I contacted CHW via email and quickly received a response with a contractor's business to call and set up the repair appointment. I contacted the contractor (Drain Masters) and was able to get a same day appointment. The repairman (John) figured out the problem quickly (two!! shower caps in drain... in rental unit). He made the repair, quickly put everything back together and the tub drains as it should now. Thank you!! Great experience.

Garbage disposal was leaking. You sent plumber. I paid my $45 service fee & received a new garbage disposal installed. It was great.

My disposal quit working. It would trip the reset when it was turned on and the disposal motor was locked up. Using the toll provided by the manufacturer to help turn the impeller was very hard to make it move just a fraction. I notified CHW and a repair facility contacted me in a few hours with a repair time. The repairman arrived earlier than the estimated time but called to verify it was ok. The remove and replace operation only took less than 30 minutes.

The service man was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. Excellent work!!

CHW was very prompt with my claim. Plumber they sent was professional & courteous. I would recommend CHW to my friends. This is my first year with Choice Home Warranty & have been very pleased. Wait time was not long at all. Very patient when I called with questions.

We were only going to be in Florida for 3 more days when suddenly the ac unit stopped working. Choice had someone come within 24 hrs and the unit was repaired in a 2 hour visit. The servicemen were helpful and professional. We have recommended Choice to our friends.

I am very happy that it took one call to get my garbage disposal fixed and my washing machine. I placed the call and they assign me to someone in my email 5min later. The guy came out and fixed both with no issues and was very knowledgeable. Will recommend to anybody to use Choice warranty.

It was just one of those times, where one thing after another needed repair in the house. Thank goodness a friend encouraged me take Choice Home Warranty a couple of months or so back. Whether it was my garage door, or my built-in microwave, or a faulty heater... no complaints here. Very prompt service. Didn't wait long when trying to get ahold of them. Plus, they always give you follow up calls/emails until your problem has been resolved. Oh... and I like the repair companies/services they've referred to me so far.

I had multiple incidents with them that they found ridiculous excuses on why things should not be covered. It was really unbelievable. They found a little bit of rust on a washer and decided that the issue is because of rust and they are not responsible (it wasn't the reason at all), then the well pump - they decided that the well pump is not working because of pressure and they are not responsible on pressure issues. Find a company that is not trying to find an excuse not to help you. You don't need an insurance if you end up paying for everything yourself.

Our pool motor was not working. We placed a service call and within 1 hour we had a call from Cayman Pools. They came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. They were very polite from the beginning of the process until the work was complete.

This was our first time needing to use the warranty service and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Filing a claim online was very easy and we're immediately referred to a local technician to take care of the problem. Once we made contact, our technician came out in a timely manner, assessed the issue, and thankfully fixed it the same day. We paid him our portion and likely saved about $500. We've had other warranty companies in the past that were not so easy to work with. We're very happy with the service we've received from Choice Home Warranty.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! I paid up front for the total cost of the warranty, called to have my garage door repaired. They first said garage door openers are not covered, then said I did not have a policy, then said I had to wait 60 days for coverage to begin. Not to mention the people I spoke to, including a manager, did not speak good english and were tough to understand. When I asked for a refund of my warranty cost they said I could not since I filed my first claim... which they said they could not cover for 60 days... liars!

Came out next day and looked at washer. Had to order a part. Once part came in they fixed the washing machine. Wonderful job.

The electrician that was sent to the house was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was very satisfied with the service and the speed of getting to the call.

I submitted a claim to Choice Home Warranty on 10/20/2015. I was contacted the next day telling me they had assigned the claim to a local repair service. The appointment was made for the 22nd. I received a call the morning of the 22nd from the repair service saying the technicians truck had broken down and they would have to reschedule for the next day. I had some other appointments on that day, so we settled on the 28th. The tech came and repairs were finished the next day. The service and technician were excellent and the repair was done completely to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone. Good Job!

Well Pump started acting up and the breaker was switching off. Finally no water. Called the Absolute Well Pump office and they sent someone at 8pm to help me get my water back on. Just wish the max pay back from Choice Home was higher than $500 and covered the actual submerged pump.

Since I join service has been extremely good. I used it once and only pay amt I was told. Excellent service.

This has to be the biggest scam company ever. They tell you everything is covered and then they say it's not covered... Way too many exclusions. I guess I should have read the fine fine fine fine print... They are horrible in taking information, getting you a service person and then they tell you that part is excluded. Quick to take your money though. HORRIBLE COMPANY. BEWARE.

