Was online and as soon as I listed my number they called immediately. That was a tad scary to know that you are, looking before it's all find in they called. I chose the plan full plan. Now waiting to get confirmation or policy.

I received a call from Mark after looking into home warranty companies on the net. He answered my questions and was personable and professional. Then I received a follow-up call checking to see if I received the email of my contract. I appreciated this because it ended up in my junk file. So far so good.

Our technician was fabulous - I would like to give him a “10.” Choice left me hanging the appointment was between 3 and 8. That’s a long time to ask someone to wait at home. But then they never showed up, not an email nor a phone call. Extremely rude and disappointing on Choice's part! But technician was excellent!

He was early, and got right to it. It was fixed and back going in less than an hour! This was fantastic service with a friendly worker. I would highly recommend them for plumbing needs in the future. If you need something done, Final Touch are the people to call for plumbing needs in the future.

Bustamante door technician provided excellent customer service and was very quick in fixing the issue. For his promptness, customer experience and understanding and solving the problem so quickly I give him 10/10. I would strong recommend him to other customers facing issues with the garage.

It was determine that it was more cost effective to replace the dishwasher. The determination was made within hours of the technician reported to CHW. Received an email and phone call informing me of the monies offered for a replacement. Accepted the monies and purchased a new dishwasher.

The heat would not come on but the fan would come on. The technician replaced the thermostat and now it works. I am very pleased with Choice Warranty. The address was at the home our daughter lives in but we have the Warranty on the house.

I filed my first claim this week and had a great experience with both Choice and the technician that was sent out. He was on time and stayed in touch with me letting me know exactly what was going on. I would recommend both Choice and the technician who came out.

I have already responded to your “choice” of handling my service call. Your so called choice IS a breach of contract. The technician did a good job, and did his best to clean and adjust the two thermostats. We are going to try this fix. If it’s not to our satisfaction, you will fix or replace my water heater. If you can’t honor our contract, you WILL refund my money, I will take my business elsewhere. If that happens, I will spread the word about how you, hound a customer until they sign and pay for a contract, then won’t honor it.

Not only did you falsely claim the cost of repair was higher than replacing my refrigerator (it was not repairable) the money you sent me to replace it was outrageous. I will never renew my 4 policies or refer my Realtor clients to you. Your manager agreed yet said that $700 was the best he could do. This is nonsense. The new unit I bought was $2,100.

I was interested when I saw your information on Facebook so was filling out the app when I received a call from Leon. He was very clear and answered any questions but I wanted some time for us to review it more completely. Then I called back Charlie ** later in the day and he was equally helpful and we signed up for the 3 year program. In the meantime I talked with one of our sons and our daughter. They were impressed too so you may hear from them also. We had a Home Warranty when we first moved here but was not completely happy with their program and stopped it. Yours did appear to be more to our comfort level, price wise, etc. Thanks..

It was difficult to get the service provider to confirm a date and time to service the repair. The service was good when the appointment was finally scheduled. It would be easier if the provider schedules appointment with first call rather than after several calls.

I called you and the same day someone came to look at the stove. He declared it dead, cost too much to fix. I was given one price but refused. My son and I went looking for a stove and found one. Though it is not as nice as the original one and you did not pay for the whole stove, I am still happy with the service I receive when I call. Everyone is really nice there and helpful. Could not ask for anything better I dont think.

I will never ever recommend this company to anybody.... I was told this was NOT an emergency... Almost 1 week NO hot water... Plumber that was given order NEVER called or showed up.... From customer service to Kelly in office this company will not be getting my business for much longer.... Very disgusting and dissatisfied.

A serviceman from A & C Heating & Cooling found the problem was the thermostat. It took him about 10 minutes to discover the problem and maybe 15-20 to remove the old and install a new one. He wasted no time fixing the problem and then gave clear summary of what he'd found and what he'd done to resolve the problem.

Just purchased policy - rates were extremely competitive and company is rated number one with Consumer Reports. Offered multiple options to further reduce price but with no pressure by sales rep to pick one or another. Chose the best option for me and we were done.

TJS Enterprise - They came on time and respectfully wore masks and shoe slippers. They fixed the toilet and the kitchen sink and left me with some suggestions to avoid problems in the future. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone else with plumbing problems.

