I placed call on sat. Was called back on sunday morning. Had appt. for monday for repair. Repairmen came 9am. Fixed by 12 noon. One of the best experiences I have had with home insurance warranty. I would recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Kayleigh ** was knowledgeable, courteous, had a positive attitude and was helpful as I considered whether to change providers. She is deserving of praise and even a raise. She also demonstrated flexibility and initiative as she considered our needs and timing issues since we have our home on the market. We were given the option of waiting for the warranty company to send us a plumber, or call a professional plumber, and get reimbursed, thereafter. We opted to call our personal plumber who did the job quickly and professionally. Furthermore, he recommended safety items that needed to changed or upgraded.

The people from Diamond Garage Doors and Openers were just wonderful. Knowledgeable, polite and very professional! They went out of their way to take care of us during this difficult time of pandemic and holidays. We couldn't have asked for better service. They are the best!!

I had a contract with Choice Home Warranty about 10 years ago. The coverage was poor at that time. I decided to give them a second choice based on updated advertisements. I had a plumbing problem and the subcontractor Choice Home Warranty sent to fix it had to cut access to the blockage in my living room ceiling. They refused to pay for the ceiling repair as they said since they paid the plumbers 350.00 and they only pay a total of 500.00 for plumbing. They stated that they would not pay more than the 500.00 even though the subcontractor they sent cut the hole in the ceiling.
The second claim I had was for my refrigerator. The unit worked fine for months. Then we began getting a power failure message every time the freezer door was opened. They stated that power harness damage was was not considered "normal wear and tear" for a refrigerator and they refused to pay for the repairs. Three strikes against this one service is certainly grounds to consider a different home warranty company.

Both replacements went well & the technician was quick in his work. The work was performed on Tuesday, Dec. 15th. By Friday, Dec. 18th it was obvious that the furnace was not consistently responding to the thermostat temperature commands. The temperature would zoom up to 81 or 78 during the night despite temperature being set at 70 degrees. I need technician to return to see what problem is & if control center inside the furnace is source of problem.

The repairman that was sent and his company were great to do business with. The repairman explained the problem I had was not a problem. That is just the way a heat pump works. Therefore nothing was wrong and no work was done. So I paid $60 to learn how a heat pump works vs air conditioner.

The response was quick with the claim, that was good, but the claim itself is not good, still waiting to get the A/C replaced. The item broke down due to wear and tear and therefor, needs to be repaired of replaced. Please be kind and get the A/C replaced. Thank you very much.

Allstar Heating and Air was prompt. Checked unit and found a part that needed replacement. Ordered part and came back on Monday. So far ok with me. The only thing I didn't like was we froze over the weekend. Yah!

My heat pump is not working and freezes up. You denied my claim. I do not have a working furnace. I am very dissatisfied with your service renewing your service will not being renewing your service. And will not recommend your service to anyone.

They take your call. They set things up and you are done. Nice and simple. All you have to do is to be home and pay the small fee. The people that they send out are professional and courteous. They clean up after themselves and make sure you are happy with the service.

After submitting my claim on a Saturday morning, CHW had a technician at my home on Sunday morning. This was amazing and, in winter, a necessity. The technician was able to repair the unit within two hours. The unit appears to be working as it should be. The only thing I would add is that I wish the technician had given a call to me indicating his approximate arrival time. All I knew was to be available between 7 am and 11 am. He arrived at 11.

As a first time homebuyer I took advice from my father to get a home warranty and was pointed in the direction of Choice by my realtor. I am happy that I have the coverage in the event I need it, but that being said as for the sales service I felt like I was on the phone with a car dealer. The sales pitch and getting the “better deal from the supervisor” schtick, putting me on hold, etc. For a moment, I honestly felt like I was getting scammed but I looked up the company beforehand and saw the great reviews. I’m a “to the point” kind of guy and don’t like playing games when I’m trying to handle business adding to my stress of buying a home. Apart from that, the salesman was a nice guy and helpful to answer my questions.