My A/C went out a few days ago. I called Choice and within hours I had a call from a local A/C company that was dispatching a technician to diagnose the problem. Tech came out and within 10 minutes figured out I needed a new fan motor for my a/c condenser. The next day, he was back, installed in 20 minutes and I'm back in business. Excellent service. I have had Choice for the last 5 years and I can't complain about the excellent service.

I was instantly assigned a contractor, contacted by them, and the repair visit set with rapid resolution.

Choice Home Warranty has consistently done exactly what they promised they would at a much lower cost than their competitors. Each time that I have to call them with an issue, I'm always happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of their staff and their contractors. I have yet to have a bad experience and am very pleased with the value of the service that they provide.

Repair tech was at the property within 3 hours of the report. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem and how to repair it. The work was completed in 30 minutes and I liked the company and tech so much that I'm using them on other unrelated electrical jobs for my business.

Water and Air Solutions came out to my house when promised. They texted me an hour in advance so I could leave work and meet him. Showed up to the minute of when he said he's been there. Fixed my leak within 30 mins and was out the door. Very polite and friendly.

Mr. ** provided the necessary services: switch replacement easily and quickly once on-site. The only problem is that he doesn't seem able to give me a receipt for his services because he said he's waiting for Choice Home Warranty to close the repair action. I need the receipt to satisfy our house selling punch list.

I had a wonderful repairman, very polite, efficient, and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, gave me a timeline, and kept me informed on the progress. The stove was repaired quickly. The repairman cleaned up after himself and did the job quickly. He was very knowledgeable on the repair.

I was very satisfied with Mr. ** and the service he did. I told him I would like to see what he was doing and he walked me thru every step that he did concerning why the toilet wasn't flushing. Thanks for sending Mr. **.

I was with another warranty service provider for several years, until they sent out an incompetent repair tech to repair my washer when the motor seemed to have stopped working and who created a potentially very hazardous situation by disabling the auto-stop default switch for the spin cycle in order to "correct" the problem. I immediately cancelled my contract with them, and a couple of months later signed up with Choice. Frankly I was a little apprehensive about my first service call expecting the worst. But to my great relief, the service was prompt, professional, courteous, and successful in all respects. Not to mention that the service call fee was 40% less than the other provider. Keep up the good work Choice!

Found that the pool pump had failed. It was replaced by midafternoon.

They were very professional and did an excellent job in finding the problem and making the necessary arrangements to come back and repair the problem when the parts come in.

I was alarmed to find out recently that our hot water heater replacement would not be covered because the tank developed a leak (this may be the only part of the unit not warrantied!). I asked to speak to a manager after receiving the news and he (Sam) confirmed the diagnosis and policy limitations. But then something amazing happened; Sam offered to help with the cost of a new unit. I was still miffed about the claim denial so I couldn't appropriately extend my gratitude. That's why I'm writing this note... Thanks, Sam!

The water from the sink kept "creeping" into the dishwasher. Home Solutions came and "fixed" the problem, which fortunately was minor. However, in fixing it, the hose of the sprayer somehow got tangled up, and I was then unable to use it. He returned a few days later and corrected the problem. I love CHOICE for they stand ready to assist, and always provide a company that can quickly resolve the issue! The people they send out are knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. Nothing can be finer!

The repair person was very professional and in repairing and replacing the equipment.

I read a lot of review before signing up with Choice. My first experience was about 2 months after joining. My experience was just as I had read. Simple, Easy, Effective. My problem is done with, which is the most important part. The person I called was excellent and what blew me away is that the plumbing technician called me before I could call them. Very, very professional, I am beyond pleased with the service. I am telling everyone I know about RPS Plumbing and Heating and asking all my contacts to consider Choice as their home warranty company, why??? They did what they said they would do... they helped me.

CHW Customer Service was excellent. I was given order number and vendor's contact number immediately. But when I contacted vendor, he could not attend to my problem 'til next day. I called back CHW Customer Service and they immediately worked with me to get a vendor who could come right away.

The repairman was very nice and did his best. He tried a few different things. Ordered a part turned out to be wrong part. Had to order another part. Said I should hear back in a few days, will come and repair at that time. I have recommended your company to a few people I work with and a few personal friends. It's been quite a comfort not to have to search for a repairman. Thank you.

I've been with Choice Home Warranty for about 2 years. My microwave went out, I call Choice Home and they came out look at the microwave and was unable to fix the microwave. They immediately send me a check for the full value of the microwave. I'm impressed with Choice Home and would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty! We have used our service twice and both times they were fast, efficient and the contractors were there when they said they would be. They were very professional and took care of our problem in no time. We have used other home warranty companies but plan to stick with Choice for a very long time!

