Damon was an exceptional tech person. He was on time & listened to our needs. He positioned the equipment in places that will be effective but also not eyesores. He did an excellent job reviewing the system with us upon completion.

Mr. ** was very professional during the installation process. Mr. ** is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on the system along with recommending additional equipment to ensure the security of our home. Due to his expertise and recommendations we definitely feel safe and secure. We will definitely recommend CPI to friends and family and we are so glad that we made the transition from ADT to CPI.

I have just recently installed my CPI security system so not a lot of experience with the monitoring services. But the consult and install were very helpful and thorough. Clear everyone works as a team and was there to support the client. This is my first security system and they made sure I had everything I needed to be safe but did not try to "oversell" me with equipment I did not need. Really appreciated all the time they took to educate me on what I needed and how to use the equipment properly. It was also easy to explain to my husband who was not here during the install. We have our first baby coming next month and now feel like we have the last thing to make this home a safe environment for our little one. Thank you for your help CPI!

Just had our new CPI security system installed. The installation technician, Jed called about 30 minutes prior to arrival, well within the appointment window. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the equipment he installed. He took extra effort to ensure things were properly done and explained every detail about the system to us. This process went extremely smooth. Jed was a true professional in all aspects.

I had my security system removed from my old home and reinstalled in my new home by technician Jed **. He arrived during the designated window of time. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional in his work and communication with me. My experience was great. Tech showed up on time and he was very respectful as he enter the home. Upon entering he got right to work and was aware of what was reported on the phone and realized that the motion detector had a default.

Mr. ** was prompt and courteous, and he noticed a couple of oddities in the way my system was initially configured. He quickly made the necessary changes to make it more efficient and then checked the entire system before leaving. Excellent work.

Service repair I thought was going to just put on a new sensor for the back door but he went above and beyond. Help me get my camera straight installed a device where I will not have to reset it all the time. He helped me get my account setup online correctly informed of some great add on products and new the cost of all them and whether or not it would raise my payments. Very very good customer service convinced me to stay with CPI when I was considering leaving for another service.

Nice dealing with an individual that knows the products and understands the needs of the customers. Unfortunately due to the age of the equipment we will need to upgrade and not much can be done. We will be in touch. Thanks again.

Seth arrived on time and was able to find the problem within just a few minutes. He connected a modem to the system and it seemed to do the trick. He was friendly, neat and well spoken, a great young man.

We recently upgraded our system to the InTouch Package, replacing interior camera and adding a doorbell camera. The representatives were very helpful and cooperative in getting things set up to our satisfaction as regards equipment and price. The technician was prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with everyone we dealt with at CPI and with the system.

Mark ** stopped by my wife's salon "Ice Salon" to assist us with pairing up the security cameras. He is so polite and professional at what he does. Mark assisted me, addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and even walked through the online tool and showed me a few things. Not that he did all of these, he also positioned the cameras to where I need them to be and I could had done it myself but he did it anyway and made sure that I was happy. I had noticed the recording device was not installed in a safe area where it could be tampered and all the evidence would be compromised. He took his time and relocated it for me to another area where it would be harder to locate.

Hi, I was a customer with CPI and since I was moving to Chicago, I called in around July to move my service to Chicago. I also mentioned to them that I will no longer reside in my NC address and that I sold my home. I was told by CPI that the company doesn’t operate in Chicago but will keep my payments on hold for 2 months and will try to get in touch with the new owner for the service. I mentioned that since the company doesn't operate in Chicago, they should kindly cancel my service to which CPI insisted that they will not need to do that since they will be trying to ask the new owner to activate the service. I would like to now ask CPI to cancel my service since I was billed in September despite having sold my home on the 30th of August. I would also like to reiterate that CPI doesn’t operate in Chicago and since they do not do so, I shouldn't be under the obligation to pay penalties since I did want to continue with CPI in my new home at **.

Best service I’ve had in Charlotte. Guillermo explained everything clearly and did very high quality work installing all the devices and made sure to clean up. He was patient with my many questions and represents the company well. Based on his nice way I will recommend the company to my friends. I trusted his advice.

The tech knew what he was doing. A real pro. Did his job in a quiet manner, a respectful manner, guided me through the operation of system 'til I was sure I could operate it with confidence. I will am sure. I tell others not just for the free month of service but for the great service.

