My husband and I have had Choice Home Warranty for a number of years and have been very pleased with the quality of the service. They have been prompt in service and the quality of repair has been excellent. Choice has given us a money allowance to reduce the cost of a new appliance if it cannot be repaired successfully or economically. We have always had assurance that the employees of the company doing the repairs were honest, properly trained and guaranteed their work.

Overall good experience. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Despite terrible weather conditions and our furnace being an outdoor unit, he stuck with the job until it was completed. He remained professional and courteous through it all. Choice was easy to use and took care of finding the tech for the job, which decreased my stress.

Had problem with toilet - Plumber identified problem and fixed it in an efficient manner. He communicated extremely well. Overall very competent and excellent. He was very neat and came on time to fix the problem. Also, he called me one hour before his arrival to inform me that he would arrive in approximately an hour.

Called Thursday afternoon and had a technician out Friday around noon. Technician was very helpful and professional from Next Generation. Had approval to fix by Friday afternoon. Very pleased with how we were treated and how for how quick the problem was resolved.

Washing machine making loud noise - CHW is great. Easy, friendly, quick. This is my second time using them since I purchased the warranty. Both experiences have been awesome. I am still waiting on the repairman to get a part and finish job. Once the job is completed I can give full experience rating.

I specifically asked Sal ** if my ice maker would be covered, he said yes. I paid for the 3yr Sr coverage. When I got the emailed policy, it says ice makers are excluded. I was also disappointed in the cap placed on repairs. It seems too low to get these issues fixed. I may cancel this policy Monday unless I get the coverage I asked for.

Thanks, Choice Warranty. I called because my washing machine was leaking water, this happened on a Sunday night. They put the claim in Monday we had a date and the repairman was out on Tuesday. Very fast service. I also have to thank the customer service rep as well. All we had to pay was the deductible.

Our 30 year old water heater stopped heating. I called to get it replaced. You opted to repair a 30 year old tank for almost $500 instead of replacing it. Come on people. How stupid can you get? It's a miracle that a water heater ever lasts 30 years but to repair it instead of replace it IS just plain STUPID. I'm sure we will be without hot water again very soon.

Had trouble with our AC unit not shutting off, called Choice, fast response to our problem. Since no one was available in my area for my problem they told me to get my own tech. They approved the repair and in less than 24 hrs my unit was fixed and we were cool again. Living in the south it's very important to have a quick response. Thank you Choice, prompt and easy response. I can recommend them to anybody.

I submitted a new claim and told you who had worked on the furnace prior and you sat on your hands and as far as I could tell you did nothing to find anyone local to fix my furnace. You refused to take my word that I had contacted Nelson myself just like your email said to do. And when I tried to get reimbursement from you you told me no, and had to have Nelson to call you. At least they were understanding and got it worked out. No thank to you.

This was horrible service. Had to call a second company to do the job and waited 5 days for service. Not a good warranty plan and can't recommend to anyone. First company could not provide promised service and never showed up.

Toilet in master bath shower were leaking. Wright plumbing came over and within a few hours it was completed, one day after I called Choice Warrenty to submit the service order, thank you. They were very professional, customer service was very polite and professional and I have not had a problem since the fix.

Slow draining shower - They sent a plumber. He worked on my line for two hours, decided he had to go through the roof vent which my warranty did not cover. 220 dollars later he says he could not get it unclogged so he said that was all he could do. He recommended I go to Lowe’s and buy an acid product that it would work for sure. I did that and the clog cleared but I got screwed by the plumbing company.

So happy I decided to go with Choice. Simple & smooth. I called with my problem & within 30 minutes I received an email with an appt time & day. Repairman came & fixed my oven & all is great. Service fee was what I was quoted. Couldn’t be happier, would definitely recommend them.

I called and told the sales rep that my septic tank would need to be pumped in the next few months. I was told repeatedly that I would only have to pay the $45 service fee and my monthly payment. 10 months of $54 a month payments and I was told the warranty would only cover the first $200 of the service. The service company said Choice was the worst warranty company to deal with. I agree. I will not be renewing my contract with this company!

Two years ago when I first purchased my home and this warranty, one month later my furnace/AC went out. Choice Home Warranty refused to pay for the replacement, although it went out due to old age and not negligence in maintenance. Interesting enough, that happens to be their selling point - replacing a furnace unit is expensive but if you purchase a Choice warranty - you won't have to worry. Do not believe them! Find another company, ask friends and family who they use and how their service is.
At the time of purchase, I selected the 5 year coverage plan and decided to try again. My garage door went out and they set up an appointment with a company from Illinois. They canceled and I ended up waiting a week for another company. This time, they attempted to convince the technician, who by the way was on time and efficient, to repair the garage door opener although he told them the unit was 23 years old and needed to be replaced! Needless to say the technician replaced the unit but Choice Home Warranty is refusing to pay for the replacement of the keypad. Although it won't work with the new unit and needs to be replaced, they have refused to pay for it. This company is misleading in how they present what is covered and paid for. I regret doing business with them and will make sure...

The repair was done ahead of time and the repairman was great! I was pleased with the service from both Choice and the contractor! I have used other warranties in the past. This is the best one I have found! I also love my salesperson. She is extremely good.

Microwave broken. Technician came and assessed. Replacement required. Cash offer of $220.00 accepted. Awaiting check in the mail so I can purchase and replace broken microwave. Will go to local Lowe’s or Home Depot to find replacement. $220.0 will not cover technician to install the over the stove microwave but that is ok.

Excellent customer service. The best coverage out of all the companies that I researched. I was with America's Preferred Home Warranty for 2 years, after a bad customer service experience with billing decided to swap... I am a disabled single mother and homeowner, any major appliance breakdown would be financially devastating to me. I researched the market very carefully and felt like I made the best choice. Would definitely recommend and have told my friends about it including my real estate agent.

So far my experience has not been good - I have paid for a 3 year policy in advance and this is the first two claims I have filed - one they rejected for a roof leak which roof coverage was the entire reason I went with choice -- the other they tried to do a buyout of a $400 microwave with 169.00.

I couldn’t believe the fast return for unclogging my drain in the same day that I called! The lady that arrived was very professional and pleasant and quickly unclogged my basement drain! Kudos to Choice for their efficiently. I have put this off for so long expecting a long wait for service but I have been pleasantly surprised!! Everyone was very pleasant and I did appreciate the transfer of my call when I couldn’t understand the gentleman who answered my call! Thank you!

