Our coverage period was two days old, and we were reluctant to make a claim, but we did! The initial CHW Rep advised that the Garage Door Opener wasn't covered; this was not consistent with my contract. However, the second CHW Rep advised and apologized, explaining that the initial Rep was new, and had advised incorrectly. Nevertheless, a service provider was contracted, and the problem was corrected the same day! UPSTANDING SERVICE!

Excellent, fixed same day I called C. H. Warranty. Best service person I have ever had. Plan to use him as my future serviceman.

The gentleman from Reliable Appliance Repair was informative and did the job quickly. He identified the bad part and then notified Choice Home Warranty of the problem. Choice Home Warranty is resolving the problem to my satisfaction. I am pleased to be one of their customers.

CHW wasn't able to locate a service repair person in my area so they allowed me to call the service person of my choice. They diagnosed my problem and concluded it was too expensive to fix so CHW will send ME a check towards a replacement.

Turntable stop rotating - call was made. H&K Appliance called and scheduled a time. Came out and did the repair as promised.

The Air condition would not work. I called Choice Home Warranty and received great customer care. They had a repair tech at my home in less than 24 hours. It is working great!

On a Sunday afternoon, our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. I placed a call to Choice Home Warranty and they said they would have a A/C service company dispatched the next day. The customer service representative was very professional. The service was performed and the cost savings was more than the annual cost of the Home Warranty service agreement. After talking with your office and receiving information about the Company that will be calling me, it seemed like seconds later the Company called and said that they would come out in less than an hour and fix the problem (water leak in kitchen area). Now we live 40 miles from San Antonio TX out in the Hill Country so I was presently surprised to have the work completed so quickly. Thanks to all involved in fixing my problem.

I called about an electrical problem and serviceman was here next day. He took care of the problem and had service restored the next day. Great work and very nice tech.

Oven top was not burning. It was replaced with new hot plate.

We had a plumbing problem on a Saturday. Although their offices are closed the answering service acted as if they are an extension of Choice Warranty and they made sure that a plumbing technician was sent to our house on Sunday.

Due to the fact that I live in a rural area, Choice Home Warranty gave me permission to contact my own contractor for the repair and it was completed all within about 3 hours of my initial call. Although the process is a bit cumbersome and hold times are longer than I would prefer, all in all the process went very smoothly. Should be receiving reimbursement in about a month.

While having the normal annual maintenance performed on my HVAC unit, the technician found that the motor to the main fan was bad...something I didn't realize when I called for the maintenance, but there it was. While the technician was there, I called Choice Home Warranty and was able to get their authorization to have the needed repairs made. The technician had the parts readily available and took care of problem in short order. Great experience! Oh, by the way, it was my first call under the warranty so I was a bit unsure of how it would be handled - but this is truly a success story. Thank you!

I opened an account with Choice Home Warranty 07/13. I am glad I did. I appreciate the service, and also the vendors that were sent to my home were nice and friendly. They did their work and inform me if any problems to let them know. So far I have not had any problems. Thanks, Choice Home Warranty.

The contractor assigned was honest and provide accurate analysis and fixed this issue in one visit.

I discovered the problem first thing in the morning, so I immediately contacted Choice Home Warranty. The representative on the other end was very very pleasant and helpful. The representative informed me that they would contact an appropriate repairman in our area and advise me the results and a phone number to contact to make an appt. with the repairman. This was accomplished immediately so I was able to contact the assigned repairman yet that same morning. Upon contact, I was told by the repairman that he would arrive at my home approximate 2:00 pm the same day. (I was thrilled) Yes, he arrived just as scheduled and by evening had my problem resolved so that the appliance was once again put into use. I was very pleased all the way through and definitely thank CHW and the repairman for their professionalism.

I had Choice Warranty for almost a year and never thought about using the service... lol. My refrigerator and air unit went out at the same time. I called and got same day service on both. I was so happy and really appreciated the companies that serviced me.

Our dishwasher went out and a repair service was assigned. When they found the problem, reported to dispatch and we will be getting a new dishwasher. The old dishwasher was only 2 years old, so we are well pleased.

My claims process was seamless and the response from the tech was almost instant.

