I went with the reviews on this site and now regretting my decision to go with Choice Home Warranty. My first claim for repair of a built-in microwave was turned down for flimsy reason that manufacturer classified it as counter top. I had this microwave repaired with American Home Shield who had no issues with fixing it. I went ahead and cancelled my 2 month old contract - they are charging 50 dollar cancellation fee. I say good riddance - I don't have to deal with this fraudulent company any longer. So, please beware of all good reviews written here.

We had 3 service claims at once and the representative was very patient. We were told that if they could find one service contractor that would do 2 of them, there would only be one service charge. The contractor recommended a new dishwasher and Choice sent us a check.

Washing machine - Compared to my initial experience, this was far better. Everyone deserves a second chance - and this one worked out fine. I hope the remainder of the contract works out as well as this one. The first one was a disaster.

My husband and I are senior citizens living in Las Vegas. It has been unusually cold for the end of November. We fired up our heater on Saturday night (29th) and nothing but cool air came from the vents. We called Choice, Sunday morning (30th), and they had AR Complete Service show up on Sunday at 1:00 PM. A very concerned and friendly technician named Alex. He immediately looked at furnace and evaluated the problem as a heating pump. He told us he would get authorization from Choice and return Monday as ASAP to repair. He called us Monday morning (1st) around noon and was here by 1:30 PM. He went right to work and repaired the problem. Service was fast, professional, and with a super employee. 5 plus stars for the entire experience! Thank you.

We are extremely unhappy with our current home warranty company (HSA - NEVER purchase from them!!!). After reading the reviews, we decided on 2 to obtain quotes from Choice - called me immediately while I was still filling out the online quote information and I got to meet the RUDEST most ARROGANT person ever!! He immediately tried to hard sell me... stating, "This is a cyber Monday not a cyber Everyday deal." (DESPITE THE FACT THAT TODAY IS TUESDAY) and when I stated for the 4th time that I would not be purchasing today he then stated, "So you prefer to purchase next week and pay more money I assume?"... NO, IDIOT. I PREFER TO NOT PURCHASE AT ALL. Lost a sure thing by being an **.

Outlets not working - The contractor came out the very next morning. I was very satisfied.

The process is simple. The response time is excellent. They need to order a part and will be back in a week but so far so good! The professionalism of the service tech was great!

The contractor that performed the work on my plumbing issue did a great job; I am very thankful for his professionalism. The job was completed in a timely manner.

I had a home warranty with a different company in another state, and was very disappointed. Choice was referred to me by a coworker who was very satisfied with the service. I was very pleased to see a neatly, professional - acting serviceman dispatched to take care of the problem in a timely manner. He quickly found the plumbing issue and had it fixed in no time. Problem solved ever since.

Company was very professional and stayed in constant communication with me on the arrival time.

The servicemen called before they arrived, were on time, and very cordial. They did everything they could do to troubleshoot the problem, methodically testing. They followed up shortly after with the information received from the warranty company. They scheduled an appointment immediately after learning when the part might be available. So far, Sean's company has done everything right.

Slow in returning calls, very good service when contacted. Professional workmanship, good personal contact.

Call around 10:45am about my disposal. Received a call from Contractor around 11:15am. Contractor was here and replaced the disposal by 1:00pm. Fast and professional. Thank You.

Not only did the plumber fix my stopped garbage disposal, he showed how to fix it in the future. You just use a plunger when it gets overloaded. He is a plumbing jewel.

I have had only one occasion to use the warranty service, but it was an excellent experience. I had a plumbing backup and Drain Wizard was out to do the repair within 3 hours. The work was done well and cleanly.

My Faucet is dripping and first repair company was busy. Choice provided another company quickly and solve the issue fast. Very good service.

I think that how someone handles a problem is the most important part of customer service. Things happen, and making it right is what makes people stay loyal. The first plumber sent to our home gave wrong information, so Choice sent out a second request, and the plumber never responded. The third plumber came out, and fixed the problem - and Choice didn't make me pay the deductible. They made it right!

Repairs on the washer would have been more than what the washer was worth. CHW offered an amount that I accepted to buy a new washer. Thank you for a prompt settlement.

The repairman arrived at the designated time made the repairs and was back out the door. I was able to continue on with my day without being afraid I would miss him.

