I submitted my claim on Tuesday and in the same day was able to get a technician to come to the house. I then called the technician and let him know the issue and what size garbage disposal I had. He was able to replace the unit same day for no extra costs! The technician actually called me to let me know he could come earlier than originally thought and called when he was 10 mins away.

Fixed problem within time window and cleaned up well after repair was completed. I’d recommend them again. The repair guy was directly from the appliance manufacturer, which was comforting. This was my first experience with the home warranty company

Have issue where my ac unit froze up. Choice Home Warranty sends out a handyman ac person who did one troubleshoot for low refrigerant, end up overfilled, came back out, took out too much time for OCI to be contacted, still waiting for a case manager call from choice home warranty.

It was my lucky day today! I placed the claim and made my selection through Choice Home Warranty. By the time I hung up, I got a call from vendors I know—they were already in my tote! They grabbed the model number and started ordering the parts right away. It was so quick and convenient. Now I’m just waiting to see when the parts arrive so the dishwasher can finally be fixed.

I have found having this insurance to be very helpful. Unfortunately, several appliances have broken and I was helped with some of the money to replace or repair. I would have been in a financial pickle without this insurance. Only thing I don't like is the fact that it takes a long time from report to repair and payment. I also am not fond of being forced to use Lowes for appliance replacement when I know another store has what I want cheaper (Home Depot).

Choice Home Warranty is a scam. I had a fully covered issue and submitted a claim, they relayed that until the A/C system doesn't function, they will not cover anything. 10 days later my system broke down completely, and after having a technician (CHW's technician) said it was "normal wear and tear" they declined the claim saying it WAS NOT NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.

The technician that was sent out seems to very knowledgeable and he finished the repair in a timely manner. He was very professional and cordial and left me with some advice. Everything went smoothly and pretty quick. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Opened a claim with Choice Home Warranty for a failing garage door opener. A tech came out, I paid the $65 service fee, and the issue is still not fixed. Choice then rejected the claim saying the opener was “damaged by lightning,” which they won’t cover. No proof was provided and this was never mentioned during my call. I’m now out the fee with the same problem and a recommendation from the technician to replace the opener entirely. Very disappointing experience—poor communication, no resolution, and a quick denial based on an exclusion. I expected a warranty to help with common household failures, not to find reasons not to cover them.

Upon logging into my account, I was unable to file a claim online. The link on the page doesn't work. I tried it several times unsuccessfully. I was able to file a claim via phone however. This is the first claim I've had to make since having this warranty. Looking forward to a positive experience.

Overall, Choice provided a responsive and effective process to file and ultimately complete a claim. While there may be some extra steps involved with certain claims that can take some time and additional follow up, I have been appreciative of the claim outcomes and interactions with the company.

I called two days ago and filed a claim with "Choice", our first one with this new company and our agent was a A.I. agent not an actual human being. Although the A.I. repeated the information down on the phone, the email and dispute that were sent did not reflect my detailed phone conversation, that was disappointing! I am still waiting for anyone to call us back, talk with us to schedule a time and date to fix our kitchen plumbing issue with a leak coming from the garbage disposal, surrounding pipes and apparently the dry wall looks like it had water damage as well.
We requested an experience technician, who speaks English, can properly assess the entire situation and fix this leak. We now have some reservations about the great deal we bought into by the sales representative who answered all of our upfront questions but we're starting to realize that all of these home warranties companies are all the same, promise the world upfront, then drag their feet, pay cheap wages to service companies and NOT follow through with EXCELLENT service!

I think the technician was very good. I have some problems with Choice. I made claim # ** on August 24, 2025. Today is September 3, my dryer still not working and clothing ready to be washed are accumulating. I think it would be a better approach that the customer finds a technician and Choice pays for the repair. So, I don't think the problem is with the technician but with Choice.

I was pleased with the speed that a visit from a technician was arranged, and so soon after my request. The repair was completed promptly. I did not give a higher rating as the Choice telephone system was confusing. After each point in providing information there was a long silence, I was never sure if my response was recorded. The call was just ended by Choice: no thank you or we'll be in touch.

It took a little while to secure a technician but the technician who arrived was courteous and helpful. He showed me that the problem wasn't with the appliance and so he couldn't address it. However, he took pictures and clearly revealed where the problem was so that we could address it.

Just finished with a "settlement" for my Maytag Bravos dryer... Cheapest comparable mode is $699. Their offer and settlement was $348. (When purchased policy, salesman quoted that if replacement was deemed necessary, a comp able replacement value would be paid for.) This experience was totally disappointing and the phone call to "negotiate" settlement a waste of time as they were never going to honor replacement value. My advise...don't every use Choice Home Warranty.

The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. After a thorough inspection of my unit he promptly let me know what the problem was. He then contacted the company for an approval to proceed and my issue was solved. The whole visit took less than a hour. I’m very pleased with the technician and the service, he is definitely an asset to the Choice Home Warranty family.

CHW was real fast in connecting me with a company to fix my refrigerator (ice maker). That company called the next day. Set up date 10 days later, came got info (which I already submitted to chw). 2 weeks later the repair was made in 15min. But satisfied with Honest Appliance repair co.

The call was easy to make my claim. The CS represent did a very nice job. A company called right away and I had my appointment in no time. But I did cancel the appointment, the problem just fixed itself. The company they chose was equally as service oriented. They were so helpful on getting a good time. The gentleman I spoke to yesterday, he was real nice and explained everything to me so I could understand how the warranty works. I filed a claim for a burst water pipe that required the main water line to be shut off to my home. This is a complete emergency, yet I was told it would be four days before a plumber could be dispatched. A home warranty that leaves a family without water for nearly a week is a complete failure. I had to pay out-of-pocket for an emergency plumber and these service team is not ready to get a personal plumber service as well. This policy is unacceptable and dangerous. When I asked them I want to talk to your manager or sales, they said they will call me in 10 minutes. After a minute, a woman called me and mentioned their system is down and they will give me a call back which is not yet happened. Hope they will call me after a couple of Hours/Days.

Today is day 11 that my a/c has been down. Calling does no good. I provided credit card info. I am 73 and me and dog are suffering. We live in Texas. Made numerous calls to no avail. My grandson is also here with us. As you know Texas summers can be quite hot. Also have heart condition.

