I like the quick response from the company. They called me back very soon. They scheduled me very soon and they finish my work in the time that they said they would; the installation team is totally professional. They moved all the furniture and they put it back; when they finished, my floors look beautiful in the house look put together. I love it. They did a great job.

The carpet installers introduced them selves professionally, quick at removing the old carpet, cutting, cleaning the floor area's & installing the new, very soft carpet. They were quick and did a good job cleaning up afterwards!!! Very nice carpet installers.

I wish I would have seen the Yelp reviews first. Their company website makes it appear they are a reputable company. They are not! Here is my experience: I met with Eliel, a salesperson, who toured my house, understood my needs, was patient, and told me all about the discounts, including free furniture moving. He took my deposit and I scheduled installation for the following week. He advised me that they take the balance on the day they start installation.

Got my downstairs flooring replaced by Express Flooring and it was a very pleasant experience from the initial design appointment through install. Everyone was professional and on time and the work was excellent. The crew was nice and got everything done in the amount of time promised. I would highly recommend Express Flooring for any large flooring jobs.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I was impressed with the information I received at the beginning as well as the representative who came to my home. Jesus and his team were the installers and did an amazing job. My whole house got new flooring and I was given an estimate of 4-5 days but it was completed in 2 days. Thank you for a job well done!

Great service and communication from start to finish. Everything done as promised. Fast installation and courteous respectful staff. This was the second job they did for us and both were outstanding. We would definitely use them for any flooring needs in the future.

The installers of our carpet were outstanding. They moved all of our furniture with care. It was a husband and wife team and installation of carpet was superb. Bedroom was spotless on completion. This couple had a routine and were very professional.

We LOVE the look of our vinyl plank flooring and the Berber carpet in our bedrooms. The young salesman, Elijah, was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and offered a great price. Tony, the installer was also excellent and did a quality job installing both the flooring and the carpet. It was not easy for us to prepare for the installation but it was well worth it. I would recommend Express Flooring, especially these two men who were outstanding.

Very nice crew, was very careful with moving all my heavy furniture. When flooring was completed, they returned all my furniture in correct location. I really like my choice of flooring. Easy to take care of. Had a issue with a piece of flooring & baseboards, 2nd crew fixed everything to my satisfaction.

I replaced the flooring in my master bedroom. I met with the sales representative (Ethan) at my home on a Saturday. On Tuesday, the flooring was installed by Pedro and the project was completed. Pedro was pleasant and quickly focused on getting the job done. He moved furniture, removed old carpet, and did the install very quickly and did an excellent job.

Great job done on the floor installation. Team was friendly, efficient and professional. Completed a 3 day job in 2 days. The original schedule was for the luxury vinyl to take 2 days but the big crew got it done in 1 day. A much smaller crew came on day 3 for the upstairs carpet and did their work quickly.

The installers (Roberto & Juan) moved the heavy furniture and got right to work. The floors in the Library/office and bedroom: each about 20'x20' look great. Family members and friends have been very complimentary. After they finished the floor installation they moved the furniture back as they put it in place on my suggestion. The installers were polite and professional. In the beginning the Design Consultant was very helpful and answered all questions that I had for him. The whole project was smoothly achieved. The work was very competently done and attention to detail was a pleasant surprise. Gustavo and Angel were very polite and accommodating to anything and everything that I asked of. I will assuredly use Floor Express for any future jobs that I may have and/or will recommend to anyone that asks me if I know a good floor company.

The crew that did my floors were caring, helpful, courteous. They did a wonderful job. I am satisfied with their work. Really good at what they do. They communicated well with me on what they were doing. They helped move furniture and worked around what couldn’t be moved out of the room.

The installers, Marco and Rosa, worked quickly and efficiently. Both were very nice and hard-working. They arrived on time and did not take any breaks. They moved all the furniture with the least amount of disruption... which included our electronic items.

From the first phone call, to working with Didnora on the quote and choices of flooring, to the installers and clean up afterwards, the whole experience was seamless. Everyone was polite and easy to work with. They made sure we knew everything about the process.

Looks beautiful. We had our entire home done. We had carpet installed in the bedrooms and family room and luxury vinyl plank flooring in the baths, kitchen, laundry room, dining and living room. The entire experience was seamless and our team was fantastic. They finished up early, too.

The entire process was great. Had the consultation with no pressure. He was very nice and helpful. We picked the flooring, financing was easy, and chose a date the next week! Installers completed the job in 3 days and they moved a lot! They were hard workers! The floors and new baseboards are beautiful and we love them!

We purchased the pet resistant carpet and were very pleased with the look of the carpet and the speed with which they installed it. However, our elderly pet had some mishaps and now they will not honor the lifetime warranty on stains, a 1 1/2 later. It also took over a month for a service manager to get back to me after the field manager inspected the carpet. Very poor customer service and poor value of the carpet.

The flooring installation was completed professionally and ahead of schedule. I budgeted three days for the flooring is delicious. The installers were so efficient. They completed it in a day and a half. They performed the quality check with me after the job was done and cleaned up the job site before they left. I have the highest degree of confidence in their installation and highly recommend this company.

I have had a lot of remodel projects in my home the last 5 years but none flowed so seamlessly and perfectly as the floor installation. Everything was done to my satisfaction (which is difficult), beautifully and quickly. The two installers were professional and accomplished the work at a high quality standard.

The recent carpet installation in the living room and tile installation in the kitchen by Express Flooring produced excellent results. Tile was installed on the ground floor. Installers handled moving of furniture and appliances very well. The tile installation is very good and involved cutting many small odd shapes. Carpet was installed on the 2nd floor and stairs. I am very happy with the work.

I was very skeptical at first, thinking they weren’t going to finish the job in one day. I was very wrong, and very impressed and delighted with the finished project. All of the guys were very kind and assisted me with any questions my husband and I had. There a bunch of dust in certain areas but overall I was very happy. Thanks Flooring Express. 😃👍🏾

We love our floors. The two men that installed it were great. It only took two days and a half to put our floors in. They cleaned everything up. Didn’t leave a mess. I love how it was really quick and I got to pick the floor which way it will go. They did a good job putting in the floors in.

Both the laminate & tile crews did a great job. However, as is true with most home contractors you have to watch carefully what they are doing, do your research, and don't be afraid to ask them to change whatever may not be to your satisfaction. Overall they did a great job!

The installers were very polite, hard-working, and arriving on time. They did an excellent job throughout the house. Would definitely recommend them to be in your home. The installers had a great attitude at all times and more than willing to accommodate the needs for my mother who walks on a walker. When they left, they did not leave a mess outside or inside. We just had a dust on the inside of the house. Lol. And finished in a timely manner. Thank you, Express Flooring.

Lisa P. did an amazing job with her presentation, and I was absolutely delighted with my installation team. Juan, Manny, and Luis arrived promptly and were careful with my kids, our pets, and all our furniture! I was so impressed with how fast they worked and by their beautiful installation. This team deserves a raise!
