Everyone was so polite and courteous to me. I really appreciate the patience and the time. The representative that came out took the time to explain everything to me, took his time looked at the floor, made sure the floor was what it needed to be. He let me know if there were any problems they would do their best to get it fixed so the job can be done well. I am very pleased.

The work was done by two very professional fellows that listened to my concerns and made very helpful suggestions. I am extremely pleased with the look of my new flooring. My whole experience started with the salesman, Cory **. He is very patient and pleasant to deal with and that started things off on a good note.

Very respectful and professional. The only thing I would suggest is they use maybe heavier plastic to cover everything and also we have a two story home and did not know that the dust would go to the second floor. I had to hire a cleaning company because dust was everywhere. I am still finding dust in cabinets

From the design process to the installation everyone was friendly and the process was seamless. The installers were professional and friendly. I have a complex schedule and the team worked to make sure my family and I were accommodated. I was happy from start to finish. I would recommend Express Flooring for any job big or small.

Adrian and Jeremy did a fine job replacing the worn and stained carpet in the bedroom. They worked together well and were professional. Though it was a hot day, they had a sense of humor and remained cheerful. All of the trash was taken away and the furniture was replaced carefully and accurately. I am very pleased with the experience and love the floor.

Express Flooring was great to work with. The responded quickly and professionally with their estimate and scheduled installation. The installers contacted us prior to arrival, they worked well with moving all our furniture and prepped the existing concrete floor after demo of our existing flooring. The installers make the company. When you have bad installers it reflects on the company. I had Express Flooring about 10 years ago and I swear I’d never use them again because of the installers, I took my chances they’ve changed a lot of things and they’re great company with great installers that know what they’re doing, very friendly, very professional.

We are 2nd time customers and highly recommend Remy for your installation. The company was fast in responding, scheduling and setting up install date. The representative clearly explained the type of product I was ordering. The product is very well made. Our home looks brand new. Very pleased once again.

This is the third time I have used express flooring and I am as pleased as ever. From sales to install. They are tops. Ivan and Kevin did a wonderful job on my install and in record time. They also moved my furniture and took pictures beforehand so they got it back in the perfect spot. I can't say enough about the quality of this company. I can tell you that each time I have called they respond that day a visit. And they usually can do the install within days. They are the best.

Express made our flooring project simple. Their salesman Chandler explained all our options. He brought samples for us to pick from. Then he’s explained the whole project. The installers were great. George and his helper moved all the furniture for the install and after. There were some problems during the installation. George explained each one and gave us several options for each. George and his helper did a good clean up after the install. I highly recommend Express Flooring to everyone needing flooring.

This was the worst experience in flooring. The salesman did not did not know what he was selling. The installers were the worst. Could not communicate, did not speak any English. Some planks were not glued all the way to wall, sounds hollow. Had to redo molding several times. Left nails sticking out & tried to putty over. Do not use Express.

The man who did my carpet was a pleasant and hard worker. I was impressed by the fact that he was busy with his hands even while he took a phone call and wasted no time while doing the job. He was careful when moving the furniture and the heavyweight cabinet. Great job.

All in all it was a wonderful experience. From beginning to end all went smooth. The young man who sold me the flooring was so knowledgeable and helpful. Then there was the installer. He was good but spoke no English. The customer service rep was also great. The whole experience was great.

I had my entire house recarpeted. The price was great, the service excellent, and the team doing the installation took great care to lay the carpet and move and replace my furniture. There was no mess left behind. The installation was completed as agreed upon. Everything was done in a single day.

The men they sent did a wonderful job on the flooring. Worked very hard at their job. The flooring is beautiful. I love it. They really know what they are doing, and if you have any questions they are happy to answer them. They worked very well together and was there working hard.

Very happy with Express Flooring. They did everything they said they would! No surprises. Sales Department was He allowed us to pick what was best for us, affordable and we needed to get the job done fast! Carpet had been in house 20 years with 4 Cats and 2 dogs over the years. The installation people were excellent. The flooring in our living room is beautiful and professional. We have two more rooms to complete and will call Express Flooring for installation in the near future. I recently had all the floors in the house done except the kitchen and bathroom and I am loving them. The team that came out was extremely professional and got the job done two days earlier than expected. The manager even came out to review the work and checked to make sure everything was up to my standards and theirs. They put in full shifts each day only took short lunch breaks. They did a fantastic job.

10/10. Cannot believe how easy and fast new LVP was to get from Express Flooring. From CJ our sales rep to Ezekiel's install team. We got the entire ground level flooring replaced in a couple days. Already planning on getting our basement done as well. Cannot recommend Express Flooring enough.

I cleared both rooms of small stuff to make it easier on my install team. They arrived and showed me the flooring they were going to install. When I agreed -/ boom they got to work!! They started removing my two bedrooms' furniture so effortlessly. I was amazed at the way they did this. They started with my master bedroom and in no time, the old carpet and padding was out in my front yard. They both worked together in a wonderful way. I could tell that they had a system and in no time -/ they had my newly chosen strips of beautiful looking wood to me hahaha- down on my master bedroom floor. Then they placed my furniture so carefully back into my room. Amazing I said, as I watched. They took mini breaks and continued with the second bedroom. They repeated these steps .

Express Flooring was AMAZING. They came out, gave us a great deal, and the installation team had the entire house done in one weekend! The installation team not only had it done in a weekend, but put our bed back together Saturday night so we could sleep in our own bed. Thank you, gentlemen for an A+ in customer service.