I have several issues arise over the last few months. In each case, Choice Home Warranty has been in contact with me as each step in the repair/replace unfolds. I appreciate the technician's quick response and each issue has been resolved satisfactorily.

When I placed my claim the rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very informative of my policy and walked me through the process. He then contacted the plumber and gave me his number. The plumber contacted me and had the job resolved within 24 hours.

Our fairly new LG washing machine had stopped working and we notified our home warranty company CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. Their assigned agent was immediately very courteous and energized to help us resolve the problem. A local repair Vendor was notified and we were contacted by. The repair Vendor even expedited the repair sooner than we anticipated. They showed up promptly and were very knowledgeable, experienced and real Pros. Then quickly disassembled, troubleshooted, replaced the damaged part and fully repaired the washing machine. It has been working like new again since. My family and I we are very pleased with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY service. We have recommended the CHOICE HOME WARRANTY to a friend.

My request for service was answered in a prompt and friendly manner. The contractor showed up as for the appointment, also very professional and competent. My problem was fixed. The disposal is working fine.

My disposal began leaking Thanksgiving eve and I was unable to use my kitchen sink without water squirting out all over the cabinet and the floor. So I had to move the rest of my cooking to another home. I called Thanksgiving day and received a return call in a few hours, and an appointment was made for the following day. The contracted plumber arrived early and was professional, courteous, and thorough in replacing my disposal. I was very happy with the whole process!

We were disappointed with the first guy who couldn't put his finger on what the problem was and said it wasn't getting power to the unit and it was. Then an electrician was call and that wasn't the issue so it cost us more. Second AC guy was very knowledgeable and got it pinpointed really quick. Just a faulty thermostat! I guess the company is only as good as the people they employ. To sum it up we aren't mad or upset with anyone. It just took longer than it should have! Thanks for your help!!!

Have had these guys sent out twice lately and were prompt and very thorough. This house has older plumbing and put in extra effort to try and make sure clog was cleared. Would have this company come out anytime.

Two days before Thanksgiving our refrigerator quit. We didn't find out until late Tuesday evening so we did not call Choice until Wednesday morning. I just figured we would lose all of our Thanksgiving dinner which was purchased earlier but to my surprise the representative I spoke with was helpful in making sure the tech squeezed us in that day. The tech came later that same day. The motor needed replacing and he did not have a replacement but he was able to get it going to hold us until he could order one. Thanks to Choice Home Warranty and JB Services Thanksgiving was saved. Thank you Choice Home Warranty. I am truly grateful for your services. Keep up the good work!

I am new to Choice Home Warranty and happened to have a spell of bad luck. Our garbage disposal was making a funny noise and the washer started leaking. I called for both. Choice replaced the garbage disposal and we are still waiting on the diagnosis of the washer leaking. Thank you!

We have a newborn baby and our heater went out on a cold night. They got us someone out to our house the next day to fix it in the morning. Well it stopped working again that night and called Choice Warranty and they had them out again to fix the next day for free. So glad we got the warranty last year. It was well worth the price.

My heater stopped working. It was cold outside. I called to file a claim and my heater was fixed within 24 hours. The company that came to fix the heater were very very nice and experienced. This warranty saved me over $800 on a heater repair. I recommend this home warranty to all my friends. My brother referred me.

I've had to use the service twice this year. First with my washer, dryer and dishwasher. And the second time with my microwave.

CHW contacted a technician within minutes and my tech was out within a few days, as per my schedule, to repair my pool. He was knowledgeable and courteous and the combination was top notch!! I'm so thankful I took out the extra coverage! It was worth the small additional amount for the peace of mind CHW provides.

My bathroom was continuously running. I called and talked to someone who was very professional. She took my info and had told me that they send me the information to contact a company in my area to schedule an appointment. In minutes I received a call and an email with the information. I called the company and they come and fix the problem the next day.

My washing machine broke. The machine would cost too much to repair it. I am a disabled senior citizen. I would have had to wait 30 days for reimbursement. A claims supervisor graciously to see another washer of equal value to be purchased and shipped to me. I am very grateful. I could not go out on my own to purchase another one or could I have waited 30 days. I am grateful for Home Warranty finding and shipping me another washer in less time.