James was the best plumber I have ever had do work for me. He was professional, clean and covid protected. And not to mention a very nice young man. I never witnessed a plumber working so clean on a toilet stoppage. He left the bathroom cleaner then before. I highly recommend him.

Jake contacted me on November 5 about renewing my contract that was expiring soon. I told him at the time that it didn’t expire till April but he said, "No. It expired in November." He convinced me to take it out for six years, which I did but now looking at the contract it says it doesn’t expire till April 12 of 2021. This was a lot of money to put out six months ahead of time. I feel like I was misled on this. I have emailed Jake and waiting for his response.

I received an email indicating my time was 3-8. This was great as I don't get off work until 2. The morning of I received an email around 10 am indicating my time was noon-2 and needed to confirm by 9 or would be cancelled. The time on it was 4 something the day before but I did not receive it until the next morning. I called and explained I don't get off until 2 and could be there by 2:30. The gal on the phone indicated she would put a note on my file. Her tone of voice was not at all friendly. I then received the email around 12:45 indicating the technician was on his way and if no one was home the visit would be cancelled, that this was the time reserved for me. I left my office and was home by 1:05. I emailed at that time to let them know I was home.
Sometime after 2 I called to see if he was on his way. She advised he was, was coming from Leavenworth. He got there around 2:30. If the email had indicated he was coming from Leavenworth or even a ball park on the time, I would not have had to leave my work early. It would be very helpful if when notifying the technician is on the way, if an approximate time and or the location he is coming from would be included.

We had a serious water heater gas leak for which it took 5 days to get service and then they missed appointment until following day. This type of service is totally unacceptable. As a result we are considering canceling our coverage because we have had past claims issues as well.

We had a leak under our sink in our bathroom. This was our first occurrence since purchasing a home warranty with Choice and we couldn't be more satisfied with their response in getting our problem resolved. They were very quick to get someone here to get the problem fixed and although the plumber had to come back a second time to get it repaired they were very responsive and courteous. We would highly recommend Choice to anyone considering purchasing a home warranty.

I cannot do that because nothing has been done other than insulting me with a check for 169.99 for an item that to replace is costing me almost $900.00 and also the service charge is supposed to be 65.00 and I was charged 85.00. What's up with that? So before you come to me with contract items. PLEASE CANCEL MY INSURANCE. YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN 1008.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT and you are no longer authorized to take out the second payment. So cancel my insurance immediately. Your advertisement is misleading!

I paid $60 yesterday for absolutely nothing. Just to be told I have to wait 2/3 days to see if Choice approves me a new faucet. After paying $45 dollars a month for years and $60 for a service call why do I have to pay to replace a leaky faucet? All the money you have from me and this is how I'm treated!! It's a shame....

Request for Service Call was confirmed almost immediately. Then, call was received by the Servicing company within 5 minutes. Service was provided on the same day within just a few hours of service request. Provider called when he was thirty minutes out. He was knowledgeable and discovered the issue almost immediately. Made the necessary adjustment and completed the service. This was the first time we had used Choice Home Warranty and was impressed with both CHW as well as Aaron Garage Door Co.

Microwave was inoperative so Choice Home Warranty sent Professional Appliance to check why it wasn’t working. They found 2 parts defective. Choice Home Warranty elected to replace the microwave by offering a sum of money sufficient for a replacement that’s comparable to the one broken. We are completely satisfied with the outcome on both Choice Home Warranty and Professional Appliance.

I am not pleased with the service I received. I made a claim over 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my refrigerator to be repaired. I had to change technicians because the first one said they were coming for 3 days straight. Never called when he didn't show up. Very disappointed.

We had a leaking sink. Tech could not replace the hose in the faucet but offered an upgrade which was just what I wanted. The only complaint is he took the old faucet with him. It only had a bad hose which I could have replaced later by contacting Moen. Tech was courteous and knowledgeable and did a good job though.

Claim denied for a covered item. Technician identified a faulty switch but repairs were denied when he called Choice Warranty for approval. I am appealing denial of claim but have to wait a week to talk with someone.

Placed a claim online. Within 24 hours I received a claim acknowledgement and a claim number. I also received the name and phone number of the contractor to do the repair. I also received a time window and date for the repair. That time will not work for me so I will have to reschedule the repair. So far Choice Home Warranty has been prompt with their customer service, but I cannot comment on the repair yet because it has not been completed. The delay in completing is caused by me needing to reschedule, so I cannot fault Choice Home Warranty or the chosen contractor for the delay. So far I am happy and have no complaints.