This CHOICE warranty company is the worst nightmare anyone can buy or get trapped in buying. They go out of their way to not cover anything, they will make up anything to keep from helping the customer. I had to pay multiple times for just a lousy plastic line that goes from motor to Spa to turn on and OFF. They kept making up BS and finally after 9 months of hell, another contractor came and said pest or rodent lived in motor and they can't fix the switch. The truth of matter the previous contractor left door open and bird got in the little hole but motor still worked but they made excuse to not cover the switch or repair it. Typical BS from Choice Warranty, I never get anything fixed. Always deny, deny and deny. This company is worst and crappy company, save your money and don't buy it.

This company is by far the worst warranty provider I have ever dealt with. I have been a paying customer since 2018, faithfully paying my monthly premiums, only to find out that when I actually needed service, they were completely unreliable and unprofessional. I have been without a working stove since June. The first company they sent out told me I needed new knobs because one wasn’t working correctly and was causing a dangerous gas leak. I was told the replacement knobs would be covered under my warranty. Weeks went by and I never received them.
Two days ago, Choice sent out another company. Instead of fixing the issue, I was told that the knobs were suddenly “not covered.” How does a warranty company that I’ve paid for years refuse to cover essential, basic parts needed to make an appliance safe to use? I’ve called multiple times, and either no one answers or I’m left on endless hold. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I have spent months chasing them for something that should have been resolved immediately, while my family has gone without a safe, working stove. Do yourself a favor—RUN from this company. They are quick to take your money but vanish when it’s time to provide the service you’re paying for. I will be canceling immediately and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Choice Home Warranty is a complete scam.

Absolutely do not give them your business. They will find a reason to deny your claim. They send out a handyman that doesn't know what they are doing because professionals will not work with them. My dishwasher handle was loose and eventually broke off and they claimed that it wasn't from wear and tear because it broke off! My plumbing was clogged and they said it wasn't covered because there wasn't a clean out valve outside (their handyman couldn't find it) so I had to hire someone else independently and they discovered that there was a clean out valve.

This was our first interaction for services from Choice Home Warranty since enrolling with them. The entire experience was A+. Initiating a claim online was simple, email follow up about who would be providing service and scheduling with the technician were all smooth and efficient. The technician called and provided his ETA and arrived promptly as promised. The technician was very nice and professional (Adrian). He identified our problem and repaired in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend both Choice Home Warranty and the service provider they sent out (Centel Heating & A/C).

Choice warranty has been good. My issue has been with the contractors. We had a kitchen sink that was backing up intermittently and I explained it to the contractor when scheduled the appointment. When the technician arrived and the sink was not backed up, he walked around the house to locate the main water valve but claimed he couldn't find it. We asked would he snake the drain and he said he would not because it was clear and he needed a picture of the back up to send to Choice so his company could be paid.
We explained that the drain backed up intermittently, which was explained at scheduling, and if they needed video or pictures, they could have told us. He wanted us to pay the service fee, which we politely declined because he had been there 5 minutes and did nothing. We contacted the technician's office and while we were on the phone, the technician drove off. The office person still wanted us to pay. We notified Choice and they closed out the request. We appreciate Choice understanding in this issue and will take video of the blockage before filing a claim again.

He found the issue quickly and repaired it even quicker. He added "juice" to the system. The whole thing didn't take 90 minutes. OUTSTANDING. The issue was "rubbing" wiring that caused the system to go on and off at will. He replaced the wiring ends and even took a picture to show me what he did...Again OUTSTANDING.

The service rep called and offered to come one day earlier than scheduled - which was a holiday! I was thrilled to get my kitchen lights working properly. The problem was that the ceiling light's dimmer switch needed replacement. The lights were stuck in the on position at the dimmest level.

My washer wouldn’t go to the deep rinse cycle, I called for service on Sunday during a holiday weekend and the repairman came right on time Monday (Labor Day). He efficiently fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes, I’m very happy with this service.

Ray was great. He came on a holiday even though he was exhausted from working all week. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars is the issue was not resolved. Which is not his fault mind you. What was found was not in his area of work. What was found as minor as it might be, it is still causing my wall to turn blue/green. I am a little at loss to what to do next.

Dishwasher went out. As with previous claims, it took several days for them to find someone to even come out. My machine is over 10 years old, and they decided not to fix it. When we bought it 10 years ago, it was top of the line and as quiet as they came. Because it isn't as quiet as dishwasher are NOW, they would only give us about $270.00 to replace our stainless steel (including drum) dishwasher. They will only give me gift cards and will not replace the dishwasher themselves.
In addition to the $85 service fee, I'm out the delivery and install fee. When I said I wouldn't take the buyout and wanted to escalate it up the chain, I got a 2nd phone call and was told there was nothing to be done because of the decibel rating on my 10-year-old dishwasher. I said I wanted to appeal and have the opportunity to submit a written statement as well as photo's. I was told that the 2nd phone call was my appeal. I told the woman I couldn't get a new dishwasher for that amount of money. She told me I could get an Amana dishwasher for $299. With a plastic tub.
A new machine equal to what I have will set me back about $1,000 plus $200 for install. If I subtract the service call fee, they actually only gave me about $185. On top of that, when I finally took the gift cards because you can only deal with stupid for so long, I was informed it could take up to 30 days to actually receive. I have already called to cancel, but of course retention won't call me back!

The only part of the entire process that was unpleasant was the length of time between the time that I filed the claim and the date of the repair. It was very inconvenient to be without my appliance. I am a 95 year old man, who lives alone and my caregiver called on my behalf and asked if an exception could made and the date of repair be changed to an earlier date and the answer was, absolutely NO! Otherwise everything else was fine.

Took 3 weeks to get a tech out to our house to look at our HVAC SYSTEM. I checked back daily and was told they were working on it. When we used American Home Shield home warranty we would get a technician within 48 hours. I will be switching back to American Home Shield this week.

Slow response from their contractors. This is a plumbing case and it took them more than a week to come. And I have a leak! Also, after contractors come. They need to contact HW for authorization to do the work and it takes days again for them to do it and IF THE HW AUTHORIZE THE WORK. Let’s see!