This company is extremely professional. From the initial inquiry to meeting with my sales representative to demolition and installation, all went off without a hitch. The installation team was FANTASTIC, clean, professional and paid close attention to every detail. I am very satisfied with the entire process and I appreciate the interest-free financing for 1 year! The installers arrived on time and worked long days. We moved out for the week but I popped in from time to time and each time they took a minute to explain what had been done and what the next step would be. Their workmanship was excellent and we love the floors. They were also easy to speak with and wanted to please us. They asked me to call them back if there was anything that needed adjustment after they left and I did. The refrigerator was off center and a couple of doors needed adjustment but they came back and took care of everything to my liking. Customer service and installation were excellent!

I finally decided to re-do my floors (carpet was a disaster!). Express Flooring came up with a plan, had a product I liked, and we set up a time for the project to get done. The crew that came to do the project was phenomenal! Those guys worked hard! And did a beautiful job as well. Not only were they careful with moving my furniture around, but put it all back at the end, cleaned up very well, and gave me advice on caring for the new floor. I am not only impressed with the work done, but I'm over the moon with my new floors!

On April 9, 2025 I had 4 1/2 rooms of flooring installed. I have the luxurious vinyl plank flooring. The team that installed my flooring was great. They did an excellent job and much to my surprise was done in one day. They were courteous and took special care of my furniture that they moved. I love my flooring and I would recommend Express Flooring to anyone who wants to have new flooring installed.

From the salesman, to the team that did the carpet installation; very efficient and professional. I was really surprised that just 2 people could perform so well in the process of the carpet installation. Communication is key for any project, to the owner, and then the team players with each other. Seamless.

Perfect install. Respectful, knowledgeable and definitely knew what they were doing!! Ready to schedule another for the remainder of the house!! From initial contact until job was completed, All was perfect. Moving all the furniture was part of the deal!! This made it even more a perfect transaction!! They also offer zero percent financing!!

Express Flooring replaced the worn carpeting in the three bedrooms with hardwood flooring after Memorial Day. We moved 95% of the furniture from the rooms but the two installers gladly removed the remaining furniture. We had been told that it may take 4 days to remove the old carpeting and install the new flooring but the installers worked hard and were able to do the work in TWO days! The installers worked very diligently for those two days and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the installation and the new flooring.

They did a great job on the installation and their price was competitive. The sales person told us they would by with a receipt for the work and someone from the company would also inspect the job. Neither of those happened. They also promised us a cruise if we gave them our business. That was in May 2025. It's early July and so far nothing but empty words and dodging our calls, text, and emails.

I live in Avondale Arizona, I was shooing to install my carpet and this manager came to my house offering me that if I install the carpet with them, I have a lifetime care of pet stain or path duty. When I call the company, they told me is not a such thing. I trusted him. I could go for another company that was cheaper.

Our techs that installed our carpets were fantastic. Very careful and professional. They were fast and cleaned absolutely everything. I highly recommend Express Flooring! They were honest and provided a lot of different options and were not afraid to speak up and give options. If you are doing your floors, ask for Ryan he was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of options.

They got great Customer Service. Everyone who we interacted with were very friendly, well mannered, professional and hardworking. Our technician was Wilson. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He changed all our flooring for the entire home. He worked alone but got the job done in 2 days. He did such a great job. We are very happy with the outcome. It was a surprisingly simple process. The fact that they moved the furniture for free was the best thing for us and we probably would have put it off if not for that. The quality of the carpet is great and the speed of service was outstanding. The financing was simple and great. Very happy.

Flawless job, very polite, very clean, very fast! Other staff from sales to installers very professional. The referral program is awesome. Definitely would use them again. My son also used them last year for an installation of tile and everything went well. We did have a hiccup there, but they fixed it leaving us 100% satisfied. Like I said we would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with Express Flooring. First, they were very flexible with our schedule and our situation and customer service was very supportive and helpful. Next, the installation was fast and the installers did a really great job with great attention to detail. I was surprised how quickly they got everything done. We had pretty much our entire 2-story house done except for kitchen and bathrooms and they were done in only 3 days. We have been so happy with the results.

The first installer disappeared after a few days, leaving a disaster. It took ten calls over five days to customer service to get help. Once Express gets your money they don’t care about the customer or the job.

We have had our new vinyl plank wood flooring for a week now and we love it. The installers did an excellent job! They were nice to work with and got the living room, dining room and hallway done in 1.5 days. We had our consultation on a Monday morning, and by noon on Wednesday the project was done. I would recommend Express Flooring!

All personnel involved, from the initial visit and consultation, to the completion of the project, were very courteous and professional. Any and all questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. The quality of materials and workmanship met my standards. I highly recommend Express Flooring and their team of professionals.

From beginning to end between the customer rep to the installers Express Flooring personnel were professional and communicated very clearly the process and what each next stage was. Just as important they were able to offer a flooring solution within the bounds of our financial budget. Floor turned out just as imagined, beautiful. We will be using them again in the near future when we change out some carpet. While we live in Tucson I have recommended EF to my father in Las Vegas who is looking to change some of his flooring.

The installation crew arrived and promptly got busy in a very organized manner. The carpet was gone quickly and the prep work was well orchestrated. Most of the work was done before day #1 ended and was finished by mid-day of the 2nd day. Everyone associated with the installation project was courteous, attentive to the project, and we were very pleased with how it turned out. In this day-and-age it seemed to me to be one of the most painless and pleasant service experiences we've we've had in a long time.

