Tech came out and diagnosed the problem. Friendly and courteous.

Had plumbing problems so called CHW and they scheduled a plumber to come out. It still did not take care of the problem so CHW sent the plumber out again. It seemed to fix it but only for a couple of days so they sent out a different plumber and it was our septic tank and the line going into the septic tank. CHW took care of it and all is good again.

The service was excellent. It was my first time. The dispatcher were very nice and informative also. Much better than American home shield. I am not angry. I couldn't get that to go away. I am very satisfied.

I had a non-functioning thermostat with a non-functioning ceiling light overhead. I contacted CHW and they assigned an electrician. Over the phone he concluded that they were separate issues, so I explained it to CHW and they assigned an AC repair service as well. Both techs came out as scheduled (quickly) and promptly repaired both problems. It was a fast, professional and pleasant experience. I will recommend CHW.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Choice Home Warranty. My unit not cooling, called them and they returned my call speedily. The people who performed the service replied immediately and came out the next day. I needed a part, came back the next day and finished the job.

Recently I had problems with my air-conditioner not cooling. I placed my service request with Choice and received great service from my local repair company. Overall the service was great and professional.

They called beforehand - showed took care of the problem and left, very professional.

Although my service provider ran a little behind on the scheduled time we agreed upon the service provided was more than worth it.

Plumbing company came in and did a great job getting to the problem and resolving it.

I am well please with the service and speed in which my air-conditioner was repaired. The technician responded a day after I called and had me up and running in less than an hour. My house is cool and all is running well. Good service.

Hot water heater - The two young gentlemen that came out were very professional at what they were doing. They answered all questions.

I had Choice send 2 techs to my house 2 different times... 1st one couldn't diagnose anything. 2nd one said bad fan motor. Replaced fan at 8:30 at night!!! Also guy was driven to my house in a Nissan Sentra - not even driving himself - also neither tech had uniform or introduced themselves as AC techs. Could not get AC working. Said bad board. He did not even call in new repair the next day & was MIA even for Choice. I run a business out of my home & was dead in the water for 6 days.

The technician came the next day I submit the claim and fix the problem right away. It only costs me $45.

I had an excellent experience with Choice. They explained the process well, and called when they said they would. They did have trouble getting a plumber for me, but made the process simple for me to call my own. Very courteous. Problem solved, and I am assured that I will be taken care of if we have another problem.

Everything was excellent. They call say be at this time was, came, survey problem and fix it. Thanksgivings.

Moved into newly purchased home and within two weeks, we had 2 issues that didn't come up during home inspection or appraisal. Our oven would quit working once on and show error codes and the 2nd issue was a leak from our main room bathtub. We contacted Choice and immediately they put us in contact with the contractors who would ultimately visit our house to assess the situation. The oven needed a part and Choice followed up after they approved the repair and the contractor returned within a week to fix. No issues since.

The tech did a good job. No complaints.

With my two claims for the Frigidaire they could not fix it. No parts but has given me a check in a month. Hope so. For my pool they are fixing it and I thank them. Very nice talk to. No problem.

I've had this warranty for over a year. The very first time I made a claim about my garbage disposal they tried to come up with every bogus excuse to not pay for the claim. I recently made a claim about my AC. They tried to tell me both units had the same problem and weren't covered. Then they said it was old and couldn't be covered. They are a slimy grimy company that will take your premium every month and leave you hanging when you make a claim so buyer beware.

We've called twice on issues with our pool. Both times the pool service company called us the same day and was there the next. The follow up from Choice was excellent.

This is our first claim and the people at Choice have been fantastic to talk to. Sadly, we have to wait a week for Sears to come out, but I'm not sure I can hold Choice accountable for that. My wife raved about how Choice was a joy to talk to.

Could not be any more pleased. They show up during the time frame, individual was pleasant and work was done to my satisfaction.

Unfortunately our HVAC went out Mother's Day, we called Choice Warranty that day and were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The next day by 2 PM Gary the owner of New Star Heating and Cooling along with his brother ** had everything up and cooling again. Two men that are PROFESSIONALS in their field. Thank you all very much.

Choice Home was contacted and a claim was filed concerning my central air unit not working properly. Service technician informed me that the unit needed freon and the condensing unit needed cleaning. Appointments have been made to make the necessary repairs.

