I've made a claim online on Christmas which they got back to me right away with the technician information, which I thought the technician would call me. However, I had to call them since my kitchen sink backed up. I called throughout the day to technician with no callback and no answer on the phone. I contacted Choice toll free number that displays 24/7 on website, however when I called they said their offices are closed. So I emailed the emergency line with no response and I sent 2 emails on my claim with no response. I'm going on 3 days without being able to use my sink. Is Choice Home Warranty 24/7 establishment or is it false advertising on the site, and the sales person who sold me the plan lied too about 24/7 services? This is first time I had to put in a claim and deeply disturbed with the customer service. If this is the case I want my $ back.

We called the repairman about fixing the garage door opener, but he never called back. It started working again so I never pursued trying to contact him again. Disappointed in his service.

HORRIBLE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. I never write reviews online, but there's a first for everything. If you are already with this company, do yourself a favor and find another company. I just experienced the worst customer service EVER. I was much better off with #AmericanHomeShield. Please think twice before signing up with this company. I've used them one time and the first service company they dispatched never showed up. Then the second company charged us an outrageous amount for something CHW denied.

My washing machine broke and Choice quickly dispatched a knowledgeable appliance repairman. The repair exceeded the value of my washer so they offered me a fair price to purchase a replacement. There was no hassle or hoops to jump through for this process. I will renew my membership next year!

The service was excellent and the provider arrived on time. Overall I am satisfied with the service I received.

Unfortunately, my Microwave was not fixable because the part was not available for it to be repaired. Choice is giving my cash for it instead of repairing it and I think it is fair considering the age of it. It was a great Microwave, but just stopped working.

I called in on December 21, 2015 because my dryer stopped working. They put me on the schedule for next day after 5 pm. They were working late to finish up all the Choice Home warranty customers before Christmas holidays started. All fixed!

I called on a Saturday and the plumber was able to come by on Sunday and fix the leak! First service call with this home warranty coverage and had a wonderful experience.

The person who helped me was very patient and kind and efficient. I have my new washer, and I'm very happy. The service man was also on time and professional. Everything was finished in a week. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends.

Other than having to remind you that I did not want to use the company you chose previously, it was a good experience. Tropical plumbing was a good company.

I receive multiple spam emails from this company daily. I have filled out the unsubscribe section 25-30 times but to no avail. I now forward every spam the federal spam reporting site but nothing has helped. I would NEVER do ANY business with these people!

I bought this warranty hoping it would protect me in my time of need. I was mistaken. My refrigerator quit on me and I am savvy enough to know that my Condenser gave out on me. I called these folks and they sent me a technician, Matt with Hinco something, after 5 days. (My food went bad). I asked them if they could find some on else sooner, but they told me he was the only one they had. Once the Tech came, he diagnosed that the "Sealed System Condenser" had given away and told us that he would call the Choice Home and let them know... I had to pay 45 $ for the visit.

Our heating unit broke sometime between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. We awoke on Saturday to find a cold downstairs. Luckily the upstairs unit was still working. After submitting a claim online and calling Choice directly, we were assigned a technician. Unfortunately the technician did not perform warranty work on the weekends. With the help of space heaters we made it through the weekend. On Monday morning, the technician came as scheduled. He worked for more than two hours on the unit. Our unit was fixed and back blowing out warm air. I asked the technician what the repair would have cost and he said over $300 (had we not had the warranty). Thank goodness we had it!!

One of technicians stole the service fee and lied about coming to my condo and looking at the problem I was having with my dishwasher. His last name was ** and the company that hired him has since fired him for stealing the service fee and lying about receiving the fee.

I filled out the online claim form on Saturday afternoon for my non-functioning garage-door opener. I received an email with the phone number to a technician within a couple hours. I called the tech on Sunday morning expecting his voicemail but he answered and made an appointment to come for early Monday morning. The tech arrived on-time, evaluated the problem, and called Choice Home Warranty. I had a BRAND NEW, garage door opener installed and functioning within two hours of the tech's initial arrival.

I have recently switched to Choice from American Home Shield for my rental house in Texas. I live in Georgia and have already noticed a significant improvement by switching to Choice. My orders go through my property management company and area always resolved easily and in a timely manner. Before switching it took American home shield 2 months to do a $50 fix on the refrigerator which resulted in a lawsuit from my tenants which I understand completely. With Choice I haven't had any issues or complaints from my management company or tenants.

