I submitted a claim to repair both my washer and my oven and they were quick to reply with a vendor and appointment time. Customer service was great! The repair man was friendly and professional. The issue was resolved quickly.

Our A/C unit broke and we call for service. After a couple of days, Home Choice could not get us any company to come over to check our problem. They told me to get a company of my choice to check our problem and send in the report for a claim reimbursement process approval. So a couple of days after, we got a A/C tech and send in the report and got an approval to fix the unit. Today the unit was fixed.

The young man was very friendly and knew what I needed, and was able to give me the price range in which I could afford so thanks. I've been looking around from a home warranty with a few other companies but nothing came close to this price as well as the deductions which I can live with so I'm very very so happy.

I have only had two claims but both times they were approved, the companies that came to my house were professional and did great work. I have had no complaints thus far, and was happy to renew my policy again this year with Choice Home Warranty.

Pump failed and was tripping circuit breaker. Pump needed replacing. Repairman was a good communicator, prompt and efficient.... He replaced the pump and left the work area neat and clean. I would highly recommend both Choice Home Warranty and this service provider.

Bathroom was left with water standing behind toilet and also some in front of toilet plus floor was dirty. There was something black left on the toilet bowl that was not on it when they came. Toilet lid was dirty as was rim of bathtub. So who had to clean up their mess? I did. They also left job not done right. Toilet paper wouldn't even go down until it was flushed right, 3 times to be exact. The young man who came yesterday knew what was wrong the minute I told him. Thank God for someone who knew what he was doing. He took Kleenex and wiped up the few spots of water that were on toilet. Nice young man.

Technician was pleasant to communicate with and fixed the issue satisfactorily. I spoke to him about scheduling and he was responsive and accommodative. Problem has not recurred suggesting the work was done right. Claim was easy to enter and got a prompt reply. Thanks.

First claim in 2 years with your company. The company approved the technician’s recommendation to replace the microwave/oven combo unit, which caught on fire, but only offered $699 for a comparable unit I will have to pay just under $2,500.00 to replace. Ric **.

The CHW team assigned Appliance 911 to do the needed repairs. They were professional and courteous. The repairs were made in a timely fashion. I can't think of anything negative to say about the whole process. The team had the necessary repair parts on the truck. They masked up and tried to keep the correct social distance.

CHW pushes clients and vendors to use the awful online process to get things done. It is inefficient, ineffective, & not genuine. The experience is terrible for vendor and client. The focus you push clients that way is you save money but it doesn't work if the process and experience are not good.

I have NEVER had the experience I had with the service rep putting in the wrong service order like this one, 3 different times with 3 different reps I told them I needed a plumber and the work orders were written up for a washer??? Plumber made up for it, he was professional and got it done. Thank You.

The technician arrived earlier than expected. He was very professional. He diagnosed that the furnace needed a thermostat, the technician ordered a new one but I haven't heard from him or Choice Home Warranty of when it will arrive for installment.

After calling Sunday to make a appt with Choice Home Warranty and they not being able to process my request. I had to call again on a Monday to schedule the appt and was hold forever before having someone call me back. The technician came the next day and saw the problem with my oven and fixed it immediately.

The initial question dealt with the technician and he was great. I cannot say the same for your company. I have already written to find out how I can get the balance of my premium back. I am not interested in dealing with a country that hides behind "fine print" in their contract. I will be careful to steer people away from your company unless you fix my fridge.

So far everything is going smooth. I’ve submitted my claim and it was easy to do so. I got a very quick response and the technician is very friendly and accommodating. That is as far as I’ve gotten so far, no work has been done yet. But I’m confident that the last of the process will be just as good.

I had the service rep come to the house. After a couple days you said, "Congratulations Good News. Going to replace your ovens as cost for repair outweighs replacement." Not really good news for me. A replacement item will cost upwards of $4000. It is what it is.

Jon came out quickly and diagnosed our heat pump issue very quickly. And was able to fix on the spot so we could get our heat back on. Would recommend Myers heat and air to a friend for sure. Thank you for the quick response.

Extremely pleased with promptness of Choice and HVAC choice was excellent! I had an issue with hvac system and someone was scheduled to be there the next day. That’s excellent. Service technician was efficient and extremely knowledgeable. System running great now!!

I was able to call Home Choice and easily put in a claim for my broken furnace. They did the work for me in providing a HVAC repair service that came and fix the issue. Home Choice covered it. Great Service!