The experience was great! Quick, easy phone call on Sunday evening. Service and fixed by the next afternoon with a follow-up diagnostic to ensure everything worked fine. I definitely recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Great customer service. Had an issue with our washer and Choice set up a repairman to come check it out. Washer repair was more than the unit was worth so Choice is sending a check for me to get another washer. Couldn't be more pleased!

I placed a service call for a plumbing problem I was having. They responded within 24 hrs - treated my situation as an emergency and followed up to see if the problem was resolved.

Leak was detected in wall between laundry room and bedroom closet. First analysis was that it was related to the soft water system and CHW advised it would not be covered. Once, plumber cut into wall and realized issue was not related to soft water system, CHW approved repair with no issue.

It took a week to get the appliance repair company in but once he figured out it was an electrician job, it was fixed within a day. Choice Warranty was fast to assign the proper company and great at responding to my problem. Thanks and keep up the customer satisfaction attitude.

The plumber called to set up the appointment and came on time, fixed the problem quickly and I was very satisfied.

Our oven quit and the repairman came out within 48 hours. Since the cost to repair exceeded the value of the oven we were offered a cash settlement. The only fly in the ointment was that we got a recorded message to call Choice Home Warranty about our claim.

The A/C company came the same day to repair the problem. Quick and friendly service! This is the quickest response we even had - love Choice Home. We have used other Home warranty companies - but this is the best sooo far!

They were quick to call, arrived at the time agreed upon and completed the work quickly. I was not home but my wife said the tech was friendly and explained everything to her satisfaction. All good here.

I had some problems with some light switches in my home that were not working. ** of Power One Electrics was sent over. He was very professional and friendly. ** replaced the switches and got two out of the three overhead lights working. There was a wiring problem inside the wall with the third switch which isn't covered by Choice. I have hired ** to come back another day to fix that. I definitely would recommend Power One and Choice.

My AC unit was not cooling down to the thermostat temp. Choice assigned a technician and the tech contacted me and actually made it out to my house same day to fix. I have been with Choice home warranty for several years and have never had a bad experience, they are always prompt and even if the tech company doesn't do their part Choice will assign a different tech. I would recommend Choice to anyone who wants a good policy and a good company you can depend on.

After calling the claims representative and relaying my problem with my garage door opener not working, it seemed in a matter of minutes the repair person called me. I was very pleased with the courteous and prompt attention I was given by Choice and by the repair service.

Telephone staff very competent and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Call backs were friendly and timely. Great call in staff and thank you for rendering a satisfactory solution to my problem.

The response by Choice Home Warranty was prompt and your customer service rep was very courteous and very responsive. I got the call from your local service company, Five Star Service. They came as scheduled - did the repair and the washer works fine. The service rep, ** - sorry I don't know his last name, went out of his way to go get a replacement pump, instead of waiting until another day. I used to have AHS Home Warranty and after years of frustration, I decided to change our home warranty. This time, I did my research and found Choice Home Warranty to be the "highest" rated of all home warranty companies. I, immediately, called and changed companies. My home warranty dropped from $57.33 a month, and $75 per house call for any home warranty issue, to $38 a month, and $45 per house call with Choice.

We had a need to have plumbing services and we called Choice Warranty. They were prompt in sending very professional people to our home and fixed the problem to our satisfaction.

My air went out and I called for service and I had a technician at the house the following day.

I have good experience with CHW. They always respond fast to our request. Great job.

Last winter my heat pump failed and it was on a Friday afternoon. It was difficult to get a technician but one call to Choice and I had a tech in a couple of hours. The problem was diagnosed by the company they sent out and I was back with heat before my home became too cold to occupy. I have already renewed my contract with Choice and am happy with their service. There was no continued hassle with the contractor to attempt to deny the claim as many people say they have experienced and I especially appreciate that aspect of their professionalism.

They was very respectful and keep me inform about when they will arrive and I really like that. I did not has to play the guessing game.

The technician ordered the part, for the dish washer. It was on back order. He called to inform me that he would complete the job as soon as received. The part came and he kept his word. He was very cordial and polite.

Claim was called in, and in less than 30 min., I received a call from plumber contractor giving an estimated time of their arrival. Fifteen minutes before the designated appointment they called to tell me they were on the way. In fact, they arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled. Workman was neat and efficient, and repairs were done quickly to my satisfaction!

We had a problem with the dishwasher, I called in to file a claim, they were very professional & quick. Within a short time the paperwork was done, within an hour or so a repair company called & within an hour they was here, diagnosed the problem. He communicated with CHW & went on his way. Within a short time I was called & told me they was going to replace the unit & the amount that they would settle for. I was pleased with the service & I felt that they was fair.