I made the call to Choice Home Warranty, told them what was wrong. They gave me an approval code and told me who they were sending along with their phone number just in case I didn't hear from them. Within about 15 mins. the repair company called said they would be here between 12pm & 2pm. They showed right on time at noon. Went to work, found the problem, repaired it in about 1 hour or so. Very happy with both warranty company and the A/C company. They sent a job well done and in a timely manner.

When the company assigned to my claim was not able to service us Choice called me back, contacted the company, and had an appointment scheduled the next day. Impressed with their speed and customer service.

After a rocky start (repair business VERY far away. Getting a new repair business, Sears, and an appt (VERY far in the future), Sears called up to verify work order and decided himself that the repair date was too far away and changed it to 3 days away. The repairman came, as scheduled, repaired the washer, and all was right with my world again.

The repairman was on time and fixed my refrigerator. He was courteous and did this in a timely manner. I would personally recommend the Choice Warranty.

Shower tub drainage and wash basin drainage problem. It was not easy. He did it.

Garbage disposal was fixed immediately which I was happy! What's more, all three were plumbing related and I was charged ONE service which was wonderful!

I contacted Choice Home Warranty by phone. The lady on the phone was very nice to me. She showed great patience. I don't get this from some other companies I have dealt with.

Heating issue in the house. It was fixed within two business days. The process was smooth and no fuss.

Brian from 2 Conditions Heating, Air and Garage Door service of Monroe NC repaired my garage door opener in an excellent manner. He first tried reprogramming the opener which seemed to work, but shortly after his leaving the problem returned. I called him and he made arrangements to replace the opener circuit board. The next day he picked up the board, made arrangements with me for a service call, and quickly made the repair. The door and opener are working fine.

My most recent repair was on my gas stove. The oven would not ignite and I was unable to cook in my oven. I emailed CHW and a representative responded with an assigned technician. The repairs were completed timely and my oven is working beautifully.

Our furnace broke down and we contact Choice to repair. Choice sent someone to fix the furnace. They determined the furnace needed a new heat exchanger or the furnace be replaced. Choice contacted us after the serviceman reported and informed us since we did not have a record that our furnace was cleaned they would not cover our repair/replacement. First off they never asked us for the records, they just gave us their standard answer. I informed them we had the unit cleaned/serviced every year. I forwarded the invoices to them. They said claim denied since the invoice did not specifically state what specifically was cleaned...

I called on Tuesday to troubleshoot my dryer having a F-70 code. Their repair company would not answer their phone for confirmation. He finally answered and showed up on a Thursday. He stated that he would return with part Saturday or Monday. No call, no show. I called Monday and Choice also called and nobody would answer. I finally demanded another repairman come and somebody came the following Saturday. This repairman fixed the code for 2 wash loads. I called Choice back and now they say "this problem couldn't have happened in the short time of your policy" and declined my repair. After 2 weeks of waiting with no dryer they deny me. Their supervisors and managers are kids with no degree or speech skills. They do not know how to talk to people with professionalism. Bad service, bad representatives, hidden agenda while obtaining your money for contract.

AC unit died while we were on vacation. My son called while we were at airport on way home, said unit would not come on. Got home, called Choice at 11:00 pm. Was assigned contractor by 830 next day. Said couldn't come out for about a week. Called customer service, case was reassigned. Contractor was out next day. Fixed problem and kept me informed. Glad I had the plan!

On October 21st I reported to Choice Home Warranty that my garbage disposal was leaking and I believed it had a crack in it. Even after telling the claims department that there was no hurry, the disposal was replaced hassle-free within 2 days. I would definitely recommend Choice Home Warranty to friends and family.

Pilot light went out on my furnace, tried to light it but wouldn't stay lit. Called Choice Home Warranty, and they had a repairman come out the same day, fixed the problem in about 15 mins. It was the thermostat. Now it works just fine. Glad I had this warranty.

The tech arrived early, he found the problem and stated a part had to be order and should be in the next day. The part arrived the next day, it was installed and now the heat is working fine. The tech was very professional and did an excellent job.

Choice were every efficient. They took my claim. A company contacted me that day. They made arrangements around my schedule. They came the next day. And problem is solved just like they said it would be. I am referring as many people as I can. I am extremely happy with Choice.