Had my library carpeted by Express Flooring. From Bob the salesman to the installers this was a very good experience. I was pleased at how fast the entire process was, and the professionalism of everyone involved. I plan on using Express Flooring for the remainder of carpet replacement, and would recommend them to anyone interested in flooring.

Vinyl Tile was installed in our master bathroom, closet and laundry room. The quality of workmanship is excellent, installers were Manuel and Juan. In-home sales process was simple; same day quote, measuring and samples, etc. Neil was the salesperson. We are very happy Express Flooring and would use them again.

BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They will take your money and everything will seem great but they will ghost you as soon as something goes wrong! And something will go wrong!!! Their materials and installation seem affordable and look nice for the first couple months but the "extremely durable" LVP floors start to warp and look like they will pop up at any moment. I paid $21,000 for my whole home to be completed and I'm not even done paying them off and I am fuming!!!! The man that handles the claims (Jimmy **) is extremely incompetent and told us twice he filed a claim for us and when I talk to the woman that answers the phone she has no record of it!!

I had a great experience with Express Flooring! The sales consultant Phil was knowledgeable and helpful. Installer Aaron and his team did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend them. They were friendly, professional, and completed the work sooner than anticipated. My new flooring is beautiful and looks great in my home.

Workers were on time and did a very good job! The carpet had to be returned once. It was too thin. They got a thicker one for me. All good for now. They did a good job on my carpet and VINYL floor in kitchen. The only complaint was the price was a little high. I should get a thousand off my bill. Home Depot had a way better price. Other than that, the work was done right and in a timely way. Materials now were all good. I should get a 1,000 reduction on my 5,830 dollar bill. It was way too high for just one family room and VINYL for small kitchen. I would like to talk to somebody from finance about that. My salesmen charged way too much. That is all to say about the job. One of the best experiences I’ve had working with installation. I could not have asked for a better crew to install my flooring. They were professional, precise and knowledgeable. The guy who initially came out for the presentation was personable but never returned my call after. And he was supposed to be our point of contact. So, I ended up talking to Nathan and he did everything for us.

Express Flooring worked on our laminate floor. They gave a good quote and we were very happy with it. Oscar is a great installer and so is his helper. They were very polite, kept us informed as to what they were doing, and when they did find a little issue, they addressed it.

Initially, we had a quote from a different company but we would have had to have done a lot of the work or used multiple vendors to get the job done. Express Flooring said they could do it all and the price was within our expectations, so that was cool for us because we wanted a one-stop shop. The installation team was amazing. They worked hard, kept areas for us to live in while they were doing the job, and were dedicated. It took them six days to finish and they did a great job. We really appreciated them, and we love the result.

I was very happy with Express Flooring. They offered me a very good deal, and they had some good stuff. Installation took about three days because they had to move all the furniture and tore up the carpeting, and every time they finished, they cleaned it all up, so they did a good job.

Express Flooring did a beautiful job, and at $17,000, it was pretty reasonable. They did it initially for three days, but they ran out of product. They came back on the fourth day and completed the job, so it took four days.

I had laminated flooring installed by Express in the living room, dining area, family room, two hallways, part of two bathrooms and a bedroom. I considered other companies, but I didn’t let other companies to come in because their warranty wasn’t satisfactory. They had a one-year warranty, and my daughter-in-law went through that before, after her floor started having issues, she had to get it redone.

The sales representative from Express Flooring shot me a price, but I said, “No, thank you. It’s too much.” He told me to hold on and brought me a sample of what they have. I shot him a price and he went for it. I was getting it for a friend of mine who lives in Rio Rancho. So that's the reason why I picked them because they are all in Rio Rancho.

Had my flooring done about 2 weeks ago. Carpets in 3 bedrooms and luxury vinyl planks in the rest of the house. The staff was amazing from sales through the installation. The installers explained everything in detail. Would recommend Express Flooring. Like I said can only review the staff not the product yet since it's brand new. But my floors look amazing.

Beware of Express Flooring! We had a leak from the roof of our 1400 sq ft townhouse which is a rental property. As a result, we had to replace all the flooring, baseboards & walls and ceilings had to be repaired and repainted. September 2024 we interviewed several contractors for the flooring job. We went with Express Flooring based largely on their 50 year warranty. Our salesman went to great length explaining this incredible warranty that covered all damage including scratches and water damage 100% covered. All we would have to do is call customer service and they would take care of you. We do have in writing that there is a 50 year warranty on the flooring and the job was over $13,000. Ultimately this is who we went with.

Fast, friendly service both during carpet selection and installation. Scheduling was great and carpet was installed in less than 48 hours. Thank you for making the process easy, friendly, and efficient. Love our new carpet. We can’t wait to use your services again in the near future for the rest of the house.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company definitely deserves it. Top-notch service all around. Nate in the office was amazing to work with. Responded right away, came out to my house and even responded on weekends when I needed him for questions. Also Bonnie who handles installation crew was very helpful. Josh, the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and explained everything. And I cannot talk enough about the installation crew. Ivan and Javier were so diligent and so professional. Did the job right in record time. Left the house clean and the installation was amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to get Flooring done.

Installation took longer than anticipated because they only sent one guy to do it. There were two living rooms, and the landing and stairs. We thought there'd be at least two guys, but it was just a guy. One guy was doing the installation, and one person was just taking out the trash. So that would be my only concern. They did a great job, but the salesman made it sound like they'd be in and out in two hours, but it was a six-hour job. Other than that, the quality of the carpet is great so far.

