Bryan was On time and very Professional. I had a lot of questions and he provided all the answered. He’s really fast in figuring out the problems and in fixing them. He goes the extra mile. Never felt a creepy vibe from him like I have from other companies contractors. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

The tech that came out was awesome. The people that work for you guys are rude and disrespectful. One guy even sang to me “We only give checks and nothing else”. It was simply disrespectful. The contract is deceptive. Please send my $191.00 that does not cover anything!

Walls Appliance arrived within the time stated and with his face mask on, was so glad for that. He explained what was going on with the washer and did an excellent job repairing it. I'm so happy to have the convenience to wash at home again. Thanks Walls for excellent service!

Horrible service and they don't care about you! Takes forever to get someone out to fix your problem. The vendors that they use are not reliable and most of them with the exception of Iron Mountain Plumbing and Accu-Air are very unprofessional and never show up on time or not at all with no call or explanation.

I changed to Choice from another company only 2 years ago, because the other company kept raising rates and sent sub par Techs. Thus far, choice has provided quick, competent services and reduced the monthly rates. Very happy so far.

Firstly, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY has basically saved me from having a house fire. The amount of lint the technician found in my dryer vent could’ve caused a big fire. The plumber they sent was excellent and everyone in the office is very attentive and patient.

Choice Home Warranty easy to contact, when phone times long, easy to send email. They respond quickly, service in a timely manner. Give time frame, name of service company assigned, technicians name and a phone number. Problem always resolved. We Highly recommend this company.

Company called ahead to confirm problems, model number and make sure tech had parts he might need, and updated on arrival time several times on day of service. Jason was polite, professional and efficient. Already recommended company to a friend. Glad to have our washer working again.

There are a few issues. The first technician was HORRIBLE. Rude from the time he walked in my home. Complained he would have to come back. Shoddy work. Never came back to complete work. I had to pay triple. He was supposed to put in a copper pipe and installed a PVC. Told me not coming back. Never got my Free Month after I recommend someone. I'm not a satisfied customer. I was also never notified of price increases. Requested a supervisor to call me back and never did.

Very impressed with their response time of getting someone out to the house to fix the issue/problem I had with my garage door. Other home warranty company take a couple days or more to get folks out to look at the issue.

The repairman came on time and expertly took the washer apart to find out what was wrong and submitted the info to Choice. Choice made a determination quickly to just replace the washer and offered me a check to arrive within 30 days.

The coil in our AC failed. Three different technicians told us this was normal in the high humidity climate of Florida and that they were sure the warranty company would cover it. Choice denied the claim and will pay zero to repair it. They stated that acid caused corrosion and the warranty explicitly doesn’t cover corrosion. The warranty also says it covers normal wear and tear which three different technicians stated this was normal. We paid for three years of coverage and it has been about one year. I asked if I could cancel my contract and get two years of our money refunded. Choice stated that since we already had $800 of previous claims that our refund on the final two years would only be eighteen dollars. This is extremely unfair and why warranty companies have a bad reputation. We will not sign up again but I don’t know what we can do at this point. Going to small claims court will cost almost as much as paying the $2,000 repair ourselves.

When told that my kitchen faucet isn't covered, because of alleged corrosion I'm very disappointed. I use another company for a home I own in Wisconsin, my faucet and garbage disposal was covered, no questions asked. I filed to have this ruling on my faucet reviewed. I'm anxious to see what happens. The technician was excellent.

When plumber got here, has to contact Choice to get permission to open ceiling (only way to get to leak). Waited to hear back from Choice, and still waiting to get my pipes fixed. Have called TJ Enterprises and text message and not getting any response. This whole time it is impacting my life style.

My refrigerator was broken, so I called it in. Good work was done, and I’m glad the courteous repair man was knowledgeable. The time spent was worth it. I am waiting on a part that was ordered. This should complete repair and I am happy.

It took a week for the repairs to my HVAC system. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly but there seemed to be no sense of urgency. I guess I was lucky that the weather was not very cold. I had to repeatedly call the repair people to find out when they were going to repair the furnace. I would expect Choice to insist on their customers be taken care of promptly.

Still waiting on someone to fix my dishwasher or say I can replace it. CHW said they can't find anyone to do repairs so I have to wait. Who knows how long that's gonna take. Why can't I have Lowe's replace it. I didn't have a choice when it came to paying them.