I called Choice Home Warranty at around 4:00 PM and within 1 hour Mr J. ** from Generations Heating & Cooling spoke to me by phone and had 2 calls to make and would get to my house as soon as he could. He showed up as promised and made necessary repairs. We were very grateful as it was to be very cold the next few days. This is my second renewal of the policy and I'm very happy with the service. I'm signed through the year 2020. Many of my friends have signed as well.

I have been Choice Home Warranty customer over three years. At first I had Choice Home Warranty for my residential house. As per their impressive, excellent customer service and care of their customer concern, when my rental properties policy expired I chose Choice Home Warranty to be my rental property insurer. Then discovered that Choice Home Warranty saved me money by switching compared what was paying with other company.

I like the speed my claim was being processed. It was effortless to do the claim.

Kudos to Ms. Sara **! Just when I was about to cancel my warranty, she convinced me to keep it by providing excellent customer service. She truly is a rare jewel. I appreciated her willingness to understand my dissatisfaction and she went out of her way to remedy the situation. Thank God that there are still good people who are able to see a resolution instead of transferring you to another person. Ms. ** is the reason why I am still a customer. She did her job and I am thankful for all of help.

I went online and requested some information. Immediately, I received a phone call and I spoke with a sales rep and received the info I was looking for. I explained to the sales rep I was not purchasing at this time. In a 24 hour period from the initial phone call, I received 11 calls from them. Each time I explained I already spoke with someone and to put me on their do not call list. With each call, I became more and more frustrated, and I have now reported this company. When I do purchase a home warranty, it will not be from them! Their sales tactics are reprehensible!!!

Our ceiling fan quit working in the living room, which has 16 foot ceilings. I placed a claim and Choice Home Warranty and they sent an electrician to check out. He was very professional. He determined the motor wasn't working and the fan need to be replaced. The fan was replaced and he did a great job.

Requesting for a service was quick and easy. CHW service representative responded fast and gave me clear instructions on what to expect. Service technician called me about an hour after my call and scheduled an appointment for next day service. Technician who came to my house (at promised time) was very professional and did a great job fixing my problem - replaced my unit in 30 minutes. I'm extremely happy with the service. I'm so glad I don't have to do extensive research to find the right companies to work on my home repairs anymore since I trust that CHW has done a good job in their selection process. Taking a shower suddenly became stressful! Sometimes there would be enough hot water but at other times there was not. Time of day didn't seem to matter. And the water drained very slowly. Barry from Banks Channel Plumbing and Mechanical was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service.

Very pleased with Dream Services and the gentleman who came out for the repairs. He called ahead of time and was here when he said he would be. After asking questions, he explained what needed to be done which I was very pleased to hear the comments ahead of time. I would recommend the company Dream Services to everyone.

I purchased a home warranty from Choice Home Warranty in June of 2015. In October of 2015 my hot water heater started leaking. Choice Home Warranty refused to pay any more than $100 for a $600 repair and I had to pay the responding plumber $60 to do nothing but show up. The plumber even told us that Choice Home Warranty was a scam and definitely not worth having. I canceled my service with them and instead of trying to help me they very sarcastically said that they were taking another $50 from me for cancellation fee even though they didn't provide any service to us at all. The company performs illegal activities and I'm going to get an attorney and file a lawsuit against them. STAY AWAY FROM CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!!!! They will steal your money and refuse to provide service. Don't make the same mistake as we did.

The value was not cover. But choice service representative gave the technician the OK! She did a excellent job.

CHW is awesome. My dryer went out so I called CHW and within a hour I had a repairman call me to set up an appointment. The very next morning the repairman was at my door and fixed my dryer and was very professional and knew what he was doing. Thanks CHW.

My second experience with Choice. Both times the repairs were done well. Latest one, called at 11:00 AM and job was completed by 4:00 PM.

I've been with CHW for only 3 months. In that time I had a problem with the ice maker in my fridge, and I was told it wasn't covered because it was an accessory. I wasn't happy. Then the spring on my garage door broke. When I called they told me it wasn't covered. As you can imagine, I was very upset. That said, I called the service department and told them about my displeasure and that I wanted a refund, and they basically apologized and stepped up to cover my repairs for my garage door. Yes I wish it didn't take that effort on my part, but I am thankful and appreciative that CHW ultimately took responsibility as promised when I bought my warranty and came through.

Superior Service, sent a excellent service man to repair our heater. He was professional and communicated well with us about the situation. We suggest that Choice Home Warranty continue to use Superior Service with their customers needs.