Dishwasher - Was very pleased with how fast and quickly the problem got fixed!!

Appliance World has been great! They could not have been more helpful! Because of the fact that the parts to fix it will take a week or so to come in, they took mine to the shop and brought an old one from their shop for me to have, because of the length of time that I would be without one, with the Thanksgiving holiday in there too. So, at least I have something to keep my food cool/frozen, until mine is repaired. Excellent service and would and have referred people to this company, in case they need help. I look forward to having my own refrigerator back repaired, sometime soon. Thanks.

When the recommended repair company showed up they were very professional and courteous. The issue was that it took them a week and a half before they could be at my home to perform the service. I then requested another contractor and was routed back to the same contractor. I was disappointed that it took so long to get a contractor to my home to tell me my dishwasher was bad and needed to be replaced. Other than this issue, Choice has been great to work with.

From the time I placed the claim with the CHOICE Home Warranty customer service until the time the job was finished, it took a total of 1:20 minutes. That is an outstanding time and also an outstanding service was performed by the repair company. I am very happy with CHOICE HW and with the repair company. BRAVO, BRAVISSIMO.

I called this company because my expiration date was near and wanted to know my options. I was speaking with a male character by the name of Elliot ** who claimed he was a manager for this organization. After going over my options I decided I wanted to shop more before making a decision to stay with this company and that did not sit well with Elliot ** (the manager). Elliot ** called my number back and left me a VERY NASTY voice message telling me that since I hung up in his face the offer is off the table of any type of discounts and that he would put this in the notes for all his employees to see so when I call back as he knew I would "Do not give her any type of discount because she hung up in my face..." REALLY first off I did not hang up in your face. I stated I would like to shop around for more options and I'm glad I did because I got wonderful and polite services elsewhere.

I am a new member who completed my first claim repair as of yesterday. The Choice representative was very professional along with your emails to obtain the contractor who eventually did the repairs. All went well throughout the process & I am very satisfied. I would recommend your company to others.

Bought a 3-year contract in August 2015. Heat pump compressor failed November 23. Technician said needs replaced and filed paperwork. CHW denied claim without even talking to technician they sent. Never asked for pictures or service before flat denial of claim. Now I'm stuck with a $1500 repair plus wasted $1025 fee for 3 years of a useless contract.

As with all claims, you were fairly quick in responding. Within 24 hours I had been contacted with a repair tech. Covered item and was repaired satisfactorily to date.

It was easy to submit a claim online. I had to call the service provider as they never called me. It took them almost 5 days to fix my heat, which left me without heat in my house. I felt they could have fixed it prior to that. I called other companies who claimed the part was easy to find and they offered to install it the same day. Waiting five days in a freezing house seems unreasonable.

Mr. ** is always very courteous, timely and accurate with his work in my home.

On 11/11/15 I spoke to Jenay, a customer sales rep with CHW advising her that my garbage disposal was not working properly. Jenay provided me with an order number and the name and phone number of a local vendor, Fasco Plumbing Inc. The repairman, Luna, from Fasco arrived on time and successfully completed the repair on 11/13/15.

My dryer was working but not drying. I got great service from Choice and great technician through Choice. Just started with Choice and I do hope the wonderful service continues. I was with American Home Shield from 2008 till I canceled to join Choice. I do hope Choice remains topnotch, great job.

It seems to me a good service was efficient, and everything was within prudent time. The technicians were very professional and successful in the diagnosis of the problem that had the washer machine and is working perfectly. I like this service.

I bought a total home warranty plan from this company. Back to May 2015, my air conditioning had no cool air but everything else worked fine. I called for service. The technician Mr. ** from Faddai Maintenance and home repairs came and seemed not know anything about the package heating and air conditioning system. He worked on my system for 7 hours and broken the whole system. He even did not give me any document and did not ask me to pay the service fee of $45. When I called Choice Home, no one cared about. I talked to the claim manager and he asked me to hire my own technician to check the system. I hired one hours to check the system for $89. But I called back and tried to get repair scheduled. No one answered my request. End up, I hired my own service provider and paid $4,400 for replacement plus the $89 diagnoses fee.