Garbage disposal was malfunctioning and causing a leak. CHW assigned case to Artistry who promptly made repairs. Very satisfied with how my case was handled.

Washer not working properly. The water valve needed to be replaced and the service was quick and excellent.

I submitted my claim online. Choice was very prompt in response. The next day (we told them it was not urgent) repair was onsite. The problem has been diagnosed. Half of the repair is covered by warranty. Repair is not completed yet - this was our choice to delay, as we were so pleased with the service provider... We are having our maintenance done at same time, right after the Holiday.

Great service. Drain Wizard acted fast and got done on time. The plumber was great and friendly. He made sure I knew every step he was taking. He gave tips on how to keep hair out of drains. Great experience. Even told me of a couple products to purchase to help keep hair out of drains and even told where to buy and price.

Customer service called the contractor within an hour, called me back, and gave me the contractor phone number. The contractor came on time, fixed my appliance and gave me good advice on taking care of it. Thank you Choice Home Warranty.

Called CHW about 11:15 pm regarding a service needed in the bathroom, well all I can say is that by 1 pm the following day the work was completed and the bathroom tub was ready, now that's without equivocation FAST!!! And the actual service was excellent. CHW representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Andrea and have a great holiday.

Stovetop element was broken and Choice promptly sent a qualified technician to repair without a cost other than my service charge. There was great follow-up and no surprises. This home is a rental and my tenants are always pleased with the quick service.

The tech that was sent to our home came within a few hours of us calling in the problem with our garage door opener, and it was a Saturday. He made some adjustments, greased the track and we tried it about 10 times. It worked flawlessly. The next morning it was froze up again. I called on Sunday direct to the provider. He told me that he could probably adjust it again, but that it might quit again so he recommended he come Monday morning and see what was wrong. He replaced the capacitor and it worked but he said there was too much wear on the unit and recommended replacement. They were out of stock on the unit I requested so it will be a day or two before the new unit is installed. He was very informative, helpful and professional. I am very satisfied.

I was very pleased with the quick response from Claims department to assign me a repair company and then to work with them quickly and efficiently to get the garage door replaced. Only portion of the repair was covered but it was fair and efficient.

I would highly recommend Gentex Appliance because when they came over to fix my refrigerator, they were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. I was very pleased and would recommend to my family and friends.

Brian Plbg. called promptly to come out that night and did come out in a timely manner. Had to replace the disposal and changed out all the PVC pipes. Very nice gentleman and seemed thorough. All working fine now. Couldn't have asked for a better serviceman and company to deal with than Choice HW. Thank you.

Just recently became a CHW customer a couple months ago and this was my first claim with them. The representative was very friendly and the contractor that came out to replace my garbage disposal were awesome. Makes me feel even at more ease knowing that I have CHW protecting me.

Service tech came out to evaluate situation with leaking water heater. He determined that it had a ruptured tank. After calling Choice Home Warranty Co., the tech was told that it was not covered. I then received an automated call telling me to call CHW Co. I was informed that only things like burners and faucets were covered. Not the actual tank. I truly feel that this is a bait and switch action and advise everyone who already has a policy, and anyone considering signing on, to double check what is really covered. I am retired and I feel like I've been "had".

The prompt response to my request was the key for me because allow me to schedule the appointment with plenty of time. The professionals that attend my call, they follow the claim until resolution so that is an indication of they take care of their customers. I will recommend this service to my friends.

Appointment was not scheduled as quickly as I wanted, so I had to sleep elsewhere, not at home. Repair was made satisfactorily when the technician arrived about an hour after the appointment time.

I was very happy with the quick response to my call when my dishwasher started leaking. The serviceman was very amenable to working around my busy schedule and his attention to details made me feel he was very capable and concerned that I was taken care of. Great job.

When I called to place the claim, the rep said it would take 4 hours or more for the plumber to contact me. It was less than that and a weekend date was set for the appointment. Originally it was set for the following Monday. The plumber called and asked if he could come on Saturday, and I said sure. It is the Christmas season and holidays and he wanted to make my time without water in my home shorter than necessary and have it for before Christmas.

CHW was timely and immediately repaired the dishwasher. It was repaired the same day I called. I would definite recommend them.