The repairman was great and did a great job. The problem was it took a week and a half to have it fixed. Being without a dryer for a week and a half was not any fun! I know my dryer is old, but it should not have taken that long. The part came to my house on a Tuesday, 12/14/20 and you could not get anyone here sooner than 12/21/20. I could have had it fixed sooner if I could have used another repair vendor. Disappointed in how long it took to be fixed.

Technician was knowledgeable, prompt, and very nice. The service approval for was quick as well and the technician was helpful about next steps and even texted me. He deserves all stars. The above as for my experience. My issue is the replacement costs on my wall oven. It was impossible to find a 30 in wall oven for $325 let alone with install. I’m disappointed with the amount. Even alone it said standard wall ovens are $600-$4700 NOT including install. This will be a factor when deciding if I should recommend to clients. Hopefully if something else comes up it’s a better option. I did appreciate it just told you the amount to expedite it but the truth is I did have to pay a lot a additional to replace.

I put in the request and the next day the tech was there. It did not take him long to complete the repair. I will call again when I need a new repair. They are fast and professional. The technician came in, assessed the problem, fixed it and departed with a clean area.

The repairman arrive at the designated time, checked the system, diagnosed the problem and determined the system inoperability was due to a faulty switch. He replaced the switch and restored the operation of the heating system. Our tenant was satisfied of the restoration of service.

I had a long going problem in getting a refund on service fee that I had to pay to 2 service people for the same service. After months I was told the claim was closed and I would be given a free service on my next service instead of the refund.

We opted to find a technician because CHW wasn’t able to find one for three days. This is becoming a norm for the last 3-4 claims. For the claimant, it is a big risk if things go wrong during the repairs. After the initial agreement, additional expenses are claimant's responsibility.

I gave 3 stars because after being with CHW for a few years, this was the first time they covered a service call. I called a few weeks ago to cancel and was told CHW has taken steps to provide better coverage so I decided to stay with them, for now. Thank you for finally easing up on all the fine print! I reported a claim, it took some 12 hrs to respond, but I hired a tech and claimed online as guided per CHW, it worked well, tech replaced the part and heat is working in 3 hrs. This is a good process with CHW, if tech can not come out on time you can hire and claim yourself.

Technician came to examine refrigerator, specifically the ice making apparatus... He found it to be faulty. So, he submitted a claim and I got a note stating that the Claim was being denied because of abnormal wear and tear... NOT TRUE! So, I appealed and was told Case Manager would call within 24 hours. 3 days later I call because no Case Manager ever called me. The Claims guy I talked to today (12/20) that a Case Manager could not call me sooner than 12/30/20. I went ballistic on him for such a long time gap for action. He then indicated a Case Manager would call me in the next 24 hours... Your service on this call is sub-par! Please remedy; Thank you!

I had a problem with my heating system. Specifically the heat was not coming on. I called and got a response right away and the Techician came the next day. The plumber was on time and very efficient. Great service. He was very courteous and informative.

So Choice does use the cheapest bid for repair they can find. The techs are not masters of their trade and sometimes sketchy. One tech took my service fee and never returned. Be warned CHW states that they are not responsible for damages a dispatched tech may cause. (Just saying) One tech did not properly install a contactor in my A/C. A second service call fixed it flawlessly by repairing the exact same component. (I should ask for the second service fee back.) Choice did make good and waived the service fee for the tech that took the money and ran for the stove. End result they repaired my A/C and hopefully tomorrow the burner on my stovetop.
It took about a month of waiting and having multiple technicians come for both calls and a no show. The A/C works and a appliance tech will be dispatched tomorrow for the stove free of charge. It's a hassle but so far they honor their warranty. Overall I am better off with the warranty than not and the last A/C tech said they do usually make the repairs as promised. Likely I have saved money by having the warranty instead of doing it myself. I bought the warranty since I am selling the home and am confident the new owner can get peace of mind.

