 and or 125.00.

I have had a home warranty program for over 5 years with American Home Shield and Fidelity Home Warranty. When I called First Premier, I spoke with Jack **. He spent more time with me than the other companies ever did! I truly felt like he cared about my concerns. He helped me to feel confident that if and when an issue occurs, that First Premier is fair and honest! Hello, I recently joined First Premier home warranty after speaking with a sales rep advising of the many great things this company offers, such as, covering appliances if they are unable to fix them and having customer service reps available that are friendly and easy to speak with. I recently had my a/c unit stop working. First Premier was quick to get service out however I am unfortunately without A/C still in Tucson AZ. I was not contacted by First Premier after the a/c company sent them the repairs needed. I called them asking what was next and was then told the coil to my ac unit was not covered and this would be out of pocket ($2500). I asked for details as I never received my contract once I signed up.

I signed up for a new policy and spoke to Tony **, and he explained all the different policies and what they offer. We found the best policy to fit my needs and my budget. I’m excited to start my new policy in September with First Premier Home Warranty. I am glad that they are much more reasonable and provide the same service as one of their competitors.

I am a brand new customer. Had not heard of First Premier before but the representative, Steven **, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. I'm praying I don't need anything major but it's a peace of mind knowing you are covered. The only thing I wasn't too pleased about is the 30-day wait but I love that they have a full refund in that 30 days if you want to cancel for whatever reason. I like that the company appreciates their vets and they have a friends and family program as well as a second property discount. They also price match. Love it!!!

Login link doesn't work, so you cannot even look at your contract online. They do not send you the contract. I've been on hold for 43 minutes. When I purchased this, I was told I had to pay, upfront, for 3 years, now I'm out $1143.18, because I cannot even reach the company! I've received 2 emails, neither of which has any login information, and the phone number just puts you on hold, (didn't give you the option to enter an extension number). They don't even have automated that breaks in occasionally to let you know you haven't been forgotten. I want a refund. I'm going to contact my credit card company, to inform them of these issues.

Asked for a sample policy and had a chance to read it without being rushed, asked a few questions, then started our policy. Looking forward to having First Premier Home Warranty cover my home. In my opinion this is the best coverage and I checked a bunch of them out.

Salesman was knowledgeable and accommodating and thouroughly listed the available options. He then gave me a much better deal than had been available online. I have not used the insurance yet but am relieved to know that I am completely covered at home for any unforeseen breakdowns of my systems.

Their prices are hard to beat. The terms seem fair. Nice to have the peace of mind on appliance repair and more. I like that I can use my trusted contractor or their team of experts. After shopping a round I chose to go with this fine company. I think that this decision will serve me well.

I’ve dealt with other home warranty companies in the past and Tony was great. Not over the top pushy, had lots of good information. He worked to earn my business and he knew his stuff. The salesman I spoke to was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. The price that I was quoted was the lowest that I’ve received. He told me about all the different price ranges. Also when I asked him if he could sweeten the deal a little he made it happen.

I have NO idea how this company has 4 stars? Literally the worst home warranty company I have encountered. They even make their contractors sign a NDA and they can not send you a copy of their service report?! Contractor told us our control panel on our microwave/oven combo wall unit was not working and that it would be about $1k to repair. The unit brand new is over $3k. The home warranty covers this type of repair but it also says they have the right to offer "cash in lieu of repairs". Typical home warranties will give you a decent cash value to replace your unit minus depreciation, if they deem the repairs are too costly. First Premier refused to do the repairs and offered us "cash in lieu of repairs" in the amount of $179.99!! I understand depreciation but the unit is only 3.5 years old. When I called to try and plead my case, I was treated with such disrespect by the agent. I was in shock!! Please learn from me and STAY AWAY from this company. There are far too many other reputable companies to choose from.

I called and spoke with Steven. He was insightful and did not pressure me. He thoroughly explained to me the coverage as well as the process when making a claim. Steven intently listened to all my questions and directly answered those questions. Then, based upon my situation, Steven investigated whether I was eligible for additional benefits and discounts.

I purchased a First Premier extended warranty and it has been a complete disaster. My air conditioner broke down shortly after buying it, but First Premier denied my claim and provided a minimal compensation that didn't even cover the repair costs. They even deducted it from the hefty amount I paid upfront. Stay away from First Premier! They are a fraudulent company.

After searching and even going with another provider, I was impressed with Rep Jason **'s knowledge and response to every question that I had. He answered questions based on his personal experience with other providers as well as his knowledge about the better services First Premier has to offer. I verified all his correct answers. Even the answers that other home warranty providers didn't share with me, the fine print, would have resulted in bad services for me since I'm a single parent on a budget. Tony was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, like how many "local" contractors are in my area, because that has been a problem before, and that we were always having to pay for out of network contractors, He reassured me that First Premier would take care of us & I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market and their service fee was much better than others I had spoke to.