I have had Choice Home Warranty for only a month. I had a dishwasher break and refrigerator leak. My claim was denied on my dishwasher because I was told the problems found couldn't have happen when my policy started. That being said, I felt lied to at the time I was sold the policy. READ THE FINE PRINT... Their sales and service reps will not tell you the truth. I specifically asked if an old appliance was to have problems, would it be covered; "of course, no questions asked". Which I have now found is a complete lie. After paying for the complete policy, I was offered 10% refund. Really!!! After having the policy for a month?

The tech was very professional and explained what had to be done. I was pleased to see that he put shoe protector on and off every time he went in and out of the house. He took great care as to not to get anything on the carpet and cleaned everything up when he was done. A very professional job. If I ever need more plumbing work done I would like to have the same tech again. I can't praise his workmanship enough.

Plumber arrived on times and diagnosed problem with toilet immediately. He went out for the parts needed to repair, and returned shortly after and fixed the problem. I was overall, very satisfied with the promptness of the service I received and it was scheduled at my convenience.

Water leak on water heater and toilet problem - Problems were corrected. Service Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the service in a timely manner.

Came and found the problem to be the thermostat. Got approval and changed it right away. Same day service, very pleased.

The man who came was professional and ordered replacement parts quickly but to be continued with install.

Sink clogged. I called and within one hr technician called to set-up time and came 3rd day. Fixed it on time. Very satisfied.

I purchased a three year contract with Choice about 3 months ago and had my first claim on Dec 11. We had a clogged main drain causing a backup into our laundry tube located on the lower level. I called Choice about 10:30 am to report the issue. I received a call from a local plumber (Home Improvement Plumbing) within 15 minutes of my report and the plumber scheduled an appointment for between 3:00 - 4:00 pm that same day. They showed up at the house at ten of 3:00 and did a neat job of resolving the problem within 30 min. Nice job and great service. Makes me feel I made the right selection of warranty companies.

Stove made a loud pop and smelled like smoke. Doesn't work. Had very quick response from Choice regarding the claim and tech came out the next morning. Work to be completed today or tomorrow. Very pleased with this company. They have showed much more professionalism than 2-10 whom I was with prior to Choice. Very happy with Choice.

Garage door opener was not working properly, problem with the main contact. Service was punctual. Serviceman was very helpful and well qualified. Helped clarify the problem and took care of it in good order. He answered a followup question and was very congenial.

There was a mix-up with my request for service with my garage door opener. The technician said he did more work than he actually completed and then Choice Home Warranty told me that my claim was uncovered. I was very upset because the problem was not fixed by the first technician and the second technician told Choice Home Warranty that he did several things, but he told me he made one adjustment on the opener. The Choice Home Warranty representative documented the matter and addressed it immediately with the technician/contractor. I was very pleased and appreciated the time the representative took to make sure that this matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

The claim personnel helped me every time I faced difficulties for the scheduling with the service providing company, they are cooperative. The technician also good, professional and cooperative. I appreciate all of the services I have so far received from the CHOICE HOME WARRANTY.

CHW has a great customer service and support. Would recommend it to everyone. They were very fast at assigning a technician to fix the electrical problem we had. The first technician they sent out seemed like fixed the problem but the next day we had the same problem. This time they sent out a more experienced technician without any service fee.

This is my first year with Choice Home Warranty and definitely not my last. The customer service was fantastic and the service provider was quick to respond and schedule service. I am very pleased with the whole process and will absolutely recommend Choice Home Warranty to everybody I know.

Recently my water heater which is 8 yrs old starting leaking and I called Choice Warranty. I was surprised to know that my policy did not cover replacement but covers only repairs. When I purchased I was told replacement was also covered. After I spoke to the supervisor, Andy, he was understanding and took care of the issue professionally. Overall I am happy with their service.

We called in that our water heater would not light and hold the flame on Friday. They had a ticket emailed to us that day and a technician came out on Saturday to have it fixed. He had to get a part and was back on Sunday so we had hot water by that evening. Very impressed with the quick service.

I called CHW to start a claim. Within the hour I had contact with a tech to come out and inspect my Oven. He scheduled the visit for the next day between 12-4pm. The tech called 30 minutes in advance and showed up 30 min earlier. Very Pleased with the service and timeliness of the claim.