Technician arrived within prescribed window of time, called when he was on his way, and properly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was neat and polite. Thanks, Choice Home Warranty!

I was immediately reimbursed for a plumber that I used for a repair on my rental property. Refunding was a quick and easy process.

I called Choice at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday morning to report my dishwasher was not draining. By noon that same day a repairman had been out and repaired my dishwasher. This was my first claim with this company and I was very pleased with their quick response. Also they followed up the following day with an email to be sure I was pleased with the work that had been done. I would certainly recommend Choice to my friends and family.

Repairman was on time, professional and knew what he was doing. He fixed one ceiling fan and replaced a second. The one he replaced he went to Home Depot and bought a matching model and had it replaced in a very timely manner. When he was finished he Cleaned up any mess. Buying a CHW was money well spent.

Washer was no longer repairable, CHW gave us $300.00 to replace it. I felt that was a little low considering the cost of new appliances. $300 would buy a used washer or a really cheap new one costing us and CHW money and time. Dryer was repaired.

Inside fan motor would not come on. First mechanic changed the fan motor. The motor still would not come on...

My tenant had a problem with the toilet. They called for service and it was done in the same day. Thank you.

Solar Mechanical Works was dispatched to repair my dishwasher. It took 3 trips to replace a water inlet valve, total almost 3 hours. Tonight he was here for 1 1/2 hours. A large part of which was troubleshooting because he did not turn the water back on and thought it was the valve. Their communication is also very bad. He called 3 times and could not decide if you had approved the part or not. Your part of the process was fine! You should not use them.

I am very pleased with CHW. I have made 2 claims and both were resolved to my fullest satisfaction. I would like to be your sales rep. I am so pleased with your product.

The company you sent to handle our oven was wonderful. They were very professional and went above and beyond to work around our schedule and got our oven fixed in a timely manner. We would definitely use Fast Lane Mechanical again.

A contractor was located right away. They called me within 24 hours to set up an appointment time. They came out at time scheduled. Located problem and repaired right away. Contractor friendly and knew his job.

Washer motor was done for. Repair company (Yuma Appliance) couldn't come for 8 days and I had to rent a washer. Repair company was good to talk to, showed up with new motor and fixed same day. I really have no complaints.

Unfortunately the technician is ill equipped. Didn't have the gadget needed and have to come 3 times. I was getting frustrated and scared of burning the place down when the surface light remains on even after turning it off. The staff at the office were very prompt. Just wish we can preview the vendor and can choose one within the network.

One toilet was not flushing and the other one was running. The first repairman repaired one problem but the other persisted, so the company sent out the owner who did repair it at no additional charge. The staff were all kind and courteous.

Toilets leaking in two bathrooms. Harris plumbing was prompt and very professional. Fixed the problems and left the job clean and tested before leaving.

I submitted a claim Thursday night and I was called Friday morning and asked would I be home, and I said yes. The technician came, fix my heating system with no problem. I am totally happy with their prompt service, very friendly and professional. Work was finished in a short time.

I would recommend Choice to everyone. Choice helped me when the assigned plumbing company kept saying they didn't receive the claim. I will say that I would not recommend the same plumbing company (Gormley Plumbing and Maintenance) as they are not polite and professional. They stated that they did not like to do business with Choice and I believe that they always had the claim but that they were just hoping I would give up. The person you are using Edr air is self owned and he never shows up when he says he's going to. And he keeps breaking one thing when he fixes another.

Our garage opener went out and Home Choice had a service call in that day. The tech was out the next day and replaced our garage opener. We are so glad we switched to Choice Home. Love it!!!

Washer stopped working. Called CHW that morning and they had a technician assigned and dispatched to me within 2 1/2 hours. The service provider, JB Services, was professional and explained the problem to me. I was given the options and most likely option by service provider. CHW contacted me the next day with an abatement to resolve my broken washer. Check was posted to help me purchase new washer. Very satisfied with my resolve. Thanks CHW.

The Reeves plumbing and heating company was chosen by Choice Home Warranty to complete the work on the backed-up drain in my bath tub. They were courteous, respectful and completed the work in a timely matter. I would certainly recommend using them again. I would also recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone looking for a home warranty.