The tech was great. However the initial appointment was three days from the time I called. Also on the day of the appointment I had to call to get a status when it was 15 minutes before my appointment window ended. I would say the tech company did not have good customer service.

Spotted the problem within 5 minutes (washer/connecting parts to drainage). Took care of it within 39 minutes, and cleaned up the space before leaving. Great service with competency. Dobberwood Appliance is the best repair company I have dealt with. CHW has been very responsive to my problems and sending me the best repair person(s) in the Tallahassee area. I highly recommend CHW to those who want peace of mind for the continued use of current appliances/plumbing.

I received a call from CHW concerning scheduling service but the next information I received was from my management company telling me I would be billed for the water heater replacement because CHW doesn't cover them. Where is the communication from CHW to me? This has happened far too often!

Initial contact with Home warranty wasn't good, ask for supervisor whom quickly resolved issues, I shouldn't have to ask for a supervisor! The supervisor stated maintenance request are not in their system. How stupid is That! VENDOR meet their appointment and completed the task in a professional and courteous manner.

My washer and dryer have been broken over two months. I was assigned two different companies and both were very unprofessional. The first one being the worst. They didn’t return calls or didn’t show up on two occasions. One day was my birthday. I sat around waiting on them. The new company I was assigned this week I thought would be better. They made an appointment with me. They sent an automatic message on the time and date they also didn’t show or call. I wasted a lot of time dealing with these people and spent a lot of money going to a laundromat. I am canceling my account with Choice.

They say they will replace your appliances but it's been 2 months with no check!!! I've called customer service several times to be told something different each time!!! They are proposing I wait 4 months to receive the check or pay an additional 30 for them to reissue a check because of their mistake!!! Don't have a number to corporate office to even file a complaint!! Very unhappy about this situation!! How can you say you replace appliances when the customer has to replace it and pray they get reimbursed which is the real process!!

Your company claims it will replace a hot water heater. After the issue arises I find you don't replace the tank. The water heater is one unit! How can you say we replace hot water heaters when you don't warrant the tank? Next was an issue with the light switch in my home. Digital switches aren't included? More and more homes are "controlled electronically". With as much money as you charge, I would think this should be included. That is what insurance is for!!!

Tech arrived in a car with few tools and no spare parts. The water heater was OK but the pilot lighter was inoperative. He went to Home Depot to get parts. Apparently they did not have the right parts so the tech used paper and a match to light the pilot. Tech said he would return in a few days after he obtained the igniter parts. I have not heard from him since.

"One Good Plumber" came out to install a garbage disposal after mine died and started leaking. While he was pleasant enough while he was here, it was clear that he didn't know what he was doing. He failed to remove a knockout from the pipe to which you attached the waste line. As a result my dishwasher stopped working because it could not drain water. This resulted in another $75 call because the "One Good Plumber" said that he hadn't done anything to the dishwasher and refused to respond to my texts after that.

Samuel from Roman Plumbing came out to fix my water heater, it was just a hose but since I am confined to the house and couldn’t replace the hose, Samuel replaced it, thank you Samuel! I would recommend Roman Plumbing to all my friends!

Plumbing stoppage - It had been backing up almost constantly for about six weeks. But when the plumber got here we ran the shower and tub faucet for 25 minutes and it didn’t back up. I don’t know if it is a city issue or what, but it is fine for now.

Part on opener broke causing garage door opener not to work. We thought it would need to be replaced, but the part was able to be replaced. The service technician was on time, knowledgeable of the needed repair and very courteous.

After a power outage we had no heat. I filed a claim about 10:00 PM and within a couple of hours was told an appointment had been set with a local vendor for two days later. Within 12 hours I received a call from the vendor asking if they could come out immediately which they did a resolved the issue.

I was very dissatisfied with your claims process! I was evidently lied to in order to sell a warranty. I was told that I could use any licensed contractor that I chose and would NOT have to pay a deductible on my first service call since I paid in full for my home warranty. You did NOT even communicate with me to find out when I would be available for the service call! The service agent sent did a good job and repaired my furnace. My low scores are based on CHW, not him! Will not recommend CHW to anyone unless my next experience is much different!

I put in two claims with this company and we were greatly dissatisfied with both! Our air conditioner claim was denied and not covered at all because they said there was a trace of rust, therefore no coverage. My dishwasher stopped working and this company offered me 25% of the cost to replace it. When I signed up I was told if appliances break they will be replaced... I wasn't told that the replacement would be the cheapest that they could find. After a cost analysis, you're better off saving your money or finding a higher quality company to insure you.

Air Condition Repair - The only problem; scheduling. Choice Warranty should allow customers to set the appointment. Calling more than 3 times leaving voice mails with Jacob at ATD Mechanical to reschedule an appointment that I would not have set was not necessary. Customers time is valuable, so allow them to schedule not reschedule any appointments unless requested by the client. Repairman name Cain was extremely professional and respectful. I would recommend ATD Mechanical to everyone in need of fast and courteous service.

FIRST CLAIM REQUEST (Garbage Disposal) - VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESPONSE TIME AND COMPLETED WORK. The workers arrived as promised and when finished, explained what was done, cleaned up and provided receipt and related info. It is a good feeling to know should I have issues that are covered under CHOICE WARRANTY, I will receive promote service without having to shop around for service providers.

Was told when we purchased Choice repair or replace! Always to expensive to fix and NEVER replace! Was told to read the fine print. We pay for a new at our discretion. Choice will replace my expensive dryer for a smaller cheap one! Not happy! Should have stayed with American Home Shield!

I paid for a 3 year home warranty upfront thinking it was good peace of mind. I finally had to turn in a claim on my AC unit. They sent a technician of their choice who said I needed a whole new unit & it was because I kept the unit inside & out dirty. I explained I had have service twice a year & could get receipts to prove I changed the filters. No second opinion or help after that. I called a technician of my choice & it turned out to be a burnt wire outside & cost me under $100 to fix. I did get a complete refund for my 3 year service. But after all the time, effort, stressing & co-pay it was a horrible experience! After I requested my refund & wanted to cancel my service, then I was offered the help that was needed in the first place.

My portable dishwasher stopped working out of the blue and Choice Home Warranty got someone out to repair it in less than 48 hours. I was a little worried that since it was a portable dishwasher it wouldn’t be covered but the technician came in and had it back up and running in less than 30 minutes. I have never had an issue with CHW not covering a repair like I did with another home warranty company. Thank you CHW!!