Absolute joke. The claims are constantly dismissed due to one reason or another, but when I tried to cancel my warranty, over and over they sent me through a loop of "you will get a return call from a supervisor or cancellation specialist" who would NOT call back. Finally, after a lot of insistence a "resolution manager" named "Prince" called back and suddenly tells me that the 3 year contract that I believed myself to be in for $47 a month (that suddenly without explanation went up to $65 a month in April) was actually never a 3 year contract that protected our rate, stating "it was always month to month. You could have canceled any time ma'am".
When I told him that we had text threads, messages and emails that proved we were told we had to stay in the contract for 3 years, he said he was sorry we misunderstood, but that I could speak to anyone at the company and they would tell me the same thing. What??? Oh my heck what a gaslighting that whole experience was. When he realized he could not talk me into staying with special offers, he quickly canceled my contract. Choose another company. Life is too short.

Worst service ever - would not recommend. They hire independent contractors. If they burn your house down, damage your stuff you must sue them even though you paid choice home warranty. If you use them you can kiss your money goodbye as nothing gets approved or very very little.

The representative explained some terms of the policy and the discounts that were available. Overall I am satisfied purchasing this policy. Tech showed up on time and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Tech was professional, courteous and informative. He explained how our appliance works and gave us tips on how to properly maintain in the future. He answered all questions thoroughly in simple and easy to understand terms.

Called sales number and sent me to automated Customer Claim Service. Questions were easy, my account was found and claim for my dryer submitted. It was explained I would get verification by email. I have had a couple of claims before so kind of know the process.

The online claim was easy to use and the contractor was assigned quickly. I called the contractor and got an earlier appointment as we are in the middle of a heat advisory and my wife and I are both in our mid-70s. At 10:30 AM it is already over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

I had really bad exp. with your Sales Rep Michael **. He renewed my policy and called me several time. He told me that he is keeping my Service call same $45 since I am member of Choice for last 8 years. He sent me Copy of Contract. Choice Warranty has been charging $75. I called him so many time but he never pick phone. He picked call time few month ago and told me “yes I remember let me add llc to Management," and he never call back. How he sent me copy of contract $45. It shows that he altered copy. This is clearly fraud. I did not have time to file with consumer service. I hope it will resolve soon. Otherwise I have to file this complaint. Please resolve this problem. And my service call should be $45. I can provide copy of contract. Thanks in advance.

Disclaimer: I put 2-star so my review can be found easily, rather than buried among the thousands of 1-star reviews, but it should be 1-star or 0-star. CHW was responsive with minor claims like broken microwaves or washers, though they rarely repaired anything—just offered partial reimbursements (e.g., $200 for a $500 microwave). Not ideal, but manageable. However, my recent plumbing stoppage claim exposed serious issues. My entire plumbing system was clogged—no working toilets, sinks, or showers. A technician came promptly, diagnosed the issue, and I paid the $65 service fee. Then the delays began.
CHW claimed the repair was “under review.” Every 24 hours, I followed up, escalated, and was told to wait another 24 hours. This cycle repeated for days. It became clear they were stalling, hoping I’d give up and hire my own plumber—which I eventually did. The fix cost $500 and was straightforward. After 5 days of silence on an urgent claim, CHW denied coverage, citing “no direct access” to the cleanout—despite it being in the basement, easily accessible. My plumber had no issue. Their rejection email offered an appeal, but I’ve tried that before. It’s a dead end. The Escalation and Appeal Departments exist to delay, not resolve.
CHW won’t respond to this review, and I don’t expect them to. I’m sharing this to warn others. Their thousands of 5-star reviews don’t reflect the thousands of 1-star complaints. The Better Business Bureau has logged over 11,000 complaints. CHW ranks #95 out of 102 insurance companies on Trustpilot. Don’t be fooled by their marketing. If you value reliability, look elsewhere.

Great service. Choice Home Warranty did not disappoint. They promptly assigned a very capable tech to repair my waste disposal. It was the company Four Hands who I have I used before. They were available quickly and did the job swiftly and efficiently.

Great service. Thought dryer not heating was result of heating element going out. Wrong!! A wire going to the heating element was burned out. Glad I didn't go get a heating element and install it myself, or I would have been out the cost of it, plus the dryer would still not have worked. Glad I called Choice Home Warranty.

The company they use never came for repair. Had to use my out of pocket, never reimbursed. Customer service is awful. Calls are not returned and repairs never get completed. They will continue to charge your credit card after you cancel.

I am having terrific success in resolving any household issues when needed. I have had two plumbing issues and CHW was able to give this to a plumbing company that is fantastic, as they contacted me and kept me informed. The technicians who arrive at my home have been pleasant and respectful of my home.

Three month I have had the air condition going bad. And three months they did not take care of any issue. They advised me to call a heating a cooling company and they charged me 85 dollars and an extra 900 hundred dollars to replace the motor. Finally I hired a different respective company. Roof Kelly’s heating and cooling took care of the issue. This is the worst company and I do not recommend it at all. I fixed it on my own and cancelled my membership immediately. The worst home warranty company to deal with.

Run. They must've paid someone to get a good rating. I had for 3 yrs. In the beg they'd send a gen tech, charge $85 and replace with cheap part that failed 45 days later. They then sent the specialized tech for another $85 replaced with app brand. The last yr they sent their techs and encouraged them to find reasons not to pay the claim. Ex my fridge went out. The motherboard needed to be replaced. They denied as an act of nature. A $25 piece had to be replaced on my water heater. It was denied because they asked the Technician COULD it have worn out from improper upkeep. The Technician said it was possible so they denied. Pay yourself!!! Put money aside monthly, it'll be cheaper than monthly payments plus $85 to $100 when tech comes out. BTW, premiums go up every yr, no matter what.

Forever Plumbing and Josh were awesome. Put my claim in Thursday evening. They called to schedule first thing Friday morning and they were here Friday by 9am. Disposal replaced in 15 mins or so. Now that is service, not like my last experience with another vendor.

Other than having to wait two weeks without a working oven, he got here by 8:15, had it fixed on first visit. Same problem as two months ago. Igniter was blown. Also would have been nice to have been told ACCEPTS ONLY CASH OR ZELLE. I had to leave a stranger in my home to go to am ATM for cash!!!! That IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I have been with Choice for about 10 years. The technicians have consistently been very good, and I have always been happy with the service. My only concern is the $100 call-out fee, which I feel is too high.

