My air handler motor failed late on Good Friday, with the Easter holiday ahead. My wife and I are seniors and sometimes not the best with techno devices, so when the Choice Warranty phone system was closed for Covid-19 concerns and we had to take care of everything online we were a little worried. We waited 2 days for a tech to make an appointment then were advised we could arrange for our own service repair, which we did. The process with approvals and photos, etc. were a little taxing and new to us, but our Tech from Savannah Air Factory was excellent, and finally all is well again. Thank you for your coverage Choice Home Warranty.

I'm giving one star because that's the lowest star available. I am giving this review to hopefully save someone else from purchasing a warranty with this company. Choice Home Warranty has been a huge disappointment. Their TV advertising completely misleading. In my experience, the claims process needs huge improvements. I filed a claim to have my over the range oven microwave fixed last year. After 4 different technicians visited my home, three of them ordered the wrong part and none of them knew how to fix it. It took me a total of five months to finally get a check from Choice Home Warranty to go towards the cost of replacing my over the range oven microwave. After all of the hassle of going back and forth with customer service agents and supervisors, I was finally offered a replacement price that did not completely cover the cost of replacing the microwave. It was a horrible experience.

My experience with Choice hasn’t been good. I’ve had issues with past tickets that I’ve put in and the resolution, or lack thereof. I spoke with Greg, an account manager out of NJ today and he’s restored my faith in Choice by explaining their new policy. I have renewed my policy but only time will tell.

I called for service for my AC & Heating Unit that was making a very loud noise when running like maybe a fan blade was hitting or a bearing had gone out. Choice called for someone to come take a look at the Unit. The responding repairman (which was Rollison HVAC) called immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He came at the appointed time and it was a bearing in the motor. He replaced the motor and I paid the $65 service charge. I am a happy camper. Choice was great at responding quickly and the serviceman was fast too so that is what we want in a Warranty Company, Right? 5 stars!

Choice plugged me into a wonderful and knowledgeable repair company. No hiccups encountered from initial call to Choice and response from appliance repair. Choice has authorized repair and I am confident of a positive outcome. The repair is delayed while the necessary parts are being purchased by the assigned company. Our repairman was courteous on time and kept us abreast of his comings and goings.

I loved the person I spoke with. He explained everything in detailed and offered so many great savings. I will make sure to tell my friends about this company and how great they are. I feel like my family is protected for sure.

It was a great experience, very fast, thorough. Told me everything about what I was getting and my discount if I purchased the warranty that day. Had a friend recommend Y’all. Awesome experience. Thank you. The coverage was awesome with everything it is covered and I feel safe in my room now and I don’t have to pay out of my pocket a fortune if something does go wrong. I can sleep better now.

I was very happy with the service I received in procuring a home warranty plan with Choice. The representative, Jordan **, was very helpful and quick to respond to my various questions. My experience with other home warranty company representatives was not as positive. They would not provide detail information about the policies I was wanting to purchase. Many didn't get back to me or wanted me to sign up with their company without responding to my questions. I am looking forward to having my home covered by Choice.

Call was well handled. Some trouble by me describing the issue with the toilets. Technician was able to get to the root of the problem. Would use Choice Home Warranty again. Would tell family and friends about my experience. Great!

I filed my first claim and it was denied. I appealed it and talked to someone who explained why it wasn't covered. I didn't want to waste $65 so I asked about my 2nd claim and they said it would be covered but it was denied too. I'm now appealing it.

Professional, courteous and timely. Couldn't ask for a better technician to come into my home and complete service of my equipment. Maintained Covid-19 protocols and super efficient with maintenance. Highly recommend this technician for any future service. He called because he was in the area, and came a day earlier than scheduled. Respected our home by wearing foot coverings on his shoes. He fixed the issue with our dryer in less than 20 mins and showed us the damaged part and that the dryer was operating the way it's suppose to. A+ across the board for professionalism, speed of service to attention to detail.

The man from NZ Plumbing was courteous, professional and prompt. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the first call I got for the appointment, I had a very hard time understanding the operator and not much information was given as to the process.

Yan the technician was expeditious and courteous. My dishwasher will be repaired in two weeks! Honestly this is the quickest service ever with CHW! In the past I had to find my own repair company and did not end up getting fully reimbursed. I will not do that again!