On 8/31/18, Mr. Thaddeus ** installed my CPI system. Mr. ** was very knowledgeable in helping to determine the best security needs for my home. Mr. ** was thorough in his explanation of how he intended to install all of the equipment and he even went as far as cleaning up to the point where I would not have known what work was done had I not been present. Mr. ** was very courteous, professional and patient. I was unable to provide Mr. ** with a voided check as I only had starter checks available. Though this was the case, Mr. ** was extremely courteous and advised on alternative ways I could submit the information he needed. I would definitely recommend CPI to a friend or family member thanks to Mr. **. As a matter of fact, my aunt was present during the install and advised she would be switching from ADT due to the level of service Mr. ** provided.

Both the quote work by Tonya and install were excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The installer was very knowledgeable and seemed to work to give us the best set-up for our house. Very organized and professional as they worked. Cleaned up afterwards including vacuuming.

Genuine Amish Furniture Security - We are very happy with our new security system. Our sales rep, Jacalyn ** was amazing from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Our install guy, David was also amazing. They both answered all of our questions and we feel safe and knowledgable about our new system.

He did a great job. Courteous and professional. On time, kept his work area near and cleaned up when he was done. Good job of explaining how everything worked and what we were getting charged for. Highly recommend him for installs.

Came in and replaced an outdated carbon monoxide detector. Also ran a complete system test. Also informed me of the silent procedures for disarming and calling for assistance incognito. We were never made aware of this on the initial install at the original install date. Again Mr. ** is a great technician!!

Agent worked with me for over 2 hours to change all access codes and permission updates for our company after high level termination of employees. This made a very difficult and stressful day less work for me. The agent made it easy for me to call her back several times with additional questions and requests. She was always polite and went out of her way to be helpful.

Contacted Tech Support to resolve Low Battery Indicators. It was determined that I needed a service call to resolve issues. Service person determined I needed software update. This resolved my issues and I requested additional security items to be installed. I was completely satisfied with my contact with all CPI employees. They were friendly and knowledgeable and put my concerns to rest.

CPI has always had stellar customer service and has definitely proven that once again. I contacted CPI concerning my disappointment of being charged the market value for an outdoor camera upgrade. The Customer Service Supervisor, Neal, contacted me the next day and authorized an early upgrade for me which left me very happy. I love CPI Security.

Henry was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Installation of both SKYBELL and replacement of a motion detector went without difficulty. Henry also performed a complete systems check and was able to address all of our issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend Henry to anyone who requires CPI service or maintenance. The installer was excellent. Very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The product does what the company says at a reasonable price. The installation tech was great. Highly recommend him. The salesman didn’t have me on the schedule as I thought, but the other members of the team fixed the problem immediately and my alarm was installed as planned.

This was our first experience with a security system company and everything went extremely smooth. The initial quote process was handled very professionally by Justine and the installation tech (Guillermo **) was excellent. He was at our house most of the day working very hard to make sure everything was properly installed. It was a pleasure all around and I would highly recommend CPI!

I would like to recognize Brandon ** for his expert knowledge of the system and his exceptional customer service. He was the third CPI worker to come to my home to finish the installation of my new system. He was very knowledgeable of the different components of the system and had to go back and redo some of what the others had done before. He did all of this without any complaining. He worked quickly and efficiently and made sure the job was completed and everything was working and explained the system to me before leaving. He should be commended for a job well done. If it were not for him I would have had the new system removed from my home because of the two encounters experienced prior to his arrival.

Awesome experience with Guillermo installing my new system! He explained everything perfectly and gave advice on the best placement for my equipment. Very professional and friendly! Smoke giving error code on alarm. Suggested to replace batteries, still not working. Tech came in and checked smoke detector and re installed correctly. Smoke detector worked momentarily and quit again. Tech put in another set of batteries and smoke detector started working. Checked all systems to ensure everything was functioning properly. Three hours later after tech left, smoke detector giving error code again. Tech came back and replaced unit. No further problems.

Ben was knowledgeable about all products, patient and really seemed to care. Such a rare find for an employee. Hope you hire more employees like him. He even came back to fix our camera doorbell. He was great. Glad they replaced the door lock on back laundry room.

The customer service representative was so nice and professional. She was very patient and courteous with my questions about the alarm beeping. A storm cause my power to go out. She gave me step by step instructions on how to stop the beeping.