I had to place a ticket for repair to my dryer. The customer service from the gentleman that helped me do this for the first time was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. This is why I left my other warranty company, they didn't know how to talk to people or resolve issues... Great Customer Service keeps my business. Thank you so much for a great experience. CHW was really quick regarding the claim. Also, CHW service technician was quickly assigned to get the work done.

My dryer quit working. A service repairman was prompt in arriving at my home. He said it would take 4-5 days for the part to come in. He returned to replace the part. When the dryer was turned on, he found another problem. He was able to replace that part as well. Thank you so much for taking care of this problem. I had been without a dryer for a whole month.

Repairs on deep freeze (stand alone freezer) - Calls were answered promptly and service was great.

I have been very happy with Choice Home Warranty's customer service. They are efficient and helpful. The only issue I had is with the service contractors. They were slow to respond and slow to schedule repairs. The repairs are complete now.

I called around 10 am and the service man was at my home by 4. He determined the thermostat failed and replaced it.

Got air conditioning not working and blow hot air at middle of hot day. Small kids at the house. Very much worried. Filed claim and got it fixed within 3 hours. Proud to be a member of Choice. Recommended 3 people so far.

I formerly a customer of American Home Shield. Switched to Choice Home Warranty in Feb. 2015. This was my first claim. CHW handled my claim and selected a repair company quickly and efficiently on a Sunday. The repair company got on my problem quickly, diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately, and made the repair by Tues. Very happy with the results and at a lower cost to me than AHS. Glad I made the switch to Choice.

Sheerkahn Services for Plumbing are Excellent! They gave me a very fair price while other inflated the price of repairs. I had this firm come to fix a pump that was not covered by CHW plus plumbing which was covered under CHW. Both jobs were completed on time and with a reasonable means of cost. The serviceman was friendly and helpful. He also cleaned the work area upon completion. I would definitely hire them again! Thanks Sheerkahn!

We recently had an issue with our dishwasher leaking. I contacted Choice Home Warranty and notified them. I explained the issue and they said I would be contacted soon by the service person. I received a call shortly after from the service person who set up a time to come check out the dishwasher. He showed up on time and shortly had the dishwasher working. I was very pleased with the response and service.

I had been with another home warranty company and with the service we have received from Choice and for the price, I am pleased with our decision to switch!! And I am recommending to everyone we know!!

My central air would cut off. The fan on the compressor would stop. The air would still blow inside but it became warm. Service from the contractor, Executive HVAC, was the same evening. Service man had to order parts. Could have it fixed in 3 days.

I purchased a 3 year home warranty in October 2014. No issues until this spring. Turned on the air conditioner. Worked fine for a couple days then quit. I called and they sent somebody out quickly. The technician said even though it was very normal wear and tear, the A coil WAS NOT covered because of rust. I had to pay $85.00 to have this guy remove a few screws and say it's because of RUST and Choice Home Warranty DOES NOT cover it. I requested a refund and canceled my contract. I believe this company is a SHAM and WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone.

I called to request service on my furnace, as when I turned up the thermostat, it was not coming on. A repairmen was out to check the furnace and to order new parts. Within a week, he returned with the parts and replaced them on my furnace. I am very pleased with the services provided by Choice Home Warranty.

Turn on/off valve for Master Bath toilet was leaking. Repairman replaced parts and fixed the leak.

Had what appeared to be a water heater leak. Received service company notice mid-day Sunday. The service company understood that it was an emergency and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Excellent service man and response from your firm. Thanks.

You sent out a c/s person and he was great - very good and said it couldn't be repaired so Choice is going to send me a check to replace the unit - thanks!

Technician came out and looked at the fan in bedroom, told me it was the motor and I was told that it would be replaced. They called today 4/5/15 and the technician will come out between 5-6pm to replace the fan.

Customer service was polite and friendly. I was told who to call and the appointment was made. The service person was able to fix my dryer but not my washer. That was on Friday and on Monday Choice Home Warranty called to let me know they were sending a check within 30 days to replace the washer. Only complaint would be that after receiving an e-mail to confirm, I made an appointment and calling the number, the person apparently never recorded that info and I received another e-mail and had to call again to straighten that out.

It was very easy to file a claim. I received a response from Choice Home Warranty quickly. I was given a phone number for the service tech who also contacted me to schedule an appointment. The work was authorized in a timely manner and my air conditioner was fixed within hours.