I had prompt service. The repair guy came out earlier than scheduled. Excellent!! The follow-up was good. The part delivery communication was relayed to me promptly. I like the ease of the claim. The repairman for the washer was knowledgeable and explained what the problem was, very detailed. I appreciate the prompt service and good communication.

He was excellent. Definitely recommend him. Very nice man. He called before and gave notice. In fact came before scheduled day because he was in area. Really appreciated that as it was 99 degrees and no air conditioning is not Comfortable. He’s five stars in my book.

Technician was timely, efficient and professional. I would recommend DTY Services LLC. Went exactly as expected: 1 stop to review the work needing to be done. Ordered parts online for pick up, Left to pick up parts and returned about 1 hour later to finish the repair.

The repairman was wonderful! He was kind and did a very fine job of repairing our leak. A wonderful experience! He was on time and got right to work. I would recommend him for sure. His company name is Quick, Fast in a Hurry and it lives up to their reputation.

He was on time. In fact he was slightly early. He wore his mask. He was courteous. Although my microwave was unrepairable due to being old and inability to get replacement parts the technician was helpful and explained the ‘buyout’ procedure to me.

I used CHW many years, their service is good! Very quick respond! My 30 years old Cooktop can’t light up, CHW give me very good refund to buy a new one! Very good company! I would referral to all my friends!

When Sam recognized that I had no hot water at all in the house, she took it upon herself to move me up in priority. Instead of the scheduled service call on Wednesday, she called me to see if I was available on the same day (Monday). Outstanding initiative to help a customer. I’ll recommend her to anyone I know in need of similar repairs.

Dragon Plumbing came out and thought they had it fixed so I paid them and later on that day I put in load of laundry to be washed and when it started to spin out wash water water started coming up out the drain so I had to stop washer and hand wring clothes out then slowly stop and start washer to get water out of washer then ended up having to go to laundromat to do laundry and no one has come back even though I reported that it was not fixed.

Good customer service overall - got same day appointment which was great and Discount AC & Air techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They discussed the issue and explained the work and answered our questions. I appreciated them providing me ETA and keeping me informed before they got there.

Choice Home Warranty had the best price and options for my situation, so that was good. However, the customer service is borderline harassing. When I filled out an initial quote request, I was bombarded by emails, texts and phone calls several times a day and it was overwhelming. That may be good for some, but I didn’t need that much communication, I had done my homework. So if you want more one on one guidance, then this provider is for you.

Awesome service, when I needed them they were on it like a duck on a Junebug. I highly recommend this company. My AC quit working, I called and they got me scheduled quickly. They have very good, polite people when you call. When I made my call it was within the hour I had an appointment for a tech to come out.

I have had to call a few times (locksmith, washer issue and garage door issue) and every time the technicians are knowledgeable, detailed, professional and keep you in the loop. I would get a home warranty next year as well. Look forward to calling you soon!

Excellent. I put in a claim on the evening of Easter Sunday, and within 2 hours you had scheduled a service call for the next morning. The technician was excellent arrived as scheduled and very quickly installed the new disposal. We are very please and the company you sent out was excellent.

He followed up with me regarding my home warranty allowing me time to get my finances together. Being an elderly person to find such customer service is rare these days. Thanks so much Troy. He was ever present in presentation on Home Warranty.

Choice Home Warranty dispatched Top Notch Plumbing whose technician did a fabulous job diagnosing and fixing my water heater within a very short amount of time! We are very happy customers, especially after getting a nice hot shower! Thank you all!!

I was pleased with the technician, he was on time and seemed very knowledgeable. I was surprised that the repair option was so expensive and pleased that there was a replacement option. After I accepted the replacement cost I looked on Lowe’s website and couldn’t find a replacement washer for the allowed amount. I will have to find a used washer.

Choice home warranty is a great company so far. They have been good. Have had any issue with them. The employée are professional and Nice. The staff was very helpful and answer all my needs and told me that someone Will be calling me for the repair.