We were alright with the process. We purchased the warranty. However, we did not appreciate the HARD upsell to 5 years and after saying "no". We were kept on the phone longer as Rep REPEATEDLY pitched- against our protestations- the 3 year. We almost cancelled the order.

Shortly after I contacted CHW on Monday, 11/16, I received a call from Youngs Water & Sewer to advise that they would be at my home on Wednesday, 11/18. They called the next day to say they had an emergency and would be over on Thursday, 11/19. They kept me informed of when they would be here which I thought was very helpful and professional. So at this time the work is scheduled to be done tomorrow.

The automated description choices provided for customers and techs to use to explain claims are tailored to make legitimate claims fall under exclusions. There is frequently no choice available to accurately describe the condition thus forcing the use of descriptions that are inaccurate or only somewhat applicable. Technician came out diagnosed the problem as a switch: told me it will be here on Monday (7 days). I call the local V&V Appliance parts and service business and they said they have 100 of these parts in stock. This place is 5 minutes from my house. I can have my washer fixed days sooner; I don't understand why I have to wait 6 days for a part when it's here locally.

I have been a Choice warranty customer for four years. They are great. I submitted a claim for a broken ceiling fan Monday afternoon. By Tuesday morning the repairman was installing my new fan. The tech was friendly and professional. He checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left.

I’m being harassed & not being provided services per the company’s promise! I’ve been given the run-around since April 2020 for a claim that Choice has consistently, intentionally failed to cover! Choice has ZERO issues with pulling payments each month, but they have 1000% intentions of paying claims!!! I’ve provided all that I could possibly provide for reimbursement, but Choice continues to seek ways to prevent them from paying the claim! Each time something is requested, it’s provided—-and upon providing whatever Choice requested multiple times, it only leads to them asking for the same information redundantly again—-or even more nonsense!
I’m severely upset and offended and pissed! Choice Warranty will do whatever it takes to avoid them paying reimbursement or paying for a claim!! After SEVERAL MONTHS of no technician being provided to diagnose my plumbing issue (initially reported in April 2020) & it’s now November 19, 2020, and since Choice Warranty could NEVER get a reliable technician to my home, I decided to try the reimbursement route. Big. Mistake! You’d think since they dropped the ball after SEVERAL months, almost 7 months to be exact, that Choice Warranty would be more considerate of their failure to provide services & reimburse me, as a very patient customer, without harassment AND EXPEDITIOUSLY!!! I’m beyond livid!!!!

So glad this is not an emergency - still waiting for contractor to reschedule appt and replied back to my message. There seems almost every time I put in a request which is often, there is a problem with CHW contractors. I did have few good plumbers contractors. These problems were before COVID started. Customer service staff are good and helpful. CHW need to screen the contractors.
In a recent review of your claim, our records show that an appointment has been scheduled for Friday November 20th, 2020 between the hours of 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM.

Technician was assigned within reasonable time, Tech was able to check the appliance during a late hour within the assigned timeslot, who recommended replacement of the appliance. Slow to respond since then, have to call the company myself for further steps after filing the claim and resolution of the claim. Finally the claim was resolved within the acceptable terms.

Had a water leak behind the refrigerator and the tech that was dispatched had no problems fixing the issue in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend the tech and company again. They had great communication and were very professional with the calls before and after the job was completed.

Dryer would not heat, started claim and received the reimbursement option. Dryer was fixed the same day. I had a question regarding the claim and sent an email to Choice, received a call within an hour and they handled everything wonderfully.

Washer stop working when it goes into the Rinse cycle. All the lights are light up and the only way to reset everything is to unplug power and power back up. The rinse cycle may run again for a few minutes and then it will stop. Need to redo the power procedure again and bypass rinse cycle and manually go into spin cycle. Washing Machine requires constant attention when it goes into Rinse cycle.

Unfortunately upon moving into our new home we have had three things pop up and each time the technician showed up promptly and helped us fix the problem. The $65 dollar charge is relatively little to pay when you have just moved in and things keep popping up. Great service, would recommend to anyone purchasing an older home.

