This was the first time I've had to use my Choice home warranty and was skeptical about it, but they had the service technician call me back within a couple hours, scheduled for that same day, and had the issue fixed the next day. Overall, a great experience and though I don't necessarily hope to have to use my home warranty again, I have good peace of mind with choosing Choice Home Warranty.

Garage door opener malfunctions, tech replaced and is working again.

Every time I call, the customer service is always very courteous and extremely helpful!

When both my toilets were clogged and slow to drain, I called CHW and within 2 hours the problem was fixed. ABC Septic was fast to respond and very courteous and friendly, from the initial phone call to the service tech. I would recommend CHW and ABC Septic to anyone.

The Monogram Ice Maker release flap would not stay open or close. The technicians replaced the solenoid. Was replaced and works fine.

This company has been horrible. The repair companies they have sent to our home have been incompetent. When our microwave oven stopped working, the repair tech did not have a clue how to fix it. My husband had to take it to a microwave repair shop himself with the part. Now we filed a claim for leaky faucets. We paid our money for the plumber to come out and mess up our hot water to then find out Choice Home Warranty doesn't cover leaky faucets. Never purchase a home warranty from Choice Home Warranty or you will be paying for everything out of pocket.

My microwave went out on New Year's Day and I was very upset. I called choice and someone came out the following business day. It could not be repaired but I feel they gave me a fair value for my microwave. I have always had good and efficient service with choice and I have recommended them to my family members.

Our property manager called in a trouble claim. The technician solved the problem and Refrigerator is like new again. Thanks Choice Home Warranty.

My heating unit is not working suddenly and CHW sent a technician to work on it. After checking on the unit, he said is the coil part need to be changed and that should be covered since I've done all the maintenance and filter changed regularly. But the next day I'd received a call from CHW said my claim ($1777.32) had been decline due to the rust; corrosion and lack of maintenance. And I told them the sale agent has said it'll be covered even the unit gets rusty. Now they said the agent shouldn't said that and is not under the fine print.

I'm extremely satisfied with CHW and the way they handled my plumbing problem. The Rep was extremely helpful with opening my claim. Shortly after the system gave me info. on the Co. that I would use--which was IGD Plumbing LLC. They were very professional & resolved the problem all in record time! Thanks to everyone in helping to me & I'll definitely recommend CHW to other homeowners!!

Was not very happy with service call but called Choice. Talked to manager and he took care of problem.

I have made 2 legitimate claims to this company that have been denied for ridiculous and illegitimate reasons. After you file a claim, they have someone "diagnose" the problem for $60 and then they search for reasons to reject the claim, no matter how silly or dishonest it may be. If you are considering this company BEWARE.

I recently switched to Choice Home Warranty from a company I had been with for over 6 years. My first claim experience was nothing but a delight. The company called me late in the evening to confirm their appointment next day. The technician, extremely courteous and explained everything and fixed the issue. I'm glad I chose Choice Home Warranty.

From the beginning of my service call, I felt that I was in great hands with Choice Warranty. Very good communication the whole time even with Sears technician. I received the replacement parts for my microwave in a reasonable time. In couple of days of receiving the parts, the technician was here to install it. NOTE: In the past, I had other warranty companies and had VERY BAD experiences and this is the reason why I am with Choice Warranty.

I noticed my washing machine was acting funny so I contacted Choice to have it serviced. This is my first time to use their services. They sent a technician who basically said, "The repair is more expensive than the machine." Somehow they never got a hold of him and after 10 days of me calling, they sent out another technician who said the same thing. At this point, the next day Choice contacted me and offered a fair buyout for the machine based on their established worth. Not sure if they just wanted a second opinion or they honestly couldn't get a hold of the first tech, but at the end I am happy with the result and the check will help greatly in my purchase of a new one.

Repairman was on time and was please with service. And the service from home warranty was very good in handling of the service I got.

The response time is outstanding. I put in a request for service and got a callback within an hour and with the service company name and number and an email. GREAT WORK. Thanks.

Our service tech Clint from Generation Heating was great. He was on time, professional and friendly. He had a lot of knowledge about boilers and got the job done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The heater would not shut down. EnviroTemp Air Conditioning was assigned for the job, they set up an appointment that was convenient for me and got the problem fixed.