I am somewhat satisfied with Choice, It just take so long for the technician to get back in touch with the client especially when you need your appliance repaired. I am still waiting on the technician to call me and tell me that my part has came in for my repair and then I have to wait for them to set an appointment to come and repair it. Juanita

I called CHW because our water heater stopped working the night before Easter Day. I was greeted warmly and assured that my claim would be taken care of asap. Emails were sent to me promptly with a technician contact number provided along with an appointment time. The repairman adjusted his schedule to account for a our scheduled doctor appointment. He arrived the next day and was professional and courteous. Luckily the problem was solved quickly without complication. I was very pleased with my first claim experience because we hold three policies with your company and in the past have been disappointed with home warranty companies. I truly hope that any future claims will be given the same response.

At this time I have no complaints. I have received expedited responses on my claims. I was with another home warranty program prior to Choice and I can honestly say that Choice beats out the competition at customer service, response times and qualified technicians.

I realize that this episode occurred just prior to a holiday weekend, however the length of time it took to not contact a technician; then have me contact my own is totally unacceptable. Technicians should be on prioritized list: that is, the technicians should be preselected and contracted to perform services for CHW as top priority. There should be some compensation to me, the customer, for contacting my own technician--maybe 1/2 the service fee. I asked about this situation when discussing my policy with the salesperson, and they stated that there is a standard list of technicians who are called. Didn't think to ask if CHW customers receive top priority on service calls.

We have had Choice Home Warranty for a year and today I filed my second claim. I haven’t gotten this one set up yet but fully expect to get an email any moment with the appointment details. Last time I used it when my garage door was messed up. The technician was at my house that day and did an excellent job!

Your salesman was very professional, courteous and explain your policies to my satisfaction. Yeah I am, I asked what my policy would cover and how it would benefit me at a reasonable cost. He explained the advantage of longer-term policies compared to shorter term policies which gave me a choice that would fit my needs.

How fast, responded back with my appointment!! Great company, great service. I will give you 10 stars definitely plus the technician was very fast and he wear a mask that’s very nice. He came sooner than the time the appointment was made. Thanks again.

I requested a quote from Choice Home Warranty, and wow they were calling me a second later, the associate I spoke to gave me a great deal, I couldn't resist. He answered all my questions. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Terrible company. I recently bought a house and the salesmen are frauds. They had me paying $1150 (allegedly for the year) and I was making monthly payments. When I called to pay the balance off early. The lady said the "Con-Man" only sold me a six month policy.

Very professional and high skilled person came to my house. He fixed the issue in a very short time. I was and am very happy with the good service, and good customer service. Within 24 hours on a Sunday, I got the help I needed. I will stay with Choice Home Warranty.

They will never replace any item! It will only be a third of the cost of replacement! Every-time! You will receive an email stating, "Congratulations we decided to replace your item"! Then they will cut you a check for a third of the price of that item!

Ralph was very patient and knowledgeable of all that Choice Home Warranty offered. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them lol and made me feel secure with the decision I made to give Choice Home Warranty a try.

right at 30 days total so far of $390. 3rd tech said he would return with better, bigger unit. Been 2 weeks now.

I actually had 2 appointments in the same day. One was for my washing machine and the other was for my garbage disposal. They figured out what part I needed for my washer and they had it in their van. They installed it and my washer was ready to go! As for the garbage disposal, it was determined that I needed a new one, since the one I had was probably from the sixties. I got a brand new one! Not bad for $60.00...

They helped as promised. They were on time and kept me updated in the event that they were unable to fix any of appliances. Hopefully it will not take them long to send the egift cards that as promised so that I can go ahead and purchase the other appliance.

Choice Home Warranty has been very responsive with the only two claims I have placed. Placing the claim was a little difficult with the representative because he was a little hard to understand from his accent. His English could have been a little better.

I filed a claim that nothing was paid on due to the improper wording by the preliminary service rep who was sent by contractor. The repairs that were done had nothing to do with "Wire Tracing" because then when the actual repair men came they simply checked an outlet and found the outlet to be faulty and needed replacing. Actually two outlets were replaced as well as the breaker that controlled those outlets as all were found to be bad. All or part of this should be covered per this explanation and to avoid further action, please. Thank you and I await your response.

I had Choice Warranty before and after disaster with the current policy owner I went back to Choice with no hesitation. They are veteran and elderly friendly and allow you to put in requests for certain providers if you want to use a specific company.

Company assigned was unreliable, canceled appointments twice, no resolution as of today. It has been 4 days so far. Core electrics was assigned and canceled. Had a previous experience with a past claim for air conditioning repair. Disappointed again!!! Hopefully a resolution will happen soon as possible.