Updated on 11/21/2020: Although my issue still exists, I was very pleased with the professional who came to my home to address that issue. Joe with Rescue Rooter Pro was very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me and answer the many questions I asked. He worked diligently for a couple hours trying to rectify my problem; but since that method was unsuccessful, he will try another option to hopefully resolve this problem.
Original Review: When initially making a claim, I selected Plumbing System because that is where the option of "toilet not flushing" was located. The claim was filed with Certified Plumbing and when I spoke with them, I was told they do not address the issues I reported having. Certified told me they would contact Choice and suggest that another company/contractor should be contacted to address my issues.
When I did not receive another email from Choice after a few hours, I returned to the website to Track the Claim only to see there was no update to my claim as per the conversation I had with Certified. I submitted a question to Choice first explaining my conversation with Certified, then asking whether I should file another claim or if Choice would update the initial claim by forwarding it to another contractor. I later checked my email to learn that Choice cancelled the initial claim based on my question about what I should do.
I guess I was confused by the categories (Plumbing System vs Plumbing Stoppage) because the option I needed (toilet not flushing) was located under the category that the company my claim was sent to does not address. I'll see what happens with the next claim where I selected Plumbing Stoppage and had to select the "tub won't drain" option although the toilet still does not flush. Thank You.

CHW determined it was more cost effective to cash settle this rather than repair; however, the cash settlement was SIGNIFICANTLY less than our cost to replace a like appliance. Case Manager Nicole ultimately upped the settlement but still not to replacement cost. She advised they didn't have to replace like for like but just get us enough for a basic stove. Under protest we accepted the offer and had to put out more money to get a decent stove. After all of that, it was 2 months before they sent the check and then only after several phone calls. Very dissatisfied with this claim handler.

Well when I looked up your company online before I was even finish looking at your site a member of the sales team was calling me to give me info about the company. Yet when I put in a claim I can't get anyone on the phone that can help me. Choice sent this company to my house on 11/11/20. I waited for over an hour for someone to approve the repairs. Finally Choice set the repair man a text saying that the job had been reassigned. And y'all set me one saying that the plumber couldn't find a problem. I purchased this warranty before I moved in new house. After around 2 months since I moved in, heater was not working even raised temp on thermostat. This heater was working well during the home inspection before closing. Choice warranty refused to repair it with excuse of "The furnace flue was improperly installed with an additional T". The technician dispatched by Choice diagnosed the problem was caused by normal wear and tear.
As Choice insisted the cause was improper flue installation, I invited another technician from one of a renowned HVAC company. He said the heater was 15 years old system and the problem is caused by aging. But the case manager from Choice still refused to cover the repair cost because its policy, "We are not responsible for repairs related to inadequacy, lack of capacity, improper installation, mismatched systems, oversized systems, undersized systems, previous repair or design, manufacturer’s defect, and any modification to the system or appliance."
This restrict was not explained or provided before I purchased this warranty and I could not accept the flue installed with an additional T caused this problem because this heater was used for long time as it was, according to previous homeowner. If they refuse to provide proper service with all kind of excuses, why I should buy extra warranty for HVAC and appliances? When I asked cancel my policy and refund, they took a $50 cancellation fee and 2 months premium ($80). I do not trust Choice at all. I only spent $130 and $75 for technician visit without any help from Choice.

This company is the essence of bad customer service, even when purchasing their most expensive coverage. They will offer you a laughable amount of money for replacement, who can purchase an oven for 349$ so then after 3 weeks of trying to get a call back 399$ still not enough to replace an oven, then final offer, 499$. This is suppose to replace a Maytag oven that exploded?!
There is nowhere you can get an oven replaced, delivered, installed, and the oven that literally blew up and injured me out of my kitchen. Customer service is rude. Insulting. Sexist, one gentleman named Raymond told me "he needs to get me educated on how their company works" "and all the information I had been given in the past 3 weeks was false." Condescending. Everything you are being told is excuses and blame. There is a huge circle of excuses and blame.
They also like to hang up on you when you've caught them spewing nonsense and excuses that make no sense. I asked for a supervisor 9 times and that's what it took for the case manager to finally contact me. I have yet to be contacted by any supervisor. My case manager told me she doesn't have access to a voice-mail which is why my call are not being returned. This is also her direct line? UNACCEPTABLE! UNBELIEVABLE! I will say the lady whom I canceled my policy with was kind. She did everything to try and save the policy and was very apologetic, but enough is enough, I'm going to take the money from the canceled policy and buy an oven.