They came in, they were efficient, and the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Three guys did the installation, and they did it in a day. By the wall, there's about a 12-inch space where it wasn’t quite as tight and you could see the line, so they tried to seam the carpet and add another piece with their little roller thing. And it looks great until I run a vacuum over it and it opens back up. But they were good.

I had Express Flooring install carpeting in the bedroom areas and the dining room. They did very good work. They were reliable and timely. Two people came in and they completed the job in the same day. They were more expensive than I would have originally expected. But on balance, it was okay. So far, it seems to have been worth it.

I love my tiles, they look very nice. Express did a really good job. It was my husband who looked them up. The process was good and the workers worked late. Everything went very well. It was pretty easy, straightforward. I don't have any complaints. I'm happy with my purchase, with my decision.

Professional, timely, and quality workmanship. We love our new floors! The demo was completed on one day and dust was kept at a minimum. The installer, Christian, was awesome and his attention to detail and quality was very impressive. We were very happy with him. We would recommend Express Flooring to anyone. The vinyl plank looks great! The installers were the best! Very efficient, hard working, polite, friendly. They moved some very heavy furniture! They had to jackhammer tile out and leveled out the concrete subfloor. They removed several rooms of carpeting. The flooring looks like wood but is much more durable and easier to clean. I am very satisfied with the entire process. I also have a year of zero interest in which to pay for the work. The warranty on the product is for 50 years so I won't be needing to do this again!

I had the hardwood laminate floors put in. And I had it put in my mudroom, sunroom, kitchen, dining and living room, hallway, and bathroom. I considered other companies, but the cost and quality from Express Flooring is 80 percent better.

I had wood and carpet installed by Express. I was impressed with their marketing on Facebook. I gave them a call and I was pleased with what they offered. So, I didn't shop around. I dealt with other people before, but this was a good deal. So I went with them.

I was going to put in vinyl planking myself, but had Express Flooring put it in instead just because of the timeline. The installation was great. I like it. I appreciated everything they did for me.

I got my carpet installed right before Christmas from Express Flooring and I like it very much. The guys were great. The remnants laid in my yard for four days, but that's not an issue. I called, and they came right out and picked it up. The options were also pretty good. I'm trying to get my daughter to buy carpet. And if I have to do Paul’s house, I will do new flooring in it. I would recommend and have recommended them.

The salesman was very nice and explained to me that he could give me a good deal, and he did. The installers were very good and efficient, and very helpful as far as moving my furniture around and getting the job done. They were both very sweet. If I had any questions, they answered them. If I needed something done like helping me move or put back something in place, they were very kind to get it done. Anything I asked to save or not throw away, they did. They got the work done in a timely manner and very quickly. So, I was very pleased.

I had laminate flooring put on the downstairs throughout and wood paneling upstairs. And the stairs itself was wood paneling. I’ve looked at other companies, but Express Flooring was the only one I got a quote from. The sales rep was very helpful and had quite a few samples that we’re able to choose from.

A gentleman came to the house and took measurements. We talked extensively about the options and the payment plans. He covered everything for us and was absolutely amazing. Express Flooring did the laminate flooring for three rooms and a hallway. It’s beautiful, and the best quality. We are planning on doing the rest of the house. I’ve already got the business card of the installers and I’d like to have them back as well.

The installers did a good job but could have done a better job of cleaning up the stuff they left behind in my garage that I don’t need. I don’t know why they left them. I would also need to call Express Flooring because one threshold is coming loose.

I had carpet that needed to be taken out for 20 years. I called Express, and they came out and did an estimate for me. I had the whole house done with luxury vinyl, including my bedroom, living room, bathrooms, hallways, and closets.

I needed the floor done because it was installed wrong seven years ago. It was a luxury interlocking vinyl flooring that I paid a fortune for and they put it in wrong. I haven’t been down to the house in five years and my property manager never said a word. So I walked into a mess and I knew the floor had to be changed. I was hemming and hawing, and didn’t know what it was going to cost. I was on the internet and Express Flooring popped up. I thought I might as well at least get a quote and see what the cost is.

Flooring appears high quality. Door sweep garage entry torn in multiple areas after metal tool (crowbar?) placed to keep door open. Required trimming to smooth closure but continued some noise/drag. Face of wall clock cracked while refrigerator was moved. My mother's clock, in her memory, back on the wall. Please review what might be in pathway.

Had entire home done in wood vinyl flooring to replace carpet and tile flooring. Work took a little longer due to flooring was uneven and had to pour liquid cement in all the rooms and also had baseboards replaced as well. The entire project turned out great and the work done was exceptional high quality. The workers moved all the furniture and put it back again. They were amazing! I would highly recommend Express Flooring to have your floors done!

Luis was friendly and they did a supreme installation. We are very pleased with the results. We are now looking to have the rest of house done also. We will be using express floors. I got vinyl planks and carpet installed with Express Flooring, and the installation experience was very good. I'm happy with the work and it meets my expectations. The finished result is good; it’s just that the vinyl planks are cold, so I wish I had gotten carpet throughout my entire house. Overall, I would rate them a 5.

I did an online search and chose Express Flooring exactly because I wanted to get it done in a certain amount of time and the pricing was good. I considered a local tile company that had done the rest of our home, but their jobs were booked three months out, and were also more expensive.

They were very professional in the on-site quote and showing the different types of carpet. I liked that! The contractors that came out to my place were very professional and efficient. They did great work as well. This was an overall worthwhile experience. I will take into consideration this company if I decide to do some floor upgrade or carpet replacement.

