Excellent service on a very cold day. Furnace was repaired and operating in about five hours from my call.

My heating system went down the Saturday morning before the SuperBowl. I contacted Choice to file a claim. The claim rep was courteous, thorough and competent. I received an automated call from the Choice office approximately an hour later, describing to whom my claim had been forwarded and that someone would be contacting me soon. A half hour later I received a call from the H&AC company contracted to do the work. The rep courteously explained to me that he would not be able to check out my system until Sunday (SuperBowl Sunday) because of prior service commitments. Because of the unusually high temperatures we were experiencing, I had no problem maintaining a comfortable temperature in my home over that weekend.

I had my sump pump problem and raised claim request on website, and I have got technician assigned immediately within an hour, and also CHW politely listened my requests, and also co-operated very good. I have already recommended CHW to my friend, who signed up, also received same quality response. The technician came over, also had excellent skill set and able to resolve the issues quickly. Thanks to CHW. I would refer CHW to my friends too.

Called at 6:30 on a Saturday and they found a Service Person, who called back and was in the next town. Was there when he said he will be and had us running before the house got real cold. First service call and was very happy.

Area of East Texas - I chose to have them resolved by local repairmen (a local plumber - for the plumbing issue) and a Sears Repairman for a dishwasher repair. Both were resolved very satisfactorily, and I assume the reimbursement check(s) from CHS are "in the mail" or soon will be!?

I have several rental properties and I really don't have the time to individually oversee the maintenance of repairs of each one. Thanks to Choice Warranty, I just have to make one call and my problems are taken care of by a trained and certified professional in a timely manner. The 45 service call fee is great! And I can pay that over the phone. My tenants are happy with their service and so am I!

Yesterday (Friday, January 31, 2014) I placed a repair call with CHW for my home washing machine at about 10 am (Pacific Time) and within minutes I was assigned for M/s Sachan Corporation for checking the problem & take action. CHW representative was so kind and provided me with my claim reference number, contact information and told me that my claim will be delivered for action in few minutes. I called the technician (Mario) and he was at my home in less than an hour (this is incredible and I never expected this to happen as quickly as it did). Mr. Mario (from Sachan Corporation) checked my "GE Washing machine" and was able to diagnose the problem in less than 15 minutes. It was the pump that helps draining the water and the technician said that he will do his best to locate the supplier online after he gets CHW's approval.

Super service technician very professional. Work with other home warranty companies, your company so far is the best. Happy to select this company.

Had prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service on a recurrent problem with package unit.

Prompt attention at the onset. The tech assigned within 20 minutes, when contacted, I was informed that he did not work on well pumps. Called CW and reported what I found out from the assigned tech, was told that another tech would be assigned, never happened, after waiting a couple of hours called back to CW, was told that I could go the reimbursement route, which I elected to do. Called a local well tech, after a few calls between, myself the tech and CW things moved forward and my water was running when I returned home. The only complaint that I really have is that CW service personnel appear not to read the files before reading their scripts.

I had the "other" home warranty company for 7 years. Every year the contract and service fee would go up. Last year my wife showed me an ad for Choice Home Warranty, and we decided to give them a try since their price was about what we paid the other company when we started with them. I had a problem with my garbage disposal and the technician that came was from the same plumbing company that the other warranty company used, so I knew then that Choice used reliable companies.

BCS Heating and Air was dispatched locally by Choice the next day. Tech Colton called and arrived on time and had the heat on within an hour or so.

Great customer service.

The HVAC broke down. They said it was the fan motor and they replaced the motor since it was under warranty. They came out the next day after calling. Very easy company to have service done.

Appliance Express came out for repair of my refrigerator. He was friendly and accurate in his diagnosis and followed up with me. Very good experience.

The best experience I have ever received on any warranty related services. Choice Home Warranty by far is the best in world. The Service Tech was super and very professional.