Had a great experience with CHW. When we were told we had a $99.95 fee by the assigned company, CHW made sure it was made right and we weren't charged an extra fee. It took several days and several phone calls to get it straightened out and CHW was patient and helpful throughout.

I've been with Choice Home Warranty for about 10 months. I've had heater and air conditioner serviced. I made a claim and on the same day received a call back from service techs and was serviced in the same week. On one occasion the same day. I was very pleased with the service I was given. The problem was always resolved and in a timely manner.

I called and immediately was given a number for a reputable plumbing co. They were nice, came out early the very next morning. Plumber introduced, himself answered all my questions. Fixed my sink in a timely manner, was impressed with the workmanship.

I had to call 4 times about it. The first guy came out 3 or 4 times, said it was bad but he fixed it temporarily. He said that is how he made his money. He said I need a new one. The last guy was great. He said it was cracked. The thing leaked water in the cabinet.

Julian was earlier than my scheduled time and explained what was wrong. I needed a new disposal and it only took 20 minutes. ; )

We were given Watson Plumbing for the water leak that we had in the wall under our bay window. They gave me a service time of between 1Pm and 3PM and the service tech showed up about 1:20. He cut a small hole in the wall and repaired the leaking pipe with little mess left for me to clean up. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Watson Plumbing to anyone in the Jacksonville/Orange Park area who was in need of a plumber.

After placing the call to CHW for the stopped drain to the washing machine, the plumbing contractor called within an hour of placing the request with CHW. We set the service call for the following day between 8 and noon. The plumber was here at 9:30. The drain was cleared, no fuss no muss, just fixed and that is just what I wanted. Thanks, CHW.

All 3 of my toilets were gurgling and backing up and it also started backing into the bathtubs. I like the plumber that came to my house and the problems were fixed in no time.

My microwave quit heating and I called Choice for service. They were able to contact a repair company the same day and I was notified to call them for service. The company responded the next day and told me the repair was expensive and Choice could decide to replace the unit. I called Choice and they said they would give me $170.00 on the price of the new unit. I have not received the check yet, however, they stated it would be mailed in 30 days. I thought it was a fair resolution of my problem.

There was an issue with a claim; however, Tracy and Dennis were right on the issue to fix it. It has been an amazing experience, which, as we all know, could have taken a different turn. CHW is truly lucky to have employees that take the time to make sure your customers are treated professionally. I couldn't have asked for more professional customer service. Because of my interactions with Tracy and Dennis, I will, without a doubt, recommend CHW. Thanks for having an amazing in-house staff with great follow up. Kudos to great team work and effort. This was the first time I used my home warranty. The process to submit a claim online was easy. By the next morning I was contacted via phone by Choice Home Warranty and the assigned electrician to fix the light switch in my master bath. The electrician was professional and quickly handled my problem. I hope that any future claims with Choice Home Warranty will go as smoothly.

I had problems with my ceiling fan not operating properly. I called and a technician was able to come the next day and repair the ceiling fan. The gentleman that came to my house was courteous and did a great job. My fan was working when he left. Thanks!

A call to Choice to request service on my home ac unit resulted in a few questions and then a recommendation to call Glacier Heating and Air for service call. They came out the next day and replaced a relay available on service truck. Didn't have to order and wait for one.

I had an issue with my dishwasher. Immediately I called the customer service, my claim was processed. I received a claim #. Immediately I receive the information by email. Less than an hour later, I received a call from a technician but also from the Customer Service confirming that a technician was assigned. At the next day the technician went to my house at the time agreed and my dishwasher was repaired the next day because some parts were required. All the time, the Customer Service from Choice Home Warranty was in contact and keep me updated in the process of the claim. Then my deductible was $45.00. That was great!

I called to get four plumbing issues repaired. They completed the work within 2 hours and it only cost me 45.00!!!!

My bathtub was not draining. I called Choice and they put me in touch with a plumber and my problem was solved quickly but not costly!

I called Choice because my oven wouldn't go on. They had their service person call us in about 2 hours to make an appointment to come out to fix it. They were there when they said they would be and ordered the part right away. I am very satisfied with the service.

