Ben, Did a great job. Explained why we had the failure and how to fix it myself in the future. Updated the info on my computer related to CPI. Upgraded the system with another telecommunication card. Also, tested our entire system. Very friendly. He is a keeper!

** has excellent customer service skills. He checked the entire system while he was here after he had corrected the problem w the smoke alarm. He explained that I needed window sensors on six windows very near my deck. He installed them today. Paul **, quality control field rep, came while ** was here. Very courteous and professional.

My door lock was not working regardless to changing batteries. I was constantly inconvenienced. The technician was very nice about fixing it. He changed my attitude about leaving CPI. He fixed the problem and was very patience and answered all my questions. Very professional. I would definitely recommend CPI to people. The service was great.

I experienced a problem with my CPI System and could not resolve the issue by searching the manual. I called the CPI 800 number and fortunately reached Customer Care Representative Katrina **. Ms. ** was very knowledgeable and consulted another rep when she was not certain of her response. She provides exceptional customer service and should be commended!! Many thanks to Ms. **.... I appreciate a kind and helpful voice on the other end of the conversation.

Fire alarm kept going off even though we had electrician change. Jonathan went the extra mile to correct our problem and educate us as to the correct batteries! He was most patient in answering our many questions! Service beyond measure - wish all companies sent out someone like this - Thank You

Dining room tamper - Very polite. Introduced himself. Sorry I can't recall his name. Did a great job and checked everything. I called the 800 number with questions about how to edit and update our account. Also, I requested a key fob that we did not have (never received?) I spoke with Chasity **, who was very pleasant and helpful in guiding me thru the CPI website, and answering all my questions. She is also ordering us the key fob with panic alert feature.

My experience so far deals with an electronic door system that has had to be checked three times due to it constantly going off at random. The fourth call was with a rep who finally had to replace the whole door system/unit. Says this should solve problem. We will have to wait and see.

The experience with the technician was excellent. I couldn't be happier. Super friendly, he knew what he was doing and was very professional. He answered my questions even when I asked the same question several times, very respectful of our home. I had an outdoor video camera installed and the technician was very knowledgeable about the camera I received. Every question I asked the technician Aerias he answered and he also stayed to make sure my camera appeared on my phone when they didn't show up. He went far beyond the call of duty to take care of me.

After trying a do it yourself system, I came back to CPI and Chuck got me up/running in no time. Everything was thoroughly checked and I feel protected again. The only thing that detracted from a five star value rating is the thought that after paying high $ for five years on monitoring on the old contract and thermostats that wouldn’t stay online for that period, a new key fob or upgraded panel might have been a nice ‘welcome back’. But Chuck is a solid 5!

I had a problem with my backdoor setting off my alarm several times starting back in the winter and customer service indicated it was probably because it got very cold that night. After it happened a couple more times, I just stopped using it. So, it is warm now, so I turned it on earlier this week and during the day it happened again - police and all since I was at work.
HOWEVER, I got a quick appointment for today and the most helpful and wonderful technician, Lamar ** not only quickly identified and fixed the problem with my backdoor sensor, he checked my other two, tested everything and even provided me a new sign since the one I have had since implementation was not even readable anymore! FURTHER, he gave me advice on how to fix a problem with my router because I was unable to access the internet - and it WORKED. You need hundreds more gentlemen like Mr. ** - he provided EXTRAORDINARY customer service with maximum professionalism. He really served your company well.

The service three ladies in your Customer Support Dept gave me was Superb. They spoke quite clearly and were very knowledgeable in handling my problem. And, I am not even your customer but POA for my brother in law who is. I needed to get his system running properly while he is ill. Chrissy and her coworkers directed me where I needed to go and my service appointment is made and will be handled promptly. My experience was amazing! Jerene was exceptional working with, as he showed up promptly, was very polite, informative about everything that he was doing, and also consistently informed me of his progress. What I appreciate the most is that he involved me in the decision making, and gave me options on where I could place the cameras to get the best view of the areas in and around my house. Furthermore, he delicately drilled into the brick from the back side of the house and the camera was well placed, without cracking the bricks. I truly appreciate his customer service and work ethic! The technician upgrade the entire CPI box to allow for wireless usage of the CPI alarm system. The work was performed efficiently and the security system is working now without any issue. This new upgrade will also allow me to monitor my home via the CPI app.

Sean has been my technician the last two times for my alarm system. He installed extra equipment at my home yesterday. He is always knowledgeable about the products and services. Mr. ** did a great job installing our new security system. He was so precise with his job, very patient with our questions and respectful. The only negative point was the time we waited for him to show up which was not his problem. The company should have been more careful with scheduling appointment times. We were scheduled for 8am and he was at our place at 11:45am. Other than that, we had a great experience with Mr. ** and we definitely give him a 5 star!