We had a nasty plumbing situation where toilet refuse was clogged, and making its way up into our shower through the drain. We placed the claim, got our time for an appointment the next morning. The plumber called first, was prompt, and spent over 90 minutes with us, doing everything necessary to snake our line and get the issue totally resolved.

Will need company to install new dishwasher upon delivery of new one. Lowe's will deliver but not install the new one which your company has advised me will have to done since old one would take too long to repair. You have advised me that you will be sending Lowe's gift cards in order for me to go and purchase a new dishwasher.

My dryer was imbalanced & this repair person checked everything prior to providing proper fix. Very friendly & thorough & provided suggestions on both dryer & washer without me even asking, thus fixing problem, as well as giving suggestions to avoid future problems.

Choice Warranty, makes it so easy, to schedule a repair visit, all I did was click submit, and everything else was taken care of. They scheduled my repair, gave me the day and time, I didn't have to do anything. Repair tech was very professional, and explained in detail how the repair was done.

The second tech that came out, Robert was able to resolve issue In just a few minutes. The first tech charged me and didn’t even fix the issue. Two weeks with no hot water and the second tech resolved In minutes.

The experience I had with this last claim was great. The technician was very professional. Arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He explained what it was that had to be done. My unit is working great. Thank you.

Recently our washing machine stopped pumping water out which rendered the machine unusable for a time. We called Choice Home Warranty and within a reasonable time we were back up and washing! Stayed in contact throughout the process and some rescheduling had to happen due to an ice event for the area.

If/When I submit a claim, service is fast and completed with courteous service. The repairmen are very knowledgeable, polite & professional. I use to have a warranty through another company but switching to Choice Home Warranty was the best decision made.

We are very pleased with the work Sassaman Services performed at our home for the two services. Mr. Eddie ** was great, explained everything, very professional. He replaced our non working 12-years old garbage disposal and our very old toilet pump giving problems. We thank Choice Warranty for the fast and professional services rendered.

Made my first call for repairs on a shower drain. Went online filled out the request called the number. Will have a response in 24 hours to schedule the repair. Awesome thanks made it extremely easy to use the service.

Arrived at appointed time, was very polite, cleaned up any mess made, showed what he did and the item that was replaced. Highly recommend this person. It took you three weeks to find this person and he had to come a very long way to get here.

I received an appt by Sears appliance specialist within a day or two with a scheduled appt to come out and fix my dishwasher. Great service. Will know more after they come on Tuesday. Choice responded right away to my request.

Technician said back of freezer froze up and it would work fine after I defrosted it for a while. It needed a new part which I hope will be installed this coming week and then I can put stuff back in freezer and refrigerator. I really have faith in CHW and would recommend them to anyone wanting a home warranty policy.

We had our locks changed in our new house. Did not even know this was available to us. He came out, was prompt and courteous and did a good job. Super nice guy who stayed and made sure everything was right.

The Contractor was very professional and considerate concerning my needs. I would have given the contractor a five star rating but the work isn't complete yet at my property. In the future I would recommend him on future jobs. Being professional helps all situations.

To be fair, I filed 2 claims at same time. Rooftop swamp cooler fixed right away! Perhaps you did not notice second claim for icing problem in fridge. Timely response on cooler. Most appreciated since it's warming up in Arizona!!

My issue is not at all with the service person. It is however with Choice warranty. Usually I am told whenever I call in that whatever I call in for is not covered. This one time that I actually file a claim someone came out. Three weeks later I am still without a range and I have to wait for a gift card from Lowe's. This has taken much longer than expected with no other options.

A tech came out and told me my air Recycler malfunctioned and needed replacing. After speaking with Choice, I was approved to replace it and get my home back to being more comfortable. Great knowledge of the tech and very efficient. Great customer service from Choice.

The technician provided great service. Choice Home Warranty were quick to get someone to resolve the issue and communicated promptly. The service received was great. Please ask me again to rate Choice Warranty after my washer is repaired. The repairman ordered the part, and I am waiting for it to come in, so he can do the repairs. When I called Choice Warranty originally about my problem with the washer, your company sent me an email very promptly.