Choice made the arrangements for a company in the field of home heating systems to perform inspection and repair. Choice followed up with company to assure that appointment would be kept promptly and kept us in the loop. Work that was performed was timely and excellent.

I was very happy with how the order was processed. It was fast and timely. The technician was very knowledgeable and had a very good work ethic. The burners are fixed and work as good as new.

Air conditioning repair - Excellent service all around. What more can I say.

I bought my home new in May 2012. My A/C unit has been functioning properly since I bought the house. My A/C sprung a leak and they claimed it was because of faulty installation. I even had the technician call back to explain that it was normal wear and tear. If they judge it like that, then a lot of things can be referred to as improper installation.

My clothes washer gave out. I sent Choice an e-mail informing them and asking for guidance. They responded with the phone and name of an appliance Technician. I called him. He came and evaluated. He called Choice and informed them. I got a message with all pertinent info and washer was replaced. A month later my clothes dryer gave out and through the same process it was taken care of. I am still waiting for the check for the dryer but all in all it was a pleasant experience to get my appliance problems resolved with promptness. Thank You for your Time and Assistance...!!!

I was totally satisfied with the service. The repair was completed as scheduled and Choice kept me in the loop throughout the process.

CHW treated me right. The company they found for me was very professional and courteous. I have no complaints with anything. The follow up to see if I was happy with repairs was unexpected and proved they want their customers to be satisfied.

CHW was quick on their response. I called in on Easter Sunday about the hot water heater not working all of the time. First thing Monday morning I had a response and the plumber was at the house by 11:45. By 1 pm the hot water heater was fixed.

On Easter my water heater died. Called Choice, it was fixed the next day. One call and problem solved.

The garage door repairman was very knowledgeable and professional.

Any time I have had a problem and have called Choice Home Warranty they have responded quickly and efficiently. Contractors are dispatched and problem fixed. I am very happy with this company.

My ten year old Whirlpool Duet frontload clothes washer began to vibrate violently during the spin cycle. Choice Home Warranty sent an excellent technician within 24 hours. The repair cost was estimated to be more than the value of the machine and I was offered a fair payment towards a new washer. Thank you, Choice!

I first contacted Choice Home Warranty to find out if they insure RVs. They told me that without a doubt, they do cover RVs. I called several times to make sure they cover RVs and also if they cover the AC units on a RV. Every time, they replied that they did cover RVs. I took out a policy. In April of the following year, my AC unit started making a noise, sounding like the bearings were going out in the blower unit. I called and made a claim and they sent out a man to check out our unit. He did and said it was the bearings going out. The following week, I received an email from Choice Home Warranty asking me to call them, which I did. They told me that I was not covered because of the type of AC unit it was. They told me that they cover Mobil Home AC units but not RV Units. I got nowhere with them concerning fixing my unit or refunding my premiums. They told me they would only refund the last two payments. I believe they misrepresented themselves when they told me that they covered RVs. Obviously they do not know the difference between Mobile home AC units and RV units. RVs only have one kind of AC units that fit on top of the RV. I highly recommend that NO ONE use this company.

Home Warranty programs are pretty much all the same. At least that was what I thought until I had my first service call through Choice Home Warranty. And now, we are still in our first year with Choice Home Warranty and just completed our third service call from a CHW provider. And you know, I couldn't be more pleased with the decision I made to switch to CHW. Their vendors and service providers are all first rate. The Customer Service Representatives at Choice always go to the limit and beyond to make sure their subscribers are satisfied with the service and even provide helpful suggestions when they can. I guess the best way to wrap this up is to say that Choice Home Warranty should be the First Choice for all homeowners. Thanks to all at Choice.

We had to call twice about a problem with our refrigerator. Both times Choice sent out reputable repairmen and our problem was taken care of.

Choice Home Warranty handled the claim regarding my washing machine in a timely manner.

Our garbage disposal started leaking under the sink. I rang Choice Home Warranty and they gave me a claim number along with the phone number of a local plumber. I was contacted immediately and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. Thank you, Choice.

Calls were answered promptly and service was initialized quickly. Local repair service made things much easier than previous warranty service provider.