My furnace quit working at the beginning of our first cold weather and during an ice storm. The furnace repair business owner called within an hour of my calling in my claim and said he was really backed up and would back with me in about 24 hours to make an appointment. I told him we could manage for two days. He came the morning of the second day, diagnosed the problem, and had our heat restored within about 30 minutes. GREAT service!

Checked out heater and had to order parts. Will be back to fix when parts come in. Looking at a week to 10 days for parts.

On Dec 14th my garbage disposal started making awful noises and vibrating the whole kitchen. I put in a claim late that night via the website. By 8:00 PM on the 15th there was a new disposal installed by Central Water & Air Solutions. I'm glad I switched to Choice Home Warranty last January. I couldn't ask for better service and at a much more reasonable contract price and deductible.

So as the tradition in my house, something major breaks at Christmas time. This time the dishwasher went from working off and on, to just refusing to even come on. I called up Choice and the repairman that came over, said the control panel on the dishwasher was out. He would have to check on a replacement panel and probably order it. Within an hour of him leaving I got several urgent voicemails from Choice. The 6 year old dishwasher was not worth a control panel replacement. They wanted to settle out on the dishwasher. I am very pleased that my claim was immediately addressed and I did not have to wait at all on a decision.

The service was exceptional. The garage door opener was replaced with a new one. The issue was handled very professionally, the people who took care of it were courteous, very respectful and on time on their appointment. I am very satisfied with my experience with home choice warranty.

Washer needs repair. The contractor you schedule for repairs has taken a long time.

The plumbers came and installed the pump and I paid the co-pay and everything has been good.

The day came that my service provider was to show up and replace my garbage disposal. It got late and I started wondering whether they were going to show up to do the job. I started calling the service provider and no answer. I called Choice Home Warranty and they got a hold of the service provider and they told Choice they were running late. Needless to say after their emergency they showed up and fix my garbage disposal even at 7:00 pm and on a Friday night and still had another call. That is service.

I filed my request on a Sunday on the internet. I received a confirmation email on Sunday advising that the request had been referred for service. When I hadn't received a call from the service company monday morning I contacted CHW and they called the company while I was on the line. The service company was out that day and the furnace was fixed. I am very impressed with the service from CHW and the service company.

Responded to my call very efficiently. Dishwasher could not be fixed and I was given a check towards a new one.

I had a plumbing leaking problem and called Choice Home Warranty. They made appointment right away and repaired leaking place. They contacted other company to fix drywall where plumbing has been done.

I have only had one service request and they will complete tomorrow. I am amazed at the quality of communication and professionalism of the staff and service agents. We had AMS at one of our properties for over 10 years and we should have switched sooner. Great experience.

Repair company responded promptly to initial report, but it has been several weeks since we have heard from them. They said they were ordering a part, but again, we haven't heard anything for quite some time. It has been 1 1/2 months since we reported the problem to Choice (10/26/15).

The technician from All Bergen was at my house within 24 hours of requesting service. The repair was completed within an hour, and my oven was back to working.

Overall it was very easy. Customer Service was on it and I had no issues. I would prefer that the tech calls me to set up the appointment and not the other way around.

This company is no different than any other home warranty company. They start a claim and connect you with a company, this is where it goes downhill. The company they assign you is too busy to get an appointment right away. They finally get to your home and of course your appliance needs a part that they have to order which takes up to a week. By the time they get back to your home it's approaching 2 weeks. I currently have an open claim. The original company assigned to me backed out of the contract with Choice so I am stuck with an inoperative dryer right now. And it's been 7 days since my claim was opened and still don't have a new technician.

I would like to commend Choice Warranty for the contractor you assigned us recently to handle a problem with our dishwasher. I made the service request online, and it was just a short while until he called me with a date to handle my problem. As it turned out, it was later that same day. Never have I had such good service. He was very professional, friendly and took care of the problem and was on his way in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate service like that! Thank you.

We had to wait until the weekend was over, but the service man came first thing on Monday morning and took care of the problem.

This is the second home warranty service I had. I was skeptical about home warranty because of my past experience with other national company providing similar service, but my friends had high recommendation for CHW so subscribed. Two months after the subscription I had plumbing issue to which a technician was assigned immediately. This is where I restricted myself to give 4 star instead of 5 because it took four technicians to actually perform the job. The first two didn't show up, the third one came for inspection but then was not reachable by CHW or me (customer), fourth technician was assigned, and he finished the job in 2 days.