I am very pleased with the timeliness and accuracy the problem with my heating unit was repaired. I paid my 45.00 for the service fee and that was it... Great value.

After a few weeks of signing up with Choice Home Warranty, I started to get spam emails from other companies selling their products/warranty. After I complained to the agent, the problem is still not fixed. I am suspicious that if they can sell my email (without my knowledge) for marketing gains then my personal details (address, credit card, etc) could be at risk as well.

I am very satisfied with the service I receive from CHW. In my experience, they have always been prompt in addressing my claims and delivered what they have promised. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

The repairman arrived on time and examined the problem with the cook-top. He explained and showed me the problem. Checked out the rest of the cook-top and found other issues which he said would be addressed. He said he would order the parts to correct all the repairs needed for the cook top. He called back a day later and said all parts were ordered and when they arrive would come out and install them. I found the repairman to be courteous and professional.

I never write reviews but this is one that needs to be heard. And this is all true. It is factual. This is the worst company. I do not know how they are in business or why 5 stars exist for them. Do not give them your credit card. After reading a few 5 star reviews I decided this sounds great, failing to read further. I was sold a bill of lies over the phone. It was too good to be true. Every question I asked when signing up was responded to with a very positive response -- "We take care of everything, Ma'am!" This is a lie. When it comes to needing service the deception begins to appear.

Having a CHW warranty takes all the worry out of the surprises for home repairs especially when the unexpected happens. The service department handled the request for service promptly and arranged for the service provider. The service provider was super and made sure we understood what was needed to complete the repair and they made sure it worked before they left.

Repair man was courteous, on time and diagnosed the problem without any difficulty. Choice call back to solve the problem within half hour. Now I on the way to having my microwave fixed, without a hassles. The customer representative was right on the ball.

Within 2 hours of calling about a problem with 2 toilets running I got a call from the plumber. Within the hour he arrived at my house. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Solved the problem, kept checking to make sure it was fixed, and cleaned up. Could not have been any better. Very happy with the service.

Mah Heating were at our home in Sun City West, AZ at the appointed time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair the air conditioner.

I called Choice Warranty at 6:30 am. Water heater would not ignite. I was told to call contractor if they did not call me within an hour. I called at 7:30 am. The plumber arrived as promised, ignited the water heater and showed me how to do it. Thanks.

Garage door opener mechanism. Tech was very professional. Was unable to replace the motor that day, so they installed a temporary lock for that one night and no charge. Came back next morning and did a perfect job.

Recently had an electrical problem that affected two items in our home and Choice Home Warranty addressed and had the problems fixed with the first service call. We are so pleased we purchased this warranty when we bought our home.

The pool serviceman was very knowledgeable with the pool equipment, except he hadn't seen my type of heater. So he took a picture of the label with the specs, called the company and was able to troubleshoot the heater and fix it.

Cloth washer was not functioning properly. Call Choice, they assign local company to work on this. Technician came next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered needed part and fix the problem. Only delay was for part to arrive. Excellent service.

I have a faucet that the valve seems to be worn out on. The repairman came out and said a cartridge was bad. He went and purchased it and put it on. He was very professional and polite. We didn't use the tub for a few days afterwards. We have discovered that you have to turn the faucet all the way to hot to get it to come on at all. Because of this we can't use the tub as we don't want anyone get burnt. The day it was repaired their office called to see how the repair was. I told her we hadn't tried it yet. She told me if we had any problems they would be glad to come back out. When I called and left a message on 10/20/15 nobody answered the phone - I left voicemail. Then I called them on 10/22/15 and they told me I had to call the warranty company first. I did this and you put in a new claim for me.

Rock was very professional and explained the problem to me in words I could understand. He fixed the problem quickly and my door was as good as new!

Having a CHW warranty takes all the worry out of the surprises for home repairs especially when the unexpected happens. The service department handled the request for service promptly and arranged for the service provider. The service provider was super and made sure we understood what was needed to complete the repair and they made sure it worked before they left.

We had two different problems, one with our refrigerator and the other one with our washing machine. The representative who came was very professional and thorough. He was able to complete the repairs of both units in a very short time. We were so satisfied that we are telling our neighbors about the experience.

Though this work is still ongoing, I'm most impressed with the quality of contractor sent to work on my claim. My previous experience with contractors from another warranty company left me leery of warranty work, but this experience definitely has done a lot to restore my confidence!

Called Choice Home Warranty with AC problem and the next day they allowed me to contact a technician. The outside motor to the fan was bad and they authorized it to be fixed. I paid the AC tech and mailed my reimbursement form back. I was reimbursed at the end of the 30 days they take to process. Everything went very smooth.