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and rigged it to work temporarily. Choice Home Warranty has not yet responded to the recommended repair order. We are hoping that the temporary patch holds until CHW processes the order.

Choice Home Warranty rep was friendly. Arranged to have someone come out within 24 hours. Problem was resolved. The only problem was with the technician from GK Mechanical. I do not feel that he respected my request for social distancing.. He seemed annoyed that I requested that he use the back door to the basement rather than go through the house. Then despite my request, after the repair he just walked in the front door to complete the paperwork. After his irritation with my request that he not come into the upstairs, I was too uncomfortable to ask that he stay outside.

While buying, the term that I choose was for 6.5 years. Paid for the entire term after confirming twice about the duration, amount and other terms. But got a call after 30 minutes that term can only be 6 years. If not possible, then the same shouldn't have been accepted at the first place.

They giving the appointment till 12/28/20. I call back. They rescheduled me for today at 5:00 pm. They need to replace my water heater. I got to wait till Monday. So far we are on track.

The tech we called was great. He knew his trade & he is coming back to replace our circuit breaker panel. Choice home warranty is not paying for it. We are. Choice has a website that is hard to follow & calling is just as bad if you need to talk to someone. You get transferred & given other numbers to call.

I called to place a claim, my heat is not working, I'm a disabled senior citizen and it's below 65 degrees in my house and it's going to be in the 20's tonight. So I called, and waited on the line for about 15 minutes, then got disconnected. I called back and pressed 2 for a call-back. It is now 2 hours and then still have not called back. So I went on-line and tried to place a claim there. I was successful but still haven't gotten a call or an email to find out if anyone's coming.

Ice maker in freezer portion of fridge had stopped making ice & the firdge wasn't staying cold. Marvin my tech said it was & it was a simple fix. Ice had formed around the fan. Had to DEFROST freezer for 2 days. Once ice was gone Turned fridge back on & I have ice & fridge is keeping contents cold.

All they want is money not concern enough to fix the problem or what causing the issue and will walk away without doing nothing. They have No patience. I am thinking about finding someone who is not all about the money.

I contacted Choice after my A/C started to fail in the hottest month of the summer. After only 24 hours a technician was at my door to diagnose the issue. My experience with HVAC technicians in the past were not pleasant, so I was a little worried initially. I have to acknowledge that Choice selected an HVAC company that were courteous, informative, and fair. Best experience hands down in my short 33 year life time. Once the fix was performed, and $65 diagnostic fee was paid, not only 2 hours elapsed before we were contacted with an approval to replace the outdoor and inside units. There was a $1200 non-covered cost fee, but overall we saved thousands! We were extremely thankful for the quick, and professional service by Choice and their service providers. After only a short time with this company, we are definitely going to be Choice Home Warranty lifetime customers! Thank you again Choice!

The gas valve that controls the functioning of the furnace was not covered. Yes it is a “valve” but it also controls the flow of gas and has at least 4 sensors. So it not a “valve”. It is the control system. When the igniter goes one sensor starts gas. If the igniter is not hot enough a sensor stops the gas. If the igniter is ok the fire lights and another sensor feels the heat and continues the gas, otherwise it stops the flow. If ok, when the temperature is reached another sensor stops the gas. This is not a valve it is a “controller”. Just because someone called it a valve in your company doesn’t make it “JUST A VALVE” and disallow it.

I discovered my front loader washer door leaking water. I phoned Choice and they quickly dispatched a well qualified appliance technician that diagnosed a bad door seal. Choice approved the repair and the technician has ordered the part and will return to complete the repair as soon as the part arrives. Good quality service by Choice & their assigned technician. The servicemen did a great job fixing my fridge. I highly recommend them. They arrived early and were done quickly. That’s it. I have nothing more to add except the first company cancelled but no one from CHW advised me of that. I had to send two separate emails to find out the day after the company was set to be there.