True Heart Plumbing call within 24 hours of receiving my work order and came out the very next day. Appointment was scheduled for the repairs the day after the initial visit by Sebastian. Due to unforeseen work-related problems they had to reschedule for the day after. They arrived on time and completed the job to my satisfaction.

No problems.... Choice warranty first sent out a company that had a very poor rating online. Not supported by BBB and all the reviews that were left by people in the last 4 months were negative extremely negative and about problems that went into months work out with your home warranty companies and the repair company. Then they sent out this new company which was great. Master LA master plumbing.

My refrigerator and washer needed repairs. The appliances were covered and I was paid promptly. It was easy to fill out the claim form and I received a response to fix the appliances within twenty minutes. I have never had a home warranty company get back to me so fast for approval of repairs. Great service!!!

The process to sign up for your warranty was simple and ease of use on your website was great. I compared quite a few companies and I am presently satisfied with my choice. I reserve a 5 star rating as to know exactly how your coverages work and the limits, fees, what’s covered or not takes a bit of digging around the site, you might want to make access to these questions more central and accessible. I will rate again if I ever need to make a claim and how that fairs in the end.

We were very pleased with the representative that answered our call, she was friendly and efficient, we received excellent service from the company you sent out to service our furnace. I had a hard time getting the person to understand why I needed a service call. He kept asking the same question over and over. Finally, he said he would submit my claim. My understanding, is that an appointment will be made without consulting me and there had to be someone home at that time. What happens if the time is not convenient?

When I commit to something, I do what I promise. I feel that when the warranty is sold to us, much is promised. Even in writing, a lot is promised. But when needed, it is always a struggle (one might say FIGHT) to get a reasonable compensation. That is frustrating to me.

I have been with your Co. for 5 years and when I got the call about renewing he was very pushy to renew THEN. I told him I had been sick since the end of Jan., asked if we could do this at a later time. NO had to be done NOW. I do not like being forced to make big financial decisions in my state of mind especially since it did not expire until Nov. and this is early March. I renewed but honestly feel was VERY mistreated.

The technician has come after one day of opening a case, on time, check everything, and solved the problem, this was not the first time to deal with Bennet & Sons A/C company technicians, I like and trust them. Choice Home Warranty, in general is good insurance company, even they may hire a bad companies to fix, it is better if you know and request your technician by yourself.

Was not approved. Told damaged by a surge. Yet NO other damage to any equipment or appliances. 30 amp heat coil. This is two times you have not provided the service I pay for. You can tell from my email I am a realtor/broker and will never recommend or sell your product if this is how you stand in your business.

Harris Plumbing was great. They had on a mask. His feet were covered and most of all he was very professional. He called prior to coming to make sure I was home and would be there when he arrived. A new garbage disposal was put in my home at **.

Our furnace quit working. Choice HW denied coverage due to water damage. There was zero water damage that caused the furnace to fail. The tech totally agrees with this assessment. Very frustrating. Now going through the appeal process instead of getting our furnace repaired.

I was satisfied even though I needed a plumber, my fault???? She did her job, I believe, to the BEST of her ability and with that I was pleased. Water appeared to be coming from under the washing machine, but once she examined it, she saw that is was coming from hose behind the machine. She stated that I needed to call a plumber. This is what I will be doing next. Thank you.

The only problem is that it took four (4) days before the technicians could come. That is a long time to be without hot water. I could have called another plumber and they would have come out the same day. This is not the technician's fault. (They were very good.) It is a problem with Choice not having enough sources.

Desmond, was the name of the technician from Bennett and Sons assigned to check the a/c unit. He arrived early within the window time frame and went directly to check the unit. He was quick in finding out what was wrong and mentioned it to me.

I shopped several home warranty companies today. Landed on Choice because they are rated # 1 in Nashville. Gary ** was awesome in giving me options which saved me 1/2 of the total price over 3 years. Compared to other warranties, I saved at least $200 per year over the three years. Going for 3 years also reduced the individual service fee by $20.