I have had Choice Home Warranty almost a year and finally had to use them last week after detecting a leak in my water heater. The representative who took my call was thoroughly professional, detailed and courteous. I was contacted by the service technician within an hour of making the claim. The technician was completely competent, professional and knowledgeable. The service visit, diagnosis and repair to my water heater was completed on the same day that I called. I am a completely satisfied customer!!!

Smitty Plumbing called me Saturday afternoon and set a time on Monday between 12 and 1 to be here to fix problem. Mr. ** called and said he would be here on time. He was. When he came in he introduced himself. Look under the sink said "No Problem". Went to his truck and got the approval from you people. Removed the old one and very quickly installed the new one. Mr. ** was very professional, knew his job and did A GREAT JOB. CLEANED UP THE JUNK FROM OLD DISPOSAL. I paid him my required amount he wrote me a receipt. We had some small talk and he left for another job. I was REALLY IMPRESS with his work. HE DID A SUPER JOB.

Very pleased with fast response, repair person was excellent and treated us as if he was repairing his own home Heating System. Explained everything that he was doing, what had gone wrong with unit, and how he was fixing it. Felt that he really cared that we were out of heat and he was going to make sure he fixed the problem as quickly as he could.

Choice Warranty has delivered on every promise they made. There are no hidden clauses or loopholes. Select Home Warranty is full of these loopholes and broken promises. Choice has been very good to my family, and I plan to use them for my second home here in Florida.

Part of the dishwasher no longer available. First I was told that I will just be given $75.00. I complained that I cannot buy a dishwasher for that amount and was referred to Sam. Sam took care of the problem and I got a new dishwasher in a few days. I will recommend the Choice to a friend.

Heat pump went out suddenly. Called Choice at noon, had a tech out by 4 pm. He ordered a part and had everything fixed by noon the next day. I spent less than 10 minutes on the phone and talking to the tech in person. Super easy, very happy with the experience.

Service for air conditioning came. The same experience.

The AC service Tech. arrived and looked into our issue of AC not working and resolved the issue quickly and provided guidelines.

I placed my call, and the same day I got an appointment with an electrical company that came to my home promptly at the date and time appointed. The service person was very knowledgeable and fix my problem the same day.

BOJIFFY heating and cooling diagnosed my problem and fixed very quickly. I would recommend him to everyone.

I got the insurance product from Choice Home Warranty about 4 months ago. They advertised their excellent service. I made a request to fix the oven. The technician came initially to fix the oven and said it need some parts to be replaced. He said he will be back in few days. I paid the deductible. 10 days passed and I did not get service. I called the technician. He said he is busy and will fix it in the weekend. Few weeks passed. I made phone calls to the company and the technician every other day. 2 1/2 months passed.

The claim was handled quickly and professionally, and the service provider 5-star. HVAC was on time and very knowledgeable in their work and repair. Our system is warming and the house is comfortable. Thank you for a great service.

I was really pleased with the tech that serviced my system. He really knew what he was doing and quickly found the problem. Had the parts on hand and fixed it in no time at all. The only setback was that I called Friday evening and was not contacted until Saturday that someone would be at my house on Monday. Good thing that it was not too hot.

I purchased a warranty 2 months ago. My AC suddenly stopped blowing cool air and I made a claim for repair. It was denied. Reason given by Alan **, employee ID ** was that the AC did not come in 100% working order. Although I provide maintenance records for the AC. The denial was verbal, therefore, I requested for a written denial statement. He stated that it would take sometime because a request has to be sent to a different department to submit it. I asked him for his superior and he informed me that there isn't anyone over him and his decision is final. He was very rude and unprofessional.

The technician was very professional and answered all questions that was asked of him. I would highly recommend him again. He arrived promptly, and most of all, he did not leave a mess for me to clean up.

I paid for my warranty August 30, 2015 and coverage was to go into effect September 30, 2015. On October 5th, my bath exhaust fan went out. This was a new fan that had been installed approximately 8 month prior, so basically a new fan. They sent a certified electrician out. He said the fan needed to be replaced, but he would have to get approval. Someone called me and said they were denying the claim because it was preexisting. He said there was no way the fan could have gone out in 5 days. He also stated that the fan had to be going bad before the contract went into effect.

AC unit wasn't cooling. Repair man came in and took him like 15 minutes to fix my unit.

