I shopped around for home warranty service and decided on Choice Home Warranty because of several reviews I had read. I had an issue with my high efficiency washer and after placing a service call, they dispatched someone to come and fix my washer the very same day. I really enjoy the customer service that Choice Home Warranty provides me, and also their dependability.

A few electrical problems at home...ceiling fans not working, power outlets not working and circuit tripping. From the time I called customer service to raise my claim to the time the work was approved the service was excellent. I was impressed with the speed at which things progressed and the manner in which follow ups were done by the customer service team.

I was very pleased with the service man from intelfix Appliance. He was on time and very professional. He had to take the appliance to his shop and was very careful in removing it from the wall and protected other appliances. In returning the appliance they were two hours late but reinstalled it with the same careful procedures. Over all good results.

When I had a clog in my kitchen disposal, I logged a service request online with Choice Home Warranty. A representative from CHW called me within the hour and was able to schedule a plumber within 24 hrs. The plumber arrived on time (and called ahead to say they were on the way). He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. I paid the standard CHW service fee and the problem was solved. I was so impressed with the plumbing company's service that I kept the receipt in case I needed to call on a plumber for any handyman projects in the future.

My first claim with this company and I could not ask for a better experience. The service I received was prompt and responsive. The time from my calling in my claim to being on the phone with the service company that was coming out to handle my repair was less than an hour.

I had several sinks/tubs with drain problems. I was able to schedule a claim with minimal effort and minimal hold time. The plumber assigned called the same day and scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time and was professional and competent as I would later observe. He cleared the drains and identified that the drain problem in the kitchen was due to a defective (worn out) garbage disposal. Following telephone calls to the plumber's manager and Choice the plumber was authorized to replace the disposal. I was pleased to pay only the $45.00 for the call and no hidden charges. The service was excellent from the Choice employees to the plumbing staff.

The response from Choice Home Warranty came within 1 hour. The HVAC serviceman came to my house in one hour. He found problem immediately, consulted with Choice Home Warranty and order original Lenox motor immediately. Motor came after two days and he installed immediately. Excellent service from HVAC serviceman. I am happy with Choice Home Warranty company.

Two days after my warranty went into effect, my garage door opener failed on me & I needed it repaired. I called Choice & within 1 business day, I had a technician at my home who resolved it in less than 1 hour. You are AWESOME! I was told by Total Comfort Heating and Air that I needed to replace my HVAC system and remove everything because of mold, mildew, faulty coils, rust and it was on the ground and not blocks. I decided to call Choice Home Warranty and I was assigned Cahaba Contractor A/C Plumbing Company and Keith was given my job. Keith reinspected my HVAC unit Dec 11 and told me there is nothing wrong with it. The other problem was Keith did not show up Dec 12 to replace the part but after I called the office, he called me back and apology and reschedule for Saturday. He also arrived Saturday, Dec 21 and installed the circuit board and themostat on time and was very professional, courteous and explained what type work he was performing at my home. I'm a very happy customer and will be using Cahaba in the future for my routine maintenance provider to service my system.

Merry Christmas! The service man called before he came and was on time. He was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, that was good too. He repaired my oven. He also tried to repair the dishwasher but was unable to because it needed a part and the company had to approve it first. He said after approval, he would contact me. He hasn't yet. which is okay, I can wait. Thank you for this warranty company.

I contacted choice home Monday morning before they opened. The rep took my info and filed a claim for me. I contacted customer service once they opened. I was told they were dispatching my claim to a repairman. Within 30 minutes I had a call then an email stating my claim had been assigned to a repairman. I needed to contact him to set up a scheduled visit. He said he would call when he was on his way. He called about 4 hours later. He showed up and within 2 hours he had our system up and running. Thanks home choice for being prompt this time!!!! Definitely getting better!!!

My 10 year old microwave finally decided to break down. I called CHW and within 3 hours had an appointment scheduled with a repair company for the following day. Once the diagnosis was complete it took 2 weeks for the replacement part to arrive. Once it did, the repair company called and scheduled an appointment to complete the repair. My microwave is back in business and working like new.