I gave 1 star because there was not an option for no stars. I had to make numerous calls over 2 different days to get my claim sent to the repair company you chose, I kept being told it was emailed to them and they aren't getting it for some reason. On the 2nd day calling I added another appliance for the same tech to diagnose and was told there would be a $75 charge because it was technically a separate claim even though the same tech was doing both on the same visit. I said I don't want to pay that because of all the aggravation and phone calls I've had to make and the rep said ok she's going to waive it. I ended up having to pay it to the tech when he came. When I called back to dispute it I had a very bad customer service experience with a rep named Freddie. He was rude and lacked some very basic customer service skills.
The tech that was sent from the appliance company was great, that was about the only good experience I had through this whole thing. The dryer needs a new part which you authorized the appliance company to fix. The dishwasher is a different story. Your email subject line states "Great news from CHW, we are replacing your system" -- boy is that a joke. Your email is a complete LIE, just like when I was sold this warranty last year. The rep that sold me this warranty told me "you don't have to worry about your home again, if anything breaks we'll fix it, and if we can't we'll replace it with something new that's comparable to the one you have."
I spoke with my case manager Cheryl ** today, she was pleasant, just doing her job, it's not her fault the company she works for lies and deceives customers and won't stand behind what they sell. So she told me what CHW is willing to give me is $246 to REPLACE my dishwasher. What a joke, there is no place that I can find a dishwasher comparable to mine for that amount, they are double that. I'm not looking for some fancy, luxurious dishwasher. What I have is a normal, middle tier dishwasher with a few different wash cycles and dry options. It was almost $500. when I bought it 10 years ago, so I know it will cost around that(obviously a little more) to buy something today that is comparable.
I CANNOT REPLACE my dishwasher with $246. Your email states you are REPLACING it, and when I was sold the warranty I was promised if you can't fix it you will REPLACE it. That was a total lie and false advertisement on what you are selling and continue to sell to people. If I didn't WASTE $480. buying this warranty I'd have almost enough to replace my dishwasher, instead of only about 1/2 the amount, which is what you are offering. I was very hesitant about buying a home warranty, and your company managed to prove my hesitation right, it was the worst decision I've made in the last 5 years and I regret it. I've been in sales and service for over 25 years and I understand stuff happens and things can go wrong. What matters most is how you correct what's wrong and make things right. I've been waiting for someone to do that but it seems this company does not care about the customer one bit and could care less about making it right.

Abrupt responses regarding signing up. There was a need to confer with another but it seemed that the operator was not interested about this need. Patience was the word for this day. It seemed that there was a competition to amount sales gathered for the day. Not Good!!

Shawn my technician was amazing. Not only did he get my hot water heater running again, he showed me how to keep the filter at the bottom clean to prevent the flames from suffocating which caused the flame to go out as a safety feature. I never realize this before. He also inspected the vent hat on top of it and put two little screws into it so that it did not ever move off of dead center of the top so carbon monoxide would not escape. My foster dog, Josie, loved him too. He is an asset to Red Hawk Heating and to Choice Home Warranty.

I called to see if they would check for water leaks going from the house to the sewer. The customer service girl was very nice and did a lot of research for me. I was disappointed that they don't do anything outside of the house, but pleased that she was able to clear this matter up for me.

The agent when I called end of submit my claim was professional and courteous and knew exactly what I was talking about.... I would definitely request the same person they came out to fix my sink on my next visit if I have something that’s similar that needs to be fixed.

Electrician was courteous and mindful of the pandemic. Did a great job except the problem still exists. Hopefully he will be coming back for fixing the other light switch. They fixed the one light switch at the bottom of the steps but now the one in the hallway is not working.

Been with this "organization" for 2 years and have regretted it from the beginning. Always trying reject a claim. Does not have the client's best interest in mind!!! STAY AWAY!!! Do not hesitate. There are better companies out there like AHS. Go to American Home Shield!

Cal's Air Conditioning service was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He came out very quickly and did what he could. A new unit was recommended, but Choice is making excuses to not cover it. This warranty company is just like the others. They promise one thing, take your money, then find a way out of fulfilling their promises.

Ivan from Navi Appliance came out to work on our dryer that was not working properly. He's a young guy (I'm in my 60's) who is building his business and doing a very good job at it. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the appliance. He identified the problem, happened to have the part on his truck and had the machine repaired in less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased with Choice for sending him out to us.

My care manager Louinise ** has not called me back regarding my claim #**. I called 2/26/2021 and as of 3/3/21 has yet to return my call. It is quite apparent she is disinterested is serving the customers that she is being compensated to serve. The lack of follow through reflects that your organization does not care, causing me to wonder why have paid for coverage and I cannot get service.