I'm going on my second year with Choice. I’ve only had one claim with the broken springs in my garage door, and submitting it was easy. They replaced it with new springs and it’s working wonderfully now. It was very quick. The service person was a good one. Even though you don't ever use it, you should get it so that it's there when you need it.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Like many home warranty companies, Choice Home Warranty is quick to take your monthly payments but rarely provides real support when it matters. One claim was denied because it was labeled “not normal wear and tear,” while another was rejected because it was considered “normal wear and tear.” Completely contradictory. Several technicians I’ve spoken to have stopped working with CHW, calling it a scam that ultimately hurts customers. Even they suggest canceling and saving your money for future repairs. With CHW, you’ll pay monthly fees and a $100 service call, only to be told your issue isn’t covered. In the end, you still pay out of pocket. Save yourself the hassle and put your money aside for actual repairs, you’ll likely need to cover them yourself anyway.

Choice Warranty was outstanding when I lived in Las Vegas. They assigned my claims quickly, and things were always repaired in a professional manner. When I moved to the Reno area, I was hoping for the same service. I just submitted a claim in the Reno area because my air conditioning was not working. I’m a senior in my 70’s with medical issues. Over a week passed, and no one was assigned. It’s never ok just to provide minimum service or NO SERVICE! You might ask Choice if they have paid all their vendors on time? When I made a phone call to an air conditioning company I used previously, they told me they were no longer working with Choice customers.

I had a couple of claims to Choice Home Warranty. that they said weren't covered, which I felt should have been covered. They would accept my claim on the water faucet that comes right outside the house which should be part of the plumbing. The faucet wouldn’t stop, and when I turned it off, it was still leaking. Some contractors that work for them seem to be not top-of-the-line people. For most of the claims, they do what they say. I have actually recommended them to some of my friends, and some have gotten their service.

Did not complete the work or do anything to the AC unit, as he had to wait for the warranty company, would have preferred they fixed the unit as when he first arrived, but I understand it was out of his control, he was polite and did his job to the best of his ability.

I have been having terrible experience with Choice Home Warranty, though my Coverage Plan is Enhanced Premium Total Plan. Every time I place a service call for a broken System, the technician’s claim request has been denied. Recently, I placed a service call for my Water Heater Leak. Choice Home assigned a Technician to evaluate the issue regarding the Water Heater Leak. The Tech diagnosed the problem and contacted Choice Home and stated what needs to be replaced to fix the leak and the claim was declined saying that the part which the Tech ordered was not covered, even though it was the main part of the Water Heater leak... Why do we have Home Warranty Companies if they deny due to whatever reasons that favors them?
Last year, when my microwave broke and I placed a service call and a Technician came over to evaluate the issue and ordered a replacement part through Choice Home, but the part was denied and Choice Home Warranty decided to offer me Lowe's gift card to replace the microwave but the gift card price offered was much less than the cost of the microwave in Lowe's.
I had to pay extra $80 to buy the exact same new Microwave. Plus I had to pay $150 for the installation charge. I was at loss by paying $230 from my pocket plus the copayment charge of $75 to Choice Home. Early this year, I placed a service call as my Water Heater was not heating up properly. Technician came, evaluated the issue and ordered a Thermostat control, which was declined by Choice Home too. Later on, I had to purchase a thermostat control and fixed the issue by calling a third-party Tech. I am very very frustrated and disappointed with Choice Home Warranty. A number of Technicians who come over to evaluate the issues in our house said that Choice Home Warranty Company is well known for declining most of the Claims. Worst Home Warranty Company. I cannot wait for my Service Agreement to expire so that I can switch to another Home Warranty Company. Beware of Choice Home Warranty Company.

Submitted a GE Smart top loader washer claim. Washer was determined as needed to be replaced since non-repairable. Washer was only a little over 5 years old, size 5.0 CU. Couldn't believe their Replacement value cost, offered me only $406. Take into acct. I just paid service tech fee of $75 two hours earlier.

My stove/range/cooktop broiler stopped working, and I followed the steps.in getting this repaired. Choice Home Warranty arranged for a technician to come out. The technician at first said he had to order three parts then he called me back an hour later and said they no longer make the parts so they cannot repair the appliance. So it needed to be replaced.
I called Choice Home Warranty and informed them of the decision. Choice Home Warranty verified this with the technician. The I was waiting for them to tell.me how I was getting g a replacement appliance. Choice Home Warranty offered me $420 to replace my Jenn-Air 36” 6 burner stove/range/cooktop. After completing research and looking for a comparable model the cheapest model I found was $5800. The $420 they offered me wouldn’t even dent replacing the appliance. I scheduled a 15 minute conference call with choice home warranty at 2:45 pm and they never called I responded to the email they sent 2x asking if they were going to call. They finally did at 3 pm this shows how much care and concern choice home warranty has for its customers.
While talking to the customer service agent on the conference call I told her how much it will cost me to replace my appliance anywhere from $5800-$7000. The contract said that they would repair or replace but instead they have a clause in the contract stating; “We reserve the right to offer cash or cash equivalent in lieu of repair or Replacement in the amount of Our actual cost (which at times may be less than retail) to repair or Replace any Covered Item. Cash or cash equivalent offered in lieu of repair or Replacement does not include the costs of shipping, tax, or installation. When cash or cash equivalent is issued to Replace a Covered Item, You may not make subsequent claims on such Covered Item for 12 months from the date of issue.”
After ten minutes of discussion with the customer representative she now offered me $707. She said there is nothing else she can, so either I take it or leave it. I took the $707 that is better than nothing. I am very displeased Choice Home Warranty and I will not be renewing my contract with them. They are crap!! Remember the saying caveat emptor!! Buyer beware!!! I am a veteran living on a fixed income, but Choice Home Warranty has stuck it a veteran and probably many others. Now, I will be required fork out of my pocket $5800 to replace the stove/range/cooktop. I will return to American Home Shield they took care of me even though they were more expensive. Our recent experience with a broken garage door was very unpleasant. First off, Choice tells us that they've finally found a company to come out and gives us a scheduled date and time 10 days in the future. When I inquired about an earlier date, I was told that the date I was given was the earliest possible and to call the company they dispatched. The company said they didn't even have us scheduled for the date and time Choice gave us.
Our technician was pleasant and explained that the logic board was not working on our opener. He specifically told us it could be because of a power surge or just the change in the weight of the door over time. Of course, Choice immediately denied the claim saying it was caused by a power surge and was not due to wear and tear. To Choice, it was an easy denial despite the fact that it could have been caused by another reason. It's almost impossible to prove that a power surge caused a logic board to go out unless a thorough examination shows burn marks on the board, other devices were also damaged or a fuse went out. The technician was very surprised about the denial but proceeded to try to sell us their services rather than continue with our home warranty process.
I immediately filed an appeal and called with a question about timing. Unfortunately, as nice as the rep was, we could barely understand her. I had my husband come listen to see if he could do better than I was and he couldn't. That makes the process even more frustrating. I was able to get an appointment with someone to discuss our appeal in the next week. I hope Choice does the right thing. Instead of trying to find ways to make you glad you have a home warranty, they make you wish you'd never purchased one.