I was offered the Senior discount. But I had to pay for 3 years up front. A lot of seniors are on a fixed income. I could not afford to pay that much at one time. Why would you have such a great offer to a population that can't afford it. It made no sense to me.

I was deny my claim for no good reason, the contractor report and their statements was not the same. I enroll in your plan in Sept 2018 and I didn’t have any problems until now, I choose Choice Home Warranty company because it was in the top 10. I will make sure the world knows it’s all a fraud since they don’t cover your equipment as they say and managers have no good cust service, I should’ve taken the policy with American Home warranty which was great in all aspects with my father needs. What this company is doing is not fair to their customer, when you're paying to be covered not for a company to steal your money.

The "guts" of the water heater were replaced. It is now working like a champ! The service rep was fantastic. He explained what he thought was wrong, said he had to wait for an approval from Choice Warranty to complete the job. He heard back in about ten minutes and finished the repair. He worked for Major League Plumbing.

Sunday evening our furnace started having issues, it began running a cycle then it kicked back on and off every five seconds continuously until we turned it off at the breaker box... we contacted Choice Warranty. They filed the order and we received an email every ti.e a status changed... the Refrigeration contacted us and made an appointment. The very next day Monday it was fixed... Awesome, polite, quick service.

I am drying the clothes in small loads, since the dryer doesn't seem to dry the clothes completely. The repair person says there is a clog in the dryer vent hose leading to the outside. He stated that this prevents the dryer from being able to remove all the moisture from the clothes.

Had a major leak in my hot water heater. We did not realize we had to contact them first to be eligible. This fact is buried in the middle of their contract. I tried to settle with them for whatever they would have paid. They offered $300 for a $3200 repair. Also found out that they determine the replacement brand, model and size of replacement. If you read the contract, it is entirely one sided to their favor, they even determine if it is an emergency. With their process it could take up to a week to resolve the problem. Not too good if you have a major leak. By the way they control what is put on this website. ConsumerAffairs is their company, so this complaint is pretty much worthless. I better feel for this company is on YELP. I canceled my remaining contract.

Had a claim. You didn’t even pay the trip charge. Your company is a fraud and takes our money and you get nothing in return. I will discuss how I feel on Facebook and file a complaint with the Attorney General on New Jersey and Kentucky. No one should buy your warranty.

Steve called and told me what I could do to fix the problem. We did it and it worked. He checked back with me at least two times to make sure that all was working before he closed the case. I felt he did an excellent job.

The unit appears to be fixed. That’s the good news.
Also as I looked at my contract it appears leaks in the system are not covered. Leaks often lead to the need for a whole new unit, since fixing some leaks can be very expensive depending on the type and location of the leak. All leaks are not created equal. Does this mean there would have been no coverage if a leak would have been found, which would have been a reason why the coolant was low. PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS COVERAGE EXCLUSION AND EXACTLY WHAT IT MEANS. Thank you.

I called to report a new claim - my heating system wasn’t working properly. I could have submitted the claim online, but I like talking to someone. The customer representative handled the claim very efficiently. Within 30 minutes, I received an email that my claim was being processed. Within the next 15 minutes, I received an email confirming that my claim had been assigned to a vendor. I noticed the scheduled spot time and noticed I was not available. I called the vendor who agreed to work around my schedule. The technician showed up the next day - on time. He promptly checked out the issue and proceeded to correct/repair. Everything seems to be working fine. The technician was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and more. The entire experience was exactly what it should be - from start to finish.

The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable, explain the problems that could occur and resolve them. Very professional, friendly, outgoing. Definitely recommend them. Also explain some proper care and techniques to prolong the use of the door. He also explain some routine maintenance and I will help myself out.

The first company that was given my repair job made the appointment but then did not call or show up during the agreed upon time frame. When they did not return my call the next day I called Choice’s customer service. They were very helpful finding a new company to help me with the plumbing. They said the first company would be taken off their provider list due to their bad customer service. The new technician was excellent. He called with updates on his arrival times and was very pleasant and professional. The customer service rep was also very pleasant and helpful.

I've had Choice Home Warranty for a couple of years. Their service, in the beginning, was pretty awesome. After the 1st few claims that changed & I've had very long waits for service. This last time they couldn't afford the repairs so they bought me out, meaning they paid me a partial sum to repair the appliance, my washer, & the amount they offered isn't enough to replace it. Then they said it would be no more than 30 days to receive their check. It has been more than that. It's been 7 weeks between my initial call, them finally getting a repairman here & now waiting on the check. When I called last week they said it had been sent. When I called today I was told it would be in the mail tomorrow & it'll be another 7 days until I receive it. I'm cancelling my warranty with them as soon as it arrives, or sooner.

I have had two experiences with Choice Home Warranty. Last year there was water underneath my A/C unit so I called Choice for help. The very first answer was that water leakage is not covered. They sent me fine print in the contract to show me that water leakage is not covered. I mentioned that they need to send someone to see if the there is ice around the coils that is causing the water on the floor. After couple of calls they sent a group of individuals who did not even know how to open the system panel to look inside. The technicians just pulled out the water drainage tube and did even close the cover properly. Very unprofessional demanded $200 to fix the pipe.
Last week the water heater started leaking water and they again mentioned that it was not covered. I insisted that the water is leaking as well as the system is not heating properly. They assigned a technician who did not show up. This is the first warranty that did not cover my water heater. I have had similar issue with my old house and the warranty covered the whole water heater. I recommended not to buy this warranty at any cost. During the initial call and my signing the contract with Choice mentioned that My sump pump was covered but the contract did not mention it. After my insistence, the sales guy sent me an emailing mentioning that the Sump pump is included. Choice home warranty is the worst warranty company I have dealt with in my last 19 years. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY.

Tech lives 100 miles away, took many days to come inspect, to identify issue. You refuse washer claim. No washer. Was told by your customer service to refer to contract for rules. How were we to know problem until inspected. Your rules do not provide good customer service. VERY UNSATISFIED!

I placed a claim for issues with my plumbing (non emergency) and within a few minutes I received confirmation and a claim number. In two days I was notified by a contractor and scheduled a time for repair. The contractor showed up on time and completed the repairs within the hour. I was very satisfied with the entire process and do not think I would have any reason to not choose Choice Home warranty for my future needs...