I'm very glad I made the switch from American Home Shield to Choice Home Warranty. Not only is my total annual coverage about $100 less per year, but the service fee is $30 less. Plus, Choice Home Warranty covers more than my previous policy with AHS. Thanks, Choice Home Warranty.

I have had a home warranty company for the past 17 years. When I moved to AZ from CA I tried different companies over a ten year span. Each of them would give me a good initial price then raise everything. The last one charged $55 for a high end Bosch dishwasher each visit over about 10 visits. When I said "Enough", it's cheaper to buy one - they would only pay for a low end apartment type model. Choice called me around then and offered to lock in my pricing for 3 years, at a reasonable service call rate, and they replace the product with equal value. We were moving to Florida and they even transferred the warranty to our new home. We called them for the first time here, and while we are waiting on our microwave to come back from repairs, everything has been delivered as promised so far.

The technician came on-time and knew immediately what the problem was. However, he was unable to move the fridge even after pushing and pulling for about 15 minutes. When he left, I got my grandson, who played football and wrestled in school, to come over and he was able to move it. It has been stuck to the wall because it was put back in place by painters before the paint was dry. The technician came the next day, replaced the fan and the fridge has worked beautifully since then.

I purchased the contract with CHW in May '13 after having American home shield for years. Paid for contract in full. In Sept of this year started having problem with my pool heater (which I paid extra for coverage). Took a week after filing a claim to hear from a contractor that was assigned to the claim. He phoned me and informed me that he would not do business with CHW because he never got paid for a previous job. (red flag)
After another week finally got a call from a local pool contractor (have done business with them, they are great people). They told me they would come out and take a look. They as they said, and were in contact with CHW for authorization. Well, this took almost two weeks, but finally they got a purchase order. Next day after receiving that, they were here and fixed the problem. They submitted invoice for payment on Sept 27th. Today it is Dec 19th. They still have not been paid. Unacceptable.You might ask why I care, because if something else happens to my pool, guess what... they won't do business with them either. So this policy isn't worth the paper it is printed on. Do not do business with them, you will regret it! Check out the Better Business Bureau website. They rate like a D- . I'm surprised with the positive remarks here. Totally opposite on BBB.

When buying the warranty, I told the sales rep that I had more than 2 hvac units. He explained to me, in detail, that I would only be able to file a claim on 2. When one failed, they denied coverage because I have more two units.

I was disappointed to find out that only one refrigerator was covered, I will in a mobile home with a small kitchen and a small refrigerator. The refrigerator that stopped working was in my laundry room that was attached to my mobile home, but the manager of Choice Home made a decision to allow me $300 to replace the refrigerator. I have had the insurance on my home for three years and was pleased at the decision that he made to help me out. Happy with the outcome.

Tracy with Choice Warranty was responsive and did more than was necessary to make sure she resolved this issue. Her "customer service" was far above and beyond what was expected. I will still switch all 3 of my policies back to AHS when this contract expires because it's simply a better plan. I left AHS because they would not offer me a reduction in price for purchasing 3 policies and Choice did offer that incentive. However, the amount I saved by going with Choice was less than what I will pay for this very first "service" call/replacement with AHS. Choice may be a great plan for some, just not for me. Tracy, however, is excellent and she gets 5 Stars!

I switched from AHS after many, many years and purchased 3 policies for myself and my children with Choice. Last week, my daughter's dishwasher broke and when she submitted the claim via the internet, the contractor called her and said they were "backed" up and it would take several days to come out. When he finally arrived, he advised that the part needed wasn't worth repairing and they would just do a "buy out" of the dishwasher. He said the amount offered would be pro-rated by the age of the dishwasher. The figure he gave her wasn't anywhere close to enough to purchase a new dishwasher and he advised it would take 2 weeks or longer to receive the payment.
I called Choice and they said this is covered in Item 16 of the policy stating "We reserve the right to offer cash back in lieu of repair or replacement in the amount of our actual cost (which at times may be less than retail) to repair or replace any covered system, component or appliance." Very vague... so beware.. I asked "where" it states that the payment could take 2 weeks or more and they said it is just "understood" that it could take up to 30 days. Understood by whom? Choice? As soon as these policies expire, I will switch back to AHS. They were always prompt to respond to service calls and always paid enough to replace an appliance. No comparison between how great AHS is and how poor the service is by Choice.