The technician who came was very professional. He determined what the problem was and submitted to company before he could perform any work. The company replied that problem was not due to wear and tear and he could not fix per their instructions. As there was a broken part, I had the issue taken care of and paid for it myself. I have been a Choice Warranty customer for awhile and had never used the service before, but I was disappointed in the company for denying me a service I thought should have been performed. After I paid, I asked the company to cancel my service, since I feel this will be the case each time something is submitted. I will recommend the technician's business. I give the technician a 5 star rating, but not Choice Warranty.

Blake is one of the best technicians I have ever had come to my house. Very knowledgeable about my brand of freezer. Super polite and helpful. Keeps you informed about his arrival time. He was able to get my part back the very next day. I do wish though that in the case of refrigerators/freezers, that there was a quicker response day wise to the issue and that the service people could have parts with them, to save on food spoilage.

I canceled Choice at my home. When I first signed up, I told them I had an old AC and wanted to make sure it was covered. When the AC went down, they said they would cover the repair or replacement of a compressor, but they could not pay for the refrigerant. The fix was going to cost $1,600 and they were only going to pay $1,000. I was unimpressed with that and not happy. I wanted them to do a second opinion, but they declined my request. So I just canceled it. But the technician seemed fine. My wife was there with them and I didn't have any issues concerning them.

My 7 year old refrigerator was leaking water from the inside. I called Choice and they had a technician come out within 2 days. Viktor was able to fix the problem quickly and now it’s like brand new. I’m glad I have Choice Warranty. With the low monthly fee and the co pay I still saved money for what it would cost to get a technician to come out and do a service call.

I’ve done two claims with Choice. For the first claim, I wasn’t too pleased at all because it took so long. It took about four to five weeks. Part of my refrigerator had quit working so they told me that they would assign it to Whirlpool.
About a week later, Whirlpool said they were assigning it to somebody else. That took two to three weeks. When they finally showed up, he had to order the parts which he sent to me. I got them and then they scheduled him to come in. In the end, it was repaired and it’s been fine since.
The second claim was for a problem with my air conditioning. When I called and told the tech what was wrong with it, he said he knew exactly what it is. He said we’re having a lot of this problem because the temperature’s been so high for such a long period of time.
I called on a Wednesday and he was there on Friday. The good news was the guy fixed it in 10 minutes and walked out the door. It was really nothing more than him cleaning out something that got clogged. Overall, customer service was fine. They answered and got back to me. As for the price, I broke even this year so I’m fine with it.

When I first bought my condo, my real estate lady suggested Choice and I've been with them for seven years, and they’ve done well for me. The claims process is very easy. The only complaint I’ve had, and it’s not directly with Choice, is the vendors that have come out were sometimes slow to respond. But once they responded, everything was good.

My last replacement was my washer, and Choice did a good job simply because they sent me an LG expert. But in the past, it's been pretty bad. I have a high-end home, and the contractors here are not suited to manage a home like this, and Choice is not hiring people that are required for the appliances that I have. If I was living in a modest home, it would be fine, but it’s not for a scaled-up home.
They do make it easier to put in a claim, so it’s not a big issue, and they try to set up appointments quickly. But they need to step it up with their providers in this region. I'm sure that in other regions they have better qualified vendors, but their vendor system here isn't very good, and they’ve done this for refrigerators and ice makers, and it's been a mess. I live in Florida, and they shouldn't be in the business of covering air conditioning because in Florida, an AC is not a 24 to 48-hour service problem, it needs to be serviced right away. So even though I'm covered with them, I never call in for an AC because they would wind up sending me somebody who wouldn't be able to actually fix it, so that's a useless part of my contract. I’m very close to pulling my business from them, but the last experience was fine, so I’m gonna stick with it for a little while longer.

Number two and the technician arrived within the time frame and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. He said the machine had major problems. Turned in his report and you made a decision to replace it would be better for long term. Which I agreed with and they said they were going to give me the $630. I agreed the $630 was acceptable to me, but now I find out I'm going to have to wait 30 days to receive the Lowe's voucher. That is absolutely unacceptable. I need to replace the washing machine now. How can I go 30+ days without washing our clothes. If you need additional information, you can call me on my mobile phone. I'm still waiting for the Lowe's gift card so I can go buy the new machine. My claims have always been handled in a timely manner and the work has always been done correctly. I'm a 64 year old woman that went without her air conditioning for 6 days it was 5 days before they got somebody to come out two days later. I went ahead and had to pay to have my air conditioning fixed because Choice Home Warranty did not even care that I was in 86° weather house trying to work from home and it turns out they didn't even get ahold of the person that was going to come out two days later after I had my air conditioner fix myself. They waited to call them for 4 to 5 days and did not keep me in contact with me at all this whole time and it was during the 100° weather. That's what they think of their senior citizens. I was not at all happy... Very stressful while I was trying to work at home and being so very hot day and night and not knowing if I was going to be able to get my air conditioner fixed so I had to put it on a high interest rate credit card when I have coverage but they don't care.

Choice Home Warranty Did Not Honor Policy. I purchased a Choice Home Warranty policy about six months ago and recently filed a claim for my air conditioning unit. The technician who was sent did not resolve the issue, even though it was a simple clogged pipe. Instead, he refused to use the existing attic access and insisted that I cut a new hole in my ceiling. My claim was then denied on the basis that the problem was “inaccessible.” Afterward, I attempted to cancel my policy by phone and through the company’s website, but I never received a response. Overall, the service was unprofessional, my claim was unfairly denied, and my cancellation requests were ignored.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Choice Home Warranty’s replacement policies. They claim to replace appliances with a comparable machine that matches size and features, but in reality, they only covered about one-third of the cost. The payout wasn’t even enough to cover a basic used dryer, let alone one with similar capacity or features to my original. Also, being told what store to use based on your partnerships is not fair and if customers don't know to ask for a check, it leaves us feeling stuck. It feels misleading to advertise “comparable replacements” when the coverage falls so short of what’s actually needed. Customers deserve honesty and fair value when they’re paying for protection plans. Sadly, my experience showed the opposite, and I cannot recommend Choice Warranty based on how my claim was handled.