Purchased a home warranty from Choice Home Warranty, 10/18/2015. Contract states they have responsibility to arrange service contractor for any repair on home, including all major appliances. I called 1/12/2016 to arrange service on my range. Choice claimed to arrange for a technician to come out. Instead of him contacting me, I was forced to contact him (Mamaroneck Appliance and Repair). He made appointment for the following Saturday. He was a no show. I contacted Choice Home Warranty who did nothing. My billing period was up on 1/19/2016 and I stopped payment as they refuse to provide me with the proper service as promised. There has been numerous phone calls but they will not send a service tech as they promised. I would not recommend their service as they do nothing and I find my money is wasted. They are in breach of contract.

Came in, assessed the problem and took care of it. Working fine!

The overall time from my online request to having the repair completed was less than 12 hours, wonderful service from Choice and the repair company (RLC).

Choice stay in contact with me from start to finish. I had home warranty before and they didn't call to follow up at all.

We were without heat in the sleeping area. I called CHW @ 9:50 am and after a 10-15 hold I spoke to a customer service person. I was given the name and phone # of a service tech. The tech and I spoke @ 11:25. He came over shortly after 1 pm and found out that I needed a part. The part was ordered thru CHW. He told me it would be shipped to him and he would come back and install it once received. On the 14th, the part was installed and my furnace is working fine. Highly recommend CHW.

My coverage doesn't cover the part of my water heater that broke. If the tank leaks, it is not covered as I found out. But a 800 dollar expense was not acceptable at this time. I had just renewed my contract recently and then had twins. So we are pretty strapped for cash. I called and spoke to a supervisor and they went above and beyond for me and gave me a adjustment to make me feel better. I couldn't be happier with the customer service they provided me. Be sure to read the fine print on your contracts. There is a lot of fine print and you don't want to have a surprise like I did.

After not being able to reach the provider put forth I called the service team and they made arrangements with another firm. We were very pleased with the promptness and professional service of the vendor.

Choice was amazing again. Repair technician contacted us within a few hours. When he arrived and realized the part could not be fixed, he replaced it at no charge. We were very happy with the response time and quality of service. Glad we chose Choice for our home warranty needs.

My first encounter with this service was completed efficiently. I called and received immediate service within an hour. Service was not completed. Their service representative ensured service was completed with service was provided and completed and done right.

The entire process from customer service to contractor repair was excellent. I was really satisfied!

The repairman, Brian **, was at house within hours of the claim being assigned and got the heater running in short order. He also took the time to explain how the heat pump works and what auxiliary heat does. Then he also checked in the attic to make sure my ducts weren't leaking and gave me a few money saving tips. Would recommend him to all of my friends.

Follow up was quick, service provider responded quickly. Service provider was thorough and explained the issue and how it would be resolved. Went over functionality of device and left manual to review.

Most experiences were great once the right person arrived. One service call was a little scary, the men that came smelled heavy of smoke and unprofessional.

I had a problem with my electric range. Within a day, an electrical appliance tech was at my door to diagnose the problem. It turned out that the part that was needed was no longer available. So the range could not be fixed. It was great to find out that when I talked to a rep at Choice Warranty that a check to help me buy a new range would be mailed to me shortly. Such an easy painless experience.

The service was good and appropriate technician was sent to look into the issue. The technician was here and provided useful tips at the end of service.

One outlet is not working at my place and the guy showed up on time and fixed it very quickly. Great experience!

Washer problem. I was given a choice either to fix it now or pay its value to buy new one.

The service was fast compare with AHS. The contractors are very different to the contractors AHS used to send. With AHS I had to wait 24 -48 for someone to call me for an appointment and then wait sometimes 3 weeks for service. Your contractors come ready to work with parts that are commonly the ones that are the problem. I am very pleased so far with your service and the contractors are very helpful, professionals and courteous.

The repair was made to our satisfaction. The repairman was friendly and the work was done in a timely and expert manner.

The tech was very friendly and professional. He rodded the toilet and solved the problem. He called within the time window expected and called before coming. I would use him again.