A week later the construction crew arrived, Clay and John ready to start working to get our luxury vinyl flooring started after getting the old flooring and carpet removed. We had a really tremendous conversation with the gentleman who came and showed us the floors from Express Flooring. He was very respectful. We asked him if he could wait outside so we could talk amongst ourselves, and he had no problem with that. We decided to go ahead and purchase the floors, and then their contracting team came and they worked on the floors for six days. The only thing that we had a problem with was that they didn't speak English, and it was very hard to converse with them because we weren't prepared. I didn't have a translator. I understand some Spanish, and I do speak some Spanish, but not enough to do for business dealings.

I was looking for flooring for a bedroom that would match what we have in the rest of the house and I saw something fairly close to it on the Express Flooring website. The gentleman came and showed us different possibilities. We've been dealing with Home Depot and we'd have to buy a whole case of boards to bring home to see if they were gonna fit in our room, how they would fit in our room. So, it was nice to have somebody who had samples. But none of them were what I exactly wanted. So, we went with Plan B and chose something. I wish we had chosen something with more shine. It's the way it was supposed to be. This is a matte finish and I would have preferred something shinier. But it was good all the way through.

Everybody was top-notch the whole way through, from scheduling, sales person came out, the samples he brought, and the installation. Everything was wonderful. The sales person had a tablet and then he had flooring samples as well. For the installation, they gave us a window when they would show up. Usually it's 10:00 to 2:00, and they showed up at 10:30. It was fabulous. We absolutely love the carpet. 100% use Express. It was pricey but it was worth it.

Phillippe and his father worked really well together to put my flooring down. Each knew what they had to do to prepare the next step. They took all my furniture out of the living room and put it in my carport right behind my place. They both knew what they were doing. Getting ready took a little bit, but the kid was laying it and the dad was coming back and finishing the little boards and doing stuff and taking up all the old linoleum in my kitchen and my bathroom. They were good guys. They worked with me and let me clean before they laid stuff down, and I loved it. They let me do a lot of cleaning, but they were both busy while I was doing that. They'd pull stuff out and let me go to work.

We had Frank come and give us an estimate. Price was right and I found the vinyl floor color I wanted. First man came out and told us he could not put vinyl over the ceramic tile because the floor was not totally level. So the next day they came out and removed the ceramic tile and put in our new vinyl. The 2 men were fantastic. Very hard workers and the floor looks awesome. Cathy and Rose answered all my questions when I called them. Everyone at Express are fantastic and my husband and I are very happy and would highly recommend them.

The installation of the wood-looking vinyl flooring from Express Flooring was great. They've taken up the old floor, repaired any area that wasn't at par, and they put down the new floor. The guys did an excellent job. The quality of the flooring is great as well.

Express Flooring did a good job. The floor's nice. Customer service was very nice. They came out and gave us an estimate. We did have another company come out, and they were very expensive. We got waterproof laminate all through the house, except for one bathroom and one room we had already done. As far as the installation, just one guy showed up the first two days. He really worked. That was Thursday and Friday. Then they worked Saturday and Sunday until it was done. The only thing was there wasn't a lot of communication. I tried to call the salesman, but he never returned any of my calls. So, we didn't know how many people were gonna show up. I had scheduled a cleaning company to come in and clean the walls, so, we were trying to be on a schedule.

I wasn't happy with Express Flooring. The floor looks good. It's just in my loft, there are a lot of spots that have glue and then there are other spots where the floors seem to be separating. The two bedrooms and the walk-in closets so far seem to be okay, but the loft that they did has some flaws in it where I see glue. Their guy tried to clean it up but he didn't get it up. I didn't call Express Flooring and complain because I was upset and I didn't wanna deal with it.

I would highly recommend Express Flooring. The salesman was very nice. He was very upfront. They were ready to do it the next day. But I put them off until the next week. The guys that installed were wonderful. They were productive, professional and gung ho. They hardly took a break. I love my vinyl plank.

I saw Express Flooring on TV and the quality of the flooring seems as good as any other that I've looked at. The customer service was right on it. The installation was excellent and the best part of the whole experience was probably the installation crew. I was impressed with them doing it right and making sure that they did a good job and not taking any shortcuts. Express Flooring just has one price instead of starting at a high price and then somebody calls me with a medium price, and then somebody calls me with a lowball price. Big differences in the pricing are a little irritating.

We had carpet installed in the living, dining room, the hallway, and two bedrooms by Express Flooring. The person who was selling my house had a connection with them and they were very reasonable. Two people came for installation. There was no furniture in the house, so it made it easy for them. They were done in one day. They did a great job. It looks really good compared to the old one. I have no problem recommending Express Flooring.

We liked the sales guy immediately. It was a whirlwind, but we were bound to get it done and Express Flooring made it possible to do that financially. We are on a fixed income and it's very difficult to do a big project like this. We did the living room, dining room, and hallway, and Mario, our installer, was fantastic. He removed the carpeting by himself. We had moved most of the furniture that we were able to move. He put little rug patches underneath the sofa and the tv stand, and he moved them to one side of the room, tore up the carpeting on the other side, prepared the floor, then moved them all back the other way. Mario moved along so efficiently. It was amazing that one person could do this. We visited with the salesperson on Friday, and he said that he could get someone in on Monday and get it started. Express Flooring promised it would be done for my birthday on Tuesday, and it was spot-on.