My problem was a clogged kitchen drain in my 1972 built home. The technician (Jesse) from Urban Worx was very knowledgeable about the types of plumbing used in my older home. His 33-plus years of experience were definitely obvious in his explanation of drain problems. I would definitely and highly recommend Jesse for any plumbing problems.

Smith Heating and Air did an excellent job in knowing and replacing the capacitor. However, back in June, when the fan motor was replaced by the other technician, he told me he had to replace the capacitor while he replaced the fan motor, and I guess after 3 trips to my house with the wrong motor, he took the new capacitor off.

This was a very good experience. It was easy to schedule an appointment and receive a response. I received appointment confirmation in less than 24 hours. The communication with the plumber was timely and efficient. I called to confirm the appointment. The plumber called prior to arrival to give his ETA. He arrived as stated. He immediately recognized what the problem was and stated how he was going to fix it. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. (shorter than I expected or could have ever done myself; not that I would have even attempted the repair myself.) I was 100% pleased with the Choice Home Warranty experience and with the service the plumber (Jake) provided. High-five!

Your Company refused to fix the refrigerator. One problem was addressed as the technician( who was great!) said the water filter was clogged and I needed to order a new one and he would come back next week to address the other problem which was the light flickering inside the refrigerator and freezer. There was no adequate light inside. These maybe trivial but I had no understanding what to do about them. I could not get water to come through to the outside door nor could I see well inside . I bought this new house recently with the seller acknowledging the improper functioning of the refrigerator. I had no understanding that your company would not fix these trivial problems which are not “trivial” to me at my age of 80!

The Technician, Daniel ** was very friendly and Professional! He checked our unit and did what he could do to fix the problem! Although it is an old unit, he recommended it be replaced! We were very satisfied with his work, BUT once again, just like last year, we ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH CHOICE HOME WARRANTY! I'm happy to have Choice Home Warranty since 2019. Claims are processed as soon as possible as well as possible. In a past few years, I had a number of different type of claims and all of them got resolved. Some claims are more difficult than others and understandably may take longer time to find contractors or available technicians to do repairs.

If I could give zero stars, it would be too many. This outfit is a scam. A joke. My 20 yr old HVAC system broke down, due to obvious age, wear, tear in the middle of Texas heat. They denied the claim stating age was not a problem, that contaminants got into system. They are awful. One time my pool pump broke and they denied it stating they don't cover water damage. It's a pool pump that sits outside. I've been a customer for 4 years and am dropping them asap after not covering a cent on my HVAC emergency. Not 1 cent.

Usually I need to wait a few days before a repair service company is assigned. This time, I suspect thanks to LG brand, it was very quick to get the ball rolling (repair not finalized yet). A Certificed LG service provider collected the information on the issue, conveniently over the text messaging, seems to have made the diagnosis, and are about to provide the service. The process on the Choice Warranty side is easy as well (online filing, auto email replies), but finding the tech is generally where the delay lies.

Very knowledgeable and identified my freezer was not working properly or efficiently. It is not too old but has not been working right and I had to throw out all the food. Glad he could identify the problem. I'm very satisfied with Choice and the technician.

Each time I have called Choice, every rep I have spoken with has been incredibly kind & professional. I must commend Choice for that. The promptness of getting something fixed, however, is completely different. I submitted a claim on 8/19/25. We had 1 tech that came out & said it was electrical. We had our breaker replaced by an electrician friend, & showed us that it indeed, was not the electricity. So today, I changed the claim to reflect the current issue of not cooling. We have been waiting since 8/19/25 for our AC unit to be fixed. We live in deep ETX. Fortunately the weather has not been 100°, but it's still hot & humid in August. No telling how long it will be until it's fixed. I'm not happy at all with how long this is taking. My premiums are paid on time each month. I really expected the same in return. I guess that's too much to ask for, reciprocal service.

What could have been a total disappointment, turned out to be a very good 1st experience with CHW. I put in a claim for my washing machine and was assigned a local service technician. The technician never showed and never called. I contacted CHW and they immediately handled the situation and sent an excellent technician (different company) who showed up on time, called 45 minutes ahead to let me know when he would arrive, reviewed the situation with my washer, and answered all of my questions. Within 24 hours I had a decision from CHW. Good job.

A/C was not working for 2 months. It was finally replaced after several appointments and cancelled appointments. Thank God for Escalation! However I have been unable to get the specifications for the equipment installed! I need the make and model numbers of each equipment and especially the SEER rating as I need it to get an Utility Company Rebate!

I receive such wonderful customer service when I am the mercy of filing a claim. I get speedy response and all questions answered when I call. I always renew my contract when it is up for renewal. One claim will pay for itself should something break down at one of my homes. It is worth the peace of mind having such a small investment with home warranty purchases.

This is not a warranty company you want to sign up with. My first experience is a negative mark. The first company texted me 12 midnight said they were coming the next day. The second company arrived. Food is freezing in my refrigerator. Showed the tech the frozen food stuck the thermometer and measured both the refrigerator and freezer temp which were within guidelines. So what is wrong.. Here goes.. It’s the side by side refrigerator the way it’s built in his opinion. So asked what do I do? He recommended I buy the French type with freezer drawer at bottom. Took the copay and left. 5 minutes.. Never checked the mechanics of the refrigerator. Get a message from choice there is nothing wrong with refrigerator even though food is freezing. Called choice asked for another opinion they wil send out send tech? 🤣🤣🤣🤣.This is a joke

1. While diagnosing a leak from my toilet, the service provider opened up a hole in the ceiling. In a conversation with a CHW Case Manager, it was stated that I'd need to create another claim and pay another service fee to have the ceiling repaired. It makes no sense to me why I'd be asked to create another claim or pay an additional fee, while this resulted from diagnosis of the leak.
2. The service provider who worked on the toilet leak needed to replace the flange because it was cracked, and I was told that this was not covered under warranty because "it has been determined that the toilet flange was improperly installed too far below the flooring resulting in leaks, and is now in need of repair and/or replacement. Please refer to section E5 of your policy."
"Your policy has the following exclusion, this Agreement does not cover routine maintenance or malfunction due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or physical damage. This Agreement only covers failures due to normal wear and tear." I disagree with this rationale because I have lived in this house for 9 and 1/2 years and never had such a leak prior, if it was an issue of improper installation I'd have seen a leak much sooner. In my estimation, this is a failure due to normal wear and tear.
3. In my discussion with the Case Manager, she categorically refused to have my concerns addressed by a higher-level manager/supervisor, even a follow-up call with one. In my years of professional experience, I have never encountered a case whereby a customer is refused access to an employee's supervisor just because they do not agree with the customer. I find this quite appalling!
I switched from my previous home warranty company to CHW because I thought it was better as touted, but clearly there's a lot of room for improvement.