The technician was very nice and they made sure to be there that day (which ended up being more than once) and he even came back one evening when we couldn't keep the ignitor light on. The phone staff was very helpful and polite when I called in to report the problem and was quick to refer it for help. The technician recommended replacing the unit because we were just basically "bandaging" a more serious problem so that concerns me, but it is working so I am not complaining. I guess my biggest concern is whether an appliance will be replaced if necessary. I don't want to keep putting band-aids on problems because it is no fun to take cold showers. I am happy with the results so far and hopefully we will not have any more issues with the water heater.

Service was prompt and repair was done by Overhead Door Company. This is the company I would have called if I could have chosen. This is the only claim I have submitted in the year I have had Choice Home Warranty coverage. I will not hesitate to call If I need something repaired in the future. I have recommended your company to my daughter. Thanks for your great service so far.

The first company that came out to fix my air conditioning was an individual that was rude and after a little over a week of waiting for a part did NOT fix the entire problem. I contacted Choice and they made sure I didn't have to pay another deductible and then sent a different company that took care of the problem immediately and got my air back up and running. Thank you, Choice, for taking care of your customers and making sure we are satisfied!

Technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of visits. Very reassuring the problem was discovered before the hot weather set in for the summer. CHW was easy to contact and work with to facilitate and correct the problems. Great job.

We have used this warranty twice in the last year. Each time the repair has been handled quickly and efficiently.

Our garage door would not open or close. We called Choice Home Warranty (CHW) and they quickly got us in touch with a local garage door company in Medford, Oregon named Overhead Door Company of Rogue Valley. Their service technician Richard was great in quickly repairing our 11 year old garage door unit by replacing it with a brand new unit. It works perfectly and is much quieter than the old one. Choice Home Warranty comes through again with excellent service. I would recommend them to any homeowner. Thanks again.

My heating unit was not working and I requested a service. A company was assigned to me within half an hour by Choice Home Warranty. I placed a call to the technician who came the same day and fixed my unit. Great customer service from Choice Home Warranty!

Choice Home Warranty was very responsive in addressing our issue. When the issue was first logged, the selected repair company did not have experience working with the brand of oven we have. However, a second repair service was found within a day and they came out same day to look at the issue. They needed to order parts, so it took a few additional days to get the oven repaired. The problem was resolved 4.5 days after it was logged.

I have paid the full premium for 13 months last year for my Home Warranty. 2 things broke in my home during the coverage period: microwave and overhead garage door opener. Both the claims were denied for some reason or the other. Worse, they made me pay 45$ service fee for each technician visit - and they never fixed anything at all. I had to get both the items fixed on my own and at my own expense. On top of that, when I asked for a written reason why my claim was denied for my records, they said that they can't give out that information other than verbally over the phone and they cut the phone line.

I called for service on my water heater and was given the name and number of the service company (Assurance Plumbing). I was contacted by Assurance to set up the service appoinment before I could contact them. The Service man was here when promised and did a wonderful job repairing my water heater. He was very nice and professional. I would use their service in the future for any plumbing problems I have.

My ac wasn't cooling my house. Had a tech sent by Choice who wasn't certified and 45$ later it still doesn't work. I was told they don't cover replacement ac units or corals. And when I signed up with them they told me they replace appliances if need to be. So what did I pay for? They are very unprofessional and rude. Both my parents had problems with them. Wish I knew that this company was a scam. Don't waste your money!!

The contractor called and made arrangements to fix the unit. The job was completed in a timely manner.

Choice took care of my AC problem. It was the second time that my AC was not blowing cold air. In Oct 2013, they only had the repair man fill it with Freon. The problem returned this spring 2014. The AC unit was almost completely out of Freon. They sent a great company out to repair it and fill it with Freon, only cost me my service fee. The only problem I had was the first company scheduled to come out and fix it made three appointments and never showed up.

My heater went out and Choice was very good at getting someone out to look at it. It did take an extra day to get parts but that was not the fault of either the contractor nor Choice. We were happy with the service and timeliness of response from Choice and the contractor!

The appointment with a service company was set up quickly and Choice followed up on the repairs.

I was thrilled with the service I received and am glad I have this service.