I was solicited by this company and took out a policy to cover my appliances. 5 months later I call for service on my heating system and they are denying the claim. They are saying it must have been broke before I took out the policy. The system broke when I went to use, that's when my failure occurred. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida Insurance Commissioner, the Better Business Bureau, and Channel Nine News. The supervisors, Mark and Russ **, will not return calls. I am trying to reach the President Victor Mandalawi to let him know how his employees are failing him. I will keep you posted. We will file for cost of repairs, legal fees, and full return of policy.

I may have missed it in the contract but I sure did not see the $100 deductible I had to pay to the contractor. I have never seen this deductible mentioned on the website. I had to pay $95 for an "inspection." Is that not the service call that should have cost me $45. I don't think this contractor and CWH are on the same wavelength!!

The company (Temperature Design Professionals Heating and Air) that Choice sent was courteous and professional. The furnace was out and it was getting colder. The company that Choice sent arrived 2 hour earlier than he predicted, found the problem, repaired it in a very short time explained every thing that he was doing. I definitely would use them again.

Our pool pump was making a strange noise we had never heard before. It was during the hard freeze nights we experienced in December. My husband was going to call a pool repair shop and see if we could get someone out here. Luckily, I remembered I purchased a home warranty insurance in the summer and we decided to call them and hope they would cover this. It was our first time using them and didn't know what to expect. We figured they were going to say, everything else is covered except for this!! But we were pleasantly surprised. They contacted me within an hour after my initial call, sent a professional company out to us and our pool pump was replaced by a new one - not repaired. The only cost to us was the $45 service fee, no added fees!! We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Air conditioner went out during a hot time of the year. It required two service calls with two different companies to fix the problem. Choice Home Warranty sent out the technicians and I only had to pay one co-pay. The problem was resolved and the technicians were great. Overall, a great first time experience with Choice Home Warranty.

I do not recommend this company. Our heater went out and we have only owned the home since March 2011 and both units were actually repaired in 2012. They denied our claim stating we had not serviced our units and it was our fault. It cost us $500 to repair ourselves. My husband who is ill was in the cold for six days before they even sent someone out. Save your money and go with American Home Shield. They processed claims for us before with no hassle.

I made the claim to home office and was assigned a contractor to fix the issue. He called that day and set an appointment for the next day and showed up at a reasonable time. Instructed my wife on how to fix both issues and didn't provide unnecessary labor and parts to fix the problem. I feel good about the experience and the competence of the repair person.

I woke up to no hot water at 5:30 a.m. with 30 degree temperatures outside. I called and an order was taken quickly and assigned. The provider I was assigned to was amazing and I had hot water by 2:00 PM. This was the first time I have had to use the warranty and very impressed.

The oven in one of my homes stopped working properly. When CHW's service tech came to look at it and found the issue, he found out that the parts are no longer available for my model. CHW was very helpful and understanding. They offered to help with the cost of replacement. NOTE: they did not cover the replacement completely like some home warranty companies will. BUT they did not give me issues or the run around and were very prompt with the solution.
I have many homes and a few different warranty companies since some areas don't have service techs for certain warranty companies. CHW is one of my more preferred companies because of the ease of resolving issues and getting my homes' repairs completed in a timely manner. If you're looking for a home warranty, CHW is one of the best because of this. Many of the other Top name companies are good, but make it feel like your pulling nails with your teeth when it comes to getting issues resolved. I personally prefer to not have to waste my time on something I pay others to do, so CHW is my best choice because of the ease they make every claim.