Chrissy was able to talk me through locating the alarm certificate using the CPI App. She explained that emailing, as I had asked would take longer and that I could have immediate access through the use of the App. She was also able to answer questions about current promotions. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

Chris ** (my Installer) was helpful and accommodating in regards to my questions, configurations and desired locations of my equipment. He followed up to ensure I was happy and pleased with everything, he also ensured that all pieces of equipment were operational and that I understood all of the functions and programming of the components. Even though it was a long process Chris worked non-stop, until it was completed and I was satisfied.

Our tech - Cameron did a fine job. Explained well and made sure issue was resolved. He had a kind spirit and a nice attitude. He knows his product well. Overall, service from all techs have been pleasant so far. Britt was a great sales guy also. Making sure we had what we needed in our package.

Had an alarm system installed by CPI techs. These guys were professional. They came in, asked where I wanted equipment installed, assessed the task at hand, and went to work. I'm always concerned when someone comes to my home and starts drilling. After watching these guys for about 20 minutes I felt at ease. They made the job look easy. Help with doorbell cameras - Excellent. On time. Did work quickly. Very knowledgeable and polite and friendly. He knew what to do to fix the problem. Very pleased with CPI. Even on a recent addition that was difficult they worked until it was right. We will continue with CPI.

We initially saw the CPI canopy at the Greensboro July 4 celebration. We left our name and address. Luis ** was one of the individuals at the booth. He assured us that he would be the person that would get back to us. After a few days, he called and set up an appointment to meet with us. We had a wonderful meeting with Luis **. He explained the system and what CPI could do for us. He made us want to do business with him. Additionally, the system demonstration he gave sold us. From our perspective, we were getting security from break-ins and help if we happened to have an accident inside the house. That second part was very important. Also, the demonstration showed how great the modern technology is for both receipt and transmission of voice.

On July 17, 2018, I telephonically contacted a CPI customer services regarding how to obtain on going security monitoring letter/certificate for my residence as needed a homeowners insurance discount. I was assisted by being directed to the CPI home log in portal. Where I was advised by the Representative how to download the letter reflecting continuing security monitoring as requested. The process was easy, the Representative was very professional and knowledgeable about obtaining this information. Great experience!

To schedule the service was a breeze. Also they call you half an hour in advance of their arrival. The most amazing, it was for free. Yeap, they upgraded my system for free. Love (the technician) was the kindest and patient person. He took the time to review several times that everything was working fine and to explain it to me to be sure that I understand everything. Turning security system on & off with cell phone - The person helping me was wonderful, knowledgeable successful at solving my problem. I could not have asked for anything more. Also got other things straight about my security system. I needed to change my contact names so that was done too.

Installation of a new wireless door sensor. We rejected the first one that was large and ugly attached to the back of the door. It would have been nice for the technician to show us what he was going to install, especially since it was so different than the previous one that was hidden. After ordering the new one the second installation was flawless and it works well. I was a little ticked that they made me pay $60 since I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and not once has CPI called to ask if I wanted to upgrade or how my service was; This in light of every other alarm company trying to get our business. Maybe I should look at switching companies.

Mitchell did a great job on the install. Doing a takeover job at the new home was very time consuming. He also was very conscientious of the clean-up job and disposal of the old equipment. Overall, we’re very happy. Successful move!

Payton was very helpful and responded professionally with an answer to my concern. She advised me when the discount was applied and she also sent me a copy of the statement. Jacalyn may be one of the friendliest, most reliable, and helpful individuals I've come in contact with and without her this process for me would have been a nightmare. Bending over backwards is an understatement, and she, in my opinion, is one of CPI's greatest assets.

Great experience at install. The technicians arrived early, did a great job of installing the new service, and provided excellent guidance on how best to set up an effective security system. It's too soon to fairly evaluate customer service and support but I intend to do so after a few (perhaps several) months as a new CPI customer.

Brad came on time. But explained nothing. There was a problem and I expected an explanation and got nothing. I am not happy with, my in home service, over the phone service, and I’m don’t feel safe at home. I wish I did not have a contract with CPI.

This was my second experience with Ray, when I saw he was going to install a second system for me, I know I had nothing to worry about. He was awesome just like the 1st time. My installation was large and was very difficult, he never gave up on finishing the job!