The technician was prompt, courteous, knows what he was doing and did a great job. I was only disappointed in the fact that cleaning the coils was not covered. We had a similar coverage in Omaha, Nebraska with Service One, when we lived there. It also covered preventive maintenance; checking and cleaning of coils, once for a/c and once for furnace, per year. Great preventive maintenance at no extra cost to customer, but saved them a lot of money, I'm sure. You might consider adding this to your warranty.

CHW has helped me with getting my furnace running and working in the best way. I'm very pleased with the work they have done and the little wait to get the repairs done. Without CHW, I wouldn't have been able to afford the repairs and parts for my furnace such as a blower motor, blower switch, belt and a wheel. I am so glad I have CHW on my side.

CHS was on the ball in contacting the local service provider to push them to respond on a timely basis after they were initially slow. I was initially disappointed when CHS declined my claim but ultimately Jodie approved it and the plumber was reimbursed.... so I was covered even though it could have been declined. While I am a new customer, so far I am pleased with CHS.

I called to request a plumber to check a toilet that had water running constantly. My request was addressed immediately by the plumbing company setting an appointment and coming to my house and making the repair. He had to replace the flushing part inside the tank. I was very pleased with the professional care that was to taken by Choice and the plumbing company.

Contacted Choice and was immediately given the name and number of the business that would be servicing my issue. They were able to come out the same day. They contacted the company to deal with an existing warranty on the unit. Then they contact Choice and phoned me to give me my options.

Once I called the Claims Department at Choice Home Warranty, they quickly addressed my claim. A Repair Company was recommended and that Repair Company was at my house the next day. Great Service. I would highly recommend using Choice Home Warranty Co.

Claim was given to DunnAir, who arrived as scheduled and went to work rectifying the problem with my heat pump system. A start/run capacitor was replace. Also additional freon was required (surprise... it was covered also) as was a small part for the sampling port valve. Could not have been more pleased.

Our air conditioner went out and we had the heating and air conditioning company out to look at it. They coded it as a "ground to fault" failure and was normal wear and tear. Choice Home Warranty never called me, just sent me an email saying that I needed to call them. When I did, I was surprised to hear the customer service representative say that there are four reasons for a "ground to fault" failure and they would not cover any of them. I spoke with the heating and air conditioning company who said this is the 1st home warranty company that would not cover normal wear and tear in her entire 18 yrs in the business. My advice - be careful who you do business with...

Service was fast. Within 2 days the repairs were complete with a great service repairman. Even told me what one of the problems was and how to do it myself. I have no regrets using Choice Home Warranty.

Over the years I have had a few different home warranty companies. I switched to Choice not too long ago and just completed my first claim. Other than being on hold longer than I would like, the rest of the claim went extremely well. Within minutes of my call to Choice to place the claim, I received a call from the service company to schedule the repair. Choice phoned and emailed me to keep me updated. The service technician showed up on time, was extremely cautious, knowledgeable and quick. Based on this professionalism, I recommend Choice as a Warranty company to go with.

Issue with drain backup in basement floor drain. CHW as usual was great in sending and contracting service. The plumbing company that was sent I was not extremely happy with. Gentleman was very nice and polite but offered no sense of urgency and acted like he was unsure of what to do or how to do it. I know I only paid $45 deductible for this attempted service but I think this company is doing not only CHW but the actual customers a disservice. I would like a second plumber sent to give a solution to my issue as my drain is still backed up. I'm willing to pay another $45 deductible but nothing more. Please advise. Thank you.

I had septic tank problems and had to have my tank pumped. I called and turned in a claim and was helped right then. No hassle or problems, just good service.

I have used other home warranty companies and it has always been a nightmare trying to get things taken care of. When I noticed that I had a plumbing issue, I was preparing for the worst. A day of lost wages, fighting with people trying to get someone to come out, etc. Of course it was after hours when I saw the problem so I decided to file my claim online. It was less than an hour and I started receiving emails telling me I was in the system and a plumber had been assigned. First thing in the morning my phone was ringing and the plumber was on the way!!!! Just couldn't believe how easy it was!!! They did a great job and I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you!!!