Response was Monday morning from Sunday reporting. Service person was excellent and we have part ordered and hopefully installed by Thursday.

There are many things I'm good at. Plumbing is not one of them. Our master toilet was on the fritz and began flooding our bathroom. I was able to shut off the water to the house without any major damage. The Tech for CHW arrived in about an hour from the time I called in the issue on a Sunday morning. The Tech fixed the toilet and even looked at our half-bath to see if there was a similar issue. The Tech replaced both valves and lines to both toilets. I was very happy with his service.

I contacted Choice Home Warranty in the evening re my Dishwasher. They called back almost immediately assigning a repair person for the next day with several time options. First repairman from a nationally renowned company was not able to diagnose the problem. I complained to CHW and they sent another technician the next day again at my convenient time. Although I am unhappy with the tech solutions to my dishwasher issues (Apparently I need to use more detergent and less dishes than I usually load), I am impressed with CHW promptness and care for customers.

Microwave turntable was not turning. Also I had reason to believe that the unit was not cooking/heating properly. Choice had a great repairman that called to set up the appointment and was willing to come out the same day. Excellent service in my book! The repairman came out, found the issue (broken part), ordered it and came back the following week with the part and made the repairs. He said it was heating properly. I do see a difference in the operation/heating of the unit now that the turntable is operational. He knew his business!!

After connection with the contracted vendor I was able to lock in a time and date that worked with my schedule. Icon Mechanics was the company that serviced the oven. ** came in and began work immediately. He was apologetic and explained the process of making the change. I am a meticulous person, which I believe he caught. He made sure the element was replaced correctly. He turned the oven on and off several times for my benefit in knowing that all was well. I was impressed and would recommend Choice Home Warranty to others.

Choice put me in contact with a service technician. They responded the next day, replaced my disposal. They were prompt, courteous, and very polite. I couldn't have asked for a better handling of this situation.

Service from MasterCraft was good. Tech was knowledgeable, thorough. CHW follow-up on visit was excellent.

San Antonio Plumbing came over and they did an excellent job.

I called Choice on a Sunday to open a claim to have my septic tank pumped. They responded within an hour with the name and number of the company assigned to my claim. Although I did not use this company, Choice had no problem with my finding my own company to perform the service and are reimbursing me for the charge, minus my service fee. I would highly recommend Choice and have done so. My brother signed up with Choice last year.

Very satisfied with the work that was done to our water heater by Missions Mechanics. They came out and replaced the elements and used a Shop-Vac on the sediments and cleaned out our water heater. We were also only charged the premium fee for the service. Thank you CHW!

Guy came out... diagnosed problem... fixed it truthfully... and left. Very professional!

Had our pool pump go out so it wouldn't prime. Fin Star Pool repair did a great job once they got the part. Showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Had to wait several days to get part but fixed now and service person checked that pool sweep and fountain was working after he repaired the pump.

Choice was very responsive in our pool repair request. Although their initial recommended service provider did not service our area, they offered an alternative repairman in less than 2 hours, and our pool was repaired later that afternoon. Prompt and courteous service!

CHW is a super fast service co with professional service delivery. The plumber that came in completed the repairs within few minutes. I'm totally satisfied with their service.

I called CHW on 4-29-15 regarding my heating/AC unit - appears the fan is gone. They immediately contacted Complete Comfort Systems. Complete Comfort Systems & CHW called me to set up a time. Unfortunately, I am not home a lot so I have to make the appointment for Mon. May 5th, 2015. My fault not theirs, they were trying to come out that day within 4 hours. Both CHW & Complete Comfort have been excellent so far. Both have followed up at least 3 times over the past few days. If your service is as good as your customer service then we have a winner. Thank you for your help and I look forward to working with both CHW & Complete Comfort.

Placed a work order for our leaking washing machine on Sunday night. We were contacted within hours giving us the name of the service company assigned. Choice continued to follow up to ensure that we had been able to schedule an appointment. The service rep called before arriving, arrived in the window agreed, and was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and repairing appliance. While the initial problem looked like a leaking seal around the door, the technician said he needed to check a few other places as well and when he exposed the valves, the leaking condition was readily apparent. Had he simply fixed the door seal, we would have needed them to return for the valves. A great experience!!