I just had to replace my AC Heating Unit and was using Choice Home Warranty. I had to pay over $1,360.00 out of pocket because their Insurance doesn't cover any that was wrong with my Coils, Compressor and had a leak in which I had to pay myself and yet was not able to get it working. They also don't cover the Freon which cost $350.00 each time I needed it. Added 4 different times. They only offered me $500.00 and I had to pay $1,700.00 to CHW and then another $2,945.69 with a 25% Veterans Discount. I had to use my entire Federal and State Income Tax to pay for it and this is NOT the 1st time that CHW has given me a hard time about replacing my Dryer, Refrigerator and Garbage Disposal.
They wouldn't answer my questions when I asked what does it cover because it was advise that after paying CHW $420.00 a year for over 10 years and they claim that they cover the AC Unit and yet the Coil was leaking and was told that you can't replace just the coil and that the entire unit had to be replaced. CHW said they DIDN'T cover the Coil & Compressor and the Freon, Capacitor and electrical. This company has had so many complaints that even the BBB will NOT allow them to join. I am trying to get the word out to find a better company and I just wasted over $1,480 for NOTHING.

Had a problem with furnace here in CT. They had a company contact me and set a appointment two weeks out. The tech showed up. Found the problem. Called for authorization. Couldn't get thru, he had the part but couldn't fix it without Authorization so had to make another appoint and come back to finalize repair, took up my time twice. Second time I had a problem where the furnace just wasn't working. I went through the same thing. Couldn't get an appointment even though I didn't have heat in the winter, was told could use a local company but they had to follow their rules to get authorization, called them after hours couldn't get thru. Had them fix it anyway because I was without heat and hot water and they wouldn't cover any of it because they didn't/couldn't get the authorization. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. As usual if they can get away without paying the better for them.

Had this company for a few months, first time submitting a claim for dishwasher, got the run around, several techs finally came out. Stated needs to be replaced. After SEVERAL phone calls with “claim dept” they only offer 1/3 of its worth to be replaced. Can’t even buy a new one for that little amount of money. Also pretty bad when all the techs that came stated this is the worst company to deal with. Again. Please be aware, choose another company!!!

I have placed only two repair claims with this company and both were denied. The only good thing about this warranty company is that they service fee and monthly rate are cheap which is how they get you to sign up. But they don't cover the major things that normally go bad and need to be fixed and/or replaced. But you get what you pay for, so don't waste your money. Pay the extra and get a more reliable warranty company. After all, the purpose of having a home warranty is so that you can get things repaired/replaced. Otherwise it's useless like Choice Home Warranty.

Called in problem to Home Warranty (Main Line stoppage), it was accepted and dispatched for work the next day. Due to weather conditions Metro Heating and A/C had to cancel for the next day, which was understanding. Was here promptly the next day. Mike was very professional, worked hard and thorough to make sure we didn't have further problems. Very pleased with both Choice Warranty and the company they dispatched for service.

I had sewage back up into my basement sink because of a main line clog. Kevin (Mr. K's Plumbing) explained everything, tested by having me flush toilets, etc. He then got authorization for clearing out the drain and made sure to explain everything to me. He was at my house less than 2 hours and everything was again tested to make sure all my drains were functioning properly.

Placing our first need for a repair with Choice Home Warranty was easy. There were a few bumps in the road along the way but Choice Home Warranty was extremely helpful getting us help. We live out in the country a little so it took a little time to find someone to come out to fix the furnace. Altitude Heating & Air, Colorado Springs answered our need for a service call for our furnace. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help us out.

The representative told me of deals that were available to senior adults for multi-year deals that would save money. I opted for the 3 yr deal with an additional 7 months free which substantially reduced my overall monthly payment and I was able to split the total payments into 4 equal payments to make it easier on my budget.

My home heat stopped working, I called. The assigned tech came after 24 and said we need electrician, when assigned electrician I have been told it will take him 3 days to come. How can we expect someone to stay without heat in a cold weather for 5 days? I called someone from the phone book. He came and fixed my issue within one hour. I am disappointed with the service. I thought it will take 24 hours when they knew it's power issue because in NC renter can't stay in house if no heat and the owner have to pay for hotel.

After paying for the warranty for 2 years I finally call in a claim on a leaking Water Heater. After the technician comes and spends 5 minutes looking he states we need a replacement, collects his co-pay and leaves. I follow-up on the status to be told that the warranty does not cover the tank. What? After looking through the contract I see now that almost everything that can go wrong with an appliance is excluded from coverage. This is a scam. I guess I will be looking for another home warranty.

They defer to "cleaning" parts for mechanicals that aren't working. It caused me to have to call out the same Heating company 3 times until they finally were able to replace the defective part. All the while my tenant was without heat during winter and I had to put her up in a hotel because the repair continued to show up and not replace the part. Cancelling my warranty and going with someone else.

Had contract with Choice. AC stopped blowing cold air. Called to have service come look at it. Finally showed up and said the evaporator coil was leaking. He would call it in then order part and fix it. I specifically asked if part could not be repaired what happens. He said, "You get the whole new part." I paid him 75 dollar service fee plus 150 leak test that I was aware Choice did not cover. SURPRISE - Choice denied claim. 6 sections below Ac info in agreement an exclusion on evaporator coils rusting. They insist copper coils will last forever and it’s my fault. They told me they would return my money if I removed negative comments.

An appointment was scheduled immediately and I was contacted the next morning by the contractor to confirm. Kitchen sink was not draining. I received a call back within 2 hours from the plumbing company, since it was after 5 and not an emergency I was put on schedule. My problem was resolved in a very timely and professional manner. I would recommend Choice to any of my friends. I filed a claim to have my noisy dryer repaired. I was then notified the same day that a repair person would be at our home the next day between 7 and 11 a.m. The repairman called about an hour before arriving and arrived within that time. He quickly and accurately repaired the dryer by replacing a part. He was very pleasant and skilled. Best repair we've had from CHW.

So far we appreciate the service we’ve received. The issue was restored on the burner that wouldn’t light. We have a broken handle and a light that won’t light but that’s not covered on the warranty. But the technician is going let us know how much that will cost us to fix. Wish it was covered. Our dishwasher's motor went out. So they're ordering the part so hopefully that will take care of it. The Technician arrive on time and was nice to work with. Hopefully it can take place in a timely manner. I’m glad we got the warranty because my husband is laid off and it will help with expenses.