They took care of me giving me the best policy for my money. And kept adding things to help strengthen my policy and saving. Love this company already. Once they found out I was a veteran the team continued to search for saving that would benefit me over the life of the policy. What I appreciate the most was there were no pressure tactics or games.

I found them to be friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions that were necessary. Was willing to work with me because of certain things that I did not own. I found pricing to be reasonable. I do belong with another company that I was with for quite a few years but always seem to have been getting a hassle with anything so hopefully they will be hassle free. If not then I'll have to move on and I would rather go without insurance than to have to go through hassles but I do have confidence that they will be good for me.

Calling Jack ** to find status of the refund from my other home warranty provider (was told getting the refund part of the contract.) Also need clarification on when my coverage begins. Left 3 messages. No return call. Beginning to think you're not a very good company to deal with. Will search for a replacement ASAP.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and matched the other company. I am very pleased with everything that the coverage of everything in my home. I am happy that Consumer Report and Forbes say you're number one. Thank you for everything. I am happy the amount never goes and it is locked.

After doing some research, I decided on First Premier. The overall experience was fine, but I wish there was better communication between me and the agent I spoke to on the phone. Given my work schedule, I'd rather communicate through email, but he required that I called which was a little inconvenient at times. Also, when he did respond with an email, his responses were short and not fully helpful. Not getting the information I needed, I offered to continue shopping around for a home warranty company. In the end, he was able to communicate with me and my real estate agent, but I was not impressed with the level of communication.

I believe the gentleman's name was Tony. He did very well. He explained all the policies that you had. Tried to give me all kinds of discounts because we were senior and vet home but I could not afford the large amount so I had to go with making my payments on a monthly basis. But I'm okay. I was perfectly delighted talking to Tony. He made me feel comfortable. Welcome to the company and everything.

I worked with Steven. She was so nice to explain about coverage and was transparent. Excellent customer services. I highly recommend this company for home warranty. The coverage items are good and they have discount if you have more than one property.

Steve was very knowledgeable and answered all my preliminary questions upfront. He spoke with pride about the company he works for and I am willing to put his trust in them to the test as we are moving forward with Premier for our home warranty needs. I pray we never need them, but should we call for service that they will be a company that lives up to it's statement of being a "market leader."

After making a payment, I received a call from the Sales Rep (Jack **?). When I answered the phone he called me Karen. Not Ms. ** but Karen, like he knew me. He was very rude throughout the call. I was about to cancel.

Please don't get this company. They put you on hold and move you from person to person. I don't know how they are still in business. I have a microwave issue. It has been over three weeks and I still didn't get the issue resolved. Customer service is poor and the service is bad.

The guy explained and answered all my questions and even worked with my budget. Plus explained lots of stuff and I even got roof protection which with some of the winds we have here is great to have and it gives me peace of mind to have appliances covered as well.

This morning I spoke to Tony, of Premier Home Warranty, and he knew I was looking at home warranties but undecided. He offered me lots of time and allowed me to call him repeatedly. He explained the program and looked for incentives for me. I brought the program and will recommend to others as it is great to know that if something in my house goes wrong, I can call Premier Home Warranty and they will send out a professional.

Sale person was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns. Premium and copay is what sold me on First Premier. Also the fact that I can use my own contractors. Now we will see if this is true.

Contacted First Premier from a text message with a promotion. Sales department handled everything very well. They were even interested in my best service for the money, giving me a senior discount. The cost was very reasonable and covered all of my appliances.

Our initial experience with dealing with First Premier has been first rate. We talked with Don for the initial contact. He was very friendly and professional. Once he understood our situation, he transferred us on to Jason who explained all of the coverage and discounts available for us senior citizens. (Guess it's almost worth getting older! Lol) Anyway, this is an outstanding service contract and a real no brainer. We are looking forward to not having to worry about all of our appliances, Heating and air conditioning, household mechanics, etc. Repairs are something you hope you never need, but it's nice to know that First Premier has your back with dozens of service providers in our area. I placed a gas stove starter claim on 4/28. A contractor was assigned to my claim, and I contacted them 4/28. They advised me that they do not do business with First Premier, as they've not had good experiences. I called First Premier same day, and they reassigned a new contractor 5/4. I contacted the new contractor 5/4, they came out 5/4 and I paid them my $75 service fee for their diagnosis.

Customer service was a great experience with Michael **, lots of reps with other home warranty companies were super pushy but he took time to explain and answer any questions I had and go over all my concerns to protect my home and my pricing that is within my budget, definitely referring everyone I know to him to get the same great service I received!!

The rep was very friendly and was willing to explain anything that I didn't understand. My AC unit went out and they were persistent about getting about getting a technician out. I would recommend you guys to all my friends and family. Hands down y'all are the best.

Just signed up for a Platinum plan. Includes roof protection, a lifetime price lock and transferable coverage. My customer service associate, Joe ** provided excellent explanations of plans available and found me the best price for my needs. Highly recommended.

Michael ** was extraordinarily knowledgeable in the provisions and operations of FPHW and clearly explained the aspects of my new warranty coverage. Although I do not want a breakdown, it will occur, and I am anxious to see if FPHW can stand up to its promises to take care of my household appliances.