I have a double oven and I had problem with shutting off then popping on by itself. A real safety issue I thought. The control buttons were not lit up and the oven would not come on. On two occasions I had issues where I put in a claim. First time, after turning off breaker and turning back on it reset the oven and I no longer experienced a problem for at least a couple months then it happened again. The second claim I put in response time was very quickly and a technician was out to my home the next day where he quickly identified the problem, call in the part (which was the control panel).

Plumbing and washer repair. The service was fast and professional.

Service was very good and very prompt.

I recently placed a service call to CHW about my electric stove not working. Within 24 hrs a service technician came out and discovered that the problem with the stove involved an electrician so I called CHW back and they were very quick in getting an electrician to call me and was out to my home within 18 hrs and fixed the problem. I am a VERY HAPPY CAMPER!!! I previously had another service co. which I received very poor service from and am very glad that I chose to switch over to CHW. PLUS CHW WAS LESS EXPENSIVE!!!!

My garage door was broke. I pushed the button and the cover popped off and the items that were inside of the cover fell out. I immediately contacted CHW and they responded quickly. The contractor was both professional and personable, completed the job the next day. The only thing that I do not like is that all of the email from CHW go into my spam email. I would not have known that CHW was trying to contact me if I had not gone into my spam. The service other than that was great.

I had an electrical problem with some of the power shutting off without tripping the breakers. Totally had become a real problem. CHW connected me with a qualified electrician the same day that I called and repairs were made the same day... If problem had not been diagnosed and repaired, could have become a dangerous problem for us.

Heat blowing cold air. The service I received was great. They sent a contractor out within 24 hours of request and it was repaired less than an hour.

The person (Jacquez) was great in helping me & made sure everything was right. I told him what I needed & he took control. He told me to call for Authorization because I was using a outside company. No problem, then I had a question for the Authorization Dept & talked to Walter. He also was great & help me out. These two went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I hope they get some credit. Choice is lucky to have these two gentlemen working for them.

The claim was handled right away and we were given a vendor that would handle our claim within minutes via email. We called the repair company about an hour later and were able to make a convenient appointment for them to come out. They came as scheduled and were able to identify the problem and fix it in the same visit. Kudos to all.

Everything was okay.

Called Choice Home Warranty early in the morning and had a Service Provider scheduled by 8 am. He was extremely polite and cheerful on one of the coldest days of the year. The garage door opener was fixed by dinner time.

Outstanding!! I called in on a Sunday to report my stove was not heating. By the close of business Monday a technician was calling to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend!!

I recently had a service call for plumbing through CHW. I was pleased that the provider sent was very professional, timely and courteous. I can honestly say that I'm pleased with CHW.

My garbage disposal was leaking water. I call, they had someone here the same day to fix it. I was very pleased with the service.

Motor had burned. Voice immediately, gave us a repair person who came out almost immediately. Confirmed the problem - called Choice. Got everything confirmed and made the repair the next day. I would highly recommend Choice.

The technician did a great job fixing my garbage disposal and toilet.

I must say, I have used many home warranty companies both for my primary home and my investment properties and this is one of the best companies yet. I have filed several claims from plumbing leaks to appliances and this company has treated the claims very fair. The service fee is fairly low compared to other home warranty companies. They always follow up with a call regarding your claim and e-mail. If there are some with bad experiences with this company, there is probably more to the story.

My experience with CHW is they cover the repair of small appliances like minor electrical outlet problems, garbage disposal and thermostat for refrigerator but not major appliances. They will always find a reason to deny your claim on any major appliance. They denied the claims for the repair of my furnace and washer. The first was my furnace. Their reason for denying the claim was that I called the first day my policy kicked in. The next one was my washer. They claimed the problem likely resulted from overloading the washer (why on earth will any reasonable/responsible person overload a washer?) so for that conceived reason it was not covered.

My furnace stopped working during a major cold blast - woke up to temps in my home of 46. I called Choice Home Warranty company who dispatched the repair request to Integrity Heating and Cooling. There was a problem with Choice being able to contact the contractor due to a computer glitch, but overall the process was smooth. Within a few hours, my furnace was back up and heating my home. There was some additional work that needed to be completed and Choice approved the work, which was completed the next morning, which was Saturday. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty Company.