I purchased a home warranty in March of 2018 and was told everything in my home was covered, including the WATER TANK. Upon requesting a technician to replace my water tank, I was told that Choice Home was looking for said technician (for three days) and then was given the option of finding my own technician and being reimbursed for the cost within thirty days. I called a technician which diagnosed the problem, the water tank had to be replaced. We called for approval and Choice Home DENIED my claim saying they do not cover the water "tank" only mechanical parts!!! The salesman lied to me when I purchased the warranty. I immediately canceled the policy and I give Choice Home Warranty less than one star!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I submitted a claim for my oven. The first technician was a no call, no show. It took a week to get another appointment. The technician came to asses the issue and told me he had to order a part that would take 2-3 business days to come. I don't have an oven nor do I know when I will get one. There should be an approved list of repairs so the customers is not constantly inconvenienced.

My rating on Choice would have been a perfect score except 2 reasons. The service department hits aren’t great for those of us on the West Coast, I would highly suggest keeping the department opened later for those of us on this side. And when I did call to find out they were closed the representative who I spoke with was extremely rude by saying the department isn’t open, to call back, then hung up on me. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. Thankfully I called the next morning and the gentleman I got, Michael, was the complete opposite and redeemed the company. He was very nice, helpful, and great customer service. If everyone on the phones were like him, that would be great. Overall Choice has been great, the prices are a little steep for their annual rate so I hope to be able to renew with them.

I'm a customer of theirs for 2 years now. In that time I've needed 3 repairs done. Currently now waiting on the 3rd repair. The first two I had to get a manager involved because I was told when I purchased the warranty that it covered my problems but then customer service said it didn't. Then when the manager gets on phone and I tell him which contract I have. He orders for the repair, saying customer service was incorrect. I don't understand why everytime I need a repair why a manager has to be contacted in order for anything to get done.
Now I needed a dryer repair and they say it can't be fixed and offered to give me 299 dollars for a top of the line heavy duty super capacity plus dryer. That I originally paid a thousand for. Tell me how am I going to replace that kind of dryer for under 300! Now a manager is supposed to contact me within 24 hours. That was on Friday and now it's basically Thursday. I've called 8 times with their response of she tried to call once. No message on my phone and no notification of a missed call. Six days gone by and still no dryer. Just think if it was something major like a electrical problem or furnace! Think I will be switching back to American Home Shield!

Choice Home Warranty was very unfair to me. They sent me a check and then put a stop payment on the check because I cancelled the service. I had the home warranty for over a year and the first time I make a request they do not give me the true value of my item and I have to pay for the guy to come out and then I have to find someone to fix it and pay them too. I had to hire another plumber the same day to fix my hot water heater. The plumber you sent told me the breakers tripped because "someone" had adjusted the temperature too high. The hot water heater temperature has been the same since it was installed 6-7 years ago. Neither my wife or I have touched the temperature adjustments on that hot water heater and we are the only two here. Turns out the thermostats were bad and needed to be replaced so I am out $400.00 that you should have covered. Needless to say when my policy expires In September DO NOT CONTACT Me.

I reported a claim for a plumbing leak underneath my foundation to Choice Home Warranty on 01/28/2019. Choice Home Warranty sent out a technician to my house without giving me any prior notice. This technician called me and told me he was an hour away and I agreed to have him inspect the leaks in my absence. I tried to work him through operating my sprinkler system so he can see the source of the plumbing leaks. The technician left my house without identifying the location and source of the leaks.
When I spoke to a Manager at Choice Home Warranty about my experience with the technician, he stated they will send a re-inspection on a day I would be home to show the technician the problem. I waited four days and called back to follow up. I was told by a customer service rep Choice home warranty Closed out my claim. I received no notice or formal denial letter to date. The customer service rep stated the technicians report shows I had a faulty sprinkler system. I realized I had been previously lied to. I was also told by a resolutions Manager at Choice Home Warranty my previous claim would be cancelled regardless of the policy term if I cancelled the policy and I would not get any refunds for my $550 renewal.
So in review, I filled a claim for plumbing leaks from underneath my foundation, technician shows up without notice, leaves within 15 minutes of arrival, submits report stating my sprinkler system is damaged, Sprinkler systems are not covered obviously, Technician never saw the plumbing leaks I filled claim for, I got lied to about getting a re-inspection, I cancelled the policy. Now I lose my $100 out of my renewal for 2019, and I do not get any re-inspection for a claim filled in my previous policy term, and I do not get any formal denial letter until yesterday 02/13/2018. Very rude customer service representatives on the phone. Horrible horrible experience. I will be suing Choice Home Warranty for full reimbursement for repairs to my plumbing as my policy does cover plumbing.

Choice Home Warranty is nothing more than a company that finds a handyman to send out. They do little to assure that they are using technically experienced, sound and capable professionals. Choice sent two different HVAC technicians out and misdiagnosed a job that I finally had a real professional look at once and they never had to come back.
Choice also refused to allow me to file a single claim on my oven and microwave because they were built one over the other. I was told they were separate claims so I only made a single claim on the microwave because it stopped working. The rep informed me if I want to get the oven looked at I needed to pay a separate service fee. I waited since the oven still worked. They couldn’t get replacement parts and ended up paying me half the value of the microwave and closed the ticket. Well a few months later when the oven went out they refused to pay claiming it was covered on the previous claim. The same claim that Choice informed me that didn’t include the oven because I needed to file a separate claim and pay a separate service call fee for.
Choice gives the consumer no say over who is coming out to do the repair leaving them at the mercy of whatever nonprofessional that may show up. I even had an HVAC tech show to my home with no tools. I wouldn’t recommend spending money with this company. Myself or any of my family and friends will never waste money with this company again.

Choice Home Warranty Case Manager, Nitasha, contacted me by phone on 2/12/2019 based on my request to review my claim. After listening to my views of the situation, Nitasha offered the amount of $639.00 to replace the damaged washing machine. I really appreciate Nitasha listened to my views, made decision, and offered a fair compensation. As I had mentioned in my previous feedback. I am pleased the quick responses and follow up from Choice Home Warranty during the claim process. Having Home Owner Warranty is very much to have a peace of mind when things might go wrong. I hope I don't need to use it, but it is there when needed. So far my experience with Choice Home Warranty is fair. Open communication and being fairness are important in this business. Thank you.