I called and told that some of my wall plugs had stopped working. Choice warranty gave me a case number & I was contacted the same day, sent a repairman 2 days later. Very pleased.

Protocols used within the CHW structure of making a claim, assigning a technician and carrying out the work as needed has been excellent. When required customer service regarding a claim or any part thereof has also been excellent.

Customer service answered phones promptly, called back several times. They were informed, polite, and communicative.

I definitely recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Choice about my microwave that broke over the Thanksgiving holiday. The rep was very helpful and immediately opened a claim. Shortly later I received an email and a recorded call that a technician has been assigned. It was a very smooth process, and they had my claim resolved in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to a friend, which I have.

Our request repair was handled quickly. It was determined that the repair costs would exceed the replacement value of the microwave. We were offered $170.00 to replace a $200.00 microwave. It has been 42 days and still waiting for the $170.00 check.

Clothes dryer was not spinning and there was a odor of burnt rubber. Repairman arrive on time and promptly identified the problem and replaced the bad dryer belt and tested. The dryer is now working like it was brand new.

My garage door quit working. I called CHW and spoke with a rep who was very helpful. They assigned me a work order number and I was called right away by the vendor. They came out the next day and replaced the garage door. Great job.

I would recommend to a friend. When I called they get on it right away and someone is on the job very soon. That is what I like most about CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. They get the repaired done.

I have a repair contract with this company and find them very difficult to deal with on the 2 occasions that I needed to call them. They claim that all appliances are covered until you need a repair. Then all of a sudden it's not covered. Example is I called because my refrigerator was not working. They sent a repairman who said it needs 2 parts to be repaired. When Choice called me, they claimed they could not cover the repair because the parts were no longer available for this model and the best they could do was give me $200.00 toward a new refrigerator. I was surprised to hear that since my model was not old. So I called Maytag and was told that the parts were available. I called Choice back and then I got a new story.

We contact Choice Home Warranty to request a service call for our AC unit. The service was completed the very next day! The process was quick and easy!

I had a new smart thermostat installed and one morning it showed no temp. I presumed that the thermostat was the problem and called the Company in Canada. They troubleshot the thermostat over the phone and determined that the problem was my furnace. I had recently had my semi-annual furnace checkup, and wanted to use the same people for this issue. I called CHW and was told that I could do that, but that I would have to pay the provider and submit the bill to CHW for reimbursement, less the co-pay. As it turned out, the problem was covered by my HVAC people, as it has a 30 day warranty on their work and it turned out to be something associated with the maintenance recently completed. It cost me nothing, and I was able to use the people who are familiar with my equipment. I was very pleased with CHW's cooperation.

Travis was very kind and got the job done in half the time I thought. Clean work. Even explained how I could save water. Threw a quick fix and pointed out a danger I didn't know we had. Thank you for your Great customer service.

Refrigerator water and ice was not working, it was fixed fast.

Toilet keeps running every 5 minutes. This claim was assigned to Courtesy Plumbing, and the person who came down to fix the problem has done excellent job.

My toilet kept running after flushing. The problem occurred right around the Thanksgiving holiday. Fortunately Choice Home Warranty were able to send someone out the next day and they replaced a component inside my toilet. They were fast and efficient!

Had a good experience with repairing my refrigerator. I put in a claim on the weekend and received a call on Monday to come see the refrigerator. On Tuesday the part was order and by Thursday the part arrived and we had scheduled the repair.

Maytag refrigerator was not cooling. Messina & Co diagnosed the problem immediately. Called Choice for parts approval. Returned on 3rd day to install new parts. It is now working great. Previous company (Asten) came out 3 times and could not diagnose to fix problem.

Called on a Saturday, service contacted me same day after I had left message. Scheduled service call for Tuesday. Showed up as scheduled, found problem and ordered part. Returned and replaced defective part Thursday. Very satisfied with overall experience.

This company first assigned a company to perform repair that was out of county and didn't service my area. When I called to ask that they reassign, I talked to three different individuals one who claimed to be a supervisor. Now their 48 hour response time is almost over and no contact. Sorry, this company is extremely good at hounding you to sign up and to renew but they apparently don't have the ability to fulfill their duty to provide services. In the end, I hired a company on my own that performed the repairs within the day and charged me just slightly more than the Choice Home Warranty service fee. Still waiting for a call back ... glad I didn't hold my breath.