What I thought was a heating issue was not an issue at all. Mr. ** was able to determine that early, then replaced the thermostat which was very old and replaced it with a new one. Mr. ** was friendly and efficient.

Bearings were worn out and Choice quickly sent out a mechanic. The parts were ordered and were installed today. I'm very pleased with the timely resolution of the problem. I have told many friends and neighbors about your service. I will definitely renew my contract.

Tech came to my home to fix dishwasher. Had a computer issue. Says probably too expensive to fix. CHW offers cash instead of fixing or replacing. Approx $250. Lowest price I could find was $304 at Best Buy. To get it delivered, set up and old one removed around $500+. Need to also add in CHW service charge of $60 and $35/month membership fee. Was it a good deal. No. Not worth the years/months of payments and few services. Plus none of the technicians have worn masks.

Firstly, it usually takes several days to get a repair person to pick up our claim. I was very happy when I received notice he would be here the next day. I thought long and hard about adding my pool equipment but was assured by the salesman that their policy covered Everton pool equipment regardless of age. Three months later my heater failed. They rejected the claim because the heat exchanger rusted out. I appealed but was quickly denied. So to all my friends and family I recommended Choice I’m sorry.

When you buy a warranty to cover major items including the eater heater to avoid costly replacement You would think that would cover the water heater tank if leaking. Apparently Not! This is not the first time CHW has come up with a reason not to cover an item. I will say the repair guy they sent out seemed to be polite and professional. Not sure if I will continue with a home warranty if it really doesn’t cover major items.

The people are fine, cordial- efficient. The appliance team sent out was exceptional- tried his best, but given the parts for my 21 year appliances are no longer made- he was unable to repair them. I am VERY disappointed that you declined replacing these items. Wear and tear on a 21 YEAR OLD appliance is real... It cannot be fixed- and in the contract, you will repair or replace with equal quality- but you don't live up to what you promise. My claims have been appealed-let's hope you do the right thing- because otherwise, I will be letting it known you sell something you don't back up.

We got a technician the very next day and they were professional and fixed our heater in the dead of winter! The only frustration I had was that we cannot request a company that is contracted with CHW. Another excellent technician I have used was available before the technician that came but there was no way to arrange that. It’s first come first served so anyone could pick up your work order. There should be a way to hire a contracted worker with CHW so we can use the same companies over again.

Apparently there has been some miscommunication among the employees, etc. of Choice Warranty. While I realize COVID has put a damper on the effectiveness of running a business the way my claim has been handled is unacceptable. First there was no confirmation from Choice Warranty when the first service was to be handled. Ever Ready Appliance diagnosed my problem on November 25. Choice Warranty apparently desired a second opinion. Enter Lavoy Appliance Service. While the claim was documented November 7 it is now December 11 that the second opinion entered the picture. His diagnosis was the same as the first. It was documented parts were needed to correct the problem of the malfunctioning burners. While at my home he ascertained two were available and needed to check for the third.
Custom Warranty emailed me a confirmation appointment on December 12, 2020 that Lavoy Appliance Service would be at my home December 18, 2020 between the hours of 11-3pm. When I called Lavoy Appliance Service this morning, December 18 to learn of his proposed arrival time Tom Lavoy informed me I was NOT on his schedule. Choice Warranty appears to lack customer service? A definitive explanation would be appreciated. Thank you.

Ordinarily Choice would have received at least 4 stars, however, I was annoyed with the Rep that took the call. I had to answer the same question 3-4 times and when he finally explained what the next step was going to be, he talked so fast I asked him to slow down and repeat. The accent doesn't bother me, but it's important that the person speak slowly enough so that he can be understood.

The service performed on my refrigerator was outstanding; however, I'm dissatisfied with the limitations of my homeowner's insurance. I'm dissatisfied that the food that I had to throw away in the freezer and the flooring that was damaged (the technician took a picture of it) by water damage from the refrigerator wasn't covered by my policy.