My tenants called with stating that the downstairs toilet overflowed while they were showering in upstairs bath. My wife immediately submitted a claim on a Thursday afternoon. The technician working with American Home Shield was contacted that same day and arranged to be at the property the following day... even during a winter weather advisory. The issue was resolved and my tenants were very pleased with the quick turnaround.

I have had an issue with a company that was dispatched out to my home. They were sent to fix my washer. The agent came out and stated that the item was fixed and he left. Of course he took my service fee. When I returned home that evening I put a load in the washer and it did not work! I have three children which includes an infant. I was truly outraged. I immediately called Choice and they dispatched another agent out and service fee was waived.

My furnace/hot water system died on the coldest day so far in December, and on a weekend to boot. Remembering that I had purchased this warranty, I called Choice, not expecting any help until Monday. But shortly, I received a call from a HVAC service contractor who scheduled an immediate appt. He worked several hours, to get my system running temporarily until he could find parts (since my system is now obsolete). He returned on Monday morning to complete the job with the new parts. I am very pleased with the service I received from Choice Home Warranty, and would highly recommend them.

Our Garage opener was opening without anyone pushing the button, closing on its own, then opening 1/2 way and stopping. The remotes stopped working too. I was afraid to leave the house. I called Sunday night and made a claim. Monday, there was someone out to see what was needed and by Tuesday, I have a working garage opener again! Very fast service!

I wish to express my complete satisfaction with the prompt service of CHW. The first contractor assigned was Ravanel Heating and Air which was a no show after two days. CHW promptly assigned a new contractor, C L Bryant Heating and Air. When called, he promptly scheduled a time, showed up and diagnosed the problem. On 12/5 CHW approved the repair to be accomplished by C L Bryant Heating and Air. I contacted CHW and talked to your representative by the name of Jayme. During our conversation I felt it was in the best interest of CHW and myself to purchase a new unit with a factory warranty of 20 years on the heat exchanger and 10 years on all other parts.
Jayme increased the coverage by $44.00 and authorized me to go ahead with a new unit. Jayme was very helpful and I appreciated her time and profession service. The unit has been installed and my wife and I are perfectly happy. Again thanks for your prompt service and the service provided by Jayme. I will recommend CHW to anyone looking for home warranty service.

When our refrigerator was making a lot of noise, we finally consented to call Choice and put in a ticket to have it looked at. While we had some communication issues with the technician assigned to our request, Choice was perfect in customer service and in contacting the technician for us when we could not get a hold of him. The problem was fixed in two visits and it no longer keeps me awake at night. No matter what anyone else says, CHW is the BEST!!

I don't have a warranty with them and wouldn't if they were the last company on earth offering them. Their advertising ethics are less than zero. Over the last couple of years, I have automatically unsubscribed over 100 times and have made 2 phone calls. Still the spam keeps coming. Today, 12/6/2013, I am sending them a cease and desist from my attorneys (nice to have them do that free!!). They rate, IMO, along with the Nigerian scammers.

From the time I realized my furnace didn't work after a trip, I called Choice HW. They entered a claim for me (no hassle), they called repairman. I purchased a Home Warranty from Choice Home Warranty in May 2013, and so glad that I did. In November 2013, my dishwasher just stopped working. I called Choice Home Warranty and explained the problem I was having to the friendly, helpful woman who answered and she immediately found a service contractor in my area, and gave me a number to call to set up a convenient time for a worker to come and evaluate and correct the problem with my dishwasher. I called the contractor, set up an appointment with him (he gave me a 2-hour time frame), and he showed up within the time frame, and was able to repair my dishwasher the day he came. He was friendly, professional and prompt. I could not be happier with the whole process, and would highly recommend purchasing a Choice Home Warranty. I'm glad I did!