The Technician was super and very knowledgeable. He wasted no time and got to work immediately. He did his testing and within the hour was able to tell us what the problem was. He told us that he was able to order the part and would get a call when it was available. We gave him a check. The problem was not with the technician. The person who made the appointment left a message stating the technician would be there between 7am-11 am. I think that was an unearthly hour to ask to seniors to be ready by 7am to let the technician in. We were ready but since the technician had to take care of other problems before He was supposed to come to us, did not arrive till much later in the afternoon. We are glad he came and did not mind waiting but wish did not have to get us at 6am to be ready to open the door at 7am. This is an honest statement not a criticism because the technician was great.

I have had Choice for a year now with great service no issues up until my washer need repair. The tech suggested it be replaced. Choice did not agree and requested a second opinion which took them an additional month to get. After calling a million times the issue was finally resolved and they issued $343 for a new dyer which of course doesn't cover the entire cost, and will take another 30 days. So long story short I had to go 2 months with no dyer.

We had an issue with the power going out on our refrigerator and coffee maker. We had to keep tripping a GFCI breaker on a different wall in the kitchen. The technician and his assistants that came to our house were friendly, professional, diligent, thorough and efficient. They checked several possible causes and were able to determine that the GFCI outlet was faulty and they replaced it. Everything works fine now. That's the way it's supposed to be.

One of the issues with our dishwasher is that the lower gasket seal has come loose. We have never abused our dishwasher and it has never been subjected to abnormal use. But I have to appeal the decision that it is not covered due to abnormal wear, which is neither true nor can be substantiated. I’m not sure we want to continue paying for a service that denies claims that should be covered under our contract. If Choice Home Warranty responds with “not covered due to abnormal wear,” when it is normal wear, we would never be satisfied.

Our furnace did not come on one cold morning so I put in a claim through Choice Home Warranty. Since it was a Saturday, I knew, from past experience, the earliest we would see someone would be Monday. I then got an email saying no one had taken our job and if we wanted to hire our own technician and he was willing to jump through a bunch of hoops, they would reimburse us. I did not. The next day I was informed someone had taken the job (he was excellent) but then received another email telling us the same company would be coming the day after that to fix the same problem. I called to let them know it was all fixed, and 10 minutes after that got another notice the guy was still coming. He did not show, thankfully for him. Very unorganized process.

I have been a member for a number of years and have always gotten good service. My hot water heater went out last year and I was told the holding tank was not covered. Had to pay a plumber to put in new hot water heater. When I talked to the representative yesterday, they told me the coverages of many things had changed and I understood that the hot water tank was included this year. Got my contract and found out that it was not. Really disappointed me. For the most part Choice Home Warranty has been a good choice, in fact so good I had one of my friends contract with you.

Because we live on a rural area there were no repair shops under contract with Choice. We used the reimbursement option which went pretty smoothly. Washer is making loud noses when in spin cycle. Repairman come out. Told me the drum and gears are breaking down and will need to be replaced. Then I got the email from CHM that states no repairs are needed at this time???? WHAT!!!! The washer is breaking and just because it is working for now, it won't work for long and it should be fixed before it is totally broken.... Very upset with the outcome of my claim... I sent 75.00 for a repair man to stand at my washer and listen to it go into spin cycle to hear the noise. Not one tool was put on the washer, he was here less than 15 min.

The locksmith was communicative prior to the appointment, confirming appt time a few hours prior to the appt. He was on time, and as he worked, he noted there were missing strike plates in the doorframe, which was not secure. He added them during his visit for a small additional charge and I am grateful for his noticing that, as well as telling me he installed them with long screws to provide the most security possible for me. I called two days in a row. Was told it was exceptionally long line on the phone and leave my number and I would get a call back. I did not get a callback from either call. I then went on the website to try to do it online and although I had received my policy number from Choice. It said it was not the right policy number and I was unable to place the claim.

They find every way to deny or pay the minimal amount for a claim. They bend and twist their language to benefit the company over the customer. Dealing with Yvette from claims is like dealing with a robot. There is no attempt to be human or to personalize the experience. It is clear she doesn’t like dealing with customers. I called CHW on a Saturday when my garage door opener failed to open. I would provide it with a claim number and within 4 hours a tech called me and came to my house to look at my opener. He diagnosed it and put in a request for a replacement. On Sunday morning the tech called me and said that my claim had been approved and that he could install my garage door opener that day. The standard replacement was very basic and so for security reasons I paid extra to for an upgrade opener. I am very pleased overall with how quickly my garage door opener claim was resolved. This was my first time using my Choice Home Warranty.