Excellent service by technician. Sears Customer Service came in on schedule, was able to figure out the issue within 5 minutes. Had to order the part needed. He made sure that it is a quality product and that it is shipped immediately. CSR came 1 week later as promised and replaced the damaged part. Highly recommend Choice Home Warranty. They did assign Sears as requested. Thank you.

I had my first experience with Choice and it was a great one. My washing machine stopped working properly. I made the call to Choice and they set me up with Sears as a contractor to do the assessment and repairs. Not only were the repairmen there on time but they quickly did the necessary repairs to get me back in business. These guys did a great job and even cleaned up around the machine when done. I'm not sure if you have a choice when choosing your contractor but if you do, ask for the Sears Guys. Quality guys and a Quality job. Thanks a bunch!!

We've had Choice since May and we love it. We've had to call them twice and both times, they've assigned our job within 4 hrs of the submittal online. I also like that we CAN submit our claim online and we don't have to call anyone until it's time to schedule our appointment. The contractors have been professional and friendly and very quick. I would highly recommend!

Heating system went out and I placed a service call to CHW that evening. I received a vendor call the next morning. Even though that particular vendor couldn't fulfill the service, CHW continued to search my area until they found someone.

I called because my toilet was leaking. I was very quickly referred to an excellent plumbing service who was able to schedule and complete the repairs in a very timely fashion, allowing for my hectic schedule.

Plumbers came went right to work and cleaned and double check the problem, solved it and left. They were very nice and friendly. Good service. Called Sunday, they were here Monday am.

I did not wait on hold for customer service. My call was answered promptly. The representative was very helpful in getting my service request started. I got a call from the contractor the same day to set up service call. Very pleased.

I phoned and reported my problem. Within 5 days they were here, ordered the part, which came the next day, and were back to fix the element within a week, and this was during the Christmas - New Year's holidays. Very impressed with timing and they called to announce they were on the way, worked efficiently and removed any debris. This was my first call and have had American Home Shield for 14 years and just switched this year. I'm very pleased and hope to have a long, lasting relationship.

I'm glad that my items were covered and I was not given the runaround. I pay for a home warranty to cover broken items, not go back and forth about what is and is not covered. Thankfully, my home repair was covered.

The contractor came and fixed the oven in about 20 minutes, but I had to wait a few days for an appointment.

I am pleased with my warranty. I have filed the claim the first day I called them. Price is good every month.

Was having problem with my plumbing. Water was backing up in my toilet and sink and there was a smell in the wash room that need to be taking care of. I call Choice Home Warranty. They sent out someone in a short period of time. The plumber came in. They were very helpful and friendly and they got the job done!

Service arrived on schedule and corrected the problem promptly. They cleaned up afterward and double checked to assure the problem was fixed. Technicians were neatly dressed and courteous.

I can only go based upon what has happened so far, but Choice was very quick to assign someone to help diagnose the water heater issue. They actually came the next day. My water heater is 15 years old and I believe it to be on its last leg and I'm very surprised by the fact that they won’t just replace it but they are after all a warranty co and want you to pay out the butt to have the warranty. But in reality they aren't doing what really would be the right thing to do which is replace it because it's so old. The exclusions for what they don't cover are far more than what they do cover. With that being said the customer service and the response time was impeccable.

The whole experience was definitely good. Customer service was good as well as the time it took to get a mechanic dispatched. The Mechanic removed his shoes and was very courteous and professional.

Had issue with washer, called customer service and was assigned a claim number. Received call from service man within 2 hours, set appointment for service. On day of scheduled service, received call and contact within 30 minutes. Report on unit was fast and even though unit not repairable, customer service was fast at resolving issue and sending payment for the purchase of a new unit. RATED GREAT. THANKS.

Choice called a service company, fix my problem and it was taken care of the next day.

When I first submitted my claim for my garbage disposal repair I was given A.M. P.M. Plumbing. They in turn contacted me, set up an appointment and did not show up for the appointment. When I called a.m. p.m. back to ask when they were coming they said that they did not have any record of setting up an appointment with me. I called Choice warranty back, explain the situation and I was given Armor Plumbing and they were great. They came out and handle the service. I would highly recommend them.

It took a while to find a company who was able to come out and complete the job, but I am very happy with the company who did the work!