I was a little concerned that the company did not contact me. I called immediately after receiving notification from Choice. He was driving and said he wouldn't get back to me until after 4pm. I called again, about 9pm. I was told he would be out the next afternoon. He was nearly 1 hour early for the scheduled appointment. I was impressed with his knowledge and service. My furnace works again and hopefully it will last another few years.

This was the most horrible, unprofessional warranty service I have ever used. DO NOT USE CHOICE WARRANTY. They assigned a repair tech to my claim that was with a company named 'Power on Electric' to repair what was stuck in my garbage disposal. He canceled the first appointment. Was late arriving to the second appointment, got lost and his phone died. Then at 7:00 PM on Wed. night 10/14/2015, he disassembled my garbage disposal and the line to my dishwasher. Told me I needed a new gasket and he would get it the next morning, then call me to arrange an appointment time to finish the job. He never called back!

After reading page after page of these wonderful reviews I am surprised that I had such a miserable experience. Choice sent an AC repairman to fix my AC and before they received the technician's report they denied the claim due to poor maintenance and abuse. The unit is less than 5 years old, the pictures sent to Choice showed that the unit was clean and maintained and the filter was serviced continuously BUT again without any information they REFUSED the claim. Now, they said that we can get a second opinion at our expense but who knows what will be next. Again, they denied the claim before receiving the technician's report.

Tech went beyond in ordering correct motor. Very detailed and efficient...

We asked to fix the garage door opener. The company person came on time and was very knowledgeable. We were satisfied with his work.

After my garage failed to open I called Choice to submit a claim. They gave me Accurate Garage Doors' contact information. After not hearing from them within 24 hours I called to set up at an appointment for service. They were very friendly, showed me the problem, and explained what should be covered and what wouldn't be covered for future reference. They explained the gear had broken and we would have to wait on the approval from the claims department. After a phone encounter with the claims department they decided that the broken gear would be covered and it was repaired that same day. Overall I was satisfied that the garage door was repaired and in a timely manner.

I had a leak from the base of the toilet. I had thought the water was from the shower but the Garofolo Mechanical plumber informed me that it was the seal. He replaced the seal and no further leak. Thanks for a job well done.

The Choice Warranty process was quick! The representative that came out was professional, friendly and clean. I am pleased with my first experience with Choice Warranty.

Service was promptly provided in connection with a refrigerator that stopped running. The customer service person understood the urgency of the situation. The assigned refrigerator service person made efforts to try to get the refrigerator repaired. When that was not possible, assistance was provided in the purchase of a new refrigerator.

Very impressed with the service that I received on the repair of the ceiling fans in my rental property. The fans could not be repaired, and Choice Warranty replaced the fans.

Choice Home Warranty had a plumber scheduled the next day and it was a great guy who did excellent work. The garbage disposal had quit working, so Choice had him put in a new one. Excellent service!

I had a problem with my stackable washer. I contacted Choice and they immediately referred a technician out to the property. Once the technician submitted the issue to Choice, the claim was approved within a day. I'm just glad I avoided a $200 repair bill.

CHW was helpful in this repair. A few problems were with the company used. I was told they would call me within an hour. I was surprised as this was a Saturday afternoon. But of course the company did not call. Don't say this to the customer, unless you are certain they are going to call! However they did call first thing Monday morning. Very friendly and helpful person. I was given an appointment (10-12 time frame). At 12:15 I called as I had not heard from them. She told me the technician was "close by," but no other reason was offered. At 3 pm, I called her back as the technician had still not arrived. I stated I could no longer wait. I had given them 5 hours of my day and needed to leave. She seemed shocked I couldn't wait any longer. This was extremely inconvenient.

I thought the response from Choice Home Warranty was great because they continued to communicate with me concerning my broken dryer and even though the repair company couldn't find parts for the dyer, Choice gave me money that I could then use on buying a new dryer... Who does that?!

I called on a Tuesday and my washer was fixed the next day.

I called CHOICE and spoke to an actual person as opposed to waiting on hold for up to half an hour with other warranty companies. A technician had contacted me and scheduled within 48 hours. This was a great experience.

Bob Young Appliance responded within a day after calling them. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed my refrigerator. I would highly recommended them.

We were very pleased with the service being it was our first time using it. The tech was very professional in his job and in contacting us.

My garage door opener stopped working. I called CW and immediately was given a claim # and a repair person in my area. The repair company called me within the hour and promised to arrive at my home the next day. CW sent an email to make sure the company had contacted me. The repair person arrived on time, repaired my garage door opener, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I am very pleased with CW.