We started the first clam at the end of June. When we finally thought it was resolved it had taken so long that a new claim number had to be issued and we had to start all over again. It's mid-November and we are still fighting the claim and paying for the work out of our own pockets. What a joke! The final claim shown is for our furnace. It started end of September, again we are in mid-November. We have had below zero temps and after 17 phone calls and complaints FINALLY we are getting the work done today!

I have been with this company for 2 years and have never filed a claim. My water heater began to form a small leak so I finally put in a claim. They sent a plumber out and the plumber decided the heater needed to be replaced. Upon submitting this information - Choice Home Warranty informed me they do not cover water heaters even though it says on the contract and shows a water heater on their website. Avoid them at all costs!!

There was a strong smell of burning wire in the master bedroom. Choice Home Warranty scheduled the electrician for the next week. We called the electrician and requested to come ASAP to locate the source as it is a fire hazard. The electrician came quickly upon request and located the faulty plug and replaced it.

Our AC unit only runs for 10 minutes at a time until it shuts off and we were told by CHOICE HOME WARRANTY until it stops running it is not covered. So they expect us to go out every 10 minutes and reset the breaker. The excuse the use it that this is not normal "wear and tear", our unit is 14 years old, how can it not be normal wear and tear? The wires are thinning out and creating a ground short. Very poor coverage, and there is no appeal process, they just deny the claim and that is that. I sent in 2 different diagnosis of the problem, and they refused to accept the facts. One loophole "they found" in the coverage releases them from liability. Not right!!! That is not the way business is done. Don't choose... Choice.

CHW sent me vendors that constantly say that the part I need is on backorder. I've been waiting for 2 months for a part for my basic oven. When I call customer service, they have not been helpful. They just repeat back the information I know: the part is on backorder. we've contacted the vendor and they plan to call. But I still don't receive a call. When placed on hold, they hung up and did not call back. I plan to cancel my service.

This time you told the tech that the part is not covered by the warranty because it should be covered by the manufacturer on a 3 year old dishwasher. I feel that the person who took my claim info on phone was not knowledgeable at all, he kept asking questions and I told him I was not sure what he needed. We had water under one of the sinks and I could not tell where it came from. He kept asking stoppage or leakage. I did not know. Took days to get serviceman and it was an A/C company that does some plumbing. He did not find where it came from, so I paid $45 for a A/C repairman who could not diagnosis the problem. Serviceman was very nice.

I was driving home and he offered to wait for me and not go to his next call. He was very informative and polite. I received an email indicating a 5pm arrival time. When no one arrived, I contacted the repairman and learned that his GPS directions had taken him to a completely different city, and he was still at least an hour away from my home and actually arrived at 7pm. He noted the broken upper door latch actuator and performed no other inspection or test. In fact, I had previously unplugged the unit, so there was no way that he could have determined that a power failure had occurred or caused the damage to the actuator. In fact, since it is a plastic part, a power surge would not have caused part to break.
He further informed me that he would need to order the new actuator and would return at a later date to install it. It was impossible to have determined that a power failure had even occurred, much less cause a part to actually break. NOTE the attached photo showing broken upper latch versus unbroken lower latch. After agreeing to prepay for a five year coverage period at a cost of over $2000.00. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with CHOICE HOME Warranty.

This is the same toilet that was "Rigged" not fixed in march 2020; had no response from you at the time when I said it was not fixed; only rigged. Jeff of Knight Plumbing of Kyle also did not fix but did replace a much better repair than the wiring that was done in march. I paid the $65 labor cost to knight plumbing but feel you should reimburse me as the toilet was not fixed in march. Jeff took the time to explain the problem and show me his better way to repair so that I no longer have a flushing problem.

The technician was a no show no call on the day he was scheduled. He did call me the next day and came right over. He was friendly and did good work replacing a fuse and cleaning out the exhaust vent.

The technician was prompt, although he was not wearing a mask. He was able to remove and reset the GFCI without replacing it, stating that maybe a piece of debris behind the wall had kept it from resetting. I asked him if he could go ahead and replace it, since GFCI outlets are known to wear out after a decade, and this one is 13 years old. He said he could not without Choice’s authorization, and he was unable to get through on the phone to Choice. I suppose I am happy for now, but if the GFCI trips again and does need to be replaced, I hope not to have to pay the $65 again.