We are an authorized service provider for Choice Home Warranty. They send us work orders to repair their customers' appliances in the home. We go out to the customer home and check the appliances and then we call Choice for authorization to complete the repairs. After they approve the claim we purchase the parts and we go back out to the customers home and complete the repairs. We then bill Choice Home Warranty for the parts, taxes and labor that they already approved. They hold your payment for 60 days before they send you a check, and if the customer calls back within the 60 days they pull your payment and send you a recall. If it's a different problem they still will not send the original payment. Once the work is completed now the waiting starts all over again that's 120 days before they pay their contractors. Once you complain to Dennis he then places your company on hold which allows them to now place a 90 day hold on all payments. This is the worst home warranty company in the world to work for or to have a policy with.

I called Choice Home Warranty for an appointment that week and got it for two days later. I was pleased with the service because it was better than I expected. They came into my home and heard the noise that I was complaining about that came from my clothes washer. It was "banging around". He opened it up and gave my two year old washer a tune up. Replaced the damaged wheel and every other part in the kit it came with, which was a few belts and a couple of other wheels and screws with washers. He said "I may as well replace all the rest of your unit, and not let any of this go to waste". He said I had "a blow out on one of the wheels" and showed it to me. It was wonderful that he replaced all the other components to my washer. He took less than one hour and he was right on time. I only paid my service fee and he was on his way. I was pleased with the work he did and "Choice home warranty" was very helpful. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Every time I call someone at Choice, I’m given misinformation. I’ll be told one thing and then another representative will tell me something else. Then the company they referred me to will say I was wrong and they will say they didn’t say that. It’s a lot of back and forth, and it’s just a headache.

I found Choice Home Warranty on the internet and they were offering a special so I chose them. I have submitted a claim and it still hasn’t been done. It’s still ongoing, like 4 weeks into this project and still no resolution. I was not given an estimate but I had to go through a lot of trouble to even find out what happened. The holdup is I have an oven with a part that they can’t get so instead of replacing the oven they are having the part rebuilt since it’s the only part in the country like it. I’ll tell Choice and they’ll probably get a hold of you to give you a choice for oven replacement. A week later I never hear anything and so I called Choice. They didn’t know anything so I called the repair people back that they had sent out and they said Choice wants to rebuild the part and so here I am waiting for it to be rebuilt. It sucks.

Service provider replaced capacitor and added less than 2 lbs freon. Repair denied for a preexisting condition. Had the warranty 60 days before ac failed. Service provider said absolutely cannot tell the condition of capacitors as a homeowner and they are not part of regular maintenance. Service provider had his 4 previous claims denied as, well. Rip off company should be the victim of multiple class action suites. Disreputable for sure.

A friend told me about Choice. I like their coverage so I went with them. Some of the items that were missing from the other policies were available in the premium package with them. I just submitted 2 claims and I’m waiting to hear, but the checks came out right away which was great. That’s usually how it happens. I don’t have to wait 24 hours before someone comes out so that’s excellent. I’m just waiting to hear back for an approval for a replacement of my dishwasher. I do recommend them. We were with American Home Shield and they raised their prices so high it was ridiculous. We already quit from them because I was so furious with those people. They're just terrible. You have them come out and they don't do what they were supposed to do…. They don't fix things. They had some guy come out and fix our ductwork. It wasn't even a duct person and my husband ended up having to finish it. I found Choice on the internet and switched to them. I like what they did. I like their prices. I had to wait 3 days for an appointment, it was for a dryer so was not so long. The repair man was wonderful. He saw the problem right away and had to order a part, which would take a week but I could still use my dryer. One week he came and fixed it. He was king, did a great job, cleaned up after repair. I had American Home Shield but they seem to make excuses to why they wouldn’t fix stuff. It was a washer and dryer, and my dryer was new on the other one and it just stopped working. The guy said we didn’t do maintenance on it and I was like “I always clean the lid top. I clean everything” and he was just like “No you don’t.” So why are you paying for it if you won’t use it? Choice called me so I switched. The gentleman that came out was very, very nice. He fixed it really quick. I’d recommend Choice. They are quick and efficient.