I called in claim for repair of wall heater on Monday and repairman came the next day. Excellent response and turn around time for the repair although the repair could not be made due to part not being available and unit not covered by my contract.

Great Service by Heating Company (Arktikos AC and Heating). Technician was quick to spot the issue with unit and replaced the failed sensor part and unit was working quickly after repairs. I was very pleased with the service and repairs.

Water Heater most common issue is that overtime Tank will rust and leak. Choice Home Warranty says they are not covered. This is their Excuse, "Please refer to our T's & C's Section D number 6." CHW is not responsible for Main, Holding or storage tanks. Even the common issue is not covered.
Choice Home Warranty provides home warranty service coverage on the systems and appliances listed as ‘INCLUDED’ under the terms of the User Agreement. We encourage all of our customers to review their coverage .

When I bought this program I was told when an appliance went out you would find someone to fix it or purchase a new one. You did neither. You said you would sent me a check for the wholesale price. I cannot buy wholesale. I have to give retail price so you do not tell the truth as a sales pitch. I will let others know.

I read up on this for a few weeks. On many of your competitors. You were rated the #1 company in this business. I had this service a few years ago then I dropped it. Cannot remember who. Now 75 and really need this type of service especially electrics, plumbing, Hvac. GIVE you guys an A+.

No AC. System wouldn't make contact. Needed to replace a compressor and a electrician needed to do some work. Both techs did a fine job. I was satisfied with the job they did. Now everything is working. Good job by all.

The service technicians were very professional and identified the problem quickly. They explained the issue with the home furnace. The part replacement was completed within two days. I would recommend the contracted heating company to anyone that needed furnace service.

It didn’t start off the best since I had an appt set for Friday 10/30 and no-show. I called to see if they were still coming and somehow it was scheduled incorrectly. I was able to reschedule that Monday and Ronnie was great! He was able to explain the issue thoroughly and made sure I was satisfied with his work. An important piece to point out is I could only pay via cash or check so it would have been nice to know that upfront from Choice Warranty since most vendors accept credit cards. Where your company falls short is almost everything is excluded from coverage in the warranty so only the bare minimum is actually coverage by Choice Warranty.

I submitted a claim for leaking and not flushing toilet. After the technician visit and recommendation a replacement was denied. I appealed and tried to contact the case manager assigned to discuss the issue and CHW has given me another person name. Not happy with this claim so far.

First service request as a new member. I was disappointed that with a Total Plan coverage I had to pay out-of-pocket for this service. The contractor was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I chose CHOICE because it rated at the top 5 home warranty company. I hope to have a more satisfying experience in the future.

The representative with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and willing to answer my many detailed questions. He looked things up for me, and offered me numerous discounts that made the service more affordable and attractive. I had been unable to speak with a representative when they made two calls the previous day and scheduled a call for the following day at a particular time. I was quite surprised and pleased to get a call at the scheduled time.

We requested someone come out and see why our A/C won't come on after a certain time in the evening. The gentleman that was sent was so kind and professional. He explained everything to me. Although my husband is convinced that something is actually wrong, he just needs to follow the instructions given as far as saving our compressor.

What a total rip off company!!! They couldn’t find me a repair company because it was the weekend...I 100% understand that. Monday morning I called CHW to discuss and was pushed to find my own repair shop and be reimbursed. I found a company that was at the house within an hour to assess and order parts. Now Choice Home Warranty is refusing to reimburse me!!! This is an awful business model and they should be ashamed of their actions!!! This situation was not my fault and I should not have to eat this bill!!!

I called Blue Water Climate Control (865-299-2290). When they came out I remembered the Choice Home Warranty. They stated that they were one of your businesses that you use. The young man that looked at my furnace said to contact you and see what happens. Choice Home Warranty did indeed respond immediately. I was so glad that I did purchase the warranty.

Technician was super informative, pleasant, and observed Covid restrictions. Sadly, the required work to fix the problem was not covered and was considered an "exclusion". I would recommend the technician again, but not your warranty as almost everything that needs repaired for various appliances is an "exclusion" and I could pay less for Angie's List to find reputable service. Your laundry list of exclusions makes your "warranty" obsolete when an actual problem has occurred.

It took a while for you to locate a repair man and then it took a while to schedule. The button to reverse the fan Was stuck. Not a major problem but one I could not take care of myself. The gentlemen were courteous and followed virus protocol.