Want to start with how misleading and lying sale person was who sold me the plan. He stated that particular items would be covered almost 100%. Well few month later my water heater start leaking. And guess what? Choice warranty representative said it's not covered. I went to a policy and was shocked of how much exclusions they have. They don't cover nothing. Basic tank of water heater is not covered!!! How is it even on the market if this warranty doesn't cover anything. After few days of back and forth I've cancelled my membership. And I've paid $500 for entire year plus $60 for service call. And how much do I get back??? $240. Less than half for 3 month of no coverage. Worse experience ever!!! Maybe there's a good home warranty but DO NOT BUY CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY TO GARBAGE.

I have never had problems like I am having with Choice. I needed my hot water heater fixed, and several different people have been here 7 times already, and it is still not fixed. We have been without hot water for over a week now. Sometimes they did not even show up. I have taken off from work on two occasions, and still not fixed. They were suppose to come yesterday afternoon, and after several phone calls they called me back in the evening, and set it up for 12 o'clock today, and they are still not here. I am thinking about going to our local Action Reporter and blowing this entire thing out of the water. I don't know how you conduct a company like you do. This hot water heater should have been replaced on the 2nd visit.

Had issues with my Heating System. First company that was sent out said there was nothing wrong with the unit even though it kept over heating and shutting off. They came up with a random excuse that wasn’t covered by the warranty and had to pay the $75 deductible for nothing. Finally got another company to come out who diagnosed the problem and determined the unit was bad and had to be replaced. The warranty company did replace the unit but put in a different unit that was 7” inches smaller than the one that we had so there were modifications that had to be done and piping that had to be rerouted, warranty company doesn’t cover modifications so there was a $450 bill for those.
I called the warranty company. They were nice enough to cover half of the cost but still out 2 deductibles and $225 for modifications. It’s cheaper than me replacing the unit myself but still had to go 2 weeks with no heat with children in the house running. Space heaters installer was great and case manager was nice but other than that it was a nightmare to deal with.

I purchased two contracts for separate properties, on one I received adequate service although I was not completely pleased. Their contracts are deceiving, written so an item appears to be covered in the inclusions but then worded in their favor in the exclusions. I had an attorney review the contract after a denied claim and it was determined Choice Home Warranty had breached the contract. A certified letter was sent to their consumer advocate department after being stonewalled by their customer service agents. I have yet to receive a response to my request to resolve my claim and/or cancel my contract for a pro rated refund. I will continue protecting my properties with home warranties but certainly NOT CHOICE HOME WARRANTY! Beware of CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!

I called Monday February 4th to put in a claim for my heating system. It stop working, I got a scheduled appointment between 11:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday February 8th. The guy never came. When I called the company's customer service they gave me the direct number for the guy who was suppose to come. When I called him, he said he had an emergency so he would come the next day which was Saturday. He did come out Saturday morning. Said my motor went up in my heating system. He has to get the part and will be back Monday February 11th.
While I wait if my heat stops working I can just spin the blade (great thanks for the tip my house is freezing and I have kids). I still waiting for the guy to return. Today is Tuesday. No call no show. I called customer service back. The guy is waiting for parts to come in. It would have been great if someone could have called me. I will say customer service is great with answering. The company just needs to find better service providers.

In this situation I think the parts approval process could have been a little different. For one letting the technician order the part on the spot. So the process would not take 4 days to get the unit back up & running. Other than that I think Choice Warranty is a good deal.

When I had a claim, it took sometimes 2-3 weeks to get a service call. If the appliance needed to be replaced, I had to wait up to 5 weeks to get payment in order to buy a new item. Again, as is now, they cancelled my claim because they cannot find a plumber for me. They offered to let me get my own repairs done and they would reimburse me. Reimbursement is 4-5 weeks after they approve the paid invoice that I was to send them. They never pay you back what the actual cost of it is, and they won't pay for installation. If I could afford repairs and replacements, I would never have gotten a warranty. I am on disability and cannot afford these things upfront. I am very thankful that my contract is up in a month. These people are horrible. Stay away from this company, you will only find lots of dead ends and rude people.

Our washer was leaking onto the floor. I went to the Choice Home Warranty site and asked for service. I received an email within an hour stating when I would have a service call. The repairman, Alex came a day later and addressed our problem. All is fixed and we are happy.

I recently signed up for the Choice Home Warranty. My first experience has been horrible! I called about no hot water and the first they could get a technician out is 3 days later!!! The claims department was not empathetic at all - I have a sick infant and a homebound senior living with me and stated that I could 1. Restart the claim which would cause the first appointment to be canceled and there would be no guarantee that there would be a sooner appointment or 2.; Pay for it myself and hope that it will be reimbursed! neither is a good option! I feel violated!!!

Terrible company and dishonest technician. This company and their workers are not honest, and they don’t have communication at all. Friday my heater broke down and l call the Choice Home Warranty to schedule a claim. They didn’t answer the phone, then Saturday I called again, finally, they answer the phone and they submitted a claim for my broken heater. The technician showed up the next day and he said, “I don’t have the broken piece (hot surface ignitor), tomorrow I will back at 9:00 am”. I paid his service fee and he has gone. Monday I got permission from my job and I waited for him from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and he never showed up again. I got his phone number and called him more than 20 times. He didn’t answer the phone call, voice message or text messages.
Since last two days, I’m calling the Choice Home Warranty to reach him or send another person to fix the heater. But even they are not able to communicate with their technicians. Today, I called the Choice Home Warranty to talk with a supervisor (manager), I waited 28 minutes on the phone to talk to someone. But he didn’t offer any solution to my case. The only thing that he said, “I’m sorry for the situation”. Being sorry doesn’t bring back my kid’s health or the time that I waste with them. He was calling himself a manager but even he couldn’t manage a technician. The only thing that he said, "they will call you tomorrow to schedule an appointment”.
It’s the worst company ever I have seen. During these cold days with my 2 kids, I stayed in a hotel for 2 nights. They got sick and couldn’t go to school. Why? Because I made a contract and believed the society of dishonest people association. The broken piece was only $16 but it cost me hundreds of dollars and a waste of time. Please don’t waste your time and trust in such a company.