The order process was difficult and not well explained. There was confusion about obtaining new equipment versus taking over old, and what could be included in our package. There was also pressure to sign the contract before an assessment by the tech could be made at our house, but we wanted to see what the actual charge it would be before signing anything. This was treated as our being somewhat unreasonable, but it is not unreasonable to want to know exactly what one is being charged before entering a contract. There also was poor communication about requirements for the doorbell. The installation tech was great though, very thorough, professional and patient. He was a very good representative for your company.

Every CPI customer service interaction so far has been superb from the point of sale to any questions or requests we have had. My last call was with Angela ** and she went the extra mile to follow up with me. We are very happy with CPI and look forward to our upcoming installation.

We have a problem with a sensor falsely detecting a compromise at one of our entrances. CPI was quick to respond to the 3 occurrences that triggered the alarm, and very helpful in working through each occurrence and scheduling a technician for assessment and repair. We have been CPI customers since 2003 and have always had great service and response.

CPI technician Guillermo was great and very helpful. Great install, very professional, great customer service. Clean work. Bilingual. Love the new camera systems and motions sensors, with the door lock. Very happy and most important feel safe with my family with new security system. GO CPI!! Definitely recommend this security system.

Great customer service is extremely rare these days and I will say that the employees I dealt with to install my security system offered the best customer service I've had in a long time. They were so kind, helpful, thorough, determined and overall just good people. Grace ** was my sales rep and Mitch was the installer.

I spoke with Jaleesa today regarding access to some information I needed. She was very polite and courteous and walked me through the simple process of finding what I needed. So far, I have been very satisfied with my service since we got our system installed in January. Everyone from the sales rep, to the installation technician, to security, to today has been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. Will definitely recommend.

James was very friendly and respectful. He was knowledgeable about CPI, the different packages, and provided helpful suggestions. He was patient when explaining and instructing me on the new system. James was thorough with the installation process, instructing portion, and cleaned up after himself.

My wife and I had excellent experiences with a woman named Taz yesterday, and another today named Alexis. Both were pleasant, friendly and professional in equal measures, and should make the bosses up to the CEO happy that these two are dealing with customers, current and and potential. In my mind, in dealing with CSRs and Tech Reps, being friendly and patient with me is as important as their product knowledge and technical expertise. ALL of these elements are present, in spades, in these two women. Oh yeah, and we look forward to a few new CPI additions to make our home and ourselves safer. Mr. or Ms. CFO owes them a bonus.

Technician came to the home and set up a router so that if my WIFI failed the kitchen camera would continue to operate. He did a great job and was completed in a short amount of time. Technician was quick - knowledgeable - and courteous.

The CPI technician (Chris) came out as scheduled and on time. She did a great job explaining the system as well as getting everything installed and set up properly. Chris did not leave any mess after having to drill holes for the sensors and cameras. Would definitely recommend.

Susan did a great job today providing excellent customer service. She took the time to resolve all of my issues and remotely made changes to my keypad. I had to retrieve information and she waited until I got it. It was a good experience.

I spoke with Susan regarding my keypad beeping. I wanted to wait to call because I was working, but, I couldn't handle all the noise. I called CPI, it was very quick, Susan told me exactly what to do. She was very nice and welcoming to speak with in the morning. She asked if I needed anything else and bid me a great day! Glad I have such great quick, friendly customer service!

Ms. ** was super helpful and professional. She helped troubleshoot and fix my problem quickly & efficiently. Very polite over the phone as well. She offered to discuss my free upgrade, but we are not interested at this time and she thanked me for being a loyal customer. She did not push the issue.

Brad was very thorough explaining what my alarm trouble included and the reason for this. When this updated system was installed the battery for old system was not changed causing much stress on me and my family and neighbors. I do appreciate Brad and his expertise!!!

I just wanted to talk about that our amazing experience with Brandon ** and Xavier **. The most important thing for us in getting a security system is the cameras. We were having issues installing the cameras due to the structure of our home, however, Brandon and Xavier worked together to ensure our cameras were installed in the location that we wanted. We have been CPI customers for years. Recently bought a new home that didn't have a security system. Shelley ** is the best employee CPI has. Originally had an issue with it being a new wireless system but she pushed on to find a way. And now it works flawlessly. She was very helpful with every aspect of our new system and continues to follow up to make sure we're satisfied with it. My previous system is still in our previous home and the renters that are there now do wish to take over as customers of CPI.