Original appointment was delayed for days due to the extreme weather conditions. The assigned repairman called and came to begin the repair earlier than expected - on his own initiative. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step and problem and the necessity of having to find and install several parts on an older machine, if they could be found. I was pleased with your judgment of offering cash (purchase price less depreciation). While I would've Loved a new machine installed, I am very satisfied with the honesty and ability of the repair effort and outcome toward replacement.

After I called for my n e-mail stating that you could not find a rep in my area. I waited for a week or so then got a call from RH Home Services in Loch Haven. He scheduled me for Tuesday about noon. I did not hear from him all that day. Wed my doorbell rang and it was him. He thought he had called me on Tues but he did not. He was very personable and interested in my problem. He could not find any trouble with my DW and said to call if the problem happened again. Then he left.

The plumber that came out was friendly, professional and did a good job. It took quite a few days to get someone out but it was during the snowstorm. The email system through Choice is very easy to use and you get feedback quickly. I'm finished with this review.

Service was fast and friendly, my salesperson was professional and courteous, she handle two of my properties and was great each time. I was informed about a referral discount that I was totally unaware of at the time. I have successfully referred another client and hope they have the wonderful experience that I just shared.

Technician was very helpful and answered all my questions. Technician was on time and very respectful. He called me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He was a very thorough knowledge of my system. He said it was better to be sure that my system had no other issues.

We asked Degree Air conditioning and Heating to do a routine spring service as they have every spring and fall. When they found some problems and I called Choice Home Warranty to see if these repairs were a covered repairs and they said yes and I asked that Degree be the service that does the work and was told yes and then was contacted by another company which I called and canceled and they said they would cancel as well.

The technician that came to our house to both diagnose and later repair was very professional. Today, for the repair, we talked a bit about replacement possibilities and he provided information we'll definitely take into consideration. He even took care of the water line that wasn't tightened as it should have been.

Heat would not come on, and it was very cold in Texas, called on a Monday Tech was there the next day and fixed the problem, warm again! Tech was very professional and thorough. I would recommend this service for prompt repair.

The person that helped to set up a new policy was professional and very informative. In all it was good experience. Everything listed that will be covered gives a sense of comfort knowing it will be fixed when problem arises. I'm disabled and have a limited income.

Our claim was denied due to a miscommunication with the tech. A case manager has not yet been assigned and we are currently without hot water. This should have been a great experience and it’s turning into a nightmare. All that was required is a fuse. I can’t begin to express how disappointed and frustrated we are with this first-time experience. We had heard so many good things about your services but now are second guessing if we made a big mistake by choosing you. Please help ASAP... We have children in the house. Thank you.

Choice Home Warranty has been like a comfortable blanket around us. This service will take care of almost all of the normal headaches in life. For a one time deductible of $45. They send a technician to diagnose the problem and if it can be fixed, or needs to be replaced. $45 fixes it. Or Choice sends a check for the value of your used water heater, stove, washer or dryer, plumbing etc. Way to go Choice!!

When I first noticed my refrigerator wasn't working call in about 2 a.m. Nobody would answer the phone so I had to wait till the following day which was Sunday and I'm still on standby. Haven't heard from repairman as of yet

I had Choice for 3 years! What is advertised on all media is absolutely not what is really the conditions...that are used By Choice to avoid payments. Once a claim is made.... that is when one realizes one has bought into really a no warranty policy. My air conditioner claim was the most stressful and frustrating thing I had experienced ever. Every excuse was used to not pay....plus The exact same person with Choice always told me he was the final word no matter how many times or who else I tried to talk to. He actually laughed at me and was extremely rude.
First I was told no repair could for at least one 1 week... Now this was August in south Texas...average temperatures high 90’s into low 100’s. I called a repair company that followed procedure and contact choice who told a/c company to continue and keep unit. Bottom line choice not only denied any payment but refused to ever come inspect or have unit looked at by any of their representative. In addition choice sales people have made so many calls to my cell phone and flooded my email with sales call because my policy is expiring... I have verbally and in writing said STOP. I will work with The Attorney general Of Texas along with thousands of others in charges against Choice Home Warranty. I also relay my experience with any person that bring up Home Warranty policy!!