Created an online claim with CHW on a Sunday night. Monday morning I was called by a technician and they came the next day. A part had to be ordered but did not fix the problem. CHW sent out a tech, he diagnosed the problem. Because the microwave was old, CHW gave me the cost to help purchase a new one.

Above ground spa - technician very nice and knowledgeable and on time. Customer service on the other hand, the right hand did not know what the left hand is doing. Calling all hours of the day 3-4 times per day, very annoying.

The service man took pictures of the wires that were not connected and then showed me a picture of the repair. Very graphic and very much appreciated. The best customer service I've ever received.

Built-in microwave - Last rep. of your company not polite. No explanation on the broken item if can be fixed or not. Otherwise very prompt service.

Repair of oven - I think the contractor did a very good job.

Repairman was prompt on scheduled time, immediately accessed the problem and installed a new disposal of similar quality. Cleaned up afterwards, was polite and efficient. Great service.

Within less than an hour of reporting my claim to Choice, I received a call from A-Snap plumbing service. They asked if my problem required immediate attention. I told them the next day would be fine, they gave me an appointment for the following day. They called 15 minutes. Prior to their arrival time. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional and courteous.

Plumber came in a timely manner & fixed our issue. Previously, with CHW it was hard to schedule technicians or repairman. This is first time the plumber called us & setup the appointment.

Very prompt and fast service. I called at 7:30 am, 9:00 am got the dispatch call and I called the technician. We had the problem sorted out by evening, very impressed... It would have been awful if our heating was not fixed in a day. We trusted Choice and they did prove their worth..

We had water heater in my unit not working. Choice home warranty responded in one hour and send us name and telephone number of technician. Since it went to weekend technician was not available. Choice authorized us to use other plumbing company to fix the problem. We did so. Problem fixed and choice is sending check for our cost. Thanks Choice Home Warranty.

I was able to talk to a customer service person on a Sunday afternoon. They found a plumber on Monday morning after I gave them a name of a plumber they had used before.

My dryer quit working because it was overheating. Although I had kept the exhaust tube free of lint and debris, quite a bit of lint had accumulated over the last 10 years in an area not readily accessible. The overheating caused a circuit board to malfunction. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly, and within a week he returned with new parts and cleaned the blocked ducts under the dryer. Our clothes are drying more quickly than before too. Choice Home Warranty did a great job getting our dryer fixed. Thanks!

When I called Choice Home Warranty to report my garbage disposal problem she was professional and helpful. The same day as she said I received the name and telephone number of a plumber I called made an appointment and all within 2 days everything is working fine. Excellent service, I have already recommended Choice to family and friends.

First of all, I bought the policy in August 2015, and until today, had never received a copy of the policy I purchased. I had to ask them to email me a copy of my policy. When I bought the policy, I added pool/spa equipment coverage, which I paid extra for. Yesterday, I discovered we had a circuit board burn up on my main pump motor, and the pool pumps were not working. I placed a service call to Choice to repair the damaged pool pump motor. They sent out a technician who told me upfront that Choice is very picky about what they will cover.

Very satisfied with additional coverage offered and with claim payment even though the policy was not in force. However, I would like a more formal policy. I feel an email and a what is and what is not covered should be expressed something similar to a fire policy. I look forward to our relationship and hope I do not have to use the policy.

When my clothes dryer wasn't drying properly, CHW paid for cleaning of my dryer vent/vent pipe even though it is not normally covered (it's usually the homeowner's responsibility for cleaning related maintenance)... The CHW representative told the service provider/technician and me they were doing it (paying for it) because I was a "good"/"valued" customer.

Service response was great. Tech was very courteous. However, dishwasher had too many problems.

Washing machine - Started out as a bad call, but Choice Home Warranty fixed it right away.

My Husband called CHW and at first had a hard time understanding the customer service person. They were able to get our information and the basic problem. We received an email very soon after call & received order number. We then received another email giving us who to call. I called the number & they said they would call back. Received a call the next morning with a scheduled Appt. Everything was taken care of smoothly. Very happy with our service.

This was my first time that I have had to use my Choice Home Warranty and I couldn't have been happier. Their response time was quick, as was setting up an appointment for the service call. The person they sent out was very polite, professional, and knew what he was looking for and how to fix the problem. Oven wasn't heating properly. Service tech called right away and was here the next day. Part ordered and replaced within a week.