We suffered a break in at our home. The alarm helped prevent the intruder from getting anything but we needed an upgrade. The CPI representative (Earnest **) that handled the original installation promptly returned our call and was able to come by less than 24 hours after the break in. He was extremely helpful and responsive in guiding us through the upgrade. The tech that installed our cameras (Brad) worked tirelessly to resolve the Wi-Fi issues we had. He could have left us with a system that was less than perfect but he was vigilant and we ended up with an excellent camera set up. When you have suffered a break in it is a great help to know people are willing to do whatever it takes quickly and competently to restore your peace of mind. Our experience was first rate.

The operator that assisted me was kind and patient and went over and beyond to meet my needs. I had a couple questions outside her scope but she either found the answer or was more resourceful than the previous operator I was transferred from. Stupid that you don’t offer discounted rates to customers on home automation items eventually this will lead to the company being dated and eventually lose business. Home automation is becoming more cost effective and multiple friends of mine are just waiting out their CPI. Contract to jump ship.

Katrina, conveyed her confidence by patiently walking me through the manual overpass, how many time I will need to repeat this until, the alarm was silenced. She kept me online as she tried to accommodate my request to set-up an emergency appointment for the next morning. It would be cheaper to buy all the equipment and utilize the same service from a different company. I have talked with customer service several times in last couple of years. They have been very helpful giving me directions how to change console pad if I couldn't figure it out. Also, I like CPI security in that if alarm goes off, they check and allow the homeowner time to cancel alarm if it's a false alarm before sending someone out. I also like when voice alarm tells you where alarm is going off/what area it is.

My sales rep was misleading did not tell me I had to buy a box for $300 to get 24hour recording. One camera has been offline since day 1. I was supposed to pay $11.18 for prorated charges they debited $118.18. I called in they said they would call back. That did not happen. It took several reps close to an hour to figure out they overcharged me. I was told they had the auto alerts to arm the system that is not true. Bad Bad Bad. The only constant thing I have heard is you only have three days to cancel! All of this in less than I week. They offered credits but will not let me cancel.

Technician Justin was Punctual as a matter of fact very early for installation and very respectful of my home by removing his shoes and cleaning up thoroughly when finished. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable of the equip and took the time to explain in detail what he did and the proper operation. He even made suggestions I never would have thought of on my own and recommendations for my individual concerns. Happy with placement and workings of equip. He left me feeling very safe. Chris was awesome! Very polite. Asked for my input on everything and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure. Thoroughly explained his thoughts behind it. I have been with CPI Security for over 18 Years and when I called my issues in with my Thermostat CPI sent Danny ** to fix my issues. But he did more than that he replaced my Thermostat then fixed the CPI door lock and then tested all of the sensors in my house from upstairs to downstairs and what a great job Danny did for me and my family. No other technician that came to my house in the past never did what Danny did for me today. He was a fantastic CPI Spokesman for the company that I have been using for the past several years. Danny was the BEST technician I ever had and he took great care of another CPI customer.

Guillermo was extremely patient sorting out the problems. Not one wire from our previous alarm server was labeled and there were a lot of wires since many windows were armed. Always professional, neat, and worked around us seamlessly. It was a very long job. Took two nights and one afternoon. We were happy to have him as our installer and, I imagine, he was happy to see our house in his rear view mirror!

I was told by my company to reach out to Matt **, he was professional and got back to me right away. Within 2 days of the call we had met and had set up the contract. My next appointment was with Damon 3 days later, which was great as well. I cannot say enough about Damon, the job he did, and his pleasurable demeanor. Refreshing... This is the way that I would describe my entire experience from start (Candace **) to finish (Andrew **). It is simply refreshing to know that true customer service still exists and that it is a priority that CPI seems to value. I would also like to give an extra acknowledgement to Andrew. Not only did he come in and install my system just as I wanted it, but he also left everything clean and provided me with invaluable assistance on where to put my furniture. :) Furthermore, unbeknownst to me all the while he was working upstairs the AC was not on, on the upper level and it was HOT! However, he never complained and even when I realized what he had been dealing with, he still smiled and kept moving forward. CPI, hold on to these two, they're doing great work for you. KUDOS!

I asked for a survey today because I feel like when you get good customer service especially over the phone the person or people need to be told and let their boss know how well I was treated because I work in retail and I love when somebody tells my boss that they were happy with my service and how I went out of my way to save them money, help them or whatever the case might have been. So I asked Christalin “Chrissy” ** if I could send a survey in for her and how awesome she was to help me with a simple question about getting a video to the police department that turned into her listening to a small story about the situation and she didn’t have to listen to me but she did, and that may not mean a lot to some people but it definitely did to me.
I also wanted to make it clear that just the couple times I’ve had to call about a upgrade or just a question about the app or anything for the year that I have been with you guys I’ve never had bad service and I want to let you or whoever know that calling a customer service line or a 1-800 number you never know who you’re gonna get on the phone but I not once have had a bad phone call or a question not answered. So thank you for amazing service and providing protection to my house and family! THANK YOU SO MUCH, and like I said today talking to Chrissy and her just taking the time to listen to me for a quick second about a bad situation I’m going through meant a lot, so if you could please let her know that she is doing a good job and if nothing let her know that a simple phone call and question a bad day turned around because of how helpful and nice she was, so again I thank you and CPI.