Had a leaky toilet and then my disposal went out. Everything was taken care of promptly the same day. Very happy!

During a pre-sale home inspection my HVAC system would not turn on. I filed a claim and was promptly connect with a repair company. I made contact and scheduled an appointment. The technician came, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced my thermostat and a defective contact switch. He then checked the system to ensure proper operation. My HVAC was fixed in minimal time and all of my repairs were covered. Thank you Choice!

I contacted Choice about Heating system failure on Wednesday. I was contacted by the A/C company several hours later. I was scheduled for Friday but advised that I would appreciate Thursday if any opening in schedule occurred. Thursday afternoon, I was advised that serviceman was on the way. Service man was knowledgeable and shortly diagnosed the problem to be a circuit board issue. Choice was again contacted by service personnel and the needed item was installed.

Fast response and good work.

I called the warranty company. The issue was taken care of within a few days. Everything was up and running in a good amount of time. Service was excellent, customer service issues were excellent, everything was taken care of. No problem.

Appointment with vendor was sched in 2 days... Got call same day from CH to say check would be mailed out to replace microwave...

In August of this year, 2015, I contacted Choice Home warranty regarding my stove top malfunction. They sent out a repair service and approved said repair. It is now December 10, 2015 with no actions on the part of Choice Home Warranty. Have called no less than seven times for assistance to no avail. All I get is the run around, they say, "we will get someone right on this and get back with you" which doesn't happen. Worst service ever!!!

Came to fix the washing machine and did.

The guys contacted us promptly and came back when they said they would to complete the work. No fuss, no problems. Just came in and got the job done.

Dishwasher could not be fixed. Choice sent out a repairman immediately to repair. It was 10 yrs old. So he submitted the information to choice warranty and they sent me a partial check to purchase another dishwasher.

The technician was very proficient. Identified problem right away and fixed on timely basis. We were with another company before joining choice and their technicians were not as good nor was their lead time. I am happy we found choice and I recommended to a friend who just bought new home. A repair service company has been out to my house twice, it's still not fixed. I called "Choice" and they helped me by calling the part department and putting in a rush order and made good on the problem. I really like this Warranty Service so far. I also used them prior to my washer breaking down and they resolved that issue immediately. I highly recommend this service.

The service guy showed up on Monday night after the order was submitted on Sunday night. This never happened before when I was American Home Shield member. It usually took them at least 2 days.

Took a while for service company to fit me in (3 days) but the tech was professional and courteous. Replacement amount was reasonable but 30 days to get a check seems excessive. Customer service person who handled the transaction was great.

My heat went out on the first very cold night of the season, which was unwelcome to say the least. I called Choice and they connected me with an HVAC company early the next day, and the tech arrived during the scheduled time that afternoon. He was very prompt, friendly, and was able to fix the heat in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding service and great results!

Our tank was full and backing up in the house. The guys that came out were quick, and very professional! They came at 5:30 pm and did an amazing job! Thank you so much!

The response time for Choice Warranty has been excellent. The service providers have also been high quality. The drawback for Choice Warranty are the caps on the services that are covered. The yearly charge is not competitive anymore when you have to continue to pay so much out of pocket. I'm not sure I would renew because of this drawback.

I had a very good experience with Choice Home Warranty. My washing machine started making terrible noises. I called Choice Home and had a repair company out to my house within 2-3 days. The same day the washing machine repair company came out, my kitchen sink disposal broke. I called Choice again, and plumbing company was dispatched quickly.

My microwave stopped working and I contacted Sarah at Choice Warranty. I was very impressed with Sarah's professionalism. Sarah went beyond to take care of my microwave. I highly recommend Choice Warranty. I have recommend Choice Warranty to friends and neighbors.

Leaking toilet wax ring. Mr. Smith's Home Repair was very professional and very efficient while doing my repair. Good contractor!

Oven control panel was showing error codes. Technician came out and said "it have to be replaced". He had to order the board. It came in really quickly and he replaced it. Now oven works like new. No hassle, very polite and knowledgeable technician. This was our first claim and I am very pleased. Plan to keep warranty in force. Hope I never need it again but it is comforting to know that it is there.

Leak from garbage disposal. Technician called and arrived as scheduled. Quickly identified problem and got approval to replace unit. Work was completed, happy customer.