Individual sent to replace unit was very professional & did a fine job. I would recommend him to any one of my neighbors without hesitation. He appeared to know his business and completed the job without problems.

CHW was very quick with their response to my request for a plumber. They email a name of a plumbing company within an hour. The plumbing company was on time and fixed my plumbing issues.

Service was on time but receiving the replacement appliance money took a little while.

The entire process was very smooth and everyone was very kind & courteous.

At 9 pm Wed. night (1-22-14), my renters called, no heat. Terrible going to be 29 degrees, she has 2 under 6 and one due any day!!! I called and you got someone over there the next day at 11am!! She was so happy when she could feel the heat. What marked it special, tech noticed 2 parts that would have called for another service call shortly, called Bil Brown A/C Heat. He told the tech fix it now!!!! Way to go, Choice Home Warranty! I'm a realtor, have had in my years many warranty companies, but this takes the cake on customer service!! One note, the 800 number on your email is not a workable in Fla. That came on my initial email from you.

I have had my policy with Choice Home Warranties for about 18 or so months and have filed 2 claims. The first was for my refrigerator that quit and the second for my heat pump that quit. Both times Choice Home Warranty responded to my claim within 2 hours of my call with the name and phone number to a repair company that was to repair my appliance. The repairs couldn't have gone any better. Choice Home Warranties handled my claim in a very timely and courteous manner. I highly recommend using Choice Home Warranties!

I called to arrange a service call so someone could come out and check my oven, my lights in my garbage disposal. I was treated very good. They really tried to make sure I was given the right choices and the right people to come out to service my needs and he called me back to make sure I have the right services and they called to make sure my appointment was scheduled right. Recently had the inside central unit stop working. Choice Home warranty had a repair company come out to fix it the next day. Service guy was very helpful. His assessment of the problem showed the need for a part he had to order. But when he notified Choice Home, they told him they would not approve his travel time the second visit to install the part to fix the problem. I called to ask about it and thank goodness they were able to resolve the travel issue so he could fix my heating/cooling unit.

CHW did not only send out a very good technician to our home to fix the A/C unit, but they checked back with us multiple times to ensure we were contacted by the service provider. When the job was completed we were contacted again to ensure we were satisfied.

Three items in need of repair soon after joining Choice. Excellent work and speedily fixed based on available time frames and supplies needed. Would recommend to family and friends.

After some problems contacting the repair vendor, the tech was very professional and quickly took care of the problem. He also took the time to explain the heating system (this was a new move) and made some recommendations to get the most efficient use of the system.

Awful company, they will find any excuse to not pay a claim, a waste of money.

Kitchen drain was clogged. Plumber arrived on time, was polite & efficient. Drain fixed! Yay!

I have not had any problems to date. I hope all goes well for the entire length of contract. I had heat pump issues and the first person they wanted me to contact never returned my call. They gave me another name, he came out the next day, found a fuse problem and repaired. Had the same problem less than 2 weeks later and had him come back, no charge to me. Again not long after, same issue and I asked for a different person, but none close by. They said I could get my own to check it, have him call to authorize repair, pay him, and put in for reimbursement. That was just the other day. Unit fine so far and hope for quick response on reimbursement.

The plumber and his helper called before they were to arrive as was promised. They arrived about a half an hour after the call. They went directly to work to solve my problem. My disposal had to be replaced. Unfortunately, he did not have a 3/4 hp unit on his truck and had to order one for me. Although it will be a while longer to solve my problem Perry seems to be a trustworthy contractor. He will call me to set a new appointment when the unit arrives.

Our dishwasher would not cut off and just kept running and would not drain. I contacted CHW and was assigned a service company right away for my problem. I had a service tech call me the very next day to set up and time to come out and look at my dishwasher. The service tech came out the next day and switched out the electronic computer board on my dishwasher and everything is working great now. Thanks CHW for the quick response to my problem.