The call back time was fast from the time I submitted the work order that was over the weekend. I contacted the repairman and he was out the same day to check the refrigerator. The refrigerator was fixed by Wednesday. I have had two other home warranty companies and they weren't as fast and efficient as Choice. This is a first rate home warranty company in my opinion!

Plumber was needed to repair issue with toilet. Once I called Choice Home Warranty, I was immediately put on through with plumber, who called me within very short time to say he was assigned to the job. While it was few days before tenant was able to have repairman in the home, Choice Home Warranty followed up with me every day until the job was completed, making sure repairman was taken care of. Was very impressed with customer service and their tenacious follow up.

This was my 1st time to use Choice. Process was easy. I received the name of the company and phone # to call within just a few hours. Once I called, the repairman said he could come out that day. He analyzed the problem (defective circuit board), said he would order the part and call to come back out and replace it. He did just that. Very professional.

Service was quick & it was resolved within couple of days.

When I first contacted CHW about our problem they gave me a number to a repair service. I contacted them and they never got back to me. I contacted CHM again and they gave me the number to Just Better Air Conditioning. This company came out and fixed our problem in a timely manner and were very professional. We were happy with the results.

I received an offer for a quote on a Home Warranty, so I submitted the information to receive the quote. I decided the warranty was more than I wanted to spend on this product and informed the salesperson that I was not interested. Upon telling the salesperson this, his response was "so you just wasted my time." Since then I have received at least one call per day and sometimes more from this company. I have explained repeatedly that I am not interested in this product and please remove my name and phone number from their database. I am still getting calls on a daily basis almost a month later, which now I refuse to answer. They never leave a message and will not stop calling me. After this I Would Never Consider Buying Anything From This Company.

CHW followed up immediately after my initial call. The technician came out the following day, and said my dryer needed to be replaced. As soon as he left, a Representative from CHW called me to tell me a check would be immediately issued to me. Very impressed with how quickly my claim was handled and with much professionalism.

The claims processing by Choice Home Warranty and the services provided by their vendor was truly professional. My garage door was not closing properly due to malfunctioning hardware and after I initiated the claim, I had the vendor reach out to me and arrived onsite the same afternoon. An incredibly fast turnaround and great communication throughout!

I was very pleased with the experience I received when I called to have my garbage disposal repaired/replaced. It only took a few days and I was back in service.

The repairman isn't finished but he was very prompt and is going to have to replace the element before he can check the rest of the electrical workings.

The problem I thought was a plumbing leak. The plumber came out quickly, accessed the situation and seems to do a very thorough job. He determined the leak is from the roof and recommended a roofer continue the inspection. Choice assigned a roofer quickly but they have a backlog and I am still waiting for their inspection, in another day or two.

Choice assigned Ralph Messina & Son to fix my washing machine. It needed a new motor which Choice authorized! I am so happy I didn't need to purchase a new washing machine. Thank you to Ralph Messina and Son and Choice Home Warranty for a job well done!

I'm very pleased with the customer service at Choice Home Warranty. Also very happy with my experience. Had an issue with my heating unit. My claim was handled quickly and efficiently. I was able to get in touch with someone fast and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The entire experience from the initial call for service through the actual service call was flawless. Everyone was polite and professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.

They were able to fix the problem with dryer at time of visit. I'm very pleased with the service.

The sprocket on the garage door opener broke off and required to be fixed. The repairman called me early and asked if he could show up earlier, but I had a previous appointment and would not be available. Once he showed up I showed him what was the problem, he had the part to make the repair and do so in a timely manner. He was very courteous and polite. I had no issue with him at all and would recommend his service to anyone.

Garbage Disposal - Quick and easy replacement.

Called to claim a fan motor about to cease working due to loud noises. It was quickly taken care of.

My microwave stopped working, called CHW. Their tech was here following day and spend good amount of time to fix. Then I was told that it is worthless to fix it. And will get a good amount of money for its replacement. I'm satisfied with their policy. And I will recommend to my relatives and my friends to think about having CHW for their houses too. My experience is very satisfactory with this company.