My AC unit was not working. I called Choice and the customer service agent was very polite and handle my claim very quickly. An AC Repair Technician was sent out and found the problem immediately. The technician did a great job fixing my problem. Great Service.

I had called Choice Warranty for a backed up drain service call and they had a plumbing company on the way. They were very nice and efficient. They got back to me with the plumbing company's name and phone number in case of a problem. When I did get in touch with the plumbers they were very nice and took care of everything. When I submitted a claim, I was called by almost immediately with a company's name contact for service. The company they recommended were prompt and I was given an appointment right away. I would most certainly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

The response time from CHW was immediate. This issue was re-occurring. As such the representative waived the service call fee, which I feel was appropriate. The second technician was able to assess the problem and make the necessary repairs.

Quick repair to our refrigerator by a quality repair person who was on time and had super knowledge of the GE product that we own.

We had an issue with stove burner. We called the custom service. Immediately they send a technician to look at the problem. Once they figured the problem, they again sending the technician to fix the issue. For every step you get an email as well as you can check the status of the claim. This is my first service call and I am happy with the service.

Have had two occasions to use since changing from prior coverage company and both have been expedient and useful. Cost has been less and just as efficient. My pool cleaner motor was repaired and my heater was returned to functional during the winter. I had my prior coverage company for 6+ years so I expect to continue to receive good coverage with Choice.

My oven was not heating. I made a service call and the turn around time was excellent. My oven was up and running the next day.

I had a leak from a toilet seat. A first technician was sent very quickly; however, he was dishonest, told me that the leak was not covered and gave me a bid to replace the entire toilet for 450$. When I informed the home warranty, they sent another plumber and the problem was fixed in a few minutes. I hope they don't use that first plumber anymore!

Our dishwasher would not drain. When I called about it, Choice Warranty made arrangements right away but when the repair company could not get here for almost a full week I called back and told Choice that I needed service sooner than that. Once again Choice tried to get another repair company but to no avail. It was at that point that Choice suggested and if I agreed, that I could try and find a repairman on my own and THEY would gladly pay the difference in their service charge and that of Choice. I did do that and found someone to come within two days and the dishwasher is now draining just fine. Thank you Choice Warranty. You certainly put your customers first. This was my second time using my Choice Contract and both times I have been very well pleased with Choice Warranty. Very well run company.

My recent claim for service to my Kitchen Stove was, as usual, handled promptly and efficiently my their contractor (Appliance Inspections) in Ormond Beach, Florida. I contacted HomeChoice on March 19 because my ceiling fan was only operating on 1 speed when it had 3 speeds. Within a few minutes of requesting service I received an email, and a phone advising me of my claim # and the electric company that would be contacting me. Before I could contact the electrical company they were calling me to set up my appointment. I was very pleased with the contractor of Rabalais Electrical. I had a new ceiling fan installed due to the motor had gone out on the fan. What may have taken 2 to 3 was handled in 1 day. I am a very satisfied customer.

I called CHW for a repair of my refrigerator and had no problems with customer service and the company they assigned for the repair. All went well and on schedule.

Our dishwasher broke. Since it was so old, we were given the choice of either having it repaired or applying a $180 towards a new one, which we did.

I was a pleasure to contact Choice Home Warranty in reference to the issue I was having with my microwave. Timing was good and a technician was contacted and within 48 hours was here to inspect, make recommendation of replacement which was approved by Choice Home Warranty within 24 hours. Due to the age of current microwave and possible repair cost, CHW chose a buyout refund which will pay for a little over half the cost of a new microwave. The only issue I do have is the extended time of about 3 weeks to receive the buyout funds. However the process is clear, understood and well appreciated. I do know, had the microwave been repairable, it would have been done on site and within 48 hours of my claim. I will also recommend CHW to any others who may ask about the service I have.

My contractor was not being responsive. When I called Choice and spoke with Lilly she understood the gravity of the situation and escalated the issue to her supervisor Jayme who then promptly called the contractor and expedited the process. The heating system issue was resolved the next day. Thanks to Jayme and Lilly!

Washer not spinning - I like the way that CHW promptly gets the job done. I also like the way they want the customer's feedback on the service done.