I had an appointment this morning for 8:00am and the plumber didn’t show up or called. I called him and he told me he was changing out a hot water heater for a customer. I am truly disappointed in Choice Home selection of people for their company.

The technician was good. Your response and not honoring the agreement is not good. On Friday the tech submitted and you responded saying fixtures were not covered. I renewed my coverage on 2/19/21 and downloaded the coverage and yes, it is. So either read my coverage or refund my payment please. Very unhappy and have heard from others this is how you all operate. Have had good experiences so far, this was not a good one. Sent response and waiting for you all to respond.

I have issues with when I report something and they take several days sometimes a week to get someone out to my house. When I call someone else out they do not want to cover the charges is the work is done even if it is an emergency. I was without heat for several months during the coldest part of the year and they sent out a company that did not know what they were doing.

CHW offered me a replacement for my cookstove needing repair. I haven’t received the check yet but so far I’m very pleased with CHW. I hope response time is speedy which will determine my satisfaction. This is my first experience with CHW and I’m deciding between CHW and AHS.

I started on my current house with Choice in 2018. They have been fantastic. I always get a repairperson in their allotted time frame; repair people are always timely, courteous, knowledgeable in their field and take the time to explain what they had to fix.

Website did not allow me to make a claim. Had to call in to make a claim. Had issues with pool pump not working and leaking and shut off the power in the fuse box. Rep was outstanding, polite and fast.

CHW was quick to schedule a technician when we had problems with our well. We purchased this optional coverage and they approved the repair quickly and the technician repaired it the day they came out. Thank you CHW. We need some additional things for the well, but we are assured that CHW will get it approved quickly and the repair scheduled.

Waited 3 hours and no call back. I needed to ask a question of a claims person. That is the problem. My past experience they wanted me to get a service person myself. So I want to do this now because mountain wells need a Local tech who knows the well and the area.

Initially I was assigned a company that pushed my appointment to a week later without letting me know. Then did not show or communicate why. I asked for a new company and the technician that came out was prompt, respectful, professional and knew what he was doing. He ordered the parts and will be coming back out to complete the job.

Our air conditioner/heater gave out either Thursday 2/25 or Friday 2/26. I went to turn on my air conditioner on Saturday and it would not come on. We check the fuses and batteries in the thermostat and nothing; no blower. Just nothing.

Paid the person sent to me by Choice warranty. He then informed me that duct needed to be repaired and he billed me 242.00 for repair. I took a 5 year plan from choice warranty and my mother took one for her property separately. I submitted the bill to choice warranty and was told it wasn't covered under my plan. I took this coverage to protect my appliances and felt that choice warranty should have covered this problem.

The few times I have called to have things served, it was a waste of time. My “total care warranty” didn’t cover much. Waste of money! What is the point of having coverage if it doesn’t cover anything???. I needed a a hot water replaced and it covered NOTHING! My garage door was having issues and, again, my total care warranty didn’t cover it. I will not be renewing my coverage with Choice.

It's a good policy for appliances, but you need to read contract details carefully about maintenance requirements, exclusions (there are more than you could imagine), and what they consider 'designer appliances' that they don't cover. Some are legit, but others like 'Jenn-Air' are really questionable. This designer exclusion also has a very concerning ETC on that clause.

In August 2020, Choice Warranty was called upon by contract to replace a combination gas & air conditioner unit that was broken on the roof of my home. To my knowledge, the work was completed to the satisfaction of the assigned contractor. However, in October 2020, when I attempted several times to use the gas heat, cold air was all that was coming from the vents on the second floor from which the gas heat usually emanated. I continuously used my electric heat which comes from a basement furnace.
Choice sent a technician on Friday, 2-26 to remedy the gas furnace problem on the roof. His appraisal was that the original (August) contractor DID NOT HOOK UP THE GAS in the unit!!! That is why it has blown COLD AIR!! That original contractor also DID NOT REMOVE the wooden pallet that rested on delivery under the new unit. It should have been removed when the job was finished! It sits on my roof!! The Addis technician reported this to me, collected $65, and he reported it to Choice. Choice sent another technician yesterday to do I don't know what. He listened to my story and left. What was he supposed to do??? Clean up after the August contractor??? Kindly call to give me your correct response!!

Matt of Askin for Air is great! This was the 3rd time he was sent to my house to work on my ac/ heater. He is always friendly and professional. He takes the time to make sure the job is done right and explains what is wrong and what he is doing and what is needed to fix the problem.