I am still waiting on the account manager to call me and settle the disputed value of my microwave. I have left messages and sent emails with no reply. I called the main number and was told I have to make an appointment for call back. The offer for the over range microwave is 149.00 dollars but my microwave was also a convection oven, I can't replace the microwave for the amount offered. Extremely dissatisfied Choice Warranty.

Sewer blocked and could not drain any water down. Choice home warranty dispatched plumbing company fast. However, there was no immediate appointment. We had to wait for two days to get the service with no sewer. It was very hard waiting time. I pay you each month to get this service and expect someone to come fix my stove. I don't think I should try to find someone and pay and you reimburse me as that is a lot of trouble. We just moved to our new house in Florida. We thought it would be a good idea to have a new home warranty to help with any surprises not knowing about any of the appliances as well as the HVAC. After about six weeks I noticed that the water heater was leaking water into the catch pan. We called and set up an appointment for a tech to come and assess the situation. The tech was very nice and professional as well as a day early. After about ten minutes we were told that the water heater would not be covered because they consider it a holding tank. The tech said if it was one of the heating element or the drain valve it would be covered but because it was the actual water heater tank it's not. I can only hope that this is a one off experience and should anything else needs the warranty will be covered.

My claim was assigned promptly (within 24 hours) to a Technician Co. ”Legacy National”. Legacy National called 3 days before the scheduled service date to diagnosis the problem. Legacy National diagnosed the problem on one day then came back to install what was needed the next day. Their staff per phone and in person were nice and easy to talk to. The next day another salesman called and tried to sell me something else, if I would have wanted to purchase that service I would have reached out to vendors of that service. The technician did a fantastic job. We had our furnace replaced on 12/3/20. On 12/5/20 the furnace produced no heat. Repair Technician came evening of 12/5 and said that parts needed to be replaced. On Monday, 12/7/20, we were told that replacement parts had been ordered. The parts did not come in until 12/15/20. We were without heat from 12/5 until 12/16/20.

I submitted a claim for my water heater because it stopped working! I was assigned a technician, who was very prompt with contacting me. We conversed about the issues concerning the water heater and I provided him with pictured and gave him the information he requested in a timely manner. He submitted a diagnosis to CHW. I then received an email from CHW the technician had been canceled and I would be notified when a new was located. I then spoke to a CHW customer service representative and asked why the first tech was canceled. The CHW rep told me a second opinion was required. Later that same day I received another email with an offer to utilize a reimbursement process. I was not interested in this choice and did not select it.
The following morning there was yet another email stating my claim had been denied. The reason given was that due to the water leaking from the tank it did not fall under covered services. However... My water heater does not leak from the tank! It does not start or run and needs to be replaced! I am appalled at how my claim has been handled! Now I have to wait until the 22nd to speak a case manager?? I am so upset and disappointed with CHW. I pay my premium every month and this is how I am treated the first time I put in a claim. So there you have the truth and the details of my disgust with this company.

The technician was very knowledgeable. What I did. Not like was the value or the replacement. I do not think I was fairly compensated. The microwave was made in 2009. They have since modified the model and none of them come at the price I was given. In addition, I had to pay the technician 60 dollars just to come out.

The repairs for washer were about 65% or better of what a new washer would cost. I was fine with fixing until I was told it would be 4 WEEKS until it would be repaired. My wife is not happy about going to have to go out and wash clothes until machine is fixed plus what it is going to cost. We think the washer should have been replaced. I was notified within 4 hours my appointment had been booked But the earliest appointment was 8 days out. This was really tough considering the appliance that broke was a refrigerator and freezer. I lost over $400 worth of food that spoiled -ground beef, ground turkey, salmon, halibut, Omaha steak filet mignon, frozen fruit, bacon, chicken patties, turkey sausage, frozen pizzas and I had to go without a refrigerator and freezer for one week. I had to borrow a mini fridge from a friend which barely cut it for a family of 4. The technician was great however and he fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Per the home warranty parameters the Appointment booking within 4 hours was met but a one week + appointment delay isn’t really acceptable.