I had a problem with my washer machine. I called Choice Home Warranty. I explained my problem. They referred a few vendors which did not work out. I found a local vendor which Choice Home Warranty approved. My machine was fixed and am very happy with how everything worked out.

Customer service was very friendly and professional. The repair company was there within a few hours. This was very fast service and the gentleman was very nice and friendly. This is my first claim but very pleased with the response I received.

Choice Home Warranty, followed up on my behalf to make sure the contractor had been in touch with me to scheduled an appointment. With other warranty companies, I've had to wait up to a week to get a contractor out to fix my issue. With CHW the contractor which was assigned to my project responsive, knowledgeable and quick to fix my heat pump.

We switched to Choice a few months ago and have been very happy with the service so far. The price is much better and of the two claims we've filed, both were taken care of in a timely manner. We did have one issue with a contractor, but Choice helped us contact them and get our service done that day. We're very happy we switched!

I call choice home warranty to fix my dryer and the parts and labor doesn't worth it. So they decide to replace it for a new machine. Also, I call them for my A/C unit last summer and they send somebody the next day to fix it.

Choice team was very responsive and helpful. They scheduled a technician and contact was made to schedule an appointment with the tenants. The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. The repair was made and all is well.

I called Choice Home Warranty because my dryer would not get warm. I have to say that I received excellent customer service. The service technician was able to give me a reliable time slot and they even gave me a call when they were on their way.

Choice promptly replied back with the plumber to help assess the repair problem. Once part was ordered, the plumber quickly installed part and took care of the whole situation. Great service by both parties.

Quick generation of my service request even though it was late in the evening. I was promptly notified of the service provider assigned to my request first thing in the morning via phone and email and was provided contact information for them. Technician was unable to come out until 2 days later, but was very professional and fixed the problem quickly.

The Service was immediate. They didn't make us wait at all. A call was made from the Service Company and a tech was sent out the same day. CHW was quick to assess the issue and they told us we would receive a check for replacement. It may not have been as much as we wanted but at least it will help toward the cost of new appliances. If we didn't have the warranty we would be out of pocket completely. It's really nice to have it.

I had a non-working air conditioner and in South Texas, it's a must have! They sent someone out to diagnose it immediately. When I didn't hear back right away I contacted Choice Home Warranty, they looked into the issue and had it resolved. They sent another repair person out who made the same diagnosis. Within three days (part had to be ordered) it was installed. I have not had a chance to see if it's going to be the end of it (too cool outside) but I feel confident that Choice Home Warranty will take care of it if there is an issue. As a Realtor, I am so far very impressed with this company.

Shortly after purchasing the Choice Home Warranty my cooktop stove went bad. The claims department worked with me even though I would be out of the country for 3 months and could not communicate with them. They worked through a third party and got my cook top replaced. There were several issues to overcome and they handled each one professionally. Recently my clothes dryer went on the blink and they had a repairman here the same day I turned in the claim and if what the repairman said is true the dryer will be fixed in two days from the placement of the claim.

I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from Mike **. He is very courteous and polite. I had a leak under one of my vanities in the master bedroom which has been newly installed a few weeks. He to explain the problem and solutions and took care of it in a timely manner.

My first experience with Choice was for a leak in my dining room ceiling. They were courteous and quick to schedule the plumber. They have a great customer service group. I definitely would recommend them if you are in the market for a Home Owners Warranty.

Choice has been working with me on getting my oven working properly. The technician sent was very knowledgeable and courteous. His repair fixed one issue but not another but Choice did not hesitate to get him back out to assess the situation.

My furnace was not working and the CS people at Choice home warranty had a technician out to my home the next day to repair my furnace.

I am very pleased with Choice Home Warranty! I made a call to them because my dryer stopped working! They were very efficient and fast at returning my call to let me know what repair service to contact in my area! I had a very quick turnaround. The gentleman that came to fix it was very thorough! I would highly recommend CHW!

Within an hour of filing my claim with Choice, I had the name and number of the local plumber who would provide service. He was able to come out and fix the problem by 4:00 the same afternoon. He was quick, efficient, and polite. I can't recommend Choice Home Warranty highly enough. The BEST experience I've ever had in my 40 years of home ownership and real estate business, and that is from warranty purchase to closing a claim.