I recently filed a claim online for my built-in microwave oven. I received notification within minutes that a service company had been assigned and an appointment set. The service company came exactly when they said they would, and, upon diagnosing the problem, his request for authorization to repair was timely granted by CHW. We had a burning smell coming from the furnace and it wasn't working. The F.D. came out and said they thought the motor burned out and we need to have it serviced. Charles came out and determined it needed a control board, that that was what burned out. He ordered one yesterday and we're waiting for it to come in and then be installed. Getting the home warranty was one of the smarter things I've ever done.

Received a phone call from the company, was transfer to sales representative and while asking few questions she hung up on me. First, I thought she will call me back since middle of the conversations but after 10 to 15 minutes, no call back. I got upset because I knew she must hung up on me because she didn't want to answer. I called company back and got Francis, whom answered my questions and even offer the better deal because they had special offer for people over 65 and military personal. I am happy with Francis and the offer. I am thinking of telling my friends to call the company to take an advantage of the special offer.

AC broke down in the and it took 3 weeks to get it fixed. In the middle of Texas summer!!! Was denied the possibility to speak to the approval department. 4 months later the same part broke. Choice Home Warranty choose unexperienced technicians to save a money. The second time it only took 5 days to approve the claim. But it will take 1 week to get the part. There are many manufacturers in Houston where you can pick a parts but, yet they make us wait. I will never use Choice Home Warranty again!!

I was just doing a little research and thinking of signing up. I received a call shortly after entering some of my info. A guy called me trying to get me to sign up right away saying everything they cover, and asked if I would like to sign up. I said I'm not for sure right now and just wanted information and before I could finish my sentence he hung up on me. So I will NOT being signing up and referring everyone I know not to as well.

I canceled the service I had with another company due to all the hidden exclusion they have under their contract. I went online and start researching for home warranties. I found Choice and I contact them. I told the salesperson the reason I was leaving the previous provider and he assured me that Choice never do that. He talked to me on getting a 5 year plan with "peace of mind" that everything on my home was covered. After 2 years at not using them at all I have a problem my AC unit, the evaporator coil. The THX valve was leaking refrigerant and the evaporator coil needs to be replaced as well. First they denied my claim because they don't cover the THX valve and argue that the coil was damaged because of that and they don't cover secondary damage.
The AC technician come back to my home, we called them and he explained that one thing doesn't have nothing to do with the other and the evaporator coil needs to be replaced due to rust on the coils that will lead to more leaks. Choice service department expend 40 minutes over the phone with the technician getting all kind of technical information and told me that they will transfer all the info to the claim department. Now the claim department says they will not cover the coil because there is a clause that they not cover any damage due to rust. They promised not tricky exclusions, but as soon as you need them they open a big list of exclusions. I want to cancel the service and they told me they reimburse only $40 even if I have 3 more year of paid contract.

Updated on 02/14/2019: After they said they would cancel my policy and refund my money, they are still taking money from my bank account. There is a $252 charge pending. I had to rate it one star because there is no option for 0 stars!! Also, they want me to sign and notarize a form just so I can get back MY OWN MONEY that they are still taking from me!!! Poor business!
Original Review: I called several times concerning mailing me a hard copy of my warranty. Took out the warranty in December 2018. It’s now middle of February 2019 and still no copy! Called for a full refund and was told I could not have a full refund. I was shorted by $200!!! I had not used the warranty at all. This is poor business. Our sump pump recently failed on us. Called Choice Home Warranty. Within a few hours had a technician contact me to set up an appointment. Upon arrival tech diagnosed that our sump pump was no longer operating. He replaced it with a new one. Was very professional and knew what he was doing. Was very happy with the outcome.

Dryer technician came out on Feb 7 didn't bother to look at the dryer. Just said it was vent clogged up. I clean vent out and still not heating properly. He didn't even submit a diagnostic within 24 hrs. Very disappointed with the technician that you guys use and with the follow up time. It's ridiculous. He should have given a report while he was there.

It took days for someone to come to my house. Now I have to wait days for you guys to approve to part and wait for the company to come back to my house. It is taking too long for you guys to fix my appliance. I pay my money faithfully every month but I have to be inconvenienced with how long it takes for someone to fix my washer. Simply put - Choice Home Warranty considers your claim "closed" as soon as they receive it, regardless of whether or not your issue has been resolved and do nothing to ensure resolution or satisfaction. When we filed a claim, they sent a technician who diagnosed a problem with our refrigerator's motherboard but needed to order replacement part, then never returned. Choice sent a different technician who could not diagnose the problem and said we should call him to "hold the phone up to the refrigerator and he would diagnose the problem over the phone." It has been five months now and we have been unable to get a meaningful response from Choice Home Warranty - they just repeatedly say the technician will be in touch. Choice Home Warranty is either too stupid to acknowledge the technician is incapable of repairing appliance or else Choice Home Warranty is crooked and complicit in the incompetence.

A provider was to show up on February 5th. He stated he had a flat tire and we rescheduled. He did not show up on the 7th at the scheduled time, did not call, nor did he text. This claim was somewhat of a nightmare! Twice, we were assigned techs and neither responded to calls to confirm appointments nor did the tech show up for appointment given. We were given the option to call a tech, we chose Riverside Appliance Service and he came right out and fixed the refrigerator, all within 2 hours total AND he charged us very little labor. We were told our service charge would be waived, however Choice now says it will not and we will only be reimbursed for $116 instead of the full amount paid $162. Awaiting reimbursement.

I have leakage on my garbage disposal and sink faucet dripping. Tech is assigned. Tech diagnosed to replace part. Called CHW after 24 hours to check update on claim. Rep Taya being so rude cuts me off that I shouldn't complain because they've received the diagnosis and still under review and I'd get update when is approved or not but as to how long she couldn't tell me. This is not how customers must be treated because I already paid their $60 calling fee and still my kitchen is flooding because someone is not doing his job. This is a job I could have done it myself following Google but why should I pay for warranty and calling fee without getting the job done? Company came out, assess the problem, took the part off, never to be heard from for 7 days. No AC, no heat for 7 days and no return phone calls from the company. Called Choice to find out what could have been done. We were instructed all we could do was just wait for the original contractor to come back to see what took him so long. Very disappointed in the service from the contractor Air Force AC and Heating and by the way they did take the $45 service fee on the first day before the work was completed. Very disappointed.