A week ago last Wednesday, January 8th, I came home to find my house getting colder. The thermostat was set at 69 degrees and the temp in the house was 55. Unfortunately that night it got down to 25 degrees and my house was every bit that in the morning. I submitted a claim that morning and within an hour received an email with my contact and his phone number.

Although the contractor took forever, Choice was on point. I was called to see how and if repairs were done. Called in with a heating problem with my furnace. Customer service contacted a repair service immediately. The contractor showed up the next day and took care of my problem.

My furnace went out and they sent me a company to get in contact with, within a couple of hours and that company was able to come out that day and fix my furnace.

Called CHW regarding a failed heating in our clothes dryer (CD). We were immediately referred to a local appliance service and were contacted and visited the same day. The problem with the CD was identified and repair was approved in a very timely manner. We are still waiting for the part and installation. However so far so good.

CHW called within the hour with the name of an excellent plumber: B & C Plumbing..... who came out the next morning (when they said they would). Very professional and nice too, they did an excellent job. I will use this plumbing company next time.

Washer problems - Choice Home was on top of the situation!

I wrote one of these a few months ago, but I wanted to update it. I did renew my contract for another year, one of the main reasons was the service I received recently. The help I got was quick and the service co. (All County Appliance) was quick and the serviceman was kind and very helpful.

We had the Choice Warranty for over one year and we called for service first time as the home was not cooling. The technician found that the Freon was gone from the AC condenser due to a leak. We paid $49 for this. Choice said that they do not cover leak detection test and we had to get that done at our own expense. We paid $150 to get leak detection test. After that it was determined that there was leak in the condenser coil in 2 places. Choice refused to fix it saying it was not regular wear and tear. We had all service records and inspection report but Choice refused to accept anything and refused to fix AC. Choice Warranty is a scam... Try other companies!!

I am extremely satisfied with the job T and P Plumbing did. The young man was efficient and got the job done fast. He was very polite. I hope if I have any other plumbing problems you send him to fix the problem. Thank you.

I placed a service call on Christmas Eve at 8:00 a.m. and by 10:30 a.m. contractor was already at my house repairing my heater. What a service! As a new customer that was my first claim. Very Impressive response. I am more than pleased.

Great service when I needed it most, during the cold winter months with my heating system stopped heating.

Original company never called. When another company was called. They called right away and fixed it. Very pleasant and helpful.

This the second time in less than 6 months that my refrigerator breaks with the same issue. The first time I received terrible service from both: the technician and Choice. This time they heard me when I told them that I didn't want the same provider to come and touch my fridge and sent a new one who came and fixed my fridge the next day. The other provider took almost two months to fix it.

Air Tech did a good job. Representative was courteous and professional and provided information on identifying the problem and worked quickly to resolved it.

We were given Always Reliable Plumbing's phone number along with a work order number and was told to call them and set up an appointment in about 20 minutes. Always Reliable Plumbing called me before the 20 minutes was up, asked me the problem and told me they could be there between 1-3. At 12:55 they showed up and within 5 minutes diagnosed the problem. Forty minutes later, they had everything working like new and were ready to leave. By the way, two men showed up. They were very professional and courteous.

Our furnace was not heating properly one day. Called for service and then our dishwasher was leaking. Called for service. Service men came and fixed the furnace. Then service man came and discovered dishwasher needed new gasket. Is on order, expect it this week. Great service on both items.

When I bought my double-wide and was told about this coverage I was skeptical because my home is an older one. But having talked to some neighbors they gave me the name of several companies but this one was most common. So when I moved in this past Nov I applied for coverage, I believe it was the beginning of Dec and was told my coverage would be in effect in Jan. SO payment made and on we go. Everything was great until this past weekend. I had company and when it got chilly in the evening my company turned on the heat. Set at 68 I figured was good enough take dampness out. Well it kicked on and we continued watching the football game.

Whenever I need a repairman to fix a problem and call Choice, they immediately give you the name of someone so there is never a long wait. The people they recommend as always on time and expedite the entire process of getting your broken item repaired.