They couldn't find anything wrong with the washer other than the bearings were starting to go. They said that they were still good for another year. My fiancee was using the machine again after it came out of its fit, so I have no problem with the technician's findings. It was fair. Also, our A/C needed some sort of battery (?) and was low on freon. The technician took care of both these issues, in no time, and had cold air blowing down into the back bedrooms of the house which hasn't happened since we bought the house back in 2005! So, we're VERY pleased with the services rendered. Don't know what we would've done without CHW. Thank you!

My dishwasher was broken and they were able to send a technician and fixed the problem.

I had leaks underneath my sink and the gentleman came in repaired my sink and replace my garbage disposal in a very timely matter - very nice and respectable.

As a new client with CHW, no sooner than the warranty went into effect we had a leak in a pipe under the hot water tank. The plumber that was sent out, called in to CHW and told them it was a bad installation that caused the leak, so unfortunately it was not covered, after speaking to the representative in customer service and being a new client CHW reached out and paid out half of the repair cost. That was an excellent sign of their commitment to their clients. CHW comes highly recommended. Purchase their warranty.

This was the first time I used my policy and I honestly have to say, I am extremely please with the service, quality, professionalism and punctually! So glad we decided to purchase this coverage. 10 stars!!

I had only had this policy for a couple of months when my microwave quit. I called and Choice Home Warranty sent a service person to my house and he checked it out and ordered the part which was mailed directly to me and then I contacted them to let them know the part was here and they immediately sent the repair person out and he installed the part. This only cost me the $45 service fee. Thank you for being so prompt.

This would be my third claim since I became a member with Choice Home Warranty. The day I call in for a claim I would receive a call from the contractor in the same day to set an appt. I am very please and am planning to continue with this company. Very nice customer service and very fast and reliable. Am glad I took my brother advice and became a member too.

I call Choice that evening and the serviceman called me soon after. I made an appointment for the next day. He came out didn't take long at all. Thanks.

Long story short they just tell you everything you want to hear to sign up for service. Lucky I realized it quickly and canceled my service 3 days later!!!

The drum in our dryer was not spinning. We were just getting a humming sound. Our claim was assigned to LUA & SONS Services on 4/27/15… They were out the very next day on 4/27/15 and quickly identified the problem and fixed our dryer. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue, replaced the belt and got our dryer back in service in no time. Thanks for the quick service and providing a professional and respectable service company to resolve our problem.

Choice home warranty did a great Job of making sure my problems was taken care of in a timely manner. Mechanical & More did a great of repairs that was needed to solve my problem.

Had a problem with the air not getting cool. Reported it to the claims department who in return contacted Cajun Maintenance service, then notified me by email and cell all in one day. I greatly appreciate the courtesy of all the employees of CHW as well as the contractor that came out and handle the job. I've already highly recommended CHW to good friends of mine to your co... My experience with Choice Home Warranty was definitely very very good. They were in touch with me all the way through. Half my order is done and I am awaiting a part for my washer which will be here soon. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I placed my first claim with Choice Home Warranty and wow am I impressed! From first speaking with the rep on the phone to the work being done, my whole experience has been awesome! CHW made sure the vendor that came to my house done the job right and I was satisfied, which was great! The vendor done a great job with the repair and made sure I was pleased with the job before he left my house. I liked CHW before I used them and now I love them and highly recommend them!

Choice was quick to respond when my air conditioning went down. There are so many things that can go wrong with a repair (I've even had a company work on the neighbor's unit, outside and up to the inside of their town home, by mistake). It's good to have someone else on OUR side!

Had a gas leak and had service red tagged my water heater as defective.

Customer service is excellent. Contractors were prompt, knowledgeable, and fair.

I called monday 8 am to report an issue. Was contacted Monday at 2 pm to set appoint for between 12 and 2. Tues repair person was here at 1 pm and was repaired by 2 pm. Very pleased with the service both from Choice Home Warranty and their contractor.

Your sales people say you are covered for everything-- Washer, Dryer, Ac, Fridge, Water Heater, Plumbing, and Etc. repaired or replaced. They don't tell you to read the fine print about the water heater tank... You need to send out a copy of the contract before trying to sell online. What a Rip Off...

Dishwasher was not working properly. I called Choice Home Warranty and explained the problem. They were very professional on the phone, taking all of my information. They told me that they would get in touch with the serviceman who had fixed the machine before for a different problem. I was given his phone number and we arranged for a time to do the repair. He was also very professional and took care of the problem. The service was excellent from both Choice Home Warranty as well as the serviceman.

I have used Choice twice and the second time I requested the same plumber I had the first time. They very cordially did that. The plumber came the very same day. I am quite pleased with Choice and renewal is coming up and I am going to renew.