The Choice home warranty person I talked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the information concerning the dryer in a timely manner. Shortly after our conversation, he was in touch with the repair company. In a short time, a repair person was in touch with me and scheduled an appointment. He came out, checked the dryer, and has ordered parts. The job will be completed whenever the parts arrive.

The CHW team was very prompt and thorough in resolving my claim involving our hot water heater. Jim Bennett Plumbing was consistently prompt in scheduling the two service calls. They called in advance, were punctual, and explained their findings. I really felt like Jim Bennett Plumbing was trying to resolve the problem. CHW staff member Jose was most helpful in bringing this claim to a satisfactory resolution. He was quick to follow-up, courteous, and professional at all times. I became very confident that he was sincere in his resolution efforts. Finally, I was most impressed to receive a telephone call from Tracy to ensure that my claim was satisfactorily resolved. As a long-time executive manager, I was very impressed with the entire resolution process and the hands-on approach. Good job.

We submitted a claim for our gas heater on one of the coldest days of the year. CHW assigned a contractor within 20 minutes and we were then scheduled for a service call. The contractor came to the house and fixed the issue. All that we paid was our $45 deductible and never had to answer any other questions about it after that. Fixed the problem very quickly and hassle free! Excellent service!

The service was quick and very professional. The repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable of the problem. I received a new garbage disposal. I would say better than the one that was originally installed. I've had Choice home warranty for two years, this was my first time using the service. Well worth the money. We purchased a home warranty making sure all aspects of our heating system were covered. My contract with Choice clearly states that ALL COMPONENTS and parts necessary for the operation of the heating system are covered, however, if you have a heat pump they consider that an air conditioner and will not cover it if it breaks down. I went back and forth with this company for 3 weeks until they told me they would not cover my heating system. No one at that company clearly knows how a heat pump works. Beware even if written in a contract they make up their own rules so they don't have to pay.

The tech Danny from Family Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc did an impressive and thorough job. My AC unit has not been this well maintained by a contractor prior to this visit. Thumbs up for this contractor.

So far so good. I started my coverage in December 2013, in January 2014 I called for service for my dryer.. I was told it was not worth getting fixed, they gave me the option of given me a check to purchase a new one which I took the offer. About a month later I received my check and was able to purchase a new dryer a bit more than what the check was.. But it's all good.. (:

Very helpful. My air conditioning went out and CHW had someone for me to call immediately. They were out that afternoon and was able to fix my air conditioning.

CHW was called to repair my garage door opener. They dispatched service tech that knew what they were doing and very polite. They also solved some other issues that other warranty co. failed to do because it was beyond the scope of the service call. I am very please with the results of our service call. I am a new client of CHW and did not know what to expect. Dealing with other warranty co. have put me on the edge of doubt. Excellent service and VERY PROMPT. During the coldest part of this past winter my heating system wasn't working. CHW was right on it and made every attempt to get the problem taken care of A.S.A.P.! The service techs they offer were also great! Follow up calls were also received to make sure that the problem was addressed properly and fixed. I highly recommend Home Choice Warranty.

Was very happy with the promptness of the call center and efficiency of the technicians service. This was the first time I had to use your service and I was very impressed!

Unfortunately I've had to call on Choice Warranty three times this month. One occasion, the issue was not covered and I was told right away. The other two issues - an oven that didn't work and a heater that wasn't coming on - were covered. Unfortunately the oven could not be repaired, but I was able to collect a pro-rated amount to assist with a new product. I've not received the check, but expect to receive it soon. The other issue, the heater, was handled right away as well and with the odd Texas weather, I was grateful I was able to make a call to a repair location and get someone out soon. All seems to be back in working order now, and I have the confidence that if and when another issue arises, it will be handled timely and in good form - thanks to Choice Warranty!

I was told I need to buy a new ceiling fan for the electrician to install for me. What I really appreciate is I am disabled but, choose to remain in my home. There is no way I can do these things for myself like I use to. CHW found a repairman, called him and he diagnosed my problem.

LRT Maintenance was here within 2 hours. They were polite and very efficient. I couldn't be happier with Choice.

Self cleaning part of oven quit working. The repairman got here when he said he would checked the out. He found the problem asap and ordered the part needed. He will call when part is in to install. Very happy with the service.