I informed Choice that our disposal was leaking. They scheduled a repairman in two days. He brought a new unit with him in case the old one could not be repaired. He replaced the unit with a new disposal. Choice paid all costs except our $65 service call fee.

This is the second time I made a claim and for the second time you denied my claim. You cheat people and I want my remaining terms money back. You just take the money and have all excuses to deny payment. I'm done with you. If there was a way to put minus 5 stars I would have.

Replaced the dishwasher water shut off valve. He offered to do the Installation of the new dishwasher. Repairman was polite and did a great job, the repairman did a great job and arrived on time. Only negative was that the price was $125.00, I was told it would be less. I thought it was going to be $65.00.

Tech was prompt and efficient. Pleasant and found our home ok. No problems with that. Had clean up materials with him so did clean up after work was done. He was paid the charge that was needed and accepted it. Thanked me for using the Warranty Service.

I feel that the amount you all allowed for a new microwave is almost a insult. I did not expect a full profile but I have found nothing for under 899.00. I would have expected at least half. I really would appreciate a review of this claim. Thank you in advance for you consideration.

When I called in the Reception was outstanding, standard and was very polite. I was happy to have taken out the home warranty As my oven on the stove burns everything and still does not cook it. My refrigerator the crisper tray I cannot get back in by myself even if it is fixable.

I place a claim and was contacted within hour of doing so. The service Tech. called me 2 or 3 times prior to coming to the house just to check in with me to make sure my appointment would still work for me. Once at the house he was very professional and answered all questions that I had about the repair he was doing. I will be a lifetime customer of choice Warranties

The Water Heater is About 12 yrs old. It is a Gas heater. It developed some leaking problems. Choice Warranty was very prompt in sending a Technician from Phixser Solutions. Problem was resolved with a replacement with a new Water Heater. He was courteous and appeared Knowledgeable. Choice Warranty people made the whole process smooth.

I had a water heater fail in July, 2020, and it was covered for the same problem that I experienced with another water heater in 2021. I was under the same contract and was told the 2nd one was not covered. Last contract I will ever purchase from Choice. It is back to great service at American Home Shield. However, I must commend the technician that was provided.

I called to get my faucet looked at and they had a plumber come to my house a couple of days later. The plumber was very professional and courteous and had my faucet fixed on no time! Will definitely use again if need be!

Every claim I make is either not approved or not able to be done in a timely manner. As the owner of this rental property I cannot wait for repairs made so I have to pay. This latest claim requires me to pay a service call then be informed that it will cost me $500 to $700 to determine if you will cover it. I will be terminating my contract shortly. It definitely does not work for me. We will probably be terminating our other contract also.

I contacted Choice when my dishwasher stopped working. They took my claim and found a local company to come and fix it, It was scheduled within two days and the local company was very nice and took care of the problem. Everyone did a good job as it should have been. Thank you.

I've been with CH for a few years.. I purchased additional benefits for septic tank cleaning and full coverage... When I needed the service I got a run around... The person who I should contact had to make a appointment 2 times... I WILL NOT RENEW THIS POLICY. POOR POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.

Chad was thorough and explained everything to me along with pictures and video. I feel confident in his work and safe in my home. I will continue to have Premier Comfort Solutions do all the maintenance on my AC and Furnace.

I have had my dryer and refrigerator repaired. Even though I eventually replaced my dryer, the technician was on time, professional and explained exactly what needed to happen. My refrigerator repair was July 2020. The tech ordered the needed part which was covered in my fee which kept me from buying a new one. My claim was processed quickly also. I've.

My experience with CHW is they do not hold themselves accountable to payout for big items in the home that are covered under warranty. They've always tried to justify why they will not accept claim. It is creates distrust when this occurs, as the whole purpose of having a warranty is to sleep well at night believing my most essential and costly repairs will be taken care of. In the end it cost me double; paying warranty premium and paying for my own repairs. It has now seem significantly senseless to invest in home warranty.

Great service, but had to wait 4 days with nights in the 20’s waiting to get our furnace repaired. Contacted the company, but could not get to us any sooner. Company was about 85 miles from us. Would have thought Choice could have gotten with someone more local. But the technician did great work when he arrived. Got furnace fixed, and am warm now. Overall satisfied.