Dishonest & unresponsive. This was my worst ever experience with what was supposed to be a home warranty. More than once this company given me the go ahead for using my own tech and then refuses to refund my money or say oh that's not covered. On another occasion even the technician that they've recommended refused to complete the work unless I pay out of pocket because he claims they're terrible at paying for service rendered. The so called supervisor always sounds disgruntled and yesterday he hung up on me because I told him this company is conducting shady business.

The representative, Jack, was responsive to my questions and clarified them very well. He was patient as he allowed me to review the plan. He was diligent in reaching out to me to see if the plan I chose was appropriate for my needs.

I appreciate the information and pricing. The only concern that I have is the 30 day waiting period before the coverage takes effect. However, it is a new home (to us) and everything should be in proper working order. It just means that if anything does break down before the policy covers us we'll have to pay out of pocket, which is why we are purchasing this insurance in the first place.

Tony ** was very clear when explaining the Home Warranty options, features, and benefits. He also explained my pricing, when the insurance would start, and the process to obtain service. He gave me public information regarding another competitor that I considered along with his company.

John and Jason were very thorough with answering my questions and tried to provide the best deal possible. I've had several other warranty companies and have has issues getting claims either resolved or resolved in a timely manner. Based on my communication with John and Jason, I believe this will be a good experience.

I purchased a 6 yr contract. I filed a claim after 2 months and it was denied. After many phone calls, it was approved for a small portion of the actual cost of repair. I contacted them to cancel my policy after 6 months and they wanted to refund less than half the amount of the contract. The contract and website do not mention cancelation fees. I would not recommend them for the home warranty. The representatives are rude and don't return phone calls.

Just purchased a new contract with John **. He was very helpful and patient with me in finding the right plan for my budget. The ease of doing business with him was great. I received all of my coverage needs and even a couple of months free. Give him a call!

Joe M. was your authentic in his dealing. Due to his good customers skills, I added our second property to the warranty too. The only disappointment was that I didn't get the discount one should get for multiple properties. Because of that, I couldn't give 5 stars to the company. To Joe, I will give 5 stars as this was not in his control.

We are just now starting our plan, but sign up was fast and easy. We got to pick what we wanted add our options quick and easy, and we knew the price right away. Joe was our representative and he was very kind and answered all our questions fast and made us feel very comfortable about our choices.

Purchased a policy for my son, who is a veteran, he is buying his first home and I know it's important to have coverage to start with. Went online. Filled out the form, had a call within minutes and had policy setup shortly thereafter. Very easy and quick, all questions were answered. Would recommend First Premier to anyone.

In Jan of 2022 I paid 446.78 for a home warranty. On May the 10th my ac went out in 90 degree heat and I called to make a claim and I was told it would take 3 or 4 days to process it. So I called my own tech and they came out and replaced a part that was under warranty and I paid 268.00 out of my pocket for the labor and service call. The claim was approved to be fixed. I have sent this company over 200 emails and mailed them over 4 letters with all my documents and a year later they still refuse to send me my refund. I paid for a service that I never received. They keep all of my money. I was told over 3 times that my check was in the mail but it never came. They refused to work with any agency to work out any resolution with me. They lied to the TN att. gen office telling them that my check was put in the mail but it never came.

Good value in home warranty for all appliances in the house including roof leaks and other goods like Kitchen appliances, AC units, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, sink disposal washer, and dryer and much more.

My agent was very informative and explained my options. He ensured me that I was making a good choice. I didn’t give a 5 because I asked for more time to think it over and he made me feel like the quote May not be the same if I waited. He did give me a few hours to decide and called back as he said he would.

Representative was very knowledge and explained in detail the Plan. He spoke with manager to negotiate a better deal. Very courteous and answered the question I had at that time. He mentioned that if I get friends that I will benefit.

My service advisor was succinct, convenient and friendly. Great Service with a discount. Also, additional coverage was easy to add to the policy as my house has five air conditioners that require coverage. The process was also quick to get my coverage and understand the next steps (including getting a hard copy of my policy).

With the last company I never had to be reimbursed. They paid once the contractor fee was paid. They paid the contractor directly. You all are very misleading. I have calling to get a refund of my policy. But the line is forever busy.

I chose First Premier Home Warranty for their pricing, coverage and rating. I have had several different service plans that weren't very reliable.

The experience was mostly good. However, I asked specifically what the TOTAL cost would be and I was told $1,750. After I accepted and got to the end, I was told that it was $1,903.50. I was told that was due to taxes. I wasn't told it was $1,750+ tax. I was told it was $1,750 TOTAL.

Talk to John the representative, went over coverage options, which I wanted everything that could be covered. Got a very good rate, better than my previous coverage/rate, which didn't cover the roof, and the introductory rate way out beat my previous home coverage.

Stephen was outstanding in describing First Premiere's product. The price and deductible were satisfactory and I signed up for the service which begins April 30.