I am still waiting for a manager to contact me. My warranty states that it will replace the old water heater with a new one yet it is still denied. My tenants do not have hot water right now. Not happy.

Choice Home Warranty – It’s official. Your company is #1 in the ‘worst customer service on the planet’ category. Congratulations on setting such a low bar. Here’s a timeline of my horrible experience and why I will tell everyone I know to avoid you like the plague:
• You, Choice Home Warranty, never communicated with me with updates on the different technicians that were assigned - there was never a sense of urgency. I had to call CHW countless times about updates but at the end of the day got zero response and my furnace issue was never resolved.
• I was led to believe the gas valve and control panel would be covered by Choice Home Warranty.
• November 19th - The first day that I called Choice Home Warranty to make a claim. Kenny from K&J Mechanical finally came out on November 21st. Parts supposedly ordered by Kenny from K&J Mechanical who was unreliable and unresponsive to my calls for an update.
• November 27th - Kenny didn’t return until a week later! Objective of replacing the control panel - which was to be covered by CHW – didn’t happen.
• December 4th - The gas valve was ordered and delivered to Baker Distribution but was never picked up by Kenny. Calls went unanswered. Temperatures plummeted during this time.
• December 8th - CHW assigned another technician from Hornets Heating and Cooling but was later reassigned for unexplained reasons.
• December 9th - I spoke with Ben from V&R Heating and Cooling and he came out on Friday, December 11th.
• I spoke with a case manager and a resolution manager and only then was I informed the gas valve and control panel were not covered under the CHW policy.
After one month of your unresponsiveness and not providing me information, coupled with your lack of transparency regarding the work to be covered in the policy - not to mention lost time on MY part tracking down your unreliable contractors - the furnace was never fixed and only after the fact was I informed that parts weren't covered under the policy.
• December 14th - I had to pay over $600 for parts and labor on for the furnace to be fixed. In other words, I had to pay for your mistakes.
This isn’t over. I will be bringing this outrageous lack of corporate responsibility to Victor Hakim – CHW Founder & CEO, and Maurice Wilkinson and the NC Labor Board.

I am with CHW for more than five years. I don't have too many issues around the house but this past summer I called for an HVAC issue. The technician was very knowledgeable. He quickly resolves the issue and collect his check and left. My parents were very impressed with the technician work.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was prepared and quickly assessed the problem. He was very polite and willing to answer the questions that I presented. He provided repair options to me and indicated that I also needed a drain pan. Very happy with the service call so far. Technician diagnosed the problem quickly and has the parts on order the same day. Job is not complete yet but should be done in a week or so. Very satisfied with Choice Home Warranty, made the service call on Sunday evening and they had an appointment with the repair company setup within 48 hours.

I called to set up an appointment. My refrigerator rans but the light doesn't work, nothing on the front panel works and it isn't making ice or water doesn't dispense. Nothing on the panel works. I received a text the very next day, less than 12 hours and someone will be out in 4 days, which works great for me. Customer service was very professional and polite.

I've had a/c, clothes washer and refrigerator worked on during the tenure of the policy; the technicians assigned were proficient in solving the problems. Quick actions by agents to assign contractors...costs of service call very reasonable. I do plan on renewing my coverage before its expiration. Totally satisfied with the company and would highly recommend to others.

Oven control went out and waited 3 months for parts, finally Choice agreed to pay partial payment towards another range. Still waiting on the check to arrive, is not enough to buy a comparable range. The new range is a upgrade, but it cost more than double what Choice is supposed to send me. Every range I found with same options that my old range had was a couple hundred dollars more than choice is paying me. I would rather had my old range repaired but couldn't wait any longer had to have a oven. The technician sent out to repair was very nice, but I believe he should have made sure oven was fixed correctly before he left. He supposedly had the correct part to fix at that time, but sent it back after he replace the burner and said that was what was wrong with my oven, but it was the controller.