Plumber, from Gene's Plumbing Services, found an issue that was the probable cause of our water pressure issue and also verified for us that the hot water heater was functioning properly. Left instructions for us in case anything went wrong.

The repairman called in the morning and actually arrived 3 hours earlier than his scheduled time which was great. He wore a mask however did not use booties to cover his shoes. He was polite and friendly and diagnosed our problem quickly.

Our technician was on time and very professional. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. The area was kept very clean. We used our dryer last night and it worked perfectly! Could not be happier. We appreciate that they came as soon as an appt opened and we also appreciate that during a pandemic they wore a mask and maintained social distance. I was told that the tech would be to the house between 7-11. We were waiting from 5-12pm. No one called, no one showed up. Door still does not operate???. We scheduled our entire day around this window so we would expect a new contact and the service fee to be waived. Thank you.

The response in getting me assigned to a vendor was very timely. I was referred to Mr. Smiths Home Repair. They were swift to come out and diagnose my problem. I was upset when I received your letter stating that my claim was not covered. However the repairman called Rheem and found out that the water heater was still under warranty. They took care of my problem. So thanks for referring me to Mr. Smiths.

I do not remember the name of the woman who assisted me but she was GREAT! She was very professional, courteous and knew what she was doing. She could not have done a better job as you cannot improve on 100%. I am aware that some coaches say to give 110% but that simply shows they failed math!

Your initial email said my appt was on the day after I entered request. It was reset twice, meaning I lost 2 days of work. That's unacceptable. And I believe it warrants a refund. I had no issue with the contractor that came out so he doesn't need to call me again. Had Choice not said for me to expect service the next day, I wouldn't have had to miss a day of work.

The main pump for my pool was not working properly. It has not been fixed, but the technician I am working with, is helping greatly. Additional problems have been identified as work is continuing, and the tech is working with Choice to get everything resolved, and get my pool working again.

Tim with the plumbing case extremely knowledgeable and helpful. However the other cases I have outstanding have been treated poorly. I have tried to call the case managers but do not EVER get a return call from CHW. Very frustrated.

The service was excellent. There wasn't any need to speak with a representative. I submitted my claim online, received an immediate response, my claim was submitted to a worker who arrived at 9am the next morning and repaired the damage. Excellent service.

I have your company already for my home warranty company. I had a technician come out to look at my garbage disposal over 2 weeks ago. He submitted the claim and has not heard anything back from anyone. I have tried calling several times and cannot get through. I have actually been hung up on several times after setting on hold for over 20 minutes. This is terrible customer service. And you think I'm going to refer any of my family or friends to this company. I knew it was a bad idea to re-sign with this company. I should of learned from the previous year of terrible service.

We called Home Choice Warranty to get service for our 6 yr old dishwasher. A case # was assigned and within 2 days an A&E service tech. was assigned and at our house. He spent 10 min reviewing the problem and submitted the results over the phone. There was some delay while Home Choice was making a decision on what to do, repair or replace. The decision was to replace the dishwasher, we were notified by home choice that evening as to what they were offering as a replacement value, which I declined.
Within 2 days a case manager called and she came back with an offer that I thought was very reasonable, we accepted. The entire process was handled quickly and very professionally, a check is on the way. Wow. Put my claim in on a Saturday and had a technician at my house Sunday morning. The technician diagnosed the problem and within ten minutes the claim was approved and my garage door was fixed. Great service that was done fast and technician was polite and got the job done quick.

Service Tech was 5 Star--Choice Home Warranty was barely 1 star. Seems to me my dad was simply scammed by Choice Home Warranty. CHW never fails to disappoint. Originally CHW talked my dad into their Premiere 3 year Plan for Vets with a Quarterly payment plan. CHW then proceeded to take money Monthly instead. I had to talk to supervisor to get them to credit him with the $60 service fee they originally agreed to. Customer service phoned dad 2 or 3 times a day for the first week enticing him to sign up to protect his investment in such things as his central AC system--and when he has a problem will not cover Repairs...