Just completed my first claim with Choice - process was super easy. Submitted the claim online on a Sunday and the technician arrived the next day morning - did the diagnosis and replaced the item within 30 minutes time. Impressed!

The repairman called and arrived in timely manner. Found the problem and fixed on the spot. Excellent service.

Our GE washer developed a problem where the spin cycle would not work. We called Choice and reported the problem and they assigned a Choice confirmation # and gave me the number for the company responsible for the repair. J&J Appliance would the company assigned to repair our washer. They made an appointment so they could assess the problem and make recommendations. They would we had a bad transmission and report finding to Choice approved the repairs, transmission was ordered and installed. During the repair J&J found another problem, went to his warehouse, got another part and completed the repair. J&J was very professional and wanted to make sure the customer of Choice was completely happy and satisfied. Excellent experience.

This is our first experience with Choice Home Warranty and it was hassle-free, expedient and very very professional. Our service tech was knowledgeable and he completed the job in a timely fashion. He had to replace a copper pipe which had a crack in it and was the cause of our leak. We thank Choice for a great plumber!

You came out to repair my dryer. Your tech told me he would submit my claim. He told me that there were two items wrong. You emailed me two days later to offer to repair or give me the repair money towards a new dryer. I went with the repair cost. I didn't know it was so pain free. Thanks.

For about a year and a half we been paying those scammers, within that time we have filed 4 claims (none of them were major) but they manage to find multiple reasons why not to pay. So out of those 4 claims they paid 1. We ended up paying them, paying for the deductible and for the repairs. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and the only time I will ever say anything about Choice Home Warranty is to let everyone know that they will take your money and not pay for the repairs. They SUCK!!!!! It makes me proud that my husband is a Vet. Georgia is hot with no AC and 80+ and hummed.

While my breaker box was an exclusion of my policy, due to it being located outside my home, Choice Home Warranty was willing to work with me and did cover a portion of the repairs thanks to ** , Supervisor. Thank you for all your help and for going the extra mile.

I submitted an online service request at 8:00 am. By 8:15 the service man called me and said he'd be here after lunch. He arrived on time and stayed about 3 hours. He fixed my problem, cleaned up after himself and was a delight. The speed of his response was incredible! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

We recently had a drain clog in our garage and I submitted an online request for service. Almost immediately I received a response letting me know which plumber was contracted. I was very happy with the fast response of Choice Home Warranty and the plumber as well. Within the next couple of days, my dishwasher went out. Once again Choice was very rapid in their response and letting me know who was scheduled to complete the repair and even scheduled the appointment for me. In both instances Choice contacted me after the repairs were complete to ensure that the repairs were in fact completed and completed to my satisfaction. Years ago, I had American Home Shield. They were twice as expensive and their customer service was half as good as Choice's. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The vendor was belligerent and condescending. He was unprofessional. The vendor hung up on me during conversation. The vendor was more concerned about getting paid. The vendor failed to tell method of payment and wouldn't accept a check. Vendor wanted cash or money order, failed to advise customer when appointment was made. Didn't get white copy of work order. Vendor is never to come back!

Choice Home Warranty even went beyond the limits of their written responsibility in order to please the customer in this case. Most certainly, it was appreciated by the subscriber.

We called Choice who immediately dispatched the A/C repair company. The repair company immediately called for an appointment. The appointment time was on the money and the technician was great. He checked the system and had it fixed within an hour. Choice continued to follow up with me during the entire process. I would recommend Choice to everyone. In fact, three of my neighbors have added Choice as their home warranty provider, as have two relatives, and all have had good experiences.

I had problem with my Furnace. I have 3 year deal with Choice Home so I called them. The guy came, I made him easy that I know my gas valve bad. He confirmed that and walked out. Charged me $45. In few minutes, Choice Home called me that they can't cover that. So I had to buy a gas valve and install myself - cost me another $120. Now, it is working like a Champ. Now my refrigerator is bad. Again I called and put a claim, we'll see what happens.

Ac was not working, outside fan was not working. Called the service company. Their local service tech called me and set an appointment. He came over the next day. Found the problem, explained what was wrong and fixed it in minutes. Great service, great value.