My experience with Choice has been excellent. No it is outstanding. After the very cold weather, in the Atlanta area, my furnace went out. There is a baby less than a year old there. Your people were most responsive to our call for help, kept us informed, as to what was going on, arrived when they said they would, and most competent, in their repairs. My experience with Choice Home Warranty has been a good one so far. When I had to put in a claim, I received friendly and prompt service. The service tech they sent was very friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for the service call. My problem could not be fixed so they are sending a check to cover most of the replacement cost. If I did have a complaint, it would be the amount of time it will take to receive the check.

Thank you! When I looked online thinking it was probably just a fuse or something simple, all I saw was WARNING signs, about how even when unplugged, microwaves can contain a lethal does of radiation, and you should NEVER attempt to fix it yourself. Thanks to Choice Home Warranty, I don't have to worry about it. Microwave is back in order, working fine (thank you very much), and I didn't have to worry about anything lethal happening to me :)

Called to submit a claim. Choice Home Warranty sent unknown company with very unprofessional staff members that gave me a quote that was exceeding and may be double if I hire a regular company to do the repair. The staff of Choice warranty were unprofessional, lacking experience in dealing with customers. I cancelled my contract and they charged me extra month and $50 fee despite this was my first time I request a service in the last four months. And yes I would not recommend this company.

I had a plumbing leak which I thought was coming from my washer. An appliance repairman was dispatched very promptly to check it out, but he found it was a drain problem, not a leak from the washer. A plumber was then called who quickly corrected the problem and I was charged only for one repairman's visit. I couldn't be happier with Choice. This is much better than my previous home warranty company.

I have used the service twice and I'm very satisfied. The fan motor on my fridge was burnt out.

My furnace would not stay on. I called Choice Home Warranty to make a claim. They recommended a technician in the area. I called and made an appointment for the following day although he was willing to come the same evening. He came as scheduled. He diagnosed my problem immediately. He advised what part I needed and that he would need approval from Choice Home Warranty. I called the next day and found that I was approved. It took one day to get my part. He returned and it took less than 15 minutes to have me up and running again. Thanks to this tech I now know what model furnace I have after being in the house 9 years. This was a very pleasant experience. So glad I chose Choice Home Warranty.

I submitted a claim on 1/5/14 and a contractor was here the next day and repaired my heat pump.

Reported the issue on Wednesday by submitting a claim online. Got a call Wed afternoon and was able to schedule the repair Thursday at 11. Thursday the technician was delayed but he informed us of the delay. Once he got to the house, he assessed the issue, called it in to get the work authorized, 30 minutes later, brand new disposal with just $45 trip charge out of pocket. Tried the disposal today, it works great. Problem solved. Saved me the hassle of looking for a qualified technician and the cost.

With the first cold snap of the winter, our 19 year old heating system would not start up. We called Choice Home Warranty and they had a technician out the following day to replace the ignitor. We are back in the warmth!

It would have been excellent if you had a plumber in your network for my area. Instead I had to pay upfront and wait for reimbursement.

My refrigerator stopped getting cold. I filed a report online and got an immediate email with a claim # stating that a qualified repair service was being located. Once the company was located, I received another email with the information. A representative from the company called me and set an appointment. They arrived at the appointment time, diagnosed the problem and returned when stated once the part that had to be ordered was received. Refrigerator works perfectly and the service was outstanding.

My water softener was giving low water pressure to the entire house. I called CHW and you sent out a repairman. The issue could not be fixed, the softener I had was beyond repair. I needed a new softener. I found a new unit at Lowe's and CHW is providing a check in the amount of $500 towards the new softener. Outstanding!