Camera not connecting. Robert was very prompt and courteous. The problem was with Spectrum Community Solutions equipment, so having to call them to resolve issue. Robert ran a check on my system since he was here to make sure everything was running properly. Would definitely recommend CPI to family and friends.

We were having issues with our main office front door not staying unlocked during business hours. Our CPI account tech, Mark **, came by to troubleshoot and reprogram. He checked in the next morning to see if all was well, and when I indicated it was not, he advised that he would work me into his schedule and see if a controller was bad. Kudos to Mark because he came prepared with a new controller! He did a thorough check of programs and product several times before acknowledging the controller needed to be replaced.
I received a written quote for replacement and upon my approval, told me that he would be glad to stay after hours to install as he had the controller in his truck. Being in the customer service industry over 25 years, I truly appreciate the fact that Mark went above and beyond the norm to take care of my immediate needs. He was kind enough to work me into his schedule and then willing to install after his regular hours. To top it off, he did it with a smile!

William came out to our house, yesterday, to fix a bad sensor. We were blown away by his professionalism, knowledge of CPI, and overall top notch customer service. He went above and beyond making sure that every door and automation we have was working properly. He took the time to make sure we knew important system features (that we're not explained to us when we initially had the system installed). He was patient with our many questions and answered them confidently and in the most friendly demeanor. We never felt rushed.
He went above and beyond, spending more time than most would, making sure we were taking care of completely. It was obvious, in the small amount of time we were together, that he is a great representative of the company, isn't afraid to put in extra time and effort and I wanted to take a minute to praise him and thank him for a job well done. Over the years we have had many different technicians, from multiple companies, come to our home and I've never experienced one like William.

Installer Justin ** was extremely helpful and courteous. Explained equipment and years and made recommendations when necessary. Was on time and was very helpful and the installation and changeover of my system. Billy, the technician from CPI, was professional and very helpful. He was able to diagnose and remedy the problem with our garage door quickly. They also updated our thermostat, which we had some concerns about and made sure our sensors and alarms system was functioning properly. I switched my security service to CPI for a better service. From beginning to end they were professional and explained everything from equipment to install monitoring service. My system was not an easy one, I live in the middle of nowhere with low signal. But the tech knew what he was doing and made where I didn’t have to have any extra equipment or an antenna on the side of my house. Also eliminated the siren/speaker on my wall. I am now able to take my old one down and patch the hole up. Also the system is better than my old one. Less buttons to arm and disarm.

I initially called CPI based on a recommendation of a long term and pleased consumer. I could not agree more. Each person that I have encountered has been extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. From my very first call to the initial sales consultant, the person who scheduled my tech, the tech that came to the home, and the customer care rep that assisted and walked me through my first day of using the panel. Great value, great service and great to know they are just a phone call away. CPI exhibited a sense of urgency and was able to set my home up quicker than I imagined. We own and operate 2 bed and breakfasts and 6 vacation rentals and we use CPI at each for both security and for keyless entry locks for our guests. We've experienced intermittent technical issues of late and have had to call techs out to troubleshoot. While they seem knowledgeable and were very helpful once there, it took almost a week for someone to come out in person. With an account of our size and the amount of properties and locks on our system, we were expecting a higher level of service, especially given the fact that when the system goes down, we have no way to secure the properties or our guests and their belongings.
Is there an account rep that can "oversee" this account and help us get assistance in a quicker manner than we have in the past? It should not take 3-5 business days to get someone out in person. That's not acceptable, for us or anyone else. Again, nothing to say but good things about the techs, but the level of service could be greatly increased with a quicker response to our calls and requests for tech support, especially since we are using your equipment as well (in all but one property). We're in the people business and strive to make their experiences good ones. We're not feeling that kind of love from CPI. Not even close.

When my relationship started with CPI this person who assisted me with set up. Told me he would be my personal customer service agent. When an issue came up, I called several times and he never followed up. The concept of having a personal customer service agent for future service needs in the future was really appealing to me as a new customer. Overall I've had no major problems with the equipment or monitoring. However, they one issue previously doesn't leave room for a lot of confidence in your organization. Thanks.

Not much different from any other security company I suppose. Alarms go off periodically for no reason. Batteries, sensors replaced, still continues. Others have installed motion detectors with no issue with our animals, but apparently not the case with CPI. Was told could not do motion detectors. But, at least you do call when the alarm goes off!!

The technician, Lamar, is awesome! This issue is inferior quality with the doorbell video equipment which fails to provide adequate and consistent performance. It’s also ridiculous that it (doorbell camera) is only viewable on your mobile device whereas all others (cameras) can be viewed on-line. Lots of other issues!!