I was familiar with Choice from being involved in real estate and then we got to solicitation over the internet. We signed up with them. I figured I’d give it a shot with the co-pay because the other co-pays have risen so sharply. It had almost doubled over the contract. So far I’ve been really happy with Choice. They’ve taken care of a couple of claims for me. There have been a couple of issues and I think it’s one or two but both times they had done pretty well. Communication’s pretty good with the email and such and there haven’t been any issues so far. Definitely I’d recommend them.
My renewal is at the end of this month. I’m going to probably enroll my other one into Choice. I’ll not renew my American Home Shield. The only thing I will say in regards to Choice is that if you have a natural gas or gas pack when you get the actual policy it’s not covered. So when I reviewed that with the salespeople I asked about that and they said “Yes, it’s covered.” That’s mostly not on the final policy that I got that I’m not happy with because electric is covered but gas is not covered.

We went with CHW because we thought that for what we were paying, we seem to get a little bit more service-wise. The first time we've submitted two claims - one was for a washing machine and one was for our AC that stopped working. The first time that we called for our claim, actually we were a little skeptical of going with Choice because they didn't get back to us with a provider. I called them on several occasions over a period of about a week.
After about a week, they told me that there were no providers in our area and that's why nobody was assigned and nobody called me to tell me. So we had been without the washing machine for the entire week. Then finally, I said, “Is it possible for somebody to look again and see if there's somebody,” and lo and behold, somebody had called us within an hour. Overall, we’re satisfied with our experience with CHW. We had called them out right after that because of our AC and they got somebody right out.

I have Fidelity Warranty here in California. I went with Choice Home Warranty by what I saw online on what they were about. Each experience of submitting a claim with them has been different. It's an up and down thing, mostly positive. The most recent one last month was an issue with one of the companies. As a matter fact, last week, another issue at the second location arose and the tenant told my property manager, “Don't send the other company out again.” When I called the warranty company, Choice said that they no longer use them so obviously something was in the mix.
Choice is worth the money, worth the bang. Maybe because I had too many properties at once it was a little rocky at first, but other than that, it smoothed out.

Furnace fan motor was faulty and did not ignite furnace. No heat in house. Called CHW and was assigned a contractor. I read a little bit about Choice Home Warranty on the internet. And lo and behold, I got an email. And I thought about it and said, “Well I think these guys have a direct line to people that read their stuff. I got the email with a phone number and called.” They were actually better than the other one was, and I was paying a little bit more money. I inquired a little bit more and then called a second time. And then I spoke to another guy and he explained to me everything in depth. And he was very pushy. I had to tell him, “Listen, please, just relax a little bit. I like the way you are explaining things to me” and I explained to him how I was disabled a little bit. I had a stroke in ’11 and have been going down in health from that point on. He apologized and explained to me a little bit more slower, “You need to do this and do that.” And at the end of our conversation, which took about 30 to 40 minutes, I signed up with Choice.
So far, I have had possibly 2-3 claims. They were pretty good, except the last one. The only thing that got me like, “What is this? Am I back with American?” Somebody called me from there the following Monday and they apologized because whoever answered the phone, they’re an answering service, it wasn’t really Choice.They apologized to me and everything was fine.
I would recommend it, and I have recommended and given Choice’s phone number 4 different times.

The reason why I chose them over a different home warranty provider is because of the monthly - you just pay it every month automatic from your account. I recently used them and they were great. My Hot Water Heater was running water out of the pressure relief pipe. The floor was flooded so I called Choice Home Warranty and they immediately contacted the company that handles their repairs with my problem. They called me within the hour to set up a time to come and fix it. I am very pleased with the service I received and the caring attitude Choice has with the customer. Thank you, Choice. I'm glad I chose you for my home warranty.

The experience when I submitted a claim was good. It was very nice. The only incident we had was they had to repair the dryer, and that’s just very well, but they had to replace the washer. And their system is once they approve the claim for the washer to be approved after the repairman came out, they said it would take 30 days to get the check. So they approved it on October 16 and we’re looking for the check now because I called them and they told me they mailed it Friday. So we haven’t gotten it yet. And the washer is not usable.
I’m the mother and then my daughter, and then we have a grandson who’s 7 so it’s kind of hard to do without a washer. Considering everything, if that’s their policy, that’s just their policy. So everything’s fine. I’m recommending them to my daughter who lives in Georgia.