My first ever use of my home warranty was an excellent experience. I had no heat in extreme cold and called Choice Home Warranty's Customer Service to establish my claim and contact a heating service provider to help me. I received a call from my service provider within two hours of my call to customer service. They came out promptly, determined the problem, provided a temporary fix until new parts could be ordered and received, and scheduled a time to make the permanent repairs. Candidly & fairly speaking, Choice Home's customer service and treatments with their clients is excellent in every respect. However, I wish I could say that with their about their sub contractors. We were with another company for several years in the past and whenever we had to use their service, their contractors were top of the line and very honest and efficient. However, in case of Choice Home, our experience with their contractors so far has been less than satisfactory. I would like to request and encourage them to reevaluate their service providers. Dallas offers many good companies for providing various services in comparison to who Choice Home uses for their services.

I called Choice for my Garage Door issue and technician was assigned quickly. I talked to technician regarding my problem and he was at my house next day to look at my Garage Door. He looked at door problem, tested few times, looked around and told me he has to get approval from Choice. It was Saturday morning. He told me he will talk to them Monday morning and let me know soon after that. I believe he called me Tuesday that he has authorization and can come Wednesday morning. I told him Friday will be better. Technician was there at scheduled time and Garage Door Opener was taken care well. He left everything clean. I am happy with the service.

Furnace motor starting making high pitch noise and we contacted CHW. That same day, service technician called to schedule appointment. Noise could not be replicated that day but as soon as technician left noise re-appeared. Called company and next day technician arrived and noted that motor was going. There was no additional service charge since the problem was not diagnosed correctly the first time. Service was excellent. Part is ordered and will installed within couple days.

I have been a loyal customer of Choice Home Warranty for many years. I have not been disappointed with their service and prompt claim handling. Their representative are friendly and helpful. It has been and continues to be a pleasure working with them!

My husband and I purchased a warranty through them and after the waiting period, we started having issues with our stovetop. So, a couple of days later I called to place a claim. After a week, someone was sent out to look at it. The technician simply looked at it, never taking any tools from his bag and said "I think it's this and we'll start here and go from there." The next day the technician called to tell me that because my stove was old and the part he "thought" was bad would cost a lot of money to fix, that the warranty company was going to offer me a buyout. The following day I receive a call from the warranty company telling me that they are denying my claim. The stated that the repairman told them that there were several things wrong with my stove. So, the warranty company had came to the conclusion that there were issues with my stove before the warranty became effective. This company is a joke and a rip off, don't bother wasting your money.

Repairman called to set up appointment in a timely manner and came as scheduled. He had to come back the next day since the ice maker needed to be replaced. His appearance and work were professional. Very satisfied.

I call for repair the heating system. I got the appointment early enough and repair the problem quickly.

I am fine with the amount of money I received to replace my washing machine, but I do have one complaint. It is in reference to the amount of time I had to wait to actually speak to the person who handled my claim. I was put on hold 3 separate times and a waited a total of 45 minutes. You should review your procedure.

I've been a customer under contract with them for several years. After you sign up with them they send you a contract that gives you a whole list of things they do no repair to the appliance. Usually these are major parts to the appliance. So when your appliance stops working they say that it's not covered because this is one of those parts in the contract. Or if it is a part that is covered they will find something about the product that had one of its parts recalled about 10 years ago and they never cover any item that had a recalled part even if that part was replaced. I've had my refrigerator go, sorry not covered, my dish washer go, sorry not covered, my toilet went, "oh that model we don't cover." Nothing is ever covered for some lame reason or another. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sewer line block causing extensive flooding on 1st floor. Licensed plumber cleared blockage and recommended permanent fix for sewer line, which wasn't covered by warranty policy. So now I'm faced with a major repair bill, but at least my toilet flushes outside instead of inside my house! So much fun!!

When I had a blocked kitchen sink drain, the company you assigned came the same evening and solved our problem. With the dryer repair, the service man knew at once what was needed and ordered the part (that took a little longer than I hoped to arrive, but the dryer is rather old).

My experience was excellent from the inception. Office very courteous and efficient. I received a call from the assigned plumber promptly. The office followed up. The repairman was on time as scheduled and did the replacement of my disposal in acceptable time. He was pleasant and professional. I appreciate this kind of business.