We did laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms. We were gonna go with another company but liked the customer service with Express Flooring. The installers came in the time they said they would come which was 8:00. They were fast and thorough. They cleaned up behind themselves, and it was a really good experience with them. I love the new flooring. It's excellent.

We did our flooring and it was amazing. It was easy, and we had financial options which was very helpful. Express Flooring was more expensive, but they made it easier to take out furniture and find them. We took out the big parts in the house and they helped to move the bigger, heavier pieces. Gave us a heads-up on when they were coming, and came in. They had good customer service. They were bilingual, which helped out because the person opening the home here was bilingual. It was a two-day job because they didn't have enough material. But it was very good work. We were happy.

I was looking for flooring and Facebook was showing everything about Express Flooring, which caught my attention. The reviews played a large part because I've learned you have to go through the reviews. People are brutally honest about it. The lifetime warranty was a catch for me too. When you're able as a company to put one, you know what your work is. I had flooring installed in the dining area, living room area, three bedrooms and the hallways. The first day the four installers came in, they started in the back of the house in my dining room area. It was quick. They moved it all up to the front of the house, to my sitting area, and they ripped the carpets up. For the hallway and the dining area, all the way up to the front, they had that out of there in about 15 minutes.

There were two gentlemen that came in who were extremely professional. They moved everything that I needed to move. They had everything done in a day and a half and cleaned up like they weren't even here. They were amazing and I recommend them to anybody. I am overjoyed with the quality of the work. If you want something that's easy to get done, go with Express Flooring. They explain everything from the beginning to the end from the moment they walk in until the moment the job is done. Even when they're done, they make sure everything is okay, if there are any questions or any concerns.

We got an email from Express Flooring for discount on flooring. We called them and they told us how much of a discount we could get and that they would come in and show their product and what kind of work they do. The sales rep was an awesome guy. Two came out for the installation and they were very efficient. They did carpeting in three bedrooms and did a fantastic job. They also explained the carpet was stain-resistant. They recommended professional shampooing, but you can do it yourself if you got quality materials to shampoo it with.

Express Flooring did wood flooring in all four bedrooms and the hallway of the bedroom. There were two gentlemen who did the installation. They brought all their equipment, moved the furniture that needed to be moved out of the room and began to work. They were very proficient and on time. They finished in that one day and the quality was nice. I thought it would take longer, but it didn't. I was very impressed by how fast and how well they did it. After they finished, they put the furniture back in and they had the little sliders where they slid the furniture so it wouldn't scar the flooring. We like our flooring and I would definitely recommend a friend to Express Flooring. I can't speak for the whole company, but the two guys were excellent. They answered questions that I asked. Brian, the sales guy, also explained how to keep it clean.

My floors look GREAT!!!! I always wanted hardwood/laminate flooring but my entire house was ceramic tile and did not want the nightmare and the high cost to have the tiles uprooted. Then saw a commercial that Express Flooring was offering a 75% off flooring for those who qualified so my immediate thought was to call and asked the question, if hardwood/laminate floors can be placed on top of ceramic tiles, I am so glad I asked, the response was YES. An appointment was set and within two days Travis, Design Consultant, a great guy, super personable, professional, knowledgeable about their products and processes, gave great input on helping me decide the right look for my home, again, a great guy.

I must say this was great. My installers, lead by Junior, were fabulous! It was supposed to take 4 days and they were done in 3. All of the cuts were perfect, no gaps by the walls. Enrique and team did a great job although the 1st day the team was late in arriving. They completed reflooring about 1762 sq. feet in 4 days which is impressive. Wishing the team come earlier in the day so the task gets done sooner as well. I just suggest someone personally call to follow up and make sure all is well.

The salesperson Luke **, was very nice, but the job was not finished to my complete satisfaction. I have called several times, but nothing has been resolved, I had provided pictures, but still nothing has been done about it. I NEED to get this job completed. Last week Ashley came by my house, took pictures of the details that needed to be taken care of, but still no one showed up to fix anything. I NEED this to be completed as soon as possible.

Express Flooring did some work for us in the kitchen so we were familiar with their service. This time, we had wood flooring installed and the installation was very efficient. The installers came when they said they would and the salesperson was especially helpful. If I had any concerns, I would just text him and he would deal with it right away. The flooring is great and we like it. There’s only one problem that continues to manifest. The closet door has one of those runners and I mentioned it to the salesperson. He sent some workers out to reglue it but it broke again.

There was an initial issue with the order arriving for the installers. Therefore, the installation had to be rescheduled. When I had the estimate and scheduled the flooring I was told that my original billing of $16,211.00 would be corrected the next day and the 75% off coupon flier would be adjusted which was never done. I didn't get anything on paper form or even any type of papers showing the cost of the carpeting and ceramic flooring just an email from Synchrony Bank stating my bill was the original pricing. I need Express Flooring to stand behind their coupon that was mailed out to our homes. Also my neighbor that had his flooring done didn't get his $300.00 referral fee

The quality of our new carpet is the best. It replaced the carpet in all our bedrooms that was ok but our new carpet is so much better! The installers were careful furniture and left each room in excellent condition, clean and neat. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Express Flooring. I liked the fact that they were going to move furniture, where a lot of places, you have to have it moved yourself. It was also very interesting how they made the carpeting. The installation took four hours and they kept on going until they finished. They were also very courteous and knowledgeable. I liked working with Joshua from Express Flooring. He was the sales rep that came over to our house and he was very personable. It was a pleasant exchange. They did carpeting and the installation was smooth. There is one theme that's a little bit more visible than I thought it would be, but other than that, the carpet is great. The only critique I have is that I wish they would have done a little bit more cleaning. When my mom had carpet installed at her house, they had a lady that came in before and after to make sure that the dust was contained. That would have made the experience a little bit better.