The technician arrived earlier than expected. He was very nice, prompt and courteous. He replaced both washing machine hoses and adjusted/loosened both cold and hot faucets which run the water from the wall to the washer. I am very pleased with his work. Well job done! Thank you again.

No pressure at the shower valve. CHW send the plumber to check. The plumber said to replace the valve. CHW do not like the plumber answer, they send another plumber. The plumber said something restrict the valve. CHW won't replace the valve because it's not from wear and tear. The valve restrict is from wear and tear.

After yearly check of heating/cooling systems, we were told 1 of the AC units not working well. CHW sent someone out the next day, He said it needed Freon and even tho unit is @ 30 yrs old, it does still work. He admitted, as did the 1st guy, it’s smarter to replace it b/c of its age but CHW won’t do that while it still works.

We bought a new home and needed our locks rekeyed. The process was convenient and easy. The locksmith was able to come the next day. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very polite and professional. The service saved us almost $100 if we would have gotten the house rekeyed ourselves.

Technician was excellent. Punctual and efficient. But I am extremely disappointed because my claim was rejected. If future visits are needed to fix the unit I will probably end up with more rejected claims. I am considering very seriously to cancel my contract.

Don't waste your money. Had a appointment no show. Then another they show and said $300. So you pay for coverage you don't really get. They said my dishwasher went out 2 days before my coverage started. This is after they have taken out 2 months in a row of payments.

Our overall experience with Choice was horrible!! The ONLY exception was ONE representative I spoke with named Richard! He was polite, courteous and professional and really seemed to care. All you other reps should be fired! Either foreigners that are very difficult to understand and talk like robots. The process has been insane and unacceptably slow!!!! Lies told to me AND your vendors by representatives. Zero attention to detail!! Your company and most representatives have made it clear that we have no reason to keep Choice as our home warranty!!

I had a lack of heat in my condo and I contacted Home Warranty. They fixed me up with First Class Air LLC the next day. The tech came out, his name was Weston, very professional and diagnosed the problem within fifteen minutes. He came back the next day with the part needed and installed it on my water heater. I recommend him and the company for the excellent service received.

They responded and dispatched a repairman to my house and my garbage disposal was inoperative and Choice Warranty authorized a new replacement. Choice Warranty is Outstanding. I like the pulldown menu in your service request system. It makes sense to me to give the technician information before their arrival. I also like that maintenance is an option for heating system. The technician called to say he was in the area and asked if he could come early. We appreciated that. He diagnosed the problem well. He did a good job. I was a bit surprised that the service company didn’t contact me by phone or text to confirm the appointment.

The technician was able to locate the source of the leak and fix it. The leak was not easy to find so he blocked off the water flow and put pressure on the line to force the leak to be seen. He explained the troubleshooting process.

I was pleased with service. From call to final repair was 1 week. Not too bad. If it was summer it would have been a little long but temperatures have been mild so not having a/c for week was ok. Not ideal but we survived. Repair company was very nice. Reported problem on Friday. Repair company came on Monday. It was next Friday before Choice approved repairs and repair company came and fixed a/c. Repair only took 10 minutes and could have been completed on Monday but choice must confirm repair after diagnosis but not a bad experience.

I will not renew with this company. Needed ductwork fixed but they find a loophole in everything so they don't have to pay for the repair. Of course a 15 year old house is going to have some problems and you would think you are paying for a service that will help you. Won't fall for this ever again. Not satisfied with Choice!!! Will go with another company.

The job has not been completed yet but so far so good. The initial service call went well. The technician came out and immediately discovered what needed to happen. Thus resulting in the parts being approved and ordered. We are now waiting on parts to arrive and a date has already been scheduled for repair. Everything thus far has been very pleasant and I am very pleased with the service.

Getting a washer repair tech went quickly after initial request but acquired one from Seneca Micronics. Was a no show after numerous contacts even after rep from CHW had to leave messages. They never contacted me back so CHW has given some other options. Will see how it goes.