Just moved into new condo and had issue with faucet that would not shut off. Notified Choice online and was set up with plumber in fairly short time period. Plumber arrived on time, was competent and issue was fixed in one more visit. I am satisfied with Choice with this issue. I had a horrible experience with Choice Warranty. My A/C froze and it needed a new part, the part was under warranty and they said we had to pay $75 for processing. My A/C is above 2 years old. They would not approve the AC to be fixed unless we pay for the labor cost of $250.00 because they said that the part was Rusty. There was no rust on the part because it's a almost new AC. A supervisor finally call back and said we had to pay $100 of the labor cost. We had to wait another day to get it fixed. I wear a trach (I breathe through my neck) and I'm on oxygen, it was a bad experience, it took another day for them to approve and we had to pay half of the labor cost. This was so wrong that I cried and cried and cried.

The communication with Choice Home Warranty is horrible. My faucet was leaking and I called choice home warranty. The technician was really helpful but choice home warranty won’t cover the price of the faucet. I had to pay for the faucet and the $65 service fee. My heat was not working. Filed a claim. On Oct 31, 2020, the technician came to fix the problem. The night of October 31, 2020 my heat stopped working. The morning of Nov 1, 2020, I called Choice Warranty to attempt to have someone come out (it’s freezing in my home). No one answered though the website says Choice Home Warranty is 24 hours. I paid my service fee of $65 for nothing and now I have to pay for a company to come and repair the furnace since my warranty company is unavailable. Very dissatisfied.

It took several weeks to get it fixed. The first plumber never showed up. And Choice was having trouble finding plumbers. The plumber from New Age came by the day before to find out what he would need and came the next day and fixed the shower from leaking inside the wall.

Overall, I am very disappointed with this company. This is only the second time I have needed this warranty since we purchased it last July of 2019 and it did not work in our favor. Our refrigerator stopped working properly and we filed a claim. Mind you, the fridge was in perfect working condition when we moved in the home last January (2019) and when we spoke with the sales rep for CHW in July. The technician determined the fridge was failing and needed to be replaced. However, there was some light rust and corrosion, unknown to us, and CHW immediately denied our claim.
First off, how would anyone ever know their fridge had slight rust or corrosion after only living in their home just over a year? The main issue I have, is that during these unprecedented, difficult financial times, they didn't offer any assistance. I am a high school teacher raising a 17 month old baby on one salary. My wife was a Fire Fighter until we had the baby. Once COVID emerged last March, she has been sidelined at home. Not to mention, my teaching salary has been cut several hundred dollars due to the COVID fiasco. For CHW to know this, and not even offer any assistance whatsoever, is a serious red flag for me.
To claim that you pride yourself on customer service is a scam. With your "fine print", which I did not receive until after I paid for the warranty, your policy is a scam that ultimately prevents you from having to offer assistance if an "unknown pre-existing" condition is found. Again, I was asked if everything was in proper working condition when applying for the warranty and my answer was yes. When I tried to appeal the claim, the answer I received was just a flat "We're sorry". Given that so many people are struggling from the economical impact of COVID-19, and for CHW to offer zero assistance, does not scream customer service to me. Furthermore, I am worried for any future claims not being covered as we approach the winter season.
I am seriously questioning why I even have this warranty. I would have been better served to just save my money. Consequently, as of this review, I am not confident about renewing my warranty with this company and will be exploring other options. The last issue I had with this experience is that I received an email saying one person would be my dedicated case manager. Once I set up the call, I received another email hours later before the call that I would be speaking with an entirely different rep. While that is a minimal complaint, it just falls in line with every other experience to date.

I was just inquiring for information about home warranties on Google when all of a sudden I receive a call from Choice Home Warranty asking what I wanted and after I said I was just doing some preliminary evaluations he proceeded with his sales script, even though I told him to stop. He wouldn't shut up. I finally gave in and said OK and was told I would receive an email confirmation with policy within 15 minutes. I never received it.
The very next day I received another call from Choice Home Warranty soliciting for an Home Security System which I said I was not interested in and mentioned that I had not received my Home warranty policy. He said he would take care of that--which he did. After receiving the policy and reading through it and noting ALL of the exceptions and exclusions I realized this was not what I wanted. I immediately sent an email cancelling my policy but received another email stating that I had to call this 800 number to complete the cancellation. Of course this was the retention department!
After holding for 5 minutes I selected the callback feature and received that call within 5 minutes but was told I needed to talk to another department and was transferred and placed on hold for another 5 minutes. Finally got to talk to someone and instead of honoring my original request, they proceeded the sales pitch again. After reaffirming several times that I was sure I wanted to cancel they finally told me It was canceled and my first payment would be refunded. That's my story. Hope someone learns from my experience.