I wasn't sure if my issue would be covered or not, however, after calling and setting up my appointment and the plumber coming right on time (actually was able to make it a little early)... I was pleased to find that my issue was covered and it truly only cost me the small service fee. My bathtub had backed up and it was the most disgusting thing I've seen... black sludge filling my tub... Next thing I knew, it was then backing up into the adjacent bathroom tub as well. I called Choice Home Warranty and an appointment was schedule for my earliest convenience. May I just say, "OH MY GOSH", my drains have never drained as amazing as they do now. He took less than an hour and everything from the beginning to the end of the service call was perfect!

Service was great. Technician came out and diagnose the problem with the appliance and explained would order the part. Choice Warranty representative contacted me the next day to alert me to my options. Quick service and well knowledgeable.

My hot water was leaking. It had been leaking for a while before I noticed what was happening. I contacted CHW customer service to request repair service co. The service contractor came out, made the necessary repairs as quickly as possible.

I was told since I didn't do maintenance on appliance Choice will not cover their agreement to repair. I should not have called the day after contract went into effect, but was advised contract goes into effect day 31. Service man recommended.

This is by far the worst warranty company. If you pay attention to the coverage, they don't cover anything that can actually go wrong with the appliances or the system that you need them to cover. By the way, if you call and get the cancellation department that gets more interesting because they treat you like it is a break up and you are the worst thing on the planet and will not even ask why you are leaving the company. But they will not hesitate to slap that 50 dollar cancellation fee on the account even though you are "under no contracts or obligations" as the salesperson stated.

The pump in the swimming pool was not working properly. Home warranty had AZ Poolmaster call me for scheduled. Once I made the appointment they came out and get the pump fixed. Service was prompt and done by next day. Thank you!

I placed a call and within the same day I received an email and phone call from Choice Home Warranty providing information for a technician. That same afternoon I received a call from the company that came out to do repairs. Parts had to be ordered but I was kept informed as to how long it might take for the parts to arrive. Everything was handle in a timely manner.

AC was low on freon. The man was very curious and polite.

I got a fast response from Choice and then a very quick one from Refrigeration and Comfort Solutions. RCS came out that day and checked it out. He had to order a part and said it would be Friday before the part came in. He called Friday, came out and put the part in. All seems good at this time.

I recently had issues with my dryer. The technician "McKinney Appliance Co." (704-900-7793) that CHOICE Home Warranty gave me initially were NOT GOOD. They never responded to my calls nor did they come over after I scheduled a time for them to fix my dryer. So I had to go with private technician from "Carolina Appliance Service, NC" . They did well and CHOICE Home Warranty approved to reimburse the charges. Thanks for all your help!

I needed the heating elements replaced in my oven. I was able to make my service request online and the tech contacted me right away. The tech that repaired the oven was professional and I would use this company again if needed. The online request for service function was easy to use and quick.

From the Choice Claims representative who took our call to the company and technician who repaired our outdoor central air conditioning unit, all reflected the utmost in courtesy and professionalism solving our problem as quickly as possible. The call agent, ** was understanding and sympathetic to our needs. ** of St. Pete Air Conditioning and Heat in St. Petersburg, FL offered to inform us if he had any cancellations in already scheduled work so as to possibly head to our home earlier. And **, a thorough and professional young man who did the repair was diligent, friendly,and made sure that everything was done correctly. All in all, a very good experience with Choice Home Warranty and their repair contractor. I especially appreciated the $45 service call fee, as many home warranty companies are much higher.

On 22 April 2015 submitted a claim to Choice Home Warranty for work on a clogged main sewer line at my residence. Needed to have the work done as soon as possible since we couldn't use our bathroom or the shower. Choice Warranty provided a name for a contractor but couldn't schedule me until the next day. I immediately called Choice Warranty and informed them that I couldn't wait and that I had to call a local plumber to do the work as soon as possible. Choice Warranty informed me that I could file a claim to get reimbursed. The sewer line was cleared about an hour later and I filed the reimbursement claim with Choice Warranty. The representative that I dealt with at Choice Warranty was very helpful and provided me with all the required information required for filing the claim. Thanks.

When we finally had someone out to help, they did a great job...followed up to make sure everything was working properly.

Oven went out Thursday, called filed a claim same day. Tech called next day and arrived two hours later. He said he has the part and would be back on Monday. Didn’t go to work to wait for tech who never showed up. I called mid afternoon and lady said Tuesday between 1-5pm. Tech called 1250 pm to tell me he doesn't have the part even though he said he did last Friday. Called CHW they said to stick with them b/c parts are on order. I asked them to call the tech b/c I am not happy with their referral choice. 48 hours later (Thursday) I call the tech to verify he is coming to the house. He said no b/c CHW never called him. I called CHW and spoken with manager and he said he would call the regional manager and get it resolved and call me back in 30 mins.