The exhaust fan in my downstairs bathroom quit working. I filed the claim on 10/08/15 and the service company "top notch elec" responded right away. They made an appointment for the next and replaced the non-working exhaust fan right away. They were very efficient, courteous and on time.

We called about our washer not spinning. The service person was prompt and found the cost to repair was not worth the cost based on the age of the washer. Choice contacted us and agreed to pay us a dollar amount to use towards a replacement. I feel the amount was a very fair price as the washer had given us many years of service. From the initial call until the check arrived in the mail we experienced nothing but friendly and prompt courteous service. I have recommended this service to two others that have purchased and I will continue to do so. Quite a difference from the last company that I finally dropped for poor customer service.

I have only Used them for a few months, but they approved a repair on my pool filter and had it immediately fixed.

I have been a loyal American Home Shield customer for years but their customer service has reduced drastically. The last 2 times I got service, it took them a long time and they had to send multiple repair companies to our home. So I shopped for a new company and Choice Warranty was a better value and I was a little concerned about the kind of service I was going to get as it was A LOT more affordable than American Home Shield. Well, we finally needed a repair. Two actually. Our garbage disposal was replaced on the spot!!! With American Home Shield, they would've had to be approved which would've taken weeks. Our washer also broke and I was worried that the repair person wasn't going to be able to fix our washer because it usually takes AHS multiple calls before they can find someone to fix our Fisher Paykel washer. It only took ONE visit and ONE service fee! Highly recommend these folks!!

Excellent service. A repairman was available to do the work quick so our family would not be without air conditioning for very long. Choice Warranty was very helpful and we did not have to find our own repairman on such short notice. The quality of work was also excellent.

OMG. First time in my life call for a service with my home warranty and it had been an over excellent experience. Started with Doug, the call center service, when I called at 4 am. He was the best in my life experience. Words and numbers, and customer service were very clear. Superb. Then, 4 hours from my call, the CNN Refrigeration, called me. By 11 they were in my home, by 11:30 and $45.00, I was enjoying my AC especially when it is 100 degree out. Thank you sooo much.... you guys ROCK.

That this is my second service request and once again I was not disappointed. I input my service request on the website. Within 3 hours my request was assigned and I received an email with the contractor's contact information. The contractor was on time, polite and knowledgeable about my refrigerator.

I called Choice on Tuesday 10/13/15 at 6:00 PM. Choice assigned American Home Mechanical and they came to my house at 10:00 PM. Tony was able to get my air conditioner working and came back today 10/15/16 with two new parts. The service from Choice & American Home Mechanical are excellent.

Our policy was effective on 10/02/2015, five days later our garage door wasn't working properly. I filed a claim one week after our policy was effective. Filing a claim was very easy and did not take very long at all. I was contacted the same day with the name of the company that was scheduled to diagnose our problem. The repair company diagnosed our problem quickly, contacted Choice with the recommended repair and five days after filing the claim our garage door was working again. The company sent to us by Choice was very professional, prompt and courteous. We couldn't be happier with the way our claim was processed and handled.

AC stopped blowing cold and Choice sent the right people and very quickly.

The repairman was very knowledgeable about the issues involved. He pointed out other issues that need to be addressed. He was polite and respectful too.

I detected a leak in the disposal and cracked drain line. Called Choice, had a plumber on the phone in minutes and minutes later it was fixed and replaced, all within 2 hours. I still can't believe for smooth it went. Kudos to J Squared Plumbing and their service team and plumber and thank you Choice for making it happen. I have had friends buy 3 warranties and I will keep recommending Choice.

I had my worse experience with the company. Initially the Sales Guy was very rude and unprofessional... I did a mistake of going with this company at first front. When my fridge broken down they said the parts broken are not covered so I have to throw away my refrigerator and buy a new one. Recently when my Washer went bad they said it's a preexisting condition and didn't cover. This is definitely a fraud company and cheat people. I am sure they might never have paid for any fixes to any customer. Be careful if you are going to this company. I am planning to file a lawsuit against them.

I had a washing machine and dishwasher repaired. Service was scheduled quickly and we were very satisfied with the work.

Mike, from MAH Heating and Air Conditioning LLC, arrived on time and was very courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. I was very pleased.

Repair person was prompt and courteous. He ordered the belt for the dryer and returned as soon as the belt was delivered to him. The delay for parts was not a problem with a dryer but wonder if there would be a delay for parts for furnace repair. If so, that would be a problem. Service person highly rated.