The range in our home had continual problems with the gas valves. It got to the point the range was unusable. For some reason the tag with the model number and serial number was not on the range. The prior owner must have removed. While it took a bit to come to a resolution because of the tag issue, Choice Home Warranty took care of the range and paid to replace it. It was a fair resolution.

I am new to Choice Home Warranty and this was my first claim. Even though we were a couple of days under the 30 day limit for filing a claim, Choice Warranty was accommodating and took care of the problem. I am retired and living on a fixed budget, so a home warranty is a necessity. Thank you Choice for your help and professionalism.

Bathroom and basement light fixtures were malfunctioning.. Called CHW and friendly customer rep. assigned my case to a local electrical co. Emailed confirmation to me and within a few hours appointment was set and electrician came by. Took care of the problem!!! Couldn't be happier... No hassle (unlike my previous HW co).. I needed some plumbing repair done and someone came out the next day, very pleasant and professional. He fixed the dishwasher line and I was very happy to be able to wash my dishes. Although he came late in the day, he made sure it worked before he left.

repair. They checked the machine and found the outer tub had to be replaced. We informed Choice Home Warranty people and sent a quote for repairs. We made all repairs, paid bill, informed warranty co. They refused to reimburse us. They stated that bill for June was not been paid. We had not filed a claim. We in turn canceled our contract with Choice Home Warranty. At this time we will not recommend this co. for any repairs.

They had a repair person out the same day I called. I have NEVER had such good service with anyone prior to Choice Home Warranty. I am so pleased with the way they handled my claim!!! I recommend this company to everyone!!!

Had Sears Home Warranty for years, Choice Warranty with a better price 22 dollars less. That was our biggest mistake, was paying for 3 months then the furnace start acting up, nothing but cold air. We call them and pay a service fee of 45 dollars for the tech to come. He came and told us the heat exchange is cracked and some wire burn. He is coming the next day to repair them. He never show up or call. We call Choice Home Warranty, they told us that is a pre-existing conditions and is not cover. Never had a problem with the furnace. Last maintenance was on September 2015 by the same tech.

We can not say enough about the professional way in which our claim was handled by not only CHW reps but also the company and repairman assigned to our claim. All was done in nothing short of speed of light time. We will recommend CHW to anyone wanting to protect their home and themselves.

Had a problem with the disposal, in that it was no longer working. Called in to report the claim. A technician was assigned to the claim and came out in about a week. Not quite sure what the problem was; however, a new disposal installed. Everything is working great now. Thank you.

Dryer would not work. Not enough current flow. Called Choice. Electrician called, fixed blown fuse and now dryer works.

The representative was very professional, quickly understood the problem and arrange the technician for me.

The serviceman had a good handle on the problem with my oven based on my description of the problem and was able to bring the replacement part with him on his visit to my home which corrected the problem.

I called CH about midnight because my toilet was leaking. At 7 a.m., I got a call from A-Russel's Mr. Rooter, and they were out to my house by the afternoon. Aaron, the plumber, was quite courteous and did the job professionally and quickly. I was very, very pleased with both CHW and the plumbing company, A-Russel's Mr. Rooter. I had another home warranty company in my previous home, and I'm glad I chose CHW this time.

Our garage door had a problem earlier this year, and I called Choice Home Warranty and they immediately sent a local garage door repair. They fixed it, and I paid the $45 fee. This time the garage door just quit working and needed to be replaced. I called Choice Home Warranty, and that same day they called the repair service, and I made the appointment.

Used CHW twice on consecutive days. Once for a plumbing stoppage and again for an electrical problem. Technicians who came to solve my problems were quick to respond, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I believe my savings are in hundreds of dollars. Happy I'm a member.

Choice Home Warranty proved once again to have superior customer service. I reported a leaking garbage disposal and had a claim # and a plumber contact me within 1 hour. The plumber showed up to the house the following day and replaced the garbage disposal, cleaned up and was finished within 20 minutes. Thank you Choice Home Warranty.

Was contacted within 2 hours of my request for service. Repair person showed up at a time convenient to me and was very competent. My repair will be made within 5 days of the approval of repair by Choice warranty only because the repair service was busy and couldn't get here any sooner. Not an emergency so didn't care, but would have been nice if they could have gotten here sooner.

Choice Home Warranty has been great. The provider of the service was not good, but CHW makes up for it.