Our claim was submitted the end of OCT. First few days of NOV at the latest. Our order was just completed yesterday. 7-8 weeks before we could eat meals at home. A home that we just purchased. Your representatives wouldn’t budge on deals I presented to them. Stood firm and made us wait. There were parts that we waited for. However they were all accounted for 2 weeks ago. Choice and your vendor SEARS still made us wait 2 weeks before someone came out to finish the repair. We spent a lot of unnecessary money on eating out for 7 weeks. The only reason why this isn’t a 1 Star review was done to the understanding of Iverson. The unfortunate thing is he also promised a refund of my $65 deductible over 2 weeks ago. I have not seen that as of today DEC 16th. This overall was a absolute train wreck of a claim. Would not recommend your company as of right now.

We work up to a very cold house on a Sunday morning. Our gas furnace was blowing cold air instead of heat. We just purchased this home 3 months ago and have never lived in a home with gas heat before so we were not going to mess with trying to find the problem. Called Choice Home Warranty to report the problem and we had a technician here to fix the problem within 2 hours. Turned out to be a minor issue but it was sure nice to get the house heated again. It was 20 degrees outside and windy.

The length to service claim was far too long (10 days). I had to call Choice three times. Then call to expedite approval. This was the first time requesting service for a repair. Hopefully our future relationship will work better.

The Southwest Pool technician was able to come early, and called to check with us to confirm. She extremely efficient and was able to diagnose the problem quickly while explaining to me why the heater was not working- making me feel very confident in her ability and knowledge.

We had a SS built-in Microwave to be replaced. Choice agreed to replace the unit. However, the replacement value offered was based on an similar unit, but not exact replacement. We showed a website link to the replacement unit and the case manager said that they do not offer retail replacement value. Only what they deem as similar unit, not necessarily same brand or finish or features. We were offered $249 to replace an unit that costs $399. That's 62% replacement cost. There is no appeal process with the Case Manager. This will have great impact for bigger ticket items. Let buyer beware. Despite their promise and advertisement. You're still out a big chunk of money if something breaks.

I requested a repair of my dishwasher. It was not cleaning the dishes and was very noisy. Choice notified me they couldn't find a repairman to do the job. They suggested I Find a repairman and have him submit a bill for the work. What am I paying for?

If you knew you do not repair or replace a broken light fixture, why did you send someone out? Was it just to get me to spend another $85.00? Your service SUCKS!! The technician was great, knew the dual air system as requested. He took the time to assess the situation and found a temporary fix. The warranty company denied every repair he suggested. Unfortunately, we have had two previous claims for appliances and went through the same problem with them.

Homework and teach selected someone to come to my home and look at what was going on with one of my appliances. They have selected a very good company that’s local to take care of this issue, and the gentleman that came was certainly a gentleman, he was very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what needed to be done and he advise me of what needs to be taken care of. I had to find my own repair person. He had the parts on his truck and because I had waited 4 days I chose to go ahead. I have spent over $500 for CHW and gotten nothing. I wish to cancel. The amount you would have owed me is $466 after I paid the $85 service call. I will tell everyone how horrible my experience has been and join any lawsuit I can find.

The first repair company, knew the problem and did not know how to fix the issue. The second company came and diagnosed the problem and called Choice and fixed it in 15 minutes. Any company need to listen to the problem and need to go to the root cause through a process of elimination and then determine the cause and fix it.

I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. About the only thing that I believe Choice needs to work on is that message about giving you a call back if you hang up. I waited 3 hours and did not get a call back, so clearly this internal procedure is not working. Once I got in touch with a representative it was nothing but smooth sailing. Granted since the circuit board went out prior to the weekend, it required waiting until Monday to get the part. But, I would give Choice 5 stars for everything except their return call policy.