My A/C unit went out recently in the summer and I thought it was going to take forever to get the air back on but the next day a technician came out and solved everything! I have been so pleased in the past with your services. However on this current claim, there hasn’t been communication beyond telling me the claim was approved Saturday the 23rd. I submitted my claim back on the 14th or 15th. I did receive notice that a Technician was scheduled an appointment on the 20th. But never showed. I phoned the Technician, he did reschedule on the 22nd. There hasn’t been any communication from you, unless I initiate it. What will it take to complete this claim? Remember we’ve been without hot water all this time. Now you want a review? I would still recommend this company.

First of all your phone number was very easy to find. It has taken me as long as 1/2 hr to find other business. Second I was hooked up with a person (may have been a computer), that asked me the right questions, and answered my question that I had. She sent me to the correct website to get the answers that I needed. Then there is the fact that she set me up for service. She also let me know how much it would cost. I am really happy with my experience.

To my knowledge, the technician did a fine job. It was Antoine with Specific Heating & Air. Since I use this house as a rental and I was not there at the time of service, it is hard for me to judge. This technician did call me within about 30 minutes of his arrival. That is great! To my knowledge, he arrived and fixed the problem satisfactorily. I would hire them again. It is hard for me to say if I would recommend them or not because I was not there. The tenant/occupant of the house is pleased.

Unfortunately it sounds like a great deal but this company is a scam. They use very vague language in their criteria which enables them to deny claims fairly easily. So unless you need a service that is very minor such as possibly changing a light bulb then this isn’t the insurance for you. The amount of money spent monthly can just be placed in saving and then you can fix your own repairs. I doubt if this review is published. But I would definitely reconsider this as an option. Just save your money and fix stuff yourself. Claims will be denied based on criteria you never receive. You don’t have a hard copy of the plan. So I would encourage that you request it and be very familiar with all the services they don’t cover. Because they do not cover much. Maybe they will unclog a toilet. But that’s cheaper that the monthly payment and the fee for them to come out.

They ALWAYS are unable to find a company to fix my issue....I end up finding a local company and they never cover my costs. I am just a 78 year old that has little knowledge of what expect from CHOICE...There is no way for me to go to Choice website to find what they will cover so I can make sure. Overall got calls way too much, and would get a call from multiple numbers, etc. When I would get a call, I was working, so it was not an ideal time to talk. I finally answered a call, and Stephen was great, emailed me, and let me respond to him before he called back. After that, the calls continued. There was one number that would call me CONSTANTLY, multiple times a day, and never leave a message, which wouldn't make me want to call back. Plus, since i already spoke with Stephen, I wanted to get back with him. I cannot confirm if I would recommend or not, since I have not had the opportunity to use the services, since I just signed up.

It took 10 days for an appointment once the claim was made. I felt that was an excessive amount of time to wait for an appliance to be checked. We then find out parts are no longer available and CHW is issuing an e-card but still no card and it’s been over 2 weeks since the claim was made and I was told it could be 30 days to get the money, which is less than who will have to pay to replace the appliance. Should never have gone with this company.

We were absolutely thrilled at how quickly an HVAC contractor was assigned to fix our HVAC system! Cox Building Services, Inc. sent an outstanding HVAC technician who immediately diagnosed the problem and went over and above to fix it. I had to change my date from what Choice selected for me. The technician was understanding and accommodating for the next day. I did reach out when it was within my last hour of my window to check in because I needed to pick my daughter's car up from the shop. The technician was honest in stating his previous job was running over and asked if he could come the following day. I asked if there was any way he could make it at the end of the day, let me know. He did end up calling back hours later and asking if he could still come by that evening. He was thorough, explained and showed me the issue, and what I needed to do to prevent this occurring in the future. He asked permission to use the sink and the water hose and I finally felt air again immediately.

Total scam. They denied a claim to replace a blower wheel in our AC unit. They said the wheel was "off balance" and it couldn't be replaced because it wasn't from normal wear and tear. They cited the possible reasons for the breakdown as "bent blades, debris in the unit or a manufacturer default." None of those things are true or even possible. The unit has worked fine for years. Their customer service is non-existent and they refused to consider the appeal. We had a legitimate technician look at the blower wheel and he assessed it had gone out from "normal wear and tear." I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. You're better off lighting your money on fire than trusting these people. Do NOT buy a policy from them.

I have had 3 claims and only one was repaired. I waited 2 months for them to find me someone to address my issue and then they denied the claim. The first claim I ever made was never resolved. They couldn't find anyone to come look at it and now I find out they closed the claim. This company is a joke! They will take your money but nobody is interested in working for them and once they do find somebody they deny the claim. I wouldn't give these people a dime. There are better warranty companies out there. Do your research before contracting with Choice Home Warranty.

When something does break, you still have to pay out of pocket, leaving you in an even worse situation than if you had simply saved your money and handled repairs yourself. I’ve been paying $60 a month for a home warranty with Choice Home Warranty, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When my dryer broke, they sent a technician five times and still couldn’t fix the issue. I was charged a $100 co-pay, twice, even though it’s the same repair. After all this, Choice finally admitted they couldn’t fix the dryer and offered me a Lowe’s gift card for $348. To be clear, you cannot buy a dryer—or any appliance—with that amount. When I called to discuss this, I was told the only other option was a check for the same insufficient $348. This is completely unacceptable. I feel overcharged, under-served, and misled. Choice Home Warranty does not honor their commitments, and I would strongly caution anyone considering their service.