I was very pleased with Adam on the initial visit. You sent me a repair date and time Nov 13 1100-1500. No one showed. I sent a text to number listed. The technician never received notification of today’s appointment. Therefore I lost a day of work. I am an independent contractor and lost my income for today. I am happy with technician and have rescheduled. He said he will support that he never received the work order.

Terrible! Stay away! Won't fix anything! Called on 4 separate occasions, they will charge you $65 service fee each time and tell you it's not covered! When you cancel them, they will continually hang up on you and keep charging you. Took me 5 months for them to actually cancel and my bank won't reimburse me any of the money because Choice Scam Warranty won't accept my cancellation!

Replaced flange on toilet and resealed. Fixed drainage issues and stopper problem in bathroom sinks. Everything works well now.. So this person was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Knew what to do. My only issue is what I had to pay to get the work completed. I need the work complete so I could invite folks for dinner on Thanksgiving.

The cost of fixing my washing machine would have been about 225. You said it was too expensive to be fixed. You offered 299. If I take away the repairman's 60 dollars I got 239 for my machine which was worth more than that. I took the offer and then regretted it.

I called Choice to follow up on a promotion I received through my e-mail. At first, Jason, my customer service agent, was nice but then as soon as he started offering other plans and I told him I just couldn't afford to do those at this time he became very pushy and rude. When I simply told him I just can't do those plans right now and that I just want to do the one year plan to start. He again pushed me into why I can't do these additional plans. I then said, "Well I just can't do them at this time and that I don't have to follow through with completing this sale (because he became so pushy and rude)." He told "Well that one year is already done". As if he already got my money and I had no choice but to move forward. I am very dissatisfied with my first experience with Choice and really wish I hadn't gone through with the promotion I received. I am going to think about it and may just cancel the service before it kicks in. Very bad experience.

I have been given three (3) scheduled appointments to have the problem repaired and three times the contractors have been no shows and when I finally called Choice the last time I was asked to wait a few hours and they (choice) would contact the contractor and call me back with an update which hasn't happened in the past 3 days. I get that excuse that it's because of this virus but I happen to know there are many plumbers begging for work in this city. So please tell what the real problem is. I know my monthly payments are never late so why can't I get the service that you advertise all over my damn TV??

The technician who came to my house was awesome. He was able to identify the problem in a short amount of time and communicate the issue with me. Truthfully, I was just thinking yesterday about how professional and great he was! The only problem I had was that Choice decided to give me money towards a new dishwasher as repair would cost more, but the value they give you wouldn’t even cover the most basic of dishwashers.

We had to wait over a week before someone came to fix the machine. That is unacceptable. I sell real estate and had to choose a company for a sale this week do you think I was going to choose Choice When I was so upset about the service I received. I don’t think so. Filed a claim on a Friday morning to Choice, they email me around 4 in the afternoon that a repairman was assigned who was coming from 65 miles away to us and I don't understand that as there are at least 20-25 a/c repair facilities in our county. The repairman called me and said that he would be there Sat morning. I told him what was wrong and he said he would call the local parts house right away to get it. He called back and could not get it until Monday am so he waited till Monday to come and fixed it. Might add the part he brought with him was the wrong part and he went to a local supply house right here in our community and got the correct part.
Seems as if to me that this feel poor and pound foolish a way to run a business. It was ridiculous that you did not use a local repair facility. We probably would have been fixed on Friday. Instead we had to put up with the misery of a broken a/c all weekend so that your company could probably save $5-10. Very disappointed in Choice Home Warranty.

The rep you sent out today was very good and I think he was very honest. What I don't understand is why you don't trust your own reps? He said the unit failed due to normal wear and tear and you are making me follow up with a claims rep, if you trust your reps why the follow up, just send someone here to fix the problem and be done with it. Initial rating for the first contact would be a 5 star, two star rating is for jerking me around.

When I tried to introduce the CHW stipulations and they said they don't work with Home Warranties, which I am good with considering Myers Heating and Air Conditioning and Comfort Star Solutions. Kevin. Keith and Goodman were mannerable and with mask on. Even the receptionist was very nice. Now I don't have anxiety waiting to see if the cold comes before the technician arrives.

Been a customer of 2/10 Home Buyers for years, cost kept going up and coverage down. 2/10 was rated #6. Spoke to CHW and they offered much much more for much less. What more can I say right now, not that I want any breakdowns but having this peace of mind makes us feel good.