Our washer stopped working so we called Choice Home Warranty. They emailed me that night with the name of the repair service and their number so I could schedule a repair. The repairman came the next day and diagnosed my machine. He had to order parts so the job isn't complete yet but so far everything has been great.

My Garbage disposal went out, called to make a claim and they came out the next day and replace my old one with a new one! This is what you call a great company, what they say is what they do. Would recommend this to anyone!

After calling Choice Warranty, I was given a plumbing company and case #. The company called the following day and came out that day. The service person was very professional and got the problem cleared up.

I was looking for a home warranty for a rental property and Choice Home Warranty happens to offer more for the price and that’s why I decided to go with it. The claims process was pretty good. I’m okay with that. I was told that I was going to get a check for $188 and that was like 3 weeks ago. I have not seen that. Still waiting on that one. It was concerning a microwave and they couldn’t repair it because of the year of the microwave. But otherwise, the experience has been good.

My service call yesterday just proved that I am so thankful that switched to Choice Home Warranty from a more expensive company. Cooks Plumbing Service arrived at the agreed time. The technician diagnosed the problem immediately-called for approval and within 20 mins. my problem was solved. You can’t ask for better service than this. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty for your home repair needs.

I switched to Choice about a couple of months ago from First American Home Warranty. I have already noticed a big improvement in service and expediency. Phone calls are answered promptly and it doesn't take forever to speak with a representative. Representatives are very friendly and work hard to get service done as quickly as possible. So far so good.

Very happy with Choice Home Warranty. I called and told them of my problems. I received a email very quickly. They found contractors locally that could come and check out our problem. Parts were ordered immediately for the dishwasher. The contractor was back within a couple of days and installed a new motor. Our garbage disposal was looked at. Contractor said we needed a new one. The contractor was approved to install a new one and installed the same day. So we were very happy with the quality of service and the great communication. We recommend Choice Home Warranty. You will not be sorry, we weren't.

HMS was provided to us by the seller of our home for the first year. We used them once and they were okay. When we went to renew for the second year, we found out they were the among most expensive company out there and the "co pay" for their service was among the highest. So we shopped around and found a cheaper warranty service. Then our central air stopped working and we called for service. They asked for our annual maintenance paperwork for the AC. If we could prove we had someone check our AC within the last year they would repair it.
We did not have any maintenance paperwork for any covered items. They refused to service our air conditioner so we paid for the repair ourselves, and started shopping again. Then we found Choice Home Warranty. We were nervous about what would happen if something broke and we needed them. Our fears were unfounded! When we needed them the claim was filed quickly and the repair was done within 24 hours. The repairman was prompt and had our washer up and running in no time. Choice Home Warranty's annual contract is very reasonable and you can pay monthly unlike HMS who wanted the whole year up front. In addition, the "co pay" is less than half of HMS. Based on the great level of service and value for your dollar, we would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty!

Our refrigerator quit cooling on Friday night! I called immediately and by Saturday morning I had a local number to call. The local number did not do weekend service-- which I expected -- but I had a call Monday morning and an appointment by noon that day. The part had to be ordered, but was installed Tuesday before 5 p.m. During this time I had several calls from Choice Home Warranty and the local service provider.

I was told when the repairman come out that the parts for my washer were on back order and would take 7-10 days. After a couple of days I called Choice customer service and explained, I was told 7-10 days was unacceptable. They went online while I was on the phone, found the part and said I would be taken care in the next day. I really appreciate their concern. Thank you.

It was a very cold night, fell down to 30 degrees. Our upstairs heater would not turn on and the downstairs kept turning off. We called Choice Home Warranty and explained our situation. Within 30 minutes we had a heater company call us to schedule an appointment. They came out the next day, fixed the situation, paid them the $45, and all is good now. We are all warm and happy.