CHW did a very good job with their side of this claim. Unfortunately, the claim was mishandled by the original contractor in early September, and it set off a series of additional problems. CHW assigned a claims manager, Ms. **, who responded well to my needs and concerns. Unfortunately, the next contractor to be assigned was Sears. Their response time and effort to repair the washer was unacceptable, causing many delays and inconvenience to me, with no repair done. After almost two months of being without a washer I hired a private appliance repair man to repair the washer - cost to me - $325.00. The repair needed was a capacitor - a $40.00 part. I have sent this same update to Ms. ** as the claim is still open, and should be addressed with Sears.

Choice Home Warranty was the first policy I purchased. Reading the reviews I was hopeful that they would be able to fix any appliance when there was an emergency. My hot water heater started leaking in the middle of the night & was dripping through the ceiling into the master bedroom. The next day a technician was dispatched & correctly diagnosed that the heater required replacement. I had thought that this would be covered by the home warranty policy. The technician was told by Choice Home Warranty that they would not cover the costs. I immediately called Choice Home Warranty & was assigned a Case Manager. While I was waiting to hear from the Case Manager, the leak got worse & I had water literally flooding from my ceiling & now damaging walls, carpets, you name it!
I had to call another company last minute to attend to the issue. Choice Home Warranty claimed the replacement of a water heater is an "exclusion". The technician went on to advise me that Choice Home Warranty has the worst policy for exclusions & the Company is the worst in the industry regards paying for repairs. I learnt this the hard way. He advised that American Home Shield was the best in his opinion but also said that these home warranty policies are a waste of money as none are prepared to pay when repairs are required beyond a simple 5 minute fix! Lesson learnt & goes without saying that I cancelled my policy with Choice Home Warranty.

The technician from GT was great. He worked very hard to resolve the issue. The stoppage was pretty hard and was in a weird spot in the drain pipe behind the hot water heater. It was difficult to get to. He was a rock star getting back there and dislodging it. He explained everything that he did. And he was super friendly.

I was able to get an appointment to have someone look at my furnace the next day. The technician showed up at the designated time and fixed my furnace.

Miles took the time to explain different coverage and additional add one. He answered, patiently, all of my questions, my husband's questions and even my in-law's (who live with us) questions. He stayed on the line when we placed him on hold, and always had a solid positive attitude. He was upfront about cost, service calls, and claims. All around great experience. Again Choice Home Warranty denied coverage. Had a leak in shower handle cartridge caused by wear and tear. Their initial contractor did nothing saying all seemed fine. 2 weeks later we had water leaking through our 1st floor ceiling coming from the bathroom above. We called in our own plumber on an emergency basis and he shut off the water supply to the shower, ordered the necessary parts and completed the repair a week later. CHW refused to reimburse us for the repair stating the failure was caused by corrosion. What a sham of a company. Awful experience from them again.

After filing the claim online, I was quickly notified and an appt. was scheduled with a local plumber. On the day of the appt, the plumber who showed up was polite and efficient. In approximately 1 hour, he inspected the garbage disposal unit and replaced it with a new unit. His workmanship was very good.

The tech sent to our house had our central air unit up and running in about 1 1/2 hours. Only cost to us was the 65.00 service fee. Was able to close gap in delivery system partially. Tech was not able to close it completely, but enough to get the heating working correctly. He was able to do it within an hour, and now the rooms feel quite a bit more comfortable.

The sales agent was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I remembered him from when I spoke to him some weeks ago and finally decided today to sign up with the company. I actually was able to get him on the phone again when I asked for him. Choice Home Warranty is the worst home warranty company I've ever used. They refused to accept the first technician's diagnosis about a broken AC unit and required a second opinion. They then would not accept the second technician's diagnosis and closed the claim with no resolution and no follow up with me. I called in at least 4-5 times to ask for an update and to speak to a manager over the two month period the claim was open - no one called me back. Incredibly unprofessional staff and no actual warranty coverage. Might as well throw your money away.

Refrigerator issues, and will not be completed until November 11th. Until the works completed I can not give a full rating. The tech came on time looked at the frig. Noted the parts needed. Called his boss to find out if he can order the parts to fix the frig. Then we talked about the time it would take to get the parts. And then he told us when he could come back. Nov. 11th.

I bought a Choice Home warranty a few months back because my systems were becoming old and felt it would be good protection. So far I have had two claims and both denied. The last was denied before the technician ever left my house. They said that the system was not covered however they did not tell me that prior to sending out a tech so I have to pay $85 just to be told it was not covered. This is a total rip off!