I wanted the wooden planking, but I have a crack in my foundation. It's nice and soft, and it's beautiful. The installation was long but done quietly and properly. Both the ones who sold the carpet and the installers were wonderful.

The people from Express flooring who came out to install my carpet were very nice, very hard working, and they did a great job. The installation process was very fast. The guy that came out here to promote the carpet said that we would be getting a call on a free trip, and we haven't received nothing like that. Other than that, the finished product is great. Juan gets an A+ for teaching me that the difficulties with a floating vinyl floor, as I had planned, would be eliminated by getting a glued vinyl floor. Sylvario & Alejandro were the best, respectful, good listeners, clean, attentive to details. They completed the front half of the apartment the first day. I was so glad when they called in that they would not work the second day due to a "family emergency" and I giggled that they knew I needed the day to move the tiny stuff back into the front apartment and figure out where big furniture would go because I wanted to change where everything goes. On the 3rd day they finished the job in just 3 1/2 hours.

They installed the flooring and a few days later I saw some problems with the flooring. I called. They checked the flooring. Ordered more material and came back on Friday and finished the problem area. I am totally satisfied with the work and materials. Express Flooring is the best! Great service and workers.

Express Flooring was here first. They didn't take their sweet time to come unlike the others. Two guys came. They moved things out of the way. They did it in a few hours. I like the flooring. They exceeded my expectation. Everybody that comes thinks the flooring is good. However, the people Express Flooring sent to put the laminate floor didn't put anything around the bathtub in the bathroom. They put the trim on the walls, but the trim is not bendable or malleable. They could shape it. But there was some sort of taping that they could put around the bathtub. It looks like a Jacuzzi. They should have put something there. Because there was space that you could see between where the Jacuzzi and the floor started. That should be something that they should put in there. They didn't do that.

Express Flooring had great discounts for the product that I liked. It was a bargain to me. The sales visit was good, except that my window was from 3:00 to 5:00 and the gentleman showed up at 10 minutes to 5:00 and ended up staying almost till 7:00. That was unexpected. He showed me the product and we talked. He helped me make a decision and went through the whole sales process. I got the vinyl plank flooring. He brought rings of different samples of plank flooring and had me go through that.

Their price is very compatible to other companies. The work was great. I got a better product. The first quote that I got from another company was for a vinyl, and I like the laminate. It looks like real wood, but it has the durability of the laminate. I was very happy with that.

Express Flooring had what looked like a good deal. We did carpeting in the living room, two bedrooms, and a den area. The installers came in and tore out the old flooring and did whatever they needed to do to prep the floor. They put down the pad and carpet, and stretched it out. It looks good. It's neat where the tile meets the carpet. I'm pleased with it.

I checked different companies and different brands, and Express Flooring was better. I had a tile flooring put in my master bedroom and it took one day. The installers were very professional. They kept their word and showed up and finished on time. They ripped out the old floor and installed the new one. They moved the furniture out, put them all back, and cleaned up really well. The installation was done by a subcontractor, and they were really fast, good and quality, but they left a lot of dusty mess that we weren't expecting. Cleanup took my wife about six to seven days. Express Flooring was very quick in their service. I needed someone to come out right away and give me an estimate, and they were there the very next day, so that was very good. Then they were willing to compete on price with the previous quotes that I got. The sales guy showed up right on time and measured everything, and then put the whole quote together. I signed it and then paid for it all right there on the spot. He scheduled the installation for four days away, but they had an opening. I told them I would take an earlier opening if they had it. They called on it and then the guys came out. The installers moved a little bit of furniture and looked at everything. They put carpeting in one bedroom. They did a nice job on it. It was quick. They did a really, really good job, so I was very happy with the work. I was very happy with the whole experience and I'll call them back again in the future to do some more work.

When I order my carpets, I was told that the woman who referred me, to them would get a Three Hundred dollar check and she still hasn’t received it. I ordered my carpets in April of 2024. I gave this feedback previously, and someone from Express Flooring called and assured me that she would receive it and she still has not received this.

Express Flooring had the best price. I purchased the luxury vinyl plank. It was 1,100 square feet throughout the house from bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and hallways. The installers also showed up on time. They were professional. There were five installers on the first day. Then four on the second day. One guy had to come back on the third day because they ran out of flooring. We had to wait for it to come in. He came back by himself and finished up the laundry room. We love the color of the flooring. Walking on it feels different than walking on tiles. It's not as harsh. But knowing that it's waterproof like tiles is still a good feature.

It was a big mistake going with Express Flooring. They installed flooring in two major bedrooms. I was getting ready to call them, but I've got a very ill husband that I have to take care of first before I make my phone calls. It's coming apart on the entry ways to the bathroom and to the hallway. I poked myself twice on the nail like the stripping. So, they didn't do a very good job in installing it. My flooring and carpet are coming apart. It hasn't been a month.

My floor is very nice except I'm getting one piece replaced. But those guys worked their butts off. I cannot say enough for them. They worked, took a short break, went back to work, and my floor looks beautiful. So, I'm really happy with it. I really liked it and so does everybody else in my neighborhood. They all come and look. One thing I have a complaint with is I did not get a bill, I did not get an itemized list, and I don't know what kind of floor I have. The installer told me, but I have nothing in writing. I would have loved to have something because, down the road, I'm gonna sell my house.