I'm not sure how it's possible that this company has anything other than a negative rating. Poor service, slow service, low budget contractors, and all around just a bad experience. We needed something as simple as the wax ring replaced on a toilet and even that was not done properly. I hired my own contractor after the toilet leaked onto my first floor ceiling and he confirmed there was no way that the wax ring on the toilet was ever actually replaced, yet I was charged a service fee. CHW did not care. Worst decision ever to switch to this company.

I used the service 3 times because of a Samsung refrig that keeps icing up. After my call to Choice the repair was made and at the time I was happy. Thru no fault of Choice the unit at the 3rd try can not be fixed as they stopped making the motherboard.

This was my first claim filed with Choice and was pleasantly surprised. He came on Saturday and I didn't have to leave work early for this. That was great!! The job was done quick and efficient!! I recommended Choice Home Warranty to others!

My heating system was blowing cool air. I called Choice Home Warranty and was given a contractor to fix my system. A-mechanical called that day to set an appointment. The technician came and fixed my system. He was very knowledgeable, explained the problem, very courteous.

Once, they found a plumber that could work on a tankless water heater all was well. They came out, found the problem, and it was fixed when the part arrived, and I was back with hot water. Until then showers were not pleasant.

I called the claim i,n contacted by phone and E-Mail. Got a claim number, was given the name and number of Executive HVAC. Called, My heat pump was fixed the same day. Very pleased - great service.

Repair was very friendly and professional.

I placed a call to Choice on Thursday and was answered by an associate who promptly took my information about the leak in my water heater. She was professional and precise. She promised a call back or an email within 4 hours. I got a call and an email I contacted R and D, and was given an appointment for the next morning between 9 and 12. Mr. ** arrived around 9:05. He analyzed the problem and fixed the pipe where the hole was. He was fast and professional and I am pleased with the work. I would recommend Choice Home to friends and family and I thanked my sister for telling me about your company.

I called Choice Warranty and they put me in touch with At Your Service. They set up an appt. and actually arrived early. The technician was very professional and found the problem right away. He placed an order for the broken part and will have it installed on the 19th. This was my first call to Choice Warranty and I am very pleased with my experience. I put an online request for a repair person on Sunday. Tuesday, someone was here to save the day. I was very happy with the response time and the repair person was very knowledgeable and professional. I have already told friends and family about how happy I am.

He arrived promptly, examined the problem, and after consulting with CHW quickly replaced the fan. This took only minutes with calm, professional and polite service. An excellent experience.

This was my first experience with a claim and the process. Once I placed the call, I received follow up emails confirming my claim, and how I would be contacted. I was contacted within the hour by the contractor who would be making the service call. The technician arrived as promised, and identified the problem. They did not have the part that was needed, and indicated a 5 day turnaround, which is understandable. I elected to pay for the next service, and my washing machine was running 2 days later. This made me feel very confident in my investment in Choice Home Warranty.

This was my first claim with CHW and I was very pleased. The technician assigned came out the 2nd day after I was contacted and assessed the problem. A part had to be ordered and he returned the following week at 8:00 PM and within 30 minutes he had the burner working as good as new.

Washer machine was shaking, making noise, stopped in a middle of process. We called CHOICE. Was easy to open a claim, assigned company responded right away. It took three days to complete and rep up our claim. CHOICE offered a fair deal to us. We are glad to be their customers and would gladly recommend this company to our friend.

I have had home warranties for the last 15 yrs on my homes. I changed this last time as where I moved my company did not service that area. I researched and went with Choice. Bad decision. I have had 4 claims in 3 yrs and with each claim it has taken over 3 weeks to get the item fixed. I am talking refrigerator, garbage disposal type stuff nothing off the wall. This last service call was for a Whirlpool refrigerator. They have for 3 weeks assigned 4 vendors all from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes away. They all accepted the job. Set up a service call. Then day of service call cancel say it's too far and it needs to be reassigned. I ask why they are not assigning anyone closer they tell me. "We have tried. They are too busy." I call the first 4 listed on the internet all within 12 miles of the house and they have not been contacted at all.

I had to confirm the appointment a few times and wait longer than the appointment window but the technician was prepared, quick and cleaned up after he was finished. I am very pleased with my choice. Choice Home Warranty.