On Sunday, our house had hot water. Monday morning, I was in the process of washing my hands and a dishcloth, when I noticed there wasn’t any Hot Water coming out. At first, I wasn’t sure as to what to do…Thankfully, I remembered that we had a Home Warranty Contract with Choice Home Warranty. I called Choice Home Warranty and spoke with an agent about the problem. The agent asked several questions and wrote up a Claim. In the meantime, the Agent would be contacting the repair shop, the repair shop would contact me and schedule an appointment. The repairman did call, asked if someone would be home, and before I knew it, the repairman was in the yard. Thank you to Choice Home Warranty for the quick response. Now have hot water — again.

I like Choice Home Warranty. I was a previous customer but left to go with another company who convinced me and offered me a lower rate. Mistake. The other company did not offer satisfactory customer as Choice Home Warranty so I have returned to Choice Home. I like their customer service and they were able to offer me a rate lower than the other company. I’m happy to be back. They respond to service tickets quickly, their online portal is always available, and you don’t have to pay the copay until the tech comes out.

Well, I received an email from your company stating that the tech had determined not issues and case closed. Not true, I contacted the pool service (James) and he told me yes, there was an issue and the pump did need replacing and that's what he had told Choice.

I FINALLY get a decision, $470 toward a new $10,000 unit. The MOST ridiculous situation ever. I cannot even speak with a supervisor, One of the case managers I attempted to get to transfer me to a supervisor said she was the highest person to speak with. But then admitted she did have a supervisor. SHE REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER!!! DO NOT.... I repeat, do not use this company (Choice Home Warranty).

He was very understanding of my problem and explained what he could do to help fix my problem! Took notes and called to confirm problem and got approval to order part. He would get part ordered and be back to fix when part arrives! I told him thanks for showing and helping me!

I have zero problems with the technicians! It’s Choice Home Warranty where my issue lies…. Your company needs better communication with its clients that pay your salaries. Want more info call me! ** your service sucks! When I made the claim for my glass on my oven door, they could have told me then that the glass was not covered. I am a senior on a fixed income. If they had told me it wasn’t covered instead of leading me along, sending a tech to my home and TAKING MY $75.00 I would have understood. But no, I’m out $75. At best, Choice needs to make good with me and send me my $75 back. That’s a week of groceries for me!!!

The repairman who worked on our Dryer did a really good job, and he did it at the perfect time. Plus, he arrived at our home quickly the next day. He acted in a professional manner that lets you know that he really cares about your Dryer and that he knows everything.

They showed up when scheduled & were very friendly. They did a good & fast job on the repair, putting down blankets so they didn't scratch the floor. But when they were done, they left without cleaning the inside of the dishwasher. My GF had to do that after they left.

Horrible customer service on Choice Home Warranty’s part. Took four appointments to finally get someone to our home to repair our refrigerator. This is the third claim that Choice has dropped the ball on! I am a former real estate agent that used to always recommend Choice on Morty, but I will not again.

I called for my first claim for my dishwasher which was rescheduled by the technician. He came the following week but couldn’t fix the dishwasher and said that Choice Home will call within 24-48 hours for a replacement. When I called to follow up because nobody called me, the rep said they had no idea the initial appointment was canceled.
Moving forward, I received an email for the replacement of $ 272.00 for a Jenn-Air Quiet series2. From bad the worst, when I tried to get a better understanding of how the warranty works because I wasn’t aware that I could only get a fraction of the appliance cost. One of the rep Arielle, told me to leave because they are not going to force me to be a customer after she asked me to find out the dBA for my dishwasher and call back if I wanted more money. Needless to say, I felt disrespected.

Today, while sitting in my Kapolei, HI. home, I came across a Choice Home Warranty on FB. I read the info' posted and saw the long list of Home Items Covered under their Policy. So, I called the phone number and got to speak w/ Mr. Tony A. of New Jersey. His energy, pin-point responses to all my Qs gave me a sense of excitement and TRUST. In today's, viral world you never know who you'll dealing with...but Tony was good to putting me at ease. BTW, I've got 36 yrs of Fed. Law Enforcement service under my belt so being skeptical is my TOP Priority. After a few more Qs, I signed up for the One Year (+ One Month Bonus = 13 months) Home Protection Plan and paid via C/C the entire fee which Tony added a few more incentives to my Policy. Super disappointed. I bought a new home in May of 2025 and purchased a one-year plan. Thank goodness, for they certainly tried to sell me a multiple year plan. My oven went out; I filed a claim. It takes too long to get an appointment with a technician. I did finally get an appointment, but they do not tell you who the technician/company servicing your appliance is going to be. The day before our scheduled appointment, it was cancelled and pushed out another week. I called today to find out more about the process, only to find out that they can't find a technician in my area that will accept my claim, although today's email said I have someone coming out next week, not true. I tried to get more information as to why, but the call center representative can't answer those types of questions.
I called the representative who sold me the warranty package only to find out that phone number no longer works. Felt kind of shady. I called three local area service providers and got an appointment scheduled immediately. They are coming out the day after tomorrow. Yay. I found the process difficult and disappointing. When I spoke with a different representative about wanting to cancel my subscription, she was less than stellar and frankly, a little rude. If you can help it, I don't recommend this home warranty company. You get what you pay for, I guess.

My AC unit stopped making cold air this Saturday, August in Needles Ca. where average temperature runs over 100 degrees. We spent one night in hotel, the new Ac unit was installed the following day. Unbelievable no snags or delays great response time. Thanks.

Based on the online claim process so far this is going well, received my appointment informations within 5 minutes. I cannot say for sure my opinion yet until the whole process has been completed, if technician is on time, what the character is of that technician, can they fix our problem in a timely manner, do we feel respected. In the 2 years we've been signed up with CHOICE we have not had to make a claim, so this is our first experience with you. Since I cannot not share my review unless I give a thumbs up or down, presently I'll give a thumbs up but it's quite early to say.

My husband was home to receive the repair person arrival. He said he was knowledgeable and professional. We are pleased with Garage door repair. We have used Home Warranty Service for a few years but this time was nicer. I believe it was because the repair company was good. Thank you.

Filed a claim on July 7 for my AC. I have been rescheduled multiple times. Unit still not working. I’m told no workmen in area! Next appointment is Sept 9. It will be 90 days. Very bad service. Angry.

Customer service is god awful. Every time I call to attempt to cancel my policy an agent answers the phone and immediately hangs up. In fact, I had to go to my bank to have them cancel policy since nobody at Choice warranty would assist me. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anybody. It’s a scam.