I was assigned a Heating and Air Service out of Tyler, Tx. promptly after my notification. The service tech came out, evaluated the system and reported to the home office that the control panel had a short which caused it to fail and it was not grounded properly. Choice declined the coverage due to this report. I had a qualified electrician look at the system and he said it was grounded properly. I asked Choice if I could appeal. They told me to contact a licensed Heating and Cooling Service of my choice and have them evaluate the system and call them on their findings. I called East Texas Heating and Cooling out of Alba, Tx. I had used this service on three different occasions in the past. Their work and analysis of a system had proven to be accurate and unbiased. They had repaired a system for a nominal cost when another company had condemned the entire unit.

Well didn't we have a banner week. Not one but TWO appliances decided to break down on us. The Micro and then the Washing Machine. I didn't know what to think when I called the "Claims Team" from CHW. I really had no need to be concerned because I have dealt with Choice Home Warranty in the past and every claim was well handled and to my complete satisfaction.

Customer service was very good. I had what I thought was an electrical problem with the garbage disposal working inconsistently. A plumber was assigned and came very quickly and determined it was an electrical problem. An electrician was assigned and was not able to come for 3-4 days but then he did repair the problem. After I called the office (before the electrician visit) I told them I did not think it was fair to have to pay an additional copay and they waived the second copay due to the circumstances. Thank you.

Problem was determined to be thermostat wiring to heater was shorted and wiring needed to be replaced. Vendor replaced the wiring and cleaned up the wiring efficiently and safely. Pictures were taken and provided to me to observe. I would ask for the repairman if I have a need for AC or heater problems in the future.

A/C repairman was able to service and repair our unit the very next day (My request was made after hours). He was courteous and explained the work that was performed. We incurred no additional charges outside the service fee.

The speed of response was amazing. Neat, pleasant repair person. Diagnosed the problem and was in and out after doing the repair. I was impressed.

After I placed my ticket to report that my Pool pump would not come on, couple hours later the Pool company assigned to work on my order called me and scheduled an appointment for next day. Very happy with the quick response.

Had an issue with the water heater. Called and 5 minutes later received a confirmation email that will be assigning a service provider. Service provider contacted was from our town and contacted us within an hour to set up a time. He fixed the problem during the service call. Very happy with the service by Choice and the service provider they used.

I made a claim for my garbage disposal and I figured if there would be any problems with this insurance company it would be while trying to make a claim. I was pleasantly surprised! The claim process was easy. I had a new disposal the next week.

Frostys Heating and Air called me shortly after being notified by Choice and came to my home and replaced the needed parts that day thus saving us from being without heat. Quick service and the whole experience was pleasant.

My microwave recently stopped heating. I called Choice Home Warranty and someone was able to come out the next day (which didn't for us, so they actually came a couple days later but that was our fault). Choice covered the repair and I only had to pay $45 just like they said. Quick, easy, cheap. :)

As per Choice Home Warranty instruction, plumber came home and fix the problem.

Potential problem with garbage disposal. The technician sent through BlueBox Plumbing was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to solve our issues. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed with which Choice approved the work needed.

CHW was prompt to send a service repair company to my home to repair my range. The repair company attempted to obtain parts, but none were available. Therefore, CHW made a prompt settlement to assist in purchasing a new electric range.

We had limited waterflow from both the hot and cold bathtub faucets. The tech showed up on time and immediately found and corrected the problem. Great work, as always.

Rainey Day Climate Control was very responsive, communicative and accurate in their findings. They diagnosed the problem, submitted the claim and in a timely manner fixed the faulty circuit board with a replacement. Thanks for the rapid response at all ends. Rob ** was excellent.

Contacted Choice on 1/4/16 that heat pump wasn't working. They assigned Allied to diagnose the problem, they replaced a part but the system still didn't work. Allied was again authorized to come out and found out that the defrost board and sensor was not working. We are getting nothing but the run around from Choice regarding authorization to go any further. I have spent WAY too much on hold with Choice. When I finally get them to answer, I get the message that all has been authorized, just set up an appointment. This is not what Allied is being told, Choice will not authorize this part!!!