I had Express Flooring install Berber carpet and tile floor. They had some good reviews, so I trusted them. I liked that they would get it done in one day. I have a lot of company coming in, so I wanted to get it done right away. When I met with them, they said, “Yeah, we can do it.” It was about a couple of weeks before my company was coming. I was like, “Well, yes. I think I can handle it.” But it didn't go as planned. It's okay. It wasn't their fault, and it wasn't mine, but we got it done.

After I submitted a request for an estimate, Express Flooring sent over one of their salespeople. She was very knowledgeable and explained to us how it worked. We picked out the type of carpet we wanted and finished up about 4 o'clock that afternoon. The very next morning at 7:30, the installers showed up to install the carpet in three bedrooms. That wasn't a very big inconvenience. The workers were tidy as well. The pricing was outstanding and so was the turnaround time. We've been three weeks in and we haven't noticed anything wrong with the carpet. It was all around great service and we are very happy.

I like the carpet and it makes my house look nice. I think the installers could have cleaned up better. They had a vacuum cleaner but the carpet still looked dusty and there were many, many little threads over the surface of the carpet, and also where the new carpet joined up to carpet in the closets. Not sure what was vacuumed. Most likely I will not use Express Flooring again due to the dust and carpet threads left all over.

I thank Express Flooring for doing such a fine job. I had some stairs laminated. The installers were very professional. My new flooring is better than my expectations. It looked better than I imagined.

I bought laminate tile that looks like wood and Express Flooring was fantastic. They are one of the best companies I've ever had to deal with. From the sales rep all the way down to the final product, they were amazing. And they were highly recommended to me, so my friends weren't wrong. For the installation, they came in and ripped up the floor. They were very careful about dust and mess. They moved the furniture where it had to be and did all the work in terms of the house. They cleaned after themselves and they communicated with me really well, so I knew what was going to happen next. And I couldn't be more delighted. I love the finished product. It's gorgeous. There were some colors here and there that I didn't expect, but that was no one's fault. It isn't even bad. It's just that I didn't know that that yellowish was in there, but the flooring is beautiful overall. I can't be more pleased. It's expensive, but this kind of work always is.

Express Flooring was offering 70% off if you did three rooms, so we called them out. Everybody was wonderful. The sales rep, Kyle, was great. The work was done at my dad's house and he really liked Kyle. He also loved the warranty that was on that flooring, so that sold him. Kyle was very nice and straight to the point. He was the one that recommended what we should get based on cost, which was a luxury vinyl flooring. He was also really great at helping me pick out the color. After holding up multiple different flooring colors, he was right on target. We went with exactly what he recommended because it was the one that looked the best that matched all the stones flooring that goes out through all the bedrooms. So, we had all the bedrooms and the closets replaced with this. He was really cool and he got us a good price.

I would not buy from this company again. The installation was sketchy. They arrived to install without the instructions. I had given to the sales person, and he had agreed to. In addition, they left gaping holes, which I had to have someone else come and make right, as well, the adjustments took two months on my bill. I’d say there’s much better companies out there with more competitive prices.

The whole operation is very professional. Someone came into my house for the presentation and it was good. I was looking for a chocolate brown carpet, but Express Flooring didn't go that dark, but the more I looked, I didn't see what I wanted at Home Depot either. I was satisfied with what Express Flooring offered and when I was out having my order taken, I was told, "This is probably a two-day job." I talked to the installers. They were supposed to get up at 5:00, and they stayed until the job was finished around 7:00. I was also checking out their work as they were going along.

We had a very good experience with Express Flooring. The installers were fast. It only took two and a half hours for two rooms. The only thing is there's only one thing we wished we would have discussed with the pad. We thought we were getting a little bit more of an upgraded cushy pad and there's no cush to it. We would've paid more to have that. We thought that that was what we had talked about, but it was not. So we wish we had more padding.

We had Express Flooring install laminate floor. I'm very happy with it. I liked the product and I knew someone that had used it and it was really nice. The installation process was very intensive.

From the start to the finish, Express Flooring was great. They had a sale on overstock industrial flooring, so that is what I purchased. The rep showed me a lot of pieces and talked to me about the differences between them. He helped me move. I had just moved into the house, so I had 40 boxes piled in the rooms. He stayed afterwards and helped me move all the boxes out of the rooms that the floor would be put down on. He even offered to come back and move them back in once the floor was down. He was awesome.

I had Express install carpet and everything went well. They were all very courteous, did a fine job, and got it done quickly. Also, their price was fair.

I must say, I was afraid after reading the negative reviews, but... OMG. They did an AMAZING job!!! We got 3 rooms plus our stairs done this Fri. (All done the same day!) And it looks and feels absolutely beautiful! So, so far so good and zero complaints here!!!! Love it!

I had all four or six rooms replaced floors by your company. I felt like it was well worth it and they were fast and clean and effective in accomplishing a hard job. They cleaned up after themselves and I enjoyed how they worked as a team to finish the job and walked with me after work was done.

I replaced my flooring with tile flooring. The quality of the tile is top notch. The sales guy was out the next day to give me a quote and begin the installation the next day. Very professional. The installers and demo guys were amazing. Very professional and kind. I highly recommend using Express Flooring for all your flooring needs. Superior company.

Silvio did an awesome job on the flooring. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing. My floors came out beautiful. I would request again to have him come out thru your company when using again. He cleaned up after the flooring was put in, which I was very impressed with. There should be more installers like Sylvio.