Technician call very quickly. Scheduled my for next business day. Took a little longer than I would have liked to give final diagnosis (as this was a tenants washer and they are never happy) but still within 36 hours. Washer was beyond repair. Was given an offer for replacement but I could not find washer with amount offered so called back and CHW assisted me and worked with me to insure my satisfaction. I used to be with other warranty Company for a few years and always had problems. So glad I found CHW. Thanks.

When my washer went out I forgot I even had coverage for it, I called out a service person who told me the part would be $500. I didn't want to put that kind of money into it so paid the service call and said no. I later checked in with Choice and they said I was covered, they took the recommendation from the service call I already had and without question, paid me money towards a new machine. I was very happy with the service and the promptness of payment. Will recommend Choice often.

I am very happy in the manner that Choice Warranty resolved my problem. They sent out a repair man, he checked out the washer, checked it again thoroughly and found out it could not be repaired. Choice Warranty settled and allowed me to get another one. They resolved the problem.

Fast response to my request. Arrived on time and very professional and polite. Will be back Friday to complete work. This is the first time I have used my contract since changing from AHS and I am very happy.

At 10:00am I noticed a problem with our bathroom stool. I immediately shut off the water to the stool and called Choice Home Warranty. They were very very professional and courteous. They told me they would contact a plumber and get back to me. Not more than 30 minutes later, they called back, giving me the name of the plumber with home I should get in contact to set a time for the repair. Then I immediately called the plumber. He arrived at my house at 2:00, just as he had scheduled. By 4:00 pm, the necessary repairs had been made and the repairman was on his way and I was a very happy person. I might add that CHW's selection of this plumber was an excellent choice as the plumber also was very very polite and helpful.

03/13/2014 Approx.4:00 PM: Reported my claim by telephone. 03/14/2014: Service man called and said he had a cancellation. He arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem with my freezer, and performed the repairs in about an hour. (defrosted evaporator coil and installed the air movement fan) I am very satisfied.

Our claim for dishwasher repair or replacement was handled quickly and efficiently by your team. We even told our friends last night to sign up.

I called to have a tech look at my refrigerator. He came and replaced some parts, left card and told me to call him if it need to be looked at within 30 days. I called but he never came out. Called CHW and they sent a new tech at no cost and it works great.

My dryer was blowing out cold air. Contacted CHW and they immediately contacted an appliance company. We then spoke with the Appliance company to set up a time for the repair. The appliance company was prompt, respectable, and fixed the dryer quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend CHW!

My air conditioner was not operating. I contacted CHW about the issue. I had an option of having my own AC service company to come out and evaluate the problem or allow CHW to assign a provider. I decided to use their provider as I was not able not able to get an appointment with my provider in a timely manner. I received an e-mail with an assigned service provider the same afternoon. The service provider, PM Memories came to my home on time as scheduled. Paul was very knowledgeable, he quickly assessed the problem and replaced the part as needed.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. I called and Choice sent a plumber out. He lit the pilot and left. It went out again and again it went out. The plumber then decided it needed a new control panel. It took two days to get an answer from Choice Home. In the mean time I have been without hot water. Then the answer came. Labor would be $240.00 and they expected me to pay half. Huh? I thought that was why I was paying for a warranty! Needless to say I was furious. I told them to cancel my warranty and email me a copy of that cancellation. Of course I have never received that email. Biggest rip off I have ever seen.

Eventually, I was satisfied with the service. The drain blockage repair didn't include some parts I was hoping for, and I had to go to customer service several times to get the cut-off valves covered. The plumber, The Drain Cleaner, was excellent. He was on time and did excellent work.

I have had many repairs through choice and each one has been handled swiftly with a lot of assistance from the claims representatives and manager. I have recommended choice to everyone. They really have made home maintenance much easier to manage, because something can happen any time, it's great to know you're covered.

Was quick with plumbing problem.

My tenants had a leak in the bath of their home that was leaking into the downstairs kitchen. The tenants offer only that little bit of information, but when I called the problem in, Choice Home Warranty got the problem taken care of quickly. Thank you.