Updated on 04/27/2021: It took one month to get my washer fixed. I truly believe that’s uncalled for. Very disappointed. I’ve have tried about 3 or 4 times to help fix this problem with speaking to a few people to no avail. I wish I could spoken to somebody but I didn’t.

I am canceling my Choice Home Warranty because they NEVER cover ANYTHING! I'm sick and tired of something going wrong with my house, for them to send a tech out, and to DENY EVERYTHING! Choice it’s OVER! I will not be paying for something for nothing any longer! BYE FELICIA!!!

Washer not working after 1 use. Also the same thing happened to my garage door, motor stopped functioning. They’re very diligent and communication is great. Very understanding and accommodating. Good company I can recommend to all my friends.

Choice Home Warranty replied to my online claim within 15 minutes (late at night) and arranged for a technician to visit the following morning at 10AM. The technician confirmed the visit by text and a call at 8:30 AM, arrived on time and identified the problem (a worn out water pump). I am completely satisfied. Giorgio

Andrew was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained what's the problem was and the resolution to it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Choice warranty also was very responsive to my call and the same day I contacted them I received a plumber to set an appointment. It was taken care of and a very timely manner.

The repairman was on time for the scheduled appointment & called ahead when he was on his way here. He diagnosed the problem & explained the issue to my daughter, who was actually the person who was at house for the repair. I have received notification that the repair will be covered but not how or when.

I am very unhappy with the service provided. I was declined for a water heater which is cover in my plan. I will be canceling this warranty. I have no gas and no water. I’m currently suffering. I have called multiple times.

Choice Home Warranty was very fast in taking care of the claim on my washer and when it was decided that it was not repairable, settled the claim fairly. I’m very happy with my experience! I highly recommend them to anyone who owns a home!

Service was quick and the technician was very nice. I am disappointed that the repair was not covered. I have never filed a claim and it was easy and quick but the coverage did not cover garage door springs. Next time I will read every little thing on a warranty contract.

The technician, Danielle, diagnosed the ice maker problem in an instant, called Claims at Choice and quickly explained exactly what parts were needed to fix the problem. The claim adjuster had several questions which Danielle was able to answer without hesitation. Parts have been ordered. Before leaving, Danielle set a follow up appointment to actually do the repair.

I am waiting 10 months for my ice maker repair. I've paid my deductible 2x because CHW canceled the work order, 2 wrong parts and 4 repairmen later and it's still broken. When I call the #800 I get rude and unhelpful people. I had recommended CHW in the past but I NEVER will again!!!!

Called and verified time of appointment. Asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Prompt and extremely courteous. Diagnosed issue and repaired. Left thanking me while giving me his contact info in the case that something may go wrong after his departure.

Tech provided excellent service but you all didnt send him back and I have sewage still. My system need to be repaired. I went to my legal office on base and they said to try to contact again before I go any further. Then come back to them. I'm military.

My ceiling fan no longer worked because the wiring was built in the fan. Technician was able to purchase a ceiling fan that meet all my needs. I am pleased with the fan the size and the color. I will be able to enjoy the summer thanks to Choice Warranty program.

On my last claim, the company you had sent out to repair my dryer, very knowledgeable, he identified what the last company missed. This person clean up after himself, explained what he did, very respectful, great job on both sides of the coin, thanks.

The 2 service techs (1 - apprentice). Wore mask, worked hard to fix our elec problem over the course an hour. It was a burned out circiut breaker. Clean work and clean-up. Friendly. It's a shame they had to drive from another STATE! 80+ miles.

I am disappointed on the replacement as ordered. By the contract, repair or replace. I lost the value of the item and payment has yet to be received we agreed to. As of 04/02/21. A more fair system need to be devised if you are not going to actually replace an item. Your advertising is very much misleading.

Have used Choice two times now, and am extremely pleased. They got right back to me with the name of the plumbing co. The plumber called right away, and the first time, he came out that afternoon. The second time it was the next morning. Arrived on time, and fixed the problem. I much prefer Choice over AHS, who I was with for years..

I called in Thursday to report a gas leak at my residence, I told them the leak was outside the home. I was informed today that this was not covered. Now I’m stuck with $2700 bill. I wish I was informed of that this type of leak was not covered, I could have asked around for quotes vs being stuck with a service provider of someone else’s choosing.