So far this my first experience since I moved from a competitor last year. I'm happy so far. The customer service was very professional and the response to my request was done at the reasonable time. The professional came to my home did the work in the professional way.

I called about a plumbing problem that I had and was informed that they would be out between 12-5 o'clock I was not happy with such a large window of arrival time, but to my surprise they were out in a couple of hours and I was able to continue with my day. The work was professional and all my questions answered. Happy to be a customer.

In the last two days, I have had a leak in my shower and my ac unit messed up in the same week. I called customer care and two repair men came within one day and fixed the problem. I just wanted to express your excellent customer service and prompt effort to make sure your customers are taken care of promptly.

I had a problem with the garage door opener. I placed a service call and received a call back promptly. The company came the next day and addressed the issues. Replaced it and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company and your policy to all my friends and neighbors.

Each and every time they have come out, I have had to pay out of my pocket. The contract is written where they don't have to pay. I am considering contacting the Attorney General on this. I have been in since February and considering getting out.

Everything went well, repairman out and verified trouble, reported to company, got call and trouble was taken care of.

I have placed a claim online at CHW for a non-cooling AC, and CHW HAS ASSIGNED A TECHNICIAN within 24 hours. I called the number and they came the same day and fixed my Air conditioning.

I put in a claim for a clogged toilet, they sent a plumber that could hardly speak English. He asked my tenant what the problem was. My tenant told him it was clogged. The plumber suggest he go to Home Depot and buy a snake. I went the next day with my own snake. Cleared the toilet in 2 minutes. The plumber should at least have done that out of courtesy.

Sink was leaking, and called CHW. A technician came after two days of waiting, and found that the disposal could not be repaired. He contacted CHW and replaced with a new disposal. It is excellent although waited a little bit long for a tech coming.

Kitchen sink leaks. The technician found two leaks coming from the garbage disposal and the dishwasher. He repeated them and cleaned up the area.

I was happy to have my air conditioner working again but 3 hours later I was sadden because my air conditioner stopped working again. I called CHW again and my repair was reopened and Bailey's was re-ordered to come back to refix my air conditioner. To my surprise Bailey's was fast to repair it again. No problems. I found Bailey's workers pleasant and well-mannered. Would recommend them and CHW and have done so to my sister.

Go Green Aire Care did an outstanding job. I called in claim and the tech was there the same afternoon. Did a professional job and replaced motor mechanism. I would recommend the company for any air conditioner work or repair.

I called on Sunday, I had the confirmation on the same day. I got a call from the Assigned technician making the appointment. He came in on Tuesday and machine was working on Wednesday. Glad to have chosen Choice home warranty.

The service call was a good experience. I had to have the Sears Tech back to complete the job and it went very smooth. I had to remove the trim beneath the cabinets and the tech rescheduled for a later date. When they returned they had the parts and we're ready to go.

When I first called to report the claim there was a bit of confusion and I was sent an air conditioner repairman in the place of a plumber. I called choice, explained the error and a manager waived the deductible. Due to the fact it had already been met I was unable to get anyone to come out on sat or sun however they did come on Monday again. There was a bit of a mix up, the plumber said the claim was approved but the customer service person was arguing with me that it was declined. I could not talk to her, she would not let me explain and was talking over me. I requested to speak to a manager and he apologised for his employee and that he would counsel her. I did have to pay for what was not cover. The technicians were great and so was the service. They even gave me a discount. For the most part it was a good experience and I would recommend CHW to family and friends.

This is the second time Choice sent DDB Services to fix a plumbing issue. This time it was our garbage disposal. The tech they sent was very professional and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our disposal. Every time we have made a claim, Choice Home Warranty has sent the right person to take care of our need. We have had a yearly warranty for many years and will continue for years to come.

They are doing their best to perform service quick. They should consider hiring reliable and good contractors because contractor's way of dealing their customer can improve or destroy CHW business. So far I am very happy, except few bad contractors experience. Bottom line, they try best to solve customer complaints and this is all I expect from any good company.

On time, professional, took care of the problem, cleaned up. Perfect. This is the 5th service call since we have had Choice and every single one was perfect. Highly recommend.

My dryer broke on a Saturday. I called Choice Warranty and they had the guy out first thing Monday morning, and it was fixed within the hour. Excellent service, speedy claim. Best thing I ever did was get my warranty through Choice Home Warranty.