Extremely dissatisfied that you sent 2 companies to my house to say the exact same thing. It’s still not fixed! Rethinking my decision to cancel my previous home warranty and signing up with Choice. The 2nd company has since called to reschedule. It’s not fair to the first company, that they didn’t get a chance to fix it!!

The technician came over a looked over the furnace which I was told needed a part replaced. He ordered the part and replaced it. Also had the dishwasher looked at which was already pretty old, was told they were going to replace it.

I have no problem with Choice Warranty program, problem was I had to go rent a refrigerator at RAC because Sears could not get to me for 10 days. The original email from Choice said I would pay a $45 co-pay, but the day before arrival I received a revision saying it would be $60. Fortunately when Sears got here he was only told to collect the $45. The Sears Tech was great and able to solve the Refrig problem when he was here by simply resetting the Refrig computer.

The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars in rating my experience is: In my opinion it shouldn’t have had to go to a Case Manager for repair/resolution. After 4 times paying $45 all I got fixed was the electrical problem. The plumbers who came said there's nothing leaking so nothing to fix. This is maddening. Nothing like trying to take care of a customer's problems. I will NEVER renew my contract. I ended up sickeningly frustrated with you all (except the electrician).

After the plumber couldn't fix the problem, Darrell showed up an electrician. He was an awesome surprise! He is definitely social, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything and I had hot water within minutes after he left! I finally was able to wash my dishes and take a hot shower. Cold showers did not make me happy!!!!

When I bought the policy AND when I filed a claim, NOWHERE was it mentioned or stated that if there is a gas stove that is also used for heat, that is not covered on the policy. This would have been nice to know in the beginning. Not completely happy with CHW. The technician was very knowledgeable and we paid him to fix our gas heater stove.

This is my first experience with Choice - I had HSA for the last 5 years and they were terrible to deal with. I spent hours on the phone with HSA trying to get my issues resolved. I have two homes covered with Choice and this was my first request - a dishwasher not working. Submitted my claim online, an appointment was scheduled within 2 days. The parts ordered and the next appointment is scheduled. No hassle, no arguments - just getting the problem resolved. So happy I made the switch from HSA to Choice!

This was the first time we had to use our Choice plan, we picked it up because we are selling our home and wanted to add this for new owners and to make our sale more attractive to buyers. 3 months in and before we sold We had a problem with water accumulating and freezing at bottom of freezer section of our refrigerator and also our ice/water dispenser was not working correctly. We called and got assigned a repair company to come out the next day, only when we looked up that company it had poor reviews and could not reach them by phone. We called Choice back and they switched us to another company which also came the next day and sent the nicest repairman who diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and ordered the dispenser part and will come back to install. We are very pleased with this repair thank you.

Very loud and wasn't washing properly. Within 2 days a technician was scheduled. He called first, identified himself and arrived on time. He made diagnosis, called it in. This was Friday afternoon. By Tuesday, CHW had approved the repair and I am just waiting on parts. Process was orderly, timely, professional. Technician was knowledgeable and professional. Was very easy to contact CHW on website and received prompt replies.

Unfortunately I have had 2 claims & both were denied. In my opinion what they choose to repair/replace is unfair & ridiculous what they will not repair/replace. In my opinion they charge you monthly and not really trying to help you. At this moment in time I cannot recommend them.

Service was provided expeditiously. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was pretty old, and the required part was not readily available. The service contractor (Sears) is looking for the part. As soon as the part is located, the service contractor has promised to schedule another visit by a technician.

I am totally disappointed in the lack of communication and the denial of our claim. We have been out of air conditioning for around 2 weeks just be told by the servicing company that our claim was denied. The explanation given on the email makes no sense to us at all.

Call was answered right away even at 11pm in the evening. Repair man at my door the next morning to take care of the situation. Going to add that it got down to 38 degrees in my house when my heater went out but thanks to Choice Home Warranty it got taken care of just like that. The associate was very pleasant and patient. He was descriptive of the services provided and he offered the best deal available. The fees seem competitive with other plans and it came highly recommended by Consumer Reports. It was also rated highest when I researched all of the home warranty companies that provided service in my area. Also, the enrollment was quick and easy. Called in on a Monday and the job was complete on Tuesday. The company they sent out kept me well informed on what time the technicians would be arriving so that I could stay at work. Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly.