My garage door was not working. CHW people couldn't find anyone to see the garage door, so they told me to call any local garage door repairer. He charged me $120.00. for service call. When I called in CHW the customer service people were saying that is not a service call charge that's the charge for repair. That was the conflict and it was resolved by Sam. I appreciate such personnel who dedicate their time and efforts for their company. Thanks.

I called on a weekend. Received a live person and made a claim there was only one provider in my area that was closed on the weekend. I was told I could call my own tech and would get reimbursed. The tech got a live person to get authorization and repair was completed. Very nice and pleasant people at Choice Home Warranty.

This man was amazing. He came to my home after Choice Home Warranty called and scheduled the next day for my dryer to be fixed after it had stopped working. I was very satisfied with the service I received but have only one concern about the length of time it took to get the approval for the part.

I called on a Sunday. I had the appointment already for Monday for the contractor to come out and did not expect at the same time for them to fix the problem but they did and I had my air conditioner fixed that day. So it only took one day for the repair. I had a previous warranty company and I promise you they would have taken 3 days for the same repair and cost me more.

I had a sewage back up and called Choice. They were prompt and professional. I was able to find my own plumber that could come out that evening rather than waiting until the next day. I have been a member of Choice Home warranty less than a year, and for the second time I have had to use this warranty service, I must say I have been please with the response that was given to me for what my needs were. Other than initially being given a plumber entirely too far away for service, the second name given to us for the work (finding leak in basement) was delightful. We would ask for them again!

Dishwasher could not be repaired. Choice Home Warranty gave me a very fair amount for replacement.

I've had several issues with my dryer and Choice personnel have notified the repairman immediately. They also have great follow-up and ensure you are satisfied with the service. The follow up phone call really demonstrates their customer commitment and also shows they want to ensure all customers are satisfied with the repair as well as the repair company.

The electrician was great. No problems with him. He gets 5 stars, but the reason why he didn't get 5 stars was due to your end. When he had to call you to get your approval, it took at least 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone and the music was annoying, and then he had to explain everything to him in order to start the job. This was not great customer service on your end.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received regarding my garage door opener. I placed my service request on Monday and my new garage door opener was installed on Friday. I've never had a request completed that fast with my previous home warranty company.

The service technician was prompt and arrived when we were told he would. Before arrived, we were provided with his name and the company he represented. I have had Choice Home Warranty for the past three years and I will never be without it. Ever since I moved into my house I've had a home warranty since I moved into the house and the peace of mind you have from knowing you're covered from most major problems is invaluable. For only $25 a month I don't have to worry about my heater breaking, my garbage disposal backing up, my garage door failing to open. All those things have happened to me and all I had to pay was $45 when the technician came, regardless of the cost of service.

On very cold November 23, 2013 morning the downstairs heater in our house decided it did not want to come on. With a house full of family in from out of town I began to get concerned. I called the CHW Service Claim Department and spoke with Jasmine. After about 5 minutes Jasmine provided me with my claim number and contact information for two pre-screened, licensed and bonded service providers in my area to contact. I made the call to one of the service providers and a technician was at our house later that day and fixed the problem. Dealing with the CHW Claims Department was such a breeze and Jasmine was not only very professional and made the whole service call process effortless! Choice has a quick response time. I called about no hot water and they had someone calling me in 10 min. After I called them and the repair man was there to repair the hot water heater with in the hour. Great job!

We contacted Choice when our dishwasher was not working properly. After a technician came over to evaluate, it was determined that several parts needed to be replaced. Choice recommended replacing the unit - and offered us $250 instead of the repairs. Due to the age of the dishwasher, we were happy with the buyout.

Called on CHW on Christmas Eve and even with the holiday the service technician was able to come out the day after Christmas. We had a hot water heater issue.

Was preheating my stove and the element broke and caught fire. Choice sent a technician out. The stove had about $350 damage so sent a check to replace the stove. I would recommend this service.

The reason for my call to CHW was to cancel our policy. We have had two "needs", neither one is covered. Did not like the plumber sent on the first claim.