Technician was quick to respond to our request from Choice Warranty and came out the next day. Accessed what the problem was and came back the very next day with the parts needed to get our Air Conditioner up and running again. We would recommend YA SERVICES LLC Company to other customers.

This company was honest and very knowledgeable. Thinking it was something my warranty did not cover, I called another company who told me it was the garage door opener. I called Choice because I knew it was covered. They sent out Weatherly who told me it was not the opener. They fixed it correctly. They also saw a sensor offline and fixed it. Honest and knowledgeable is difficult to find. What a great experience.

He was great! Came a day early and fixed it very quickly. Nice guy. Knew what he was doing. Had the parts needed for the repair and fixed our problem fast. I would for sure recommend him and his company for any plumbing repairs or upgrades. Five star service!

1st claim my stove been 6 wks not fixed still waiting. 2nd claim filed yesterday a week to get a plumber out to resolve leak. Then they send emails that do not communicate effectively. No claim number, no direct person or dept to contact.

I am very disappointed that I ended up praying $60+$450 Out of pocket. I didn't appreciate not receiving a call or an email from Choice Warranty explaining that I was not covered for this service. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a Senior citizen. I need to receive a refund or cancel my policy and sign up with another company. I faithfully pay my premiums to avoid having to pay out of pocket. I'm really disappointed.

Was very pleased with the quick response, technician was most courteous, he kept the work area neat and clean. However, waiting until April 12th, for the actual repair is not very good. He did explain that the part may not be so easy is to obtain, as the unit is an older model. Unfortunately that does not help me, especially with company coming for the holidays.

I chose your company after a great deal of research. I sign up for year's contract. The representative was pleasant and answered all my questions. I was a bit annoyed by him trying to sell me a renewal contract for several years. After the first offer when I told him I was not in the position financially to pay that amount of money he should have left at that. I have also received two phone calls requesting that I call back regarding my contract. The call yesterday I could not understand the person or the callback number. I call your customer service last night. I asked if they needed further information from me and they said no. I also told them to please not call my work number and gave my cell number as the contact. I received another call this morning and was unable to leave a message. Please contact me at **. The technician arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. The necessary part was ordered, which would take three to five business days. The technician was well dressed and very courteous. When the part is available, the office will call and set up an appointment.

He wasn't able to fix the problem because a part needed to be ordered. But he realized immediately what needed to be done and said he will contact the home warranty company to get approval. Very professional, courteous and prompt.

I like to be somewhat open minded when it comes to what is covered and not covered when it comes to home warranties. I was told that my shower stem valve had excessive corrosion on it and it would not be covered. What? Do they really expect it to not have corrosion on it. I read my coverage policy, seems like just another way to avoid repairing items. Just bought a 3 year term, and only had it for 6 months. After serious consideration I will be cancelling, and getting another home policy that actually will not avoid making repairs!!!!

Choice Home Warranty assigned Price TV & Appliance to review our request on our refrigerator. Tracy arrived a little sooner than expected, quickly evaluated our problem and recommended a solution. He told us he needed to order a part for a full fix and had to get authorization from Choice. Latter that same day, we received an email from Choice that the repair has been approved. We expect our fix within a week (once the part is received). We are fully satisfied with the response of Choice and Price TV & Appliance and highly recommend both of them ????

I was very pleased with Urban Plumbing. They called in advance to let me know they were on the way. They were prompt and very professional and followed Covid guidelines. He was able to quickly correct the problem and was clean and organized with his work. Highly recommend this company!

JPs Appliance Repair Service is knowledgeable and experienced. Technician performed in the utmost professional way. Recommend this company to everyone it serves in the area. They went beyond required steps to be absolutely sure all parts were required to order. In other words, they did the job in a fully professional inspection.

Most claims are denied due to fine print exclusionary clauses. Ex: Hot water tank is denied repair due to the tank not being covered. Heating system denied due to it not being cleaned at the time the malfunction occurred. The cost of $1900 to replace a stove is only offered $338 to replace. The cost of $497 to replace a over the stove microwave is only allowed $197. I've never experienced such disappointment from a warranty company in my life. Good riddance!???

The technician called ahead and arrived when scheduled. He was able to replace the pump within less than 1 hour. Very cordial and considerate. He also cleaned the area for the pump to operate more efficiently. I would definitely recommend Buzz Electric in the future.