Oven - Technician found igniter was bad, and had one on the truck - no waiting for part to be ordered! That was great.

Our oven needed some help, so we contacted Choice Home Warranty and submitted a claim. They contacted an appliance repair who showed up on-time and discovered we needed a new board for our stove. He ordered the part, when it came in he returned and installed it with no problem. Great job!

Clothes dryer will not come on. I call Choice Warranty Sat. 1/09/2016 and said someone would be calling to tell us when they would come out! They called a few hours later and said they would be out Sun. 1/10/2016 between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. They came at 7:10 pm. They checked it out, and said it was the motor, and they would call when they got it. We were very pleased at how fast they came after we called! We are just waiting for the call saying when they will be back. The company was JB Services!

The technician came during the time in which he had informed us that he would be there. He was very respectful of the house and seems very knowledgeable. There are parts that needs to be ordered and he has been in contact with us throughout this journey and has kept us updated on when the part will arrive.

I signed up with Choice Home Warranty 3 months ago, after a year or so of prompting from my sister who is a customer as well. My first experience with them was about as good as I could have possibly hoped for. I called Choice Home Warranty Saturday at 12:35 pm. A technician arrived within hours, diagnosed the problem and ordered a new fan motor for me. The fan motor arrived Monday and was installed in about two hours by two technicians, Monday afternoon! All three technicians were professional and polite, and there was absolutely no mess for me to clean up when they left! They were all fabulous and I can only hope for the same type of experience again if I need to use my warranty! Thank you Choice Home Warranty! And I called my sister to thank her as well. I am very happy. :)

Toilets, dishwasher. CHW provided excellent customer service. Company assigned (MK Plumbing) was very punctual, professional and did a great job fixing the problems.

Replace bad circuit breaker. Called my own technician to repair. Called Choice Home Warranty for authorization and got it quickly and had repaired the same day. All reps with Choice Home Warranty are very courteous and helpful. I am very impressed with the service.

Our garbage disposal started to leak when used on Christmas. It did not leak the rest of the time, so it needed work but was not an emergency. It took Choice Home Warranty a couple of days to find a contractor in this rural area, but that was ok. The contractor called us right after Choice called with their name. The contractor was cordial and replaced the garbage disposal quickly. Overall, a very positive experience.

Salesperson from this company sold me the best plan they offer: Total Plan. "You get peace of mind" was the tag line he used. He said everything is covered. In their website they have tick marks for all the boxes for this plan. It looks like there is a booklet with all the exclusions that is not covered. They send this after you signup and pay for the policy. Why do they name a policy as Total Plan" and have hundreds of exclusion?

My house heat went out on the coldest day in NC. The next morning a contractor came out and he left my home warm and toasty!

I called Saturday to request service and a real, live person answered and took the information. I received an email shortly after that with the service providers information. The service provider called Sunday evening and scheduled an appointment the following day within a two hour window. The repairman came on time, fixed the problem. Beautiful service!

We placed our first service call a few days again. Within an hour, the heating and air repair person called to schedule an appt. Within 24 hours, someone was at our house making the repair. They were prompt, did a superb job, and was very professional. Job well done!

I had trouble with my furnace. The pilot light/igniter was not working and was going to be below 10 degrees on the weekend. I called Choice on Thursday, sent someone out Friday and was fixed within the hour! Great experience. Would highly recommend. Fast and efficient!

Operator who took request for service was great at explaining process, which was important as this was our first request for service. Technician was very accommodating and efficient. He worked us into his busy schedule since the heat was not functioning and it was very cold.

I have a dual fuel Jenn-Air that needed repair. They sent a company who came out quickly, but Choice said the estimate was more than they would pay, so they could only give me $350 for replacement. This is a $2,000 oven that can only be replaced with the same type of slide in range with downdraft since my countertop had been specifically cut out for that. I am NOT HAPPY with Choice Warranty at all. I think they sold me a policy with unfair sales tactics. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent, rapid response from Choice Warranty staff. Selected plumber called me within an hour and made appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and was professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem, received authorization from Choice Warranty immediately and replaced the defective disposer in less than an hour.