Taysha turned it around from 1 star to a 5 star service. I was skeptical buying a home warranty as I hear most friend say it’s not worth it due to a lot of exclusions. I still went ahead as I saw A+ rating with BBB... but hit an exclusion in the first instance/claim and it was denied. However the I filed an appeal and the case manager Taysha really heard me, understood the situation, figured out a solution to turn this around. Wow... I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Choice Home Warranty. I submitted a claim they said was covered for a broken pipe connected to my water heater. I was told via email and phone message a plumber would be there in 4 days from 11-3pm. When the plumber did not show up, I called the plumbing company. They had been out of business for a month due to the owner's death. They NEVER told Choice they were coming. The second plumber came out 8 days after claim was filed. Choice then told plumber the claim was not covered although it was exactly what I had originally told Choice the problem was. The plumber told me he talked to 3 people at Choice, he stated they were very rude.
Choice told them I needed to pay the $75 service fee on top of what I would be charged to fix the problem out of my pocket. So they cost me a day off work to wait for first plumber. And I would have been out an EXTRA $75 dollars if the plumber would have done as Choice said. They did not charge me the service fee thankfully. ALL CHOICE SAID When I called them was they were sorry for my inconvenience. I cancelled that day. They are terrible. Stay away.

I filed a claim for our cooktop first problem. They could not find anyone to come look at it so was given option to find someone myself so I did. They came over, found the problem, estimate to fix 386 dollars. Called choice for authorize repair. Choice call me said they will not repair. Inspect/repair dryer - My total experience was extremely positive!! Choice sent me an email within minutes which described the fee, window for the repairman to arrive, the technician's company and phone number. The technician called asking if he could arrive early. He later called asking permission to arrive at 5:30PM. This fellow was very quick and did an excellent job! I highly recommend him.

I submitted a request to have my refrigerator repaired for my water dispenser and ice maker, they are telling me they don't repair these items. I said that what do they repair? They indicated mechanical breakdown. I said that's what is wrong with my appliance. I said, "What good is this warranty for." This is the 1st repair request I have made. I told when I first call for service what was wrong with my appliance, they didn't tell me at the time that it wasn't covered, I have paid for the service tech to come out and look at my appliance which was $60. Plumbers Electrician and Beyond LLC performed an excellent job replacing my garbage disposal and sink strainer. Highly recommended! They came even late already, with the garbage disposal, changed it in few minutes. Then they left to buy sink strainer in nearby Home Depot, came back and done.

A few weeks after I bought my house a diverter valve broke behind the shower. This caused water to rush out if I changed from tub to shower, and caused water to pool and eventually leak into downstairs. I called Choice Home Warranty, who quickly stated that they would not fix it although I had a valid policy which clearly covered this issue (they cited a built-in microwave section to argue that it wasn't covered??). I'm not sure if all home warranty companies are like this or if it's just Choice - but go with someone else.

The filing of the claim and the independent contractor showing up to try to fix the problem was great. Since they requested the dishwasher be replaced, Choice has not been helpful at all. I've called multiple times to see where we are at with the claim, and after 3 days, I still haven't received information on my case manager or gotten a call back from anyone. I called a third time and got customer service to give me my case managers number, left a message with her, and still haven't received a phone call 24 hrs later. I'm growing very frustrated with the fact that we are without an appliance and there seems to be no urgency on Choice's part to help resolve the issue due to this being a replacement.

First we called in regard of garbage disposal and Loyalty plumbing came and I paid him $45 and said it is electrical issue. Then electrician came and charges me $75 because insurance will not cover it. The same issue, called the insurance again. They send me Loyalty Plumbing again and they said that the supply line is leaking which is covered and the faucet is leaking but not covered. So how come the first doctor with loyalty plumbing didn't see that to start with and making me go thru almost a week without cooking because this is the main kitchen faucet. And now they want $275 to change it and I have to pay for it and everything with this insurance not covered. So why do I need this insurance? Just getting their money every month out of my account and never did a claim in 6 months and then not covered and go thru all of this where I got a certified independent contractor yesterday and he is gonna do all the job parts and labor with one year guarantee for $250 and is gonna be done today.

I am not pleased with the sales pitch of this company. I was told that appliance repair or replacement was included with the basic plan. This is not the case in looking over the policy. I am cancelling this policy for this reason.

They locked me in for 3 years with a discount. But they are the worst home warranty company I have ever dealt with. I think most of the reviews on this site must be fake. I know others who also have struggled with them. Getting them on the phone or even submitting a claim online was so difficult. There is one plumber in my town willing to work with them...only ONE!!!! And he said he hates them and their company, Isn't renewing their contract with them because they are so awful. They refuse to cover expenses.
We had water hose behind our washer break. We paid the $45 for the plumber to come out. (We didn't know it was leaking until it was inspected.) And the part was only $40 and he couldn't get a hold of Choice for 2 days to pay for it. So finally we just paid it since it was affordable. It would have been cheaper to call the plumber ourselves. Choice Home Warranty is a SCAM. This scenario has happened numerous times. I cannot wait until it expires so I can use another company.

I feel that your renewal process is WAY too aggressive. Entirely too many phone calls, emails. When I did call, I got the BS pitch "I can offer you this deal, but only right now, no call backs." I NEVER do business under that ploy - EVER. I needed to discuss this offer with my wife - our unbreakable policy - and I needed to change forms of payment, but did not have the card I needed with me - Well, that was too bad - now or never. This ploy immediately lost credibility due to an email I got that day which said "We want you back!" and offered the same rate, plus an additional 15% off. Bottom line, I like the warranty, but the sales/renewal process is terrible - 1950's era pressure pitch. I called the next day (today) got a more reasonable person, and renewed.

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable, he analyzed the problem and had the problem fixed in a few minutes. The furnace is working fine and my house is nice and warm. My wife and family are very happy. Spring is near. THANKS. God Bless.

This company makes claims about all the things they covered and when 2 of my major issues arose, (HVAC and water heater) I was told that it was not covered. Very disappointed. Read all your fine print!!

Air conditioner repair - Wonderful experience, excellent service from Edger ** the service tech, very professional and caring gentleman. Choice needs to recommend this guy as much as possible, he was outstanding. I’m a very satisfied customer! Glad to have Choice in my corner always.

The service was cordial and informative. He explained what happened and ways to prevent recurrence of the same problem. The back up was from the washer and as a precaution, the technician went through the main sewer line to clean out the line.

Great service and quick response to my problem. The local company came and quickly diagnosed my problem. Then Choice sent me an email and told me how much it would cover. It was very fair. Thank you. Will recommendation to all.