My mother lives by herself. I am a state away from her. She had her washer and dryer quit. Choice Home Warranty sent a tech to inspect the appliances. They were beyond repair. They sent a check within a month to replace the appliances. I called customer service to check on the replacement check. He was very polite and looked up the status of the payment.

The waste water was not draining, causing backup of waste water through the dishwasher at bathtub. CHW arranged for professional company who came on time & within one hour they unclogged the main waste line & resolved the problem. They did an excellent & efficient job.

I filed a claim on Thursday Jan 7 2016 over a septic tank issue. I have yet to get any kind of response from Choice Home. So as of now I am very dissatisfied with how they handle service complaints. They tell me to get someone and they will reimburse me. Well, if it takes this long still no response it may never come about that I get reimbursed.

Once a heater technician was located, service was handled timely.

Called Choice immediately to report the problem. They tried to confirm a repair date, needed to reschedule, and did. The technician was from Sears repair from Las Vegas. He was knowledgeable, fast, courteous, and efficient. Job well done.. The part needed was installed within a short time.

My wife called about service. In about an hour the service company called. Less than 2 hours service tech showed up, told us the problem and said he had to consult with by from Choice. The next morning we were contacted. The repair was too costly. He negotiated a price which we thought was fair. There was not really any haggling. My wife and I were very impressed. Thank you!

This is the second time our heater has gone out in the past six months and the first company that was sent out didn't fix it. They didn't put the heater back together and left without saying a word to us. It is the middle of winter and our heater has been out for two weeks now. The company currently working on our heater has taken two weeks to get two parts that my husband found in 5 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with the companies that Choice is hiring for work. Thank goodness we are not elderly.

The service Choice Home Warranty provided was excellent! Once calling the company & requesting service they had dispatched a local company to assist me by the end of the day. The only inconvenience I experienced was through no fault of Choice, but with the local service provider that was dispatched. Buckner Plumbing was able to get someone to me in 2 days, which was nice, but my appointment was from 1000/1100. At 1130 there was still no word from the local plumber. I called to see if he was still coming & was told I would be contacted once the individual plumber had been contacted. We tried calling the individual plumber ourselves multiple times without answer.

So very pleased with this company, unlike any other warranty company that I've dealt with during the 19 years that I've owned my home. Excellent, courteous customer service, and I mean, "personal" customer service. I will continue my contract for years to come.

On 12/21/15 the heating element in my clothes dryer failed which I discovered when the dryer kept running. Leaving me with a load of cold, almost air dried laundry. I called Choice Warranty to report the problem. Within minutes I received an e-mail from Choice repeating my problem and including the name of the electric company that would do the repair. I called the electric company to make an appointment for the 29th, the following week as I was leaving on the 22nd to go out of town. The electric company called me on the 28th to confirm the time for the next day's appointment, and on that Tuesday afternoon, the mechanic arrived on time as scheduled, made the repair in less than a half hour, and the dryer was working as good as always. This appears to be the normal procedure with Choice Warranty, as not too long ago I had a plumbing problem that I called Choice about that was repaired just as quickly and efficiently.

GT Air Conditioning and Appliances did the repair. The tech was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional. I would definitely recommend them!

I called CHW at 10am and the plumber was here by 1pm. My leaking toilet issues were repaired within 30 minutes by a very nice plumber. It was a very good experience.

I submitted my claim online for a problem with the heat in my condo. Within 3 hours I received a contact number to call for scheduling an appointment. Scheduling was simple. Met the technician the next morning at 8 am and had my heat fixed by 9. Could not have been easier.

Great prompt service. Service guy immediately came over and diagnosed problem with motor. Warranty covered it and next day furnace was fixed. Great service. :-)

The service company Chrome Heating & Air called promptly for an appointment and was in time. The problem was diagnosed and a part ordered. Within 24 hours the part was received and an appointment to install was made and service technician was in time and fixed the problem.

We had just fired up our furnace to prepare for winter and it was making a very loud noise. Called to set up an appointment. He came out the next day. Was very friendly and prompt. Made sure he knew all our concerns before he began working. Turned out to be a very minor issue but he was very thorough and made sure we were satisfied before he left. He cleaned up after himself and made sure all our questions were answered.
